Change starts somewhere, we can make the change within the community to make FFIE big. It’s our opportunity to take actions into our hands to truly make the difference not just for FFIE but show the hedge funds how screwed up it is to profit off the loss of the people like us and the businesses they help destroy. Hold or we continue to fill the pockets of those who profit off our losses and the people they help unemploy.
GME and people like Keith Gill made us realize we can do this with banding together, creating communities, vocalizing and believing in a stock just for the sake of liking a stock and liking the company. Faraday Future may not have been known by everyone but there are 586 people who could lose their jobs if FFIE does not get our support. I’m sure you like keeping your job so relate to these people on wanting to make sure they have a job they can go to after June 24th.
Of course there are people who will doubt and hate us. It does not feel good and may make us doubt ourselves and our decisions but together we have the power to make change in our generation. We have powerful people against us, always have and probably always will unless we show them that we have the power of change.

My daughter is going out of town for a university internship. I went on a facebook page where they offer summer housing near the university.
Got a lot of responses and one person seemed legit. But now he keeps bugging me like every 6 hours of the day asking if Im still interested in the apartment. He insists on using Zelle to do the deposit. I've never used Zelle but I've read it is not protected like a credit card would be.
I did give him my phone # to text me so it's easier to communicate vs facebook messenger. A few things on his page have brought up red flags so I'm pretty sure now this guy is a scammer. Long story short I learned that these facebook market groups are full of scammers. I'm going to break off all communication but since he has my phone #, can he do something bad to me online or anywhere else?
I feel stupid and should have known better!

What is it? From what I understand, its a condition where you obtain your diploma on the basis of completing at least 32 credits and the prerequisite courses for uni and presenting a good argument as to why you should obtain one.
Im in Natural Science in a french college who graduated from an english high school doing his third year having difficulty in french, failing french 102 for the third time, completed all the courses. What I have left is French 103 and phys ed, which I was going to take during the summer, but since French 102 is not going well, I will have to do my fourth year (7th semester, 10th if Im including all my summers).
I already got accepted into Biochemistry for Fall 2024. Im literally not well mentally at this point. If DEC sans mention is what I described it to be, then there still might be hope.

