Went to a new ent today after almost 5 months of suffering. I absolutely loved him but I hate that I discovered him through these unfortunate circumstances. Side note, turns out we both went to the same grade school and high school.
Point being, he performed the cotton test and sent me a prescription for estrogen nasal spray. I couldn’t even feel it when he did insert the cotton, and nerve damage is the suspected culprit based off of the fact that I can no longer feel my nose hairs tingle or sense incoming air. It’s merely a dull sensation, dry, or menthol like.
Aside from the estrogen to help bulk my tissue, he said that it would be criminal to recommend PRP as results are marginal and obviously it’s expensive. He also stated that Dr. Houser evidently doesn’t do PRP anymore. He said there is another doctor that does them but people have had issues with the injections. “I said Das?” He said “yes, but I will keep the commentary to myself.” Not sure what that meant, but I assume it was just him reiterating the fact that PRP is a gamble and to take it lightly as to not gain false hope.
With that being said, he recommended some supplements to maybe help my sense of smell, sent in the prescription for estrogen spray, amd told me that I have about 2 years post op to see if the nerve function improves, and if I get desperate, PRP is an option. If I’m being honest, I don’t have much to lose anymore so I’m going to give PRP a shot if the estrogen doesn’t help alleviate some of the symptoms. Obviously that won’t fix sensation issues.
My procedure done by another doctor included submucosal resection, out fracture, and partial turbinectomy. Talk about overkill! I quite literally thought I had rf reduction done. The only reason I know what was done was because I started having dyspnea issues mid January 2023 so I requested my surgery notes. I was shocked when I read that document.
I’ll be 24 on Sunday. I have had to give up my passion of rock climbing that helped me to get sober 2.5 years ago, and now I lay depressed next to a humidifier with a bottle of lexapro just wondering when this nightmare will end. I will update on PRP once I do some more research.
For now, any advice on supplements that may help sensory nerve function? I know the b’s can be beneficial, but in case I am missing something, let me know. Thanks

1. "Wentworth does not count" was a smart move, is a lie. Wentworth shouldn't have played her idol there. Because She loses her idol and two it makes her a bigger threat. The whole point of Survivor is to make it to the end, and with a move like that she ain't getting nowhere near there.
   
2. Venus is a better player then Tony. Firstly she placed just as high as Tony. Tony 19th + 1st + 1st = 21. Venus 7th. 21 divided by 3 equals 7. Secondly she played a more controlling game, and had great reads like trying to get Charlie out. Thirdly, she didn't need Woo to make a million dollar move, or pregame alliances to make it 7th.

A reference to Kaede’s punishment) Number 2: Monokuma Grows wings and flies upwards (works like pit’s up special) Number 3: Mono gets a jetpack and flies up (works like robs up b) Number 4: Mono Flings a vine over head (Basic tether recovery with one major difference. If you use the move in the air without grabbing anything the vine will break and cause monokuma to fall where he acts as a projectile. A reference to the strand of agony) Number 5: Monokuma will blow up as another Monokuma comes out riding a giant bug as it spins holding out scythes (acts like wario's up special with less height but way more damage. Number 1: Monokuma wears a riot shield for 10 seconds which blocks all attacks from the front reference to guard monokuma units. Number 2: Monokuma Gets Electrocuted acting like pikachus thunder reference to the first thing monokuma mentions when he talks about possible executions. Number 3: Monokuma flails his arms and if any one attacks him they get attacked by the spears of Gungnir basic counter referencing the fate of Mukuro. Number 4: Landmine acts like snakes and a reference for mono’s tenacity for explosions. Number 5: Monokuma Drives a tank acting like foxes old final smash with the land master though 3 times less likely to happen as the other options reference to please insert coin. Number 6: Monokuma Raises into the air before turning into a crane holding a random tetris block where you can move left and right for 1 second before the crane drops the block doing tons of damage if it hits a foe before the crane raises into the air where monokuma takes its place reference to please insert coin. Number 7: Monokuma blows up instantly killing him but does tons of damage and knockback to any opponents nearby.
Final Smash: Ultimate Despair
There are 2 ways i see this final smash so i’ll say the one i perfer then i’ll say the one thats actually likely. The move starts with a chain either way and if any one gets hit by the chain they’ll be dragged off stage before the cinematic starts. The first option has it personallized to the characters. Not like what brawlfan1 suggested but rather each character in a category. The space characters get sent into space with the rocket before exploding, The villains get killed by the hero, vice versa for the protagonists, the princesses get killed by a dummy version of the hero and so on. The second option is junkos punishment having all of the punishments from the first game happen before finishing with the final blow of the white board. Either way it's a guaranteed stock loss.

