Basically the title. I been struggling with symptoms for more than a decade now. I thought it was just depression but then came the mood swings and all the other symptoms. Every time I search up one of my symptoms that I been feeling a lot, it always ends back to either bipolar or BPD. Now I’m really thinking it’s BPD because of specific symptoms and impulsive behavior that I have sometimes. I just really want a diagnosis and I don’t know how. It’s so hard. Idk if I should talk to a therapist, psychiatrist or psychologist and where do I even begin to find them and one I can actually talk to. It’s so stressful and overwhelming. Please if y’all can help me.

I was in my first week as a laborer at a concrete company. The cement truck driver, who also operated the chute, swung the chute back too soon to fill the buggy behind my before I had made it fully out of the way. The Chute hit my inner right forearm as I was pushing the buggy towards the pour area. Luckily I dropped the buggy and didn’t spill any mud. Instantly I felt a zap, almost electric shock type pain. Some blood from the abrasion but I had numbness and tingling within what seemed like seconds of the injury. Told my foreman what happened instantly and he replied, “your arm isn’t cut off is it”? Wanting to prove my toughness I pushed on. The next couple weeks I worked without full use of my right arm/hand. As a laborer this was difficult. But in this industry you keep pushing.
The cement truck drivechute operator was worried, far more worried than my own foreman. The driver must have asked if I was ok at least three times. My own foreman didn’t give a shit.
I know my foreman didn’t report it to his superiors at our company or write a report. Trying to prove myself I pushed on through the pain/lack of feeling in my right arm/wrist/hand area. I finished the day with a lot of ibuprofen.
I was let go after three and a half weeks into my probationary period due to not progressing. They would have known I was injured and still working if my foreman did his job and made a report. The tingling and numbness had not subsided and seemed to only be getting more aggravated by continuing to work. I couldn’t afford to not be working.
I sought medical advice and was referred to an orthopedic. Xray thank god was negative; but it was stated that my radial nerve was affected in the orthopedic Dr’s report. I follow up with the ortho in 3-4 weeks. In the meantime I can’t work.
One of the best work comp lawyers in my state took on my case quickly after I gave him all the medical information.
I’m wondering if the cement truck company insurance at fault or my concrete company’s insurance?… Or both? If my foreman didn’t report the injury even though I reported it to him - is that negligence? It’s been 18 days since the accident and still have numbness and tingling. Hand surgeon and ortho didn’t rule out surgery or severity but did conclude there was damage done to my radial nerve.
Any insight is appreciated. Am I going about it correctly? Thanks in advance.
I never thought I’d be in a position to choose between seeking damages and/or not; But the injury is very real and I have a family to feed. Obviously this particular attorney wouldn’t take it on unless he thought there were parties liable. In the meantime I can’t use my right hand for most things and I’m dominant right.

