first of all, English is not my first language so I apologize in advance for any mistake.
For a little bit of context, my parents are divorced and have been separated since December of 2017, the main reason being my father(56M) being disrespectful toward my mother and one week later my mom(58F), my sister(27F) and me(18F) found out he was cheating on my mom for almost 2 years.
Since my father moved out of my house he slowly stopped paying for my school's monthly payment. Due to this situation my mom started a process against my dad for not paying what was agreed in their consilation.
Now back to the present, now that I'm 18, I have to see for myself and I have to keep going with the process my mom started. A resolution finally came saying that my dad has to pay for all he didn't payed back in the day, but now that he is jobless, miserable and lives in debt, is almost impossible for him to pay for it.
I just finished my first year of college, in a good university for my career thanks to my father side grandparents who offered to pay for my college since they are classists and were not going to allow "their beloved granddaughter" to go to a public university, and I have a 35% off scholarship thanks to my good grades in high school.
A few months ago, my grandparents invited me to eat breakfast with them and my dad was there, after the first 20 minutes of conversation they got serious and started talking about the resolution the judge sent, and then it's when I thought they wanted to make an agreement, but ended up telling me that if I didn't anule the resolution they were going to stop paying for my studies, because if my dad doesn't do an agreement with me or doesn't pay, the case is going to be taken to court where he most likely will go to prison.
I just told them I would talk about it with my lawyer, and instantly after I left I called my sister and mom, and I'm very grateful with them because they said that if they stop paying then they will split the monthly cost and pay for it but that they are not going to allow my studies to be disturbed, but now I'm in the conflict of what to do.
Im seriously thinking of not anulling the resolution and let him go to jail, at the end, for me my dad died back in 2017, but that would completely ruin my relationship with my aunts, uncles and grandparents, and I know for a fact, that when he got separated from my mom the other woman was already pregnant, and they had a premature kid, that now has a lot of difficulties and that my father is the only one "providing" for that family.
I hate the other woman, and I couldn't care less about their kid, but I can't help but feel a bit stressed, since I know that if something happens everyone is going to blame me and honestly I don't want to deal with anyone from my dad's side of the family.
So, would I be the ah if I send him to jail?

Hi mga ate at kuya!
Just for context, ive been working freelance since pandemic, actually pag graduate ko ng college hanap agad ako ng Onlinework kasi ung main guardian ko (lola) na diagnose ng breast cancer stage 4. Di ko talaga kaya iwan agad eh tsaka as panganay at breadwinner it just made sense. I was fortunate enough na makuha ng job within 3 months. Ayun tuloy tuloy. Until last year, my grandma passed away. Di agad ako kumuha ng corpo work kasi andaming asikasuhin on top of that dami palang hidden debt ung grandparents ko 🥲 tsaka graduating ung bunso namin.
Since ngaun medyo stable na ako, financially, like walang utang, enough ipon tsaka ready to take risk, ng apply ako abroad, blue collar job lang haha kasi medyo di pa ako confident, thankfully nakuha ako ng employer (finland) urgent kasi malapit na winter. Inaayos nalang nung employers ung need na documents, so waiting nalang for that tapos apply for visa. Pero ung waiting time kasi eh 2-3months so i thought why not apply sa corpo job kasi andami kong college friends na willing to help to get hired sa work nila.
My question eh smart idea ba na mag hanap ako ng work while waiting for my visa?
Also added questions sa nakapasok sa Europe as working visa, kamusta ung IO? I haven't really payed my tax kasi its below 200k anul and sobrang busy sa pag aalaga ng family (sorry 😔). Would i get offload ba? 🥲 And legit naman po ung company. One of the reason how i got this job eh one of my friends works there as well. Kaya nung ng hired i was able to apply kaya siguro nakuha din agad.

Summary
This is my research on ivanhoe mines and the copper play. report did get a bit longer then i expected. english is my second language and i do have dyslexia so there are probably a lot of spellings errors.
i do hold a stake before i wrote this up so there might be biased and you should do your own research.

Basics
every market has a few special ways to value the industry these are some basic for mining companys.
a big mistake is to value the pure reserves. not all mining companys do explore the entire region they own and leave the mine so called open ended. this means that on 1 or all sides the reserves keep going and that there is at least a bit more resoureces there. a company that holds an open ended mine would therefore come out a lot lower then a company that has their full landpackage in check. this could be done to safe money. they have the data to build the mine and dont want to spend a lot of money and time on something they can do after the mine is build.

mine life is an imporant metric it tells you how long the mine will operate a mine company that has less then 10 years has a problem. less then 20 years (before operatiing ) isnt a real investable mine. building a new mine from scratch could take up to a decade if you are lucky. 20 years+ at least before you make an investment ensures that you dont have to worry about short term price swings. the resell value of the mine is also high.
mine grade is a % of how much is copper and how much is waste. the higher the grade the lower the cost of operating (most times) and the cleaner the mine is. a 1%+ is seen as high grade for copper but it is different for every metal. lower then 0,5 you dont want to put any money on higher then 2% is realy good.
Roi or IRR is the preferd metric to value investments. since mining can require high investments the amouth of assets dont matter. a 10 billion mine could produce less copper then a 5 billion one and the 5 billion one could also make more profit.

npv matters a lot too but a company can present many NPV the most recent one will apply the best but if a mine ends open ended like some you should take in account that it could be upgraded.

