Installing a new water main

I have a Wix website.
I am the only user and as such the admin. I have not used Google Analytics in probably a year or two. I mainly use Ads.
I logged back into Google Analytics and the Website account is missing. I cannot access it. I have access to other websites' data that I also own but not that specific website.
I have the old UA tracking ID. I don't want to create a whole new account. I just want to access the old one with all the data.
I have tried to access Google Analytics through Google Ads -> Measurements but it just takes me to the Analytics Home Page.
I also tried filling out the Analytics Recovery Form but its useless. Just keeps saying I can't submit the form and to try again later. I also tried calling support for Google Ads and was told that was an Analytics issue and to contact them. I can't since they don't post any phone number nor email.
Any tips would be appreciated.

Neither: `lsusb grep bluetooth`or `lspci grep bluetooth`have an output, bluez, bluez-utils and bluez-deprecated-utils are all installed. I've tried restarting the service but it doesnt fix anything. Bluetooth worked normally a few days ago, idk what could have possibly caused it to break.
Bluetoothctl says no default controller available
Idk what to do pls help.

Hey guys! So I’m new to this forum and stumbled upon it during a google search, haha, but I figured I’d ask. I’m looking for some advice on apps/sites to find a genuine SD, not just a guy looking for something quick or short term. I’ve had success in the past on Seeking, but after a couple of reappearances on the site, I just can’t seem to find what I’m looking for, or what i found before. I’m not opposed to a situation that is a mixture of Sugar and Vanilla, but would prefer to find something that is mainly Sugar. I’m also not opposed to connecting with someone here, if that’s how things happen…Any suggestions?

Throwaway account as this friend most definitely knows about my main Reddit account. I'm 18, as is this friend (who for simplicity's sake I will refer to as Nick), and we've known each other since 2021. I've always been terrible at making friends and I truly mean it when I say that he is the only actual friend I have (other than basic superficial "friends" who I don't interact with outside of school). I'm more or less his only friend too, and we've been reliant upon each other for 3 years.
A month or so ago someone from another friend group at school asked Nick if he wanted to hang out with them. I immediately became terrified of the idea that Nick could potentially leave me and join this other group of people (who, by the way, despise me) so I immediately started to convince him that it was a bad idea, eventually leading to me making flat out false screenshots of them speaking about Nick negatively to prove that it wasn't worth it. He eventually agreed with me and decided to not go through with the plans.
Now I know for a fact that he'd be better off with them than me, plain and simple. They're objectively better company than hanging around with me, and I know he'd be much happier, but my fear of abandonment is so strong and I so cannot imagine a life where I don't have a singular friend that I can't bring myself to let go of him. And now the guilt is eating me up alive, it's all I can think about. Every time I see him all I can think of is how I'm denying him a better social life out of my own selfishness. I think he's noticed something's up with me, he asked me recently why I looked so miserable all of a sudden but I cant bear to tell him what I did. I know for a fact he, like me, wants to branch out and have other friends. I should have let him give it a try but I didn't, and now I feel so terrible about it. He deserves far better, and I really don't know what to do. We're both definitely not in the best place mentally either, and I know for a fact he deserves friends who actually have their lives sorted out, unlike myself, but again, my brain cannot convince itself to actually do what's right and tell him the truth, that I ruined his chance of making new friends for my own selfish gain. I don't know what to do.
Is confessing all this on Reddit the best course of action? Probably not. I'm just at a dead end.

I’m trying to find cardio that I can manage AND isn’t painfully boring. Tough. Therapy is also big in my life right now, considering that my brain brains. I’m also stuck between applying for disability and finding a job I can do until I get everything sorted out brainily. I’m also COVID-conscious and am learning how to do better with that. Fun stuff.

