2024.05.19 02:14 nessalovesholly moved to another state and my allergies are the worst they’ve ever been

hello all
I moved to another state where there is more humidity and pollution, and now my allergies are the worst they’ve ever been. 10 mg zyrtec OTC doesn’t help me anymore. I haven’t tried Zyrtec D yet , but my symptoms now consist of nose congestion and itch, a bad, dry cough, and ear pain. these allergies also make me feel weak and sleepy.
I don’t know what to do. I haven’t used flonase yet, and I don’t know if I should head to urgent care or not because I have no medical insurance yet. I don’t know if i should stick to drinking ginger tea..
help, please

2024.05.18 21:31 AldolAssassinNIBAZ Proof for the existence of differing compounds in modern street meth.

Proof for the existence of differing compounds in modern street meth.
American Southwest, May 18th, 2024 (RIP IAN CURTIS)
The green marked material is clean(er), white, translucent crystalline particles with parallel striations in the lattice traversing along the vertical axis. It is believed to be methamphetamine hydrochloride.
The red material is the mystery compound, which can be mechanically separated from the green. It can bee separately crystallized under finely controlled conditions and it can be chemically, selectively decomposed in superheated alkaline aqueous solutions, leaving freebase methamphetamine intact.
The conditions required to form the mixture in this way used nothing more than heat and timing-based mechanical separation of material which solidified under natural, ambient conditions from a homogenous, melted liquid. Thus, it can be proven that the secondary compound(s) are NOT a result of contamination during a laboratory procedure.
So next time someone tells you it’s just your tolerance… ask them why your tolerance can bee crystallized separately from meth and the differences distinguishable in a photograph.
Checkmate Pirus.
PS: sorry I didn’t use a blue felt tipped pen. My mentor can likely verify my identity for any doubters or piru sympathizers.

2024.05.18 17:24 spell24 Blood Clots from Nose during a sinus infection treatment? When do I panic?

I (F33, 5’3” 170lbs) was diagnosed with sinusitis last Saturday after a weeks worth of congestion and very yellow mucus. The treatment course includes 7 days of doxycycline, Flonase 1 spray per nostril per day, netipot rinses, using a humidifier at night, staying off of decongestants and antihistamines, and using 800 mg of ibuprofen every 8 hours for 3 days and I have been following it very thoroughly except I have skipped some doses of the Flonase as I have had some bloody mucus come out during nose blows and the netipot sessions-I thought maybe it was drying me out? I have seasonal allergies as well and just got my allergy shot on Wednesday this week but I had very little reaction and no increase in mucus production or congestion. So this morning I went to do my netipot session, and I blew my nose and had some small blood clots come out. I then decided to proceed with the netipot because I was curious if it was a bloody nose or just some blood clots from my sinus cavities. I did throw netipot-no more blood came out after the first initial rinse and blow. I have some mild face pressure above my eye brow but otherwise I’m feeling ok. When I googled my symptoms the internet told me to contact my dr. Does this seem correct? I feel like I’m under reacting to this but also don’t want to over react to a couple of blood clots over the span of my treatment.

2024.05.18 14:58 MsMayhem1 Adderal is NOT a narcotic.

Adderall contains two mixtures: amphetamine and dextroamphetamine. Adderall is the commonly used brand name to treat ADHD, OCD, and narcolepsy. Adderall is a controlled substance, and although it is on the verge of being mistakenly thought of as an opioid, it is a stimulant and not an opioid. Opioids are depressants1, so narcotics are used as painkillers and to practically numb a person from any pain or discomfort. Understandably, Adderall is not a narcotic. HOW CAN people be so ignorant. That old wench “I used to be a pharmacy technician..” ohhh. K.
Schedule II
Schedule II drugs, substances, or chemicals are defined as drugs with a high potential for abuse, with use potentially leading to severe psychological or physical dependence. These drugs are also considered dangerous. Some examples of Schedule II drugs are: combination products with less than 15 milligrams of hydrocodone per dosage unit (Vicodin), cocaine, methamphetamine, methadone, hydromorphone (Dilaudid), meperidine (Demerol), oxycodone (OxyContin), fentanyl, Dexedrine, Adderall, and Ritalin

2024.05.18 10:28 Marack05 I'm pretty sure I'm a Narcissist.

