Trouble with HTML Document Templates
Hello -- I'm working on a project to replace a ticket currently produced from Access into ServiceNow. The workflow is a user will select a Request, hit a button, and we'll generate a landscape 8.5" x 11" document with two copies of the same ticket side-by-side. I'm using the HTML Templates to achieve this goal, it seems to offer the control granularity I want to get this as close to the original Access ticket as possible. I'm including the HTML i'm using at the end of the post.
1) I'm having trouble with overlapping the two tickets. In edit mode, they appear side-by-side and identical. When I generate the PDF, the two tickets overlap. I've tried rotating the document in the preview but I believe it's still using the same rendered image so the overlap isn't changed.
