My thing is is it too much to ask for him to purchase the ticket? Should he be the one to purchase the ticket since he’s inviting me out? He made it seem and even mentioned that he would buy the ticket in the past and now he’s telling me to book the ticket and he could “help out” with the ticket but I’m not getting a serious vibe about it. I think I’m at the point where I want to move own from this situation as it seems like I can’t trust him or what he says on so many different things.

As a character, Britney is genuinely awful.
She has only been on the show for a few months and managed to tear Zack and Whitney apart even before he cheated on Whitney.
Britney was held by Whitney illegally for months without Zack knowing and no matter what arrangement Whitney had with Kayleigh, the social would never let it fly realistically. Couple that with Whitney's criminal record of killing a man (even if in self defence) and there's no way she'd ever be allowed to look after a kid.
The whole storyline of how Britney was taken and raised by Whitney was also immediately cast away and forgotten about on the night that it was revealed and Zack cheated. The day after, suddenly the social said it was okay for Whitney to keep Britney and apparently that's just how it works in real life (Its not).
Britney says she hates liars but was happy to lie to everyone except Whitney about the nature of how she was being kept by Whitney.
The only reason Zack discovered the truth was because Britney sarcastically joked about Whitney buying her off Kayleigh and never actually apologised to Zack or showed sympathy since then for how everything went down.
Now we know Zack is awful when it comes to adultery. He does it to seek immediate comfort and consoling from difficult situations.
But I hate how one-sided this storyline is framed.
Britney literally waited until Whitney was at the altar to decide to reveal the truth - and embarrass Whitney in front of all her friends and family. She literally had a conversation with Lily about how genuinely happy and settled Whitney and decided "Nah I'mma ruin this woman's whole life"
Yes, Zack should've told Whitney, and yes he was going to, until Bianca told him not to. Yes, Zack is a grown man and should've done it anyway, but didn't because he's a coward.
But this is what the writers always do when they want to break up a couple - have them go through hell for months and argue about problems where they are both in the wrong, then have one of the two act out of character and go cheat, then boom that's all is remembered about the breakup or why the couple fell apart.
The storyline of Phil and Kat breaking up over Alfie could've been interesting - the moral question of whether or not its right to let a man go through chemotherapy on his own and respect his choice because he doesn't want to upset his family, even if it means his family would rather know and not feel guilt of letting him go through it on his own. That could've made for a good story that would've gotten people thinking and looking at things differently.
But nope. Writers decided to have Phil cheat and broke up him and Kat. Now they're remembered for nearly nothing else and all the problems they had before Emma turned up are forgotten about.
And the same has happened with Zack and Whitney. Months of Whitney raising this kid she's met off the street illegally, nearly getting herself killed in a car accident over said kid, missing all her hospital scans and not preparing for the birth or making any plans, even not letting Zack know the gender of the child until she let slip - all of that has been whitewashed and forgotten because the writers wanted to break up Zack and Whitney immediately with a cheating storyline.
And at the centre of that storyline is Britney, the girl with bad acting that laughed and joked about lying to Zack for months and being involved in a crime and has endangered Whitney several times in just a few months.
I just can't with the show right now. This is without question the worst storyline in decades since Fake Michelle had an affair with a random young American student guy.
And still Whitney's gonna get some sort of a happy ending after everything that's happened and all the hurt she has caused and Britney has caused.
Its just a mess. An absolute mess. I just hope we can all agree that the handling of this storyline and introducing Britney is one of the worst decisions the show has ever made.

Without going into things, Ubisoft recently shut down the game servers for 'The Crew', a 2014 racing MMO with a scaled down map of the US. Alongside delisting the game from storefronts, they have revoked it from game accounts where users own the game too, so there is no way to access the game install media anymore.
There are of course other games that have historically been shut down because of the game servers being shuttered. Two that come to mind being Battlefield 2 & 2142, but there are plenty others out there,
Now, this game isn't really anything to sing home about but it's a matter of a principle; people paid for access / license to the game and can no logner access it, and given the company behind it, Ubisoft, is French, it is probably one of the biggest openings for legal retaliation. Ross does a better job of explaining it, but he wants to attack this on all possible fronts: owners of the game filing complaints direct to the French trading/consumer authority, and people writing / petitioning in their own countries. What Ross wants is to stop companies from being able to just decommission games that players have paid for, and ideally force companies to either keep the services running, make provisions so that the games can still be played offline, or provide access / tooling so that player communities can keep the game operational just as is the case with some games today (like the Battlefield 2 Hub / Revive projects that stood up community servers)
In simple terms, if you buy a product, a company shouldn't be able to destroy it / remove your ability to use it. Ross is hoping that if we can get enforcement in at least one or two countries, this will just lead to publishers applying a similar policy globally like we have in the past with companies like Valve, Sony etc allowing refunds.
From a UK standpoint: a petition was raised and is up to 25k signatures at this point, just needs another 75k for it to be 'considered' for debate in parliament:

