I've just installed the Text-Gen-WebUI-ST , and it seems to be working fine, the problem is the interaction between it and AllTalk.

AllTalk correctly generates the .wav file, but it doesnt send it alongside the text response and the image. And as seem in the example above, the text is ouputting the .wav file path, and not the "play button". 2024.05.19 00:12 Important_Laugh2570 People with Bipolar disorder, what do your manic episodes look like?

I dropped out of college as a psych major and have invested a lot of time in my life to study mental disorders. Mostly anxiety, depression and personality disorders, but not too much on bipolar. I know it's a behemoth and very difficult to deal with in day to day life.
Recently I have made the decision to join the US army, I've always had a sense of adventure and have had the army in the back of my mind for a couple years now...but recently I have gone all in, I'm hoping to get a special forces contract so I've begun to train for it. I'm training non-stop just obsessing over it, taking martial arts classes, going on runs, lifting weights, and I feel so great. I'm happier than I have ever been in my whole life, I finally feel like I'm on the right path. I've never truly known what I want to do and I feel like a massive weight has been lifted off of my shoulders.
However, having studied manic episodes I know that what I'm feeling is similar to what someone may feel if they have an episode. I'm not sleeping well, I can't fall asleep and I can't stay asleep. I sleep for about 2 or 3 hours at a time because so much is going on in my head. My mother is also diagnosed with bipolar II disorder so I know I'm already at risk for it.
This is NOT me asking for any sort of medical advice, I'm simply using the responses as a mild guide as I go consult a professional. As I mentioned earlier in this post, I haven't really done a lot of studying for bipolar disorder and it's almost impossible to look at yourself objectively. Although, if your experiences are night and day different than what I'm feeling right now, then obviously I wouldn't need to spend the money on a professional in the first place.
Lastly, I'm not trying to insult anyone or claim that I have something I don't. It's just that in my life, I have not gotten very many wins. I'm not happy often and maybe part of me feels like I don't deserve it or it's too good to be true. Also I just want to hear about people's experiences because it is something I enjoy talking about.