Tests

NPI
Codependency
In a relationships schema quiz I scored a 7 out of 50 for the category dependence. I am not dependent upon my partner for anything, most of the time I am the one who is depended upon. I am the one who is depended upon for emotional support, financial support, and physical support. I don't get into a relationship unless I feel the person is actually worth the effort and time that I put into it, or if I feel trapped.
OCD
None of those traits fit for the most part.

Questions

Q: Do you curse a lot?
A: Yes, very frequently
Q: Are you self righteous and vengeful?
A: I am self righteous and vengeful, although I feel half the time that getting vengeance is a waste of time and effort towards people that are worth so little.
Q: Can you turn off your empathy?
A: Yes, very easily in fact. It's as simple as taking a deep breath and dropping my vibrations.

Narcissist Type

Covert Narcissist
I like to paint myself as the good guy and do favors for people because then they can end up owing me later on and if they try withholding me what is due to me, then I can throw it back in their face. Cause I mean, after all it's only fair that an even trade-off be made.

Other Types

Malignant Narcissism
Exhbitionist Narcissist
I do believe I have a nice body, but I can understand how others are more attractive than me in certain areas. But I also do personally know that I have a big dick and this is something I tend/used to flaunt on the daily, although I've shyed away from this behavior recently.
Narcissistic Schizoid
I know I'm extremely intelligent and it upsets me that people tend to not appreciate this fact enough, although I never flaunt this behavior and typically at times will understate/underexaggerate/doubt my own intelligence in order to get compliments on my intelligence. The doubt typically only happens when I am extremely interested in a topic and compare myself to the best of the best in that field.

2024.05.18 03:54 Pussybones420 Extremely light left-sided post nasal drip. No congestion, sneezing, pain, or irritation.

Hello
For the past month or so (probably longer but I only began taking real notice when I started feeling an air pocket type deal in the back of my left sinus where it meets the throat) I have had left side only post nasal drip. It’s clear, doesn’t taste weird, normal mucus. My nose doesn’t run, I don’t sneeze much, and my throat doesn’t hurt but is red and looks irritated. My left tonsil also swelled up recently and developed a bunch of tonsil stones that I seem to have gotten under control, although it feels like there’s still a rock in my left tonsil when I swallow.
I’ve also noticed I don’t seem to take in or put out as much air from my right nostril as the left. Just to the left of the middle of my nose, if I press down, it feels kinda like I’m pressing on the pocket and more mucus shoots down the back of my throat from the left side.
Doc told me to use Flonase, but I really don’t feel like this is a Flonase thing. I don’t feel like I have allergies at all!! I did begin using Flonase and Zyrtec but nothing has changed.
I have had vaginal HPV and was giving my partner oral during that time thinking he had the Gardasil vaccine. Turns out he doesn’t. Is this a sinusitis issue? Has anyone else had this? Should I be getting checked for oral HPV?

2024.05.18 02:45 AutoHeisenbergBot Meth

My name is Walter Hartwell White. I live at 308 Negra Arroyo Lane, Albuquerque, New Mexico, 87104. This is my confession. If you're watching this tape, I'm probably dead– murdered by my brother-in-law, Hank Schrader. Hank has been building a meth empire for over a year now, and using me as his chemist. Shortly after my 50th birthday, he asked that I use my chemistry knowledge to cook methamphetamine, which he would then sell using connections that he made through his career with the DEA. I was... astounded. I... I always thought Hank was a very moral man, and I was particularly vulnerable at the time – something he knew and took advantage of. I was reeling from a cancer diagnosis that was poised to bankrupt my family. Hank took me in on a ride-along and showed me just how much money even a small meth operation could make. And I was weak. I didn't want my family to go into financial ruin, so I agreed. Hank had a partner, a businessman named Gustavo Fring. Hank sold me into servitude to this man. And when I tried to quit, Fring threatened my family. I didn't know where to turn. Eventually, Hank and Fring had a falling-out. Things escalated. Fring was able to arrange – uh, I guess... I guess you call it a "hit" – on Hank, and failed, but Hank was seriously injured. And I wound up paying his medical bills, which amounted to a little over $177,000. Upon recovery, Hank was bent on revenge. Working with a man named Hector Salamanca, he plotted to kill Fring. The bomb that he used was built by me, and he gave me no option in it. I have often contemplated suicide, but I'm a coward. I wanted to go to the police, but I was frightened. Hank had risen to become the head of the Albuquerque DEA. To keep me in line, he took my children. For three months, he kept them. My wife had no idea of my criminal activities, and was horrified to learn what I had done. I was in hell. I hated myself for what I had brought upon my family. Recently, I tried once again to quit, and in response, he gave me this. [Walt points to the bruise on his face left by Hank in "Blood Money."] I can't take this anymore. I live in fear every day that Hank will kill me, or worse, hurt my family. All I could think to do was to make this video and hope that the world will finally see this man for what he really is.

