New to hacking (Coming back after a break) is it normal for executors to be flagged as a virus?
I want to start by saying that I'm trying to an executor known as KRNL (I'm sure many of you know about this) and I downloaded it from two sources, one I downloaded and tested the file for virus and this is the result (refer to first img) and after I download another from their offical website (I think?) and it got flagged as a virus by my browser. Can someone please educate me on this please? If so can you guys also provide me valid executors that are not viruses and malware, their names/links please? thank you

Trojan or false alarm
Up to now I've been content with relying on Windows DefendeFirewall etc to protect me.
Two days ago I spotted something odd, with my hands away from the mouse/keyboard (I was playing on my phone) I looked up and noticed the application that was full screen started to minimise then reversed, like it reduced in size by about 5% then instantly went back to full. Thinking it was odd, a ran a full scan and it's picked up a Severe threat found:
Trojan:Win32/Leonem
Affected items: file: C:\Users\Default\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\InetHelper\cleaner.exe
I don't want to make any mistakes here so what should my next steps be exactly?

I ran the installer for ultimate addition and Microsoft Defender blocked it. Probably because it has an unknow publisher, but I still ran it through Virus Total and it has 'Trapmine" malware. Is this just a false negative? Or did I get a dodgy version? The Version I downloaded

So here is the problem. Whenever I try to search something on 1337x.to and its mirrors excluding ones with broken search (on these websites the message doesn't seem to appear but the problem is that I can't find anything relevant) my ESET NOD32 antivirus says that JS/Adware.Agent.CZ threat was found and deleted but every time I reload the page or search something on 1337x the message appears once again. I mainly use Firefox browser, but the same thing happens with Microsoft Edge, too.

Absolute MAC noob here, trying to install ESET NOD32 on an old mac pro with Catalina, as per work instruction.
When installing ESET I get these 2 messages :
real-time file system protection system extention was blocked by macOS, to fully protect yoy computer, enable real-time file system protection to load to load system extentions.
web and email protection system extention was blocked by macOS, to fully protect your computer, enable web and email protection to load system protection.
I've enabled the 2 ESET options in the "full disk access"
But these 2 messages still won't go away.. Is there anything else that can be done?
