to being this please do your own research on each of these compounds before using them. i am not a medical professional. im just someone who has suffered from the negative effects and am trying to cure myself.
so what i know so far is there are a few issues that cause this syndrome. the 5 alpha reductase process turning testosterone into DHT. because lions mane has dht blocking properties. it can cause an epigenetic mutation/switch and make your body not convert testosterone into dht this is where a lot of the sexual side effects like numbness poor erection quality etc come from.
there are the neuro steroid issues such as low allopregnenolone in which a lot of people have used PEA and had results with it because it acts as a step converter to allo
i believe there is also an issue with low serotonin in the brain due to feelings of impending doom and not having very good over all well being feeling
i have found that it wrecked my gut microbiome in which i have also seen other people report the same thing
it seems as everything combined has caused the cns to down regulate overall. the goal is to get as many systems working properly again in hopes that your body and brain wakes the fuck up and says oh shit i remember how to work properly again
enclomophene12.5 mg every 4 days & skip the 5th day before starting the cycle again
pregnenolone 20mg( you can take this daily but mine is in the same pill as my enclomophene so i don’t end up taking on each 5th day
pregablin 75mg daily for 2 weeks (i have already discontinued)
n-ace-selank spray (200 mcg with morning supplement dose and 200mcg before gym. still use on off days before a big task or something unless you don’t plan to get much done. taking one day fully off out of the week i usually do sundays
-sodium butyrate (watch leo longevity’s breakdown (i use the body bio brand on amazon blue bottle and taking one serving daily))

-PEA dose once in the am once before i lift with a meal luteolin 180mg (it’s mixed in with the pea green bottle on amazon with a white cap it says (54000 mg total) on the bottle i think)
-L-Tyrosine 1000mg (an amino acid that helps the production of neuro chemicals like dopamine and noradrenaline)
-D, L-phenylalnine 500mg (this blocks the enzymes that break down the body's natural “painkillers” gaba 750mg (gaba is the balancer horome to dopamine. if you are supplementing with gaba you need to take it with niacin/your vitamin b complex that has niacin in it. this allows the gaba to pass the blood brain barrier
-creatine 5g
-apple cider vinegar pills (25mg i believe. this helps with digestion and acid reflux (gut issues))
-mk677 12.5mg (must check blood sugar when waking up and before bed(it’s a growth hormone secretagogue. i was originally taking this for body building purposes but GH is neuro protective so that’s why i’m including it on this list)
-magnesium 500mg
-calcium 600mg
-vitamin d (20,000IU as i am very deficient in d3 and so are many other people. i would recommend 10,000. when taking vitamin d calcium and magnesium ensure you take all 3
-vitamin b complex (one serving of the nature made stress one)
-bee keepers complete gut health supplement (1 serving 2 caps. i also consume a lot of oikos yoghurt for additional gut help im lactose intolerant and they don’t bother my stomach
-turmeric 400mg (mostly for my arthritis as some of you know if you have autoimmune issues the LM will exacerbate them so my arthritis has been awful)
i typically drink around 400mg of caffeine a day (i have heard that caffeine can make things worse but my work requires me to be very attentive so i have to use caffeine to keep myself going.

so far im in my third week sense i started. my drive has slightly come back. and my libido has increased
ensure to get 5-10 min of high intensity cardio or 15-30min of low intensity cardio at the end of each workout
i’m also taking 5mg melatonin an hour before bed. sleeping in a blacked out room 9hours a night (7-9) is the range i target although i would recommend 3mg if you have trouble waking up in the mornings. i’m also trying my best to reduce white noise a much as possible so no loud dresser fan only quiet ceiling fan. white noise depletes deep sleep.
i recommend trying your best to stay away from high dopaminergic/hedonistic activities as much as possible so don’t listen to music in the car no porn. i feel as sex can actually be beneficial due to the intimacy keeping you physically interacting. it’s early in the morning i can’t think of the proper words rn i apologize.
when listening to music keep it to just the gym/your exercise.
things are going to get harder before they get easier.
i’m not sure if the pregabalin is necessary so if someone would like to try without implementing be my guest as i was using it to mildly mimmic sodium valproate which i do not have on hand.

i’ve noticed it’s a little bit easier to scower up motivation to get things done. tasks are still somewhat dredding and i find myself having to force myself to keep going but still feeling better than i originally did when this LM issue started.
