So basically i was bored of finishing Lostbelts with the same party (oberon, arjuna alter and molay).
Decided to make my own randomizer and this is how it works step by step:

Counting how many servants you got from each class (dupes do not count).
Counting how many craft essences you got form every rarity. (dupes not counted).
The servants box will have the filter by acquisition and old at the top right.
You start with 5 random servants and 5 craft essences (only the craft essences are from each rarity, no double 5stars ce and stuff)

5-1. To choose a servant you take a random number generator and roll a number between 1 and 8, that will decide the servant class.
5-2. Than you take the a number between 1 and (insert your class number) [my example: 19 sabers], that will decide the servant of that specific class.

To choose a craft essence you take a number between 1 and (insert CE number) [my example: 237 3 stars CE], and repeat for each CE rarity.

7-1. To choose a support unit you will always take the Suggested support unit and if there is none
7-2. You randomize a number between 1 and 10 to choose the "class"
7-3. Have the filter set to Login and Old than randomize a number between 1 and 30 (there are more than 30 supports sometimes but i just use 30 out of comodity), and count.
8-1. Mystic code is also randomized, count how many you got and choose a number between 1 and (example:9).
8-2. After losing a battle you must randomize your Mystic Code and start counting by the one you have currently equipped.

Servants have 3 lives and after that they are GONE, no revives. (Servant will be rerolled and cannot be chosen again).

9-1. If a servant dies with a CE, that CE will be GONE and dupes cannot be chosen again. (CE will be rerolled and cannot be chosen again).
10-1. You get 3 swaps at the start of the run; Mystic Code, Servant, Craft Essence.
10-2. the only way to regain a swap is after beating a boss with break bars or a grand battle.

Command Spells are allowed.

12-1. Revives are allowed.
12-2. After reviving the death of a servant will be only counted once (if the servant dies twice in a battle only one mark (I) will be applied [check point 15.]

if you pull for new units and find them or find new CEs add them to the numbers.
You can enter a level and reckon it but if you attack an enemy you cannot withdraw.
After winning a level you will add a mark (I) to the servants that died, after reaching the third mark (III) the servant and CE will be banned.
You can choose freely the Servant and CE position before battle.
Killing your comp on purpose is allowed but remember that you are a PUSSY (i did it) [multiple times]

Welcome back, fellow mobile gamers :) As per tradition, here are my weekly mobile game recommendations based on the most interesting games I played and that were covered on MiniReview this week! :) I hope you'll enjoy some of them.

Art of Rally [Game Size: 2.3 GB] ($4.99)

Art of Rally is a rally racing game with an amazing atmosphere, several fun game modes that range from casual to hardcore, and deep gameplay customization settings.
The main career mode has us play through several years of rally history on tracks all around the world, unlocking new cars and skins as we progress.
In addition to the campaign, however, there is a custom rally mode, a time-attack mode where we can try all of the game’s vehicles, a free-roam mode where we drive around a large open world to collect items, and daily and weekly online events with leaderboards.
What I like the best about Art of Rally is that it can be as casual or hardcore as you want. Free roaming is a fun laid-back experience while the time-attack modes are incredibly challenging. And even in the career mode, we can pick the difficulty of our AI opponents.
The touch controls are okay but lack different options. Thankfully, the game plays perfectly with a Bluetooth controller, and there are lots of customization options for everything from the HUD to the interface and gameplay, including changing the steering sensitivity, enabling anti-lock braking, and much more.
The game has a great atmosphere, and the low-poly art style and minimalistic UI fit nicely. Unfortunately, loading between menus and levels is slow, and I ran into a few minor bugs - so the game isn’t perfectly ported from PC.
Art of Rally is a $4.99 premium game with a single $1.99 optional DLC that adds additional map areas.
It’s a game more about precision than driving super-fast, so if that’s what you’re looking for, I think you’ll enjoy Art of Rally – especially if you have a controller to play it with.