There seem to be a large number of people who believe that the purpose of the Bill of Rights was to grant and guarantee rights to the American people. Furthermore, I have heard many people claim that the Bill of Rights is entirely a list of specifically individual rights of American citizens. It puzzles me why these beliefs continue to persist, because the historical record indicates that there is no reason to believe these descriptions of the Bill of Rights. There is a more than adequate amount of historical evidence to corroborate my conclusion. The first and most direct evidence is the very preamble to the Bill of Rights itself. The original preamble of the Bill of Rights begins with a paragraph explaining the document’s purpose; it goes as follows:
The Conventions of a number of the States, having at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses should be added: And as extending the ground of public confidence in the Government, will best ensure the beneficent ends of its institution.
I think the three most important phrases in this paragraph are “in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers”, “declaratory and restrictive clauses”, and “extending the ground of public confidence in the Government”. These three phrases seem to best sum up what the Bill of Rights was originally meant to accomplish: it is a list of declaratory and restrictive clauses whose purpose is to prevent the misconstruction or abuse of the Constitution’s powers, and to increase public confidence in the federal government. And if one were to look at the Bill of Rights, its text would seem to be in harmony with this statement of purpose. The Bill of Rights consists mostly of negative clauses which put restrictions on the federal government; it states what shall not happen or what shall not be done by Congress, such as prohibiting freedom of religion, abridging freedom of speech, infringing the right to keep and bear arms, violating the right to be secure in property, etc. And the ninth and tenth amendments do not mention any particular rights whatsoever, and clearly just serve the purpose of preventing the Constitution from being misconstrued or abused to diminish the rights of the states and the people, and to prevent granting the federal government more power than the Constitution meant for it to have. The phrase “extending the ground of public confidence in the Government” further indicates that the Bill of Rights was not really meant to add rights not already stipulated in the Constitution, but was only meant to reinforce trust in the federal government at the time of the Founding. The Bill of Rights was not meant to add any substantive articles to the Constitution, but rather it consisted of articles whose purpose was to reinforce the articles that had already been established, and prevent them from being misinterpreted in the future by any unscrupulous members of the federal government. Also notice that there is nothing written here in the preamble about granting rights to the American people, let alone granting specifically individual rights to the American people: you would think if the framers of the Bill of Rights had meant for this to be the document’s effect, they would have stated so clearly in the preamble.
Another piece of evidence for my conclusion comes in an address given by James Madison -- the author of the Bill of Rights -- in the House of Representatives on June 8, 1789. This address involved an early proposal of amendments to the Constitution. Before listing his various propositions for amending the Constitution, Madison said this:
There have been objections of various kinds made against the Constitution. Some were levelled against its structure because the President was without a council; because the Senate, which is a legislative body, had judicial powers in trials on impeachments; and because the powers of that body were compounded in other respects, in a manner that did not correspond with a particular theory; because it grants more power than is supposed to be necessary for every good purpose, and controls the ordinary powers of the State Governments. I know some respectable characters who opposed this Government on these grounds; but I believe that the great mass of the people who opposed it, disliked it because it did not contain effectual provisions against encroachments on particular rights, and those safeguards which they have been long accustomed to have interposed between them and the magistrate who exercises the sovereign power; nor ought we to consider them safe, while a great number of our fellow-citizens think these securities necessary.
The part I've put in italics indicates that the major purpose of the amendments to the Constitution was to reassure citizens that effective protections were put in place to prevent the “magistrate who exercises the sovereign power” from encroaching upon their rights. Notice there is nothing written here about granting rights to the people, only protecting the people's pre-existing rights from the federal government.
Following the above statement, Madison begins to list a variety of proposed additions to the Constitution, and he proposes the additions be inserted into the body of the Constitution itself, at various sections. Ultimately, he begins to propose a certain list of amendments to be inserted within article 1, section 9; and this particular list happens to correspond to most of the articles which comprise the Bill of Rights as it exists today:
Fourthly. That in article 1st, section 9, between clauses 3 and 4, be inserted these clauses, to wit: The civil rights of none shall be abridged on account of religious belief or worship, nor shall any national religion be established, nor shall the full and equal rights of conscience be in any manner, or on any pretext, infringed.
The people shall not be deprived or abridged of their right to speak, to write, or to publish their sentiments; and the freedom of the press, as one of the great bulwarks of liberty, shall be inviolable.
The people shall not be restrained from peaceably assembling and consulting for their common good; nor from applying to the Legislature by petitions, or remonstrances, for redress of their grievances.
The right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed; a well armed and well regulated militia being the best security of a free country: but no person religiously scrupulous of bearing arms shall be compelled to render military service in person.
No soldier shall in time of peace be quartered in any house without the consent of the owner; nor at any time, but in a manner warranted by law.
No person shall be subject, except in cases of impeachment, to more than one punishment or one trial for the same offence; nor shall be compelled to be a witness against himself; nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor be obliged to relinquish his property, where it may be necessary for public use, without a just compensation.
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
The rights of the people to be secured in their persons; their houses, their papers, and their other property, from all unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated by warrants issued without probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, or not particularly describing the places to be searched, or the persons or things to be seized.
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, to be informed of the cause and nature of the accusation, to be confronted with his accusers, and the witnesses against him; to have a compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor; and to have the assistance of counsel for his defence.
