Umm so today i got a call from an employer who i didn't know but he was my relatives friend's son who called me in the morning asking if i wanted to go for work i said yes and then my relative called me to confirm it that they asked someone known to them for work. So i went to work with him in the morning and reached the worksite afternoon so we had to put drywall basically this was the work. We were working and questions were being asked from timr to time from me by him and i answered him as it was my first day to work plus it all was new work to me i didn't know what to do nor i had experience in this job basically zero. He abused me so many times for not doing something correctly and i am not the guy who engage in this activity like if someone abuses me i let him do that i say nothing because why increase the heat of the moment it could lead to something more dangerous. He already asked me ig i worked somewhere else before i said yes but of course in a different field. There were exams for me so i didn't go at work and then something was going on so i didn't go to work for 2-3 weeks until i was ready to goto work. So back to where i was asked "what do i do all day?" As i said he was already trash talking with me. So when he asked this question i replied to him "what would you do by knowing this?" Then he said "i just want to know what do you do all day if i don't go to work." This felt like a rude question to me plus he wasn't being nice since the start as i already told this above. Then i said to him "i don't want to tell him about me like what do i do all day daily." He then replied that "This is the problem of today's kids they are full of ego. You are egoistic" Ok so i didn't give my detail on what do i do whole day because i thought if i did then he would some line that i told him h would make a joke of me (in a bad way). Hey there!
I'm a very new League player and after playing years and years of Smite, I just went screw it and tried League.
Some things obviously carry over but many things do not.
I've been playing 2-3 days as ADC and recently switched to Support, mainly Yuumi.
I've seen some serious contention regarding Yuumi, but man I've had by far the most amounts of fun with that Champion. Shields saving an ally at the brink of death, long range slows to completely turn a successful escape into a guaranteed kill, shields to guarantee a kill due to the move speed. Anyways, I figure that this type of role, the ability to protect and secure kills in this fashion felt incredibly impactful and fun to me.
I know and understand that as a Support you need a lot of game knowledge, lane presence and know when to roam and where to ward are incredibly important but I'm willing to learn.
I'm really not that interested in top lane as I generally dislike the pure 1v1 lanes.
So my question mainly is, is there like a good resource of tutorial-esque or beginner YouTube series I could watch to help specifically my support gameplay?

I live in an apartment complex and had my car broken into sometime between 10pm on may 12 and noon on may 13. I didnt have a lot in my car aside from some trash and my tools in the trunk. My toolbox was of course lifted and most of them were walmart tools (supertech, Hart). I dont care much about replacing them, although there were quite a few and i had collected them over about 7 years, however there was a snap on ratchet wrench that cant really be replaced due to its nature. If whoever did it somehow finds this post, keep the tools, pawn them i dont care, but if you can just return the ratchet i wouldnt even care.
If anyone in the area happens to see a 3/8in drive snap on ratchet with a blue handle that is branded for united airlines, i would appreciate being notified so that it might be returned to me.

English is not my main language so some of my sentences may look out of places.
One of the things I lack having is friends to talk to. So I'm just trying to find a few friends here.
The things I can say about myself is that I am a good listener. I like being supportive, it also helps me feel valued. I like drawing. I like talking about stuff, I'm not really good at this but I am enthusiastic for many subjects, talking about events and places we go or just small talks.
Usually in afternoon I take a taxi to another crowded city walking for a few hours while listening to music, enjoying the fresh air. I pretty much like variety of movies, anime, videogames. But usually I watch YouTube before sleep.