I was laid off August last year and did hundreds of applications. I literally only heard back from one place for an interview and got a job. I know I should be happy because my current field is fucked. My husband is in the same field and also got laid off around the same time. The place I am now is the most toxic fucking place. For context I am a software engineer, for other engineers they know the general process, like tickets, pointing, refinement ect. Well this place does not do any of those things in a normal sane way. Refinement is non existent and the person who writes the tickets is hell bent on any changes but also just writes stuff like "it looks funny" with no reference to anything in particular. Most of the team is new and pushed back on this crap. Yet somehow we are still expected to know what is wanted and then expected to deliver instantly instead of at the end of sprint like it normally would. Then there is immense pressure to somehow figure out what they want without asking because god forbid you ask for context because they become very rude, insulting and threatening. They also want to do meetings at weird ass hours in the night, and no this is not to accommodate for someone in another country or anything, everyone is around the same time zone an hour apart at most. They set shit up past midnight to like 4am.
I fucking hate my life now, my husband has had no luck in the search either despite having more experience, I still keep applying to jobs but don't hear back. This is our only income so I am stuck here. Everyday I cry during work. I have even been applying for jobs in my original field which does not pay well at all despite needing a high education level. I feel like this is just my life now and I fucking hate it.

Hi everyone. I have a 2 bed 1.5 bath house with a 42 yr old septic system with a sand filter. About 3 years ago we noticed a soft spot at what we believe to be the end of one leach line; however, it has not gotten bigger or changed at all in 3 years. We got the tank pumped in January as routine maintenance and the company said there was evidence of high water at one point but looked overall healthy and “should last a long time.” The tank and dbox are concrete. Then 5 months later in May, we are noticing foul smelling water pooling over the tank lid after we use the washing machine. We called the company and they came back out and pumped again and put a camera in to see the dbox. They basically said they couldn’t tell what was going on so we dug the dbox up and opened it. Totally full of brown water. They are telling us we have two options: total system replacement at $26k or trying to hydro jet it but that has a 50/50 shot of extending the life. $26k is a ton of money and not something we expected to spend right now. Does anyone have more info on hydro jetting and the actual possibility it could help for a couple years? Or any other thoughts?! For reference, we are in central NY. Thank you SO much in advance, as this is all new to us first time homeowners.

Seeking opinions on a rugged, non-sus gravel. Budget ideally is around 3k.
I know, I know, you've probably seen this post a million times before. Looking for recommendations. I have a solid mountain bike that is built for abuse, I'm not looking for a MTB replacement, or even XC. I've recently gotten into road riding and want to expand options..... but there's clearly TOO MANY options. I weigh about 170, 6'0, and generally ride a L, sometimes M because of short inseam.

Current setup:

Older custom specialized allez elite 10spd 50/34t by 11-32t. Love the gear range (after changing it to 11-32). Love the bike, its a blast from the past, fast, and responsive on the road. Very light/quick, easy to shoot to a grocery store, urban smash/high intensity workout, or do up to 100km rides on pavement.
CONS:
-Rim brakes :( I upgraded to shimano 105's, and still...
-Would like option to run tires bigger than ~28-30 ish
-At 25mph, the bike gets squirrely/skippy
-Occasionally, at speed in the city I will see a curb or sidewalk bump and will send it (softly). The bike/pizzawheels sometimes feel like they're simply going to explode on landing/bump and leave me a moaning mess.

Desired new setup:

-Able to confidently and aggressively take a curb drop, ^small jump, ^small downhill dirt section, etc
-Dropbar only
-Carbon? Steel? Dunno, maybe a modern Alum? I've only ridden alum recently, and steel way back when
-Hyd disc brakes
-Shimano groupset (don't hate, it's what I'm used to and tools I have)
-2x10 preferred, 2x11 max, minimum ratio of current setup (50/11 , 34/32). Need that climb ability and high watt crank ability.
-Would like hyd shifting if price point supports it

-Frame/Wheels/Geometry supports mild abuse with confidence
Almost every major brand has a "aggressive" gravel bike in this price point range, but I havent been paying attention to tech for awhile. I'm really liking the idea of the Orbea Terra, potentially the Trek Domane, and a few of the Canyons. They all have their pros/cons and am not familiar with the brands (however I have been very impressed with Orbea in the past). Anyone have input or suggestions?! I like the idea of older salsa/surly but seems for outdated steel and components the price point is high, but it might be what I want/need in terms of a bombproof road/light dirt bike?