It's been a while since a post about positions has been made on the sub, and I thought that after Samidare's release I might make one since Fuma, EJ and Taki now have a good amount of lines in the title track :)
Apart from official positions which will be noted by (*), these are all my own perceptions of &TEAM's positions, minus dancing positions because I cannot accurately analyze that, beside Main Dancer. So in order, from oldest to youngest:
K: Performance Leader*, Main Vocalist, Main Dancer, FOTG, Oldest
While oldest isn't a position per se, it is a role that K has to take on, so I've listed it here. K's Performance Leader position has been confirmed by himself on that one interview (forgot the name), which indicates that he is also Main Dancer. Now for Main Vocalist - it's long been debated whether K should be Main or Lead vocal, but after Samidare I do believe that he is a Main Vocalist. He consistently sings chorus, and is always in the top 4 for line distribution. He also does adlibs which a Main Vocalist would usually do. And for FOTG, it's mainly because he was already popular on I-LAND and made it all the way to the end, but didn't debut.
Fuma: Sub-leader*, Vocalist.
Fuma is officially the sub-leader, supporting EJ who is the leader. I believe that Fuma will take over the leader position completely while EJ serves his military duties, whenever that will be. Up until recently, Fuma didn't get a lot of lines in songs but with Samidare, he is ranked 6th which is an improvement from the bottom three, though not by far. I hope that next comeback he will be in the top 4.
Nicholas: Main Rapper, Lead Vocalist
And as everybody knows, Nicholas is the Main Rapper. If only one person raps in a song, it will be Nicholas. However, I feel like that his positions as Main Rapper and Lead Vocalist sort of clash, if you get what I mean. Basically Nicholas will rap as much as he can in a song, if he has a good amount of lines then he won't get too many more singing lines, or sometimes none at all. But in a song where there is no rap, Nicholas will get a good amount of singing lines. But what I'm saying is that he doesn't both rap a lot and sing a lot in the same song.
EJ: Leader*, Lead Rapper, Vocalist
EJ is leader, that's official, no doubt. He and Nicholas are the only two who rap, and even EJ doesn't come in too often. I've written Lead Rapper here but that's only because EJ does actually come in to rap multiple times, whereas other members make the odd appearance and never rap again. And believe it or not, EJ was actually number 2 in line distribution for Samidare! (the song, not the whole album). I haven't given him a Lead Vocal part yet because this could just be a one time thing, however by the end of the seasons series (or whatever it's called), we will definitely be able to confirm whether EJ is a lead or sub vocalist.
Yuma: Main Vocalist, Main Dancer
Yuma is either number 1 or 2 in terms of vocal ability, and by the number of lines he consistently gets, he is definitely another Main Vocalist. He and Maki also support Jo's killing parts often since Jo is a weaker vocalist than them, we'll get back to that later. Yuma is also a great dancer, I believe he's danced for the longest out of &TEAM? But I do believe that he would hold the Main Dancer position if officially assigned. Also on the Kpop wiki on fandom, they list Yuma as having a rapper position. But I can't recall the last time Yuma ever rapped in a song, somebody please tell me if that's ever happened.
Jo: Center, Vocalist, Visual*
Ok so let's continue off what I said about Jo being a weaker vocalist than K, Yuma and Maki. That is definitely true, but HLJ still gives Jo killing parts and a really good amount of lines. Why? Because they're pushing him as Center.
Now with &TEAM, the center is a bit weird since &TEAM has so many members, but bear with me. A commenter on another post (here) suggests that &TEAM could have three centers - those being K, Jo and Harua. K would be the performance center, (similar to Yeonjun of TXT) and is the face for their concept (Dark Moon) and Harua is the most promoted both within Japan/Korea and overseas since his popularity is pretty balanced globally, but I believe that the traditional K-pop center would be Jo. He's pushed mainly on visuals (Jo introduced himself as Visual once, so that's confirmed) and is given lines despite being a weaker vocalist, and he's popular, so people want to see more of him in songs.
Harua: Vocalist, Visual
That whole section above also applies to Harua I guess, he gets a good amount of lines, not too many and not too few, and is mainly pushed as a visual. Not trying to hate or anything but there's not much to say.
Taki: Vocalist
Honestly not too much to say about Taki either apart from the fact that he finally got a good amount of lines in Samidare! The first thing I thought of when I listened to Samidare was 'hey, Taki's getting so many lines! I'm so happy!' Afterwards I realised that EJ and Fuma had gotten lots of lines too. Hopefully he will be pushed on vocals more in the future, his vocals have improved so much since we first met him on I-LAND and he needs to showcase them.
Maki: Main Vocalist, Maknae*
K, Yuma and Maki are the three main vocalists of &TEAM. Some may think that it's too many, which is a fair point, but having three strong vocalists and not using them would be a waste. They often exchange parts, especially in the chorus, and Maki often sings the first part of the last chorus, which is quite an impactful part. This is also when K does adlibs.
So that's it I guess, &TEAM's positions as of Samidare. I think I will revisit this when the seasons series ends, hopefully by then the positions will become clearer and we get fairer line distributions.

Makjang
Makjang dramas (막장 드라마): A drama that is difficult to understand or accept based on common sense and moral standards of an average person. These dramas will often feature things such as forced situations/settings, tangled relationships, affairs, and birth secrets. Was scrolling through this community and found nothing as incredibly specific as the title I've written today, so I guess I've decided to ask about this considering I'm still processing up to now my experience working for a startup which I resigned from a couple of months ago.
But yeah, just like the title said: anyone here have any particularly terrifying/traumatic/frustrating experiences working for a startup? I'll start:
Some time back, I entered a company in a junior position for a startup whose posting enticed me. What got me was that a) they were near me, and b) the potential for growth seemed promising given the product this startup was peddling around. (Writer's note: I'm not gonna mention the company, the field, or the position here but I might be comfortable sharing some in PM) Signed up and eventually came to have a very mixed relationship with this company. Here are some things that I did appreciate:

1. In the training period that was given to me as I entered the position, it was great to learn a hefty amount of knowledge from the learning modules the company had prepared for training employees in that position. I would say that coupled with some very welcoming and pleasant interactions with the rest of the team that I was a part of, I had fun too.
2. Personal growth was quite significant, especially since I had a hand at ensuring certain matters and tasks assigned to me were delivered as requested. We could also work anywhere as the company head said in their interview with me!