The response was a bit lackluster (although it's been disputed) and kinda suggests that whoever wrote it doesn't really understand the subject matter, but Ross has kinda speculated that it opens the door to future discussion / precedent being set. A point being that companies could potentially be forced to set expecctations of when the game will be shut down like an expiration date. It wouldn't be appropriate, for instance, for a company to randomly issue an update that forces a phone to stop working, would it?
I for one will be writing to my MP about it, if for nothing else then because I don't see what this would actually cost the government to consider given it's not denting their pockets directly.
I guess what I'm hoping to get out of this is spreading some awareness, potentially finding some friendly people who might be able to offer a shred of support to this campaign and just speculating whether there is a legal precedent for enforcement to stop this. EG, if I owned a copy of 'The Crew', could I take a complaint to the ombudsman / trading standards if Ubisoft refused to refund the cost / value of the game to me?

Reduce Garrison Capacity to 10 (or maybe 15 depending) to bring it in line with other defensive landmarks
And/Or (depending on which one turns out better)
Reduce production bonus from +100% to +50%, or some other limitation.
Explanation for those interested in the extra reading:
I feel like all the hate this landmark gets isn't from the landmark itself, but how it slots into the English meta (that is, the meta for English players). It absolutely CAN be beaten and it isn't overpowered, however it makes the English obnoxiously safe if they play even moderately well, which isn't healthy in the long term.
Both of their landmarks produce military units on Feudal, with one of them being TWO military buildings, so you would be foolish to not invest in defenses and your own early military early on, but they can punish this by using saved resources to go 2nd TC while still having the means to make units and raid you. Yes, you can scout them, but there was a match not long ago where we both got early military, both fought each other, and he still got his 2nd TC faster than I did. They don't have to build zero military to still get one at a fair pace, they just don't all-in as hard with longbows.
If you play great, manage to beat their early military completely, then push them with your larger army, there is nothing more demoralizing than having that advantage evaporate because they saved enough gold to castle up even after skirmishing with their longbowmen, spears, and (possibly) early knight. No other CIV can go greedy fast castle and almost completely avoid punishment since unless you arrive at the moment their tower is going up, and they have no army on hand, the moment they go Age 3 an average of maybe 2/3 of their population is completely safe. You have no choice but to fall back until you can challenge the keep, which buys them time to recover from the battle and reverse any damage you did manage to deal them. And to top it off, it's ANOTHER source of double unit production, including siege engines.
Can it be beaten? Yes! Every match plays out differently, but it's disproportionately harder to punish an English player for booming than it is for an English player to punish you, that's something most should agree on.
So again, easy fix: if the White Tower were less safe and allowed players who manage to storm their base to get more villagers kills to punish greedy plays, I think there would be a lot less complaint. It would also be a good excuse to buff King's Palace since it's needed one for a long time and is the only landmark that has been basically untouched save for a health buff.