It took a month for Zanwy to recover from losing her wing. The shaman said everything went well, but afterwards she developed a fever for three days, and couldn’t move from the pain for over a week. Even after the fever broke and the pain faded, she was still too weak to move, and could not eat for some time. I visited her every day, bringing her food, making sure she ate even a little, and peeling the chard scales off the wound to help it heal. The shaman never even returned once to check on Zanwy. Her parents and siblings stayed with her, but that may have only been because they lived there too. After she recovered her strength, we started making plans on what to do. She knew the swarm wouldn’t accept her anymore, and I never felt at peace within it, so our plan was to leave.
“Are you ready?” I asked Zanwy as we overlooked the cliff edge. Even though I could fly now, I was not strong enough to carry her, so she needed to climb down. Which, after a month of infrequent meals and not moving much, seemed risky. “We could wait a few more weeks. Until you recover.”
“No. I can’t stay here.” One claw after the other, her wing pressed tightly to her back so she didn’t catch an updraft and twist, her belly flat against the rock, and her head pointed to the ground, she climbed down carefully. Of course, I could have glided down, but I didn’t. It felt wrong now somehow. The rocks shadows had moved over an inch before we made it to the bottom, with the forest we loved so much as our first destination. We thought that maybe the first place we should go could be past the furthest point we’d gone together.
Walking through those familiar rolling grassy hills and past the jumper’s nests, I listened to these familiar sounds one last time. Taking it all in, I heard, of course, that penetrating roar of the swarm, but there was also the small wet splashes of the jumpers moving about, the small howl of the wind as it made waves in the tall grass, the crunch of that same grass under our claws as we walked, and Zanwy’s slight panting. She was out of breath, but was keeping quiet, hoping I wouldn’t notice.
Eventually, we reached the edge of the forest, and stopped to eat red-berries. We sat in the grass and ate the red-berries that had fallen out of the treetops. Once we’d had our fill, and juice dripped from our snouts, I asked Zanwy, “How do you feel?”
“Off balance. Walking is a lot harder than I remember it being.” Zanwy said, limping slightly.
“Can you climb?” I looked up to the branches we always run along.
“I… no. I don’t think so.”
“What if I helped you?”
“Maybe, but jumping along the branches would be hard.” A drop of berry juice ran down her mouth and landed on the grass as she licked her claws clean.
“Okay, we can just-”
“No, I wanna try.” Zanwy said.
Getting Zanwy up the tree truck was clumsy and hard. She rested her tail on my head as I climbed below her, pushing her up for support. It took a few minutes but she and I made it to the strong branches. The branch swayed with the wind, and Zanwy flared her one wing, before quickly realizing her mistake and pulling it, and herself, closer to the branch. Using my wings to balance myself, I walked over to her. “Should we go back down?”
“Not yet. Just let me…” She slowly stood back up, and kept her wing pressed to her body. The nub where her missing wing had once been pressed itself down too, mimicking the movements of the other like an invisible mirror. Pushing off, she jumped to another nearby branch, and landed safely on the other side. Once again, I heard heavy panting, but she couldn’t hide it as well right now. “See, I can do it!” Zanwy yelled excitedly as her tail swayed back and forth from the edge. I followed suit, and lept to the branch next to her. It took a while, but she found a rhythm, and we ran along the branches for nearly an hour, until the sun began to set.
“It’s almost night. Let’s find somewhere to sleep.” I suggested.
“Yeah, let’s head back to the ground.” Zanwy agreed.
“You don’t want to sleep in the trees?”
“No. Without my wing… I don’t wanna risk falling by accident. Do you mind sleeping with me on the ground?”
“Okay, let’s find somewhere safe.” We spent a few minutes looking around, and found a tree with a hollow spot near the base. It was cramped, but empty. By the time the moon rose we had already settled down. Zanwy rested closer to the back of the hollow, and I slept near the entrance.
“It’s cold.” She said, and yawned. Since we were under a tree, the walls of the hollow couldn’t be heated with fire directly. So slowly and carefully, Zanwy and I used our fire to heat the dirt under us instead. Small embers of grass charred, caught fire, and burned away, leaving the ground much warmer; enough for us to sleep comfortably.
That night, I dreamt of Zanwy. She was flying around, soaking up the sunlight with her wings. I was the too; flying right beside her. We danced in the sky together. Zipping and diving about. It was so quiet. It was just us; as a perfectly happy swarm of two. Later that night, I woke up feeling sluggish and dizzy. A moment later I realized how cold it had gotten, and that the heat from the ground had long since gone. Zanwy was still asleep, and I didn’t want to wake her up.
Controlling flames is easy… to a point. But once something is on fire, you don’t control how it burns. That was something my father taught me when I breathed my first flame. The grass had already burned, so I assumed it could burn again. Because of that, I thought it would be safe to use more this time. I assumed wrong. One breath was all it took, and the walls turned yellow with fire. I tried to put it out by beating it with my tail and wings, but that only spread it faster.
