I currently own the package Colonel LTI which I bought in 2012. Over time this has been upgraded to a Warden but only the Warden was a discounted Warbond, as this was a long time something I didn't know of.
I'm now playing with the idea of melting it and building a fresh ccu chain starting with the hornet.
The store is telling me, I would loose on buyback all the physical items from the pledge, like a star map, a ship shaped usb drive, cd with the soundtrack etc
That's a bit sad, as they are not really necessary to play the game, but would be still nice to have as this is something you can't acquire anymore.
Is there a possibility to reset the pledge back to the Hornet without loosing the stuff?

For almost the past decade (ever since leaving high school), I have gone back and forth between being employed in work and job hunting both in person and online and I am honestly so sick of it. It has severely impacted my mental health when 95% or more of the jobs that you apply for you either never hear back from or if you do, you are just told that you were unsuccessful with no reason given as to why. It really makes you feel like you are worthless and they don;t even give you any constructive criticism as to what you can do to improve for the next job that you go for. And somehow, doing it is even worse in person when you physically hand someone a resume, then turn around as you're leaving the store to watch them literally throw it in the garbage.
As far as the jobs I HAVE had in the last 10 years, I have done everything from call center work to delivery driving to factory work to a little bit of retail and tons of other stuff that I can't even think of right now.
Those were just the jobs that I had though. As far as what I specialize in, my last two jobs were working for Telstra selling phones and mobile/internet plans in an actual store and Aussie Broadband in their Residential Customer Service department. I was let go from Telstra after 6 months because I wasn't meeting their incredibly unrealistic KPI's for such a tiny store and I voluntarily left Aussie because several of my supervisors and managers there were not treating me very well. I did actually enjoy doing both jobs however as it was in a field and an area that I actually have an interest in, that being the internet and technology in general.
As for what I want to do next, I recently applied for a job as a field service technician for the NBN doing Fibre to the Premises upgrades in peoples homes which I already know alot about as I dealt with the NBN pretty much on a daily basis both at Telstra and Aussie Broadband.
Just a little bit about me personally though, I do happen to have Asperger's Syndrome and ADHD. I was diagnosed with both in my early primary school years and even though the conditions affected me far more and worse in my primary and high school years, it doesn't as much anymore, although it still does occasionally. I still do suffer from anxiety and depression every now and then and have the odd panic attack here and there too. I am not medicated for it the way I used to be when I was in school because I feel like I can fight it on my own with regular therapy sessions. I also did not like who I was when I was heavily dosed on so much medication. It turned me into a zombie like robot and took away everything that made me who I am as a person.
Because of this, I also have to be linked with a disability employment agency and I have been through so many of them in the last 10 years as well and the majority of them are garbage who don't care about you at all and just see you as a number, not a person. I also have a physical medical condition where I had to have an operation to repair a serious hernia that I had. The operation was just over a year ago and while I am pretty much fully recovered from it now, it has started to come back, meaning that I will have to have another surgery in a few years, depending on how long it takes for it to fully return. It's only had a partial resurgence so far. This means that I can't do any physically demanding job (like a trade for example) that would only increase the rate at which the hernia comes back fully.

Just wanted to ask if there are any hopes Blizzard will increase amount of online characters? Did something like this happen since release?
I am mostly asking, because I’m running out of space, need to sacrifice some mules etc to be able to create a new characters.
Just simple math, Season 6 is ending, for each season you create a new character, probably no one wants to delete the old ones. So 6 characters just from seasons (if someone played since beginning). We have 7 classes (that can have multiple builds). Personally I have already 2 paladins, 2 sorcs, 2 barbarians, let’s say 14 slots (2 per class) and in general you still have more possibilities (e.g. Sorceress Fire/Lightening/Cold which give us 3 slots).
So now 6 + 14 = 20. Everyone has at least one mule for runes, some mule for gems, uniques etc. So with current limit 24 just for the classes and characters from season you have only 4 slots (and even 3 if you want to participate in the season 7).
I know someone can tell „you have offline mode”, but I am mostly console player PS5/Switch, where it’s limited to 30 (as I know).
I believe from dev point of view it’s not taking a lot of space to store user data (characters etc). I understand online should have some limits (maybe?), but offline on consoles shouldn’t (like PC)
What are your thoughts? Can I hope for increase of this topic has been discussed already and no solution?