Copper Market
ivanhoe mines mostly operate in the copper industry which is a market set for growth. for EV's they need 4x the amouth of copper and most electrifications needs a lot more copper.
the market needs to grow from 24.000ktpa to 40.000ktpa in 2040 to make the EV revolution happen and hit net zero. the chance of hitting 40.000ktpa is low since a mine development can take a long time. there needs to be around 16.000kpta of new production.
For the world to reach net zero a lot of new copper production is needed to come online and except africa i dont believe any continent has the potential to do what it takes.
per continent based production

South america
Sout america is the largest producer of copper with chile en peru alone producing 35%+ of world supply.
south america runs in to massive issues with the production they have already. as the biggest producer they are going to have a hard time maintaing these numbers.
south america has an a lot of socialist leadership comming up which isnt bad but it those regimes mostly focus on getting in the most taxes for the goverment insted of growing production.
it is a lot harder to attract new investmenst with higher profit taxes and other new forms of taxations.
The new issues that do seem to be forming in the continent like droughts, protest and environmental issues. (copper mines do have a massive impact on the local enviroment)
The underdeveloped places in south america are mostly the amazon rainforrest and some other places with rare animales or protected area's.
los andes is a mining area with a large resources body with almost 30 years of mine life which cannot be developed since a endangerd animal lifes there. (the company owning this mine does want to develop it but it is noted at an high discount for it stage in development)

Africa
africa holds the answer to a major part of the new supply but it has a major issue
the biggest recently build mine Kamoa kakula needed 25 years to get from exploration to production and it is still partly under development for another 7 years. just building these huge mines takes a decade by it self.
since africa is large and underdeveloped it takes a longer time to build a mine. these mines are build in the middle of no where and the most basic resources like energy and workers lack. companys often need to educate lokals build their own energy companys and sometimes build towns.
The african envirment makes either discovery or production hard. since heavy rainfall makes it hard to do drill work and other exploration work and since the dry parts of africa lack water infrastructure they would need to find a safe supply since mining costs a lot of water.
Africa can solve the issue but it requires a lot of time and within 18 years i dont see the continent make up the entire shortfall but a good amouth of it is possible if companys would invest a lot.
it is kind of logical that most countries in africa are going to try and get most of the revenue possible from these mines insted of worrying about the production numbers which is what the west needs.
in africa there is a uprising in a new way of doing business where countrys dont export any raw materials anymore and want the refinery's to come to africa. it is a good way for africa to get a lot of jobs to come over and it does make africa a lot more intressting for investments.

North america-Europa
north america isnt yet a large producer but does have the potential to be
there have been some major discovery's in america but america seem to have an issue with the not in my backjard mentality. a major discovery and mine project on sacred lands of the natives is in a regulatory limbo right now. the mine should have produced 400ktpa but it might or might not go through. it is approved but the natives are protesting it heavly.
america holds major potenial for developemnt and will probably grow to become a larger player but to fill in the demand gap is unlikley since every mine is going to get a decent amouth of drawback.
arizona and utah especialy have had some big discovery's but not yet a large enough to make a dent in the issue.
canada does hold a lot of potential to get a rich mining industry in copper but it doenst yet excist. most canadian company's discover copper else where. there are some very rich mines in canada with high grades.
to fill the gap of copper demand north america would be the best place to look for since it already has most of the needed infrastructure but we havent yet seen the push for it.
Europa does have the not in my backjard mentality except for spain who has a rich and long histroy but it doenst have the capacity or the abilty to make it a massive impact on the supply side of copper.

Asia
Asia has a very complicated copper market.
china does have some production of copper but the mines are hard to verify a lot of demand comes from china and chinees company are aggressively investing oversees in africa especialy.
russia has the potential for an large industry but sanctions make it hard to develop discovery's or develop mines or even continue to run them. a company that focusses on the russian copper and gold industry has a hard time with export and insted want to go for kazachistan
iran runs in to the same issue with sanctions and there largest mine has to be run with a lot of miltary force and there is a lot of potenial yet no company is willing to take these risks. a mine there recently claimed to have twice the amouth of ores for example.
the middel east has the potential for great copper discovery's but there hasnt been a lot of exploration yet. so unsure when or if we see large development. saudi arabia has started to do some license sales for litium seeminly wanting to build an non oil industry with resources and they do have the money to start this up.
indonesia does have a rich mining complex with 2 large mines but those are in hard to excess places and took decades to just develop but they have the abilty to operated for decades.
india and kazachistan also have some decent production but there arent any intressting discovery's or development underway.
asia could see a decrease in production or an increase but i dont believe the abilty to take up a large portion of the supply gap is there.

oceania.
austrialia is doing pretty good with an active mining industry being ready to grow. most of the miners do have the exploration packages and capital to grow (goverment support is also avalable).
australia doesnt realy have an large mine in its country and most of the mining industry are smaller and low mine life mines which doesnt make it a resiliant industry if prices get realy low.
australia doesnt realy have a lot of the luxury's that other continents have. reserves are a lot lower then in mines in other country's and the grades are low. they do have a great federal policy to help new mining companys start up and give large mining permits.
the resources base of australia isnt good enough to help the world out.

Pricing
We have seen a price spike in litium. litium is also an ev metal but has 2 huge negatives that copper doesnt and why a price spike in copper would be more sustainble.
  1. litium isnt rare at all and there is more then enough of it
  2. litium can be replaced by other metals.
even with these 2 huge flaws litium is standing at record prices and almost every project can get a 100% return if it can be brought online.
some mines are already running at a loss or close to a loss so the financial incentive to get online a bunch of copper is still abcent which makes a future high price highly likely.
Goldman sachs did send out a target for 7,5$ copper price spike which would make ever copper miner an amzing investment but a specific target cant be made for certain.
A 5$ copper price would make the market highly profitble and i do believe we are going to so see that price before the end of the decade.

Conclusion
To hit 16.000ktpa there would need to be a lot of development in africa and america which arent likley to build a lot of mines fast for both their own reasons.
it is unlikley that within a short time frame we are able to hit these target without a extreem incentive to do so which would be a very likley chance to get a copper bull run.

