2024.05.21 20:23 Past_Froyo Seeking Advice from Fermentation Enthusiasts: How Do You Manage and Record Your Fermentation Process?

Hello everyone,
I'm passionate about fermentation and have been experimenting with various projects like kimchi, kombucha, and homemade yogurt. However, I've noticed that keeping track of different batches, remembering when to check on them, and recording results can sometimes be challenging.
I'm curious to know how others in the community manage these aspects. Specifically:
  1. How do you currently track your fermentation process? Do you use notebooks, spreadsheets, sticky notes, or something else?
  2. What challenges do you face when managing and recording your fermentation projects? Are there any particular pain points or things you wish were easier?
  3. Do you use any digital tools or apps to help with this? If so, what features do you find most useful? If not, why do you prefer traditional methods?
I’m particularly interested in any thoughts on what could make the process more convenient and efficient. Your insights will be incredibly valuable, and I’m excited to learn from the collective wisdom of this community.
Thanks in advance for your help!

2024.05.21 20:20 JamFranz My coworkers and I live in fear of winning a certain award. This year, I was the nominee

I stared, mouth dry, heart pounding, at the message from my boss – That awful combination of words that my coworkers and I pray we never see:
“You’re in the running for Employee of the Year.”
For him to send something so callous via email – that was just rubbing salt in the wound.
My eyes glazed over the wall of text that followed. I didn’t need to read the details – I’d cleaned enough of the prior winners off the walls and ceiling of the soundproofed breakroom to know exactly what the award entailed.
After that initial, deep pang of fear faded, denial flooded in to take its place.
I wasn’t just hitting my sales quota, I was blowing it out of the damn water – selling big ticket items daily. I never forgot to place the stickers with my barcode on the products, either, so when my customers checked out and it was scanned at the register, the sales should’ve automatically been linked to my employee ID.
We don’t receive commission – there are other ‘incentives’ to keep our sales up. I hadn’t been watching the numbers because I knew I was making sales left and right – I would've never even dreamt that I was at risk.
It was just a glitch with our computer system, I decided with a nervous laugh. It had to be – something IT could probably sort out in no time.
When I finally regained control of my legs, I wobbled to my manager’s office.
There was no miscalculation, he assured me. It was my employee ID that ranked at the bottom.
“The barcodes never lie, Graham.” He didn’t even bother making eye contact.
I was circling the drain figuratively, and if I didn’t get my shit together – literally – soon enough.
I begged him to review the camera footage – I knew he'd be able to see me making all those sales. “Don’t worry,” he added, with a smile vacant of anything remotely resembling happiness, “One way or another, we all contribute to the success of our company.”
I suppose that by then, he was long desensitized to the pleas of the desperate.
As I left his office, I assured myself that this wasn’t a death sentence.
Not yet.
I had another month until they recalculated our final standings, before shit would get real. Before I’d be given a limp handshake and an empty ‘Thank you for your devotion to the company’ as I was led down the hallway. Before I’d meet what lives behind the usually padlocked door in the shadowy corner of the breakroom.
Before I’d learn what it truly meant to sacrifice myself for the good of the company.
Word spread fast around the office.
Kevin gave me his smug, shit eating grin – maybe he thought that with me out of the picture, he’d finally have a shot with Elise.
Elise… I just desperately hoped that hers wouldn’t be the name drawn afterwards – the one selected to hose what’s left of me off the breakroom floor and down the stained, rusty drain.
As required, I began parking in my new designated space at the far end of the employee lot – the faded sign indicating ‘Reserved for Employee of the Year’ nearly swallowed up by the encroaching tree line. It added an extra ten minutes to my walk to our store, and I dreaded that added time in the oppressive Texas heat. The rational part of me knew that was soon to be a moot point, though.
