Swagbucks hacker

Hello. I'm doing this for my mom since she's disabled and can't see to type too well. Anyways, it looks like her swag bucks account was hacked today and a $25 Amazon gift card and $25 Xbox gift card were ordered. This confused her because she didn't get any notification of a security question that needed answered in order to confirm the purchase. Surly the hacker wouldn't have this info as they are so obscure she has a hard time remembering them. Anyways, who should I contact in regards to this? Their Help Center Request Submission form doesn't seem to deal with this issue in any of the sub-sections for reporting, so I picked two. One for the Shop section, and one for Account Questions (compliance). I've since chanced her security question and password. So hopefully that stops it.
Do you all know how I should proceed? Thanks.
Update: Swagbucks has refunded the money, but for some reason I am unable to log into the account. At first it read: "Account has been deactiivated" when I tried logging in before I got update from Swagbucks, but after the update it tells me I've too many failed login attempts and to wait a bit. I'll try waiting a couple hours.

Online payouts for Alabama Senate Bill petition signatures draw questions from consumers

(WIAT) — An advertisement that encourages website users to sign a petition in return for cash is drawing some questions.
The site is Swagbucks, which allows people to sign up to watch videos and take surveys, information that is often passed along to market research companies. Users are compensated one cent per “SB,” which they can then trade in for gift cards or cash delivered to PayPal accounts.
Last week, users began noticing an ad labeled “House District,” which redirected them to the website for the Alabama Federation for Children. According to the Swagbucks promotion, if users signed the petition to email legislators in support of Alabama Senate Bill 123, they would receive 68 SB, or 68 cents.
SB 123 is a real piece of legislation, pending a vote by legislators. It would reinforce tax credits in accordance with the Alabama Accountability Act, which gives scholarships for students in underperforming schools to transfer to private schools.
“What happens is, we have more scholarship kids keeping their scholarship funds, we have more accountability and transparency, so we really want the legislature to vote this bill and pass this so these kids don’t lose the scholarships. this is really important,” said Chad Mathis, the Alabama Federation for Children Chairman.
However, Mathis says, they didn’t run this ad on the Swagbucks site, nor are they compensating people financially for emailing their legislators.
“We run digital ads, letting constituents know there’s a vote on this bill, and we want them to contact the legislature. somehow this got hijacked and some hacker put it on Swagbucks, and that’s how you saw it,” Mathis said.
Some long-term users of the site say this makes them a little more wary of what they see and what they sign, even if it comes with financial rewards.
“They should investigate and make sure that everything on their website is legit,” said Hussain Al Dawood, a regular Swagbucks user.
We contacted Swagbucks for comment about the ad, but have not yet heard back.

I just thought it would be a good idea to do a review of the progress I have made on all of the methods I am currently using to earn some extra beermoney. Some are better than others but it all adds up at the end of the day.

Many of you are probably using gomez peer, and if you are not you have probably heard of it. This methods involves installing the GomezPeer software on your computer. This software then perform certain tests on website stability as per the needs at the time. It utilised both your internet connection and processing power to do this. Due to the variable nature of the demand for this testing, and the locations needed to be tested from the amount you will earn could vary from others and will vary from month too month. The one small downside too this software is that it takes around 2 weeks too get accepted as a member who is paid. During the time you are pending you still perform the tests required but you do not receive anything for it. I have been using this software for the best part of a year solidly and have made around $125 overall. However recently I have seen a raise in the amount I have been earning a month too around $12 - $15. I have it running on my main PC and a Small secondary server and my laptop when that is in use. (this alone will not cover electricity costs but in conjunction with methods below a profit can be made from leaving computers on 24/7) Payouts are made around the 15th of each month and payments are calculated on a monthly basis.

MetaTester This is a fairly recent one for me, however it seems pretty legitimate and have some really nice features. This system requires you too download a piece of software that uses your processor to perform calculations for paying customers who need thing calculated I guess. I have been using it for less than 10 on my main computer (6 cores) and my server (2 cores). Again it is also on my laptop whenever that is in use. The main thing I like about this site is that there is NO payment limit, payments are instant via paypal, and sms confirmation is used to check for hackers. I have some days forgotten to turn this on so the numbers will be a little lower than you might expect too achieve but so far in about 10 days I have earned $0.40

MegaYoutubeViews This has recieved some bad press recently, however I am still on the fence as to the legitimacy of this website. The basic idea is you download the software which runs on your computer to give views to youtube videos. You get paid around 1 point for a video (which doesnt always even play or buffer saving your bandwidth) and then it is around $0.3 per 1000 points. The one downside so far is that the owner has not yet developed automatic payments however this feature is apparently not far from completion. There is evidence that people have been paid in the past however some people believe that they are not going to get paid at all and that the website is a scam. I am going to give it the benefit of the doubt for now and see what comes of it. Its not like I will have lost much if the rumours turn out too be true.
My earnings from this too date are around $1.5 and I have been using it for less than 10 days, the same as the metatester.

Bitcoin Mining Using bitcoin mining software with my Main computer (2 * HD6870) and server (1*6870) allows for me to be able to break even and make a small profit on the power costs of running my computers 24/7 enabling extra income from gomezpeer and the methods outlined above. Currently using this i am making around 0.7 bitcoins per 24 hours which equates too around $3.3 at the current exchange rate. The power costs for these computers is slightly less than this at the moment however it is getting close. Your earn points when advertisements are replaced. 1000 points = $0.75 this is however set to increase as the company expands, they are still relatively new. I currently have 600 points after 10 days. Minimum cash out is $10. This is a slightly slower income than the others, however its painless and automatic, just how I like it :p

SwagBucks When it comes to swagbucks I am quite lazy, I only do the minimum easiest stuff I can to earn bucks. I use the search engine whenever convenient as I find the results rather rubbish compared to google. I also usually try to watch all of my swagBucksTV videos per day just on a second monitor watching for the captcha I sometimes rarely get. From this method I have earned $60+ in around 5-6 months, However I did take a break so the total could have been higher.

Neobux* Neobux is something I started just before Christmas, the idea behind it is you start off clicking advertisements for around $0.005 per click. After you have built up enough funds you can then start hiring referrals. You get commission for your hired referrals. When you hire a referral you get them clicking for you for 30 days, you can extend them by certain periods which get cheaper per time period the longer you chose. You must click your own advertisements every day too receive the advertisement from your rented referrals. Currently I am gaining over $2.3 per day on average however instead of cashing this money out, I am reinvesting it into increasing the number of rented referrals I have so I can increase my income per day. The main downside of this is it will take a long time, patience and diligence to build up enough money to start renting referrals. But this can become very lucrative after extended period. You can also risk your own investment to get referrals if you feel confident in your success. SuperPoints Superpoints is another website I was directed too by this subreddit, however I can't say I am having the best of luck with it. Superpoints places alot of emphasis on its referral system. You gain teirs of income based on the number of referrals you manage to get. Thus far I havn't managed to get any referrals meaning my income is rather bad, and I only have around 800 points after around 6 months. Points are gained through random emails and a button you can click 30 times a day at basic level too get upto 50 bouns points. I have not managed to cash out on this yet as you need referrals to be able to cash out smaller amounts.