The exceptions here or elsewhere in the Constitution, made in favor of particular rights, shall not be so construed as to diminish the just importance of other rights retained by the people, or as to enlarge the powers delegated by the Constitution; but either as actual limitations of such powers, or as inserted merely for greater caution.
It is notable to consider that Madison initially proposed the Bill of Rights to be integrated into the Constitution itself, rather than to be a separate document. But what is even more notable is the specific location it was proposed to be inserted in. Article 1, section 9 is specifically the location of the Constitution dedicated to enumerating the prohibitions upon the power of Congress. What this means is that the original plan for the amendments currently appearing in the Bill of Rights was for them to merely be a list of stipulations regarding what Congress was not allowed to do. Thus, it would make no sense for those same clauses today to be construed as being themselves grants of rights to individual American citizens, anymore than other articles within this same section -- such as Congress being prohibited from abolishing the slave trade before 1808, or laying taxes on state exports -- could themselves be considered grants of individual rights to American citizens.
Another piece of evidence can be found in the 1833 Supreme Court case Barron v Baltimore. This case essentially makes explicit that which was originally understood about the Bill of Rights -- that it was meant only as a list of prohibitions upon Congress. The following excerpt makes this clear:
Had the framers of these amendments intended them to be limitations on the powers of the State governments, they would have imitated the framers of the original Constitution, and have expressed that intention. Had Congress engaged in the extraordinary occupation of improving the Constitutions of the several States by affording the people additional protection from the exercise of power by their own governments in matters which concerned themselves alone, they would have declared this purpose in plain and intelligible language.
But it is universally understood, it is a part of the history of the day, that the great revolution which established the Constitution of the United States was not effected without immense opposition. Serious fears were extensively entertained that those powers which the patriot statesmen who then watched over the interests of our country deemed essential to union, and to the attainment of those invaluable objects for which union was sought, might be exercised in a manner dangerous to liberty. In almost every convention by which the Constitution was adopted, amendments to guard against the abuse of power were recommended. These amendments demanded security against the apprehended encroachments of the General Government -- not against those of the local governments. In compliance with a sentiment thus generally expressed, to quiet fears thus extensively entertained, amendments were proposed by the required majority in Congress and adopted by the States. These amendments contain no expression indicating an intention to apply them to the State governments. This court cannot so apply them.
And then the aforementioned case was subsequently referenced by the 1875 Supreme Court case US v Cruikshank, which further reinforced the same conclusion while addressing the first and second amendments of the Bill of Rights:
The first amendment to the Constitution prohibits Congress from abridging "the right of the people to assemble and to petition the government for a redress of grievances." This, like the other amendments proposed and adopted at the same time, was not intended to limit the powers of the State governments in respect to their own citizens, but to operate upon the National Government alone. [. . .] It is now too late to question the correctness of this construction. As was said by the late Chief Justice, in Twitchell v. The Commonwealth (#325), 7 Wall. 325, "the scope and application of these amendments are no longer subjects of discussion here." They left the authority of the States just where they found it, and added nothing to the already existing powers of the United States.
The particular amendment now under consideration assumes the existence of the right of the people to assemble for lawful purposes, and protects it against encroachment by Congress. The right was not created by the amendment; neither was its continuance guaranteed, except as against congressional interference. For their protection in its enjoyment, therefore, the people must look to the States. The power for that purpose was originally placed there, and it has never been surrendered to the United States.
The second and tenth counts are equally defective. The right there specified is that of "bearing arms for a lawful purpose." This is not a right granted by the Constitution. Neither is it in any manner dependent upon that instrument for its existence. The second amendment declares that it shall not be infringed, but this, as has been seen, means no more than that it shall not be infringed by Congress. This is one of the amendments that has no other effect than to restrict the powers of the national government, leaving the people to look for their protection against any violation by their fellow citizens of the rights it recognizes, to what is called, in The City of New York v. Miln (#139), 11 Pet. 139, the "powers which relate to merely municipal legislation, or what was, perhaps, more properly called internal police," "not surrendered or restrained" by the Constitution of the United States.
So as you can see, it was well-established from the time of the country’s founding that the Bill of Rights was never meant to itself be a grant or guarantee of rights to the American people. The official function of the Bill of Rights was always prohibitive rather than affirmative: the purpose was to restrain the federal government, rather than to endow something to American citizens. So what I don’t understand is: how has the Bill of Rights become so misunderstood and misapplied? Why is it that, from the layman even to the level of the modern-day Supreme Court, it is believed that the Bill of Rights is meant to grant or guarantee rights to individual American citizens, when this conclusion is unequivocally unsupported by the historical record? And not only is this conclusion not supported by the historical evidence, but I would argue that it contradicts the very purpose of the Bill of Rights; the whole point of the document was to limit the power of Congress, but interpreting the document to be a federal guarantee of rights to the people is, in effect, a transference of power to the federal government never stipulated in the Constitution, and is in violation of the tenth amendment.
The Bill of Rights, according to its original design, is essentially superfluous; effectively declaring nothing in itself, and only serving to clarify the intent of the Constitution, prevent it from being adversely misinterpreted, and to make explicit what was implicitly acknowledged regarding the boundaries of congressional power. There had been much debate among the Founders regarding whether the Bill of Rights should even exist at all. So how is it that a document whose original purpose was to be nothing more than a protection of civil rights has now become interpreted effectively as the source of the people's civil rights?