2024.05.17 22:38 Hovertac Driving Causes Dizzy Spells, Trigger Anxiety. ENT/MRI says no congestion but feels congestion/sinusitis symptoms

Hi all. 27, Male, 5'8", 193Lbs, White
The Backstory:
Starting early March, I started getting extremely lightheaded at the gym. I knew there was some expectation of lightheadedness since I train relatively hard (powerlifting + heavy body building sets, frequent train to failure / RPE 10 if you're familiar with those terms), however, one particular day mid-set, my vision went completely blurry, I smelled blood/iron (although it could have literally have been the bar that was just in my hands) and went ice cold. I was 100% confident I was about to pass out but I completely came to, and with some dizziness and jitteriness, I was able to calm down and leave the gym. I went back home, was feeling better, a buddy invited me out for late lunch/drinks and I started feeling better once the drink hit. I took a break for the gym, and went for another gym session about a week and a half later, and something similar but not as serious happened on a high-rep, low weight bench press set. I think it was a final back off set of 95lbs until failure, which ended up being around 25-27 reps. Once I sat up from the bench, I was completely lightheaded and dizzy, and had to go sit down as I felt like I was about to pass out again. This was St Patricks day, and I went out with my buddy again, but this time I was feeling fine and enjoyed the rest of the day. I took a longer hiatus from the gym at this point.
Starting Mar 23rd, I started feeling "off" on my drive out to a car show. Once I was there, after about a 4 hour drive, I started experiencing dizziness inducing anxiety. I couldn't really describe it, but it was something I had experienced before so I recognized it as anxiety. Most common trigger was a face-to-face interaction with a person. No idea why this was a trigger, but it's happened before. On Mar 26th, the symptoms got way worse and the resulting anxiety caused tremendous panic attacks. I started feeling off mid-day at work. I started my drive home where something felt so out of place, but I couldn't put my finger on it. I was driving tremendously slow, and a panic attack started settling in. With my previous gym experience, I was considering low blood sugar. so I made it to an urgent care. Once I got there, and this may have been a result of the anxiety, but I couldn't think straight or form any sentences properly. I was completely forgetting words and stuck in a brain fog. They gave me a finger stick and it came back normal (99). They ended up doing a full blood panel and everything came back normal with the exception of elevated triglycerides (202mg/dl). I ended up leaving my car at the urgent care, and after I was feeling calm, I got a ride to go get my car. During this car ride and driving my car back, I felt extremely dizzy. I still felt out of place, super dehydrated, heavy eyes, and head pressure. The few days leading up to the 26th, and for a week or 2 after, I was chugging water like no tomorrow. I normally am very bad at keeping myself hydrated, but I was knocking down almost 3L per day as if it wasn't enough.
First stop after this was seeing an ENT. I've had BPPV in the past, so some sort of vertigo was my first guess. The ENT said I had no congestion and showed no other signs, i.e. perfectly healthy. He recommended a neurologist. I then saw my PCP and he recommended SSRI's. I did not take the SSRI's, but he did also prescribe me 30 days of 0.5mg xanax, which for a short time I was taking up to 0.25mg max per day as needed. He also recommended a neurologist. I went to the neurologist who ordered a brain MRI, which came back normal.
One extra bit of information, in the first week of March, I purchased a used mini fridge for my bedroom. Around early/mid April, I got a whiff of refrigerant after opening the fridge for the first time in about a week or 2. I used a refrigerant leak detector and it picked up a leak, so I discarded the fridge entirely. It seems symptoms started to improve after this, but it's been about a month at this point.
As well, prior to this, I was taking supplements. I am now taking none of this. They were:
In Summary:
I can't drive as a result of some sort of dizziness. Some days are perfectly normal, but most days, the dizziness often triggers anxiety. If there's no dizziness, there's no anxiety. I've been working from home since Mar 26th, and stopped my 2nd job of driving uber eats. Sometimes I can drive myself to the gym and have a lighter workout and it sets the tone for a better day and have been able to drive. Otherwise, I'm usually a passenger to do what I need to do. Some days that have felt better, I've gone for 20-30 minute trips, just for the next day to not be able to make it up the block without a dizziness inducing panic attack. Sometimes it just feels like general anxiety and taking the xanax as mentioned before does help, but sometimes it has little to no affect. I've had the "off" feeling but the xanax made me simply not freak out about it.
Despite the ENT saying there's no congestion, I had been feeling constant congestion. I started using flonase to clear my sinuses and feel like I can breathe. However, even with that, I still feel a pressure in my sinuses and forehead, dry/heavy eyes, and what seems like a breathing restriction, as like I'm breathing through a straw. I can take deep breaths through my mouth just fine.
I'm feeling that my dizzy spells are either related to sinuses or lack of oxygen of some sort, and I'm running out of ideas because my life has been completely flipped upside down. I was feeling good yesterday, but as of this afternoon, I had wanted to go grab lunch but I had the super heavy feeling in my head, and once I got into my car, even before driving, the dizziness started kicking in so I ended up ordering in and writing this post instead. It sounds like the simple answer is "it's just anxiety", but I genuinely feel something else is wrong, and I'm running out of places to check.
In terms of the sinusitis symptoms, I have had consistently:
Occasionally:
I also had COVID for the first time in December '23. Home test showed the faintest line, so I went to urgent care where rapid came back negative and PCR came back positive. I had no symptoms, I only tested due to a request of elderly visiting for Christmas. I am not vaccinated.