I’m at the conclusion of one of the weirdest situations I’ve been in my life. I’m 34/M she is 25/F let’s call her Unique. We met in 2022. Had a very intense thing going on for about 2 months. We never left each other side during that time. Met each other parents and all. We claimed to be exclusively sexual with each other but wasn’t in a legitimate relationship. After a while I asked to for a full blown relationship. She was apprehensive stating she’s not ready. I really felt some way about this and after went out and dealt with another woman a few days later(e.i oral.) Later, Unique finds out from finding a condom in my car. I initially tried to lie about it but within 30 minutes came clean about the about thing. I just knew it was going to be over and I would never hear from her again.
This is where I feel it gets weird. I feel horrible for what I have done but she wants to continue. But now I can’t shake this feeling of an brokenness between us. Like our little bubble has been popped. Since we were never in a relationship I felt it was it was only a matter of time she would leave. She a beautiful girl. So, one day I told her we should take a break as I couldn’t shake this dark cloud. After about two weeks, I wanted her back but it was too late. She said she just wants to be friends. I tried to convince her otherwise but ultimately respected her decision. I told her I can’t be friends with because I still have feelings for her and it wouldn’t be a true friendship but if she ever changes her mind on us being together again to reach out.
After I go my separate way crushed but accepting my fate. Crushed because I’m a man of my word and I broke our agreement and her trust. Knowing she will forever look at me differently. But then she reaches out a few weeks later and I believe it’s to work it out but instead it to “check on me.” I chat for a little bit and then explain to her the same thing I did before and to reach out if she has a change of heart. So let’s just say this went on for more than a year and a half. There would be every 1-2 months she would “reach out” saying all different things from “I miss you” “I love you” so on and so on. I would foolishly lean in only for her to pull away shortly after. One time she even blocked me for 3 months after I told how can I get over you if you keep contacting me playing this game. I’ve ignored and blocked her, she would call me from different numbers. Because I foolishly had these feelings for her I would lean in time and time again. After enough of that emotional roller coaster I started to tell her straight up leave me alone. No more “reach out if you change your mind.” It would continue until I changed my phone number only for her to reach out on email months later. I debated but reached back out to her. This time I thought ok maybe if she went that far as to email me she wants to figure something out.
This time I figure okay we can be friends get to know each other more take it slow this time. Only for me to have all of these negative feelings the entire time because we because we were hanging out again but things were massively different. After a while I realized tis wasn’t good for my mental health and told her I can’t do this blocked her and walked away. I spent the next 3 months(longest we went without speaking) getting myself together. Then one day I started to miss her and after a week or 2 I reached out to her. This time I’m thinking I’m just going to be friends. We started hanging out again. But I’m noticing I’m paying for everything and she asking me for money for things and favors. So I was going along with it a little bit because I thought maybe she feeling me out and because in most cases I genuinely wanted to look out for her. When I realized that’s not the case I told her I can no longer pay for her every time we hangout. She did not like this one bit. Mind you, I’ve always paid for everything.
She says to me it’s crazy that I don’t think a friendship with a female doesn’t consist of doing things for her and paying for her. I said not if we’re just friends. Sure occasionally I can do favor I can buy some drinks as a friend. She never once offered to pay anything not one round nothing even if invites out. One time, even gave me a hard time I ask for a ride when she still had a car. Asking to pay for your nails and stuff I feel are things you ask the man you’re romantic with. Said it seems manipulative on her part to constantly ask me someone who just a friend for all this. She said I’ll never see her because I still have feelings for her.
I admit I played my role in this dragging as long as it did(2 years.) I feel we should’ve ended when I asked for a full blown relationship and she said she wasn’t ready. My mistake not communicating then clearly that that’s what I wanted and if she not with then it’s so long. There a lot of nuance that can’t be explained here.She is now blocked on everything. I like to think differences in ages contributed to this.

I got an iPhone 15 to get me started. I intend to get an iPad and some sort of macOS laptop. That's the part where I'm not because the specs don't translate to anything I know how to understand. I know I can expect to may more for similar performance to a PC in most cases. I''m not looking to do high end gaming, but I would like to be able to run Adobe Final Cut and do video and image editing. I'd also like to have enough juice to see what other things MacOS has to offer that I'm not even aware of.
My budget is flexible. I don't want to buy a top of the line PC .. but I can spend what I need to to make sure I get a computer that will do the job.
Can someone give me some reccomendations ? Is now a good time to buy ? Should I wait for the next generation?

Hello everyone, I did some runs now and at some point the game always stops working at some "random" point. Often it's between round 50-100 but once I got to 182 till it crashed. It always just stops working when loading into a new fight. The new fight doesn't get loaded and it's just a freeze frame after the mini shop which comes after each fight. Reloading and redoing the fight, switching to a different Pokémon, buying another item etc. doesn't work. It just can't load next.
I read some threads where people said it's just the server. But I can reload and start a new run which works, but the broken run will crash again and again. So I don't think it's the server. (And sometimes playing in the middle of the night/day where server workload should be low and it still crashed)
Can anyone help me? The game is great but kinda unplayable if I go into a run and know it will crash.
I am using the online version and Firefox. Thx
Ps.Can you just import cookies to chrome and get your save? I might try chrome then. And any way for offline import?