Ivanhoe mines
Ivanhoe mines is a mining company in africa. The company holds 1 operating mine 2 in development and 2 intressting exploration plays. all the assets of the company are world class mines. strong management and a strong long term vision.
​
The assets.
Ivanhoe's 2 biggest mines are kamoa kakula and platreef they are the main value drivers of the company. they hold to exploration patches next to these mines. the third mine is kipushi which is more a redevelopment and will be mostly past over to the congolese govement.
​
Kamoa kakula.
The mine is operating right now but it is still in development. it produces 400ktpa but after development it should produce around 800ktpa. there are already developemnts to increase production further. for example a debottle necking progamme would increase production from 400ktpa to 450ktpa. the roi of the mine is around 50%.
the mine operates at 5% grade which is an extreem high grade for a mine. with escondida (the largest copper mine in the world) producing around 0,6-0,7%. this comes with the advantage that even when cost have gone up they still produce for around 1,45 per pound (copper price around 3,80). it also makes them able to produce with almost no emmisions. the mine can also run until the end of the 2050's and the plan ends with the company still producing 3% which makes it likely that production can be prolonged. since there is a significant amouth of undiscoverd land right next to the north part of kamoa and also around half of the land remained untested. also on many parts of the mine the ore body ends open so they havent found the end of the complex.

The low break even prices will make sure that the mine will preform well when the price is low. they do have a progamme to lower cost even further. in a few ways.
The biggest of them is their own refinery. most of their cost is shipping and smelting. shipping cost would be cut in half and the refinery would reduce other company profit margins since congo has lower labour and energy prices. the refinery is also high qualty refinery and is going to be one of the biggest in congo.
the refinery can save the company around 18-28 cents since shipping cost realy came down it could be a lot less. but at the peak the investment would save 308.000.000 (120 mil for ivanhoe) in shipping cost alone. refinery's profit margins also peaked recently so it would save a bit there 2 but shipping would save the most.
the company is also busy with building bigger roads since the mine is so big it created a miles long traffic stop and test the infrastructure of hte congo. which isnt bad if congo forced to build more roads it will be good for the entire country.
the kamoa- kakula mining complex is worth around 14 billion after tax on 3,5 copper price. excluding further exploration of the land and the 2023 production increase. (8% discounted).
ivanhoe mines owns 40% of the complex. 5,6 billion would be the value for ivanhoe.

Platreef
the platreef complex is still in development and should start production in 2024. the complex holds many different metals like platium palladium, copper, gold, nickel and rhodium. the mine is located in south africa.
the plans gives the mine a lifetime of 20 years but there is enough ore to make the mine being operated for around a century with a large portion of the land not yet being discoverd makes further development possible.

the mine still has a lot of land to test and there is a good chance that there are better ores in the south as you can see why on later pictures.
the roi is around 20% which is a lot lower then kamoa-kakula but still above average for other mines. (the prices taken to get the 20% are lower then prices are right now so roi could be a bit higher depending on how much inflation takes a number on costs)
there arent yet plans to develop the open area but after 2024 there will be a lot of cashflow left over since the biggest investments have been and every assets is producing.
the best part of the mining complex is south of the mine i will later share an image that would explain why. this part is excluded from the NPV.
the value of platreef mining project change a lot based on prices but the spot prices of today would make the mine worth 4,1 billion dollar
ivanhoe mines owns 64% of this mine or 2,6 billion. that doenst look like a lot but the a large portion of the complex is excluded from this so high chance that it would look a lot better in the future.

Kipishu
kipishu is an old mining complex in the congo. the mine will get redeveloped and then ivanhoe mines will pass over stakes in the mine to the congolese goverment untill the they hold a stake of 20%. it is still one of the highest grade mines in the world especialy in zinc.
the transfer of stakes is partly based on time and then the amouth of ores mined.
Production should start in 2024 q1.

the mine is a very high grade mine and the resources got an upgrade recently making the project a lot more intresting. the mine will produce high grade zinc.
the mine is going to produce a bunch of metals. the complex hold zinc, copper silver and germanium. Ivanhoe doesnt hold any exploration rights next to kipishu so there wont be any growth for a new mine.
the mine is expected to run for 14 years which sounds short but there hasnt been done a lot of exploration and this is also around the time ivanhoe only holds 20% stake in kipishu. The roi and irr are extreemly high since the investments that have to be made are low because there is already a mine there. I couldnt find an updated irr but based on 20% lower zinc prices and a lot lower production it is around 40%. the production cost is around 0,65.
ivanhoe is aloud to mine 12 million tons of zinc (other metals excluded) before passing the mine up.
the NPV is very hard to find since it is only based on zinc. but at these prices but that alone would be 2,64 billion (excluding the other metals there)
ivanhoe hold 68%. which is worth around 1,8 billion

The npv's combined makes 10 billion but like i said these are discounted. on resources, production and price already.

Exploration
Ivanhoe mines also has 2 large and high qualty exploration plays with the chance to out prefom one of their already developed mines being reasonably high.

like i said earlier this is why the soutern part of platreef mine is a lot more intresting. that area has remained untested aswell. the new part is also better then platreef mine (possibly) which makes a very intressting bet.
the new area is also a lot larger then the already aquired mine section. there is a good chance that there are resources here and that they are a lot better then the mine underdevelopment.
i would speculate that ivanhoe mines waited with testing the south part of the already aquired area until they would recieve the new rights. since it would draw a lot of eyes on the project and competition for this permit.
since ivanhoe now holds 100% of the new area a large discovery would be a lot more benfitial to ivanhoe mines then platreef already.
this is speculation and until tested nothing is sure but the potential remians great.

Westernforeland
around Kamoa-kakula ivanhoe holds 2400km2 of land with already 2 discovery. which might be as good or better then kamoa. ivanhoe hold around 90-100% of these land rights. depending on the specific permit.
kamoa kakula is around 400km2 which shows how large this area is i cant find a full picture of it but this would do.

most of the land cant fit on the picture but it is 6x the size of the kamoa kakula. ivanhoe has decided to focus on drilling in 2020. since the kamoa mine has been online ivanhoe has done a lot of drilling and we can expect relatively soon some results. (maybe next year). a mine here would make ivanhoe mines a large player like freeport.
ivanhoe is almost finished with the entire airial exploration of the land package which makes drilling a lot more attractive.
we are already aware that there are small packages of copper right on the border of western foreland.
1 kamoa-kakula mine on the western foreland package would Dubbel ivanhoe's NPV and hopefully marketcap aswell.