34F, 155 pounds, 5'0, history of gestational diabetes and diabetes in general. I had to be on insulin all 3 pregnancies. I've been morbidly obese, weight fluctuating from 150 to 205 since high school.
Two years ago, I was convinced I had LADA diabetes in spite of being overweight/obese my entire life. I haven't been the ideal weight since I was 14 years old.
Diagnosed diabetic in May of 2022 with an a1c of 6.5%, had always been prediabetic my entire 20s. I was breastfeeding and eating whatever I wanted. Weight was falling off like crazy, which is common for me after a pregnancy. Tested negative for antibodies, shortly after getting down to 142 pounds, I shot back up to 169 in a few months due to increased carb intake and quitting my second job.
It took me a few months but now I'm back down to 155. I hovered over 164 for a while. So losing weight is still not easy for me until I completely cut carbs and then weight falls off a concerning amount.
I had been eating some carbs, maybe 100g to 200g depending on the day around January to March. Then I started to really cut carbs around april and may.
In 2022, I had a fasting insulin of 2.6 with a blood glucose level of 91. C peptide 1.02/ngl. I was in ketosis. My doctor thought I had type 1 because of these results, but I can now gain weight without problem.
My lipid panel in 2022 read: HDL: 47 Triglycerides: 55 LDL: 88
This came with an a1c of 5.5% at the time after being at 6.5% 6 weeks prior.
My lipid panel from yesterday, along with an a1c of 6.4%:
HDL: 58 Triglycerides: 45 LDL: 108
Liver disease ruled out. Heart failure ruled out. Type 1 diabetes ruled out (obviously). Why the hell are my triglycerides so low? Just from cutting carbs in the past few weeks? It makes NO sense to me.

On Killing and Morality in War.

I’d like to start with a sidebar: a “personal message of sorts.” First, I appreciate all the supportive comments. Of course, there were a few with reading comprehension problems who took an issue with the concept that war can be quite a fun and exhilarating experience (despite the clear “do not recommend” theme throughout). I didn’t plan on writing this post, but felt prompted by some of the comments.
I see a lot of “moralizing” from certain characters who are convinced of their moral superiority and truly believe themselves to be the arbiters of human character.
Side Note: there are also plenty of decent, well-meaning folks who may disagree with one position or another… but do so from a thoughtful place, taking time to consider a counter-point. Nothing but respect to those. Freedom of disagreement is one of the liberties I value highly (a luxury people who live in Islamist enclaves don’t get). Regardless – nothing but respect to y’all. The world is a complicated place and many of your points I find valid, even if our conclusions may differ.
For the “wow… rape must also be fun for you… and murdering 12 million children” crowd”, I’d like to say the following: You, my friends, are among the most dangerous societal types, historically speaking. Seemingly intellectual, but lacking facts, context, and nuance – yet fully convinced of your moral and intellectual superiority. First of – congrats on being born in a place where being a moralizing peacenik is a viable option in life. Second – your “morals” just so happen to reflect the modern western moral code you were born into (and which you’ve done nothing yourself for to achieve). But, in other places, moralizing puritans like you keep the same character, but embrace a different set of “norms and morals”. In other words – a typical Islamist imam doesn’t sound much different than you in tone and conviction… his “holy book” just so happens to be Quaran rather than the ramblings of Norm Finklestein. And, of course, we’ve seen what tends to happen in other places where “anti-capitalist” and “anti-colonialist” moral puritans take hold – I was born at such a place. Let’s just say that the road from “I’m for the oppressed and anti-oppressors” to “we need to murder the reactionaries” is very short and easily crossed. And it’s always the most “righteously-outraged” who cross it first.

Anyways, back to topic of the post.
On Killing and Morality – Does Modern Combat Look like a “video game”?
I saw a comment or two that modern combat is too impersonal, looks like a video game, that it’s too easy for soldiers to kill innocents, etc., etc. I’ve also heard a similar argument from others, in unrelated circumstances.
To anyone thinking that – no, my friends. Killing people isn’t made easier by more lethal and remote weapons. I understand why it may seem that way. But, in many ways, it’s quite the opposite.
1. Military is just a mirror of its society. A military is a perfect representation of a society at large. Some soldiers will indeed be natural-born psychopaths who enjoy killing. But that’s a very tiny number – not any larger than in general population.
2. Bravado is Fake. Most younger soldiers will display a lot of bravado initially – pretend like violence doesn’t bother them (that’s why the military tries really hard to condition new recruits by trivializing the idea of “killing” – but it’s never successful).
3. The Reality. The truth is – killing shocks most soldiers to their core, no matter how much they try to suppress it and put on a brave war fighter face.

