So I started life makeover a while ago and I am currently in level 30. The current server thar i am using (Sunny snow) does not have that many english speakers and my guild is also dead. Would yall recommend switching to a mainly English server. Can you guys also recommend active servers that speak english

How hard is it to score 70 marks in nu test? I have prepared for almost all of the topics in advanced math. Completed basic maths and iq and practiced from anees hussain's notes. I have prepared from sir hasim zia's channel. Once the advanced maths portion is finished completely i will move to english. Considering all of this will it be sufficient for 70 marks in nu test i am already a gap year student so i am kinda worried.

The Ormulum is a text of liturgical verse from the 1100's, written by a monk of Norse descent living in England. The original text was written in a very precise (for the time) early Middle English, bearing many influences from Orm's ancestral Old Norse.
Here I have taken the first few lines and translated them into Modern English and into my Reconstructed English.

I work in a commercial building in a residential area. There are three tenanted dwellings attached to the building.
None of the tenanted buildings show up as individual properties on Google maps, or the council maps. At least one of them doesn't even have an extractor fan in the kitchen, and one of the top windows is all cracked and looks unsafe to me.
I have been personally looking at a new flat in my city, and noticed that our commercial landlord has put one of these flats up, but it is listed and next doors 'B' unit, not ours.
We have had a council inspector come to view the building (who I assume he is mates with) that I think ticks off the fire alarm system. But whenever he comes, the landlord will arrive beforehand ane drape Billboards over the entrances to the flats at the back to conceals their doorways/windows.
The tenants are all non native English speaking too, which leads me to believe the wool is being pulled over their eyes.
I know that all of the power & water bill is shared between us & the three flats, with no way to measure which ones use what. We found this out when my boss had a dispute with the landlord on what we are to pay for our watepower consumption. And the landlord showed up unannounced and removed some of our amenities out of spite.
My question is, is there any ramifications for the landlord if he was to be found out, and if he was to be found lying, without it being directly tied to us, would we still legally be able to maintain our lease. The building is a commercial building and our lease is all above ground.