Level Devil - NOT A Troll Game [Total Game Size: 87 MB] (Free)

Level Devil is an easy arcade platformer with no surprises or frustrations at all… or is it?
The game has us move left, right, and jump to navigate seemingly simple one-screen stages. But as we progress, the game starts trolling us in lots of unexpected ways.
Floors suddenly disappear beneath our feet, spikes spawn at what looks like safe spots, and the game sometimes even changes the rules of physics by lowering the gravity or reversing it altogether.
So you better be prepared for some rage-inducing deaths. But to me, the game’s main appeal is exactly these unexpected twists. The game quickly becomes all about anticipating the next troll attempt, and nothing beats the satisfaction I got from outsmarting a level in my first attempt.
There are 80 stages in total, with the game autosaving every 5 stages. And while some stages are challenging, they’re all short and concise. The controls are also simple and responsive. Unfortunately, there is no music at all, and the graphics are very minimal, with just a single yellow-reddish color scheme that gets old in no time.
Level Devil monetizes via occasional forced ads between levels and deaths, and a $0.99 iAP to remove these for good. Thankfully, I didn’t personally find the ads to be too intrusive, even with me dying a lot.
Despite being a troll game, it balances overall fun vs. overall difficulty very well. So I was able to complete it relatively easily without getting too frustrated. You could say I had a "devilish good time" beating the game.

Loop Hero [Game Size: 250 MB] (Free Trial)

Loop Hero is a mobile port of an incredibly unique tactical roguelike that mixes lots of gameplay elements, including deck-building, auto-battling, resource management, and city-building.
We begin the game in a place outside space and time on a dangerous path that forms a loop. Our character traverses the loop on his own, automatically fighting the enemies that spawn every day. These encounters provide us with loot that we equip to grow stronger and cards that are used to alter the loop.
Playing a card somewhere on the path changes what happens every time our hero walks through that part of the loop. For example, we may place a grove that spawns a rat every 2 days, which we then fight to grow stronger. This ability to customize the loop is one of the most unique aspects of the game, and I really enjoyed it.
After our first campfire is built, we begin to meet heroes who are just as lost as we are. Through short dialogues with them, we start to learn about the game’s light city-building mechanics. There are plenty of buildings to construct that offer all kinds of new and interesting gameplay mechanics - and even new classes to go on expeditions with.
What I immediately appreciated about Loop Hero was its top-notch soundtrack reminiscent of early 8-bit games like Castlevania, and the sprites that are stylized to match the gloomy setting but still vibrant in their design.
The biggest downside is that my large fingers sometimes made it hard to see where I was placing things. The game is definitely best enjoyed on larger phones.
Loop Hero is free to try, with a single $6.99 iAP unlocking the full game.
If you enjoy excellent roguelikes with unique gameplay mechanics, I think you’ll enjoy Loop Hero.

Tumble Rush [Game Size: 159 MB] (Free)

Tumble Rush is a fun, fast-paced marble maze arcade game where we guide a ball through small top-down levels while avoiding obstacles, traps, and holes.
Apart from rolling around with our sphere character, the only other thing we can do is tap an interaction button that activates/deactivates doors, turn on fans that let us get over obstacles, and much more.
Despite the additional puzzle elements introduced along the way, the game is very easy in the beginning – maybe even to a fault. I quickly grew bored with the early levels. But thankfully, if you stick with the game, it eventually becomes much harder.
The coins we collect in each level are used to unlock new cosmetics for our character. But what’s really cool is that they also completely change the design and theme of every level. So unlocking cosmetics quickly became my primary objective.
While the standard mode is relatively easy and lacks a bit of variety, the game also features a much more challenging time attack mode, where we attempt to finish levels fast enough to earn three stars. And if we get bored with that, there’s an endless mode where we earn more and more gold the further we get.
The standard gyroscopic controls work alright, but I personally preferred one of the touch control options.
Tumble Rush monetizes by showing ads between levels. They appear relatively frequently but can thankfully be removed via a single $1.99 iAP.
It’s an arcade game that gets better the further you get. So if you’re looking for a fun game that can be played as casually or competitively as you want, I think you might like Tumble Rush.