I live in a semi-rural area a few kilometres from a town with a highway that runs through it. An intersection on that highway (in town) has a traffic camera that is registered by my dashcam, a Navman MiVue model, every time I approach it and has done so since I got it a couple of years ago. When I approach, the screen changes to show how far away the camera is in metres, a number which changes as I get closer, decreasing to near 0. Once I pass it, the dashcam screen returns to normal. This is the only place in town where the dashcam changes to show that a speed camera is present. It's been that way since I got the camera. (I assume that most dashcams function this way.)
About 3 weeks ago, my dashcam started registering a speed camera within about 50 metres of my home. As mentioned, I live in a semi-rural area, on a corner block that's about 5 acres. There are no visible traffic cameras on the roads or anywhere else. When I get within a few hundred metres of our property (of which I'm currently the only occupant), the dashcam's screen changes to indicate that there's a speed camera about 500 metres away. It decreases as I approach the driveway and decreases more as I drive up the driveway. I've made an effort to triangulate the source of whatever my dashcam is receiving as a signal that a traffic camera is nearby. I did this by driving up and down a road adjacent to the property (parallel to our driveway) and finding at what point along that road the dashcam changes to its normal screen. Consistently, when I pass a certain point on the road at which the reading on the screen shows a traffic camera about 80 metres away, the screen changes to normal, indicating (I assume) that the distance from the signal has begun to increase. Based on that alone, it seems that the signal is coming from a spot about 80 metres perpendicular from that particular point on the road in one direction or the other. So I drove onto our property (about a 5-acre lot) and started driving in a direction perpendicular to the road, as close as I could get to the fence that the signal seemed to be on the other side of. This test corroborated that the signal was coming from pretty close to the house (within 30 metres) but likely somewhere on the neighbours' property. Their house is about 300 metres away, and between it and our house is the slope of a hill (which we're near the bottom of), some grazing land that's usually unoccupied (though the thought that it's a cattle-tracking device has occurred to me), and a single tree. It would make no sense for there to be a speed camera there, 80 metres from the road. What could it be?
Summary: Something aside from a speed camera is being registered by my dashcam as a speed camera, and I'm not sure what it is. I drive along many roads and past many properties, but it's only near our house that this happens. The signal is coming from a place that's over 70 metres from any road. What could trigger my dashcam in this way? Has it somehow registered that this is where I live and because of some glitch confused my location with a pre-set location of a speed camera? Does someone want to remind me that I'm being watched? What kind of signal could be registered by a dashcam as a traffic camera/speed camera?

Hi there, so...what the fuck. Just gonna vent. Long one, sorry!
Not sure if this is better here or OCD but life is fucking with me and I'm struggling. I'm 26 (FTM) and I've had an-r for thirteen years but I was just diagnosed with OCD this year after having symptoms for years that I thought were totally normal, so that's fun.
To give some context, I eat the same exact thing at work every day and until a couple of weeks ago, that was a specific brand of light English muffin, toasted, plain, with salt and pepper. Unfortunately, the shop near me stopped selling that particular type of English muffin, so I switched to these crumpets that I like a lot with the same number of calories so it would be an easier transition.
After the first two days, however, they started rotting in my lunchbox, one by one. Which makes no sense bc they're fresh from the pantry and three days after purchase. The English muffins never did this and were packaged identically so WTF. They'll go from perfectly fine in the pantry in the morning to covered in mould by 1pm. Fresh to mouldy and rotten in five hours. I don't fucking understand.
Part of my OCD and anorexia is believing that if anything bad happens, it's a result of me eating or being fat, and that if something happens to prevent me from eating or my food is not perfect, the world is telling me that I'm fat and shouldn't eat. It's like an atheist sign from god, except it's "the world" telling me to starve myself. So bc of this, I feel like the world is screaming at me to starve, I've been skipping my already sad excuse for a lunch everyday, and NOW I'm starting to believe all of my food could be mouldy or contaminated.
Like I'm fr starting to believe that I've gotten so huge, the world is actively communicating to me that I should not eat. I'm supposed to be cooking dinner for my husband and I and I can't stop picturing biting into food and it being full of mould. Wtf. Usually my OCD is very intertwined with my anorexia and they feed into each other continuously, but until very recently, I haven't had many issues with contamination based fears so this has me really freaked out.
What's even worse is I don't trust either of my scales at home so I have no idea what I weigh (my XS/S clothes are still baggy so clearly I haven't gained that much) but my brain is screaming at me that I've gained mountains of weight bc my food keeps rotting and that must be a sign from the universe to stop eating.
I'm aware this sounds positively looney tunes, but has anyone else dealt with something similar?
Also, re: the scale, should I buy another one since I don't trust the two I have now?

I am 5’10 175 31 year old male. I pee a lot. It’s become a big anxiety and issue in my life. I say it averages once an hour when a wake. (I only wake up once or twice at night) Sometimes though I go 2-3 hours without it. But sometimes I go like 3 times in an hour. It’s kind of random. Someitmes I even get headaches when it is over excessive. This has been going on for 4 years. Though I’ve always had to pee more the average.
Last summer I went to the doctor and got pee and blood test. So unless something developed in last 10 months. I don’t have diabetes or anything that would come up on a pee or blood test. My doctor thought it was anxiety.
Is this what it could be? I do drink lot of water due to being a marathon runner. Anything to worry about?