They may have saved his life just by realizing he was in need of help. My husband was wearing dark tan cargo shorts, a black cap, and a black Tool t-shirt. He was sitting on the ground right outside the venue.
We don't have many details, but the pair that helped him were, possibly, a couple, they were white, a women with long blonde hair and a man with a beard. They helped my husband call all of the contacts in his phone until they reached his father who came to pick him up. There were also 2 officers involved at the time this couple was helping.

2024.05.18 23:48 DearExperience4795 Questions regarding my recently deceased pet

To start, my post isn't to criticize or blame any of the vets decisions at all, I'm really just wondering if anyone here will have some insight to the situation and help me get some closure. Most of this will probably read more as a vent than anything, but I'm having a difficult time processing all of this.
(Some backstory and context- ) My family's golden retriever passed away yesterday morning. She was 13, she lived a long life. I wasn't her primary owner, she was my parents dog and I feel a lot of conflicting emotions regarding the way she was cared for. She received some emotional attention and she was given a lot of treats, but that's about it. No vet visits, no regular grooming, no walks, no stimulation. She was a house dog. When I was younger and more available, I would walk her every day and groom her regularly, she seemed really healthy. Once I didn't have time anymore, no one else stepped up to make sure she was getting that necessary care. A few months ago, I got sick of it and tried to groom her, but she was covered in so many matts that I really didn't feel equipped to deal with (I had actually accidentally cut her arm after trying a little bit, I couldn't even see her skin, this made me cry for like 2 hours and I was tearfully begging that they take her in), she needed a professional groomer and I even offered to pay for one to no avail. I told them she needs to see a vet as well because she was covered in so many lumps and bumps, and given her breed, there's a big chance they were cancerous. I didn't expect them to make her go through extensive cancer treatment, but I did expect them to get her looked at and provided with all of their options for care, mostly related to pain management.
(The past week- ) They waited until the very last moment to get her to see a vet, her breathing was extremely labored and wheezy. They immediately prescribed 300mg dose of gabapentin, 20mg of Prednisone, and 375mg of Clavamox (generic) tablets (I believe she weighed 60-70lbs). The Clavamox was specified to be taken with food, my mom somehow interpreted this as a small amount (like, hide it in a slice of turkey or peanut butter amount of food) and not a full meal. She gave her 2 rounds of doses of all 3 medications, once in the evening (the day of seeing the vet), then again the following morning despite her not having had a full meal yet. Lily (goldys name), had a very drastic reaction to this, she collapsed (hindsight, I assume from the Gabapentin), tried to get up, collapsed again, and urinated all over herself. Not too long after she vomited the very little food she had had in the past couple days. At this point, I wasn't aware of any the medications she was receiving, and I told my mom to hold off until we speak to a vet. I told them to write down everything that's happened since seeing the vet the day before; how she hasn't eaten, how she received 2 rounds of medications, and the details of the accident that happened in the morning. I told them to make a detailed list that includes the names of the medications and to call a vet and ask where we should go from here. I went to work, came home, and found that neither of them did any of that. They decided to just hold off on the Clavamox medication until her follow up appointment (a week away from her last appointment). At this point they're still wanting to feed her anything at all, lunch turkey slices, uncooked sausage, peanut butter, etc. I again told them we should consult a vet about diet in this time, she's old, she's in pain, she's on medications. Still nothing. I googled foods to feed dogs when they're sick, got results like unseasoned, boiled chicken, rice, 100% pumpkin puree, and other things. Thankfully, they bought some of these foods. The only thing she would even nibble on was the pumpkin puree, but it was something. The next day, yesterday morning, she again received her medications even though she still hadn't eaten a full meal at this point. I feel like that much medication without food for so long would be very taxing on the body, am I correct in that assumption or... ? Anyway, not long after receiving it, she passed away. She died silently right next to me, in my doorway. I didn't even notice it happened and it's breaking my heart every time I think about it. I feel so much anger, in part towards my parents but also towards myself.
***At the end of the day I guess my question is***, do you think the vet was aware of all these circumstances to a degree? Do you think they were aware of the immense amount of neglect and decided to ease her suffering? I almost take relief if that's the case, in someone doing anything about her condition. I just wish I had known how little time I had left with her. I know that no one will have a definitive answer to this, I guess I just want to hear some informed speculation from anyone who has some experience with this sort of thing.
If anyone is wondering why I didn't do all of the care myself, I don't have a car or license, nor could I afford all of it alone, nor did I have the time to do all of it alone, and all of that contributes to the guilt I feel. I have my own cats that I take great care of and make sure they're safe, stimulated and healthy. I can't also take care of my parents pets, unfortunately. As of now, they have one dog and I'm trying to encourage them to walk him, to take him to the vet and to be more involved in his care while it's not too late. They simply can't wait until the last second again, it's unconscionable. I also urged that they not get another pet, which luckily they agreed to as they don't want to deal with more heartbreak of losing a pet. Anyway, thank you for reading and I hope this wasn't too much to read, sorry.

