2024.05.07 19:49 Five_Slow Anyone had audio trouble with new Samsungs? (S24+, S24U, Flip 5)

Has anyone else had trouble with the voice navigation on new Samsungs? We all got new phones recently, and my dad noticed first on his S24+ that after a couple minutes of using Waze, the voice directions stop working. The app continues working, but it doesn't play any audio for navigation.
I tried this on my S24 Ultra, and didn't seem to have an issue the first time, so we returned my dad's phone and got him an Ultra as well. He tried it immediately and it failed to play the audio for directions.
The following times I tried on my phone, it also failed. I was listening to music via Bluetooth, and it will mute the background audio like it's about to talk through the app, but then it just stays silent and keeps the background audio volume low, until you close the app.
My wife tried and also confirmed she had trouble on her Z Flip 5. This makes me believe it's a OneUI issue.
Has anyone else experienced this?

2024.05.07 19:44 One-Dragonfly-5143 Heos HS2 Amp not being detected when in bluetooth mode

My amp which is in a different room to the tv is not connecting via bluetooth. Normal bluetooth headphones don't have a problem with that sort of range. I then put it back in bluetooth mode and tried connecting via my phone and once again it did not work or even get detected. All other features work so its not the biggest of deals but please let me know if there is a way for me solve this.

2024.05.07 19:39 Ok_Alternative_4300 C-Eagleeye 12x32 tested worth keeping

This is a good quality sub $90 HD Binoculars purchased from Amazon. I actually decided to keep it after doing more testing and it's kind of neck with the $600 Japan made Maven B3 10x32s in glass but with more magnification.
Build quality appears to be very good so.ilar to my SVBONY SV202s there's some heft to them probably just over one pound in weight.
They're clearer than my Bausch and Lomb 12x25s.
Appears to have a little tunnelling but not that bad.
Chromatic aberration isn't offensive either looks very minimal I'm impressed.
Bought these used in very good condition for a discount likely one that was returned to Amazon by a previous customer for refund.
I haven't done any low light testing yet but during the daytime these are just fine.
The 10x42s are another pair from this brand I also bought at the same time and decided to keep as well more testing needs to be fine for that one but initial impression good enough to keep.
The 10x50/20x50 C-Eagleeye Porro Prism Binoculars sucked so they went straight back to Amazon return for refund.

2024.05.07 19:21 slybrows Looking to buy two new cars at the same time - two new Toyotas?

My husband’s car is a 2008 4Runner (200k+ miles) and I have a 2006 Scion tc (only 100k mi). They’re both getting old, starting to have bigger issues, and we’re interested in the features newer cars have (bluetooth audio, backup cameras, I’d love 4 doors… lol).
We have enough money to buy two new cars in cash this year m. We’re thinking we should both get a hybrid because most of our driving is <20 miles/day, in the city. But on weekends we do big road trips and vacations, sometimes a thousand or so miles of driving in a day or two. Not enough chargers round these parts for a fully electric road trip. Yes, we do sometimes utilize the 4Runner’s off-roading abilities on these trips.
We LOVE our 4Runner so looking at the new hybrid version… but is it bad to buy a brand new model of a car? Will they work any issues out that we should wait a year? I know it’s suggested a lot but I think the highlander looks like a suburban mom’s mini van, can’t do it. One of the things we DON’T love about the new 4Runner is that it’s wider than the 08, we have narrow parking spots - is there a similar SUV we should consider?
For mine we want a medium sized sedan. I’m thinking a used car, maybe a used Lexus hybrid? But no idea where to start.
We’ve had nearly zero issues with our cars, chalked it up to how awesome Toyota is - should we stick with or look elsewhere? Thanks!

2024.05.07 19:20 IcedKofe Need help — game does not use my bluetooth earbuds while voice chat is active

I need some help. I usually play with bluetooth earbuds, but now that I have a set of friends to play with I now use voice chat to communicate easier. But when I do, and when I enable voice chat while using my earbuds, the audio will now be on my phone, and the mic naturally using my phone.
I'm not sure if there's a setting I need to adjust or something with the game, but how do I solve this?