So, I reached my 4 week post op visit and got some unexpected good news. For context, I was complaining on here 2 weeks ago at that post op consultation because I didn’t have many answers. At that appointment, it seemed that I was loosely going to be weight bearing by the 8-12 week mark and not out of the boot until a few weeks after that.
Today, the surgeon came in and gave everything a thorough evaluation. He stated that my incision looked phenomenal and that the repair is strong and is functioning as it should. He then followed up with telling me that I could begin full weight bearing in my boot in two weeks, with angle adjustments to follow until I’m at neutral 10 weeks post op. Then out of the boot at week 12 and starting PT. I know that’s still 2 months from where I’m at now but I’m glad I have a direction and will be ditching the crutches mostly after 2 more weeks.
This is all to say that after being so down in the dumps 2 weeks ago from not hearing what I wanted to hear. A lot has changed in just 2 weeks. I think some of it is good news and some of it is my mental resolve knowing that I’m gonna get better it just takes time. So for everyone out there that’s feeling down or hopeless. Feeling like they are forever away from walking and getting back to sports or physical activity. You’ll get there with just some patience and determination. Keep pushing!

My fiancé (21f) and I (20m) have known each other for 3 years and been together 2 years of that time, pretty much the whole of our relationship and friendship it’s been “oh let’s do it together” which I have no problem with but it’s also “oh let’s call while you head to work” it feels like a constant doing things together or calling each other, in her work place she can call and stuff but mine I can’t even have my phone in the building due to my job, so I get calling headed to work and from but it feels like every waking second she wants to be on the phone. Most nights she asks if we can call while we fall asleep (we don’t live together) which is sweet and all but it’s starting to get really hard because it feels like everything is together, we’re that co dependent couple that goes to the gym, games, homework (even though I’m going to school still and she’s graduated) etc. it’s just a constant. Now hers the catch, she’s been diagnosed with manic depression and she always says that being with me helps. So I feel like I can’t ask for a little bit of breathing room, the other day I was going fishing (my hobby that she enjoys too) and she got upset because she wasn’t able to go so I shouldn’t go, same thing with the gym, I work out religiously and she’s started working out as well but if she can’t go she gets sad because I’m going with out her. I get doing things together to an extent but sometimes it feels like a lot more then others and I just get really frustrated with the constant “let’s do it together” does anyone have advice on how to tell her I’d like a little bit of alone time with out hurting her?

well my stealth is ruined. i’m at college and have a group of friends who i’ve been hanging round with a lot this year. i’ve not had any indication of any of them thinking i’m trans, quite the opposite tbh. well turns out now they all probably do. my best friend’s boyfriend’s brother rang them up last week before we were all hanging out and asked if i’m trans, as he thought he’d heard from someone that ‘she’s the trans woman’, and he rang his brother (who i’ve known for years) to confirm. he also asked one of my closest guy friends who he was with at the time, who denied it and said he doesn’t think i’m trans. well now it’s spread around the whole group and they all seem to now be questioning whether i’m trans or not. i went over last night and one of them played ‘disguise’ by skepta when i was in the room (look up the lyrics) and i thought in that moment that something weird must’ve happened bc it can’t be a coincidence that they’re playing this song. i asked my best friend and she told me all this. the only people in this situation who knew i’m trans were my best friend and her boyfriend. i’ve not told anyone else, and everyone seemed blissfully unaware until the boyfriends brother brought it up. i’m so upset and pissed off and i just don’t know what to do. i feel as though i suddenly have no friends bc i don’t want to hang out with them now. i feel so awkward and i thought this was all behind me having had ffs and stuff. i just don’t even know what to do. i was already suicidal before this and it’s now even worse.