One way or another, in another month, I wouldn’t have that parking spot. If I were lucky, I’d live to see another summer – live to see some other poor bastard’s car parked there.
If they hadn’t already heard the news, when the rest of my coworkers saw my car in that space, they knew what it meant. Don’t get too attached.
They started avoiding me like the plague. I didn’t blame them.
We all knew what would be coming next if my sales didn’t improve – it's the same thing that happens every time:
We’d gather for the mandatory meeting on the closing night of the fiscal year, all eyes on the sorry son of a bitch that had ‘won’ – the room so quiet that you could hear their muffled sobs. They’d receive what barely constituted a handshake from my manager while he muttered – dead-eyed – his appreciation for their devotion to the company.
Next, they’d be ushered off to the breakroom to meet ‘corporate’. No one tried to run – not after what happened in '19. Instead, the winner would always turn back, shooting us a desperate, final look – eyes pleading for someone, anyone, to intervene. And, of course, no one ever did.
Once the door closed behind them and that sound-proofed room swallowed up the last of their sobbing, begging – it was over. The rest of us would be sent home and I'd try to shower away that disgusting feeling – that sick sense of relief that someone else was sent to their death, and not me.
Cal – the nicest guy I’d ever met – he was the bottom performer two years ago.
He’d fallen so ill that he’d nearly wasted away and eventually, couldn’t work anymore. He must've thought that freed him from his contract – if he left, if he never came back into work, he’d be okay.
He must not have read the fine print in our hiring paperwork.
Although, to be fair, if any of us had read it, we'd never have signed it in the first place.
Cal was a warning to the rest of us, that there is no quitting in our line of work. If they have to track you down and find you (and I promise you that they will find you) – well, wouldn’t you prefer to go with your dignity, with the company compensating your loved ones – rather than be pulled from your home, kicking and screaming into the night?
Gina was employee of the year in 2023. Gina, with the kind smile, whom Kevin had set his sights on before Elise – and, just like Elise, she wanted nothing to do with him.
I still remember that day, the day they released the final numbers. The way Gina’s mouth hung open in confusion, shock.
When she finally managed to form words again, she too insisted that there must be some mistake. We all vouched for her to management – I’d personally seen her make so many sales.
Our manager simply reminded us that the barcodes never lie.
My name was the one drawn for breakroom duty that next morning, to pick up what remained of her smile and her simple gold wedding band, to be returned to her family. In one business week, they received a box containing a check, and everything left of her that wouldn’t fit down the drain.
Once the numbers are finalized, once your employee barcode has been slapped on that innocuous looking pink slip, well, your fate is sealed.
Kevin, in all his years at the company, has never parked on the far side of the lot. He has never even come close to becoming Employee of the Year, even though he couldn’t sell a bottle of water to a man dying of dehydration. He is sleaze incarnate and doesn’t even have the charisma to mask it.
I never understood how he did so well, but I couldn’t afford to think about him.
I had myself to worry about, and the glitch in the system. Any time I found myself in the breakroom, that ancient wooden door was an unwelcome reminder of the impending one-way trip it held for me.
I took special care to keep an eye on my sales, working my ass off, pulling double shifts. I pulled up the numbers as the end of month drew near, and couldn't believe it.
I was still dead last.
Somehow, there were days where less than half of my sales had been recorded to my employee number.
I didn’t understand.
I waited for the opportunity to sneak into the manager's office, and pull the footage myself.
I’d show the boss that something had gone wrong with the calculations, that the system was broken.
