What are the best Box Protectors for the Halloween figures from Fright Rags?
I got these a few months ago and I absolutely love the box style , the look to these vintage inspired 3.75” Halloween figures from Fright Rags and PlasticMeatball , I’ve seen there’s protectors by katana collectibles that “ would work “ but I also like the sturdier looking ones like the third slide , anyone know of any affordable good ones? Any knowledge would be appreciated.

2024.01.29 03:11 FunDivertissement Anal glands smell intermittently

My 1.5 yo F Westie, 15.5 pounds, has had this issue since she was a puppy. Her anal glands will smell and then, 10 minutes later be fine. Sometimes pooping seem to make it go away, other times it just seems to disappear on its on, no scooting etc. This may happen once a week or a couple of times a day. It never lasts long enough to go to the vet.
She has well formed stools most of the time and I give her a tablespoon or so of pumpkin every evening. She eats 1/3 cup of Fromm small breed adult food twice a day, although occasionally she will skip a meal. I did ask my vet at one of the regular visits and she suggested to add pumpkin to her diet - not much else recommended.
Also if anyone can explain why the vet said to give her pumpkin I'd love to hear. There's on 11 grams of fiber in 1/2 cup of pumpkin, so a tablespoon or 2 a day is less than 3 gm of fiber. Doesn't seem like much to me.
Is this worth a dedicated vet visit? Is there something else I can do when I smell that smell?
TY

2024.01.03 20:44 DianaPenPal [Thank You] Belated thank yous from over the holidays Part III

As mentioned in parts I & II, I was traveling since the middle of Dec so thank you for being patient! It felt so nice to come back to a mailbox full of happy holiday mail!
u/TyeDyeAmish Thank you for the Dartmoor National Park postcard!
u/DoraDoodle Thank you for the pretty New Year postcard! I love how you decorated it. Wishing you a happy new year as well!
u/fruitbb Thank you for the awesome full moon card and all the extra stickers! I love moon stuff so this was a perfect card for me! Super interesting to know all the coresponding moon month names💜
u/unseenbowl Thank you for the cute Westie Christmas card! As for reading suggestions, I read mostly horror (haunted stuff) and thrillers so I may not be the best recommender for you. Maybe How High We Go in the Dark by Nagamatsu, Sequoia? It's a book of cohesive short stories that is sci-fi and very emotional, not at all horror. I read that one this year and liked it.
u/Seabearie Thank you for the Christmas COD!! And for all the extras and the bonus pumpkin bread recipe! I hope your holiday was amazing!
u/mumbagoespainting Thank you for the beautiful homemade Christmas tree card! Did you paint/draw the front??
u/Pumpkin-Spice-Witch Thank you for the adorable Christmas card with the baby wildlife animals on the front! And for the Frenchie sticker. I loved reading about your holiday tradition with your husband! What kind did you get this year??
u/mynameiscandycain Thank you for the Santa-at-the-beach Christmas card! Yeah, I agree with you - I hate sitting on the beach myself, I need to be IN the water! I've always wanted to spend one Christmas in Hawaii. I think it would be super neat!

2023.12.31 11:36 shahla_naz Tiny Toes, Big Style: Unconventional Shoe Magic for your Little Sprout