Hi everyone, sadly Lamictal didn’t work for me! So soon I am going to be transitioning off of it on to Briviact which I’m already on sadly I’m on 3 seizure medications right now which is just a lot on my body! Sorry if this isn’t the right place to post this. But I am looking for some advice. I work for the city doing landscaping in northwestern Alabama and I’ve noticed a lot of sweat bees. Everyone says they’re not aggressive but they always sting me, sometimes several times a day. I do notice that sometimes they get stuck in my sleeve and will sting me then, but sometimes they just sting me for seemingly no reason. I am looking for some tips on how to stop this from happening. It gets hot, and I sweat, and I know they’re attracted to sweat- I am considering just going full on long sleeve and one of those neck face masks to cover as much skin as possible. I have had two new buildings reach out to interview me on LinkedIn, do I interview? Do I ask for a raise at current property? Do I wait for an offer letter? Am I a trader for leaving so soon and leaving a mess or is that my leverage?
Background: I have been with this management company for 5 years. I was promoted to the highest level in my field, taking over a building with major construction defect issues only a year and a half ago. I love my boss here and work well with the team. My residents are a nightmare but I am one of the best at navigating tough conversations.
I also have influence at the corporate level with this growing mangment company as well. Current offers would be competitor mangment companies.
My only negative is I want to make more money. I live paycheck to paycheck and would like to afford vacations and have investments.
Situation: Our city has a waive of high rises opening this year and the coming few years. It’s a very niche market and these buildings are head hunting to fill positions. I have had phone interviews for 2 so far and have a set date for the next round for 1.
My friend in my same position and received a 15% raise when his current position heard he was interviewing.

Do you guys ever wonder this??? I was abused by my parents and sister nearly my whole life up until about a year and a half ago when I cut them off. But it was so messy, and then saying how much they did for me really messed me up. Like… they did do a lot for me. But at the same time I never felt like a human to them? I was just kind of their punching bag, literally and emotionally. But I go back to the fact that they raised me and paid for me to do sports my whole life when my sport was super expensive. I’m just so conflicted… I know my partner tells me that what I’m feeling is normal but he hasn’t experienced abuse so I hate to say it but that’s partially why my brain doesn’t want to believe what he says..

My dream is to open a place where people can take stray or lost dogs and give them a place to stay. My gf loves cats so she wanted to incorporate cats aswell, which is amazing. I know id need collars, food, cages and some other stuff. Ideally i want to have lots of land for the dogs to run on and play, i know id need to add an area for them to freely go in and out of with air conditioning. I can do math on things if yall would just leave suggestions of what i should do. Also, should i get premade tags that say the rescues name and number just incase dogs get out? Lmk

I’m moving college apartments. my current lease ends May 31st and new lease starts June 1st. I at one point had a verbal agreement to be able to move my stuff in May 24th as the previous tenant would be out by then. The move in email i got said keys could either be picked up May 31st or June 3rd as the office is closed on weekends.
One of the leasing office employees reached out to me about paying deposits and first months rent and told me that keys now couldn’t be picked up until June 3rd.
My lease states June 1st is the first day of the lease but I will be completely unable to access the property that whole weekend. The lease does have a “Delay of Possession” clause that’s states:
“If Landlord is unable to give possession of the Leased Property within seven (7) days after beginning of the Lease Term for any reason not caused by Tenant, Tenant shall have the choice of (1) ending this Lease and recovering prepaid rent and/or security deposit (without charge or interest) and any other money already paid, or (2) delaying the beginning of the Lease Term until Landlord is able to give possession. No rent will be due until possession has taken place by Tenant. Landlord shall not be liable for damages for failure to deliver possession Tenant.”
Can I do anything in this situation besides deal with it?