So, since I grew up the way in which I did, I wasn’t completely socialized. Compared to some kids in my class, I was very social, but I digress.
As I aged, I found myself being more of an observer than a participant. Participating didn’t always work out for me because when I tried, I always screwed something up. I didn’t get the jokes, I couldn’t tell who was being serious (that definitely would have helped me as a young kid and teenager). It wasn’t until I met my spouse that I learned dry humor, and how to recognize it.
Being in the position of an observer has afforded me a lot of room for thought. Like, there was the time in college where my roommates and I were hosting a party. This giant of college kid was mad at his girlfriend - he was drunk and screaming at her (I think some other dude said hi to her).
The man had her pinned up against a wall, one hand on the wall to the left of her head, the other punching the wall to the right of her head.
I was yelling at him to back off, and I was going to insert myself in between them because, as a kid, that’s what I had needed but no one did it for me.
It would have been stupid but the guy made me furious. My boyfriend pulled me away and held me and said, “Wait until he calms down and kick him from the party.” Hey, it was the 1990’s, and I was young. He was young. He ended up being right.
I thought about that girl a lot - wondered if she ever dumped her brute of a boyfriend, or did she stay with him? Never found out.
Later on, I was put in an untenable position where a family member was about to up end their life over some woman - they were going to abandon their kids, their family, all of it.
I managed to get through that, but after all is said and done, and I look at the facts like they are playing cards laying on a green velvet-covered table, I saw how the woman brainwashed him.
1) she kept him from sleeping more than five hours a night;
2) she made up situations to where he was the only one who could solve it for her, such as she pretended like an old boyfriend was chasing her in a car and she needed my family member to keep her safe;
3) she isolated him from his kids;
4) she tried to get him to sign for her to get a new car, and she promised she’d pay for it but she couldn’t buy it unless he signed for it. (Fortunately, he didn’t).
5) she told him what to think. If he tried to think for himself, she wouldn’t leave him alone until he agreed with her. His family were the bad guys. He needed to see that.
5) finally, he was to replace his own kids with hers. He was expected to accept this new family in lieu of everyone he knew and used to love.
It’s a tall ask, you know. And yet, every year, you’ll hear or learn of someone who did go down that road and never came back. Or, they came back but there was no back to go back to.
My job, in dealing with this family member, was to pick up the pieces and deprogram them gently.
You think to yourself: “this wouldn’t happen to me because I’m way too smart. I make educated decisions.” But, near as I can tell, smart has nothing to do with it.
Brainwashing works on how open the subject is to modifying the way they think, and their need to be accepted in their new group. I guess it’s like training a dog: good stimulus equals a reward, bad behavior earns a punishment, either physical or mental.
The subject must also think that their previous way of thinking was sub-par. They must have a low opinion of their intelligence.
Of course, a lot of you guys and gals may already know how it works, or heard about it on a documentary.
It’s different to have a front row seat to, though. Really surreal.
Right now, I have a family member that I am not close to, he is being manipulated hard by his current girlfriend. I see all the signs of what she is doing, it ain’t my first rodeo.
I tell his daughter, “I will do what I can to help, but I can’t talk to him. He doesn’t like me. The only way he can be saved is you and your brother get together and see if you can get some physical distance to happen between this woman and your dad.”
So far - everything we’ve predicted has come true: she’s bled him dry, financially. He went from having a nest egg to selling off all his assets. He has signed on to buy property and vehicles with her. She made him lose his job.
What’s next? His daughter cares for him, but he wasn’t a model dad by a long shot.
So I don’t know what to do there.
And just recently, another family member washed up on my shores. This one is young.
The brainwashing in this case is mental and physical abuse.
In this case, I created a team of three people to work together to help this person see who they are really with.
My job is to create a safe zone for them. Another’s job is to be there and be the person all the secrets are told to. And the last person is supposed to be the persuader, the person who helps this family member stick to plans, to say what is expected without being pushy or negative, so that they don’t go back to the old life.
One of the people on the team said to me, “How are we all talking about this so calmly?” The subject of the conversation was sitting right there in the room. I said, “I know, it’s surreal. But this is how we have to do it. We are going to solve this.”
Delicately stepping, delicately stepping.
I think to myself, had I washed up on my mother’s shores with a problem like this, she would have kicked me back out and said, “Figure it out for yourself, I’m not going to help you. It’s your problem.”
I always knew I was on my own, and I can’t say I didn’t screw things up royally from time to time.
But, also, I know that had I had help, maybe things could have been better for me later. I’ll never know. I still don’t know the answer.
I choose to help. I choose to take my emotional side and shove it in the back, and then find out the chinks in the opponent’s armor.
He may have a lot going for him, but it is not my family member’s job to fix him, to make him a better person. He could be the most brilliant person in the world - but you can’t save some people from themselves. He is harmful, and nightmarish.
Battered person syndrome. It’s another form of brainwashing, where the woman/man doesn’t think they should leave, because there are all these good things about the partner that, if they could just change, would make them the perfect life partner.
I’m beginning to think it doesn’t matter if it is drugs, or being beaten and having Stockholm Syndrome - it’s all a form of brainwashing.
I’m lucky enough to have a good team to work with me.
I was thinking today, as I was still coughing and getting over this horrible sickness I’ve had for three weeks: I’m tired. I don’t want to deal with nonsense but I will because that’s what family does.