SOULVARS is a futuristic mix of a jRPG and a deck builder, where we fight demonic creatures using a deck of cards produced by the gear we equip.
Working for a secret government organization, our job is to maintain peace by engaging in bloody confrontations with hungry spirits that invade the human world via spontaneous portal-like breaches.
The combat system is quite elaborate. First of all, our deck is defined by the gear we equip, and each card lets us execute an action, such as using a shield, performing various elemental attacks, or dealing different types of physical damage.
Picking two different types of cards allows us to perform devastating combo actions. But we must also pay attention to our enemies’ resistances, constantly charge our “burst” meter to eventually turn into a powerful monster, and link together attacks of multiple characters. And this is just a small portion of the game’s many combat mechanics.
Mindlessly executing random moves works for a while, but we eventually face enemies so strong that this tactic isn’t enough. This is where the game's complex combat systems comes into play, and we need to learn all its intricacies and meticulously manage our equipment to win. This will be too challenging for some players, but a joy for others.
The exploration part of the game consists of navigating maze-like rooms, interacting with the environment, collecting loot, talking to people, and engaging in random battles - an old jRPG structure that is apparently still popular among certain audiences.
SOULVARS is a premium game that costs $4.99.
While the game’s repetitiveness and unengaging plot eventually make the gameplay a bit boring, there’s more than enough entertainment for fans of complex combat systems.

What I immediately appreciated about Loop Hero was its top-notch soundtrack reminiscent of early 8-bit games like Castlevania, and the sprites that are stylized to match the gloomy setting but still vibrant in their design.
The biggest downside is that my large fingers sometimes made it hard to see where I was placing things. The game is definitely best enjoyed on larger phones.

Tumble Rush is a fun, fast-paced marble maze arcade game where we guide a ball through small top-down levels while avoiding obstacles, traps, and holes.
Apart from rolling around with our sphere character, the only other thing we can do is tap an interaction button that activates/deactivates doors, turn on fans that let us get over obstacles, and much more.
Despite the additional puzzle elements introduced along the way, the game is very easy in the beginning – maybe even to a fault. I quickly grew bored with the early levels. But thankfully, if you stick with the game, it eventually becomes much harder.
The coins we collect in each level are used to unlock new cosmetics for our character. But what’s really cool is that they also completely change the design and theme of every level. So unlocking cosmetics quickly became my primary objective.
While the standard mode is relatively easy and lacks a bit of variety, the game also features a much more challenging time attack mode, where we attempt to finish levels fast enough to earn three stars. And if we get bored with that, there’s an endless mode where we earn more and more gold the further we get.
The standard gyroscopic controls work alright, but I personally preferred one of the touch control options.
Tumble Rush monetizes by showing ads between levels. They appear relatively frequently but can thankfully be removed via a single $1.99 iAP.
It’s an arcade game that gets better the further you get. So if you’re looking for a fun game that can be played as casually or competitively as you want, I think you might like Tumble Rush.

SOULVARS is a futuristic mix of a jRPG and a deck builder, where we fight demonic creatures using a deck of cards produced by the gear we equip.
Working for a secret government organization, our job is to maintain peace by engaging in bloody confrontations with hungry spirits that invade the human world via spontaneous portal-like breaches.
The combat system is quite elaborate. First of all, our deck is defined by the gear we equip, and each card lets us execute an action, such as using a shield, performing various elemental attacks, or dealing different types of physical damage.
Picking two different types of cards allows us to perform devastating combo actions. But we must also pay attention to our enemies’ resistances, constantly charge our “burst” meter to eventually turn into a powerful monster, and link together attacks of multiple characters. And this is just a small portion of the game’s many combat mechanics.
Mindlessly executing random moves works for a while, but we eventually face enemies so strong that this tactic isn’t enough. This is where the game's complex combat systems comes into play, and we need to learn all its intricacies and meticulously manage our equipment to win. This will be too challenging for some players, but a joy for others.
The exploration part of the game consists of navigating maze-like rooms, interacting with the environment, collecting loot, talking to people, and engaging in random battles - an old jRPG structure that is apparently still popular among certain audiences.
SOULVARS is a premium game that costs $4.99.

2024.05.17 13:14 Estrus_Flask What should I do at level 2?