Took me a while to get a grip, made a number of noob mistakes. All good, all part of the learning curve.
But this one probably is going to make me start a new one:
I’ve read that Zyarth can’t survive without player intervention. So I thought, sure, let’s help those guys, let’s build everything there to help their economy. Oh boy, silly me.
My claytronics is just coming online, probably a lot late considering I’ve made a lot of mistakes learning the game.
Got the reward Syn and killed a couple of K’s that were hitting the AI stations, one of them I was helped by an ARG Behemoth. Patriarchy ships no where to be seen.
Left the Syn patrolling with 1 Dragon, 1 Katana, 1 Kuraokami and 2 Cobras as escort with defend task.
Got back to my Moreya to do some storyline quests, after a while went on the map to check stuff, there is a K killing my huge energy factory.
The syn and all escorts are dead. K already destroyed 3 panels, tried buying a Rattlesnake, Split shipyard doesn’t have weapon parts, my weapon factory is not online yet. Both ARG and BOR are starved for hull parts and by the time I get a freighter there, produce the ships and get it to fight, my solar is gone. And all my production chain along with it.
I fucked up.

I’m in the market for a new or refurbished high quality home office chair. So I’ve been learning about this market just over the past several days. My current chair is a Nouhaus ErgoFlip that I bought 4 years ago for $200 (because the arm rests flip up) but it’s terrible now and I need to replace it.
After doing some research, it seemed that refurbished is the way to go since the quality is almost as good as new and it’s 1/2-1/3 the price. I’m leaning towards getting the Steelcase Leap V2 as it seems to be the best chair you can get for under $600 as per many reviews.
After some more research, the two main competitors for this type of refurbished chair seemed to be BTOD and Crandall. Between the two, Crandall seemed to be a no brainer as they offer thicker seats than the normal Leap which you would think makes it more comfortable than BTOD. I also saw glowing praise of Crandall on this subreddit and on Amazon. So I was very close to buying a refurbished Leap from the Crandall website and paying extra for the thicker back and seat, for around $600. I even made a post about it here a couple days ago. Subsequently, as I was in the process of making a purchase on the Crandall website, I saw an option to purchase a newer refurbished Leap, but couldn't utiiize it. I called Crandall sales to inquire more, but to my surprise, no one picked up the phone during business hours. That's very unusual for a company sales department not to pick up the phone.
This prompted me to hold off and do a bit more digging. I was disturbed by what I found. It started by seeing the “top critical review” of the Crandall refurbished Leap on their Amazon page (which only displays on a desktop and not my phone):

In fact, as I looked more at this subreddit, it seems Crandall heavily astroturfs this subreddit (and perhaps the Amazon page too) by taking random accounts, temporarily using them to shill for Crandall, and pass themselves off as being disinterested third parties. These accounts then seem to be discarded (barely any subsequent posts after the accounts served their purpose of shilling Crandall in a thread and upvoting other shilling posts). Again, these accounts do not disclose that they are being operated by Crandall employees. In some older threads, the account name says "deleted" for obvious astroturfed posts, so Crandall seems to outright delete their more obvious examples. The owner also appears frequently to present extra legitimacy, which by itself would be fine, but of course as your attention is focused on him, it isn’t apparent that his employees are swarming this sub.
This post noticed the pattern 4 years ago and it certainly hasn’t gotten any better since I've seen this behavior in many threads made after that. It also seems to be an issue people want to tiptoe around for some reason as it's rarely squarely addressed judging from a search:

I plan on visiting either their warehouse sale or showroom to test out the chairs in person and make a purchase there.
When I searched this subreddit for OHR, almost NOTHING came up. That’s really a shame. I dunno if Crandall owns this subreddit or something, but it should be for information, not unmarked advertisements, and I think the worthy alternative of OHR should be discussed more, instead of 50% of posts shilling for Crandall.