But... what's the problem? Well...

1. Remember that "work anywhere" mantra I mentioned? Well, I felt annoyed because on some mornings whenever the company had a meeting, there would be shortcomings in the delivered output based on who was responsible for it and what would sometimes end up happening is the company head going on an unnecessary tirade that sometimes included about how they think about making people work in the office more because of this. (Okay, probably debatable, but I did not enjoy dealing with this)
2. Actually, more on the boss: apart from turning what is an initially promised 1 hour meeting into a 2/3/4-hr / whole morning one, really really likes to stress work-life balance... but will have the gall to get frustrated when an employee is sick to the point na they'll even try to get someone to contact them while the other person is recuperating. Nakakabastos.
3. Breaking point for me really was this week that we had a bunch of holidays clumped together in the same week, but the impression I got from that morning's meeting was that we didn't deserve to have a break because we weren't meeting goals (and even made it a point to emphasize na if may balak magtrabaho on the holidays to finish deliverables hindi yun counted as special holidays w/c should mean na may multiplier sa pay). This was what prompted me to just eventually resign and search elsewhere.

It's pretty clear that my horror story revolves around how much the company boss ruined any of the good or promising things I saw in this company. Though I'd say it also gave me a hard lesson about being very, very judicious and informed about the startup I'm getting into. I did my research later on and saw that the head really likes to make a lot of these companies/organizations/initiatives in the name of social entrepreneurship. A couple of duplicate companies here and there, di man lang makakuha ng market dito because the competent sales people all left for similar reasons. "Do this because you're making a difference to a lot of people," well the low pay, abusive upper management, and the lack of self-accountability doesn't help justify the lack of sleep and the anxiety I've developed dealing with this type of stuff. (Or the fact that... well, they've been a startup for so long pero mas marami nang nakaangat na companies in the same field established after theirs.)

Just to clarify, this post isn’t to discuss the ongoing conflict between Hybe and MHJ nor is it to hate on IVE but it is something that I’ve been thinking about and wanted to hear other people’s opinions on.
When IVE announced their global tour, I was pretty shocked. They confidently announced a huge world tour (really put the world in world tour) and booked huge arenas. Tours are expensive. Huge arenas are very expensive, all the money that goes into the outfits, styling, dancers, production, etc is expensive, even just traveling to all the different cities is expensive so for a company to do that, they need to be extremely confident in their artist to sell out so that they make a profit. Yet, IVE’s global stats are horrible, especially in comparison to their peers. While most can agree about IVE’s domestic popularity, I don’t think anyone would be fighting for their international popularity with their weak international stats. Most people thought Starship had overestimated themselves and yet, in the end, Starship was right for believing in IVE. IVE sold out all their US stops minus 1 that was 90% sold out and their tour has now become the highest grossing tour by a 4th gen girl group with a whopping $10,967,001, and it only has 12/36 shows reported so far. Yet, even after all that, their international stats remain bad.
With the Fifty Fifty scandal, we learned in Keena’s official interview with Dispatch that the Giver’s CEO was telling the members how he was doing things behind the scenes to guarantee them getting onto Billboard. Now, with the MHJ and Hybe scandal, we’re seeing how much even the top companies are obsessed with recognition, awards, and achievements, especially against other groups. MHJ has made it clear her anger for not having New Jeans be “the first Hybe girl group” and the reason BSH debuted LSF first was because he saw how well IVE was doing and wanted their success. Also, both BHS and MHJ were in agreement to “stomp on Aespa.” MHJ has also outed Hybe for wanting her to album push, meaning driving up the number of album sales. I’m pretty sure there are more practices Hybe does to inflate their group’s numbers but MHJ didn’t expose them because she and New Jeans participated in them also.
In fact, I don’t need to be “pretty sure.” Most kpop fans know these practices and they exist almost as open secrets that the big4 does to “promote” their groups ( and inflate their stats). There’s Youtube ads that most of us can’t escape, driving mv views. Most of us know about playlisting to drive up streams and I’m not sure if this has been officially proven but the weird phenomena of constantly having a certain kpop song play after any kpop song on Spotfiy. There’s more that most kpop fans are already aware of and there’s probably a lot more that we are not aware of.
The reason I mention all this is to tie it back to IVE. I think behind all the inflated stats, IVE might actually be performing well. They were good enough for Starship to confidently book this world tour that some groups with "better" stats haven't done and their stats might be roughly what some of the bigger groups are actually organically pulling as well.