2024.05.07 19:20 makinthingsnstuff First time G7 user

So I've been using the g6 here in Canada for over a year. I started the g7 yesterday as I thought it'd be an upgrade. This morning it decided to unpair and needed to reconnect. I tried the standard trouble shooting(disconnect Bluetooth, turn back on, restart phone, unpair all devices) and nothing..
I was using my Bluetooth headphones, which was never an issue with my g6. When I called to get a replacement the rep said he would not recommend using Bluetooth headphones if I choose to run the g7 app. When I expressed never having this issue for over a year of g6 use he got defensive. The rep said this has always been a known risk and that I just got lucky.
Has any one dealt with this? I'd listen to music with Bluetooth headphones for hours at a time without issue with my g6. My phone is a new Samsung, for how expensive dexcom is I would've expected a better response🙄

2024.05.07 19:17 Recent_Inflation4059 JBL Flip 5 stuck in Service/Lock Mode?

So I recently bought 4 identically black JBL Flip 5 speakers from eBay, and it seems like all of them are stuck in Service/Lock Mode (which is activated by holding Bluetooth and the power button for a few seconds.) In this mode, none of the buttons work and the only way to listen to music is by connecting the speaker to the phone/pc over cable.
Normally, you should be able to deactivate this mode by charging the speaker and pressing the Bluetooth and Play button again. I know that this should work because I own another gray flip 5 which is able to switch between service and normal Bluetooth mode. (So it should be a user error). Also, I don't think the battery is broken because it reads the same voltage as my working speaker.
Could there be a problem with the Software/firmware?
Thanks beforehand for any help :)

2024.05.07 19:08 twoscoopsofpig I'm a Windows admin who wants to enroll a Macbook Pro in Intune...

...but i can't seem to get Apple Configurator installed on an iPhone, which means I can't use Configurator to add a Macbook Pro to ABM to then wipe it and make sure it can talk to Intune properly.
Backstory:
We've got MobileIron and ABM set up for our iOS devices, but we're a Microsoft shop in all other aspects, so we're migrating to Intune for non-Windows OSes as well. I've procured a single license of Apple Configurator in ABM's Apps and Books through VPP, but that seems to have exactly zero bearing on availability or manageability in MobileIron (which was set up before my time). To my knowledge, we didn't purchase these Macbooks through a reseller that is/was tied in with ADE for our ABM tenant.
I think the problem is that I'm signed in with a managed Apple ID. Does that mean I have to use a regular Apple ID to get Configurator installed? That seems like it shouldn't be necessary, because using a personal Apple ID for business purposes is insane.
I've already tried pushing the app to the iPhone with MobileIron, but even then it won't install because, again, my Apple ID can't be used to make purchases. Ignoring the incredibly stupid semantic argument that even a transaction that includes no money changing hands as a "purchase", I'm not even installing something from the App Store - I'm using Apps@Work, which shouldn't even be worried about that.
I was able to find a ZIP file for Apple Configurator on macOS (which talks perfectly well with my test iPhone), but that doesn't help me go the other way.
If there's another way to get the Mac into a state where I can manage it through Intune, I'd LOVE to hear it.
Side rant:
Having to manually add a device from an app that has to run on a separate device physically near the first device using some sort of RF voodoo (UWB? Bluetooth? Wifi? Who knows?) is ludicrous at scale. We have most of our iOS devices in ABM already, but is that the same as having it provisioned for Automatic Device Enrollment? I can't tell, and Apple docs are extremely unhelpful if you can't get to the exact place they expect you to start from.
I understand the nuance and even some of the reasoning behind the managed Apple ID restriction, but if I push an app, I mean it. Install the app. Don't tell me I can't have it because I have the wrong kind of credential - I'm God the MDM admin. I have a reason, a mandate, and the rights, credential type be damned. This is why Windows has unassailably better adoption in the corporate world: when an admin says "install an app" Windows damn well installs the app. The app may not be configured right, but the implicit contract is that the admin is responsible for that, and Windows is responsible for Just Following Orders.

2024.05.07 18:55 HannahExeZip Making a call using Phone Link, but hear it through my laptop?