The partner I currently have was completely unexpected and unplanned by myself. So I reach out to her told her that I was not avoiding her. Then I did some more research into poly and based upon my findings, I told my GF we do not have a healthy enough relationship to support an open one. She insisted that we keep it open. So two nights ago, I told my GF that I was going to go work out with this newly acquired partner. The gym was closed in the complex that I live at. So we ended up going back to her place where she invited one of her friends play the drinking game. My GF called me at 10 o’clock. I told her where I was and what I was doing who I was with, she even talk to our mutual friend on the phone with me. After the phone call, we continue to play our games until 2 AM where the night ended with me sleeping with this partner and passing out at her house. In the morning, I continued life as normal me and my girlfriend have just recently started communicating through Snapchat for its excellent ability of transmitting and sending photos and videos I woke up to a video sent to me by my GF of my daughter, and I replied back with my reaction in my partners bed my GF began to call me a liar and a cheater. Because I did not expressly tell her I was going to her house but was aware of it when we talked on the phone and that I didn’t expressly tell her I was going to have sex I’m having a very hard time knowing if I am a liar and a cheater or is it a failure of communication? Writing this to vent. I’ve (m21) been having a lot of trouble getting myself to like my sister (f29) recently. I’ll start off by saying that I don’t actually hate my sister when it comes down to it, it’s just her actions recently are becoming intolerable. i don’t even know where to begin. she is just super toxic. that’s common information within my family. she is super manipulative, into getting others to do things for her own sake and acts like the victim whenever she doesn’t get her way
she doesn’t drive, and instead of trying to save money to buy a car she is constantly spending money recklessly either on food or some other random item. i’m not one to tell her how to use her money, but she often get’s rides which are at the expense of my mom’s health since she’s the one always driving her all the time from work even when my mom is old, injured and tired all the time from work but my sister never seems to take her into consideration. she doesn’t even pay her for gas most of the time, and my mom is obviously becoming really worn out by the situation
She seems to kinda use money to her advantage to get what she wants too. she has a pretty good position at at her work, so she gets paid a lot and takes advantage of just having money all the time, so she ends up always taking advantage of others. She manages to convince others to do things to her bidding in return for money, food or items even when something may inconvenience others, and she plays the victim whenever you tell her no
because my mom’s always picking her up, she’s always showing up to my house and it’s such a bother. I always have to stop whatever i’m doing to give her attention. the aura in the air when she comes over is just so problematic. she’s always bickering with my mom, and she acts like a child all of the time and has no courtesy or regard for any of us. I’m sure she acts responsible enough at work, but when she comes over she just acts so immature and I’m for to deal with it. I can’t just lock myself in a room either because I live in a studio apartment. She also just always has a problem with everyone, and acts super snarky. she can also do bad things to you, but when it happens to her it’s such a big deal
I’m honestly sick of the way she treats me specifically. She’s always playing super rough with me. she’s always hitting me and while it’s not malicious, i still definitely don’t like it. she always manages to degrade me in all sorts of ways, and it really hurts hearing every time. She’s also always infantilizing me, and treating me like a literal fucking toddler and it’s super annoying and degrading. i’ve gotten a huge inferiority complex because of the way she treats me, and I don’t feel safe to be myself or to feel like a human whenever I’m around her. she’s also always making fun of me whenever I do or say anything higher that might seem “cringe” to her and she always gives me this face of disgust that i always hate seeing
she doesn’t have boundaries either, and is always touching us inappropriately. not sexually, but she’s always doing something enough to make us feel uncomfortable. she has such a raunchy sense of humor, and it’s always at the expense of making us feel uncomfortable
one thing we both deal with is mental health, and she is constantly picking at me about it even after how badly it affects me. not only does she call me names like disgusting, filthy, etc even when i deal with a lot of self hate but she’s always making fun of me over serious mental stuff i’ve dealt with before. i remember one time i said i’d kms, and she told me I wasn’t down. she’s dealt with pretty bad stuff too and I’m not going to discriminate her against it but she can always say something sensitive to mock you but if you say anything to her, she’ll expect you to sympathize with her

i’m sorry if this post sounds super hateful but, i’m just very frustrated. i don’t hate my sister, and i’m greatful over all the things she’s done for me but I just can’t stand her and her personality any more. i want to get away so badly but i’ll be honest, i give into it way too much and i’m not sure how to break away or gain independency. it’s a weird situation, because my sister is the mediator in our family. she’s the easiest to get along with and brings us all together. she is also smart, and is able to do many things for us as well as gets us stuff, but the environment is just way too toxic and I don’t know how much more of it i can handle

I'm a fan since I was a child, not even a teenager, and I respect all of RH's (and members) work. Having said this I believe HTTT was rushed and some B-side tier like tracks were included just to finish the proyect and move on. All of us know that RH's B-side are INCREDIBLE buy should be put where they belong. I found myself just not listening to HTTT because of the tracklist, so I use Thom's. But it has problems, I will come back to this later.