• To new troops, my demand was simple – in your first contact, get down, don’t get in the way, and just live to see another day.
• For many, it takes more than one contact to come to their senses and to even start pulling the trigger. There is a natural mental block that stops humans from wanting to kill another human and it’s not overcome easily.
• I’ve seen plenty young kids (and yes, a 19-year old trooper is still a kid) beg and plead certain “characters” we’ve encountered to just be reasonable… raising their weapon in the air to demonstrate they don’t mean harm (very ill advised). Despite months of training, their first instinct was “please, I really don’t want to harm you… please don’t make me to.” That’s the true nature of most young western men and women – including those in uniforms and carrying weapons.

4. Understanding “Anger”. Often time you see what seems obvious anger among soldiers after a firefight. The easy explanation is the simple “of course they hate their enemy”. Except that’s not why they’re truly angry.

• The first source of anger is “I can’t believe this a-hole just tried to kill me”. But then the longer-lasting source of anger sets in. And that one is: “I can’t believe that a-hole made me kill him”. There is a big difference between the two emotions. And the second one lasts much longer.
• The older, more experienced troops and commanders are more used to the realities of the battlefield… which brings me to the next point...

5. “Remote” Killing. From experience, I’ll tell you this – dealing with a remote target is much easier in the sense that it’s not as “scary”. But it’s much more difficult emotionally and mentally – though a commander will never show it to their troops. That decision takes much longer and raises many more doubts than responding to a nearby target that’s actively trying to kill your guys.

• Drone pilots have among the highest rates of PTSD. There is nothing easy about dropping a bomb on a human being from the safety of a trailer in the desert and then going home to eat dinner with your family. It’s a f’ed-up thing to ask a man (or a woman) to do. There is nothing easy about going home that day. And it f-cks with your brain permanently. I don’t envy those guys one bit. Though I can imagine that dropping a bomb on a clear hostile target is very satisfying. But the emotion is the same as the above – not anger at the target itself but because you wouldn’t be doing this sh*t if it wasn’t for them.

6. Why the young men and women in IDF went to war. I don’t want to start a debate about history of the region – it’s a different topic and it doesn’t change the practical realities my posts are meant to address. From a soldier’s point of view – it looks very simple:

• The enemy hates me and want my family dead (spare me the “colonialism” lecture please)
• The enemy launched tens of thousands of rockets at us. We tried to hide behind our Iron Dome and the big wall. But that failed (a defensive posture always gets breached eventually, btw).
• The enemy invaded and killed my people. And they plan on doing it as much as they can.
• The enemy isn’t some obscure “group” – it’s a clearly defined target… the ruling, paramilitary organization at this place called Gaza (again, spare me the lecture whether it’s a country of a “concentration camp”. From a soldier’s point of view – it makes no difference).
• We can no longer live next to this enemy. And now, it’s a binary choice – go find the enemy and kill him or he will eventually come back for you.
• The rest of it… the history, the politics of it, the various grievances… hopefully we can sort it out after the fact.

That’s it. That’s the mindset. It’s really that simple for the guys and gals rolling into Gaza. The rest of what gets discussed on wester social media is just philosophical circle jerk to their ears.

Anyhow… I bet I’ll soon hear from the peaceniks who’ll tell me that they’d never do that, that they’d be conscious objectors, etc… To them, I’d like to ask that while you take a break from fellating yourself, don’t forget to thank the guys and the girls who do the dirty jobs so you don’t have to

I know the saying “It’s the archer and not the arrow”, but I know for a fact I at least benefit from the placebo based confidence boost when standing over decent ball. I’m a 22 year old female at a university in the US and I think my PI has sexually harassed me… but I don’t know if I trust my own judgment.