THE PROBLEM:
I am trying to make a phone call using the app Phone Link.
I can make my phone place the call, but the audio is on the phone. I am trying to hear it on my Bluetooth earbuds, which are connected to my laptop.
There is a "transfer to PC" button, but that is grayed out (see photo: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/749316166878625843/1237444045173686374/image.png?ex=663bab12&is=663a5992&hm=9e4eb6cdc71f3f061f9ea1317eadfba55bf6d4b3ff42fe70abda4f0dd71676d9& )
I have also tried to change the audio source from my phone so that it is to my laptop. It immediately snaps back to "speaker".
WHAT I HAVE TRIED:
I have rebooted both my phone and my laptop.
I have removed and re-added the device from both the PC side and the phone side on BOTH Phone Link, AND through the bluetooth interface.
WHEN HAS THIS BEEN HAPPENING
I bought this laptop a month ago and I have honestly never tested it before.

2024.05.07 18:51 KingsXKey Has anyone setup Windows Hello for Business Remote Passport and Dynamic lock?

We're an Intune shop and have been testing out WHB. Great so far but I saw that apparently you can set it up to where your laptop will pair with a phone and when you walk away it should auto lock your laptop.
Has anyone been able to set this up? We're deploying through intune and I have setting to enable it, but connecting our phones to Bluetooth doesn't do anything.
I also saw a setting in Intune for Dynamic Lock Plugin field, but I'm not sure what values it's supposed to accept.
Any advice is appreciated.