it shows an 4,5-1,5 km (6,75km2) copper find of high grade copper. the kamoa kakula mining is around 77km2. this is still open ended that means that at no side the end of the copper body has been found and it keeps going. right now a lot of drilling is taken place but for sure you can only say 6,75km2 is found.
kamoa kakula ends in 1,73% grade of copper and makoko ends (openended they are drilling the edge's right now ) at 4,88% the chance that this goes on is very high and a high qualty mine could be constructed here

Balance sheet.
Ivanhoe hold 649million in debt and did get approved for a new loan recently for the platreef mine.
Ivanhoe has 663 million of cash so the company has a net cash reserve at this point.
The operting cashflow is around 364 YTD from the kamoa kakula venture. anullized the operating cashflow is 19x market cap. which isnt cheap but next year a 12,5% production growth should be reached and the company already grow production 90% this year (Q1vsQ3)
so operating cashflow doesnt represent the company well at this point.
Ivanhoe needs a strong balance sheet in the short term since they want to grow production and invest in the company.
In the past ivanhoe had to give up stakes of their projects to get the mines underdevelopment. since they're profitble they can develop them themselfs.

Why ivanhoe mines?
Since i talked about the copper play in general and the company why would you pick ivanhoe mines over other company's.
since demand for copper is going to grow over a long time and prices are not predicitble in the short term you would want a company that can wait around for prices to rise. ivanhoe has with their long mine life the best potential.
congo and south africa deal in general with higher mine life better quality reserves and a higher ROI and ivanhoe hold the most intressting exploration permits and mines in the country which makes them an already intressting play.
ivanhoe has operated in congo over 2,5 decades without any major issues . developing in an underdeveloped country like the congo and build a mine out of no where is already an amazing accomplishment. this gives a lot of trust for them do to it again.
The exploration permits might not sound that good but any company that aquires permits next to an amazing mine with the same data they have already would be noted for a premium of what they payed for it. It is realy one of the best exploration assets you could get i am not realy able to word it in a way that makes it as good as it is and be realistic about the chance of there not being a mine there in the future which is possible.
An amazing high qualty resources base, low cost mines, a good balance sheet, strong management, High roi/IRR and a strong exploration package. make the company set for growth and high profits for a long time.
the company is slightly undervalued since NPV come at 10billion and the market cap sits at 9,6billion which is a 4% discount. (they already were discounted on reserves of kamoa kakula kipishu and platreef, kamoa kakula production, the entire part of non zinc kipishu , the price of copper and the entire exploration package). this makes the company cheap.
Ivanhoe hold what is an wonderfull company for a fair price.
Even though it is heavly discounted the price is still fair since other mining company are probably cheaper if you give up on quality. I rather decrease my risk as much as possible and the company offers a lot of upside for relatively no risk (excluding the geopolitcal risk).
a wonderfull company means to me that the company has amazing assets, good balance sheet, good management and a clear strategy for growth. there is no other company that has the quality that ivanhoe has. so you do own one of the best mining company's in the industry. almost no company can produce as cheap as ivanhoe can with the same long term minelife and size.

The strategy of Ivanhoe mines is different then other mines who look at short term demand or fast paybacks. focus is mostly on returing capital to shareholders.
Ivanhoe's focus is on the most intressting ore bodys and exploration permits. this could cause a geopoltical issue since the best places seem to get a lot of political issues.
the mines need to have a long mine life ,high ore grade and a low break even price. ivanhoe wants to supply the long term demand and want to reinvest profits in to new mines. ESG is also an important factor
The high mine life mines dont seem like a big thing for too many investors in the copper market but if you look at the largest players. BHP rio tinto and Freeport they all hold stakes in mines with 70 year+ mine lifes. the large players all have been build of the backs of 1 or 2 long mine life mines.

recently there has been an articel placed on ivanhoe about corruption in the congo. The articel made the stock price take a hit.
the articel has been largely debunked. it is about a corrupt goverment offical and ivanhoe mines doing a deal about an exploration package. the deal hasnt been signed by the corrupt polition and ivanhoe is i still trying to acquire that land package through the goverment without the officail gaining a stake since the permit is still a high quality landpackage.
there has been a suggestion of a payment but after a year there hasnt been any evidence yet and the office already got raided last year without any results.
there isnt yet a good aligation and not yet any legal trubble but share price did take a significant hit.

I think that every time i look at an investment it is great to keep track of a loser of the industry a company that either failed or went bankrupt that could be used as a case to learn from.
CMMC is that company.
they have a operating mine in canada but the break even price went far above the copper price it even went above the ATH of copper.
the company has sold their most intressting aspect their exploration.
their exploration package was realy good with an discovery on it for a large mine and a still undiscoverd package right next to it. it wasnt a realy high qualty package like ivanhoe has but still decent for their market cap.
the exploration and their project got sold for 230 mil if i am not mistaken. which would come down to about 1 year of profit after the first mine was build.
it wanst sold realy cheap but they are an empty shell of what the company used to be and their isnt a good reason to invest in them right now since there isnt any possible short term growth or mid term growth.

