Hi, I've been using Revolut for more than 7 years. Once in a while I needed to send money to my local bank account (ING BANK).
This has worked with no issue until this month, when a transfer failed and the amount returned to my Revolut account, with error: "Rejected by recipient's bank". I thought it was a glitch and just ignored
2 weeks later (now) I need to transfer a larger amount to my ING BANK and now I get the same error. I've called ING BANK and they have confirmed that they do not see any incoming / refused transfer from their side and that there is no restriction on my account that would fail such transfer.
After 3 hours begging Revolut support to investigate my issue, the support agent just apologized that 'there's nothing we can do, you need to look for other alternatives, this transfer is not possible."
They are not providing any explaination on why, or even trying to fix it. I tried endless to escalate the issue or talk with someone else, but the agent refuses to do any of this. I have tried 2 more transfers, both failing with same error.
There has been no changes to either revolut or my ING banj account, it has always been same account and user infirmatiin, which worked with no issues before this March.
Revolut is refusing to investigate and fix the issue, which I find unacceptable from an international entity where I chose to deposit my money. What can I do? The only option I see right now is to withdraw cash, but paying a very large fee of 2% since the amount is in the thousands of EUR.
This is not acceptable, how can this be a trusted international bank when they refuse to investigate and fix my transfer issues to my own bank account.
UPDATE: thank you for the suggestions, I have tried re-adding the bank account and withdraw again, but that failed again with exactly same error. In the end I have moved it to a friend's account and he could withdraw it to his ING account, but this is really disappointing from Revolut's side, from now on I'll keep it only for travel use.

