Like you, I understand how usernames on Reddit a lot of the time mirror the content of the poster. It’s just another useless synchronicity in this subtle hell of a reality where we are trapped.
I am not going to make this too long. There is no point. Either someone real reads this or they do not. I won’t reply publicly unless it is a super compelling post. You are welcome to send me DMs and messages, but you really need to say something different to grab my attention. I am very numb to most conspiracy/woo since it goes absolutely no where, or at least that has been my experience so far.
That being said, I don’t have a problem learning new material if there is an eventualy payoff. I used to adventure all of the time. I'd explore caves, ride motorcycles, go to waterfalls, meet new people, go on hikes all over the place, just ride around and explore what I could find. In 2023, I went through a lot of stress and trauma, and also just stopped taking care of myself. I didn't realize just how shape I had gotten, until I got smacked with a panic attack and also realized I was putting on weight when looking at myself in the mirror...
I want to get living again. I'm sitting here on a free Sunday afternoon. Old younger version of me would be on the dirt bike exploring a trail, or heading out to check out a cave.
I did used to be a bit reckless when I was younger, but I want to be safer now. I still want to adventure, but just take more mind to safety. I would over-do things when I was younger, now I'm a bit more wiser (I hope).
The problem is that as I've grown up and gotten out of shape it's lead to me becoming very scared. I am constantly afraid about whether or not I can handle XYZ adventure, even if it's a very light adventure. My sleep is fucked, I constantly wake up at 12pm or later and sleep 2-3am. I very struggle to make plans.
In many ways these problems (poor sleep & poor planning) is from my moderate success making money online. I can work anytime. anywhere. I don't need to be up at 8am... But I'd love to be up at 8am, not to "hustle" but to enjoy some nature activities.
I've been working out... Intensely. It's just depressing making progress but still being so far behind where I used to be. I want to cry just writing this out. A "hard" day these days is what an easy day was just a few years ago. And it's because of that that I'm scared to do any motorcycle ride or hike or any adventure, no matter how easy it is, because I know I'm not as strong as I was before physically.
I've also had mental trauma, and I'm seeing a therapist. Believe me, I'm attacking in many ways. Seeing an EMDR therapist to heal my mental trauma from last year, and working out intensely. I just need to fix my sleep and get in the habit of planning again and also get adventuring regularly again to show my brain that it's okay and that I don't need to be terrified (and also prove to myself that I'll "adventure responsibly" by using safety equipment and not overdo it, etc.).
I'm tired, and I think I'm addicted to YouTube, Reddit, Facebook, doomscrolling, staring at hot girls on IG, playing video games, etc, I just hate it. I feel like I can only think short-term and struggle planning, and I often feel like I'm in "withdrawal" when I'm not medicating with scrolling and whatnot. I think those things keep me up later at night, too.
I'd love to get out again. On a nice hike. Rock climbing. In a cave. Enjoying a waterfall. Cruising on a beautiful road early in the morning with little traffic.
What upsets me even more is that I definitely have the time and ability to do these things, it's just mainly my mental issues and bad sleep and bad planning holding me back. I have a huge list of adventures written out, I know what I want to do, I just have to get doing it more regularly.
Help, how can I get back on track?

hi, i'm in genuine need of help, i think i may or may not have been hacked. idk if this is the right spot to ask this. if it isn't, please direct me to where i can ask this. i would post this question in the actual youtube help thing, but they hardly if ever respond.
so i've been looking through my search history and have noticed that there are searches there that i have never looked up that are mainly related to pimple popping, disgustingly enough, but also are things such as "dutches outpost", "over the edge", and a few others. i have no idea what the last two are referencing, but the first has me pretty grossed out. my watch history also has videos i have never once seen before, such as random streams i have never watched and yet they appear over and over again in my watch history, and those damn pimple popping videos.
this has happened before, where in probably around 2020-2021 i was having a similar issue, however my search history and watch history was riddled with those videos of adults dressing up as disney characters and making videos intended for children. no one but me ever uses my account. i had logged out of all of the other devices that were listed, and yet it continued. what stopped it was me changing my password to an obscenely long string of characters, and the problem left for a while. i got sick of the old password and changed it into a new and simpler one a bit after, and now 2 and some change years later, the problem is back.
what do i do about this? is this something others have experienced? it's frustrating and weirding me out, because like, it's such an odd thing to be looking up. i'm logged out of every session and device other than my own phone, so how is this happening? i do not believe there is any way someone is going onto my phone and looking this up, so.. how? what?
any help is appreciated. i just want my own youtube account to be my own.