2024.05.07 18:46 Lord_Long_Rod That Time “Huntley Diden” Visited My Stripper Bar

Back in the ’90s I operated a titty bar called “The Bearded Clam”. It was an upscale joint, ya know what I’m sayin’? We did not discriminate at all against the Jews and the A-rabs, just the blacks. Even knife fights were rare in my joint! Who am I? Well, due to legal reasons I am told not to disclose my real name. So you can call me “Sal”.
We didn’t allow no prostitution in my joint, unless the guy gots money. If he gots money, then I would set him up in a back room I had fixed up in the back. I stored our cleaning products back there. But I threw a twin mattress on the fuckin’ floor and covered it up with plastic. Presto!! It is Casa La Amore. I would put da client back there with one of my goils, collect the guy’s dough, and set an egg timer for 10 minutes. You gotta “ding” before that bell rings! You know what I am saying? HA HA HA HA!!! Otherwise, I will have my nephews, Brutus and Hercules, drag your sport ass out to the pocking lot and beat the living out of you. Capisce? You get none of MY goils’ cooch unless ya pays me for it!
Well, that was a long time ago. Eventually I got pinched for taxes and the fucking IRS shut me down. They tried to put me away, but I told da feds a couple little stories I knew about some greaseballs we both know, and they cut me a deal. They gave me a new identity and set me up in the suburbs out in the Midwest. But now I am 78 years old and living in a retirement village in Florida. I run the numbers racket in here, see? I even got a couple of these old broads here on payroll. I pimp them out for a hundy a hump! It provides me with a little piece of spending money and keeps me outa trouble.
All in all, things could be worse. I could be rotting in some shit hole federal prison and sharing a cell with one of those jig-a-boos, I guess. Here at “Aging Acres” I got a roof over my head. I get 3 meals a day. I got a cute little Spanish chick with a tight little ass I slip a few bucks to every Saturday night to blow me while she sticks her finger up my ass. She looks like that ding bat in Congress. What’s her name? IUD? No, no.. wait… AOC!!! Yeah, that’s the one!
So, back in 1998, I think it was … Let me tell ya this story. Back in 1998, I think, I had this VIP come into my joint with his son. He was a real high roller. He said his name was Joe Diden, and that his son was Huntley Diden. These were obviously not their real names. I recognized that dirty motherfucker as soon as he set foot in my joint. He came into the joint with the kid, spent a lot of money at the bar, and bought several lap dances.
Both of them were wearing ties and coats, like they just came from their white collar jobs. But instead of pants, they was both wearing sweat pants. They thought they were being cute. They thought they was gonna rub their little pencil dicks up against my goils, through them flimsy pants. But I been in the business a long time, so I know these stupid games the assholes play. So I decided to keep a close eye on these two fucking perverts. One drop of jizz and I was going to put Brutus and Hercules on these two ding dongs, Sicilian style.
Well, I had business to attend to off the premises. I had this thing I had to do. I had to go get rid of a thing, Capisce? So I left my manager, Renaldo, in charge of the joint. He was a poof ball, but otherwise a good guy, and a hard worker. I figure a poof is good in this line of work because they won’t constantly be trying to fuck the goils, ya know what I mean?
Well, at around midnight me and my cousin, Johnny Lasagne, were finishing this task for which I took my leave from my joint. We were putting our shovels in the trunk of Johnny’s Monte Carlo when my cell phone rang. It was Renaldo. He was hysterical. It seems that those two sweat pants wearing motherfuckers were touching my goils and creeping them out. I told Renaldo to get Brutus and Hercules up there and wait for me to get back. I wanted to take a few whacks at these two fuckin’ gibrones myself for disrespecting my goils. I told Johnny, “Don’t take them shovels home just yet, ok?” He nodded.
When I got back to my joint I found Hercules applying a choke hold on Huntley. The kid’s face was already turnin’ blue. Daddy was busy trying to fast talk his way outa this shit with Renaldo. Brutus had Daddy’s pants and shorts pulled down and holding his nads tightly with a pair of pliers. His nads were turning blue too. Brutus was threatening to pop Joe’s nuts like a zit on some pimply face kid. I intervened.
“WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE?!?”, I demanded to know. It turns out that the kid, Huntley, busted a nut through his sweat pants during a lap dance. This is a BIG no-no in the business, and gets ya a brutal ass kicking, you know what I fuckin’mean? These little pricks … I don’t know what kind of dick shriveling disease these fuckers have. I don’t want my goils exposed to that shit!! The first time one of my clients get the clap after dinkin’ one of my dick cozies and word gets out?!? I AM FUCKED!! This would fuck up my business like nothing else could.
Then, as if jizzing my juicer without paying weren’t bad enough, the old man started going up on stage and sniffing my dancers’ hair. It creeped the fuck out of my goils. I don’t blame them either. That is some weird shit right there! But it was when he started grabbing their tits and shit that he truly crossed the line. DON’T FUCK WIT MY WHORES!!! Otherwise, you is going THROUGH the fuckin’ door, amigo. Capisce?
Well finally this old prick got reasonable, probably because one of his balls blew out under the pressure of Brutus’s grip. Joe offered me $10,000.00 cash, for “my troubles”. I said, “Let me see da fuckin’ cash, ya degenerate maggot.” Hercules escorted Huntley to his Beamer to retrieve it. When they returned, Huntley was carrying a brief case and sporting a new shiner he did not have a moment before.
Huntley opened the brief case to expose what turned out to be nearly $20,000.00 in cash, along with a lot of doping paraphernalia and little baggies of coke and a bunch of rubbers. I closed the briefcase, then violently slammed the edge of it into Huntley’s balls. “I will take it all, you no good, degenerate prick”, I said. Huntley hid the floor hard. He laid there and was whimpering like the pathetic little bitch dat he is.
Then I walked over to the old man. He was staring at me with his mouth hanging wide open. I told the old fuck to empty his pockets. He was carried $2.34, a hotel room key, and a receipt from Ben and Jerry’s. I said, “You pathetic prick. Why can’t you act like a fucking MAN!!” Then I bitch slapped him. “WHAP!!!!”
Finally, I called my oriental goil, Ding Dong, over. I asked her if either of these two jerkoffs had touched her. She said the old guy sniffed her hair while he had his hands down his pants. I had Hercules make the old guy vertical. Then I said, “Ding Dong? I want you to shit on his fucking face!” She promptly obliged my request. After that I told Brutus and Hercules to ride both of these two cock suckers out into the middle of Gater Swamp and dump them out, then to sink their fucking Beamer into Wood Booger Bayou.
After dat I had one of my black boys clean up the mess. I went home and went to bed. That was the last time I seen them Diden boys. Good riddance, ya know what I am sayin? Ha ha ha!! What a couple of stupid fuckers, thinking they can do whatever they fucking please with no consequences. Fuck that!!
It weren’t long after that occurrence that I started having IRS problems. Heh heh heh!! Motherfuckers!! But I had my ace in da hole that old Joey did not know about. All I had to do was drop dime on a couple of swarthy drug king pins and PRESTO!! Not only am I a free man, but the feds are putting me up at their expense!!