I finally got my chance. At first, I triumphantly watched myself make sale after sale – far more than had been credited to my account. For the first time in a month, I felt a sense of relief. I had evidence, and that had to count for something.
I switched feeds, to the camera nearer to the registers so I could confirm that the codes were being scanned. I'd seen several scanned successfully, and reached to turn off the recording. That's when I saw it.
Saw him.
Kevin.
It was subtle. I didn't realize what he was doing at first, until I recognized the pattern. Even then, I had to rewind and watch again for it to click.
It happened for nearly half of my sales that day. I saw him Intercepting the customers before they could check out – before I could get credit for my sales. And while he chatted them up, he discretely slapped his employee barcode over my own.
I confronted him that night – I was furious. He just smiled, smugly gave me that line about how the barcodes never lie.
He didn’t give a shit that he was sentencing someone else to death.
Hell, maybe he even enjoyed it.
Kevin had stolen credit for Gina’s sales – and god knows who else's.
Fucking. Kevin.
The day our numbers were to be finalized, he had the audacity to place his barcode over mine on a huge sale I’d made – he made no attempt at hiding it – right in front of me. He flashed me a grin as he did.
I caught up with the customers before they checked out and they kindly allowed me to peel the sticker off. I stuck it in my pocket to show my manager.
I pulled the video, too, and I stormed into his office, refused to leave until he watched it. I studied him as his eyes moved across the screen and if he was upset or shocked, he certainly didn't show it.
Finally, he met my eyes, and at the sight of the pain in his – well, for the first time, I felt a sense of relief.
Until I realized why he looked so miserable. Until he whispered, “I'm sorry, Graham. Someone has to receive that award tomorrow. It's out of my hands.”
I wordlessly handed him that damn barcode sticker of Kevin’s that I’d peeled off. He studied it for a long moment before he handed it back to me with a mere, “Why don't you hold onto this.”
I told Elise what had happened over lunch, and as much as I appreciated her outrage on my behalf, I was already resigned to it. I'd mainly wanted to warn her because I had a sick feeling she'd be the one Kevin went after next.
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't devastated when, that night, my boss called me into his office and informed me of the final standings. Yeah, I knew it was coming, but I guess it's just human nature to hold onto denial – hope – until the bitter end.
For what felt like an eternity, we stared at each other in silence. The presence of the pink slip of paper lying on the desk between us, said more than enough.
Finally, my eyes drifted down to the form.
He’d already signed, but the space where my barcode – the series of vertical lines spelling out my death sentence – should’ve been placed, was empty.
I never knew how this part went, since it always took place behind closed doors. No one that ever filled out that form lived to tell the rest of us about it.
“I need you to place a barcode here before I send the form to corporate.” he said, eventually.
I opened my mouth for one final, impassioned plea for my life, but he interrupted me. He spoke each word slowly, softly.
“I’m leaving the room now. I need you to place a barcode here, before I send the form to corporate.”
He stared at me for a long moment, waiting for my barely perceptible nod of acknowledgement before leaving me alone in the office.
They processed the paperwork, and announced the Employee of the Year that next day.
Yes, I did feel a pang of guilt as I watched the smug grin fade, the blood drain from Kevin’s face as he stared in shock at the outstretched hand of our manager – as he was thanked for his devotion to our company.
I felt it again as I watched him plead all the way to the breakroom, as our manager spoke to him the same mantra we’d all heard before.
The barcodes never lie.
But I thought of Gina, of the countless others, and by the time I heard the door slam behind him – the guilt was already gone. In its place, the relief of knowing the rest of us were safe.
Well, at least until next year.