Hello everyone,
I'm seeking legal advice regarding a complicated situation involving an inherited property.
This situation is taking place in Peru
My grandfather passed away and left a house to her descendants: me, my sister, my mother, and my aunt. The ownership shares are as follows: my sister and I each have 8%, while my mother and my aunt each have 42%.
Since 2021, we have been trying to sell the house for $450,000, a price set by my aunt. We have worked with several independent realtors, but we have been unsuccessful in selling it at that price. My sister, my mother, and I believe the house should be sold for $400,000, as several large real estate companies have indicated that this is a more realistic price they would be comfortable and confident in selling.
We believe that keeping the price at $450,000, combined with using independent realtors who I personally find incompetent based on my conversations with them and their lack of results, is why the house hasn't sold in three years. It’s also worth noting that my aunt is the only one living in the house, as the rest of us live in the US.

I'm thinking about telling my aunt that if the house isn't sold with one of the reputable real estate companies we've consulted with and at the price they say is ideal ($400,000), then my sister and I, and possibly my mother (My mother's stance may vary, as she sometimes expresses neutral comments regarding the situation), will refuse to sell. Of course, we wouldn't actually refuse if one of the six realtors who have been trying to sell the house for the past three years manages to find a buyer, but we are confident that won't happen given their track record. They all initially claimed the house would sell in less than six months, and it's been three years without success. Additionally, the reason we can't work with one of the large companies at the same time as the six independent realtors is that the large companies require exclusivity to be able to sell the house.
By making this statement, my aunt would have two options:
  1. Accept to sell with the reputable real estate company at the ideal price of $400,000.
  2. Risk having the house be subject to a forced sale or auction due to a disagreement among the co-owners.
I believe this is a good strategy because my aunt's larger ownership percentage means she would be more adversely affected by a forced sale, which might compel her to accept our proposal.
Here are my questions:
  1. Is there any legal way to compel my aunt to lower the sale price to $400,000, or can we force a sale through one of the real estate companies we've consulted with?