So for anyone reading this will be a long one, a little about me im currently 25, I've been with my now ex wife for 8.5 years we only got married 2 months ago then 7 weeks in to being married decided she wanted a divorce, yay me apparently its all my fault with a bunch of bullshit excuses so as you do I went around trying to figure it all out for the first few days she'd been staying out somewhere not coming home the first few nights we have a 4 year old daughter that missed her she'd not seen her for days tried everything to get her to come talk to me or see her daughter didn't want nothing to do with us at the time she finally came back so I thought I'd check her dash cam in her car simple but affective turns out she's been round at some lads house denies it to this day still some of the days she'd not even been working so no excuse to not come see her daughter after that that was the last straw apparently cause I found out where she's been about 6 days in she comes home from work at 12am me and my daughter were asleep she comes into the house at night and takes our daughter out of the house and leaves without saying anything I woke up at 2 am panicking (should of probably called the police but I didn't) then she kept her for 2 days and that was it she took her to school that day and decided to tell them that no one but her could collect her she collected her that afternoon and the school had a go at her saying she can't be saying that without any legal paperwork I also spoke to the police and they said I could of collected her if I wanted to but I didn't wanna risk causing any more issues with her she's already lost it clearly then a couple weeks go by we decide on child care arrangements and it's been going fine then I get a knock on door as I'm currently living with my parents oh it's the police yay me again she's tried telling them I've been controlling her and abusing and raped her now all a load of bullshit so I ended up being in a cell for a day and currently on bail yay me again I'm no longer allowed to the house or her work places as one of them she doesn't even go to the only reason she would of done that is because that's where her new boyfriend lives that she's moved into the house (council house BTW with both our names on) she's only done it all to keep me away from the house is my idea still all my things there of which this house she originally said I could keep now wanting to keep it her self the bonus part is everything she told them about me being controlling and abusive is the total opposite she's hit me thrown things at me she's ran up so much debt in my name she's currently using a phone that she's taken out in my name of which she told me this after she'd got the phone along with loans and shit she got me to stupidly take out which I did to pay off her debs with of which she still has many I'm currently as it sits in 25k of debt due to her of which I would of never taken out if I wasn't with her yay silly me again also the whole having a child was her idea which I went along with to keep her happy and getting married a totally different story I never wanted to she had to propose to me to get me to marry her which I stupidly said yes to and then bought her a ring out of embarrassment that it wasn't other way round because previously back in 2016 (got together in 2014) she had been talking to her ex a lot and saying she was gonna leave me for him which she did but took me back the same day and from them of which I eventually came across all the messages for in 2018 so I just let it slip and bottled it all away for years and then a couple years go by I catch her in bedroom with at the time my best friend didn't catch them doing anything but seems awfully suspicious his things were on my bedside table and he was hiding in bathroom I knew he was there because his car was parked round corner apparently they were just talking again I let this slide and bottled it up again and then we went on holiday abroad to Portugal that is when she potentially got pregnant if my daughters mine I bloody hope so but over the years she's always belittled me screams at me all things done infront of our daughter who has learning difficulties as it is and struggles to understand things as you can imagine I'm currently sat here struggling to sleep barely eating at the minute I've been going places with my sister to try keep my mind off shit (I currently call her my emotional support human 🤣 to have a laugh) but currently days feel so slow I'm counting seconds never mind minutes or hours or days a day feels like a year I've never been at such a low point before I've even considered ending it all I'm literally hanging on by a thread but I can't bring my self to do it as I still have my daughter at the minute but i just want to be able to go back to my home and pretend she never existed and spend time with my daughter but i cant even do that because again shes being the manipulative morning and shes expecting me to stay up all night and wait for her call to come get her when ive been working early in the morning she barely let me go out for drinks with friends ive only ever asked her to drop me off once wirh one other friend which she said was fine but when it came to it she was in a right mood with me and having a go at me for asking her to take us and when i was out trying to do everything to get me to come home things of which shed never done before just to get me home (ie sending nudes and shit) all things she wont do on any other day just when im out with friends which really pissed me off as if it takes me going out to get things sent to me just to try get me to go home early and travel back on my own from sheffield of which everyone got stuck anyway (was living in barnsley so not too far away but when im drunk and catching a taxi or a train on my own not a good idea as ive done it before going from local town to home in a taxi and fell asleep and ended up in wrong place when i woke up scared me shitless to say the least and completely put me off taxis on my own drunk and thats coming from a man) but as it sits im currenly on my last straw and dont know what to do with my self any more ive been tempted by things i should even considdering slamming my car into barrier on a motoway or jumping in rivers when ive been near but couldnt bring my self to do it (thank god someones holding on to me for my daughters and family sake) me and my sister have just been gathering evidence against all the bullshit claims she's been making and going through messages finding things she's said as it sits I'm even willing to consider getting them to ask my daughter about it all because she's seen the way mum treats me and she even tells me or if someone shouts around her she tells them to stop and covers her ears and closes her eyes it breaks my heart to see it it really does the way she's affecting her she seems to think it's all fine with her but it's pulling the poor child to peaces as well as me every little thing is pulling me apart she still trying to hide the fact she's got a new partner but my daughter tells me he's been having sleepover and playing with her when she's with mum mum has even told her that I've taken away her TV because me and my parents ( they have the Netflix account I have the Disney plus and amazon video) have changed all the passwords I see this as no problem as she may still be part of the family but none of us want anything to do with her but she's still trying to scrounge off us every little penny she can out of us but my daughter even said her new partner had to fix the telly to put programs on so she's not even bothered to pay for any accounts her self and now scrounging off him can't wait for him to realise I'm dreading the day he does because I've a feeling she might come crawling back for forgiveness and I've told my sister if she does im gonna let her take my phone off me because all I want at the minute is a bit of normalcy back in my life I'm currently sleeping on a sofa luckily my daughter has a room at my parents so she's got a bed but since it's all happened she's wetting the bed every night which she'd been having dry nights for month but now all this started again causing stress on her all of my friends (that I have left) have been saying she was always an arse with me and controlling and my family never liked her but they put up with her because they thought I was happy ive probably missed a few things but eight and a half years is a lot to remember and my heads just going round in circles still wishing this all never happened but in the end its probably better it did hopefully I'll find someone better for me and more mentally stable she used to get abused by her father and her mother is bipolar and one of he's sisters has multiple personalities and one brothers been in prison most of his life I don't half pick them well I dunno what's sent her spiralling I'm hoping some way or another I can find a way to anull the wedding but dunno how I'll get that across other than I was forced into it as I never wanted it it got held back by covid for a couple years I tried to hold it back more but I couldn't she'd already set the date again and it stayed im still not sure if her new boyfriend turned up to the wedding and he's from work and she had a spending money we never had she's not paid the gas and electric bill in over a year luckily that's inher name thank god she didn't put it in mine like everything else I even get anxiety now dropping my daughter off at school for the fact I panick she's gonna turn up and shout at me and say things about me infront of all kids parents and teachers and who will they believe they never believe the My parents were married for 15 years and for most of it I thought thay had a happy and healthy marriage, but growing up and hearing more behind the scenes stuff I realized it was deeply toxic for my mom.
First off the cheating. My dad is a serial cheater and has cheated on my mom 6 times now. Well has been caught 6 times. For the first 5 times my mom stayed with him due to the fact she loved him and she hinestly believed he could change and she wanted me to grow up with a complete family.
However the last tine my dad did this was the final straw for my mom, my dad had been seeing a girl for 2 years and my mom found photos of them on my dad's laptop. The photos depicted them in Singapore kissing and doing some nsfw things. My dad then admitted to the affair and that a couple months ago was willing to leave us for her and did leave for about a month but couldnt go through with it and came back. He also admitted all those frequent business trips he took were him just visiting her and that the girl didn't know he was still married.
My mom tracked down the girl on Facebook and messaged her telling her about the whole affair. When my dad found out he was distraught and began crying and wailing, he said:"Why did you do that? Now I can't be we her! I love her!" My mom slapped him, brought me and packed her bags.
Though even without the cheating their relationship was still deeply unhealthy. When they first got married they were in a lot of debt, so without telling my mom sold off her mother's jewelry, and whats worse her mother only died a few years ago due to a motorcycle snatching incident. My dad also gave away my mom's dog "Bubbles" because Bubbles didn't like him, and he also did this without my mom knowing.
My dad also never let my mom know how much his salary was, only giving her enough money for groceries. My mom later realized that was because mybdad was using his paycheck to buy expensive gifts for his mistresses. My dad also had a habit of teasing my mom a lot, an action I used to find cute. but now realize it made my mom heavily insecure.
Now its been 3 years since they seperated and theyre doing ok, I think? My mom still keeps in cotact with my dad and he sends us money every month due to the guilt he feels. Though ot is worth noting that my dad has quit his high paying job to start his own buissnes and has borrowed over 200k Pesos from my mom and he has only returned a couple thousand of that 200k while still regularly borrowing money from her. My moms saving acount has since drained and she's worried since as a teacher she doesn't get paid nearly enough. My mom says shed rather lend my dad the money instead of him potentailly borrowing from someone else and ending in a more dangerous situation.
It is also worth noting my mom and dad aren't legally anulled yet. My country, The Philippines doesn't allow legal divorce so the only option is to get anulled and my mom has been hounding my dad for years anout it but he keeps putting it off.