So I used the shitpost flair, but I really had this dream and it was weird. Would love your opinions on this. (It's Sunday where I'm posting from)
So I was supposed to go this place I went with an old couple, myself and one woman and one man. We saw an advertisement of an island, and decided to go there. There we saw that there's some sort of a very big UFO device, which is huge and in a ball shape but it is made as if you've taken a lot of strings and wrapped it around each other. We saw that and got curious to know more about the facility. There were some folks who saw us witness and when we said "Wait what that's a UFO, they said no one is supposed to know about it. So they projected a fake UFO kind of like seen in movies, it was shorter, but looked more like a stereotypical UFO We went back and for some reason we had this 80s TV and that old man who was with me was watching it. He saw the island's advert there were majestic creatures special to that island. And suddenly there was the UFO news, I said it's fake it's fake. Anyway we decided to go there after entering through the desert and forest, We were taken to a school building with stairs and strated by going upstairs in a queue and then putting our bags in locker. After going there was a very tall woman who was the head of the facility, let's say her name is 'Jen' who was taking us somewhere, but quickly we found out that the entire place is some sort of research facility - people were tortured, animals were tortured and mutants were created. We got very scared, and got hold off some laser guns. (that ran on battery, they didn't had enough power). So we took Jen and saw that in the main area of facility - kids and their parents are playing a sport event and we were not allowed to go in there. It was like a simulation, they were too deep in it to see what's going on. We saw one zombie like creature crawling I used the gun to hit him a few times and he died. It felt good. I put the gun to jen and moved ahead. It was a white alley, and we could see the parents and kids on the other side of the door. The left side of the alley was the research facility, it was mostly empty but big. She told me that they change the race by making them go through race transformation, but the problem is that it's so difficult that not many people survive that. We tried to burn some part of her with the gun and she kept begging that it doesn't have enough laser battery. I thought it was logical so I stopped. We took another stair and went up to see that there are small dirty rooms with no light and 4 chains in it. That was the place for experiment. We saw that some rooms were open, in one of the rooms there was a dead guy, tangled in the chains and 20 ft up in the air. It looked very scary and eerie. By that time we had a ghost following us too. (upon Jens request) But we still put her in the room and plugged the transform race button but we forgot to put on the chain because we were so worried and hurrdily closed the iron door. She seemed unfazed and was laughing. I thought she would come back with more superhuman powers and we'll die. Then we put her in and started looking for exits, the woman next to me said that she has to meet someone in the school and I said are you crazy focus on the mission to get out. Then the spirit started chasing us and we ended up near a river which was just next to the stairs that we took to go to the main experiment room. We could still see that dead guy chained up and dead, and Jens room was closed. We had our guns with us and we could sense the ghost. We saw in our mind or dream that it was a woman's ghost, with long hair and shabby clothes. She must be one of the subjects of the experiment here who died and then turned into a ghost. She tried to capture us in the water and I was convinced that I am dead now. Then suddenly we heard that old man with me started playing live TV on mobile and I understood immediately what was happening. He blew the cover of the facility online and military was about to come The TV still looked like it's from the 1980s Suddenly, the ghost disappeared and I could hear on love TV that everyone is shocked about the discovery of strange creatures and experiments Then we saw hordes of police and other people coming in, tourists coming in as well. We felt a sense of relief. We also saw some Indian women in saree who came to do prayer (puja) in the river. All while Jen's room was locked up and the other room with the dead guy was open. Then the river turned into beer, as soon as the beer ad was coming on TV. We stayed inside the river bank for sometime We went back, got rescued, but I still had my bag in the locker. So I went back again, and asked the old woman with me where is it, somehow she knew. I found it and then we were going back through the forest on a motor boat and we saw a UFO and everyone in the news said "UFO sighting" but I was sure it wasn't a real one. Then we all came back home to tell the tale. At the end, like it happens in movie credits, there was a file given to me and I wrote "Subject Name: My Name" Used in: Room 880, Room 001 880 was the initial room they kept me and 001 was the superhuman transformation one.