2024.05.21 20:14 millyJon AI-Generated Copy In Modern SEO

Using AI-generated copy for SEO purposes in the short term can be a viable strategy, provided it is done thoughtfully and with a clear plan for subsequent manual revisions. Here are some key considerations:
Benefits of Using AI for Initial Copy:
Speed and Efficiency:
AI can generate content quickly, allowing you to populate your site with relevant information faster than manual writing. Utilizing AI-trained engines that provide Copy focused KW content can substantially cut down on manual FTE loads of your "human" copy efforts.
Cost-Effective:
It can be more affordable, especially if you need a large volume of content in a short period.
SEO Optimization:
Many AI tools are designed to include SEO best practices, such as keyword usage and structure, improving your initial search engine rankings. The short-term effects allow you to see results of larger KW capture in a shorter period of time.
Considerations and Best Practices:
Quality Control:
Ensure that the AI-generated content is reviewed for accuracy, relevance, and tone. AI content can sometimes lack the nuance and depth that human-written content provides. Although AI has the ability to drastically shorten some of the time associated with writing copy, revision-related resources should remain about the same. Even with AI it is always necessary to fine-tooth comb all copy.
Uniqueness and Originality:
AI tools might produce content that is too similar to existing web pages, which can hurt your SEO. Make sure to use tools that emphasize unique content generation. Utilizing some complex multi-tool approaches can produce uniqueness of content in a very short amount of time. Generally, I opt for Super-scripting 4oChatGPT (Push) to Claude for revision.
User Experience:
Content should not only be SEO-friendly but also engaging and valuable to your audience. AI-generated content can sometimes be too generic. The right term for preconditions in super scripting is: "Burstiness" Milly's secret word .... shhhhh
Regular Updates: Have a structured plan to manually review and update the content. This can help in adding a personal touch, ensuring relevance, and maintaining high quality over time. Eventually, the AI-generated content needs some manual edits. Most SEOs are kidding themselves if they think that they are a head of Google (+ the other search engines curves). It is only a matter of time before the lag catches up to you and the new Algo update comes out.
Compliance with Search Engine Guidelines:
Ensure the AI-generated content adheres to Google’s guidelines, avoiding keyword stuffing and ensuring content is useful and informative. This can be easily accomplished through proper scripting but also must be revised. We have learned its not perfect.
Structured Plan for Manual Changes:
Set a Timeline:
Define specific periods when the AI-generated content will be reviewed and revised by human writers. It is critical to have effective timelines for this and a strategy that marches in lockstep with any new AI content that is going up.
Prioritize Content:
Start with the most critical pages (e.g., homepage, service pages) and gradually move to less critical ones. For Fast and Loose projects this is true, if we are talking blog-related content, just start with the highest traffic/value indicators.
Monitor Performance: Use analytics to track how the AI-generated content performs in terms of user engagement and SEO. Adjust the manual revision plan based on this data. It is important to closely track the performance of AI vs. HUMAN copy and content. I have found strange anomalies where AI will perform better than my copy (I might be bad at writing copy) even after the fact of the manual corrections.
Incorporate Feedback:
Gather user feedback on the content to understand areas that need improvement and to guide the manual editing process. I have found that there are subtle ways to do this, that also crowdsource activity and TOP (Time on page) metrics for certain pages. Good to build out in a template, will pull good data.
Continuous Improvement:
Treat content as a living asset that needs regular updates to stay relevant and effective. This is true always. We all know this.
By following this approach, you can leverage the benefits of AI-generated content while keeping long-term quality and effectiveness through manual revisions and human work.

Leave some feedback below, I am curious as to what the community thinks about this.

2024.05.21 20:10 QuickFail5353 Is insurance and medical assistance this bad for everyone? My dad is being put through hell and I'm at a loss for what to do.