 | So last night I got a stacked order at the ass end of my dash and it was going to have me end about 20+ miles away from my home I took it cause it was a decent order for the distance and to be done for the night even though it ended me super far out. Anyways I get to the store and they tell me both of my orders are ready but one of them the lady called and said she placed a pick up order online to be taken with her door dash order. Didn’t contact me or ask me,(mind you it was the part of the stack order that took me to hellsinky and back), and I was like okay I guess but how long of a wait for it and the guy tells me probably about 20-25 minutes cause she just called right before I showed up. I then said to him no I’m only contracted to deliver what is shown on my screen and I’m not going or make the person who is only 2 miles away have their food suffer cause one person fucked up and didn’t order enough the first go. So I get the orders and leave and then what happens in the pictures transpires, thereafter I send my last message she calls me and asks if she would send me 10$ to drive 18 miles back to wingstop to get the part of her order I wasn’t contracted to get and drive it back the other 18 miles then the 20+ miles to get home. I asked politely is that what would have been the “extra tip” she says no it would have been like 5-8$ and I said so you are telling me you would value my time waiting for that order and the drive at 15-24$/hr and she said yeah I guess so. I then politely said well my time is worth more to me than that so like I stated earlier in the messages you’re free to go get your own food you placed as a pick up order. She then asked what I would need to get paid for me to go and retrieve said order. I said without hesitation 50$ cause I have to work at my full time job at 6 am and you’re cutting into my time I had so that’s where I stand she starts to go off about how I’m crazy and yelling so I hung up and reported the situation to door dash to make sure I wouldn’t receive a violation. *Spoilers for the ending of VC1. ALSO, do not mention part 2 of the fight, I have not done it yet*
Considering I played this game blind, VC1 ch18 battle 1 is really poorly made and balanced. To put a disclaimer, I almost never do the "rush and win early" kind of strats. That's just not fun for me. Tactically positioning my units and winning through using my units wisely is much more enjoyable than running a scout to the end with a defense boost. This does lead to my units being lower level since I usually get B rank, but oh well.
This battle is crazy blind. Lancers at every corner makes using your actual tank hard unless you back them into the southwest corner. I make good progress, and then suddenly a lancer gets to spawn there and 1 shot my tank. Unsure if all of the crit defense parts would protect me from getting 2 shot, but I didnt really want to change my whole loadout to try that. I try a few other strategies, but this battle is crazy difficult to do "normally".
I sigh and look up how to do it the speedrun way. I pull the video up on my phone, emulate the steps, and.... oh, I don't have the penetrate order. I haven't leveled snipers in a long time because IMO they suck in this game compared to 4 (their movement is so bad, and about half of the maps in the game make using them difficult). So now it takes multiple more attempts to very slowly take out the Vlakof, finally I do it, 3 hours down the drain.
Not having penetration order, nor any of the anti-tank weapons people suggest online is annoying. I spec'ed into my units a specific way that worked great for 95% of the game. Suddenly in ch18, I'm barely able to beat the first part. I guess I'm just partially venting, but also am I the only one who struggled with Ch18 battle 1 like this?

Not having penetration order, nor any of the anti-tank weapons people suggest online is annoying. I spec'ed into my units a specific way that worked great for 95% of the game. Suddenly in ch18, I'm barely able to beat the first part. I guess I'm just partially venting, but also am I the only one who struggled with Ch18 battle 1 like this?

I (lvl 66) joined a rando (lvl 70) for a bug mission and we didn't get anyone join us for the whole mission. With the broken spawn rate for less than 4 players, it was bug breach after bug breach and map which spawns bile spewers. My god. Just when we take out one train of those acid-spitters, another one pops up.
We lost a couple of lives on landing and then a couple of more on taking out a stalker nest. Things calmed down a bit. We did a couple of big holes no problem.
Then all hell broke loose. Bug breach after bug breach. We lost a good amount of lives try to do the main objectives. No matter which way we try to run, there comes a patrol of bile spewers. Thankfully, we only got a few bile titans and chargers.
Finally after completing the main objectives we had 4 lives left and we had to make it all the way across the map to extraction, which was an infested area.
After killing a few more trains of bile spewers, we made it to extraction.The moment we reached the area, it was bug breach after bug breach. Thank sweet Jesus that we had the 500kg bombs for free because, boy, did they come in handy.
We tried to call extraction a few times but we could never get close enough without another train on bile spewers coming up on us. We both were low on ammo and supplies. We had gotten separated amd i was waiting for us to get near each other to call down supplies. That was my mistake.
Good news, we didn't have to call extraction because the timer reached zero and the pelican was on it's way. Bad news, we had no supplies. We managed to survive for minute but then the other player dies and it was just me.
No grenades, no grenade pistol ammo, one stim left and down to my last ice for the sickle on a heat planet. Thankfully, I still had my guard dog rover.
I tried to round uo as much bugs as possible and lead them away from the extraction pad. I ran in a circle and managed to hide for 10 seconds. I continued running in a circle , taking out a few bugs in my way, my ice halfway heated up.
With 20 seconds left, I started to run towards the extraction pad, with my rover and I taking out the bugs in our way, my ice almost heated up. I reached the pad when a charger, bile spewer and a brood commander crawled up onto the pad with 10 seconds left.
My heart was pounding but just then the pelican which was landing took out the brood commander and the charger. But I was in front of the pelican and I had to make my way around to the back, through the bile spewer.
I was hoping to get hit by something for me to execute my plan. Thankfully I did and I immediately stimmed myself and jumped through the bile spewer acid and in to the pelican.
I wasn't on mike or both of us would have heard the other screaming! He did scream in the text chat to let me know though.
Till today, I've never been the only one to extract and I've only seen clips of that online. Never thought I'd be able to do it.
I had to wait for a couple of minutes for my heartbeat to come back to normal.
God, I love this game!

