,,I obazreh se da vidim glas koji govoraše sa mnom; i obazrevši se videh sedam svećnjaka zlatnih, I usred sedam svećnjaka kao Sina čovečijeg, obučenog u dugačku haljinu, i opasanog po prsima pojasom zlatnim. A glava Njegova i kosa beše bela kao bela vuna, kao sneg; i oči Njegove kao plamen ognjeni; I noge Njegove kao bronza kad se rastopi u peći; i glas Njegov kao huka voda mnogih; I držaše u svojoj desnoj ruci sedam zvezda, i iz usta Njegovih izlažaše mač oštar s obe strane, i lice Njegovo beše kao što sunce sija u sili svojoj.I kad Ga videh, padoh k nogama Njegovim kao mrtav, i metnu desnicu svoju na me govoreći mi: Ne boj se, ja sam Prvi i Poslednji."

Jovan je čuo glas iza sebe i kad se okrenuo video je viziju proslavljenog Gospoda Isusa Hrista koji je Gospod i glava crkve.

Međutim idemo redom kad se Jovan okrenuo prvo je video sedam svećnjaka ,,i obazrevši se videh sedam svećnjaka zlatnih".Prvo da vidimo zašto ,,sedam svećnjaka".Broj sedam predstavlja Božiju kompletnost ili puninu a odgovor šta ovih sedam svećnjaka predstavljaju imamo u 20 stihu.
,,i sedam svećnjaka koje si video jesu sedam crkava."

Dakle Jovan vidi viziju crkava koja je predstavljena kao svećnjak.Ovi svećnjaci su bili načinjeni od zlata i mogli su da se prenesu sa jednog mesta na drugo a u njih je stavljeno maslinovo ulje i služili su da svetle.To što su od zlata govori o neuništivosti a to isto Jovan piše,,sedam svećnjaka zlatnih" a Gospod je rekao da je crkva neuništiva pa je simbolika jasna.
,,A i ja tebi kažem: ti si Petar, i na ovom kamenu sazidaću crkvu svoju, i vrata paklena neće je nadvladati."

Videli smo da su svećnjaci služili da svetle i ovde je simbolika veoma jasna,u ovom pokvarenom i mračnom svetu crkva treba da svetli jer ima znanje koje je od Gospoda koje svetli u poređenju sa onim što Sotona i svet nude.U Mateju možemo pročitati o ovoj temi:
,,Vi ste videlo svetu; ne može se grad sakriti kad na gori stoji. Niti se užiže sveća i meće pod sud nego na svećnjak, te svetli svima koji su u kući.Tako da se svetli vaše videlo pred ljudima, da vide vaša dobra dela, i slave Oca vašeg koji je na nebesima"

I sada dalje Jovan kaže,,I usred sedam svećnjaka kao Sina čovečijeg"Od kad je Jovan poslednji put video Gospoda Isusa prošlo je dosta godina čak oko 60 i sad on vidi proslavljenog Isusa usred crkve kakvog ranije nije video.Jovan Ga je video kao čoveka dok je bio na zemlji a sada je On i čovek i Bog Bogočovek i to usred crkve jer je to i obečao.
,,Neću vas ostaviti sirotne; doći ću k vama"

,,i evo ja sam s vama u sve dane do svršetka veka. Amin."

Evo šta je još rečeno o odnosu Boga Oca, Isusa i crkve:

Iako su ubili Isusa On je živ usred svoje crkve i daje joj silu da svetli u mraku a to može zato što svaki član crkve može da kaže :

,, obučenog u dugačku haljinu, i opasanog po prsima pojasom zlatnim"Dugačke haljine nosili su carevi,proroci i pevosveštenici u starom zavetu.Ovde je Isus verovatno predstavljen u prvosvesteničkoj haljini a to zaključujemo na osnovu stihova:
,,Imajući, dakle, velikog Poglavara svešteničkog, koji je prošao nebesa, Isusa sina Božijeg, da se držimo priznanja.Jer nemamo Poglavara svešteničkog koji ne može postradati s našim slabostima, nego koji je u svačemu iskušan kao i mi, osim greha."

Isus je prošao kroz stradanja i bio iskušan daleko više nego mi a zatim je pobedonosno poneo svoju prvosvesteničku haljinu i sada vidimo da se nalazi među crkvom koju ljubi jer je prineo svoju krv za nju.

Vidimo dalje da ima pojas zlatni na prsima,pojas je simbol pobednika a zlato takođe simbolizira pobedu i pobednika ,znamo da danas pobednici u raznim sportovima dobijaju zlatne medalje a u nekim i pojaseve koji su dokaz da su oni pobednici a mi ovde nemamo sportiste već Gospoda Isusa Hrista koji je pobednio greh i smrt i koji je otkupio svoju crkvu i sa njima može da ,,slavi pobedu" rečeno sportskim žargonom.
,,A glava Njegova i kosa beše bela kao bela vuna, kao sneg"Jovan ovde opisuje Hristovu svetost i čistotu a to je ,,belo".Belo je simbol nečega što je čisto što nije uflekano ili isprljano kod ljudi pa
se ovde ovo koristi da bi smo mogli bar malo da shvatimo deo punine,deo svetosti Božije koja nije ničin isprljana ili uflekana a ,,belo" je najbolji opis.U prilog ovome je deo stihova koji govore o zaslepljujućoj svetlosti koja je opet,,bela" pa vidimo da se ovde radi o simboličkom predstaljanju večne Božije svetosti.Evo šta se desilo Pavlu od dela te Božije svetosti.

i spreman je da sve spali što je nečisto u crkvi.Znamo iz iskustva da prilikom spaljivanja svi predmeti koji recimo nisu metal ili kamen budu spaljeni i jedino oni ,,preživljavaju"plamen dok nešto što je hartija,tkanina, trava ili nešto drugo sa niskom tačkom paljenja bivaju pretvoreni u pepeo,tako je i ovde sve nečistoće moraju biti spaljene i crkva mora biti čista kao ,,metal" koje je prešlo kroz plamen na kome je izgorela samo korozija a to znači da je metal postao čistiji.
Crkva treba da bude čista a o tome piše:
,,Jer revnujem za vas Božjom revnosti, jer vas obrekoh mužu jednom, da devojku čistu izvedem pred Hrista."