“Zanwy! Get up!” I shouted. Dragons may be harder to burn, but enough fire can char and blacken even our scales.
Zanwy startled awake, “what’s going on? What happened!?” The flames started creeping closer, so she scrabbled to her and we both ran out of the hollow. It didn’t take long for the rest of the tree to burn, and for the fire to spread to the nearby trees. We ran away as fast as we could, the smell of smoke in our noses, and the sounds of crackling flames left behind us. Once we’d gotten safely out of the forest, I told Zanwy what happened.
“I’m sorry.” I told her.
“I guess the forest isn’t as used to fire as our nests are.” She said. She was upset, but was trying to not let me hear it. “Let’s just find someone else to sleep for tonight.” It was dark, but we could both see well enough to spot a rocky outcrop.
“Rocks are harder to burn than trees.” Zanwy said, crawling into an opening between the rocks. We crawled inside, and made sure there was nothing that could burn this time.
“Looks safe to heat these up.” I suggested. Zanwy agreed, and we spent several minutes making the place warm. “Much better.”
We finally got to sleep again after that, and woke up to beams of light hitting our eyes from the opening in the rocks. I rolled my head away from the light, and covered my eyes with my wings. I was all set to go back to sleep, until Zanwy said, “Woah… look at this, Blinx.”
Sliding one of my wings down, I peaked an eye open. With the sun out, the cave we were in became a lot brighter. Enough to see that it was much deeper than we’d realized. Zanwy, who’d slept further in than I did, noticed it first.
“This hole is really deep.” She said. “And it gets darker inside too. Do you wanna go explore it?”
I stood up, and my stomach growled. “Sure, but let’s eat first.” We left the cave in search of food. Outside, we found three things. One, some tasty slitherers under a big rock. Two, some water under another rock. And three, a burned down forest. Well, not the whole forest, but a lot of it that we could see. In the distance, white smoke rose into the sky from a few different places. A lot of the grass around the rocky area had been burnt up too.
“I guess we slept through the worst of it.” Zanwy said.
“Are the fires out now, at least?”
“Yeah, the smoke it white, so nothing’s burning anymore.” The was a moment of quiet, and I thought about how lucky we were to escape that tree in time, and how careless I was.
“I’m… sorry. We almost got hurt because of me.”
“Forget it. Name one dragon who hasn’t accidentally burned something with their breath. Let’s just go look at that cave. That’s why we left, right? To explore?” She said.
“Yeah, let’s go.”
The cave itself was very deep, and the walls were made of stones of lots of different colors. As we climbed down, we had to squeeze between rocks, and scrabble with our claws to make holes as we went deeper and deeper down. Eventually, the light from outside didn’t shine, but we could still see fairly well, though not as far, and without any colors. The cave quickly went from colorful, to just shades of gray. As we went along, the sounds of our claws on the stone did something strange. The sounds started happening several times, and coming from all around us.
“Do you hear that Zanwy?” I asked.
“Hear what?”
“Listen,” I said, and tapped the stone with my claw. Suddenly, the same tap came from above, below, and beside us; like a tiny swarm was clattering all around the rocks.
“Let me try.” She said, and scratched a stone. Once again, the sounds repeated. “Oh wow!” We decided to go deeper, and find out what was causing the sounds to do that. Eventually though, we entered a big open area in the cave.
“What is this?” I asked, hoping down into the area, and looking around.
“I don’t know. Maybe it’s the village of another species!” Zanwy said. “Hello!” She cried out with her mind in a way that any species could hear and understand, but there was no answer. As we continued to look around, we found all kinds of things. There were strangely small hard clay nests all around, but they were filled with tiny rocks and ash and mud. There were also lines of white mud on the ground. I followed them, and they led to the center of the ‘village’.
“Find anything?” Zanwy asked, walking over.
“No, but I am getting cold.”
“Yeah, it was much warmer aboveground.”
“Do you wanna warm up?”
“No, you go ahead, I’m going to keep looking around.” She said. As she walked away, I used my fire to warm up the rocks below me. Suddenly, light started to shine from the mud lines, revealing that I was standing on a large, circle with a strange pattern on it. The light got brighter and brighter, and I tried to run, but found that I couldn’t move. “Blinx!”
“Zanwy!” Without warning, I felt dizzy, and I could move again. Then I heard the sounds of something behind me, but it wasn’t Zanwy. Growly, I tried to make myself look bigger, and threatening. Whatever it was, it stood on two legs, and was rubbing its eyes. In its hand was a broken tree branch, with a rock at one end. The cave village had been filled with light, but it came from all around.
“What the?” The creature mumbled, looking at me. “Are you a dragon?” I growled at the creature, while looking around for Zanwy, but she wasn’t there.
“Who are you? Where’s Zanwy?” I demanded. I let the flames build up in my mouth to show that I was dangerous.
The creature grabbed her head. “Telepathy. That’s new. My name is Jess. I’m a wizard. Who are you?”