I know this has been getting a lot of press in the news and a lot of posting on this sub, most of it being about the conservation angle, but bear with me here. If you're sick of hearing about threatened swallows and bats and salamanders and rare wetlands and native grasslands, let's talk finances, and a plan to shift funding that the developer had already committed to onto Alberta taxpayers. (Credit to my dad here, who like a good rural Albertan always reads the county council minutes in the local papers. I've generally read the stories on this that go through the major news outlets but I haven't seen this angle covered.)

The background for the request is stated: “James Zelazo has been working very hard to move this project forward. The proposed project is within an approved Area Structure Plan. As per his subdivision application and his Development Agreement, he is required to build and pave 5.88 miles of the access road from Highway 9 to the site. He has found it challenging to raise investor funds for the construction of the road as well as the security required since it is an asset that they won’t own, so he has been in contact with different ministers to see what funding may be available to help facilitate this portion of the project.” The County has heard that the STIP – LMI (Local Municipal Initiatives) stream would be the best program for funding; a grant that is 75% province and 25% municipality “and suggested the Developer (Badlands Motorsport) could make an arrangement with the Municipality to pay the Municipality’s 25% share.” The cost could be $15M total. This information was shared with Council by the Developer.
Council moved to send a letter to confirm the above information with Minister Dresheen, and to ensure that this funding would not decrease the County’s normal STIP funding which is used for bridges and roads. Council, with all in favour, approved the writing of a letter. Reeve King noted that this is a made in Kneehill County project, with all revenue staying in the County.

So just to summarize:

• One of the only requirements that Kneehill County* gave the developer is that the developer had to develop and pave the road to connect the site with the #9 highway, which the developer agreed to. The estimated cost for this is $15m.
• Now, the developer has been unable to raise those funds through its investors.
• The developer has been in touch with ministries regarding funding.
• The county has heard that a local municipal initiatives fund would be most appropriate for this grant, which stipulates 75% paid by the province, 25% paid by the municipality.
• The muncipality is further suggesting that the developer pay the municipality's share, and is sending a letter to Minister Dresheen to inquire further, making sure doing so wouldn't impact other funding the county receives through this grant.

Now, there are a lot of things to unpack here. I think the biggest is that the developer is already reneging on financial commitments made. This should be absolutely a red flag that the project is not on solid financial footing, and devoting provincial money to it, especially with the lack of review that this has received, is absolutely irresponsible. And if the investors are looking to shirk responsibility for the road because it's an asset they don't own, how can we expect them to uphold the bare minimum of the environmental protections they've given vague lip-service about honouring?
Additionally: who are the ministries that the developer inquired with? Presumably Minister Dresheen's department of Transportation. Then someone with the county heard that the MLI grant would be appropriate? Who advised them of that? The Department of Transportation, perhaps? Then a plan is hatched for the developer to pay the county's share of that, removing any county obligation? Is it just me or does it sound like this is all a plan for the government to back the project specifically with taxpayer money, without having the province have to go through the usual optics of supporting a controversial project, and without having the county pony up their end of the cash normally required for this grant?
Regardless of who's idea this end-around is, it's an abuse of the concept of shared-infrastructure spending. The point of having shared infrastructure spending between multiple levels of government is so that both levels of government have skin in the game, so to speak; that a municipality identifies priorities that it is willing to put its own budget behind. If the municipality is not standing behind this grant as something that they are willing to invest in, then it is no longer a shared infrastructure expense but a direct government handout to support a controversial development that lacks its own solid investors. If his own investors don't want to pay for this road, and the county doesn't want to pay for this road, why should provincial taxpayers be paying for this road, when it serves nobody except the developer and the track's private users? The purpose of infrastructure investment should be to support things that are to the benefit of people who live in the area, not prop up a high-risk development that primarily provides benefit to people outside the district, in the hopes of future tax revenue. Are people in other small towns okay with the government taking money out of this infrastructure investment fund to save private developments?
* For some additional background on the county politics here, the development is on the very corner of Kneehill County, and bordered on three sides by Wheatland County; this includes the nearby community of Rosebud. As such most of the locals who object to this are in Wheatland County, and have no standing or connections to challenge this in Kneehill County. This would absolutely be quashed if the development had to go through Wheatland County instead. Kneehill County is highly financially motivated at the moment because another one of their big-development-for-tax-revenue schemes, a plan to build a massive landfill near the village of Carbon to handle waste material from Calgary, fell through this month after a huge local outcry. But with the racetrack, the outcry isn't from their own constituents so they'll do whatever they can to push that through, and the more of the bill the province foots, the better.
TL;DR: After having already talked to the government, a racetrack developer tells county to get $15m grant for the road development that he had previously agreed to pay; he'll pay them back the required municipal portion of the grant to get around the grant's requirements.