,, I noge Njegove kao bronza kad se rastopi u peći;"Ovo se odnosi na Božije karanje radi greha.Verovatno smo svi imali prilike da vidimo kako izgleda rastopljeni metal bilo u nekoj fabrici ili smo gledali snimke lave koja bukti iz vulkana i kreće na sve strane i sve pred sobom prži i spaljuje tako da ne ostaje ništa.Nešto slično je i ovde Gospod Isus je veoma milostiv i pun blagodati ali je i plamen koji može da gazi i spaljuje sve pred sobom.
,,i On gazi kacu vina i srdnje i gneva Boga Svedržitelja"

,, i glas Njegov kao huka voda mnogih; "Ovo je glas autoriteta,glas Boga koji govori i jedino njega možete čuti jer kad ste pored velike vode ili vodopada od huke vode ne možete ništa drugo čuti.Ovde je to Isusov glas koji govori crkvi i svima nama kroz svoju reč i objavu Duhom Svetim.
,,I držaše u svojoj desnoj ruci sedam zvezda," Objašnjenje o tome koje su ovo zvezde imamo u sl.stihu:
,,sedam zvezda jesu anđeli sedam crkava"

Ovih sedam ,,zvezda"su propovednici sedam crkava i ovo svedoči da su crkve a i propovednici pod kontrolom Gospoda Isusa i On ih drži u desnoj ruci.Ovo se ne odnosi na anđele jer nigde anđeli nisu vođe u crkvama ,anđeli imaju druge zadatke dok su vođe u crkvama ljudi.
,,Tako govori Onaj što drži sedam zvezda u desnici svojoj"

,,i iz usta Njegovih izlažaše mač oštar s obe strane," i ovde imamo stihove koji se odnose na karanje i sud jer Isus brani svoju crkvu a suprostavlja se neznabožcima koji su pokušavali i koji će pokušavati dokle god budu mogli da unište Crkvu i delo Božije.Njima sledi upozorenje:
,,I iz usta Njegovih iziđe mač oštar, da njime pobije neznabošce;"

,,i lice Njegovo beše kao što sunce sija u sili svojoj"Ovo je u potpunosti nastavak opisa koji je bio ranije a odnosio se na kosu i oči.Ako su kosa i oči bile kao u opisu ranije logično je i da lice bude takvo,da lice svetli .Lice Isusa kao glava crkve svetli u crkvi ali Isus želi i da svetli kroz crkvu koju su u svetu i na taj način da neznabožci vide silu Božiju i dođu u pokajanje.Gospod strpljivo čeka.
,,Ne docni Gospod s obećanjem, kao što neki misle da docni, nego nas trpi, jer neće da ko pogine, nego svi da dođu u pokajanje"

,,I kad Ga videh, padoh k nogama Njegovim kao mrtav..."Jovan je na ovu objavu Gospoda Isusa ,,ostao šokiran,bez reči" možda se toliko uplašio da je jednostavno pao dole kao mrtav kad je video deo zadivljujuće slave Gospoda Isusa Hrista.

This is my first time posting here, and I want to firstly acknowledge what an awesome community you all are and say thank you to Dr K, the HealthyGamerGG team, and all of you for the work and lengths you go to provide help for struggling individuals like me.
I (28M) have a problem. Which is that I resent women and don't trust them. And this post will probably cast me into the incel/redpiller troupe.
I have realised through reflecting on my behaviours that I interpret the actions/behaviours/interactions of women through a redpill lens. A movement I don't want to support and desperately want to believe is untrue. However, I feel that by wanting to rid myself of the redpill, I am just being ignorant to the "reality" of how things work. But believing in the "the redpill reality" makes me so disheartened and hopeless of ever finding a woman who loves me for who I am, who isn't shallow, materialistic, self interested in her wants/desires etc etc etc. <- Beliefs I really don't want to believe about women.
For context, my ex-girlfriend revealed to me that the reason she was attracted to me was because of my career. I am a guidance engineer specialising in hypersonic weapons development. I make well above the average salary and have a stable/exciting career. When she revealed this to me I was immediately offended. I felt she only loved me because of my money and status as she admitted to not finding me interesting of physically attractive when we first met. I honestly don't know if my reaction/judgement of her is wrong. I feel I made strong conclusions about her but I also believe my judgement of her was correct. Am I in the wrong?
There were other instances that she would comment on that really upsetted me. My family isn't rich by any means and this seemed to really trouble her and she would question the "competency" of our family and how she doesn't want to "marry down". She also would be upset if I didn't take her to a lavish restaurant for her birthday as she felt I didn't value her etc.
I don't want to go through life with so much hate and anger towards women. I feel so hopeless and so disappointed about the future by continuing to believe this narrative that I have convinced myself about. That "all women are like this". That women are selfish, self prioritising, lacking in morals/compassion etc. It is so damaging to myself, to the people around me, and to women themselves, and it is not fair or helpful to anyone. I wish I can whole heartedly believe this not true and that I am misguided in every way. But I find it so depressingly hard to believe otherwise. Please help.
And I apologise for the heavy rant/vent and if I have offended anyone. I am just wondering if anyone can resonate with my experience and has overcome this. Thank you.