This is for Outlaws of Alkenstar. (We just saved the little goblin and we're about to go fight the gnolls, so try to be spoiler free). We have Free Archetype.
I'm going to take Esoteric Talisman for my Class feat and Bon Mot for my Skill Feat (unless anyone suggests something better), but I'm unsure of which Archetype best fits. My prevailing ideas:

Bard, which I like thematically, but mechanically I'm iffy on. The Dedication doesn't get me much, but then I take Hymn of Healing at 4 and Martial Performance at 6, and Anthemic Performance at 8. It's a pretty reasonable path, though I don't really care for any Cantrips. It fits best with my backstory.
Psychic, grants me the most immediately that I like, to the point that I'm going to break those options down as well, but it also maybe feels the most at odds with what I'm trying to do. Whichever Conscious Mind I choose, I'll probably take Psi Burst at level 4, since a Bon Mot (which I'm thinking of getting at level 2) will reduce the save when Mindshifted. But there are a lot of robots and shit in Alkenstar, we've already fought plenty, so I'm not sure how useful that will be. But of course, there's also cops, and they have soft squishy brains. I'm also not sure what I'd take at level 6. Cantrip Expansion and Psi Development are my only good options, but I don't care for any Cantrips other than the super special ones. That are one action.
- The Unbound Step: My top choice, because I love the idea of moving 60 feet in a single action, 70 when I get Fleet at level 3. Warp Step, but then Distortion Lens doesn't do too much for me and I don't feel the need for Phase Bolt since I'll likely be getting Wand Implement unless my character concept changes by level 5 (the wand will be her sigil carved prosthetic, which is also her esoterica). How does her magic sword talking to her let her run superfast? Who knows.
- The Tangible Dream: I like the idea of being able to Shield myself or my allies with a big strong barrier of magic. I'm not as hot on Figment or Imaginary Weapon. I guess I could Figment to go Hidden, then get a really good Trip on something, flank with the figment, and get Implement's Interruption when they stand up).
- The Infinite Eye: I'm iffy on whether it's a good idea. Guidance seems like the best option, but I really only see myself using the Amped version to save someone else's ass (since I can't use it to save my own) and those "if your +1 could have saved them" powers always seem too niche. Glimpse Weakness is another "waste an action to set up another action" things, and again, I'm not my own ally. Detect Magic is... well, it's Detect Magic. It's always pretty good. This one is probably the easiest to flavor as Sword instructing her, the way that he does for the Thaumaturge stuff.
- The Silent Whisper: Once again of the options that interests me the most, it's the one action one. Message. But mostly because I think it would be funny if Sword is also there talking to people in Izalith's mind. The Amped version would definitely be good for getting allies out of danger by letting them Stride or Step, but other than that I'm not sure how useful it would be. I do kind of see potential in Forbidden Thought, in that I can say "Stand" and then knock them on their ass. So when they do stand they take 4d6 mental damage, they're stunned 1, and then I get to Implement's Interruption them. But it once again runs into the "but everything is robots" problem. I'm also unsure how well an archetype's casting will be.
- The Distant Grasp and Oscillating Wave don't interest me at all and I don't see how I could fit them into my character's personality and backstory or themes.
Marshal, which I'm really only interested in Inspiring Stance from, though it would give me Expert Diplomacy.
Or, I take Talisman Dabbler and just make tons of fucking Talisman. I'd probably take Esoteric Warden as my Class Feat if I went with that route. Kind of underwhelming but also hey, I love making consumables.

My party are: A Witch ("Mosquito"/Kitten), an Investigator (Forensic Medicine), a Rogue (Thief), and a Gunslinger (Triggerbrand). So I am the primary damage dealer and person getting hit, with the Triggerbrand helping. Also this isn't mechanically relevant information but I just want to point out that the Witch is an Ant Gnoll (well, a catgirl with Ant Gnoll statistics), the Investigator is a Halfling, and the Rogue is a Ysoki. So everyone but me and the Gunslinger are short. Also the catgirl has a cat familiar and the Ysoki has a rat familiar. I joked that I should have a snake familiar.

All we can ever do, like Jesus, is recognize these thoughts are not us and reject them.

Jesus, the holy spirit lives in the HEART of all men. Gods word is written on the heart of all men. To come to know this, recognize what you are not (through prayer), reject all evil thoughts and don't allow yourself to be affected by them emotionally, let go of the material world and its things - they are no use to an eternal being. Quiet the mind (satan) to know God, to know peace. It is not your duty to save the world, or to save others in the world. Only to know yourself and your relationship to God.