So when she arrived there in Greece where she also gave birth to my half brother; She was asked to present a CENOMAR (certificate of no marriage) but of course, she couldnt do that, so she faked a Death Certificate of my biological father. He is very much alive.
So, she lied to this Greek man, tried to trick him into marrying her through very illegal means. She was able to get a Residency Permit, and is going back there to Greece this April to renew it.
Asides from driving this man into huge debt, deceiving and manipulating all the people around her. She is a very abusive mother (physically and mentally), she has beaten the crap out of me when I was younger and is now doing that to my half brother.
I want to report it there in Greece. I know my country won't do much about it (sad fact about 3rd world countries).
Im sure she has submitted the fake death certificate to the Authorities in Greece, all part of her documents and for the procurement of her residence permit, I thought of sending an email or making a phone call to the authorities there. And as proof for my dad's aliveness, I will go to the Philippine Statistics Authority to procure a document that will prove he is alive.
Any ideas or better ways to report this?

I wanted to explain some parts of why I changed from a die-hard, insane SJW to being a completely sane conservative through looking at what was actually happening in South Korea. I made a few sections so feel free to skip around.
About Me
My mom is half Korean and Japanese. My dad was a black soldier stationed in Japan and Korea and met my mom in Korea. As a result, when I was growing up, I heard a lot about the two countries and always paid attention to the news there. I also used to be an ardent SJW starting in high school and until early 2017.
Background of Korean Events
Around the same time as the 2016 election, President Park was impeached. Being the SJW I was, I believed every word the media said and was appalled. Before that, she helped avoid two potential wars with North Korea, bring South Korea's GDP from 14th to 12th, and essentially left the country in a positive surplus, reducing the national debt and leaving enough emergency resources (food, water, money) that would last the country 10 years. She was very adept as a politician by being able to get whatever she wanted from each country diplomatically- even China and the U.S. But, she was accused of bribery and causing the Sewol ferry accident and many other things. Even though I didn't agree with a lot of her political stances, I had thought that she was one of the best politicians I've ever seen in my life.
A Korean friend that I met while studying abroad there was a strong conservative and Buddhist and always pushed me to turn to the right side of politics. He then sent me a video of a person named Kim Jung Min, a person with multiple PhD's and speaks like 8 or 9 languages, explaining what was happening. It turns out this Choi Soon-Shil person was just a scapegoat and the evidence was based on a framework from Son Suk-Hee's tablet (he's a famous news anchor from JTBC). There were multiple parties involved and it was complex- but all of them had a link with North Korea/communism and juche and a greed of power.
So, JTBC's owner is Samsung's CEO's uncle, and he wanted to own Samsung. This could only be done through ousting the CEO, Lee Jae-Yong, but because he was close to President Park, there was no way unless they both went down. The only method was via impeachment. China helped as well because she was getting too powerful. So, they invited her to China to do a speech- but the told her last minute when she arrived that it was to commemorate a Chinese victory in the Korean War. This obviously pissed off Obama and the U.S, along with many South Korean conservatives. She was left with zero base to support her politically, and Kim Moo-Sung and his allies went over to the left to ask for her impeachment.
Son Suk-Hee's tablet went missing sometime in the summer of 2016, and he was frustrated because it had the plans of impeachment and removal of President Park. Then some stuff happened, such as bringing in Choi Soon-Shil. She was called as some leader of a cult, when in reality, she was just a pre-school teacher and had zero connection to President Park. The left then fabricated evidence about having bank accounts in Switzerland, money that Samsung's CEO gave to President Park, etc. If President Park truly had the money, the National Prosecutor's Office (검찰) would have had reports of seizing that after she was placed in jail. However, that did not come up. In addition, if Choi Soon-Shil had truly that money, then the clothes that she wore to trial would be of luxury designs. However, my mom and her Korean friends identified it as clothes from Namdaemun Market in Seoul (Korean women know their clothes and brands for some cultural reason). There's also more evidence that they made up, but my Korean isn't the best and my mom said that there were some very hard words that Kim Jung Min said, so she couldn't fully understand it as well.
Since MSM was controlled by the left, all that was broadcasted was this baloney. It was basically streamed 24/7 in all news channels and feeds, so the people obviously believed it- even conservatives. Then, there was money spread by the left that paid the candlelight protestors 50,000 won (about $47 at that time's conversion rate) each time they went to the rallies. Leftist K-Pop artists, actors, public figures spoke out at the rallies to help speed up the impeachment vote so that by the time Trump comes into office, President Park would be removed and sent to prison. This was because Trump would have helped President Park since she was pro-U.S, as was her father, President Park Chung-Hee, the one who caused the Han River miracle in South Korea.
During the process, there were many flaws and according other professors of the law at Seoul National University, the process of impeachment and removal did not follow the Constitution. One of it was that there needs to be 9 Supreme Court Justices to vote. However, there was only 8 sitting justices at the time, since the Democrats have been refusing to seat a conservative judge the past few months. There were more details, but unfortunately again, my Korean lacked in the very technical law parts. So, the impeachment was also a sham.
Immediate Aftermath of Removal
Regardless, there was the 2017 presidential election in May, instead of the usual December. Korea has two main parties (equivalently Democrat and Conservative parties), but third parties have a pretty big voice as well, so that election there had three main frontrunners- Moon Jae-In (Democrat), Ahn Cheol-Soo (Third party), and Hong Jun-Pyo (Conservative). Moon Jae-In won with 41.6% of the vote, Ahn had 21.4%, and Hong had 24%. But before Moon became president, there was immediate corruption. Korea votes using a certain colored paper, a different color for each election. However, videos of boxes being dropped at vote-counting sites were taped by volunteers. In the videos, the boxes of paper were of a different color and had votes of Moon. When this surfaced, Moon used an executive power stating that it was illegal to videotape vote counting, which essentially anulled the videos as evidence if used in court to sue. In addition, Ahn's party called for him to give up, which would have triggered some voting law in Korea to have the votes go to Hong because of party alignment, and Hong would have won the election. He refused to, and later, it turns out he was also a commie.
The Country Under Moon
Moon said that he would help the youth gain employment and remove corruption in the country. By this, he started to give money to young people to start businesses, which didn't sound bad. However, to make up for this, he started taxing the young people and businesses big or small. Then, he went after Samsung and other conglomerates, the pillars of Korea's economy, and had the Prosecutor's Office indict them for bribery. All bureaucrats, elected or not, who voted for conservatives in the past were then fired one by one. By late 2018/early 2019, there was sudden backlash against the young people. The youth unemployment actually increased since the businesses were being severely taxed, which meant that they had to cut more employee/not hire new people = smaller job pool. In addition, people who attended the candlelight rallies in support of impeachment were blacklisted. This is true because a friend of mine who I met while studying abroad told me about how he and a lot of people he knew could not find a job, and it was because of "past records," which meant that the person had attended that protest. Moon was then caught of tapping into other politicians' phones, but the media covered and the Moon-appointed judges tossed out lawsuits against the government. Then, he said he would tax the church, which enraged the Christians pastors in the country. There were more events of the government that passed media censorship and this lead to Jeon Gwang-Hoon, a pastor, to organize a rally at Gwanghwamun in protest of the government and the removal of Moon.