A movement I don't want to support and desperately want to believe is untrue. However, I feel that by wanting to rid myself of the redpill, I am just being ignorant to the "reality" of how things work. But believing in the "the redpill reality" makes me so disheartened and hopeless of ever finding a woman who loves me for who I am, who isn't shallow, materialistic, self interested in her wants/desires etc etc etc. <- Beliefs I really don't want to believe about women.
For context, my ex-girlfriend revealed to me that the reason she was attracted to me was because of my career. I am a guidance engineer specialising in hypersonic weapons development. I make well above the average salary and have a stable/exciting career. When she revealed this to me I was immediately offended. I felt she only loved me because of my money and status as she admitted to not finding me interesting of physically attractive when we first met. I honestly don't know if my reaction/judgement of her is wrong. I feel I made strong conclusions about her but I also believe my judgement of her was correct. Am I in the wrong?
There were other instances that she would comment on that really upsetted me. My family isn't rich by any means and this seemed to really trouble her and she would question the "competency" of our family and how she doesn't want to "marry down". She also would be upset if I didn't take her to a lavish restaurant for her birthday as she felt I didn't value her etc.
I don't want to go through life with so much hate and anger towards women. I feel so hopeless and so disappointed about the future by continuing to believe this narrative that I have convinced myself about. That "all women are like this". That women are selfish, self prioritising, lacking in morals/compassion etc. It is so damaging to myself, to the people around me, and to women themselves, and it is not fair or helpful to anyone. I wish I can whole heartedly believe this not true and that I am misguided in every way. But I find it so depressingly hard to believe otherwise. Please help.
And I apologise for the heavy rant/vent and if I have offended anyone. I am just wondering if anyone can resonate with my experience and has overcome this. Thank you.

I don't know if this has to do anything with philosophy and maybe it's not the place for me in this community. I watched healthygamer or Dr K and I love to watch his videos. He seems to have pretty much a good understanding not only about psychology but many things. Well i'll explain my problem here:
I feel so contradicted lately, confused. I've been afraid to approach women my whole life I got into self improvement space and over time I managed to approach them and get over my fear. I realized self improvement space is all a paradox and I started looking for answers in the outside world in life. I also when I approached women my desires changed, I went from desiring to have a women in my life to now having tens of women I can talk to and now dating seems absurd to me. I'm more in my existential thoughts faze, going through healing faze of trauma I now feel pretty confident and I started being able to dig deeper into myself and now I'm questioning existential thoughts and it's sort of something that's close to an identity crisis but it isn't. When I managed to get dates now I feel it has no purpose or point, either I loved the woman or I didn't, I feel no lust in me or neither no attraction, even If I felt attraction i'm not having the drive to go out on a date. For example, I set up a date today with this woman that's healthy, beautiful so it's something to be excited about but i'm not. I feel demotivated or uninterested when I managed to set up the date and I feel like I want to know more of myself. When I got what I wanted, I don't want it anymore. Became somewhat ignorant to these pleasures of life.
Another example, I used to be so anxious and worried about what I wear in school 6 months ago, now i don't care about what I wear as long as I don't smell bad I could wear the same thing for decades.

Recently I’ve (f23 5’3”/63cm 202lbs) been wanting to work out. Growing up I was always TINY. 120lbs soaking wet. I was a runner in school track and cross country. And when I had my first child I gained 40 lbs and HATED myself. That’s when my body dysmorphia began. I would count calories and skip meals. I’d tell people “no thanks I already ate cause I couldn’t wait” at gatherings and looking back at photos I hate myself even more now at my current weight because I’d k!ll for that body back. But then I had my second child and between depression from COVID era and pregnancy and a HORRIBLE relationship I gained 40 more lbs and then using birth control another 40 lbs and was 240lbs at my heaviest. I had some health issues that lead to a hysterectomy and not being on birth control anymore I’ve lost 38lbs but now I feel like I’m at a stand still. Which sucks because I’m calorie counting and food restricting and I’ve been walking 2.25 miles through sandy hills at my local state park almost every day. Then about 2 weeks ago I got into a pretty bad wreck. I messed my knee up pretty bad and weight bearing is not the vibe atm. But I still very much hate the way my body looks and want to do something about it. Nothing’s gonna change if I change nothing. So I need some low impact workouts I can do from home cause I don’t have a gym membership and don’t really want to get one til I’m able to really use the gym that will help towards my weight loss goals.