I am a full time student, close to getting my degree in 6 months or so, and just recently got a job position as an IT Technician mainly installing, repairing, and replacing POS systems, but also answer help desk calls, a bit of SQL programming, and also handle some of the network and server maintenance for all the clients. Heavy travel is involved, even out of state, and its a family owned business, so I just kind of go wherever I'm needed day by day. Anyways, I currently make 45k a year, working anywhere from 38-45 hours a week and just passed my CompTIA A+ core 2 exam, so I will officially be A+ certified. But with that said, especially considering it is a family owned (about 15 technicians including me, and about 30 employees all together), what should I expect to receive as a pay raise when approaching my boss? Is it even worth asking?
Basically, if I do approach my boss and ask for a raise, I would assume he's gonna offer a small amount, but how much is reasonable to try and negotiate for in my situation?
And hypothetically, if this was a corporation, and I worked exactly 40 hours a week, with no/little travel involved, would the answer be different? and if so, what would a realistic salary increase be in that scenario?

My husband has had 2 small size dogs for over 8 years now. When we met, he already had them and I was completely fine with them since I also liked dogs.
Currently he has no job and has been looking for one but hasn’t had any luck yet. I don’t work either as I’m in school right now, but we don’t struggle financially because he gets a check for being an army disabled veteran. His only duties at home are pay the bills, but also taking out the trash and taking care of his dogs. I do everything else (cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc).
The issue is that sometimes he is lazy and just lays on the couch for hours and forgets to attend his dogs. If they are bothering him because they need something, he calls me so I can go and do it for him. I get so annoyed but he uses the excuse that they are also my dogs, and that I gotta help since I’m their “mom” (and this is so ridiculous to me, but I never say anything about it).
I do help sometimes, but other times I get frustrated because I don’t really see them as my dogs. They don’t even like me, they just like their “dad”, and I hate doing stuff for them. I would gladly do it if they at least enjoyed being around me, but they don’t.
I’m also worried because one of them acts aggressively towards me and both are so bratty and spoiled. I’m currently pregnant and my husband seems to want the baby to spend time and be around his dogs, which I’m completely against (he knows it), but that’s just another different issue. Does anyone else have the same issue with their SO pets?

31. Sumner county has this file. Seth says TBI didn't have it. Seth clarified he has a redacted copy. Says Tony hasn't seen it.
    
32. Tony speaks with authority on it even though Seth said he hadn't seen it.
    
33. Seth rebukes Pascal for prying the issue.
    
34. Something something Church. Seth challenged Pascal to come to the next vigil, Pascal agrees. Let's hold him to that. It's on the 19th!
    
35. Seth says if Sumner Sheriff and TBI won't clear him than they (meaning the Proudfoot's) aren't cleared either. (This is an interesting statement!)
    