Maybe it's too early but why not. Oiwa when he returns should come back with a faction. I think Oiwa has shown a ton of potential since going on excursion in Noah. He showed a what he can do in WTL and he kept growing the more opportunities he got in Noah. And with Oiwa seemingly being a heel and potentially closing the end of his excursion. Oiwa's return has to feel impactful like Tsuji's return last year. Tsuji looked like a star the moment he returned. Oiwa coming back with his own faction would be unexpected. It would be different and a fresh idea from the company instead of putting him in a current faction in the promotion.

Those 4 guys are fresh talent that haven't wrestled for new japan and their all great talent to have in the mix. They give fresh matches and feuds that we need in the promotion. And having a young talent being a faction leader who put a young guy in the spotlight which should be the main focus for new japan right now.

Hi all,
I've been itching to return to PoE, but with nothing left that I want to accomplish this league I figured that the best way to do that would be to make a private league.
This league, however, comes with a few twists, which aren't in the form of any of the usual private league modifiers that you can add (don't worry, this isn't one of those masochist leagues). When making this league I had two goals in mind:

1. Make a fresh start league that would feel different to play than the current Ruthless Necropolis league, and experience how the endgame has changed without it being under the effect of Necropolis and everything it provides.
2. Make a space where everyone is effectively forced encouraged to play different builds and ascendancies than they would league start with normally.

As such, here's a rundown of how this private league will work.
Standard Ruthless, not Necropolis
Why? Because I want to 'return to Ruthless', and gravecrafting is a mechanic that largely goes against the spirit of Ruthless. Rare ground drops have mattered so much less this league and many people have found themselves forced to invest as much into corpses as they can because all other sources of crafting available in ruthless pale in comparison. The capabilities of gravecrafting would largely dictate what people consider to be more or less playable for a new league, which means it has to go.
While this also means losing embers and the Lantern, these are also mechanics that I want to explore the endgame without. Part of the original vision of ruthless was that you needed to do a specific mechanic in order to get its associated rewards (unless you liked Expedition somehow), but Embers give us breach/legion splinters on top of tainted currency, omens and more. The lantern would also wildly swing how exciting maps were depending on the devoted mods you could get - while this was fun for a while, I also want to experience the new ruthless endgame without this.
Without gravecrafting and embers, it will be interesting to see how the scarab rework has affected the endgame. A lot of mechanics like essence are much more accessible than before, and people might feel like taking advantage of that better when your gear doesn't come from filling out a spreadsheet full of corpses. Due to scarabs, there also won't be as much of a feeling of content drought as you might have felt in previous private leagues. This league was light on content anyway, outside of what embers added to your maps, and you'll be able to spend more points on the atlas than usual because you won't feel the need to invest in corpses etc.

The most popular five ascendancies are not allowed
This is in respect to 2), and part of the challenge of the league; there's less room for experimenting with league starters in ruthless because there are options that are clearly above the rest, and this starts with certain ascendancies being much better than others.
The list of disallowed ascendancies, based on poe.ninja data for Trade and SSF, is as follows:

• necromancer
• guardian
• juggernaut
• chieftain
• deadeye

Obviously this leaves minion players in a rough spot compared to everyone else, but minions have always been a very solid starter so it balances out. Juggernaut and Chieftain overperform for obvious reasons, and Deadeye is likewise an instant pick for anyone looking to blast maps quickly on a bow character. With this, the meta will already shift - but wait, there's more!
Many popular and 'proven' skills are also not allowed
One goal of this league is to experiment with new starters, and on top of banning the most popular ascendancies this means also disallowing main skills with high popularity and performance for the league. This means you can't just plug and play a well-known tried and tested league starter - you'll most likely have to work out something new, or adapt what you've done before into something else. This rule was inspired by similar banlists you can find in other private leagues such a Ziz's gauntlet, though instead of being there to make the meta more even this list is here to encourage you to go for something that you probably wouldn't have league started for Necropolis.
The list below was formed by looking at the most popular and top performing skills across all of Ruthless Trade and SSF for Necropolis, on top of looking at the most popular and top performing skill(s) of each allowed ascendancy (i.e. splitting steel is banned because of its higher playrate and performance on Champion). In some cases only a particular normal or trans version of a skill is banned. Vaal versions of skills are only allowed if their normal version is allowed. In some cases a skill was only strong because of gravecrafting, but it's easier to just remove both gravecrafting and the most popular skills than it is to examine every possible build on a case by base basis to see what deserves a ban.