What's going on $FFIE family. I just wanted to post this video here and hope you all can check it out because the gentleman in it brings up some really interesting points that I wanted to outline.

Essentially, he discussed in a previous video that possibly millions of shares that don't exist are floating around out there, there was 95% short interest on $FFIE currently; however, these CAT numbers are likely not true and its possible that the short interest is actually a lot higher - while the short sellers are saying that they can sell off all of these shares in anywhere from 30-60 minutes. If you are paying attention to the price, we all know that these clowns cannot do this because they would:
a) have to take a massive loss if they did this.
b) this great community is gaining momentum over them and are owning more and more shares, which is causing us to control the supply of the shares available on the market
Part b) is very important because what the man in the video is explaining is that, the amount of shares that are being reported available are much more than what is actually in circulation. Why does this matter? Its possible that these guys are doing something called 'naked short selling'. This is an illegal practice which involves market manipulation. How does it work? Let's take the scenario we are in.
So to briefly summarize what the normal short sellers hope for is:
1) borrow $FFIE shares from their brokerage at a high price, with expectations price will fall
2) They sell off the shares for the high price
3) They buy the number of shares they need at the price the shares dropped to, return the borrowed shares back to the broker and profit the difference.
Where we get the drop on the short sellers:
1) short sellers borrow $FFIE shares from brokerage at a high price, with expectations price will fall
2) We buy lots and lots of shares and control the supply amount of shares that are available on market by holding them
3) short sellers need the price to come down, otherwise they sell at the higher price and lose money, but get the borrowed shares back to return to their broker to make them whole
What the man in the video is explaining may be happening:
1) short sellers originally and illegally said they had 'borrowed' shares from a broker and are looking to sell them (prior to our large movement or during and up until the present moment)
2) they then 'sell' the shares (that again they don't have) to a potential buyer. That buyer pays these naked short sellers money but they never receive the 'borrowed' shares they were promised.
Just a note before I go on:
I see a lot of people giving each other shit for panic selling. I'm not saying that this wasn't happening or called for, but some of these drops could have been from these naked short sellers who were manipulating the stock price downward illegally? How?
3) the hope of the naked short seller is that in general, they will do this to drive the price down forcibly, buy the stock back at the lower price and then provide the original buyer with the stock to make everyone whole. In turn, they pocket the difference. As you can tell, there is fraudulent behavior in this method and its also manipulating the stock negatively (which is of course an SEC no no).
Here is why: If these sellers come around and tell people they have stock that they don't actually have, this creates more supply of stock (although this isn't the case and this 'stock' that they 'own' doesn't exist. If we look at simple supply and demand, this means there is more supply of the stock, so this causes the price of the stock to drop, as a result).
So in our situation that we are in right now, is unique and as the days go on, we're exposing these naked short sellers. The reason for this is because we are getting to a point where volume is stabilizing and we are owning more and more stock as a community. So then you have to ask yourself, if this is the case, where are they even getting stock to sell and still bringing the price down at these levels? The answer is that they likely are naked short selling and bringing the stock price down illegally and manipulating the price.
Now before you all freak out (too late I'm sure) - this information may actually be a really great thing for us and these people who are working against our efforts. As Sun Tzu said in the Art of War, 'If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles.'
Why is this difficult for us:
Obviously, whether we hold or not, these individuals can drive the price down (so long as they can keep this charade up - BUT and its a big BUT - there is a time limit and problem with this (this is the good news, I promise)).
Why is this beneficial for us:

• It exposes the potential strategy of those on the other side of our trade - so we can create a counter strategy against this.
  