the lifa app is a reality shifting based app that lets you keep track of your dr or multiple drs in literally every way imaginable. from the time it is to your memories. it even gives you diary entries for yourself. it is meant to be used as a tool to help shifters keep track of all of their information about them and their dr. it also allows a gateway to meet other shifters like yourself and shift with them to the same reality.

the lifa app has many features. the main ones you can see first are dr details, visualizations, group shifting, sharing.
let's go over each feature one by one.

: ̗̀➛ dr details

the first thing that you will get when you are greeted by this an i icon that says about this dr. when you click on it, you are able to type the location and a background story about your desired reality.
: ̗̀➛ time
this feature allows you to add a time and date to your dr. time will pass the same as it does here. for example in my dr, it is currently november 19, 2130 and is 1:47 pm. i chose to freeze time in this dr and submitted it.
: ̗̀➛ theme
this holds the name of what your dr is called, the icon it has, and the background of it when you click on the app. you can also choose the font color and a background tint as well. it also holds your name in your dr.
: ̗̀➛ timeline
you are able to establish a timeline of your desired reality before the point that you shift. i recommend keeping it brief to the important stuff. main instances of childhood and things that you remember with the same importance as you do now.
: ̗̀➛ notion script
this feature is if you have a script on the website notion script. it is a website in which you can gather and fill in shifting templates and is a great way to organize yourself. this is not necessary though. there are other features you can use for your script on here.
: ̗̀➛ about me
this is just a section where you write all about yourself. your name, your age, nicknames, safe word, height, hometown, ethnicity, race, nationality, sexuality, pronouns, gender, language(s), positive traits, negative traits, habit, likes, dislikes, hobbies, and skills.
: ̗̀➛ relationships
when you enter this tab, it will take you to a screen that has a place where you can add family members, friends, pets, significant other(s) or 'other'. the other tab has you in it.
when you decide to add let's say a friend, you start off by adding their name. then there age, closeness, and appearance. you can follow that up by adding a photo of said friend. you can type in relationship dynamic, how you met, and extra info. the format is the exact same no matter the type of relationship aside from pets.
the pet section is a little bit different. you add their name, age, species, pet bed, size, and about them.
there is also a recorder option where you can move around the placements of these characters.
: ̗̀➛ scenarios
this includes upcoming scenarios that you had planned, past scenarios that you did while in your reality, desired upcoming scenarios that include no date but you want to do or have plans to do. finally, you have memories which has no date. these are things that you will automatically remember when in your dr.
it's just a brief section where you can type in a title and add as much as you want of details of that memory. you can add a photo and select if it has a date or if it is a past memory or not.
: ̗̀➛ calendar
this just has the date of your dr. you can also create events on specific dates. that's pretty much it, this section is short.
: ̗̀➛ diary
you can write diary entires. talk about your day, memories, anything that may make you feel closer to your dr. this section is also short.
: ̗̀➛ playlist
so is this one. you make a playlist. and link the playlist, whenever you open the playlist, you get a new tab that takes you to that playlist to listen. i use it to keep my shifting subliminal playlist, but you don't have to.
: ̗̀➛ hero/villain
this is a tab within a tab so i'm bolding it. the first tab is customize, but that feature is locked behind a paywall with a monthly subscription of $3.99. i will talk about the subscription later.
then you have powers. you type the name of it and what your powers do. you have weapons which have the same explanation as powers. missions means you can make your own missions.
then there is combat skills. you list your strength, speed, agility, intelligence, compatibility, stamina, and flexibility out of five. then you can add your backstory. it's a blank sheet where you can type it out.
next is costumes where you describe what your costume looks like.
ally team includes your team name, how well you work together, specific events and upcoming battles, and other details. you can also add relationships from your relationship section and names of that.
enemy team is relatively the same. a team name, specific events or battles, other details, and can once again, select relationship with each member.
finally, there is timeline which has a title and description. you can also add scenarios if needed.
thankfully, that is thee last feature about dr details and we can now move on to visualizations.