36. Pascal than spends the rest of the interview making money from reading superchats priced $5-$50. He made good bank.
    

My thoughts, it's good seeing Seth sober and ready for these interviews. He's definitely trying to be more cordial. Even though I'm crapping on Pascal, and he deserves to be crapped on, he advocated for for a united front from Seth, Chris and Katie. He did however cowtow to the idea that Seth should just get to see all the evidence the police have collected. He's smart enough to understand why that can't happen. Tony definitely has Seth's ear, and he probably helped him out a great deal during the Nancy Grace incident... But I still don't think he's doing it for altruistic reasons. I meant it when I said we should hold Pascal to his commitment to come to the vigil. He made more money in an hour and half than I made in the 8 hours I worked today.
My last thought... An hour and 41 minutes. That's how long that live stream was and the majority of it was Seth and Tony addressing drama that Seth and Tony and basically everyone that wasn't the Proudfoot's created (with the possible exception for Chris calling in to Cluemaniti). At no point did the stream put up a picture of Sebastian. At no point did anyone say or show the number for the tip line. At no point did Seth mention what areas his volunteer searches have covered. At no point did Seth outline areas that still need to be searched. At no point did Seth give insight to Sebastian's personality that could help indentify him. If this was the very first thing I'd had seen about this case I'd know all about Seth and Tony and how they feel about things.. but Sebastian would be pretty much a mystery.

Reasons why I could not stand Carrie as a character in season 3-4 while she was dating aiden.

1. She cheated on him, not once, but multiple times with her ex and it took her weeks to confess to it.
2. When aiden took her back, she constantly made herself a victim for a problem she created. Aiden doesn’t trust her? Whose fault is that, hers, she expected him to 100% get over it without actually doing anything to actually reassure him, you could clearly tell he was not comfortable with big and Carrie continuing a friendship together and he voiced this many times but she told him “I can’t cut him out of my life” but then complained when he never trusted her. Well how do you expect someone to trust you again when you don’t respect their boundaries?
3. She accepted an engagement when clearly she didn’t want marriage. She pretty much wasted his time knowing he wanted to settle down have children and get married, she was dishonest with him from the start and had her own commitment issues clearly.
4. Every time aiden tried to help her she would get snappy at him. He brought her a new laptop, she snapped at him, she also snapped at him at the cabin. Everything he did was always a “problem” for her.
5. She wanted a relationship, but also wanted to be seen as “single” hence for her reasoning to putting her engagement ring in a necklace instead of on her finger.

She was a toxic, narcissistic girlfriend with aiden and you cannot change my mind. Anyone who justifies her actions for cheating are just as bad, anyone who justifies her actions for dragging aiden along when clearly she didn’t want to commit and lied are just as bad, anyone who thinks her actions are justified by still being friends with her ex boyfriend that she had an affair with, you are just as bad

I have a 4 month old puppy. She's very smart and picks up thinks quickly. She has been house broke since not even 3 months. She knows how to sit, stay, come, and even does things that I'm training her for as a service dog. Which is just weird that in the past 2 or 3 weeks she just started to poop under the bed. She can barely even get under the bed too, which is just weird. When I house broke her she was doing great. She would go by the door and bark once for a number 1 and bark twice for number 2. In the past weeks she has only ever barked once. I think in these weeks she has only barked twice 4 or 5 time in total. These few days she been in her custom made crate. (It's big without a top) She NEVER pees or poops in her crate. And every 3 to 4 hours I let her outside, but at night I let her out to get some training done and play time. (She loves playing with my kids.) She still is a pup. But without fail she will go under the bed and poop at least once or twice, one time she did it 3 times in one night. It kind of all started when our neighbors got a dog. I can't even tell you how many holes I had to fill and how many time she has come in very dirty. She gets a bath every week, so she's got used to baths, but it's getting harder when its 3 to 5 times a week. I have 2 kids, and I don't want the smell to stink up my whole house and the dirt to get everywhere. I don't understand what's going on. Is she just afraid of pooping outside cause of the neighbors dog? I thought that too, but she's very good with other dogs and the neighbors dog looks friendly and just wants to play. (Neighbors dog is a puppy as well, but is outside 24/7.) I can understand her trying to play with the neighbors pup and her getting dirty, but poop has to stop. I just don't understand. After all these years, I've never had this happen before. Please help!