Over the past few months, I've tested several self-hosted reverse proxy solutions for my local network and I decided to share my experience for anyone else in the market. Full disclosure: I'm not an advanced user, nor am I an authority on this subject whatsoever. I mainly use reverse proxies for accessing simple local services with SSL behind memorable URLs and haven't dipped my toes into anything more complex than integrating Authentik for SSO. I prefer file-based configuration, avoid complexity, and don't need advanced features; so this list certainly won't be valuable for everyone. Feel free to share your opinions; I'd love to hear what everyone else is using.
Here's my opinionated review of the reverse proxy solutions I've tried, ranked from most likely to recommend to newcomers to least likely:

Caddy: By far the most painless reverse proxy I've used. It's extremely lightweight, performant, and modular with plenty of extensions. Being able to configure my entire home network's reverse proxy hosts from a single, elegantly formatted Caddyfile is a godsend. Combined with the VS Code Server for easy configuration from a browser, I couldn't recommend a more painless solution for beginners who simply want to access their local services behind a TLD without browser warnings. Since I have my own FQDN through Cloudflare but don't have any public-facing services, I personally use the Cloudflare DNS provider Caddy addon to benefit from full SSL using just a single line of configuration. Though, if your setup is complex enough to require using the JSON config, or you rely heavily on Docker, you might also consider Traefik.
Traefik: Probably the most powerful and versatile option I've tried, with the necessary complexity and learning curve that entails. Can do everything Caddy can do, perhaps even better depending on who you ask. The Docker label configuration is fantastic, and I still use it on systems I haven't migrated away from Docker. I find the multiple approaches to configuration and the corresponding documentation hard to wrap my head around sometimes, but it always seems to pay off.
Zoraxy: Despite being relatively new, it's the best GUI-based reverse proxy solution I'm familiar with. I grew out of it quickly as it was missing very basic features like SSL via DNS challenges when I last tried it, but I'm still placing it high on the list solely for providing the only viable option for people with a phobia of config files that I currently know of. It also has a really sleek interface, although looks can be deceiving. YMMV.
NGINX: Old reliable. It's only this far down the list because I prefer Traefik over vanilla NGINX for more complex use cases these days and haven't used it for proxy purposes in recent memory. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about NGINX (besides finding the configuration a bit ugly) and I use it for public-facing services all the time. If you're already using NGINX, you probably have a good reason to, and this list will have zero value to you.
NGINX Proxy Manager: Unreliable. It's this far down the list because I'd prefer anything over NPM. Don't let its shiny user-friendly frontend fool you, as underneath lies a trove of bugs that will inevitably lead you down a rabbit hole of stale issues and nonexistent documentation. "I've been using NPM for months and have never had an issue with it." WRONG. By the time you've read this, half of your proxy hosts are offline, and the frontend login has inexplicably stopped accepting your admin account credentials. Hyperbole aside, I've never self-hosted anything as fragile and prone to sporadically breaking as NPM in its current state, which is especially unappealing for something you might be putting all of your self-hosted services behind. From what I can tell, development is primarily focused on a major overhaul (v3) rather than fixing current issues in v2. I'd recommend anything else until then, including nothing at all. Just my experience though.

Honorable mentions:

SWAG: Haven't used this one since I moved away from Docker, but I've seen it recommended a ton and it seems the linuxserver.io guys are held in pretty high regard. It's definitely worth a look if you use Docker or want an alternative Traefik.
HAProxy: I didn't include it in the list because I was using the OPNsense addon and nearly went insane in the process. It might have just been the GUI, but it's the only reverse proxy solution I've used that made me actively feel like a moron. Definitely has its purpose, but I personally had no reason to keep putting myself through that.

I wanted to share this project I've been working on for the past few days that I am super excited about! I've been developing a custom GPT to assist with my D&D game world of Novistar.
For some background, I have been building Novistar for close to 10 years now, so it has a massive collection of notes. The world itself is very large, consisting of 32 continents and even more nations/kingdoms. Unfortunately, I also have a short-term memory, so I often lose track of items that I have written long ago and have trouble making connections between different parts of my world.
I've been exploring AI development over the past year, specifically using the tools offered by OpenAI. I had the idea to create a custom GPT that acts as a historian named Ivo Falcona from my world. Ivo would act primarily as a historian. Therefore, I would be able to ask him questions about Novistar and he can respond with information that is founded in the world's lore. He would also provide inspiration based on Novistar's lore compared to a general AI that would base suggestions off of the general web and be off-theme.
Steps to create Ivo

First, I created a custom GPT using OpenAI and gave it instructions for how to act based on the character of Ivo. I also gave it some instructions for how I wanted it to go about formatting responses and it should go about improvising information.
The main task was to train the AI using my extensive world-building notes stored in OneNote, which currently spans about 500 pages.
This step isn't necessary, but I made a dedicated copy of my notebook so I could remove pages I do not want players to find out about by mistake. I also tried to remove any unfinished or redundant content.
I then exported the cleaned notebook as a PDF to integrate into the custom GPT’s knowledge base.