The yakuza are known to use a lot of unique Japanese terminology and euphemisms which caught me off caught when I first started playing the series in Japanese despite otherwise knowing the language. I decided to try compiling all of the "yakuza lingo" I can think of to help you terrify some locals on your next trip to Japan. Some of these are normal words that take on unique meanings when used in the context of organized crime, while others are pretty much only ever used as yakuza slang.
Anikibun/兄貴分: Someone’s senio”older brother” type figure in the yakuza. Often shortened to just “Aniki/兄貴”. The opposite is “otōtōbun/弟分” (sometimes referred to as shatei/舎弟). A younger brother in the yakuza will often refer to their older brother as “aniki”, but not vice versa; since the “aniki” is above them in the hierarchy, he will refer to the younger brother with just their name as opposed to a specific term of honor.
Anego/姐御: An “older sister”, a term of honor towards either female yakuza members or female associates (such as the wives of members). Girlbosses. Also written as ane-san/姐さん.
Irezumi/刺青: A tattoo, generally a Japanese-style one which yakuza often have. Western-style tattoos are more likely to simply be called “tattoos”, using the English term.
Okite/掟: Creed. A set of rules that yakuza follow.
Ojiki/叔父貴: An “uncle figure” in the yakuza. The brother figure of your parent figure.
Oyabun/親分: Patriarch of a family. Literally “parent figure”. Sometimes just “Oya/親”, meaning parent. More affable terms include Oyaji/親父 and Oyassan/親っさん, usually used directly by the “son” to address their patriarch.
Kaichō/会長: Chairman of a yakuza syndicate, above patriarchs of individual families.
Katagi/堅気: Civvie. Someone who isn’t in the yakuza. Literally “honest”.
Kachikomi/カチコミ: A raid on another yakuza group’s offices/turf. Named for the sound of a glass office window breaking.
Kyōdaibun/兄弟分: Brother figure in the yakuza. More cordially just “Kyōdai/兄弟”.
Kumichō/組長: Patriarch of a family. Literally “head of a group”. More neutral connotation than Oyabun/親分.
Kejime/ケジメ: Roughly “responsibility”. Making up for your own actions or screwups by sacrificing something like money, territory, status, or a pinkie finger.
Ketsumochi/ケツモチ: A yakuza serving as the bodyguard of an establishment, often unsolicited and meant to extort a fee for their services (see mikajime-ryō). Literally “ass holder”.
Gokudō/極道: A term for the yakuza, and one that's more “honorable” than the rest. Often translated as “the extreme path”. It was originally a Buddhist term that referred to high priests who have “mastered the path”, but starting from the Edo period, it began to be associated with honorable rebels who believe in helping the weak and fighting the strong, which ended up expanding to include anyone “counter-culture” who goes against the grain of society in their hobbies or jobs, such as gamblers. Around the 20th century, organized crime syndicates started appropriating the term as a more positive counter to the official police designation, “bōryokudan” (“violence group”), while also claiming to adopt the moral code of Edo era “gokudō”, styling themselves as righteous vigilantes who protect the weak when the state has failed them (though this is mostly just a pretense, and in reality they’re far more likely to be petty, violent crooks).
Sakazuki/盃: A ritual between yakuza that join forces, whether an individual that joins a new family or families teaming up with one another. Literally “cup of sake”. Creating an alignment is known as “exchanging a sake cup” (盃を交わす/sakazuki wo kawasu), while breaking an alignment is known as “returning a sake cup” (盃を返す/sakazuki wo kaesu).
Satsu/サツ: Slang for police, from Keisatsu/警察. See also Deka/デカ, slang for a police detective, and Pori/ポリ, short for police.
Shaba/シャバ: Free society, as opposed to prison.
Shinogi/シノギ: Yakuza moneymaking/business methods, like bodyguarding, extortion, drug trade, or real estate/cabaret club management. Named for the ridge on the side of a katana which would get damaged over time in a hardened samurai’s career.
Shima/シマ: Turf, territory. Literally “island”. Also known as “nawabari/縄張り”.
Tama/タマ: Short for “tamashii” (soul), often used as part of the phrase “tama wo toru/タマを取る”, “taking someone’s soul”- a yakuza euphemism for murder.
Suji/筋: Logic, reason. A metric used to determine whether an action a yakuza takes is “appropriate” given the situation; punching someone at random is bad “suji”, but punching someone who punched you first passes the suji test. This is one of the origins of the term sujimon/筋者, which simply means “yakuza”.
Sutegoro/ステゴロ: A bare-handed fight. Actually pretty rare for real life yakuza.
Chaka/チャカ: Yakuza slang for a gun. Named for the sound of pulling a trigger. Other (older) terms include “hajiki/ハジキ” or “pachinko/パチンコ” (not to be confused with the game machines).
Chinpira/チンピラ: Slang for a yakuza rookie or sometimes a non-yakuza street punk.
Daimon/代紋: A yakuza family’s coat of arms/emblem, sometimes used symbolically to refer to a yakuza’s status.
Teppōdama/鉄砲玉: A hitman, specifically a one-time disposable grunt sent off to “send a message” and likely not come back. Literally “cannonball”.
Tokyo-wan/東京湾: Tokyo Bay, which in the context of yakuza is a stereotypical disposal ground of bodies; supposedly, yakuza would stuff their victims’ corpses in concrete barrels and throw them off Tokyo bay so that they won’t float back up.
Doko no kumi no mon ja?!/どこの組のもんじゃ？！: “What family are you from?!”, probably the most stereotypical yakuza phrase out there, spoken with a thick kansai dialect. Often used in parodies.
Dosu/ドス: A dagger, specifically a Japanese tantō, i.e. the type Majima uses. Comes from “odosu/脅す”, meaning “to threaten”.
Donpachi/ドンパチ: A yakuza war or shootout, named for the sound of gunfire.
Ninkyō/任侠: A term roughly meaning “charity” that the yakuza use to describe their purported philosophy and creed and is often used as a synonym for the yakuza itself. A similar term that more closely means “honor” is “jingi/仁義”.
Han-gure/半グレ: A non-yakuza criminal organization, typically more loose and closer to street gangs in nature. Literally means “Half-delinquent”. Related terms include Guren-tai/愚連隊 (punk squads), Karaa-gyangu/カラーギャング (“Color gangs”, groups modelled after American gangs that have their own “colors”), Chiima/チーマー (“Teamer”, a similar term for punks who hang out in teams).
Hamon/破門: Expulsion from a yakuza family. Not as severe as a 絶縁/zetsuen, where there’s no chance of ever coming back.
Butōha/武闘派: A "combat type" person; a yakuza who is violent and/or strong and lets their fists do the talking. Contrast with interi-yakuza/インテリヤクザ, the more modern "intellectual" yakuza with an affinity towards white collar crime.
Furyō/不良: Delinquent, professional or otherwise. Literally means “not good”. See also Gorotsuki/ゴロツキ and Arakure-mono/荒くれもの, more terms that just refer to young budding outlaws.
Bōryokudan/暴力団: “Violence syndicate”, the official police designation for yakuza. Yakuza themselves generally do not use this term.
Honshoku/本職: Another term for the yakuza itself. A euphemism that literally means “main job” or “professional”, indicating someone who’s a career criminal as opposed to a random crook.
Marubō/マル暴: Police department in charge of dealing with yakuza. Also used to refer to the yakuza itself.
Mikajime-ryō/みかじめ料: So-called “protection money” which yakuza ask from establishments in their turf in exchange for bodyguards and protection. This service is usually unsolicited, and the money is extorted under the threat of revenge from the yakuza if the “client” refuses to pay. Once common in red light districts, nowadays very illegal.
Musho/ムショ: Yakuza slang for prison, derived from the standard word “keimusho/刑務所”.
Yakuza/ヤクザ: Japanese organized crime. This term is a bit more colloquial and slightly derisive, but is also used by yakuza themselves. In English, it’s more or less the only term used. There’s multiple theories for where the term originated, but either way it’s related to gambling. In three-card betting games (for instance Oicho-kabu), one of the worst hands you can pull is a “8-9-3” (since it adds up to a 20, which is the same as 0), and this combination of numbers can be read as “ya-ku-za” (as such, “893” is sometimes used as a euphemism for the yakuza). Other (less probable) sources say it’s derived from “yakusha”, a type of “kabukimono” from the Edo period- hooligans dressed in extravagant clothes (like actors, which is what “yakusha” means) that may be a prototype to the yakuza (the term “kabukimono” itself means “peculiar person” and is the name origin of kabuki theater as well as the Kabukicho district).
Yubitsume/指詰め: The ritual of cutting off your pinky as a form of “kejime”. A pinky finger in this context is also referred to as enko/エンコ.
Wakagashira/若頭: Lieutenant, 2nd in command of a yakuza family. Literally “young head”. Sometimes shortened to just kashira/頭. See also shatei-kashira/舎弟頭 (“lieutenant advisor”), who is in a similar position but in a “sibling” relationship with the patriarch rather than “father and son”.
Wakashuu/若衆: A young yakuza member, a rookie. More derisively known as wakazō/若造 or sanshita/三下.