I have advice for new plasma donors who may be considering to try it out and earn extra money:
  1. Eat a meal high in protein 2-3 hours before donating, but your plasma protein levels depend on what you ate the day before.
  2. Drink plenty of water and/or non-caffeinated juice before donating to stay hydrated.
  3. Avoid caffeine such as in coffee or soda before donating or you may get nauseous and vomit or faint during your donation.
  4. No alcohol 24 hours before, and for a little while after donating.
  5. No exercising for at least 6 hours after donating as it can put too much stress on the vein.
  6. Some people get away with smoking or vaping nicotine before and after donating, but it's recommended not to for 2 hours before and after. The nicotine can raise your heart's pulse rate.
  7. If your pulse rate is 100 or above, you'll be able to do a vitals retake after a 15 minute wait. But if it's 100 or higher again you'll be deferred for the day. If your pulse rate is an issue, listen to "Pink Noise" or "Green Noise" at a low volume before donating which may help reduce your pulse rate, along with its effect on lowering your blood pressure.
  8. There is a risk of getting a blown vein if the worker is having a hard time finding your vein when they're sticking you with the needle or if you have small veins. You may get deferred until your vein heals if that happens. But it's ok, your body is able to regenerate your veins with a process called Angiogenesis.
  9. There is a risk of blood clots, but when your blood is constantly moving through the machine it prevents that from happening.
  10. You may be subject to drug screening. The drug screening tests for methamphetamines, cocaine, and heroin. Certain pharma prescription meds may show up as a false positive so you'll want to let the plasma center know what meds you're taking. Testing positive for these drugs can result in a permanent deferral from donating plasma.
  11. A sample of your blood will be drawn periodically to test for certain sexually transmitted infections (STIs). A positive test will result in either a temporary or permanent deferral from donating plasma. If you've ever been diagnosed or received treatment for HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis B (HBV) or Hepatitis C (HCV) you will be permanently deferred from donating plasma.
Donating Plasma with Managed Diabetes
Individuals with well-controlled diabetes can contribute to plasma donation, but certain criteria need to be met:
Absence of Complications: This means no existing diabetic complications affecting your kidneys, heart, blood vessels, or eyes.
Insulin Independence: If you rely on insulin for diabetes management, a three-month waiting period is required after using needles for non-prescribed medications. Additionally, you must be free of symptoms or treatment needs related to blood sugar fluctuations (high or low) for the past three months.
  1. Healthy Feet: Active foot ulcers requiring medical attention will disqualify you from donation.
  2. Steady Balance: You shouldn't experience dizziness or lightheadedness upon standing.
  3. Type 1 Consideration: For Type 1 diabetics, eating within two hours of donation is mandatory.

2024.05.16 22:50 ShouldProbGoSleep Could my birth control or iron supplement be the cause of my hives?