In particular, he made fun of a man who I’d been friends with for a few years.
After this, he was very strange at a meal with all of us from our team. Didn’t speak to me for an hour but sat opposite me. Again, in this conversation he kept making fun of this same guy. I also got quite drunk and remember staring back at him to make him uncomfortable back, as he’d been doing all night to me. Probably wasn’t the wisest choice considering how it flips the narrative.
Then I met him again to discuss the progression with the PhD. He said it wasn’t likely to happen. I’d spent 3 months at this point working with him on this and accepting his help, presenting on my own for the first time in aid of gaining some experience. My reaction was silence. He kept getting progressively worse towards me, saying he’s “sorry I didn’t get what I expected”, how I “looked like I wanted to slap him in the face”. After the last comment, I sadly replied “I don’t want to hit you” because I couldn’t think of anything else to say.
I was made to see him again after this. I was dressed in a skirt, tights, winter boots with a little heel and a blazer. He opened the door to his office and seemed very surprised to see me despite knowing I was coming as the meeting was planned months before. He then proceeded to walk behind me up the stairs to his office and repeatedly keep asking me if I’m okay, that I didn’t seem like myself because I was dismissing his questions and not really giving an answer because by this point he was making my skin crawl. In the conversation, he gave me a book he wrote himself to help me with my project based on my partner’s experiences with ocd, and kept staring at my legs. He then sat incredibly close from across me and praised himself for cheering me up and “making me smile”.
Safe to say I never spoke to him again unless it was on zoom. My partner thinks I’ve been sexually harassed, but I’m not sure. He has a wife and kids, he’s about 45 years old. A Lot of things to mention with the special. First You might have guessed but I watch brawlfan1 including his mono moveset so a lot of these moves are gonna be similar. Speaking of which just like brawl fan suggested these are going to be randomized but fill the same general role. Except down special which will kinda work as a miscellaneous collection
Neutral Special: Despair Bullet
Number 1: Mono Spits out A Pile Of Trash (can poison and does mid damage reference to ball monokumas) 2: Monokuma Holds his staff as a monokuma bomb comes out (Acts like a homing projectile for 3 seconds before exploding. To reference its role in the boss fight if the foe hits it with a strong enough attack it will target the next closest foe which could be monokuma. From there it acts the same but can’t be hit back more then twice) 3: Monokuma Throws a Grenade (acts the same as snakes with the difference it does more damage to monokuma if hes hit by his bombs then snake gets if hes hit by his) References the bomber Monokuma units) 4: Mono Throws a crystal ball (does strong damage but no knockback. References the first kill by leon) 5: Mono Shoots out robot wasps out of a gun (can be held down to shoot out more wasps. Does small flinching damage and has a 1/10 chance to poison. References wild west insecticide) 6: Mono Throws Out Salt (acts like ice climbers down b references the cultural mixing pot)
Side Special: Despair Ride
Number 1: Monokuma Rides A Bike (acts like wario's side b with the added benefit that if it hits an opponent there is a 50% chance they drop butter which acts like an average consumable. And you can still use the side special if you leave the bike. Referencing mondos punishment) Number 2: Mono Rides a giant fist (Does Good damage but mid damage reference to bye bye ouchies) Number 3: Mono Drives A Fire Truck (Standard Gravity affected charge special lasts a second but when i say gravity affected i mean charges toward the ground and is uncancelable in the air so you better hope you were high up when you use this. Can also burn opponents. Reference to celeste ludenberg’s punishment) Number 4: Mono Rides A Robot Bison (Works like Pit's Side B with out the final Uppercut. Reference to Gundhan’s punishment) Number 5: Mono Rides Peko as she slashes forward (Acts like a weaker version of Mythra’s side b references one woman army) Number 6: Mono Rides A pac man robot (Works like pac man's side b. Reference to please insert coin)
Up Special: Despair Elevation
Number 1: A Rope appears tied over monos neck raising him up before a spiked wall flies into him (A decent amount of elevation but no control. Also the raising of monokuma doesn’t do damage, only the spiked wall does. A reference to Kaede’s punishment) Number 2: Monokuma Grows wings and flies upwards (works like pit’s up special) Number 3: Mono gets a jetpack and flies up (works like robs up b) Number 4: Mono Flings a vine over head (Basic tether recovery with one major difference. If you use the move in the air without grabbing anything the vine will break and cause monokuma to fall where he acts as a projectile. A reference to the strand of agony) Number 5: Monokuma will blow up as another Monokuma comes out riding a giant bug as it spins holding out scythes (acts like wario's up special with less height but way more damage. References wild west insecticide) Number 6: Monokuma Turns into a rocket and slightly goes up before he drills below himself (acts like ganon's wizard foot in the air. If right next to the ledge then it can grab on but this is mainly meant to troll. Much like the reference of the second ignition)
Down Special: Random Despair
Number 1: Monokuma wears a riot shield for 10 seconds which blocks all attacks from the front reference to guard monokuma units. Number 2: Monokuma Gets Electrocuted acting like pikachus thunder reference to the first thing monokuma mentions when he talks about possible executions. Number 3: Monokuma flails his arms and if any one attacks him they get attacked by the spears of Gungnir basic counter referencing the fate of Mukuro. Number 4: Landmine acts like snakes and a reference for mono’s tenacity for explosions. Number 5: Monokuma Drives a tank acting like foxes old final smash with the land master though 3 times less likely to happen as the other options reference to please insert coin. Number 6: Monokuma Raises into the air before turning into a crane holding a random tetris block where you can move left and right for 1 second before the crane drops the block doing tons of damage if it hits a foe before the crane raises into the air where monokuma takes its place reference to please insert coin. Number 7: Monokuma blows up instantly killing him but does tons of damage and knockback to any opponents nearby.
Final Smash: Ultimate Despair
There are 2 ways i see this final smash so i’ll say the one i perfer then i’ll say the one thats actually likely. The move starts with a chain either way and if any one gets hit by the chain they’ll be dragged off stage before the cinematic starts. The first option has it personallized to the characters. Not like what brawlfan1 suggested but rather each character in a category. The space characters get sent into space with the rocket before exploding, The villains get killed by the hero, vice versa for the protagonists, the princesses get killed by a dummy version of the hero and so on. The second option is junkos punishment having all of the punishments from the first game happen before finishing with the final blow of the white board. Either way it's a guaranteed stock loss.