My main proxmox node currently uses a Samsung 870 evo as a boot drive, and a 1tb WD sn770 nvme as a VM drive. However, to increase the robustness of the setup, I want to switch to ZFS mirrors for both VMs and the boot drive.
Ideally, at least for the boot drives, I'd like to go used. As I understand it, enterprise SSD's are best suited for ZFS mirrors (PLP and MLP). I've also read that SATA SSD's are good for boot drives, but NVME is best for VMs due to higher speeds.
Therefore, I have settled on buying a pair of low capacity Intel DC S3500, S3510, S3700 or S3710's for my boot drives. From what I can tell, the S3700/S3710 have higher speeds, but are slightly more expensive. Does it make more sense to go for the better versions or will it make no difference for my needs?
As for the nvme SSDs's, I'm a bit lost on what would make the most sense, as I have read that consumer SSD's will wear much quicker in ZFS, yet I have trouble finding MLP nvme SSD's. Are there any recommended brands that would serve me well?
On a final note, if you couldn't tell I am quite new to ZFS as a concept and have been going through whatever info I can find but if someone could point me to some good reading material, it would be greatly appreciated! Any essential things I need to know before switching to ZFS mirrors, any mistakes I could avoid in advance etc.
P.S. This site has some recommended hardware for ZFS. Are the mentioned nvme ssd's on that list good for my usage, even if they may not have MLP?

I like to keep houseplants, mostly succulents. The best plants are the ones I need to water the least. I like watching all sorts of animated stuff. Currently enthralled with Dungeon Meshi (my favorite is Senshi because he’s handsome). I also like reading when I have the space in my brain for it. I’m pretty of-and-on with it and mostly read fantasy romance novels or keep up with comic/manga series I like. My favorite music genres are indie pop and alt.
Things I do not like but do anyway include exercising regularly, cooking reasonably healthy food, and struggling with my addiction to a single cup of coffee a day (I did not know this could happen until I stopped drinking the one cup). I’m trying to find cardio that I can manage AND isn’t painfully boring. Tough. Therapy is also big in my life right now, considering that my brain brains. I’m also stuck between applying for disability and finding a job I can do until I get everything sorted out brainily. I’m also COVID-conscious and am learning how to do better with that. Fun stuff.

Hello everybody, I’m having trouble with video stuttering when my PC is connected to the AVR.
My set up goes as follows : PC -> AVR -> TV through HDMI
PC specs : nowadays CPU (no iGPU), nvme and Mobo with a RTX3050 and a fresh windows 11 installation. Every driver is kept updated asap. I use it with YouTube (Firefox), Stremio and Kodi
AVR spec : Denon AVR X2100w with hdmi input for the HTPC and hdmi monitor 1 output to the earc hdmi input of the TV. No particular hdmi parameter but ARC and CEC (control sound via TV remote use). I bought it from second hand so maybe a “bad” setting was already present
TV spec : Samsung 55’’ Q70. I only modified the expert picture settings (contrast, etc…)
HDMI cable : guess it’s 2.1 as I can have 4k@120 when connecting HTPC to TV directly (AVR is only 2.0)
My problem : -HTPC is 4k@60 or 1080@60pk, everything is smooth until I use Kodi, Stremio or YouTube. When playing a video with theses players, the frame rate is lowered and the video is stuttering. I’ve check the tv, it’s says 1080@60, the AVR too (information section in settings, in and out are 1080@60). When I disconnect the HTPC from AVR and connect it directly on the tv (not the same hdmi input on tv of the AVR) I get no problem at all, no stutter nothing on the 3 players.
-HTPC 4K or 1080@frame rate of the media played : no problem
-HTPC is 1080@120 (4k@120 not available) I get no problem. I think because the AVR goes in full pass through for the image because when I look in the information of the AVR setting, I get no info (only - - -) as the AVR looks lost or get no signal like this is too much to use but ok to pass through .
From these informations it looks like the AVR is like rencoding the 1080@60 to 1080@good frame rate of the media played but the TV stays at 1080@60 so it causes stuttering on TV. I’ve look into the AVR settings but I didn’t find anything like that. But I can also be a HTPC issue I guess
I’m a bit stuck because at can stay like that at 1080@120 but I’ll be missing 4K content on my 3 players + I’m planning to buy a new AVR 1700/1800 (mainly for HDR) and I’m afraid this time it will deal with 4k@120 and thus do the rencoding thing…)
What id like is to simply use my computer at 4k@60 without stuttering issue and without changing the frame rate every time…