I am Brazilian and i lived for over 20 years on Cape Cod Massachusetts USA. ( I DONT KNOW WHY THE TITLE OF MY POST IS CALLED UNLIKE. AND I’M NOT ABLE TO EDIT IT ) Anyways , I hate Brazil so much in every level i don’t even know where to start with my post .( we say we hate the place but in fact we hate the people who inhabit it , we don’t hate dirt do we ? the people make the place what it is but if my title says i hate Brazilians i would probably be dismissed outright and people wouldn’t read my post or i would even receive threats, Brazilians are violente .) I’ll start with what most people would consider a ‘ no big ‘ deal and i’ll progress to the big stuff as i go on . The Country is hot like hell and humid as ass, everything i mean everything gets mold and fungus . Air condition is a rare because like everything the electricity bill is extremely expensive ( we get to the expensive part later ) .The houses are not sealed like the doors and windows has gaps , Brazilian people tend to think that you need an opening for wind to get inside or otherwise you can not breath .And it leads to insect inside the house and Brazil has every pestilence nature has to offer. The average Brazilian person does not understand the basics of meteorology , they just know hot from cold .The Country is on the tropic of capricorn so you basically have two seasons winter and summer ,well almost no winter .They hardly ever mention the seasons name such as winter or summer , they say the ‘cold or the heat ‘ is coming .Humidity for them is rocket science . You can find find humidifiers in every store but no dehumidifier , dehumidifier most people in Brazil doesn’t know it exist , and remember the country is humid and absolutely everting has mold on them and the people sale humidifiers and not dehumidifier .Because of their ignorance to meteorology they assume if it’s not raining so the weather is dried we must use a humidifier. You will have people who works inside like a shopping mal asking who just came in if it’s hot or raining outside , they believe that if it’s it should be cold if it’s not raining then it’s hot , they will even say can you believe how hot it is and it still raining ? Or things like i can’t believe the son out and it still so cold , so if the sun is out it must be hot they say .Oh even better they don’t say the sun is out , they sun is hot or the sun is cold today , if the temperature is cold , or the sun will get hotter today .I had a very heated argument with my sister one time i mentioned the weather was humid and this woman came hard on me telling me that the country is a very dried place and it had not rained in weeks she saids , The weather report in the news does not mention humidity percentage , it’s all about rain or sun .Brazilians do not invent or create anything they do not contribute to the development of the human race as a whole , my brother once told me if other countries are creating why should we bother ? We grow through our lives hearing the frase - when is this gonna get here ? ( in Brazil , ). ( something that was created in other country, when will it be imported there , or they say this will take years to get here they will say this is why Brazil is so behind other nations everything take too long to get to us , not because they don’t create themselves it’s because other nations take to long to send it to them they say ) A new device or new technology. And when it does get to Brazil they make extremely shitty. i mean shitty copy of the original and sell cheaper then the imported original . Absolutely everything that has been created outside Brazil you will find a copy of it here , i mean literally everything here is either imported or copied from the original imported .It’s easier to copy what’s been done then to create something new right ? They even have a name for it ( o jeitinho Brasilerio ) ( the Brazilian way ) They absolutely copy everything they have zero creativity , even the music that is on top 100 board in the USA some Brazilian artists simply use Brazilian Portuguese on the same song using the melody so they dont have to create their own , it’s pathetic and Brazilians love it. Cars, Brazil is packed with American and European car brands because Brazil is simply incapable of making their own , they tried once and failed big time , there’s no Brazilian car brand , as my brother said if others are making it why should we bother, and boy are they expensive. A popular car a piece of trash rounded like a tomato 🍅 ( in Brazil are not made with same quality or safety standards as they in US even though they American brands , it’s made how Brazilians like , extremely shitty and crappy and can cost over a $100 thousand when a regular Brazilian have an average salary of about $27 thousand a year .A nice imported are on the millions literately impossible for the 99% i’m not even gonna get on the traffic laws and documentation burocracy of the vehicle i’m trying to resume a whole book in a post .The traffic is a battle field literally the drivers are under the pressure of showing how good they are.They even have bumper sticker saying (recentemente habilitado ) or (recently habilitated ) , that’s why i am driving slow or not doing stunts so be patient. The motorcycles, the motorcycles are like a plague they are everywhere year round and they are these little motorcycles almost like a bicycle and they are extremely loud and they ride in the corredor between cars hitting their horn and they act very entitled to the right of way.The convertible you never gonna see one , did i mention the country is in the tropics ? Convertibles are not an option because of robbery at traffic lights , people hardly drive with the windows open i was driving my sister and her husband riding on the front seat and were using his cellphone for GPS direction and it was hanging on the windshield on a wreck support , the weather was nice so rolled down the window and i notice my brother-in-law grab his phone and hold it in fear of people reaching in and stilling it , people live under constante fear of being robbed you can never trust a person .That’s a horrible way of living if you ask me .But Brazilians will tell you that the Country is great , on the news they are constantly telling people not to use their cellphone in public not to be robbed , they will have no problem in shooting you over a cellphone, oh Jesus , they will shoot you fucking dead over anything in public believe me . Pizza places do not open on Mondays , it gets worse , they only open after 4:30 or so on the other days ,you don’t eat pizza for lunch in Brazil they think it’s strange you want to eat a pizza at noon for lunch , You could probably find some expecting somewhere in country fro everything i am saying , i’m this the majority and it’s everything where i live in São Paulo . Brazilians only recognize rice and beans as food , they eat rice and beans twice a day everyday until they die Hence the pizza deal , if you eat a pizza for dinner is considered you didn’t have dinner last night , you ate a pizza pizza so you must be hungry even you ate the entire pizza yourself . Or even if you had a nice pasta dish , again you just had pasta or. as they call it ( macarrão 🍝) If you eat a sandwich you did not have lunch, they call the sandwich ( lanche ) its not good for you to be eating lunches they will tell you , you must eat food , you just ate a lunche and you must have dinner now because you must eat real food they say (rice and beans ) AGAIN. They eat rice and beans twice a day everyday until they die . The breakfast is called (café da manhã ) (morning coffee)rather you drink coffee or not .The money bills are in diferente sizes and bring that to bank you will see . The machines are not capeable if counting the money , you have to manually enter on the screen the amount you are depositing and choose the bills , for exemple $350 , 2 bills of 100 and bills 3 of 50 etc , if you use your debit card during the weekend or at night or holidays the system does not update , like you won’t see any activity on your account until Monday .At the supermarkets you have to verbally mention to the cashier if it’s debt or credit , you can not ever buy anything online using a debit card it must be credit, and the interest in credit cards is up to 500% a year .Yes 500 , a $1,000. 00 bill not paid on time will quickly become $5,000.00 in a matter of just a few few months of missed payment. Checks are not accepted anywhere. Brazilians are generically corrupts so when the checks came out for them it was great , the Brazilians said , i can just give this person this paper saying i’ll pay later and i don’t have to pay for it with actual money .The checks with no funds became such problem in Brazil that checks nowadays are not accepted on daily bussiness . There’s so much i can say with proff to back me up I can go on with this for the rest of my life , but for the sake of the comment i have to stop lol . The feminism , Brazil is a very feminist Country , Brazilians will tell you the opposite specially the women . You can not take out a restraining order for a woman who’s threatening you , oh and they do . RO exists for men only .The ideia is that men are the perpetrator and women are the victims so the law exists to protect women from men and not the other-way around , there’s no path in the law where a man can fight a woman in Court , she doesn’t even have to be married to you to have ownership of you shit , if you are dating and she proves you two live toguether is enough for to be entitled tô 50% even if you picked her from the streets . You are met with a lot of hate from the general public if you think otherwise, my father has health issues and can’t pick-up too much weight , by going to the supermarkets with my mother while she carrie’s the bags he has been approached by other people saying why is she carrying the bags and not him. Several times to the point he refuses to go the supermarkets with her unless someone ele se is together and will help. he told me these stories while i was in the US k when i came to Brazil one instance i was walking in a rainy day and a couple walked by me , the woman was holing an umbrella and the man was under it with her , a strange man walking in the opposite direction saw that and that bothered him , he acutely said it “ you have to hold it “ as they were walking past eachother and the woman said what ? to which he replied ‘ he has to hold it , not you. ( as a woman if you have a man he has rompido it for you ) Credit care companies ask for your gender in your application and you figure why , there’s the Bank called Caixa Econômica. It’s owned by the government and its packed with female benefits , my brother owed about $3,000.00 in. Bradesco and it quickly became tens of thousands with the Brazilian Interest. His wife owns the same Banj $800 for several years and she can pay the $800 with no interest , they call it women empowerment , you will see adds on TV saying women can and shound sigh up for political positions regardless of their eduction to level out the game that they need more women in power .As if it was competition . Feminism in Brazil is big time .My father did all the paper work to get his and my mother“s visa to visit me in the great Country called USA, He told me that siting at a table talking to him they handed her the visas and said she deserves it and before that m that was an instance where they told him to refer to her as his wife and not his woman . I've been wanting to build a tool for analyzing decks and suggesting draft picks. I don't know what I'll name it, but everyone who contributes to it will get to vote on the name. That won't happen until the tool's ready to be used, though.
For this first phase, the goal is to identify/collect as much of the information & calculations needed to build this thing. Please try not to worry about how it'll look/feel at the end right now; that convo will happen later on.