: ̗̀➛ visualizations ‧₊˚🖇️✩

this tab focuses all on the visual aspects of your desired reality. even if you can't visualize, you can still use these to get a good idea on what things will look like.
: ̗̀➛ appearence
you can add a hair claim, face claim, body claim, hand claim, voice claim, and specific features claim. personally, i think that the last one could be explained easily in body or face claim.
either way, when you press one of these tabs, you can type in a detailed description on what you look like. now, i didn't notice at first but all the way at the bottom will be a small section that says add photo to which you can go into your gallery and choose a photo for yourself on that specific claim.
: ̗̀➛ wardrobe
this section will include an area that says wardrobe. you press the giant + sign on the top right hand corner and it takes you to a section that says create wardrobe. all you gotta do is add a title and a description. once you do that, you click on the tab again and then add a photo of a specific outfit of yours. you can add multiple photos, move them around using the recorder option right next to photos.

you can make multiple photo galleries , customize albums of different things relating to your dr.
: ̗̀➛ pinterest boards
here you can add the link to your pinterest board...and a title. that's about it.

this does not connect to any funds in this reality. it's supposed to keep track of money in your dr. i find this feature a bit dumb tbh and seems to waste more time preparing to shift than actually shifting.
: ̗̀➛ outfits
again, this is the same as wardrobe but more customized. you can add each individual clothing item separately if you wanna do that.
: ̗̀➛ belongings
you add photos and a title of what you own and its sentiment. yeah.
: ̗̀➛ or self
it has a stick figure of you. you list your family, what they're doing, their location, and your action, mood, and location.
: ̗̀➛ music group dr
without paying, you can only add one music group and one album. there is a members tab but you need a monthly subscription in order to access it.
i use this feature in one dr to describe my favorite band to listen to and an album i like. if you wanna add more than one album, then you also need to pay,
: ̗̀➛ school app
this is a doozy and has multiple tabs so this will be rapid fire.
you have your student i.d. report card, schedule.
schedule contains period, subject, and teacher. your school in your dr. you can add a photo, location, mascot, colors, class song, traditions, and history of your school.
you can also add your school uniform if you have one. this includes daily uniform and gym uniform. you can add a school map and a yearbook (????????)
again, these are fine i think but the yearbook seems unnecessary, just script who is in your class with you.
also there's a teacher mode but you can only access that with payment.
: ̗̀➛ chat
you can make a chatroom. and roleplay as every single member in that chatroom...for some reason. i don't need to repeat myself here, you already know what i'm going to say.
: ̗̀➛ chat ai
this is locked behind a paywall. just use character ai, it's free and you don't have a limit of 200 messages per day.
: ̗̀➛ family tree
for some reason you can't add siblings. the only way to add siblings kinda is to make them have the same parents as you on a new family tree.
this is just so not necessary. just write down your siblings in your script. no need for your entire extended bloodline. the universe will figure that out.
: ̗̀➛ places
you add places in your dr.
: ̗̀➛ fame phone
you can make a knock off insta account, twitter account, a wikipedia, and a youtube. again, not needed. just shift. also the settings and notifications features are locked behind a paywall.

: ̗̀➛ group shifting

you need to convert your account into an online account. but you can connect with other people and plan to shift together as a group. for those that don't know, group shifting is where you and one or more people collectively decide to shift to the same dr as different people and basically share an experience in that dr.