The movement gained more traction and more people joined the rally as Cho Kuk, a high ranking senior official in the Moon Administration, was caught for corruption. Invoking the clause in the Korean Constitution that when 10 million people gather in protest of the president means automatic removal of the president, over 10 million people gathered at Gwanghwamun to protest. Despite this, only Cho Kuk resigned. There were a few more episodes were over 10 million people gathered, but Moon did not resign, therefore breaking the constitution.
There were many acts that Moon had committed. He had multiple raids of the conglomerate owners and forced them to give their tech/innovations to China, and those who refused were immediately send to prison. He has done over 8 trials of the same offense to Samsung's CEO for corruption, to the point Lee Jae Yong destroyed his house with construction equipment out of rage. In the name of "peace" he got rid of the fences and mines of the 38th parallel, taxes have gone through the roof, inflation, etc. The national debt is at its highest along with unemployment. Yet, he's still giving out money to the parents of the Sewol Ferry accident. When Kim Jong-Un came to the winter olympics in 2018, he called Moon "오지랖이 넓다" which means "open hearted" in Korean used in the south. But in the North-dialect it means "prostitute." It was used because Moon kept on giving "aid" to the North until they were annoyed by it because he also pandered to China, despite not receiving any direct welcome from Xi Jinping. The man can't even spell his own country's name correctly writing "대한미국 (roughly translates to Great Han America)" instead of "대한민국 (official name of South Korea in Korean)."
How did these events even happen
Like the U.S in the 60's and onwards, universities and education in Korea were the main root of spreading such leftist brainwash. In Korean universities, there's a social hierarchy where people who graduate earlier than you are considered "elder," or "older brothesister" in korean (형 or 언니). These people boss the younger people around but in exchange, they make college life easier and more fun and can help you get jobs after college. However, Kim Il Sung sent spies and shit to colleges and to become such people. So, they'd organize fun retreats and organizations, and through these events, they'd become fun people to hang around and then spread the leftist thoughts. This created a workforce of teachers and professors from the left started teaching the leftist stuff to children, and three generations of this lead to people like Moon and etc, brainwashed in leftist dogma.
What I realized from all of this stuff
When I first saw Kim Jung Min's videos on Youtube, I couldn't believe a single word. It was going against what the media was saying and I thought it was b.s. I only watched his videos to improve my Korean at that time and to prove him wrong. However, whenever I'd get in contact with friends over there, they were saying the same things he was saying - i.e it's super hard to get a job, getting cucked when applying for jobs, taxes on dumb stuff, double jeopardy (illegal in the Korean Constitution), insider trading by Dem politicians, etc. I started to realize that this was the steps of creating a socialist country and capitalism was becoming eroded. I realized that fighting for "equal rights" and other things pushed for the left to make everyone equal, but them being more equaler and that the people were meant to be trampled since they were EQUALLY TRASH and POOR after the heavy taxes. I then compared many of the new legislation to North Korean statutes, and they were identical.
Moon's tactics are essentially attempts of bankrupting the country. Unsuprisingly, South Korea went from 12th in GDP from the start of his presidency to 14/15th in GDP as of 2019. He also had his party in congress to pass laws that taxes mostly everything, eliminating individual wealth in the nation. By this, he is creating a pure socialist country and the people aren't able to resist since they are just simply fed with b.s via the controlled left media. Through the education part, a lot of the Korean War is not being taught in schools. It's not including the reasons why China invaded and even portrays General Macarthur and the U.S in a negative way. Through film, it glorifies China as a hero country- the country that caused the North even exist and that Korea should stick to China. China has only invaded Korea in history- with countless massacres, raping of women, using women and children as slaves almost every 50 years. In addition, by trying to get close to China and North Korea, it only confirmed that they were trying to follow their governments. This only can happen by vilifying the U.S and in particular Japan because they were democracies. Japan did invade Korea 3-4 times, and had a very brutal colonization. However, there were multiple times Japan has apologized for their actions. In addition, Japan helped start the Han River Miracle by giving lots of aid to South Korea and companies as "property claims" and "aid" in repentance of their actions, and even taught skills, tech, etc for industry. For example, Japan's Mitsubishi pretty much taught Hyundai the skill of making cars, Samsung learned from Sony tech, and etc. These were the same tactics Russia used when it was turning red- vilifying democracies, praising Communist ideologies, making the people poor by stripping their wealth via taxes, etc. Then the people were to oppressed and essentially slaves to allow for the people high up in the party to live a lavish life. This is seen by the many leftist politicians- they steal from the government and sent their children and other family members abroad, send the kids to Ivy Leagues, and they live very affluently.
One can also see that leftist people control entertainment. Bong Joon-ho and Song Kang-ho of the world acclaimed movie Parasite, Bong being the director and Song starring in it, were the ones who founded what is the SAG-AFTRA in Korea for actors and directors. However, this group only promotes leftist ideologies. For example, Parasite's plot is about the poor workers (the servant family) uprising and killing the bourgeois (the rich family that employs the servant family), which is pretty much an allegory of a communist uprising. Many popular actors who were conservatives are pretty much blacklisted, examples being Song Joong-Ki and Yun Kye-Sang, who haven't had a legitimate starring role in two years and were forced to apologize for their conservative views. Many other "popular" movies are all anti-Japanese/U.S, support China, or have something to show that conservatives oppress the liberals.
Then, I realized that this was what the Dems were doing here in America and I was scared. I started to shift my political thoughts because the SJW thoughts that was taught as "correct" actually lead to this socialist demise. Then, looking at what Trump was doing, he was opposing China and this ideology. And by being dragged through the mud by the media, I could only confirm that what he was doing was the best for our nation and was preventing from our country from turning into Korea. Most movies in Hollywood these days promote leftist stuff, like civil rights, diversity, acceptance, and conservatives being bad people. Dems want to tax super hard for "social benefits" and to give "free government money."
Note on the Youtuber Kim Jung Min
I believe what the Youtuber Kim Jung Min and what he has said about Korea. If he was not a true conservative, then his platform would have been kept large due to not having any government disturbance to his Youtube channel. However, in multiple videos, he says that his youtube channels keep on getting blocked because the government keeps on reporting them to Youtube as "alt-right racism and fake news", which then fulfills their request. If he didn't have an audience, then what he says is kind of b.s, but on social blade, he's getting at least 100k views every day. His current channel, 코리아넘버원, I think is the oldest at four month old right now, which confirms what he says. In addition, he was invited by Republicans to attend CPAC 2020 (he wears a few of the CPAC event shirts time to time, like "I love the electoral college", "I heart the 2nd amendment", etc). What he's said was consistently anti-socialist and what he's been saying about the Korea has been continuously been proven true by what was happening in the country. There's also english subs I think at ROK-US Alliance TV channel. I'm not promoting his channel, rather, I want people to see for themselves if they are skeptical of what I said.
Conclusion
Looking at what was really happening in Korea the past few years helped me change my thinking. The left is very wrong and they're trying to instill what happened in Orwell's Animal Farm in real life, and it doesn't take much time for this terrible change to happen even in a great democratic country such as Korea. We have to defend our country from this by voting and making people aware what the left is actually trying to do.