Right now their SI sits at about 14%, they have 1 billion shares on the market, so the HFs are sitting on about 140 million shorts.
Since lumen is at $1.32, that’s about $183 million short.
Two things about this stock, Lumen used to be worth $11-20 pre 2022, however, due to their failure to modernize their networks, poor management, and market pressures, it has fallen greatly. Note this was not due to stock splits (citation 1)
That was the case, as of 2024 Lumen has entered into a new TSA (citation 2), what does this new transaction support agreement mean? Well lumen owe a lot of money, and it was all due very soon, what the TSA does is restructure that debt to keep the company from going bankrupt, it requires a plan of action and company transformation to be approved by its creditors.
What does that mean? It means that Lumen’s creditors believe the company’s plan to become profitable is sound, it means that the stock price will go up, potentially exponentially. So much so that the company which was on the edge of bankruptcy announced 2+ billion in investment and credit in order to begin their business revamp.
Following this Lumen announced that they are planning for 500,000+ new fiber addresses this year. Sorry for the long paragraph. I don't know which community is right. I am new here.
just to give you a bit of background, yes I changed it a little,
I would appreciate it if any of you take the time to read it. it took a lot to share my problems.
So, um when I was in class 8. We have a board exam that year. So I kinda started my year with a banger. I was studying more attentively. I was being more present in class. I was answering questions. I never answer unless the teacher picks me, which rarely happens. I am a good student. This makes me a bit arrogant, cuz if I got such decent results by not even properly studying, I don't need to stress. So yeah. My year was going super good. And boom covid fucking started. And even tho I was super studying. I am way too lazy too. Now that we were in lockdown. I completely abandoned my books. Forget studying. I was on my phone all day. Like actually all day. To give a bit more info. Class 8 has a board exam. Class 9,10 are studied with the same books, it's where we choose majors like science, commerce, and arts, I was a science student. 11,12 is college and we still have majors like science, commerce, and arts, still choose science. After that is uni. Class 8,9 went like this. Then in class 10. We finally went to school. Like I said classes 9, and 10 are the same book. Soo, I didn't touch my book for a year now I know nothing. That went like this. In the class sitting helpless cuz I know nothing. Then my sister told me about her tutor, so me and my friend went to him. He, we will call him C, introduced us to his friend, and we'll call him K who also became our tutor. Side note, I got comfortable with K, way more than C. K was kinda of my motivation, I wanted to make him proud, but I didn't, I failed. I haven't called him in a year. I am so sorry. I didn't want to disappoint you of all people. But I did.
I think since all I did during lockdown was be on my phone I am still kind of stuck at that age in some ways, mentally. I am almost 18. I was 13 when COVID started. Me and my mum were in some bad blood at that time, probably she asking me to study, but I not. Other than studying for my tutor's homework. I didn't touch my books enough. Suddenly it was exam time. It was a fucking board exam. It would decide my college. To be honest, even at that point I don't think I ever realized the importance, the gravity of the exam. I was prepared I'd say 60%. And yeah. when it was exam time, she became all affectionate. Bringing me milk, stay with me at night. You better believe I fucking hated that. I wanted to be alone. she didn't leave me alone. She was in my room. I hated her sooo much at that time. Just leave me alone na. So just to fucking spite her I didn't study until she was here. I would be on my phone and phone and she still wouldn't leave so I went to study at around 1 or 2 at night. In case you couldn't tell I was heavily dependent on my phone at that time just to well forget what's happening in my life. I kinda got addicted, maybe. So even if I was watching videos I was making plans about how I would study and all. In my head. I was preparing myself mentally. Guess who it took to crash all of this down. Yes, my one and only mum. While I was encouraging myself and all, my mum would come and be like you don't study, look at the maid's daughter doing much better than you ever will. My luck was this bad that I was your mum and all that shit. My maa always talks about how she didn't have to worry about me ever cuz I did everything myself. I don't understand what she thinks this will make me feel. Maybe I didn't want to do shit alone. Now that I truly want to be left alone, yall up my ass.
You think I will study now. Hell, nahh. So I didn't. Some day I went to my exam after barely reading the book at around 8. My exam starts at 10. Yeahhh. good times. It went like this all exam season. Of course, I didn't do well. I got a GPA of 4.52. Of course, I wasted all my free time for 6 months after the exam. I bed rotted the whole 6 months and more. I put on a lot of weight. Soo, I got very insecure. So when me and my friends went to the same tutor I also went there. But suddenly everything was new. I couldn't get past if I went like I was before. I went for a month maybe. I got behind them. I got so scared and insecure. All of them got into the government college there. Only I didn't. I got more insecure being there. I felt like I couldn't catch up even if I tried. So I did what I am best at. Run away. The college started with me bed rotting. I put on a lil more weight. I got even more insecure. It's been almost a year since then, I can count the times I went. Not more than a week. And the half-yearly exam, I failed it's my fault. I didn't study. Only time was passing by. I still am where I was a year ago. In my bed rotting. I haven't touched them, my textbooks, I mean it, they are still brand new. Now my final is in a month. I am still in my bed rotting. I just am soo insecure with my weight and study now. I can't bring myself to study. I feel like I already failed. More my mum started staying with me cuz it's hella hot. I felt like me studying would make her win. I would lose the battle I started. My brain is like unless someone tells me step-by-step detailed instructions on how to do life, I can't do shit. What do I do?? I am so lost mentally. I am just soo scared that I will be the one left behind. I mean I already am. My friends are not mine anymore. I am just one of many of theirs. I fear I would be left behind to rot. I know I am not some saint. I know what I am doing isn't what I of all people should be doing. But how do I win against my brain? It's like if I can't catch up with everyone in a day then it isn't worth trying. If I can't lose that weight, it isn't worth trying. What do I do?? I can't go to a gym. Can't jog or stuff. My mother becomes angsty if I starve. What do I do? Sometimes I just want to disappear for a while.

I went for a month maybe. I got behind them. I got so scared and insecure. All of them got into the government college there. Only I didn't. I got more insecure being there. I felt like I couldn't catch up even if I tried. So I did what I am best at. Run away. The college started with me bed rotting. I put on a lil more weight. I got even more insecure. It's been almost a year since then, I can count the times I went. Not more than a week. And the half-yearly exam, I failed it's my fault. I didn't study. Only time was passing by. I still am where I was a year ago. In my bed rotting. I haven't touched them, my textbooks, I mean it, they are still brand new. Now my final is in a month. I am still in my bed rotting. I just am soo insecure with my weight and study now. I can't bring myself to study. I feel like I already failed. More my mum started staying with me cuz it's hella hot. I felt like me studying would make her win. I would lose the battle I started. My brain is like unless someone tells me step-by-step detailed instructions on how to do life, I can't do shit. Hello there and well met! If you’ve made it past the flavor text (or skipped it) and through the basic info (hopefully didnt skip past that one) you might very well be at the right address! Without further ado onto the post.
As implied by the post title, this is an ongoing campaign (we are 12 sessions in at the time of this post). Due to some irl commitments weve recently dropped a player and are looking to replace them.
As the title suggests, this is a roleplay focused mystery/lore driven campaign. Expect an overreaching plot with ample secrets to uncover, conspiracies to unravel and eldritch truths to unearth. The first word of the password is "Doth". On the same level of importance or more important even be that the players preference, there is a variety of subplots to engage with, from small and goofy and random to ones rivaling the main story arc in complexity and variance. Among these, individual character story arcs play a leading role, at times seamlessly intertwined with the current focus of the party, at times separate and independent.
As was already mentioned and is further described below, this is a roleplay focused campaign and a roleplay heavy game. This means that roleplay exists as a unifying concept for all other aspects of the game including exploration, combat, and puzzles. That said DnD is only DnD with all three of its main pillars intact and this campaign is no exception in that regard. I very much enjoy the mechanical side of the game as well besides roleplay and so things like multiphase boss fights and custom magic items are definitely on the table.
I would describe my DMing style as driven, realistic, and involved but also very conscious about player agency and collaborative storytelling as core values that make TTRPGs so popular and unique. I spend a lot of time ensuring the worlds I create and the stories I want to tell feel alive. From hand-picked music, to fully voiced NPCs and scenic descriptions designed to breathe life into the campaign setting I daresay my games rival in quality those of the professional DMs that charge for each session.
There is a drawback to this all however. Second word of the password is "thy". I expect a lot from my players as well. Writing a story in DnD is not a one person job. It takes a collective effort of the entire group to create something truly unique, something that one can be proud while looking forward to each session. Unwinding and letting off steam means something else for everyone. For me it means losing myself in the creative process of roleplaying an NPC or describing a scene, watching my players masterfully portray their own characters or having the party derail my plans in an awesome unforeseen and unexpectedly enriching way. If you find yourself in any of what I just described than this may be a game for you. If you don’t, that’s fine. This is definitely not a game for everyone.
When it comes to setting of the campaign in the world of Faerun I have once again made a somewhat traditional pick and decided to place the onset of the game onto the Sword Coast, more precisely into the city of Waterdeep. If one of the key upsides of Forgotten Realms is diversity of content, Waterdeep is one of the best representations of this. Being the largest settlement on the known Faerun, Waterdeep offers nigh limitless options in terms of main story arc genre, character creation and character backstory implementation. It has everything every large TTRPG settlement ought to have (fickle upper class, enigmatic factions, quaint taverns and extravagant nightclubs, always in bad mood city watch, a castle and a harbor) as well as few pretty original ideas such as colossal definitely not alive statues, a city council where even its members don’t know each other’s identity and a massive dungeon right underneath the city where you can literally fall right from a tavern taproom.
In case you are wondering, while this campagn takes place primarily in the city of Waterdeep itself, there is nothing stopping the players from exploring past the city if they so choose. The final word of the password is "crack?". Different parts of the main plot and various subplots can and will encourage the party to explore Waterdeep environs and sometimes even further.