: ̗̀➛ sharing

the exact same thing as above. except this time you can just share your dr. you need an account to access this feature. it can give others ideas on scripts, drs, or anything else of the sort. it can be a great way to connect with others.

i think some of its features are helpful! however, other parts of it can be very distracting from shifting. i almost felt like this was an oc maker rather than shifting app. some of these i think didn't need so many features. the amount of features there are is crazy. the features section alone i needed to divide into several sections because it took so much longer to get through than i initially thought. it took about two hours to review each of them and i had to take breaks in between. to a new shifter especially, this would be so overwhelming.
you don't need face claims, body claims, or special features claims. as long as you have a general idea of what you and your desired reality is like then you're fine. this is just gonna over complicate shifting and make it seem more fictional in a way. if anything, this makes you less connected to your desired reality since your focusing so much on this one.
it wouldn't be a waste to download it but i wouldn't recommend buying it. but if you do, then more power to you.

Building a python program (using PyExifTool) for batch reading/writing metadata tags. For my use case, it's likely important to align similar keys across different languages--namely EXIF, IPTC, XMP, and Dublin Core.
I glossed over the IPTC Photo Metadata Mapping guidelines, as well as something called the Metadata Working Group. It's a good starting point, but I was wondering if there was a more robust mapping somewhere online--especially one that uses the same keys as ExifTool.

Iam from India. I did something stupid. I visited a sex worker. Exchanged the number with the girl ( i shared the alternate whatsapp number which i dont use). Couple of days after the girl asked me if i could book a journey ticket to her hometown. She shared her real name and age for me to book. I did stupediest thing to book the ticket with my original phone number and email id which was mentioned in the booked ticket. She travelled but later i got a call from the bus service that someone from dubai called and said she hasnt reached her home (which is in india)- iam was surprised with the Dubai connection and how the guy got the Bus Driver number. Couple of days later when i checked about her surgery, she replied it was not her eye surgery but had some other health issues and i blocked her in whatsapp. After a week, I created a fake insta id and followed the girl and she posted a reel of her in airporr with boarding ticket to Dubai yesterday which got freaked me out of possible extortion as she has my name, number and (which doesnt have any whatsapp) Mail id and any possible recordings/photos of the act which i might not be aware of. There has not been any sextortion so far but i am surprised with the turn of events and wondering if she is part of large scam group

I have 2 that have been home runs lately- one so good my husband told me to put it on Reddit tonight (lolz). I know this sounds braggy- but please know I am fully aware that tomorrow my little one could wake up & revolt to these tactics so I am just squeezing the goodness out of them while I can. Thinking maybe they can help a fellow parent in the trenches of toddlerhood!
1) If mom or dad asks her to change pull-up/brush teeth/get dressed etc. its always a fight. However, if we 'call' Mickey or Minnie and ask them to help her- she does it straight away. I will pretend to call Mickey and he will tell me to meet him in the bathroom. Then I will do my Mickey voice & tell her how to brush her teeth well & "oh boy! I like when you open your mouth so wide!" She will do anything for Mickey or Minnie so if you are at all good with voices try doing your kiddo's favorite character for tough things that are always a battle. (looking at the playfulness tip in How to Talk so Little Kids Will Listen)
2) At dinner if she takes 2 bites then claims she is done we will say "oh, but I know this next bite is Peppa Pig- and she wants to go in your tummy." Then she gets excited to keep naming characters- we ask her who the next bite will be & she says "George!" and we get excited "Oh George- that bite will be so yummy!" It is crazy effective for us. Some nights its Daniel characters, some nights its Pooh, etc. But simply naming each bite gets her to sometimes finish her plate. We don't even do voices- it's just naming the characters and we usually don't have to say "ok 3 more bites..." because it's a game she likes.