As required: 31F, 5'3, white, hives, other med issues: heartburn, insomnia, adhd, current meds: adderall xr, trazodone, prevacid, micro-magic-psilocybin, flonase, haloette birth control (nuva ring), 200 mg EZFe, vitamin C, yes drink, no smoke, no rec drugs (except the micro-dosing stated above)
Hello! I also emailed my PCP, but posting here in case I can get some insight sooner. If these hives are caused by my birth control or iron, I would like to stop the culprit asap.
I've been getting hives on my arms and legs for about the past week. I've never had them before. I had a virtual dr's appt and they told me to take zyrtec, pepcid (has antihistamine?), benadryl as needed at night, and aloe/cetaphil anti-itch cream -- I've done those things since Sunday night. They said to do that for a week and if the hives come back to see primary care. I'm reaching out sooner than a week because i'm still getting some hives even with all of that.
No identifiable environmental triggers, no change in detergent, lotions, etc.
I'm wondering if either my birth control (haloette) or iron supplement (200 mg EZFe) could be causing this. These are the only "new" things in my life that I can think of. Timeline of those and the hives:
1.) Recently restarted my birth control after taking several months break from it, and I've never used this brand of nuva ring (halloette?) before. I inserted that on May 10th at 1AM, and my first hives appeared May 10th at noon (11 hours later). (note: the virtual appt dr. said this is unlikely to be the cause since I have used brand name nuva ring in the past without issues)
2.) I've been taking a new prescription iron supplement (200 mg EZFe) plus OTC vitamin C since May 6th. I haven't taken an iron supplement before. My first hives were May 10th at noon (3 days later). (note: virtual dr. appt didn't say this was unlikely to be the cause, but the delay in the reaction time seemed to make her doubt it)
No identifiable environmental triggers, no change in detergent, lotions, etc.
TIA!

2024.05.16 19:58 Slow_Replacement_710 Tried Afrin for first time in 10 years and OMG

I've been dealing with chronic severe fatigue and severe turbinate inflammation for almost 10 years. I've had 2 surgeries, allergy shots for a year, had MRI of sinuses and eyes, tried all different kind of things and never got any relief. I decided to try Afrin for the first time knowing the bad side effects if used long term but wanted to try. OMG i know why people get addicted to it. I thought i could breathe ok during the day but realized i get about 10% air through one side and about 60% air through the other side on my best days. I don't remember if I could eve breathe that well at any point in my life and im 35 now.
Long story short I quit after 3 days but got the best nights sleep in the last 10 years and had much improved energy levels. I do not want to get addicted and have severe side effects so I am back to the way i was before.
I am trying Flonase + Xlear Daily combined morning and night and Xlear daily a few more times in middle of day. I take 3 showers a day and go outside and move around as much as possible as those 2 things reduce the swelling in my nose for the time being.
Anyone have any other suggestions to add in to my routine? Anyone taking Sudaphed or any other vitamins that has helped them at all?

2024.05.15 19:51 acryllllicafternoons dizziness, headache, and jaw pain since february and now have swollen lymph node behind my ear

im going to try to keep this relatively short. i am 24F, no concerning medical history only taking birth control, fiber supplement, and using flonase.
since the end of january this year i have been having jaw pain on my upper right side, headaches that are on my right side 98% of the time (almost daily, vary in severity), fatigue, neck pain, some tightness in my throat, and on and off dizziness of various intensity. it almost constantly feels like there is pressure on the right side of my head. i had both a head CT and MRI that came back clear in March.
last night i started noticing some pain behind my left ear, which was unusual because everything up to this point has been on my right side. it is more painful when i push down on it and is sore when i move my neck to the side, almost feels like a bruise. today i was feeling around back there and noticed a really small bump where it is. it’s also a little itchy around the area. again this is the only symptom i’ve had on the left side of my head so i’m very confused.
i’m also hesitant to reach out to my PCP again because i think she thinks that i’m crazy since my MRI/CT both came back clear in march. She told me at my last visit she thinks i’m just having migraines.
is this something i should tell my PCP about? is it unusual that for the past five months all of my symptoms have been on my right side and now i suddenly have a swollen lymph node (i’m assuming) on my left side?