2024.05.07 18:46 Economy-Bookkeeper68 Suggestion for buying headphones

Hey guys I been looking forward to buying a pair of Headphones but I am unable to choose which one
My purpose is music listening and also gaming. I could go for a dedicated gaming headsets but the good wireless ones are falling out of my budget (my budget is ₹10k or $120 in terms of USD) and I also wanna use them with my iPhone
I found that Skullcandy offers Bluetooth connectivity on both PC and smartphone. I also saw a review where the person said the headphones offer good gaming experience (it was the Crusher Wireless but I think they are pretty old so it might not be easy to find them)
I am confused among these models
  1. Crusher Wireless.
  2. Crusher Evo.
  3. Hesh ANC.
  4. Hesh Evo.
Which one of these would be best for a good gaming experience (for games such as Valorant on PC and PUBGM, CoDM on mobile)?

2024.05.07 18:45 Confident_Major4365 Bluetooth mouse interfering with Bluetooth controller

So I recently got a new asus rog strix keyboard which I'm using the dongle connection thingy (it also supports Bluetooth and wired) and a new asus spatha x mouse which I'm using the Bluetooth connection (or at least I think it is).
It has a weird charging dock thing which u connect with USB and then pair the mouse to it with Bluetooth
My previous keyboard and mouse were both wired.
now with my new wireless keyboard and mouse, it seems my dualsense 5 controller isn't pairing anymore. Why is this? Is it interference? Something about "Bluetooth profiles"? How do I fix this?
Are there other subreddits I should post my question to?

2024.05.07 18:27 softtechhubus How You Can Optimize Your Content for Voice Search in 30 Ways

How You Can Optimize Your Content for Voice Search in 30 Ways
How You Can Optimize Your Content for Voice Search in 30 Ways
Voice search usage is growing exponentially as more people adopt voice-controlled devices like smart speakers. Ensuring your content is optimized for voice search will become increasingly important for discoverability and conversions. In this comprehensive guide, we will explore 30 effective ways you can structure, format and optimize your content for voice.

1. Focus on User Intent

Keep user intent front and center when developing content for voice search. Analyze the types of questions or needs your target audience may have and focus on directly answering those. Anticipate what users might ask through their devices and provide clear, relevant responses. Having a deep understanding of user intent will help improve the relevancy and conversational nature of your content.

2. Optimize for Mobile and Technical Aspects

When optimizing for voice search, it's important to ensure your website is technically able to handle the increased traffic that may result. Make sure your site is mobile-friendly and loads extremely quickly on all devices. Technical aspects like page speed, responsive design and structured data can significantly impact discoverability. Also claim and regularly update your Google My Business listing if it's relevant for local searches.

3. Target Long-Tail Keywords

When identifying search terms to target, focus on long-tail keywords that reflect the type of natural language, conversational queries people use with their voice. These tend to be more specific, multi-word phrases as opposed to short-tail head terms. Incorporate your targeted keywords naturally throughout headers, body text, meta descriptions and other elements. Ensure your content directly answers questions expressed through those keyword phrases.

4. Create Conversational Content

Develop content with a clear question/answer format that directly responds to queries users may have. Use conversational language and write in a friendly, casual style similar to how you would speak. Keep sentences short and easy to understand when read aloud. Aim to answer questions in around 29 words which research shows performs best for voice search snippets. Also structure your content clearly with headings, bullets and formatting for quick scanning.

5. Optimize for Location-Based Queries

When it makes sense for your business, develop content optimized to answer local, location-based questions from users. Target location-specific keywords or phrases. Consider features like local packs in Google Search Console or location extensions on Google Ads to further optimize for localized intent. Keeping your Google My Business listing up-to-date and claimed is also important for local visibility.

6. Optimize for Featured Snippets

Since featured snippets offer a quick "top of search" response to queries, structure your content to be easily digestible in condensed snippet format. Use formatting elements like lists, tables and bold text to break up longer answers concisely. Pay close attention to snippet best practices like concise length (around 29 words) and ensure your answers directly respond to relevant search queries users may ask through voice.