Since the Google Timeline update, I am no long able to download the KML files of my daily travels from my Timeline. - The phone heats up fast, especially when playing or on calls. It heats up malala when I play roblox and ML.
- Camera is decent but not the best. It's good enough for a budget phone.
- For some reason the palm store keeps coming back every now and then kahit na ilang beses ko na dinisable. It's not much of a bother para sa akin since wala naman random adds na nagppop up in the middle of using it. Napapansin ko lang na it's back if nakikita ko siya sa app list ko na hindi nakadisable.

Decided to get out of the house before the madness of Bay 2 Breakers (which is on Sunday) and visited Japantown, by taking a LONG stroll.
Stop 1: Browser Books, 2195 Fillmore
A bookshop that was taken over by Green Apple Books a while back, it does have a collection of notebooks and journals... at MSRP. Went in, browsed, came back out.
Stop 2: Paper Source, 1925 Fillmore
Not really a pen place, but I was looking for some "thank you" cards too.
Found a damaged NOTEM Uma Notebook, Large - Dark Blue for $5. The back cover is slightly torn. MSRP is well over $25. I am looking for different notebooks to try anyway, and $5 is irresistable.

Stop 3: Goodwill Store, 1669 Fillmore
I originally was not going to go in, then I remembered one can occasionally find some interesting stationeries inside. Well, got 2 hits and 1 half-miss. Not bad for less than $10 spent.
The "leather" notebook was the half-miss. The binding was torn, but the rest was clean. Turns out the paper does bleedthrough slightly, and my Jinhao X850 is not even a particularly wet pen. Hmmm...

The other notebook was a genuine hit. Completely blank pages, tried 3 different ink and none bled through including genuine Lamy. Though it "almost" did. And the cover design is pretty cool.

Oh, and picked up a little glass jar for pen washing/flushing. That's definitely going to be a useful item.

Stop 4: Kinokuniya Building, 1581 Webster
This is basically the Japantown mall, with restaurants and Japanese knick-knacks, bookstores, and so on. My main target here is going to be Maido, the stationery store, and specifically, the 2nd floor unit, where they stock the fountain pen and stationery stuff.
Got in, and found the prices to be... expected, but at least the selection is good on all the notebooks, notepads, journals, and so on. They have all the Japanese brands on the shelves, but one should probably order online if one do not need the stuff in a hurry. Your dollars just go further online. They sell Lamy at full price ($37 for a Safari, same as Lamy flagship store on Market) but at least the Kaweco Sport is reasonable at $28.
However, by this time I am pretty determined to buy SOMETHING, so I went back to browsing... and finally decided I have enough notebooks and I should just buy a Kaweco Sport, and I want a B nib, since I don't have a B nib (they are all M, F, and EF). That's how I ended up with that Apricot Kaweco Sport B-nib with a converter. It's just over $40 out the door.

I did notice they have a cheap brand I never heard of that offers a build-a-pen by buying 3 kits. Buy a body (choose from fountain pen, rollerball, and mech pencil?), a cap, and a clip/finial kit to assemble one that's pretty customized? Or did I read that wrong? Anyway, I barely glanced at it, and as I've spent all I could today, I'm out of there. The place was getting crowded anyway.
So, haven't loaded any ink into the Kaweco Sport yet. Still thinking about the inks I own and all that.
Maybe tomorrow I'll show you all my Temu pen and stationery haul, or perhaps my Jetpens order?
