I've never heard of Zinaga. It's made by Tisas, so it has to be halfway decent, right?

Not sure if this is the right place to post this, but can someone help me figure out how this has to be filled out so basically a longtime friend of my parents moved out of state and left one of their vehicles here and has given it to us. I was talking to someone the other day at a conference, and they were complaining about their tenure-track job at a small college in a small town which was around 50 highway miles from the nearest large city. They were not sure how much longer they could last, having to live almost an hour from Trader Joe's, Whole Foods, and a Thai restaurant. (And yes, the stereotypes are real).
Of course, it's not just young millennials who get themselves all twisted up having to live so far away from their Starbucks and their avocado toast. Certainly, our minority colleagues must find it extremely challenging to be one of the only POC's in their department and also in their small town, and the same would apply to those of different religions, sexual orientations, and so on.
This got me to thinking: what is it really like for faculty and staff who live and work at truly isolated colleges? Here are just a few examples:

• Sul Ross State University (Alpine, TX): over 3 hours to El Paso, TX.
• Northern Michigan University (Marquette, MI): over 3 hours to Green Bay, WI.
• Michigan Tech (Houghton, MI): 3 1/2 hours to Green Bay, WI.
• Western Illinois University (Macomb, IL): almost 2 hours to Springfield IL.
• Deep Springs College (Deep Springs, CA): 3 1/2 hours to Las Vegas, NV.
• Montana State University Northern (Havre, MT): 4 hours to Billings, MT.

I'm thinking specifically about the US, but I welcome input from all over.
We all know that the standard party line is to take the tenure-track offer, no matter what and no matter where. But for those who did that, what is it like? Did you lean into the natural beauty and outdoor recreation? Did you get cabin fever with nothing to do outside of work? Did you just give up, move to the big city, and commute back into campus for a few days a week? How's it going out there?

It took about one month for Kia to auction and sell our '20 Niro EV lease turn in. It's now for sale ($20,900) at an Acura dealer in Springfield, MO. If the dealer paid $18,900, then Kia sold it for app. $1k less than the turn in residual.
Interestingly, cars dot com is using the GOM as an indicator of battery health. The person who recently drove it likely went the speed limit, as GOM is 239 miles at 99% SOC. Weirdly, I got a phone notification that my Kia was fully charged about a week ago, and I knew this was from the old car. Cincy dealer sales person said they would reset the Kia Connect, but obviously they didn't and I can't delete the old car from the app! I guess I'll call Kia?
Good car if anyone is interested. I washed and waxed it regularly and always charged to 80%, except for long trips.

Metropolitan areas over 500,000 with the main reasons they aren't the safest place to live in the US
If all the ice melts on the earth it would raise the sea level about 230 feet. So any metropolitan areas below 250 feet in elevation aren't safe IMO.
Any city can flood but only cities that have a history of flooding or high risk of flooding are listed as unsafe.
Tornadoes can happen anywhere so places with the highest risk are listed as unsafe.
A high possibility of water shortages within the next 20 years can be a reason to be listed as unsafe in my list.
Any metropolitan areas with large tall dams that if broke would cause serious flooding can be a reason to be listed as unsafe