Results
The results have been phenomenal! Ivo has transformed how I manage and engage with my world's lore. It keeps the narrative consistent, provides rapid answers rooted in the world's history, and inspires new content. While it struggles a bit with precise dates, the overall functionality has been very impressive.
Ivo also unexpectedly addresses a challenge I hadn't anticipated: new players feeling overwhelmed by new information. Allowing my new players to ask questions at their own pace prevents information overload for them and a barrage of questions for me throughout the day. This approach has already been effective with two people.
In the future I would like to add some more features for inspiring creations or summarizing content. I hope to add a character generator that can create a name, appearance description, and maybe a short backstory, all with a basis on the character's location and organizational ties. This generator would be more geared toward me as a DM, though. I would also like to add a database for the prices of different goods and items around Novistar so that it Ivo can tell me how much something will cost based on where it is being purchased. Finally, I would like to add a similar dataset so Ivo can tell me how long it will take to travel between two locations and maybe even give alternate routes based on Novistar's maps, but that one may be a bit of a long shot for now.

We built separate pages for all the product categories and after through keyword research we added content to those pages so that the pages itself can rank for commercial keywords.
After the website was ready we audited it for technical issues(Like mobile friendliness, H1 tags, canonical tags, etc) we started focusing on the content. We wanted to establish our website as a trusted authority in the hair extensions and hair care industry in general.
Since the website was completely new, initially we created blogs(2-3 times per week) around informational keywords with low KD purely for increasing our website authority and bringing the initial traffic on the website. Also many people have been asking us in our previous posts how we structure our blog since I talk a lot about content quality, see it's not as hard and it doesn't involve a lot of research at least in the initial phase when you just have to rank on low difficulty keywords. In this phase usually what we do is study the top 5 ranking blogs on the particular keyword and make sure that we include more content and more subheadings then them. Also we try to find opportunities to include tables or charts wherever possible, we include good quality images(original if possible) and at this stage internal linking is very very important so we focus on that as well. In later stages although the basic strategy for framing the blogs remains same, overall content strategy varies a lot from business to business and requires a lot of strategizing depending on the brand positioning goals.
So after we were able to rank for low difficulty informational keywords and our Website DA reached a decent level due to our backlinking efforts, we started writing content around the fashion advice and common problems which people face related to hair in general. But as discussed earlier, we wanted to keep our brand positioning fashion centric, so even while writing about common problems we applied a positive and solution centric approach. We strategically placed internal links to our product pages in the content and tested popups with offers as well. Apart from this, we started guest posting as well at this stage. For finding websites for guest posting we used SEMrush’s backlink gap analysis tool and created a segregated list of blogs that we can reach out to based on their content quality and DA. By this time the store started generating decent revenue from ads and SEO so the client was completely onboard with reaching out to blogs for guest posting. Guest posting and overall strategic SEO application started generating a good amount of traffic for us and in 3-4 months the revenue generated due to SEO surpassed our Ads revenue as well.