If this is the wrong place to ask, please guide me to the right place.
One day around 2 years ago, my dad basically woke up with severe nerve pain. Basically a huge web of nerves in his torso are going haywire all the time, causing frequent severe spasms. It has completely degraded his quality of life. On his best days he can barely get to the mailbox and back. He had to completely relearn how to move so he wouldn't cause spasms. He had to unlearn basic muscle memory for things like grabbing milk out of the fridge. If he slips I'm honestly afraid it might kill him. This has caused significant physical degradation. He can't sit at a computer chair for more than 2 hours before needing to lay down or in a recliner for at least 30 mins. Work didn't provide any accommodations and when they stopped work from home, he was left incapable of working, and work recommended he go on short term disability. The medical system is really slow, so they didn't even find out what the source of his pain was within the STD timeframe, and he was put on Long Term Disability. Eventually a specialist figured out what the nature of his condition was and found the first treatment that actually stopped the spasming, Nerve Ablation. Radiofrequency Nerve Ablation is supposed to be done every 3 months, but the spasming started again after about 6 weeks from his first procedure and was back to full strength by 8 weeks. Also this didn't remove all his pain, the nerve spasming has left his shoulders and chest in extreme musculoskeletal pain, his only relief is when he's motionless and medicated.
Pretty much right after his first procedure, his insurance called and basically told him his condition is being managed and that he is ready to go back to work. They didn't even get his condition right, they described it as musculoskeletal stiffness, so he was left with no option but to appeal. We got his whole medical file and I've been organizing it for him (it's an absolute nightmare). There is no rehabilitation plan from the doctors in the case file, which includes the doctor's notes from his dr.'s appointments. There's no 'moving forward', no plans from anyone. Oh also despite his condition being 'managed', the time between his first procedure and second procedure was over 4 months, instead of the 3 he was told was supposed to happen. So it's not like he's even getting the treatment he's supposed to on time. Even if it was on time it only relieved him for half that time, leaving him no opportunity to rehabilitate before the spasming starts again. Also there's a signed note from his family doctor from just weeks before the claim was dismissed saying he's not ready to return to work yet.
They seem to think that since it's an office and sedentary that he should be able to just return to work. He can't drive due to his meds, he can't walk from the car to the office, he can't carry any weight (a water bottle is too much for him on his spasming side and he needs a cane in his good hand) [also keep in mind the difference between carry and lift, he can lift a milk jug because it's done so quickly, as opposed to carrying that weight over a distance], and he couldn't sit in the office chair for more than 2 hours before laying down, and laying down specifically was not accommodated at his office back when he first was 'suggested' to go on Short Term Disability. Getting a chance to stand up and move is not enough.
Insurance cut him off, and just today his CPP disability claim was dismissed because his doctor didn't provide them with documentation in time. He's so worried about his own suicidality that he had my mom hide his pain meds so he wouldn't OD on them. This long, slow process has been chipping away at his mental fortitude, between the constant pain and the stress he's completely hopeless, a shell of himself. His cognition has also degraded in this time, from the pain or from the mental aspect, I don't know. It's been really scary to see him spiral, and I have definitely seen the most of his day to day. Despite all of this, he actually does want to return to the workforce when his condition is actually being managed, that's a major part of his despair actually, he sees himself as worthless if he doesn't work.
We're getting in contact with a disability lawyer to help, but I'm really hoping to find any and all assistance that might be available. Lawyers are expensive and without his disability claim he is dangerously close to being completely screwed financially. Please, any ideas?

2024.05.21 20:06 bzjeep The reality of "customer loyalty" is a shame

I realize this will likely warrant a bunch of "don't let the door hit you" comments; however, I just thought I'd share my disappointing experience after being a customer for nearly 12 years.
I'm currently on Magenta 1.0 with 4 lines. After one EIP and insurance on 2 devices (billed separately), I pay a total of $171 per month.
I recently reached out to T-Mobile to inquire about upgrading all 4 devices and after eligible trade-ins and discounts, I would have been paying a new total of $318 per month.
I decided to shop around before making a decision and after getting a similarly terrible offer from AT&T, I went to the Verizon website where I noticed they were doing a limited-time online-only promotion on the new iPhone.
I was able to get 2 iPhone 15 Pros and 2 iPhone 15s without having to trade-in my current devices (which I can now turn around and sell) with insurance on all 4 devices (billed separately) for a total of $253 per month.
It truly is a shame that customer loyalty is no longer rewarded these days.

2024.05.21 20:05 xiphia How's your grail going, and how are you doing it?

I'm down to 8 items on my solo online grail:
I play a fairly even split of solo on Switch, and p5 on desktop (I've got 4 spare accounts after I lost my patience with other players in public games).
While I could build a Pitzerker I would find the repetitiveness of the grind a little bit too much, so I just grind whatever the current TZ is as I gradually get all classes to 99. Currently got 99 Paladin, 99 Assassin, 96 Amazon, 94 Barbarian, 94 Sorceress, 92 Necromancer, and 92 Druid. More or less taking turns to do a level per character to keep things varied.
I find it kinda funny that almost half the items I'm missing are from TC3 - doesn't seem worth focus farming them until I've found all of the high level drops!