stonerhythms: There is a cards speed (ease of casting) and strength (to speed up your deck, kill enemy, kill enemy allies, disrupt your enemy, protect your allies/hero, ECT.)

stonerhythms: Each card could have a rating over all I guess, but when I build a draft deck, I make sure I have econ cards, and win con cards. Then if I can fit it, I put in some protection/disrution.

stonerhythms: Then, there is synergy between cards wich can be obvious on a case by case basis, but I think would be hard to abstracly quantify

stonerhythms: economy I would state as "ability to increase resources, mostly magic or gold".
stonerhythms: well, if you want to make a list of the value that every 2 card combination adds to a deck.. after that it may not be 'hard'
stonerhythms: then there are 3 card combinations
stonerhythms: and 2 and 2, where 2 cards go good, to other cards go good, and the pairs work between eachother a bit too.
CzarnyKhaki: you can have a cards to increase resources, but not enough gold to buy that in 1 turn

crawdaddy: that + what cards trigger each other should be a pretty complete synergy picture, I think
stonerhythms: oh, yeah, I think restock and enemy bank denile is another category of card strenght.

stonerhythms: You can have a deck with little econ, and low card density. If it has a clear path to victory (reasonable win con), that can work.

stonerhythms: for him low low card density is a good thing, because if it is low enough, he does not need very much econ at all.
stonerhythms: and for daru/ashkaanibaldo, med to high card density is best becasue the heros have built in econ production.
stonerhythms: and then there is special synergies, like with ashkar and eat magic decks.
stonerhythms: and, to a lesser extent, anibaldo with green cards.
stonerhythms: with the 210 opening hands, you could do this. Count the # of hands that do not have a card you "have" to have for the main strat of the deck to work. Maybe even out of the 1260 diffeernt turn two hands you could have.
stonerhythms: So if there is 2 cards you have to have by turn 2, you could 'ding' the deck for every starting hand that does not have those cards.
stonerhythms: but if you had to have only 1 of 4 differnt cards to make the deck strat work well.. very few of those starting hands would be bad.
stonerhythms: so in this way you could do some simple math calculations vs. looking at each combo of 4 or 4+1 cards.
stonerhythms: start with a base rating of 1000, and then add a point value for each card in the deck, based on its rating (1-100). Then add points for each 2 card synergy from some chart you write up on the 2 card synergies.
crawdaddy: I wonder how I could go about determining what the overall deck strat is...
stonerhythms: look at it.
crawdaddy: I mean computationally
stonerhythms: have the user enter it.
stonerhythms: if it is computational, you could have different values based on different strats for the cards.
stonerhythms: have the compy rate the deck for all the strats and the rating with the highest score will be its archetype.
crawdaddy: yeah...kinda what I was thinking
stonerhythms: so each card, and each 2 card combo would have a different rating for each archetype.

crawdaddy: I think the hardest part is figuring out the general conceptualization, really
crawdaddy: the programming aspects are relatively simple
stonerhythms: no, going through and effectivly rating each card. Once for each archetype. And then doing the same for each 2 card combination in the game.
stonerhythms: just to run through it and wite down numbers would not be so hard, but to do it such that it reflects their actual value would not be an easy task.
stonerhythms: and potentially very subjective.
stonerhythms: That sounds like a mind numbing amount of work to me. Or that it would be done poorly.

stonerhythms: but yeah, I guess for each card that goes above some certain threshold of rating, say, 80/100, for each archetype, could be considered an 'essential' card. Those could be counted (say there were 4 in a deck), and then you could do the math on how…

stonerhythms: some cards could only have a high value in a specific type deck build. Like boar fetish and tortise.
crawdaddy: if someone wants to create a column for each archetype, I can start figuring out how to populate the values for each
stonerhythms: those would only have high scores in the eat magic arcetype, and a low score in all others.
stonerhythms: my guess is there will be somewhere between 4 and 30 archetypes (close to 30 if you are counting which draft hero you use, and for things like moteferro you will have to)

crawdaddy: I plan on making a basic web app that uses the spreadsheet's data to do all the calculations.
stonerhythms: the info needs to go somewhere. Anyway, all the green cards do not have '1' in the draw cards column.
stonerhythms: And cull only draws one card... in the end. I don't know if that sort of thing would be inportant for computational purposes.