I (33F)got married to an American (Houston, Texas) man (53M)i'd known online for almost 1 year. I went to meet him and it was a disaster because he was verbally abusive towards me, humiliated me in public...and on an occasion even tried to kill me amongst other things. I was so fearful of being with him that i went back to my own country (Singapore) after just 3 days of marriage.
Now he wants to have the marriage annulled on grounds of abandonment. I have no issue with the anullment (though i dont feel i abandoned him) except for the fact that i am broke and currently looking for a job while pregnant. The reason i am broke is because i blew all my money on the flights and also lending him money to pay for his debts and some things he wanted which he blackmailed me for. I was truly so stupid in the name of love. Now i am broke and he wants me to pay USD 500 which i really dont have on me. (it is 2x in my currency) Can he legally force me to pay if im unemployed?
He has also threatened to report me for greencard fraud even though i never even applied for green card or any kind of residency and returned to my own country without overstaying. I remember asking if hed apply for fiance visa for me before i came which he said he couldn't because of his prior criminal record and because he was technically unemployed. (he is on a work placement program for veterans) Anyway i entered the US and left on a visa waiver without overstaying.
Will the authorities believe him blindly if he does report me? Another reason i left is also becauae i found out that he once molested (i dont know the details) an underage girl when he was 45. The charge said sexual aggression against a child/ injury to a child. How can i be expected to stay with a man like this when im pregnant?