PS: As a part of the questionnaire, you will be asked to submit a short piece of your narrative writing in a form of a google doc link (not a custom piece of writing, any relevant past one you have will do). Maybe best have that ready beforehand? On that note, dont apply for the game with a detailed backstory of a character you want to play that you arent willing to adapt to the conditions of the setting/campaign.
PSS: Not to discourage you but if you do make it through the questionnaire and into the second group of applicants you will be asked to do a discord interview with your webcam turned on. With now decades worth of lore behind it, it offers an unparalleled opportunity for anyone wanting to build on solid foundations to bring their ideas to life. While it has garnered a lot of attention lately with the release of a certain videogame (more people now know Astarion than a good amount of Hollywood celebrities I’d say) it has had its loyal following even before then, being constantly expanded and living its own life in a host of both online and home games. 📃The requirements📃
No exceptions here. Unless otherwise stated, the requirements must be met at the time of application.- to apply you need to be 20+ yo
- you need a functioning webcam (at the time of application) and a stable internet connection - we will be using both video and voice on discord and as a general rule Wifi doesn’t handle long video calls well (believe me when I say I speak from experience) so cable or other similar form of stable connection is strongly encouraged
- you need a Discord account and you will need a Forge account - Forge is a hosting service for Foundry, don’t worry, you won’t need to input any personal info (besides maybe an email) to register and I will be footing the bill
- you need a PC that can and will run Foundry Virtual Tabletop - check the minimum requirements on the Foundry website, a fair warning, Foundry won’t run on tablets and phones (not that you should consider those in the first place)
- you need at least an elementary knowledge of Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition - when it comes to the awareness of the rules, I won’t be too harsh, but definitely don’t apply if the first time you’ve seen the PHB was a week ago
- you need TTRPG/roleplay experience and/or a very strong roleplay inclination - this is a heavy roleplay game where most if not all ingame talk will be done in character and where you will be expected to voice your character in a way that is distinct from your standard voice
- you will need to be very punctual when it comes to session attendance - I expect my players to attend most if not all sessions, online or not, this campaign is a designed as a longterm commitment and by applying you are acknowledging this, having other hobbies and time-consuming real-life obligations is understandable (I got those too) but those 4-5 hours you will be expected to set aside for the session

My daughter has saved up over 10 years and has $110k as a deposit to buy a unit to live in. The unit is $460k but bank will only lend her 300K due to her salary being <90k pa. She is $50k + short. I can lend her the $ which are in my offset acc to pay my own mortgage off (!) If I don’t lend her the 50K I will be mortgage free in two years, if I do lend the 50K I will obviously still owe 50 K in two years. My plan – this is my question - is to lend her the 50k, with the (optimistic)hope that she will have a better salary in 2 years time and apartment prices will have gone up enough so that she can repay us the 50k by refinancing her unit with the bank then (equity loan). If her apartment doesn’t rise enough for her to borrow the 50k from bank to repay me within 2yrs, that would be ok too.

Rating criterias are placements, faculty, industry reputation, brand perception, selection criteria ,fees and future potential.
Note- I haven't included the sister campus like XLRI D and IIFT K. People would argue that they have coupled placements with the main campus. But i am not buying the argument, companies have biased towards sister campus even at the time of placements as well as post mba. Corporate HRs will keep on giving a inferior rating to the sister campuses.