So why put aside 4 songs? Well I LIKE THEM but imo drag the album flow. -Young Blood: I like the lyrics and the spooky vibes, the tempo, the claps. When the rush comes in is great, but it sucks the flow. -I Will: it's almost like a survival chant, something Thom will sing to himself to be at ease in the middle of utter chaos. It sucks the flow. -Punch: Very interesting idea and phenomenal execution but i cant find its place here, the lyrics ar off topic for HTTT. RH out of the comfort zone (and this says a lot). -Backdrifts: Its an Amnesiac B-side, no one can tell me otherwise. I like it more than Gloaming (Ill come back to this).
There are problems with Thoms tracklist: Not putting 2 + 2 at the start should be a capital sin, putting Gloaming second should be a death sentence lol. You kill the album with Gloaming second bro, why?
There There in the first half instead of the second is an AMAZING choice, you will hate me for this comparison but i think its the Arpeggi of HTTT, it BELONGS to the beginning.
So how will I fix it? 1. 2+2 2. There there 3. Sail to the moon 4. Sit down, stand up 5. Go to sleep 6. Where i end 7. Backdrifts 8. Myxomatosis 9. Scatterbrain 10. Wolf
-Why? 2 +2 is obvious, There there second shows the potential of this album and its top 10 at the bare minimum RH song. Then we go mellow on Moon to rise again mid Sit down Stand up. Go to sleep > Where I end is just a no-brainer. Late half being Backdrift or Gloaming (i preffer the first) as introduction to the weirdness of Myxo. Myxo > Brain > Wolf is also a no-brainer and it should remain arrenged in this way as in the original LP.
-Gloaming is Thom pushing his electronic ideas before The Eraser and I dont even think it belongs there, I just dont know where to put it but i preffer Backdrifts. I think no one gets the fascination of Thom for this song, maybe it was a difficult one to finish or something, if u know anything comment below. When RH came to Argentina in 2018 people were fainting in the first row and in the middle of the CHAOS Thom started singing Gloaming lullaby style, acapella. So like many others , i had to move my LUNC when CDC delisted it . I chose Trust because they offered staking but didnt realize i cant buy/sell but only send / receive and stake. When i try to collect staking rewards / or even just unstake and willing to loose the rewards i get message saying ‘ 0uluna is smaller than 150000000uluna…insufficient funds … gas wanted 100000000 gas used 20038…. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong or what i need to do to move my LUNC from Trust wallet ??? Is it saying i need to pay 100 million lunc to withdrawl ?? That cant be correct .. i know im not that well versed in this but that just sounds insane Edit …. Anyone kind enough to offer assistance please do so here in post as i am smart enough to know not to reply to DM’s ( no offense but i feel more comfortable here where everyone can see )

I am a newbie and have done basic jobs like changing oil, filters etc before. I have never changed an engine before. Recently my step truck which is 1991 Chevy P30 with 350 TBI v5.7 v8 engine started to acting up. The engine doesnot start easy and stops when I put it in drive or reverse. I have to drive the truck with 2 feet so that it doesnot stop in the signals etc. I feel like the engine has to be changed as I did the compression test which shows low compression in one cylinder. I cheked in my area and there are not many shop which work on a big step van. The ones who do are asking crazy amount. I was planning on buying a new engine or a used one and swap the engine by myself.

