A few days ago I made a post about an idea for a Spencer Spinoff… But I have a better idea, Spinoff with Spencer, Gibby and Freddy (maybe sam too). It would play after the last episode of Icarly and we would see what „ the boys“ are doing after „the girls“ move away. I know it would be impossible to do it because of Jennete Mccurdy and Noah Munck , but the ideas is cool.

Hi there! As I mentioned, I've been in a reading slump for about 4 months , and the last books I read that I loved, as I mentioned, were Sister, Maiden, Monster and I'm Glad My Mom Died.
I generally love horror, and I apparently really enjoy biographies. I also read Steve Martin's biography Born Standing Up a few months ago, and really enjoyed it.
I haven't been able to find a book I really love since then. I feel guilty just wasting time on my phone when I could be reading something, anything else worthwhile.
If it's anything, I enjoy horror, comedy, and true crime/ CSI/ forensic sciences, biographies, and anthropology.
In the past, I've read Mary Roach's Stiff and Gulp, both were fantastic. I can't recall the title , but I've read a book on the Body Farm and CSI/ Forensics (it's been like...20 years though, so I don't recall the title), and thoroughly enjoyed those.

Is anyone else super happy that Jennete McCurdy's new book talks so openly about eating disorders? Specifically anorexia and bulimia. She touches on the unspoken eating disorder hierarchys that exist among those with disordered eating as well as different aspects of her disorder. So vulnerable and inspiring, im dying to get my hands on a copy.
I watched an interview where she was explaining the problem with the idea that recovery is a long ongoing process is negative and that discarding that mentality helped her recover, along with seaking an eating disorder specialist. I feel like we need more perspectives giving raw input on this topic, and this feels like a large step towards making eating disorders more talked about since theyre such a prevalent issue as we all know too well.
Sadly, I noticed that in the most recent interviews where she is speaking about the book, she has had to answer to the medias questions regarding her sxperience on ICarly which she obviously feels uncomfortable speaking on when trying to explain her book. Its undermining the message and many aspects of the media will always just suck.
I also noticed (as a person with anorexia who hyperfixates on bodies) that she is looking thinner than she did even a few months ago based on podcasts I have seen her on. Im concerned for her well being and I really hope being in the public eye hasn't triggered a relapse. I might be reading too much into it but I just wish the best for her fr.