2024.05.17 13:03 Siggi_Trust MMX6 has grown on me after mastering it

Hi.
So I have been playing the hell out of MMX6 after buying the Legacy Collection and I just played all the other ones (except MMX7 and 8).
X6 has had some hate, including from myself. For me, I think I just played it at the end of an era, when I wanted another MMX1-3 or X4 or I just had enough of Megaman in general. The game also proved to be hard and after MMX5 I wasn't in the mood to get into it even if I did complete it at some point. It just never felt like any enjoyment at the time.
Later, when I played it again I started to really try to understand it. Some systems just confused me, like the nightmare system when I didn't know how to manipulate it and it always felt unfair and random. I never understood that the red stages on the screen were stages CHANGED, not stages I should avoid or something, because I was basing it off experience from things like MMX2, where I avoided stages where there were X Hunters for some time or something.
Now after understanding both the Parts system better and the nightmare system, the game just becomes, in fact, super easy.
The teleporters to the alternate routes were of course confusing at first also but in no way a system deserving of much criticism. MMX6 actually feels like a game that rewards you and is satisfying to get through, more so than any other MM game I've played. Seriously, the only game that made me feel like that is probably the fan made Megaman Unlimited.
The ranking system is actually better implemented than it was in MMX5. Now that was horrible. You are rewarded with more equipable parts for raising your ranks, yet the game never requires you to grind specifically. I got both X and Zero on separate playthroughs to 9999 souls for Rank UH and the only grinding I did was about three Dynamo fights or so.
The bosses are all quite easy. I remember struggling with High Max at first, but when you know how to damage him, you can realize that all his attacks are super easy to avoid.
Another thing that I underestimated was Limited Parts, usable once a life. When you find the Full Recover part that essentially works like a free sub tank you don't even need to refill just trivializes the whole game and now I've even found a way to unlock that part early on since stage 2. On my latest playthroughs, I've never had to even use it or a sub tank once in a single battle not even on Sigma.
The only thing I do hate when I think about first playthroughs, is all those extra lives. Like when you enter a portal and you can't backtrack to the normal stage if you find out Zero or High Max is too much for you or something. Also, one thing I think they messed up was Metal Shark's stage, they put the normal way through a teleporter, messing with your mind making you think you are going the alternate way, then you end up on the path where the actual alternate route is only to discover a dead end with a pit you can't cross, forcing you to die like....9 times to restart the entire slow grinding stage. There was no point whatsoever putting a teleporter there. Why not just make a regular path or a door or something......
My final playthrough, I decided to do it without rescuing Zero. Now I didn't realize that you can miss Zero by collecting 3000 souls, so I did it legit. I never entered an alternate route, not even to collect stuff and then kill myself to exit. Which means, I didn't even get either armor. So I finished the final stages only with Falcon armor. The only thing I did do was to get the awesome Jumper part from the alternate route in Blizzard Wolfgang's stage to make the first final level easy.
So my way through the game is as follows:
Take Ground Scaravich first and beat him. Reenter his stage a couple of times until you have the Heart, most likely the armor also, but most importantly, the Quick Charge part (if you are playing as X) and the Speedster part. I mostly keep those parts equipped the entire game. You enter Yammark's stage next and with Speedster, you can pick up both a sub tank and the Full Recover part.
From that point, the game is just fairly easy overall.
Due to having Ground Scaravich defeated, one might decide to go to Blaze Heatnix. But if you are suffering from the Nightmare Snakes, this is not necessary. You can easily beat Rainy Turtloid and from there (or before) take Metal Shark Player who for example gives you an insane weapon against the Nightmare Snakes. Also, don't forget your Giga Attack like I tend to do. It's there for a reason. That works for instance on Nightmare Snake, like the one in the vertical shaft.
As you gain more ranks and parts, as well as new weapons, there is no Megaman game that feels as rewarding to play. Your characters actually feel like they get stronger.
Now some people have said playing as Zero is hard.....but seriously, he is overpowered if anything. Did you see the difference fighting the Nightmare Snakes early as X and fighting them as Zero.
Nevermind when Zero gets the weapon from Rainy Turtloid, he decimates EVERYTHING. You're just on the ground crouching and pressing down+SM button and you're like hell.
And here's an unpopular opinion.......I think MMX5 is worse than MMX6. MMX5 is the game that feels rushed for me and it feels unfair and badly made. I have also just played 5 and did it getting all parts and all, with both X and Zero. The terrible boss fights like Shadow Devil, the terrible random spikes coming from the walls of Rangda Bangda (and I know, Gaea Armor, which I did). All of this feels more unfair and ridiculous, not like MMX6 which feels rewarding and fair. There can be a challenge but it's fair challenge. The instant death lasers in MMX5 which is pure and simply the WORST trial and error nonsense I've ever seen in any game.....Quick Man from MM2 is one thing, but that's only like 5 screens you can master in a few tries, but falling down that long shaft in MMX5, with platforms EVERYWHERE and impossible to so much as touch one without dying, could just as well litter them all in spikes.
Sigma in MMX6, like all Sigmas, used to give me trouble at first. But geez, the first form is easy as hell, every attack is easy to dodge. When I started using the Magma Blade on the second form instead of insisting to use the horrible horrible Ground Dash because I imprinted in myself that it's his weakness, everything changed. Last playthrough, I literally stood there and just attacked, taking all his attacks in my face and I still beat him. With Zero, that is just a joke. He OBLITARATES him with regular attacks.
I am seriously contemplating playing one more time, either using both characters and getting 8 heart tanks with each, so making it a more balanced play. Or collecting 3000 souls and seeing the cutscene and look at what happens.
OR......I should probably look at Hard mode I guess.....