2024.05.21 20:05 Short_Memory_72 How do you keep your modern C++ skills fresh?

Hello,
I am a person who recently joined their first company a couple months ago. The role is decent, the pay is great… but the tech is outdated. We are still on C++17 at my firm and while I have learned some things during my time at this company, my company is in an industry where low latency programming is really important, and when I interviewed for other companies in the industry, they made it abundantly clear that expertise of C++20 and above is crucial for the industry.
I would like to get more modern C++ programming experience while I stay in this role so that I have some job mobility in case my future in this company goes awry. For those of you in jobs where the tech is behind, how do you manage to keep up? I’ve started reading some books on modern C++ programming and I’ve been trying to find open source projects to work on, but I haven’t really found many projects online that make use of a lot of the modern C++20 syntax (e.g. concepts, ranges, even older stuff like CRTP). Would appreciate any input!

2024.05.21 20:05 BoatsAreBad There is a new #1 DO school for highest first-time board pass rate (It's in Texas, but is not TCOM)

Sam Houston State University College of Osteopathic Medicine has had an unprecedented start since its founding in 2019. It currently sits as the 2nd cheapest DO school in the country by Cost of Attendance just after TCOM. SHSU's inaugural graduating class had a 100% match rate with a decent share of competitive matches-especially for a brand new school (see link below). SHSU became the first and ONLY new COM to be awarded "Accredidation with Exceptional Outcomes" which is COCA's highest level of accredidation that only 12 COM's currently hold, the two most recent additions were established 17 years ago. This grants SHSU-COM 10 years of accredidation which has never been granted to a new COM. SHSU-COM is the 7th public COM and the first to be created with legislative support since 1977. It has the financial and administrative support of the 3rd oldest university in Texas, SHSU. It currently holds the number 1 spot for average board pass rate, and has a top 3 rank in first time pass rate from this past year. Sam Houston recently broke ground on a new health science center that will share a parking garage with the COM housing a PA school, PT school, and various Master's programs. The school has already opened a handful of residency programs, and has stated their main focus for the next several years will be to expand residency access in East Texas.
Sam Houston State University means business. If you are a Texas applicant you should consider keeping Sam Houston on your radar, especially if you are from the Houston area. https://www.shsu.edu/academics/osteopathic-medicine/divisions/educational-affairs/accreditation https://www.atsu.edu/faculty/chamberlain/website/comlex-level-1-pass-rates.htm#rank
Disclaimer: Yes I am a current student at Sam and I am proud of my school. I really believe in SHSU's mission and I think very highly of our faculty and my fellow students. I am graduating soon and felt compelled to hype up my school just a little bit because I think its a special place. The comparison to TCOM in my title was a little tongue in cheek, TCOM is an incredible school with a decades long track record of being great.

I interact daily with a lot of people within and outside of the "AI world." A glaring 80% have no idea that Anthropic even exists. The remaining 20% is convinced that all "Claude.ai" has to offer is Sonnet.
They go to the web chat, create an account, try a few prompts with the free models, and decide that's more or less ChatGPT 3.5/4 level so doesn't worth a subscription. They have never heard of Opus, or the fact that "Claude 3" is a family of models with very different capabilities. Even professors and software engineers.
I think that the fact that Opus is behind a paywall and there's no trial whatsoever, and it's not advertised, is keeping a lot of people away. Sonnet is good for many tasks but absolutely not on par with Opus, with what Anthropic really has to offer.
I think you would benefit immensely from giving general public at least some free prompts with your flagship model, and maybe post way more demos spanning a lot of use cases that might be of interest (and generally better advertising for the company.) Please give them the opportunity to know you, really know you. You deserve it.