I went through every stage of mono and recovered in a month. This is the steps I took to do so, and hopefully they can help you too. I am not a doctor and there is a lot of stuff that could be wrong here, and/or not do anything at all. If you are dealing with issues please go get medical assistance.

1. Sore Throat

If you are diagnosed with mono and your doctor is assuming it is strep or another type of infection communicate with them the uncertainties you have in order to be tested for strep (taking anti-biotics with mono burdens you with a high chance of a rash).
Besides prednisone. I used a humidifier in my room in order for my throat to not dry out in the back. Even if it hurt horribly I attempted to drink at least 4 glasses of water every 4 hours so I wouldn't be dehydrated.
I suggest not taking Ibuprofen during use of Prednisone as it can cause intestinal issues. Use Tylenol.
I stuck to smoothies and chicken noodle soup for food during this time. Salty broth foods help soothe the throat quite a lot and help you get some nutrients.
It was hard to sleep because of my throat pain, I ended purchasing a sitting pillow for my bed. It took a lot of the stress off my lymph nodes during rest.
Finally I made sure to brush my teeth twice a day and use Orajel hydrogen peroxide mouthwash. Oral hygiene is incredibly important during any issues with tonsils in order to keep an infection from happening and washing off pus from throat scars during mono.

2. Sleep

For me sleep was quite difficult and I unfortunately didn't have many ways to deal with it for the first couple of days.
I tried to not take naps throughout the day and rather hold in my sleep for the nights, as your body does better healing when it's in REM. Which is more difficult to have happen if you take brief short naps.
By around my third day I learned that having a humidifier in my room made it so much easier to breathe and feel a bit better.
I took one extra strength Tylenol right before bed, and 10 mg of melatonin. Keep in mind that melatonin only is going to help put you to sleep and you will need to change your diet to be heavier in magnesium in order to have a better time staying asleep. If I woke up due to the pain at the middle of the night i'd take another tylenol and wait it out until I was able to sleep again. Continue to drink water throughout the entire time.

3. Spleen Pains

I dealt with really bad spleen pain for a couple of days and my only solve for it was laying on my back and using a heatpad on the area where my pain was. I tried not to move around very much. If your pain becomes increasingly worse go in to get screened for a risk of rupture.

4. Mental Health

Out of all the things I dealt with, this was one of the worst. I felt defeated for most of my days. I tried to feel better by looking at other peoples experiences and seeing how others have it worse. It also can help to call loved ones and friends and talk with them. I also watched shows and movie continuously in order to distract myself. Eating good helped me a lot, once I started making protein smoothies my mood changed for the better. Also try to stay out of the dark for to long, if you can go into a more open room with sunlight and lay during the day it will make you happier. Try to retain your sleep for just the night, this way you feel like you still are holding to a schedule. It also helps with REM which is incredibly important for mental health and can't be done with naps. Finally, self-care was a breakthrough for me. I tried to shower daily, and clean up my face before bed. It made me feel happier and nicer.

5. The Rash

This rash was one of the worst parts of the whole thing besides my throat. It happened after I had taken my antibiotics for 5 days. It itched so badly. In order to deal with the itch I went to the ER and was prescribed hydroxyzine and another dose of prednisone. For the first day I used calamine lotion, I soon realized it was making me even more itchy as it caused my skin to dry up. I switched over to Eucerin anti-itch lotion and it helped so much. I applied when I woke up and before I went to bed. I applied ice packs to my skin, instead of itching and it works much better at stopping the itch. Also try to sleep with a fan pointed towards you. During the rash stage, it is the most important for you to drink as much fluids as possible.

