Make sure that when you realise you are putting other people before yourself as a priority then you’re not going to get the type of man or people attracted to you that you need. When you can get somebody in the click of a finger and they’re not used to that it means you are valuable and that they are not necessary. They are very unnecessary and therefore they feel like you have even more value because you don’t need them. You don’t need them, they need you. That’s why they seek you out. Make sure you’re not getting caught up in silliness. If they’re not putting you first, you’re gone. Three years ago I was getting yelled at a public train station (which we had to take because neither of us had a car) by my dusty disgusting ex. I lived in a cheap apartment with four unsavory roomates and their boyfriends. Now I live in a luxury high rise with a conceirge and valet. All I did today was get a facial, sit by the pool and shop. I don’t have to worry about a SINGLE THING and every man in my life treats me like a queen. I’m truly breaking generational curses; my dad left my mom with four kids alone while she worked at Denny’s waitressing overnight. If it weren’t for Shera’s wisdom I don’t know where I would be today but I just give thanks every day that I saw the light. This is my one and only life so why shouldn’t I be living peacefully and bougie.

It’s crazy how fast life can chance when you realize your worth and act on it. Keep on inching further and further; the more luxurious things you do the more the rest of your life catches up. It literally started with me going to the expensive nail salon instead of the cheap one. Then I felt like I deserved more. I moved into a nicer apartment that was out of my budget at first, then a nicer car, then I started buying designer bags and now I live in an ultra-luxurious place. Small steps and the rest of your life will catch up in time. Of course look your best every day and be healthy. And do not give a second of your time to anyone who does not treat you with respect, remember if they’re not adding to your life they are taking away.

At any weight my mental game was tight, it was good. I could get anything I wanted, so it never really held me back. The only thing that would ever make me feel insecure about anything is… I really don’t have a lot of insecurities anymore. I had the normal insecurities of a child. So it’s all about how you feel about yourself and how you value yourself. You don’t base your self-worth on what other people think about you.

And the reason why I teach people you gotta look good if you want to turn heads and make men cross the room is because if you are trying to get a date, yes, you have to be concerned with what other people find attractive. But that should not ever play a role in your own personal self-esteem.

We decided to rent Santander bikes in Shoreditch Park. While we were busy at the terminal, a teenager was constantly walking behind us and trying to look as casual as possible. Just in case, I stared at him so that he wouldn’t try to come closer, although I didn’t really understand what he wanted. As soon as we paid for the bikes and received a piece of paper with the code, he rushed to the bikes and began trying to enter different combinations. Since we had one code for two bikes, I was afraid that he would be able to take the bike before us by spying on one of us or listening to the sounds of the keys (I don’t know if they are different for each number?).
We have not been living in London for very long and it is very unusual to think that, apparently, he tried to steal a bicycle, for which TFL would then withdraw money from our card. 😳 I wonder if this is a common occurrence in London? What is the best thing to do in such a situation?

M22 Today I had enough, I was in an exam and had my phone closed and got over 10 miscalls alongside messages and texts about why my phone is off. I argued with my Nparent on the phone. I go home and sleep for a while and wake up. Hi, I made a free app to help people keep track of their habits without putting too much pressure on themselves. Here’s how it works:

1. Every day, during the day, I track the most important things I want to keep doing (working out) or limit (scrolling). I note down each time I do something I want to do. Its feels extra good to acknowledge it. Somehow the acknowledgement of the action feels like a free bonus reward.
2. I also note down each time I do something I don't want to do. By noting it down I feel that I'm facing up to the reality that I'm off target. It feels good to reset towards my goal.
3. Finally, I note down each time I almost succumb to temptation to do something that I don't want to. It's a wild feeling each time I do that. It feels like a real course correction, and sometimes I get a chill from doing it.
4. At the end of each day, I review how my day went. When the day went as I wanted, it feels good! When the day didn’t go as I wanted, I reflect back on the day and decide what to do differently tomorrow. And then I set my intention for tomorrow.

By the way, I started this method by tracking tally marks on paper. But my papers got out of control. Sometimes I would lose them. And there were too many. So, in my spare time I coded up an app to help me.
I don't plan to make money from this app. It has no ads or in app payments and it doesn't mine your data. I already built it for myself. I enjoyed making it. And it doesn't cost me anything for other people to use it.

I mean, I'm not going to ruin his birthday, make anything about me, et cetera. I got him a nice gift, wished him happy birthday, did all the good boyfriend things. I'm certainly not going to discuss my trauma shit with him today.
But it's hard. He has a family, and I don't -- aside from my sister. He has friends, and I don't. Even now that I technically don't qualify for PTSD, he has so much less trauma than I do; and recovering from that trauma won't fix stuff like the social skills issues that I have as a result of extreme isolation.
All of that is a good thing! I'm glad that he hasn't had to go through the same stuff. I'm glad that he has a support system. But... Why him and not me? Why do other people get parents who care if they live or die? Why do other people get a real support system?
I'm on my way to being a healthy and functional adult (though I know that this post doesn't sound like it). EMDR therapy is working extremely well to treat what was PTSD until this week, and I think that I'll be able to go back to college by next year. Functionally, it'll count as an immense accomplishment for me to start at age 31 where most people do at 18. Why did I have to be the person who has to go through a 13+ year, herculean effort just to live a normal life?
My partner is surrounded by love. So many people actually care about him. And on rare occasions, like today, it's a reminder that I don't have that.
I should probably mention that EMDR can be very triggering, and I was already triggered about these things before today. It's just... Worse today? Yeah.

To keep it short, I want to buy a PSA10 (got a reason for it) card of Latias, their favourite pokémon. I know they'll value artwork over rarity, and find japanese cards cool, so, having looked around on ebay, I think I want to get "Latias 195/172 VSTAR Universe 2022" (lol can you tell I don't know what I'm talking about). I see that the vstar universe pack has a Latias Reverse Holo 105/172, but that is different artwork, and I think they'd like the 195/172 version's artwork better.
A few questions. What does the 195/172 mean? Vstar universe is the pack it released with, right?
And, is there only one version of this Latias card, or are there holo's and non-holo's? Because as far as I can tell there is only one version, but then in some ebay pictures I dont see a holo effect at all and in some I do. Is this just a difference in cameras/lighting?
And as for pricing, I see some of these PSA10s of this card go for 30 euros ($32) and some sellers ask $50-60. What is a fair price? What should I be aware of before buying?