I got a blood panel done recently to check my overall health and hormones from a clinic. The vast majority of my markers were on point or just a little off but my iron and transferrin saturation is on the high end of the ref range.
My grandmother got diagnosed with haemochromatosis last week and I believe it can be genetic ? if I'm correct. So I've been urged to get tested for it at my doctors by my mother as she is going to get checked as well. I do have alot of the symptoms I see associated with it.

The one part in my life that is most cluttered is my kitchen. It’s not even a stretch to say I have more in my kitchen than anywhere else in my house.

Normal abdominal CT. Have had two colonoscopies and an endoscopy due to GI issues, detailed below. PFT suggested mild asthma. GI Scopes found mild cell changes in lower esophagus, rectum, and chronic gastritis in stomach. Had MRI of brain which showed two small white matter hyperintensities. Normal echocardiogram, cardiac stress test showed elevated ejection fraction which may have been due to dehydration. Normal cardiac event monitor. I have some degenerative disc disease in my cervical and thoracic spine.
Blood panels usually show: - low- to low end of normal hemoglobin, potassium, sodium. - high end of normal levels of CO2 -high but not alarmingly high wbc (very high neutrophils but low lymphocytes) -thyroid (free t3 and t4) levels tend to swing from the 1.0's to almost 3.0 -estradiol low end of normal Have a normal ESR blood test, have not been given an ANA.
Symptoms include:
Sudden, crushing fatigue (have almost fallen asleep while standing and walking) Heart palpitations (both fast and slow, pounding ones) Sudden feelings of impending doom/death/panic Sudden lightheadedness and nausea Sudden bloating and diarrhea 5+ times a day Cystic acne, currently controlled with tretinoin (.025%) Migraines with aura, with or without headache (visual and sound distortions, cannot look at certain patterns (especially small stripes) or hear certain noises without feeling "out of sorts" Vertigo (feels like I'm falling or about to fall over) Extreme acid reflux that is never fully controlled even with Pantoprazole (burning is gone, regurgitation still a thing) Unexplainable weight fluctuations of up to 25 pounds within a couple months, both gain and loss. Usually walking up to 3mph is fine but sometimes it isn't. Hypermobile joints which have resulted in many partial and full knee, shoulder, and finger dislocations, especially in teens and early 20s. I've always been very flexible. I do have TMJ.
***Also worth noting: Throughout 2018 and 2019, I'd have random days here and there where I would spike a fever and be in bed all day with flu like symptoms, if I went to the doctor my WBC count would be quite high, but either the next day or by the end of the day I'd be fine. This went on for about a year and a half. Then in late 2020, I got COVID and everything started or severely intensified about 6 months later. Continued to worsen until early 2022, then again in early 2023 after a series of very stressful events, and has stayed the same since. Most symptoms have been with me since childhood and intensified over the last few years to the point that some days I feel like I can barely function.