Looking for any experiences that anyone has had with various colleges and MA training programs around Portland. I have worked as office staff in a clinic for a couple years now so I'm familiar with some aspects of the job that I already do and tried an online program through NHA but I really struggle with online-only.
The line to get into any of the community colleges looks absurd. I'd rather be certified or at least start sooner rather than later. I'd prefer not to go to a career college like Concorde but I may not have a choice with waitlists where they are. I can live with the cost, but would I still get a decent education and enough in-person learning?
Is it worth it to wait 6-12 months to get in and another year to finish for what's considered an entry-level job?

For those that are doing supplemental claims.
I got out in 2022. Couldn’t make my appointment which I told the VA. They obviously went ahead and said I was a no show and failed to report to appointments that I canceled & made a decision 2 months later.
Since 2022, I have not been seen by any doctors due to personal factors and money at the time. Fast forward to now, I recently reopened some of the claims that were denied May of this year. May 6 I think to be exact.
I submitted separate statements in support of those claims and got called by the VA to schedule my c&p exams today May 18.
Just cause you haven’t been seen with a valid reason, doesn’t mean you can’t reopen claims and get seen for them. If you have claims that are older than a year and you have no new evidence from doctors or no evidence at all, you can still refile that claim.
My statement of support consisted of the 4138 form and Microsoft word statements.
For the Microsoft word statements, i started off with what I was reopening, and stated the reasons why I couldn’t make my appointments at the time they were scheduled and stated that because I didn’t make the appointment and have not been seen by any medical professionals that it doesn’t mean that I don’t have current symptoms of X, Y & Z.
I then when into my periods of service, detailing all of the duties that I’ve performed that played a part into the claim that I reopened.
I listed my current symptoms, how frequent and flare ups as well as gave some examples of how it affects my work life, personal and social life.
I added a section of what helps temporarily alleviate the pain, or symptoms that is causing the issue at hand.
Added the I certify verbiage, printed it off and signed it. Then I scanned it to myself and uploaded the statement in the supplemental claim section on va.gov and also added some other statements via quick submit.
Timeline so far May 6- submitted multiple statements only May 18 - QTC called to schedule appointments
I also have an ITF from December.
Hopes this helps someone to get up and refile for whatever claims they deserve or would like to be reevaluated for a fair chance to explain and get seen for no cost.

I know what I saw, and how I got my electronics hacked. I remember the invasion of privacy as well as the destruction of the right to assembly (peacefully, I might add). I remember seeing the 300 crows 🐦‍⬛ alighting on top of the church with the address of 7, illuminating through darkness the incoming truth of Revelations. To blame it all on psychosis is the easy way out. Sure there were times when I was manic and thought there were messages everywhere, from the normal birds flying past me to seeing the bodhivsatva in the ground, changing my timeline for me and saving my life, for a price. Sure there was over-religiousity at times and feelings of being a poet-prophet, meant to warn the world that the Holy War would be the impetus for the End Times.
But I saw what I saw, heard what I heard, and understood the subjectiveness of reality. Thanks for the Invega shots that brought me down crashing hard into the miserable heap that I am now. With this crazy insomnia. Which side is truly better? You tell me medical professionals. Things would be different if we lived during biblical times. I hate you. You ruined a good thing. Now there are no more messages. My religious impetus has faded. Has God forsaken me or have you taken away something good from me.

Firms must pursue the former to succeed in today’s competition, but they are likely to jeopardize their future well-being if they overlook the latter. Many companies have tried versatile structures or techniques like open innovation to balance effectiveness and creativity. Among these approaches, establishing incubator groups to create relationships with emerging start-up enterprises is a significant contemporary method (Massiera, 2021). It is anticipated that if an idea fails, resources will be shifted, or the business case will be abandoned outright.

Conclusion

The Venture Builder approach is becoming more popular. It is arguable if venture capital is a superior model.