I would really like the TikTok cape. I like the the way it looks, i am a fan favourite of glitch styled game content. My current character theme is going along side the colour theme of this cape thats bring given away so having this cape would fit in well.
I am unable to get the code myself as tiktok is banned in my country, i have attempted to change my region with vpns and making new accounts set in different counties which havent worked. This is why im requesting a code for the cape if possible.
To get the code you just have to watch a TikTok Minecraft live streamer in your region with drops enabled for 3 minutes, or comment "Minecraft", depending on what the task to receive the code is. then you should be able to click claim to receive the code. There will be a icon in the top left which you can click on if the streamer has drops enabled.

Disappearing Messenger Messages: Issue with Old Phone or Settings?
I sent pictures and texts to my boyfriend while he was offline, but he can't find them in the chat even when he comes back online. He only receives Facebook messages if he was already online and using the app.
It's strange because my messages show as 'sent,' yet he only gets them if he's online and using Facebook Messenger. I’m not sure why this happens. You’d expect messages to come through once he connects to Wi-Fi or data, but that’s not the case with his Facebook Messenger.
Could it be due to his outdated phone or some settings? Is this even a common issue?

I watch people from my niche and leave comments (if I feel like it) from a separate account (because it feels kinda weird to do it from the main channel, like – I watched your video, go watch mine).
I feel a bit paranoid, but there’s a certain creator in the same niche I follow and initially felt kinda connected, but there have been a couple of times (more than a couple actually) where I had a strong feeling she’s using chatgpt to reply to my comments…
As a creator myself, I take my time to watch her content without skipping and then I leave a comment actually related to a video, not something generic like ‘good job!’, because I know that it matters.
Her recent video was one hour long, here’s the comment I left:
As someone who doesn’t have a lot of free time, but still wants to catch up with you on youtube, I have a suggestion - break your weekly vlogs into separate videos. Like: what I eat, my workouts, apps I find helpful, other weight loss vlogers, mental aspect of weight loss + why you should avoid better help, fit checks. Everything you put into this one video, but divided into smaller ones. Anyways, you’re still doing great both with weight loss and editing!

As a non-native speaker I often fear that I might sound like chatgpt myself, when trying to reply politely. But there are just too many chatgpt-ish patterns in her replies, or am I just seeing things?
I just feel a bit sad that I devote my time to support someone who can’t reply to me without an AI :(

Long story short, I’m 20F, top student in my school, got a government scholarship for university education so it’s completely free for me. Moved to one of the biggest cities in my country, started working part time to provide for myself. At first my mom helped me out a little, then I got a serious job so there was no need for that anymore. I was working night shifts, working holidays, anything to get more money because I really didn’t want to be a burden to my mom.
My mental health was already bad, but got even worse later. I dropped my job, barely went to uni, but still was paying for my living expenses with the money I had left. I got into psych ward a couple of weeks ago, got prescribed with antidepressants and tranquilizers. I can’t tell my mom about state of my health because she believes that mental illnesses aren’t real and people who have those are just weak and lazy. Every time she calls me she starts talking about my studies and job: she asks if I’m searching for a new job and if I’m still a top student in my class (I’m not). She also talks about how she wants me to get an extra course in uni and start working on the documents that I need for further education. She asks about the money I have on my bank account and stocks that I have, trying to control how I spend them and forbids me from selling my stocks, even though I have nothing to eat sometimes. We barely talk about anything else.
I just can’t talk about that all the damn time. I get incredibly anxious and nervous, especially in the mornings. I don’t want to work on anything right now, I REALLY need rest. I tried telling her, but she just ignores me, sometimes she just mutes me when I talk about that.
I’m running out of money, so I got a part-time job, but it barely pays my rent. Sometimes I text my mom and ask for like 10$ to pay for my groceries, she always sends some money. I started declining her calls because I just can’t listen to all of that right now. I text her “mom I’m really tired right now, I’ll call later” & “I can only talk to you if we don’t talk about all of those serious issues” and then I ignore her calls even if she calls like ten times.
I feel like a total asshole for disobeying my mom and not talking to her, but if I keep doing that I’m afraid I just might end up dead from suicide lol. Idk how to handle this situation.