- IIM Ahmedabad- Best b-school in India. Epitome of Indian academic excellency. It thrives in all the domains whether its marketing, consulting , finance and genman.
- IIM Bengaluru - On par with IIM Ahmedabad. But skewed placements towards consulting.
- IIM Calcutta- On par with IIM A and B. But skewed towards finance. No one will be able to shake the brand image of ABC, no matter how hard they work. Their position is cemented for next 25 years.
- ISB hyderabad- It is also on par with IIM ABC, in some criterias it is even better than ABC. But I downrated it because of fees. It only selects students with 2 years of workex who are already successful. Bad at creating new successful students, that's why I deducted the marks. Fees is on upper side, higher fees delays many plans whether it is having kids, settling abroad and starting some new venture.
- IIM Lucknow- Placements are great. The school rules the ganges plains. It has a huge upward potential because UP is growing at a unprecedented rate. If UP achieves the target of 1 tn dollar gdp in next 10 years, IIM Lucknow will provide the talent to fuel the growth further.
- FMS Delhi- Right now, it is better than IIM lucknow. But I have few reservations towards it because of bad infrastructure and low funding from University of Delhi. Years of disinvestment have taken a toll on it. People are willing to pay 25 lakhs for IIM Lucknow rather than living in a bad campus. It got more marks due to best ROI. You can easily start a new venture after passing out as you don't have to pay the emi's.
- XLRI Jamshedpur - Best school for HRM. All big brands are visiting the campus. Fees is on higher side and location disadvantage is there. It will lose few more spots in 10-15 years down the line, as new colleges will emerge in metro locations.
- SP Jain, Mumbai- It is a great school at the center of financial capital of India. Great location , great leadership and one of the smartest cohort because of great shortlisting process. They know what kind of students will thrive in their environment.
- JBIMS, Mumbai- Ceo factory of India. All big brands are visiting the campus. Fees is dope, you don't have to worry about loan. Only concern is poor infrastructure and low investment. They can't get a new campus as it is under University of Mumbai. It is plagued by same concers as FMS.
- SJMSOM IIT Bombay - They are doing everything right a B-School can do. Strong placements, strong brand value and IIT backing will give it a huge push in future. They are expanding the batch strength every year and giving tough fight to each B-School of country. Only downside is its incompetency in consulting and finance domain.
- IIM Mumbai- People kept on asking that when would delhi, mumbai get its own IIM. Now, Mumbai has got one. It will keep attracting on best of best students because IIM tag coupled with Mumbai suffix is giving it a huge potential. In operations, it is already among best B-schools( Some people say it is best right after Sjmsom, some are saying that it is better than Sjmsom. But i am giving sjmsom an edge due to lower fees).
- IIM Shillong- They have done a great deal in the last few years. People have even started to drop I in favour of S. Blacks is better than Blacki😁
- Dms, Iit D- I will not be amazed if they jump 7-10 rankings in the coming years. They got the strongest backing in the country ie. Government of india and IIT delhi(check their annual reports and budget allocation). Heavy focus on technology and AI. Only downside is non-technical people are hesitant to join the school because they think that they will not be able to thrive in the techno-managerial roles( a very wrong prejudice).
- TISS mumbai- Highly specialised. It is a strength and also a weakness. They should diversify to stay in the rankings. I am highly skeptical for their infrastructure and spending. Fees is a plus point here.
Note- I haven't included the sister campus like XLRI D and IIFT K. People would argue that they have coupled placements with the main campus. But i am not buying the argument, companies have biased towards sister campus even at the time of placements as well as post mba. Corporate HRs will keep on giving a inferior rating to the sister campuses.

- abracadabra1998 ($5.46M Thursday comp. GxK obviously really propping the average up but for now I could see that settling at around $5 Million, still good pace! (May 12). Really good stuff in this market (May 9). Reallyyyyyy good day 1 here. I want to note that: NO I do NOT think preview numbers will be that high; it's just highlighting the fact that this is likely a movie that will be running hot in my market, as cinephile blockbusters usually do. Next update I will have T-14 comps, which will be a lot lower due to the short release window (May 8).)
- AniNate (Encouraging to see the weekend fill out a bit. Been seeing a lot of promotion during the basketball playoffs so general awareness has to be getting there now. (May 15). Skimmed through ThuFri and Valley View (Cleveland vicinity) has sold roughly 60 Furiosa tix so far while Tinseltown (Canton) has sold 40. I'm guessing the upfront audience does lean more toward the urban/cosmopolitan sensibilities (May 9). Presales show there's definitely some hype for this. Regal gonna irritate trackers again, offering no upcharge IMAX for Furiosa (May 8).)
- Charlie Jatinder ($3.05M Thursday comp.)
- el sid ($5.8M average Thursday comp (without Exorcist 2) (May 12). Furiosa continues its strong performance in "my" theaters. The movie yesterday had already 1.310 sold tickets (for Thursday, May 23). Up 15% in ca. 24 hours which isn't bad at all after the first rush. Already comfortably in front of The Fall Guy's final sales (it had 1.071 counted on Thursday for Thursday) and almost on par with Civil War's final sales (1.357) and also the Apes finally had not more than 1.657 sold tickets in my theaters (May 11). I also can't complain about Furiosa's presales in my theaters, not at all. Already 1,138 sold tickets (in all of "my" 7 theaters) for May 23. 14 days left. Promising start. Civil War on Thursday of the release week for Thursday had 1,357 sold tickets and The Fall Guy finally had 1,071 sold tickets (May 9).)