(This was originally a comment, but I decided to make it a post to share with others.)
Over the past few months, I've tested several self-hosted reverse proxy solutions for my local network and I decided to share my experience for anyone else in the market. Full disclosure: I'm not an advanced user, nor am I an authority on this subject whatsoever. I mainly use reverse proxies for accessing simple local services with SSL behind memorable URLs and haven't dipped my toes into anything more complex than integrating Authentik for SSO. I prefer file-based configuration, avoid complexity, and don't need advanced features; so this list certainly won't be valuable for everyone. Feel free to share your opinions; I'd love to hear what everyone else is using.
Here's my opinionated review of the reverse proxy solutions I've tried, ranked from most likely to recommend to newcomers to least likely:

Caddy: By far the most painless reverse proxy I've used. It's extremely lightweight, performant, and modular with plenty of extensions. Being able to configure my entire home network's reverse proxy hosts from a single, elegantly formatted Caddyfile is a godsend. Combined with the VS Code Server for easy configuration from a browser, I couldn't recommend a more painless solution for beginners who simply want to access their local services behind a TLD without browser warnings. Since I have my own FQDN through Cloudflare but don't have any public-facing services, I personally use the Cloudflare DNS provider Caddy addon to benefit from full SSL using just a single line of configuration. Though, if your setup is complex enough to require using the JSON config, or you rely heavily on Docker, you might also consider Traefik.
Traefik: Probably the most powerful and versatile option I've tried, with the necessary complexity and learning curve that entails. The Docker label configuration is fantastic, and I still use it on systems I haven't migrated away from Docker. I find the multiple approaches to configuration and the corresponding documentation hard to wrap my head around sometimes, but it always seems to pay off.
Zoraxy: Despite being relatively new, it's the best GUI-based reverse proxy solution I'm familiar with. I grew out of it quickly as it was missing very basic features like SSL via DNS challenges when I last tried it, but I'm still placing it high on the list solely for providing the only viable option for people with a phobia of config files that I currently know of. It also has a really sleek interface, although looks can be deceiving. YMMV.
NGINX: Old reliable. It's only this far down the list because I prefer Traefik over vanilla NGINX for more complex use cases these days and haven't used it for proxy purposes in recent memory. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about NGINX (besides finding the configuration a bit ugly) and I use it for public-facing services all the time. If you're already using NGINX, you probably have a good reason to, and this list will have zero value to you.
NGINX Proxy Manager: Unreliable. It's this far down the list because I'd prefer anything over NPM. Don't let its shiny user-friendly frontend fool you, as underneath lies a trove of bugs that will inevitably lead you down a rabbit hole of stale issues and nonexistent documentation. "I've been using NPM for months and have never had an issue with it." WRONG. By the time you've read this, half of your proxy hosts are offline, and the frontend login has inexplicably stopped accepting your admin account credentials. Hyperbole aside, I've never self-hosted anything as fragile and prone to sporadically breaking as NPM in its current state, which is especially unappealing for something you might be putting all of your self-hosted services behind. From what I can tell, development is primarily focused on a major overhaul (v3) rather than fixing current issues in v2. I'd recommend anything else until then, including nothing at all. Just my experience though.

Honorable mentions:

SWAG: Haven't used this one since I moved away from Docker, but I've seen it recommended a ton and it seems the linuxserver.io guys are held in pretty high regard. It's definitely worth a look if you use Docker or want an alternative Traefik.
HAProxy: I didn't include it in the list because I was using the OPNsense addon and nearly went insane in the process. It might have just been the GUI, but it's the only reverse proxy solution I've used that made me actively feel like a moron. Definitely has its purpose, but I personally had no reason to keep putting myself through that.