Hello, we are two trans girls new to pathfinder 2e. Both of us have some ttrpg (mainly 5e) experience, though we will probably need a couple of sessions to get out of our shells.
We like playing characters with somewhat unusual playstyles, and felt like pf2e has more possibilities with expressing our characters mechanically.
We probably like a mixture of combat and roleplay in each session, interesting scenarios are more important to us than more fighting or more roleplaying. Haven't played enough to know what kind of themes we are the most interested in, most themes/campaigns would probably interest us.
We are generally not interested in any inter-character sexual or romantic relationships, excessive gore or animal abuse. We are fine with loss of limbs, scarring, death, etc. as long as it isn't overly descriptive.

This problem seems very backwards and I would never have thought I'd be having this issue but here we are.
I am in a deficit and eating roughly 1200 calories per day. I usually don't feel hungry at breakfast time but tend to make an effort to get something in even if it's small, like a boiled egg or maybe some oats.
I usually have a tiny snack before lunch that is mostly zero calorie sodas or whatever low calorie snacks I happen to have on hand. And then due to that snack I end up feeling satisfied halfway through my lunch.
I end up eating the rest of that lunch for dinner and then finish off the day with some low calorie ice-cream or fruits.
I usually end up feeling very slightly hungry past 6pm, not the type of hunger where you'd get something to eat but just an emptiness in your stomach. I also have about 400 calories left but am able to get my mind off it by going on a walk, sipping on some water or just heading to bed early.
Should I just try finish off my lunch even when I am satisfied & have a proper dinner or should I keep this routine up? This way I am in a decent deficit (I'm getting all the nutrients/food groups required) along with feeling generally full during the day but also sometimes feel like giving up some nights due to this new feeling of feeling sort of hungry before bedtime. (I used to have my dinner much later on, around 9.30ish so it could just be my body getting used to that but I dont know if it's also a combination of the mental burden of calorie counting, as its relatively new to me)

I’m on PS5, it feels clunky and it’s drifting with all my three controllers including one DualSense edge.
This is ridiculous, and I figured out why by using my remote play app on my iPad. The game will continuously execute last signal from both left and right sticks until you have a new one. Then it’s easier to get drifting than other games with a lower dead zone compared to others. I have no problem with minimal dead zone in many games but this is unacceptable. The aim assist is also a huge part. It’s unnatural, but I don’t want to talk about this currently.
Btw the setting for auto rotation of mini map is still bugged since beta. If you set as on then it’s off, and vice versa. In addition, you can enter practice range by starting the game from activity on main screen of PS5, and I tested all those things in it.

I've been PUFA-free for 8 months, mostly eating HFLCMP/fat fasting (80-85% fat, 7-9% protein, anywhere from 1400 to 2000 calories per day). I've stayed at my current weight (BMI 19.3) for all 8 months. The main benefit I've observed is the ability to eat much higher calories while maintaining.
I'm still 5-8 lbs away from my ideal weight. But HFLC/fat fasting doesn't seem to be getting me there. Any advice for what to try next?
I've seen a few people theorize that HFLC can get you from obese to normal, but low fat may be better for getting lean (i.e.: finishing the last part of the weight loss journey). If so, what's the best way to transition from HFLC/fat fasting to HCLF? I've seen a few recommend segueing to a period of PSMF, then adding bitter greens and berries, then to HCLF (this is u/Whats_Up_Coconut's recommendation). Alternatively, I've also seen a few threads discussing cycling HFLC and HCLF every few days. The last time I tried cycling between fat fasting and HCLF every 4-5 days, I gained immediately (likely wateglycogen but also some fat). The cycles always felt like I was losing the lbs gained on HCLF on my fat fast days, amounting to net 0 loss.
Also, I suspect I have physiological insulin resistance from prior years of PUFA keto. My body is likely not primed for using carbs as energy. Not sure if this matters for how I transition.
TLDR: Stalled for 8 months on HFLC. Best approach for losing the last 5-8 lbs?
