Hey guys took the exam on Monday, May 21 online. Was on pins and needles until I received the results today roughly 24 hours later. Super excited as I received Above Target in all 3 domains! I honestly wasn’t sure if I passed or not but I felt good about it! At first I wasn’t sure because I just received the “congrats for taking your exam, your results will be sent within the next 5 business days” message. I wasn’t sure if that was good or bad because when I took the CAPM online I did receive a provisional passing message at the end of the exam.
I took the CAPM back in March as my employer required it for a promotion. I passed the exam with T/AT/AT/BT, and that is honestly what gave me the confidence to go for the PMP. I figured I was already in the habit of studying daily and I might as well take the PMP as well while I still have the knowledge fresh in my mind. So I scheduled the PMP exam for May 20.
I primarily relied on SH, taking all the practice questions and exams and redoing the ones which I did poorly on. I did take the full mock exams 3 times. Averaging a 65% total which I thought was low and I kept doubting myself on whether or not I was ready. I found that I wasn’t taking my time to read questions or all answers thoroughly before answering. So come test day I committed to taking my time to read slowly. I also purchased AR’s PMP course which I only listened to while at the gym, mowing the grass or in the car.
The test went well, I used all the time available and used both breaks (2 10 min breaks at question 60 and 120). I flagged questions I was unsure of for each section and reviewed at the end to make final decision. I used the strike through tool as well to cross out answers I knew were incorrect. There were 2 or 3 matching questions which I thought were easy and I believe only 1 formula related question. Lots of agile practices questions. I honestly think the SH questions were slightly more difficult.
Advice - do SH daily, figure out what areas you’re scoring poorly in and focus on those. Don’t doubt yourself. Read questions and all answers thoroughly. Tell yourself “YOU GOT THIS”. Cheers. -R

I’m a first time mom, first baby in mine and dad’s family and friend group! I am supposed to give birth June 30th and everyone is very excited.
My dad is flying out July 1-14! I’m a little nervous since im not sure how labor and recovery is going to go but my dad is very helpful, kind and low maintenance so i trust he’ll just assist in my recovery and daily chores.
The issue is, my grandpa, grandpa, sister, and one of my best friends want to fly out between July-August. Everyone wants to come see my baby before she’s even 3 months old, i feel very blessed that we have such a big community and support system but im a little anxious.
That’s all only accounting for out of town family, my in town family and friends numbers to around 15 that’ll all also want to be visiting in July.
Do yall have any advice for boundaries I could place? Or maybe a list of things I’ll likely need help with? I’m grateful for the support but I’ll have no idea what I’ll need help with or how to keep them entertained with such a small, fresh, not even month old baby!
I’m also worried about her being safe with so many people coming to visit.

I discovered Shortcut last week and I can’t stop playing with it. I wanna create a Daily Report for my job and I want to add some kind of time sheet to record the time of the worker on the field.
I’m pretty sure my shortcut is way to heavy for what I need to do but here is my problem:
I have a menu that ask if i want to add a worker on the job.
If you choose Yes.
I have a list with the name of every worker + [other] at the end.
I add Choose from List and the a Set Variable [worker 1] to the choosen element.
Then I ask for Number with the Prompt : what time did [worker 1] started working.
I ask a couple of other question and add variable to the anwser ie. Worker1TimeIn, Worker1 TimeOut etc etc.
And the before the end of the option Yes I put another Menu inside the first menu.
My question is : is there a way to do this thing easier or quicker?

I came in it's a shit show. Everyday.
The other week fresh truck was rushed unopen boxes shoved in on sales floor refrigerator. Should I run those? Was it all overstock? How much in the back was this truck? Zero communication.
The boxes are still there everyone's claiming "not my job" "whoever did it can fix it".
It's actually not my job they haven't let me off main register more then 10 times in a year. I can't pull shit out the overstock freezers or even the sales floor and watching register at the same time customers every 2 to 6 minutes with regular constant 20+ minute lines.
Items in wrong spots people just blameing others. I'll fix it when possible but it's a new one daily.
3 day sales adds not pulled and wrong dot items in the sale section so I (on register) have to suffer Karen's wrath.
Can't find coworkers after circling the sales floor 3 times (bathroom phone time or talking to people outside for 20+ minutes usually) so I an SA has to do MODs job and do a return/refund.
MODs take so many smoke/phone breaks I just check outside and break/bathroom fist anymore to save time.