From those first, impossibly tiny booties whispering of adventures yet to be dreamed to toddler sneakers leaving wobbly imprints on hearts long before concrete, baby shoes hold a special charm. But beyond the practical need for footwear, they present a canvas for unleashing your inner child and weaving stories through playful styling. Ditch the mundane socks-and-sandals routine and unlock a magical world of possibilities with these creative ideas:
Newborn Enchantment
Blooming Beauties: Transform booties into enchanting floral havens. Adorn them with delicate fabric flowers crafted from vintage scraps, or embroider dainty blooms in soft pastel threads. Pair them with a ruffled dress or bloomers for a fairy-tale springtime look.
Cozy Critters: Spark imaginations with whimsical animal transformations. Sew on felt ears, tails, or whiskers to plain booties, add pom-poms for playful paws, or attach fluffy feathers for majestic wings. Tiny knitted hats complete the adorable metamorphosis.
Superhero Squad: Unleash your inner power couple! Paint tiny lightning bolts or superhero logos on booties, or customize them with felt masks and capes. Let your little one conquer the living room, one tiny, triumphant step at a time.
Crawling Cuteness
Matching Magic: Coordinate baby shoes with outfits for a cohesive and oh-so-adorable look. Stripes on booties echo striped shirts, floral embroidery on shoes complements floral leggings, and animal prints can create a wild and wonderful duo.
Socks as Statement Pieces: Don't underestimate the power of patterned socks! Stripes, polka dots, or animal prints peeking out from sneakers or boots add a splash of personality and can tell a story (think zebra stripes with black boots for a mini safari adventure).
Texture Symphony: Mix and match materials for sensory stimulation and visual interest. Leather booties paired with fluffy socks, knit sneakers with patterned tights, or soft moccasins with denim overalls create a delightful textural contrast that awakens tiny senses.
Wobbling Wonders
Blingtastic Accents: Add subtle sparkles to elevate everyday shoes. Glue on tiny sequins, sew on metallic beads, or attach delicate ribbons for a touch of playful luxury. Remember, safety first! Choose embellishments that are securely attached and won't pose choking hazards.
DIY Denim Delights: Upcycle old denim into adorable shoe accessories. Cut out stars, hearts, or animal shapes and glue them onto sneakers or boots. Let your little one's imagination run wild with fabric paints and stencils for a truly unique look.
Shoe Charms, Big Fun: Let your little one personalize their shoes! Colorful charms with animals, characters, or letters clip onto laces, adding a playful touch and encouraging independent shoe-tying later.
Beyond the Basics
Themed Adventures: Take inspiration from holidays, special occasions, or even favorite books. For Halloween, transform booties into mini pumpkin hats, or let shoes add a splash of color to a pirate costume.
Upcycled Treasures: Repurpose old materials for quirky charm. Vintage handkerchiefs become dainty shoe wraps, leftover fabric scraps create playful ankle ties, and buttons transform into whimsical embellishments.
Miniature Masterpieces: Channel your inner artist! Hand-paint shoes with floral motifs, animal faces, or abstract patterns. This creates heirloom keepsakes and gives your little one a personalized stamp on their adventures.
Remember: Safety and comfort come first! Choose shoes that are flexible, supportive, and allow for proper foot development. Prioritize well-being over style, and embrace the fleeting cuteness of each shoe size.
So, ditch the boring booties and explore the endless possibilities of baby shoe styling. Have fun, experiment, and let your little one's unique personality shine through every tiny step. After all, it's not just about shoes; it's about creating memories that will last a lifetime, one adorable outfit at a time. And who knows, your little one might just inspire your next fashion statement.
Moreover, if you are wondering about where to get these from, TrueGether has got your back. Being one of the best sites like Shopify, it brings a wide range of premium quality baby clothing, shoes and accessories at good prices only for you. Grab the amazing deals now.

2023.12.29 00:33 monarch221b Cooked Homemade Meals for IBD in dogs?

Hi! Would love opinions on if working with my vet to get a referral for an animal nutritionist would be a good idea for my dog to do homemade/cooked meals to help her potential IBD once she turns a year old?
My Westie was at the vet every single month (about every 2-3 weeks) the first 4 or 5 months I had her due to chronic GI issues (some throwing up but mainly diarrhea/mushy stool).
We did a GI workup and I requested to test for EPI. Her TLI was normal but had high B12 and high folate. Later my vet said we couldn’t confirm without more testing but it was likely she had IBD. She’s only 8 months right now so she gets Purina One sensitive stomach salmon, and with digestive enzyme powder and baked pumpkin treats that I make her, her stool has improved SO much. Only occasional diarrhea.
Curious to know if anyone thinks that working with a clinical animal nutritionist to develop a homemade/cooked meal would be helpful to manage the potential IBD? Or would that not really make a difference and I should just stick to kibble?

2023.12.09 17:54 ElodieNYC Can this leather table top be restored?

Can this leather table top be restored?
I’ve had this coffee table since my first post-college apartment. It went with me from Boston, to New York, and then out to Colorado. I want to bring it back to New York. Several years ago, a child left a pumpkin on it. I didn’t remove it until after the pumpkin had damaged the leather, as shown. Is it possible to restore the leather? Nothing that I have tried so far has worked. Can I re-dye the leather with Fiebing’s or Angelus? Are there stencils available somewhere to redo the gold? Could I use gold leaf? Should I just dye all the leather black? I would prefer not to do that. Thank you!

Can anyone provide some information on these versions of Coraline and Paranorman?
Are the stencils in both copies the same or different? When was this released? Is it some sort of retail exclusive, or just a first printing? Were these the first printings or later printings? Was it a Halloween promotion or something? I tried emailing Shout! Factory but they haven’t yet replied to me.