2024.05.21 20:02 slugknife Advice to keep pushing through failure

I have always loved music, and have been trying to improve as a performesingeplayer for a few years now. When I started, I was absolutely not naturally talented and had to put in a lot of work. Over this time, I have tried to perform, record, and write, but I've also embarrassed myself too many times to count. Several gigs were a nightmare due to anxiety, preparedness, etc. All of these mess-ups have certainly been a learning experience, and I am grateful for it even though I carry a lot of shame. I'm starting to get discouraged, though. It feels like every gig I do something wrong and embarrass myself, and I have yet to have a "great" performance where I feel very proud of it. I feel like my friends are tired of seeing me put on a mediocre show. I know that mistakes are how you get better, but I can't help but feel like I'm embarrassing myself a lot more than some of my other musical peers ever have.
I love music so much and I want to keep pushing through it because I don't know how I could live without it. I want all of these mistakes to add up to something. When I'm alone, writing or playing, I am on fire. I want this to be true for performing live and playing with other people. Any seasoned musicians have some guidance for keeping your head high through failure? Thank you!!!

2024.05.21 20:01 LaCroixpourmoi Trouble downloading patch package files

Trouble downloading patch package files
On server version 13.0.384 (trying to get agents up to 13.0 before next server update). Starting around 5/15, K1000 is not downloading patches detected as missing. In the patch catalog, for example, I can see 500+ endpoints need a Chrome update but the patch size is 0. Running signature update and patch download manually, it sometimes says Updated and sometimes says "Patch Files Status: Error downloading package files". Patch download logs always have this "Error (403 downloading package files)" message.

Per our networking staff, the firewall is not blocking anything/showing any Denys when I run the patch package download task. Any ideas or troubleshooting I'm overlooking, before I contact Quest?

2024.05.21 19:59 ecnarongi Using Twitter Spaces for daily discussions

Is anyone interested in using Twitter Spaces for live discussions, to share ideas, experiences and to network?
How it would work:
We would come up with a topic and someone would make a Twitter Spaces for it, I do not have to be the host, then post the link here so that others could join.
We can discuss our experiences with drop shipping, how to leverage AI tools in business, how to setup a TikTok shop, marketing through social media, how to get into franchising, buying/leasing real estate, running a laundromat/coffee shop/etc., the topics are endless.
For those of us that work at home, this could be a way for us to stay plugged in and keep motivated.
I used to host networking rooms in Clubhouse where I would put people from different industries together in the same room to network and share knowledge. Those rooms were open to the public. People from the public would come in and ask questions and network as well. Because the Clubhouse app no longer works the same way that's the reason I am suggesting using Twitter Spaces.
After our daily discussions we could post a link to the session recording (Twitter spaces allows for the discussions to be recorded right in the app) to continue the discussion here. This will be a way to archive the discussions and be a way for people who missed the live discussion to contribute and catch up.
Let me just say again, I do not have to host I just have experience hosting these types of discussions. If the community decides this is a thing we want, just make sure the person who starts the daily discussion/topic that he/she checks to make sure a discussion isn't already scheduled for the day or currently running.

2024.05.21 19:58 lickmybowls2 Number not in service message

I’m using T-Mobile but think I’m calling a Verizon number. When I call, I get the message “the number you dialed is not in service. Please check the number and dial again. Or call customer assistance at 611. Message dc402mv” If they changed their number, would I be getting this message? Or is this if they don’t pay their bill? I was able to message them via iMessage up until 8:26 am. iMessage says not delivered with an exclamation but anything new is sms and FaceTime doesn’t show either.

New to python and in general. This is my code
import undetected_chromedriver as uc try: # Use undetected_chromedriver driver = uc.Chrome() # Load the Website driver.get("https://www.lootrush.com/collections/gods-unchained") # Keep the WebDriver window open input("Press any key to close the WebDriver...") finally: # Close the WebDriver driver.quit()
It's not a check box, it happens automatically. What can I do to bypass this?