• According to FINRA's rules, there is something called a threshold list. If a company gets on this list (which $FFIE has made it on the list), it means that there are individuals that are shorting the stock, but not paying the shorts back over consecutive days. We know this is happening in general, but as the guy in the video discusses, the amount of shares that are being shorted (he says potentially hundreds of millions) and the short interest %, do not make sense, nor does it make anymore sense of how long they are saying it would take to pay the shorts off (30-60 minutes). So its likely that these individuals cannot cover these shorts at all, and there potentially could be reason to believe that they are way in over their head and likely are manipulating the stock to bring it down with their desperate attempts we've seen so far.
  
• Based on my second point, this is really important because opened shorts on the threshold list have a time limit to be FTD (Failure to Deliver). As of today, we are on day 5 of being on the threshold list with FTD (according to the man in the video). FINRA rules require that if the shorts on the company remain on the threshold list for 13 consecutive days, the short seller must immediately close out their positions by purchasing the shares and in the case of naked short sellers, they may be subject to margin calls with the broker if they can't buy the shares outright (in our situation, this would be the case because they are hesitant to buy, since we are keeping the price too high for them - in turn, this would cause the short seller's account to fall below a maintenance margin and the margin call would be initiated (again sometime after 13 consecutive trading days of them not buying the shares). Also, even in some rare occurrences, the brokerage can take a loan against them and will get the money from them by possibly taking other assets through legal action. The man in the video mentions that a lot of times, these individuals wind up also getting fined and write this off on their taxes.
  
• This is huge because this gives us somewhat of a timeline of about how long they potentially have to buy back their shares before they truly start running into problems. It doesn't mean on that day that this is it and we get our short squeeze, but I would think that this could possibly shorten our timeline down and gives us a better idea of how long they have to make a move and kind of how things may progress from there. It could take longer than this, its not set in stone.
  

**Remember: Those who are doing naked shorts are doing so illegally. They literally are telling people to give them money for shares that they don't have, with the hope that they will buy lower priced shares after they've driven the price of the shares down from a top, by introducing shares that don't even really exist into the market. They are in trouble if they cannot hand over the shares to the seller who gave them the money. That won't really last long. The pressure is definitely on because they are committing fraud. So there is that for them to deal with too.
So to summarize:
Naked short sellers are potentially working against us by illegally driving the price down through selling shares that they don't have. Given that the amount of shares being short sold (in the hundreds of millions) probably cannot be delivered in general because they aren't real, the stock having very high short interest % (probably much more than what is actually being reported) and the CAT numbers are telling us that these individuals can buy the shares they borrowed back in anywhere from 30-60 minutes (despite us all owning, holding and in some ways controlling more and more of the supply of the stock), this is hard to believe that any of this is true. Since we now have this information, we can anticipate what these mfers are going to do, which is illegally drive the price down so that they can try and delist the stock from the Nasdaq and buy back the stock for cheap, and eventually get their way.
What can we do?
1) Keep the price above a dollar to avoid Nasdaq delisting.
2) Keep buying and holding shares to wait these fuckers out until sometime around June 4th or 5th because at that point, they will start feeling the pressure and according to FINRA, this would be 13 consecutive days of them not paying their shares back, which can result in potential margin calls and their brokerage may liquidate their assets to buy the shares back at the higher price or slap them with a loan against the naked short sellers, if it ever gets to that point (at a later date) - remember though, this may drag on past this point, its not a guarantee but something I'd like to ponder with you all more about.
3) Pay attention to any other news regarding the company and keep up to date with the fundamentals as well
I may have completely misinterpreted this video because the gentleman takes us in a legal direction and looking at the matter in that way. However, I feel that this information could still be favorable for us all, but you all tell me what you think.