2024.05.15 18:06 ekp107 Persistent Sinus Infection

4 weeks ago I went to urgent care for a severe sinus infection - diagnosed with acute pansinusitis and an ear infection. 6 days of Prednisone and 10 days of augmentin. Felt relief - but 2 days after dropping the augmentin...symptoms returned. Opted to go to the ENT instead of back to urgent care - he did a nasal scope and swab - confirmed bacterial infection - and put on 10 days of clindamycin.
I've since wrapped that up - but one side of my nose/sinus cavity remains completely blocked. He didn't see sign of infection at my visit this morning and has recommended a CT due to him not wanting to keep prescribing meds without knowing what the cause was (which I appreciate).
While I wait for that (scheduled for Monday) - he recommends continued saline rinse and Flonase.
My real question is on the saline rinse/irrigation. I have never had luck with the netipot. I invested in a Navage with the first round of sinus infection - and have found the water just doesn't go anywhere. Either nostril.
Is the NeilMed better? Could there be something with my nasal anatomy that would make a typical sinus rinse not beneficial. I am using just a saline spray (nasal mist) to keep things moisturized as I continue to find a true nasal rinse/irrigation that works for me.

2024.05.15 17:11 cowboy-queen Second opinion?

Wondering if I should seek a second opinion. I went to an ENT start of April and was dx with a chronic sinus infection. I was given 21 days of doxycycline and methylprednisone, which I did not take purely for anxiety-related reasons. Finish the antibiotics, get significantly worse, pretty sure it migrated into an ear infection, then seemed to tame itself. I went in for my follow up 2.5 weeks after finishing doxycycline (was out of town) and apparently the infection is worse than it was in my initial visit. Was rx 21 days of bactrim and completely dismissed when I told him I didn’t want to take the steroids due to anxiety (the bactrim is already giving me anxiety and insomnia, so I can’t imagine adding more to that), so I’ve been using Flonase. Both times pointed out I haven’t had an allergy test, never suggested I should get one. This is the THIRD time I’ve been on antibiotics this year and the second in less than a month… isn’t this bad for you? Should I find someone else who will actually try diagnosing WHY I have an infection?

2024.05.15 09:58 flower_courtney94 Balloon dilation surgery a 2nd time (vent & asking for advice)

Hello all first time posting here but I had balloon dilation surgery done a first time in 2021. I now have to get it done a 2nd time.
The thing is truthfully I really don't want to get the surgery done a 2nd time. Do to the fact afterwards it really wasn't a fun experience.
Truthfully I feel like there is probably something out there that I could try besides flonase/fluticasone & xyzal.
Seriously this is all my ENT has tried.
I was seeing a nurse practitioner in the practice who understood I didn't want to get the surgery done a 2nd time & was willing to try working with that.
Though I show up to an appointment and get told oh she left & now your seeing this new guy. I walk into the appointment & he says he doesn't believe in treating stuff with medication makes me get a ct scan done & shows me I have loads of mucus built up on the right side of my sinuses & just threw me for sinus surgery a 2nd time.
I am sitting there like & I don't mention this but I am sitting there like isn't there away to you know flush the mucus out or you know maybe suck it up or something?
So I ask isn't there anything you can recommend in the mean time & while waiting to get this done then he's like nope.
Funny thing is I can still breathe out of my nose just fine from the first surgery & I can still blow my nose as well. So it makes me wonder if this 2nd surgery is even worth it & maybe there's like some other option out there we haven't tried yet.
I mean I seriously don't want to get this done a 2nd time & kind of feel like this guy is now jumping the gun.
I mean I know the first time I did the surgery it wasn't bad but this time the guy mentioned using a bigger balloon. I mean after the first surgery it left me with nerve pain shooting into my teeth truthfully. Though they also removed nasal polyps as well. So that was probably what caused the nerve pain.
This 2nd time I am going into the surgery with extreme head pain because my neck is herniated from c2-c7 from a head injury & it's causing nerve compression & vestibular migraines. I also have asthma as well so having my nose clogged up was a real pain for me to breathe properly.
So it just makes me think doing this a 2nd time will make everything worst including my nerve pain i just feel like I should cancel this appointment & get a 2nd opinion but I am not really sure & have no clue on what to do.
I mean seriously I can still breathe & blow out of my nose just fine. Where previously I couldn't really breathe or blow out my nose at all. So I don't know I just think if we could just somehow flush the mucus out then maybe some kind of medication regimen would work or maybe there's some other medication I can try besides fluticasone or zyxal.
So I am kind of just stressed out & dreading getting this done a 2nd time.
