Homelite chainsaw fuel mixture

Hey!
My 2-stroke Aprilia SR50 (carbureted, 2005 model) won't start easily; it only starts if I pull the throttle fully open. I can hear the engine running at high RPM, but it lacks power. The rear wheel only rotates slowly. When I release the throttle, the engine stalls. If I run the engine for a longer period (like 1 minute), the carburetor starts to fill up and begins dripping fuel from the overflow, and some petrol(?) also drips from the exhaust pipe.
Here's what I've done:

* Cleaned the carburetor * Bought a carburetor renewal kit and replaced almost everything except the nozzles * Replaced the manifold * Tried to adjust the mixture to factory settings, then added more air, and raise the idle RPM * Checked the compression (4-5bar) * Spark plug is almost new * +Also when I remove the carb and spray some starter fluid directly into the engine it starts to revving like crazy 

I've read a lot of forums and handbooks on how to fine-tune the carburetor and troubleshoot scooter starting problems, but without any luck. I'm pretty sure the issue is with the carburetor, but I don't know what to do next.
Any advice?

I have the chainsaw skeptikill paint, fuzzy Mothman incense, and the fuzzy Mothman plushie. I would like to see all offers. I'm interested in fuel and canned coffee especially!

Update: I got the bird started in a similar method in the youtube below (basically bump starting it). I did by turning off the engines after ctrl+e them. So I think it must be something to do with the way the helicopter was set-up. The whole thing seems buggy, like after bumping the rotor, I disengaged the clutch but it would still not start. I turned the governor on and off and then it would start the engine, which allowed me to reengage the clutch and get stuff spinning right.
I tried for over an hour yesterday to manually start this helicoptor. I found some evidence online that piston helicopters are a dumpster fire especially in regard to starting, and that things got pretty bad in the SP2 update that made following the start checklist difficult. But most seemed to stop short of saying it is impossible. Like this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bK7rVNV0yWw where he has to keep pressing the start button after engaging the clutch. My problem seems to start a lot earlier and I can't get past it. Got the latest FSX steam edition (all updated). The procedure I generally follow seems pretty reasonable:

1. Fuel switch on all other switches off to my knowledge (i.e. governor off, clutch disengaged)
2. Master battery on
3. Mixture set to 100% (in)
4. Mess around with throttle knobs and collectives up and down (in case priming does something.)
5. Close off throttle control and collective down (the only questionable bit is if I hover over the collective arm in 3d cockpit it says throttle 100% while the 2d collective box has the throttle control and that is what I set to 0% - not sure how to set the throttle if it is possible to 0% on the collective arm. pressing F2 and F3 manipulates the throttle control).
6. Put it into start and back to both. No start. Hear the engine trying but it is basically the same effect as if I turn off the fuel valve. It is like no fuel is getting to the engine.

I've tried cracking the throttle "control" a bit and switching the alternator on but it makes no difference. I swear initially I got some different results, but I don't know how. It is like I got the helicopter is in a state where it can't be started by the method I set it up but I have no idea how. If I press ctrl+e it starts up fine and strangly when I click it to off and then back to both the engines are straight back to running, i.e. not going through start, the engine starts running straight away which seems very strange to me.
I've been setting up the helicopter by selecting a plane and turning the engine off and then switching back to the helicopter as that was the best way to get a cold off plane/helicopter from what I read on the internet.
Please let me know if I'm doing something wrong or test it yourself and report back if you can get this helicopter manually started at all.

I'm relatively new to flight simming and have a Virpil CM3 throttle and a base with an alpha grip. For now I only fly in msfs2020 and in VR. I'm also starting out with small propeller planes.
The control profile is completely empty in msfs2020 and the Virpil is not shown with a picture either. As a noob it's a steep process figuring out what controls are necessary to map and what would go best where?
For example:

• I tried to bind the fuel mixture lever to an axis on the throttle grip front. But the axis is apparently a split axis so the movement of the fuel mixture in the sim is only registered for 50% of the axis. (From the small indent and forward) Can't get it the register 100% of the axis in sim. And maybe the mixture would be better suited if mapped somewhere else.
  
• Trimming the elevator take forever when using one of the "wheels" on the throttle or grip. The in sim elevator trim moves so slowly and nowhere near the speed I turn the "wheel" on the throttle grip.

Edit: I'm still updating the spreadsheet as more responses come in, so the placement of specific overclocks will likely shift.

I’ve done a bit of wrenching on vehicles and all but never been great with small engines. Mostly done chainsaws at work.
I recently picked up a “craftsman multi yard tool” (CMXGTAMD25SC) set off Facebook because the person used it for 2 years but couldn’t get it to start this year. I’ve been playing around with it and I’ve confirmed it has spark, it seems to have fuel but I’m not sure if the small screen in the carb is clogged, not sure what else. I’ve watched a couple videos and have a new Amazon carb coming on Monday. There was a gasket on placed on the wrong side of the carb when I took it apart so I don’t know what else the previous owner did. Does anyone know how many turns the carb adjustment screws get or how many turns on the idle adjustment screw?
I was going to check the spark arrester screen but unsure what else it could be

Ok guys, I’m back. I’ll type out my whole story and hopefully someone more knowledgeable could have some insight because I’m losing it. I’ll start from the beginning.
Originally got the JF19 needle and shaved the spacer down to get by that lip in the carb so it could sit flush, also set the fuel mixture screw to 2 turns out. get it back together and it’s been running good. BTW clip is on 4th one down at this point.
A few people advised me I should not have shaved down the white spacer so I ordered an OEM one and installed that yesterday. At the same time I ran out of fuel in the garage. Ride it up on reserve and fill up with non ethanol (same I’ve been using).
Fill it up and go for a ride, starts running really bad and dies at a stop sign. Manage to get it going enough to get home. Check it out and under the seat the vent line that has the little filter was kinked and the filter was off. Get it back together and it runs well enough. Ride it around and get it home.
Now today is basically runs like complete shit. Dies out idling. Dies when I give it gas. Took it apart and put the needle clip on the third slot but that obviously did nothing.
If you read all this thank you. ANY ADVICE APPRECIATED!!
Could it possibly be bad fuel? Dirty carb from filter popping off? Out of ideas