1. How big of the job is it? What should I know before doing jobs like this? Where do I learn from?
   
2. Where do I get the engine from? New and old?
   
3. What are the tools needed?
   
4. Is this a good forum where I can post pictures if I am confused of anything?
   
5. Any tips/tricks ideas?
   

Yesterday morning I had my very first passenger. I picked up a guy form a live in hotel. Ya know the hotels with a small kitchen in that always smell like wet dogs with mash potatoes are being fixed up. Often you can rate these places based on the number of people in wheelchairs smoking cigarettes at 8am in the pick up zone. It was definitely a 8 person rate cigarette zone. Looked like an early access line to hell. Shout out to the devil for getting these folks off the street.(laughs). Guarantee if you have a drug addict in the family you have dropped them off or pick them up from such an establishment.. . Now that we have had a bit of a laugh let get into the story. Also if you don’t know how to laugh at things like this, maybe you should go be a protester or an airport traffic cop. . I noticed a very skinny guy with over sized cloths and what looked like a bag of dirty laundry waving his phone at me. Which I now know as the “ride share mating call”. I opened up my hatch and let him load his bag. Alex then looked at my with full jaw twitch and said. “HavMorBagainThRoomHoleOnThreeorForMinzs”. Luckily I have drug addiction in the family so i can read, write, speak, and translate tweaker. . Alex loaded my hatch with his entire life and we headed out. I ask Alex where we were headed. Yes I said it in crack head talk for those who where are interested all you need to do is roll your lip over you teeth and talk normally. Try it, you know you want to. Alex says I am going to rehab. I just finished stash and need to get to checking before 11am. Then Alex said “can you pull over so I can stash my gun in the woods”………. I told him….. “this is Texas Alex everyone has a gun on then no one cares”. I dropped him at the gas station right across from the rehab where he exited the car when to his bags and dug his pistol out of his bag and walked into the woods to stash his gun. Leaving his life time collection of belongings in my suv. Once he made it to the woods. I through his shit to the curb and booked it. Thank you LYFT-

We're a two-car family out in the sticks who have driven our cars into the ground. My wife's A6 Avant has been an absolute workhorse for over eight years and 290k miles (160k of which are ours), but we've lost trust—it's on its last legs; the electrics don't work, and lots of mechanical issues starting to go wrong. Over the previous three years, we've seen our garage bills at £1500 a year, and we have spent that already in 2024. It chews through tyres (minimum of a set a year, if not two), but I think that has more to do with where we are.
My Mk4 Golf is similarly in the garage every few weeks, primarily due to electrical issues. I've had four separate visits this year and am waiting on a fifth. It's been with us for a couple of years after trying to buy as cheap a car as possible. This was after trying to get away with one car for a while, but I was being cheap and an idealist - it was a nightmare given how rural we are. MPG is good (60-65+), but as well as an increasing volume of constant garage visits, we have found the Golf way too small for us as a family with 2x kids and an outdoor life.
Considering the costs and logistics of endlessly trying to find mechanics with a gap in their seemingly manic diaries, we have reached a point where both cars feel like they have to be replaced. I'm accordingly in the market for 2x cars. Lucky me...
The constants for us are that we both need a lot of space. The A6 is good, and I'd take more space if I could get it—more height would be better than length, and seats that can at least fold dead flat would be ideal.
It's mild in our part of the country, so rain is about as bad as it gets. However, we live at the end of a private, unmade lane about a mile long that seems to wash away every few years. Multiple people (thankfully, neither of us) have gotten stuck navigating it in winter. Ground clearance is critical, though, as it can be challenging to navigate in the winter.
The roads here are awful, but that appears to be the case country-wide—twisty country lanes, high hedges, etc. We're in an area that's manic in the summer with people who don't appear to know the dimensions of their shiny cars, whereas in the winter, it's soggy but dead.
My wife wants a car that doesn't have bits falling off; she's pretty tired of driving a heap, which is fair enough. 75% of journeys are under 10 miles, 20% 50 miles, 5% 250+ miles with a fully loaded vehicle. I have ID'd a PHEV XC60 as a contender, but I am open to suggestions. I know SUV = devil here. I'm not interested in all-electric; it appears I would just replace garage admin with 'finding a charging point' admin. The infrastructure isn't there - for those of us outside of major urban centres at least.
I am keen to go with a vehicle that I can COMFORTABLY change clothes in after a muddy hike/run/surf/camp; split tailgate appeals. 50% of my journeys are 20-40 miles, 49% 50-100 miles, and 1% 250+ miles fully loaded. I'm struggling to find an appealing vehicle, so I'm open to suggestions.
Budgets are up in the air. While I cannot believe how expensive used cars are these days, I am keen to get into dependable, comfortable vehicles for a change. I baulk at £30k combined and would prefer to spend much less, but we could probably manage it. These two cars cost us £7k in total.
Any thoughts appreciated.

Walking in June from San Sebastian to Bilbao. Was wondering if the tap water is safe to drink in both these cities and the towns that I will be stopping at in between? Or is it better to buy bottled water each day that I am walking?
I believe their is an app which pinpoints on the map where you can get water when on the trail but forgot the name of it?

I’m looking to buy my first house at the end of the year, an old one to renovate completely. I’ve seen that I can use my BV to pay for the renovations of the office in the house but are there any other tricks I can use to reduce personal costs ? Will the bank give me a hard time getting a mortgage since I am self employed ? I plan on getting the mortgage from KBC where I also have my BV accounts.