So I wanted to share my journey with everyone and shine some light on a weird problem that is probably common but doesn't seem to be discussed much.
I am in the process of rewriting a large 15-year old PHP/jQuery/MySQL app in Nuxt. One of my goals is to support my largeish (60 tables) legacy MySQL database. I was really looking forward to leveraging Nuxt's API and directory magic to modernize my old app!
I had used mysql2 successfully in a Vue 3 project I built this past winter and wanted to use it in Nuxt. Turns out there wasn't a documented way to do so. So I set about figuring out a way to wire it up into Nitro myself. I documented my findings here but I wasn't really happy as my solution wasn't the "preferred" way to do things. Pooya says we should not be attaching things to the nitroApp instance.
Time passed and I started playing with Prisma as it has direct support for MySQL and Nuxt. I figured I needed to wade into learning Prisma anyway. It is pretty cool but seems unnecessary since I already know how to write good SQL. The code hints are nice I guess but I digress...
I managed to get Prisma to "npx prisma db pull" my database schema (even on an older MySQL 5.7 setup) and start querying data. That was quick and easy. I was impressed!
But I immediately ran into a problem with BigInt. It seems even though I had no columns defined as BigInts I was getting the error: "Do not know how to serialize a BigInt". Turns out the reason for this is that my Int() columns are unsigned (I wanted to double the potential number of max id's for my tables) and this causes Prisma to *think* the data is a BigInt even though the maximum number of records in any of my tables is less than 10,000. Strange behavior indeed.
On a side note, the npmjs mysql2 package has a way to specify that you want the package to return BigInts as a string since JSON is the one choking on them. I couldn't find a way to tell Prisma to do this.
What I have done to circumvent the issue for now is to force Prisma to return what it perceives as BigInts as a string value, which is fine for my purposes.
I added the following code to the top of the defineEventHandler() function call in my /serveapi/{endpoint} file:

 BigInt.prototype.toJSON = function () { const int = Number.parseInt(this.toString()); return int ?? this.toString(); }; 

Now I am able to call prisma functions as normal and return the results. Now I can set my auto-increment record id's to BigInts as much as I want. Happy me!
The drawback to this approach is that I will have to add this code to every endpoint I write in my app. I am sure I will discover a way to have Prisma execute this code during instantiation but I haven't found a way to do it yet.
So I just wanted to share my story for folks who may be beating the crap out of Google/DuckDuckGo looking for a solution to this issue.

I have been to WDW three times, my husband twice, and my niece once.
My brother’s wife passed away five years ago. My husband and I took custody of my niece and she came to live with us in 2020 at the start of shutdown.
My brother wasn’t an unfit father. The love of his life died, so he wasn’t in a good place. My niece is special needs, he’d just become a single father, and he didn’t have a lot of money for the care she needed. It was an adjustment for my husband and I, but we grew to love her as our own.
We took my niece to Disney World Summer 2021, and we were able to restore her belief in magic that she lost when her mother died.
My brother moved in with us this March to go back to college this fall. We are thrilled with our blended and unique family, and we’re raising my niece as a trio. We’re all loving it and it’s going wonderfully.
My husband and I, after careful planning, surprised my brother with a Disney trip to celebrate our new blended family situation. We’re going to be there July 18-23. He’s never been before, and my husband and I are hoping Disney World can do for him what it did for his daughter three years ago. Make him believe in magic and wonder again, and help him see that things can and will get better.
Does anyone have any advice or suggestions on how to help find that magic for him?

Is it good? I've seen that it has some strange translation choices, shadow clone jutsu is doppelganger technique, sharingan is first refered to as mirror eye wheel (although I am aware they change to sharingan later). So I'm kinda wary of the viz translation. Also master kakashi instead of kakashi sensei sounds weird (does that change later?)
I checked out the fan translations and they don't sound to great either. The older ones are very weeby (untranslated jutsu names, 1st chapter Naruto says "henge" when he transforms stuff like that.
Also the latter half of the manga is fan translated by mangasee. Who are kinda notorious for making their translations super edgy, with lots of inaccurate and unnecessary swearing (seriously look up their translation of the first couple of chapters of dragon ball super, I swear at one point beerus says fuck 3 times in one sentence).
What route should I take translation wise?