- keysersoze123 (Definitely chugging along. I am feeling good about 5m+ previews (May 15). It has way stronger sales than Garfield and that is expected. I am thinking of 5m previews for now (May 14). - TheFlatLannister ($4.71M Thursday comp. Second straight day of weak growth. Not a great sign (May 18). First meh day since presales started (May 17). Keeps climbing at a strong pace (May 11). This continues to grow at an excellent rate (May 10). Really strong day 2. The short presales is for sure a factor (May 9). Not seeing much of a breakout. Still pretty solid start to presales (May 8).)
- vafrow ($3.5M Thursday comp. A bit of a step back today (May 18). It's starting to heat up (May 17). Comps are showing as steady since the last update, but it actually dipped quite a bit this week before rebounding today. Advance ticket buying has been so off in this market recently for some reason. Holding pace with Apes is a good sign (May 16). It had a good day (May 12). Mediocre day 2 (May 10). Not the hottest start. IMAX is the format of choice though, so, ATP will be high (May 9).)
- YM! (Southeast Wisconsin: Pretty solid I guess for Furiosa. Seems that most of it's business is in the Marcus Theaters in Mequon/Waukesha so not really expecting much a diverse showing but there seems to be a fanbase around it. Feel good in everyone's 4.5-5M previews range (May 17).)
- vafrow (Getting a theatrical release up here in Canada, and early signs are that it might get a pretty decent screen count. Not super wide or anything, but a pretty decent amount for a weekend that has a lot of other releases (May 14).)
- abracadabra1998 ($0.72M EA comp and $1.19M Thursday comp. The two comps that are most helpful, Wish and Trolls (not PLF, EA on a weekend, family movies) are both pointing to a lot lower than average, so I'm inclined to give those a lot more weight. I'm thinking $500-600k for EA (May 18). Still not really accelerating, and the EA is falling against comps (May 12). Good EA numbers, but many of these comps were PLF-only EA, which this is not, so I think the ATP will be quite lower and that should be adjusted for (May 9).)
- AniNate (EA screenings are pretty filled to the brim here now for what that's worth. Maybe a surge in family demand will present itself later next week (May 17). EA sales look decent now, but this does feel rather weak compared to the IF presales. Not 100% certain what's going on here but based on this I buy the trades' opening estimates over the forum vibes (May 15). I definitely haven't seen as much of a rush here with Garfield as with IF (May 11).)
- el sid (The very even sales are a good sign (May 7). For Sunday, May 19, I can already report that also in my theaters it looks very good for Garfield. They will for sure add shows soon. It has so far only 1 show/theater and the shows are almost sold out, between 1 and 4 seats are still available. So my guess still is that this movie if it's not totally bad (and first reviews here were quite positive) will become a (big) hit. Seems not much on Thursday but it's a step in the right direction (May 6).)
- katnisscinnaplex ($0.91M EA comp and $1.11M Thursday comp. Lightyear probably the best comp here size-wise for Early Access, probably ends around 750-800k (May 18).)
- keysersoze123 (4 days later. Almost no pace so far. Sunday shows are near sellout and so limited growth. Previews are like 35% of Panda 4 and Friday is under 1/3rd. That said this will under index in MTC1 as Panda also did that. Still struggling to see this as a breakout. Looking at the current state, it looks like half of IF as well !!! Of course that had Reynolds and did not finish that great (May 17). Its definitely weaker than even Elemental. That said these movies tend to finish strong and so I am not writing it off so early. Just that the long PS window is irrelevant for them. They could rather start presales like a week before release and it would be all the same. Meh. We have to wait until next week to gauge where its going to finish. It has very low ATP as well and actual would be even lower as its going to see tons of kids tickets (May 14). Early shows are regular digital shows at 1PM this sunday. So ATP will be very low. I think 500k ish at best. Preview let us see how things go in the final week. Presales at this point are almost non existent (May 13).)

- vafrow ($0.4M Thursday comp. Comps don't paint a pretty picture though. EA shows are doing okay (May 11). Still no sales for my core sample for previews. But I did the larger sweep, which shows the interest right now is the Sunday early access shows. Looking at sales patterns, it's mainly blocks of 3/4 tickets, so likely families grabbing some. It's worth noting that the May holiday in Canada is the weekend of May 17-20th, not the weekend after with Memorial Day. I can see families prioritizing getting out the holiday weekend when they have more time (May 4).)
- YM! (The combined previews total for Garfield is 35 tickets with 23 tickets coming from EA, which is pretty solid. Still thinking around 2-2.75m previews with EA as while not as widespread, the showings seem like they’re filling up nicely. Think Garfield does about the same as IF though OW as due to the likely lower ATP Keyser hinted at iirc and seemingly little screen space with no PLFs. Meh, kids animation doesn't really make much notion until the Monday for release and Garfield seems indicative of that. Thinking the 1.5-2M Thursday previews range folks were spitting out makes sense. Nothing screams breakout though and the fact it's getting one screen, maybe two at most for previews makes me feel like OW might be similar to IF (May 17).)

Plus, I think ticket buying patterns have changed pretty drastically in my market over the last few months. There's very little up front sales compared to late 2023. Dune was the exception (May 17).)
- BoxOfficePro (Fathom Events has also announced that select Regal Cinemas will present the films in 4DX on June 22/23/24 for Fellowship/Towers/Return respectively (May 14).)
- katnisscinnaplex (Up to ~1,400 shows now with new locations picking it up and others adding a second showing. LotR1 has sold 831 seats OD, LotR2 sold 715 seats OD, and LotR3 sold 735 seats OD. For comparison, Phantom Menace didn't break 800 tickets until T-3 and we're still over a month out. JW3 comp is currently around 9m (it was at 1,670 tickets sold at this point!) (May 6).)