7. Use a Conversational Tone

When writing for voice-powered searches, it's important to embrace a natural, conversational tone similar to how one would speak. Steer clear of technical jargon, complex sentences or wordiness. Use contractions where appropriate to mimic casual discussion. Keep vocabulary and phrasing straightforward for easy understanding when queries are read aloud by AI assistants.

8. Optimize for Mobile

Given the inherent mobile-nature of voice search usage, ensure your website is fully responsive and optimized for small screens. Use a fast-loading design with minimized assets and compressed images. Consider voice-specific enhancements like enabling voice commands on your site or adding dynamic menus for contextual navigation. Usability testing across various devices can help identify mobile optimizations to prioritize.

9. Implement Structured Data

Leverage schema.org structured data markup to provide information about your business, contact details, services, products and other content in a machine-readable format. Search engines use this metadata to better understand what your pages are about. Popular schema types for voice include LocalBusiness, FAQPage, and QAPage which help with visibility for relevant queries. Make sure your structured data is implemented correctly using validation tools.

10. Prioritize Page Speed

Page speed is an important ranking factor across all devices, and in voice especially where responses need to be near-instantaneous. Use techniques like image compression, code minification, browser caching and a CDN to serve static assets faster. Check your page speed score on tools like Google PageSpeed insights and aim for 90+ for quick loading times. Speed impacts the quality of experience for users interacting via voice.

11. Optimize Answer Formatting

When structuring answer-based content like FAQs, ensure your responses are cleanly formatted using techniques proven to enhance readability. Formatting elements such as lists, bold text, italics and tables help break up long snippets visually for quick scanning. Stick to around 29 words maximum which proves ideal for voice snippets appearing in search results as seen in Google consumer research studies.

12. Conduct Keyword Research

Take time to analyze relevant voice-focused keywords and questions through keyword research tools. This will provide deeper insights into conversational queries your ideal customers are asking through their voice assistants. Identify long-tail, multi-word phrases related to your industry or offering. Factor these primed keywords directly into your on-page content, social posts and paid media placements.

13. Structure Content Clearly

From your initial content outline down to detailed implementation, structure all information in a logical, scannable manner. Use descriptive headers, subheaders and bulleted lists to organize your material and guide the user smoothly through your discussions or tutorials. Clear structure promotes rapid understanding which is especially important for AI systems parsing your content for voice search snippets.

14. Use Conversational Writing

When crafting content, emulate a natural back-and-forth discussion style mirroring how one would verbally communicate with another person. Write in short, straightforward sentences and avoid complex terminology when possible. Weave in rhetorical questions to prompt user interaction, and respond conversationally in your ensuing content. This friendly, engaging approach helps optimize understanding and engagement for voice situations.

15. Prioritize Mobile Design

With the explosion of mobile interactions, prioritize an optimized experience across diverse devices through responsive design. Use flexible grids, scalable images and intuitive interactivity. Conduct user testing across phones and tablets to eliminate glitches like download delays or broken functionality. Balance readability with impact through minimalist layouts and formatting tailored for thumb use.

16. Implement Structured Data

Beyond providing metadata, leverage schema.org's structured data vocabulary to semantically enhance internal and external page elements. Markup everything from individual products and articles to entire site sections, locations and FAQs for deeper crawling. Pair schemas like HowTo, BreadcrumbList and QAPage with conversational snippets to achieve complete natural language understanding for bots.

17. Optimize Assets and Code

Minify JavaScript, CSS, JSON and HTML files to trim unnecessary characters for faster loading. Leverage image formats like WebP and adaptive JPEG serving to compress visuals losslessly. Implement browser caching, asset hashing, subresource integrity and other performance best practices. Utilize a CDN for redundant file distribution to distributed nodes for blazing delivery.

18. Enhance Readability

When optimizing short snippets, employ techniques proven to boost scannability like formatting, font shifts and emphasis. Break up longer answers into a simple numbered or bullet list. Italicize key terms, bold critical elements or intersperse short phrases with commas for natural read flows. Consider including helpful visual aids like tables or charts too for voice-constrained snippets.

19. Research Keywords In-Depth

Vet industry-specific keywords at different intent levels from informational to transactional using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs or Keyword Shttter. Extract clusters of related long-tail phrases to target conversational topics comprehensively. Analyze competitors' top-converting searches to uncover new angle opportunities. Focus volume on keywords that reflect natural language queries from users.

20. Write Simply and Directly

Explain technical concepts, products or complex ideas in straightforward simple terms that translate smoothly to speech. Use short sentences, active voice and avoid obscure jargon whenever possible. Get straight to the point with minimal frills, crafting content optimized for rapid parsing by AI bots and immediate understanding by consumers. A+ readability paves the path to seamless comprehension.

21. Test Usability Broadly

Conduct in-depth cross-device testing on an array of mobile OSes and browsers to nip all UX issues. Check for glitches like long load times, choppy interactivity, broken links or inconsistent formatting across screens. Leverage tools like Google Mobile-Friendly Test to validate standards compliance and catch egregious errors. Fix bugs immediately and monitor optimizations through follow-up tests.

22. Validate Structured Data

Double check markup structures with the Google Structured Data Testing tool or third-party validation services. Resolve syntax errors, disallowed values, outdated parameters and other invalid issues that could compromise readability. Verify implementation across all website pages to bolster understanding site-wide. Repair malfunctions as soon as possible to leverage structured data benefits without delay.

23. Monitor Key Metrics

Leverage data from tools like Google Search Console, Analytics and synthetic monitoring scripts to track crucial metrics over time. Focus on page speed performance scores, time to first byte/full load, snippet impressions and traffic/conversion changes. Make informed strategic tweaks based on successes and failures based on quantitative insights. Optimize iteratively for continual voice search enhancements.

24. Target Featured Snippets

Audit internal and top competitor pages through Semrush or Ahrefs for snippet win opportunities. Craft responses optimized for these short slots by addressing related top search terms with concise 29-word answers formatted attractively. Carefully structure content on seminal topic keyword pages for snippet eligibility. Regularly refresh pages with targeted updates for fresh snippet consideration.

25. Enhance Readability Scores

Check passages throughout your site using tools like Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level or Flesch Reading Ease algorithms. Target elementary scores for universal comprehension. Use monosyllabic words, short sentences and easy vocabulary to maximize approachability when parsed by voice systems. Factor conclusions from these assessments into your content style moving forward.

26. Prioritize Conversion

While boosting natural search visibility, optimize your content additionally for on-site tasks like signing up, making a purchase or downloading an offer. Insert prominent calls-to-action adjacent to relevant educational passages. Use frictionless opt-in forms requiring minimal interactive steps. Streamline funneling to converting actions like checkout for voice-initiated customers.

27. Consider Voice UX

Beyond pages alone, contemplate a seamless multi-device experience with voice interactions in mind. Enable far-field microphones, contextual menus and natural language understanding consistent across touchpoints. Enhance functionality for fatigue-free hands-free control. Uncover and solve points of friction during prototyping with representatives from your target demos. Deliver joy of discovery through sound.

28. Adopt Best Practices

As search engines continue updating algorithms, conform to evolving schema standards for optimal understanding long-term. Stay current on optimized formatting use cases like How-To structured data. Participate in training and certification programs to certified best practices. Outsource implementation to experienced agencies if needed until your team builds requisite schema and voice search expertise. Continual learning fuels technological leadership.

29. Leverage Multimedia Assets

Beyond text, incorporate optimized videos, images, podcasts and other multimedia to cater to visual and auditory learning styles too. Add closed captions and chapter markers to videos for searchability. Optimize assets through techniques like alt text descriptions, transcriptions and playlists to bolster engagement and accessibility across platforms including voice assistants and smart displays.

30. Refine for Performance

Even with solid fundamentals, regular testing and refining pays dividends. Continually update flagged pages with fresh snippets targeting conversion-driving queries based on data. Deconstruct topics into more digestible modules and language. Craft alternative responses based on seasonality or real-time events. Monitor algorithms with tools like SEMrush Rank Tracker to stake preemptive claims through ongoing optimization, outpacing competitors adapting at a slower pace.
In conclusion, optimizing your content for voice is a strategic priority to stay discovered in an increasingly hands-free world. Prioritizing user experience, technical performance, clear organization and a conversational tone across all touchpoints will elevate your authority while boosting qualified clicks, leads and sales through the most ubiquitous digital assistant - your voice.