I wont count Mario as that was a fan driven movie. Definitely not great presales but this is not a fan driven movie. Let us see where things are in the final week (May 15). Too early to judge presales as ticket sales just started early this morning. Families dont book tickets on weekday mornings. Wait until evening today to judge it. From a release perspective its way bigger than all animation movies seen recently including Panda 4. Easily the biggest I have seen in a long time. Only movie which is not comparable is Mario but that was not just a family flick (May 14).)
- Porthos (VERY BAD COMPS: $8.06M Thursday comp. What a strange pre-sale pattern. Threw in Shazam 2 and Barbie simply due to having nothing suitable at T-27, and I wanted something that was backloaded in pre-sales. Was prepared to make a smart-aleck comment about the unsuitability of the pre-sale pattern of Barbie, but after today's update... Okay, yeah. Still no. But what a weird pattern. Was there some sort of promo that dropped today that I'm not aware of? Either way, just a great day (for this type of movie at this point in pre-sales) (May 17). Fairly strong day today, actually. Was concentrated at a couple of theaters (including a small group sale at one showing), but still, sales are sales (May 16). I really do not have good comps for this movie. Like, at all. Especially for D1. With that in mind, I did some digging and did manage to get the Elemental D1 numbers out of the old Tracking thread: IO2 = 5.45946x Elemental on D1 [13.10m]. Now will Inside Out 2 be as backloaded as Elemental? Well it's tough to literally sell 5.5x times the amount of tickets on the final couple of days that Elemental did, so perhaps not. But it does show how fracking backloaded purely kids animation is. Anyway, this is 30 days out and it isn't a CBM film (like AtSV) or CBM-adjacent film (like Incredibles 2). The Sonic 2 comp is perhaps a little concerning. On the other hand, nearly a weeks more of pre-sales so not exactly a great comp. 3.5% of presales are 3D and 40.1% are PLF (May 15). On the Saturday of release weekend (ie NOT EA) there is a special event screening for IO2: INSIDE OUT 2: FUNKO FAMILY EVENT! (2024) Sat June 15th. Might boost the OW slightly, depending on how wide this event is and how much more these tickets will presumably cost (May 11).)
- TheFlatLannister ($8.97M Thursday comp. Definitely the biggest rollout in showings since I've started tracking Florida. Bigger than even Dune 2 and it's only T-26 (May 18). This is a super super strong day 2. Probably just Orlando overindexing, but yeah starting to lean towards something big brewing. Florida presales are somehow even crazier. Sold 2357 seats and is getting a blockbuster rollout in terms of showing allocations. Kung Fu panda comp day 2: gives me $8.50M (May 15). Well, I can't really tell if this is a breakout or not yet. Looks very good especially in the first few hours. These are probably terrible comps, but might as well try something (May 14).)
- TwoMisfits (I'm kinda shocked at the opening set from my Cinemarks... 2 screens (1 PLF, 1 not) and 6 showings at my PLF 14 for Thursday (and 11 showings on the same screens once it runs full day - 7 PLF b/c 1 is 3d on the reg screen, 4 not)... 3 screens (.75 3d, 2.25 not) and 9 showings at the non-PLF 12 for Thursday (and 12 showings on 2.25 screens once it runs full day)... So, 2 and 2.25 screens for the weekend presale sets... Disney must be charging a huge % for themselves b/c this is an Elemental opening set at my PLF...a little more generous for Thursday at my non-PLF, but then they too drop to an Elemental opening set after the adult Disney base Thursday rush... (May 14).)
- vafrow (No new sales. Whatever glitches in the system on day 1 didn't push sales to day 2. I still think the lack of base ticket options will push families to wait. Cineplex has jacked up the cost of premium formats, plus they're throwing in an increase for opening weekend of major releases. It adds up quickly for families (May 16). With the site glitching yesterday, it might account for the slow start. But, what's interesting is the format breakdown. Nothing is being made available in anything close to a regular showtime. The one non 3D showing in Dolby is a matinee showing. Everything else is carrying a hefty premium. They'll likely release regular showtimes closer to release, but right now, it's priced to get eager fans to pay the premium formats (May 15).)
- YM! (Seems IO2 is playing more like a kid's animation than a family event in start of presales. However, it is pretty solid for what it is. Do not have comparisons for anything but I like that Majestic is healthy and it about 66% of Garfield T-6. Thinking anywhere from 75m-100m OW rn but can change as we go along (May 17). In fairness it's only been an hour but yeah sales are softer than I expected. However, it is a month out and will largely skew more towards kids than say TLM/Across so wasn't expecting a blitz like them. Here at Marcus theaters are going all out for IO2 with it having the lion share of PLFs with it getting both screens when there is two PLFs with tentpole like levels of screens (May 14). Was taking a look at Marcus Cinemas to see that they have preloaded Inside Out 2 showtimes which seem to start at 3:00 pm on a Thursday. It seems like Marcus is going all out on it as judging from showtimes it's taking away all of Bad Boys’ PLFs in that theaters that have two+ PLFs are giving all to IO2 (May 11).)
- keysersoze123 (Only number that matters is OD presales. after few days it will hit a trough and then it will plod along until social media reactions and reviews hit close to release. I think we can kind of predict its OW after its OD presales (May 18). RESPONSE TO PORTHOS: Captain Marvel had very strong sales on its OD despite early start. So OD is all about fans. It does not matter if you start 2 weeks before or 9 weeks. They will still book. So it would be interesting to compare OD sales not only with CM for @Porthos but also the big openers in 2022/23 period from MTC perspective. 1) DS2 - 230k ish. 2) Thor 4 - 136k ish. 3) Wakanda - 110k. 4) Ant 3 - 88K. 5) Guardians 3 - 70k ish. I wonder where Deadpool 3 will land. Anything is fine as long as it does pull in a Marvels (May 17).)
- Porthos (No point of comparison for a movie starting presales this early (60+ days before release). Only MCU entry which comes close was Captain Marvel back in Jan of 2019 (T-58 start date). Aside from that, the only other Disney release would be TROS starting at T-59. This is gonna be the longest pre-sale window for a major Disney release since The Last Jedi all the way back in 2017 (which looks to be around 70 days if a cursory check of when tickets went on sale is correct). Hell, it's gonna be the longest major release of any studio since Fast X's execrable 99 day pre-sale window. Have had some that came close-ish, but probably the most on-point recent comparison will be Jurassic World 3's 43 day pre-sale window, which is still over three weeks shorter than this one. I mention this because the sheer length of the pre-sale window will very likely depress the D1/D2/D3 sales somewhat. Maybe not much, but you can't tell me there'd be no difference between a T-21 launch, a T-29 launch, a T-35 launch and a T-65 launch. Sure, it's a matter of smaller degrees when comparing something like a BP2 (starting at T-38), but that extra month is probably gonna slice some numbers off the top of the pile, especially after the first day (May 17).)

I kind of want to know when exactly the game decides that specific enemies in a biome would drop a blueprint. Does it do an rng roll at every kill, or is it pre-rolled once a biome is loaded in.
Been trying for a while at getting the Tesla Coil from the Living Barrels in Distillery. But either two things occur when I go there, I get the blueprint but die anyways, or I exit the biome to HotK, without the Coil.
I know about the Hunter's Grenade to guarantee the Coil, but I take that revealing map so I can clear the Distillery more easily.

My son is 5 years old. He is in his second year of Pre-K and is diagnosed with autism. The school gave me a draft of his IEP the day before, but changed the ending dates of his services during the IEP meeting. It was different from what they gave me. They also backdated his IEP to be compliant with the state. At the time I did not know my rights nor knew what the dates ensued. This has caused us to set up a meeting before school ends. Is it ethical to give parents one draft, and have them sign something completely different during the meeting with different ending dates? Is backdating IEP Documents illegal?
They are insinuating that they do not have the funds nor personnel to give him a para for Kindergarten. He has improved but is still not on grade level. He has met goals from his previous IEP but the school continues to blow his progress off. They want to send him to a different facility for placement that has kids from pre-k through 5th grade all in one room with different disabilities. They do not ever see typical children throughout their day. We do not want him to be placed in this facility. The school has been misleading. What ground do I have to stand on??
Also, when in an IEP meeting when can you end the meeting and set up a different meeting date?
