There was a fire or something pretty close by, like 1/4 mile away at most. I started hearing the fire crew and dispatch over 146.52 MHz, along with courtesy tones. I have never heard this on this channel before. The Firehouse is probably just as close and I have never gotten them over the VHF calling freq.
The signal also seemed like it was doubled a little bit with just a slight delay between the first and second signal. It was mostly unreadable.

So here’s the lineup:
1- x550 Metal pen (aka “Montefiore) - nib, [B] condition, $17
Not quite sure what to call this pen, but you may have heard this pen as the one “inspired” by the design of the Pilot Custom Urushi. I tried out the Custom Urushi at a pen show and it was easily in my top-3 all time writing experiences. So after seeing reviews for this pen on YouTube, I thought I’d purchase one to see if the size is right for me.
I’ll be honest: It’s not a great pen for comparison, if that is your purpose. The Custom Urushi has a Pilot #30 nib (equivalent to the standard #8 size), and this pen has a #6 nib. The Custom Urushi is made of ebonite, this pen is metallic, and MUCH heavier.
That said, if like me, you like big pens and you like heavy pens, then this pen is delightful. It has a remarkably precise and smooth nib. It’s heft is fun, and I even enjoyed writing longer sessions with this (I like a heavy pen). Uncapped, it’s balanced well.
I would love to not sell this pen, but in the end, it did its job and I decided to shell out for a Custom Urushi after all.
So skip waiting a month to get this pen shipped to you from AliExpress and save a couple bucks.
[PENDING] 2- Jinhao 80 – Equipped with 2 nibs: Original SS and a LAMY 14K nib. [D] condition. $89
If you’re not familiar with this model, this is the pen that’s “inspired” and designed to match the exterior look of the LAMY 2000. Of course, it’s a different material. Also the nib on these pens isn’t like the 2k, but like the standard LAMY nib. I’ve fitted this pen with a two-toned LAMY 14k nib. Both the pen and nib are in [B] condition on their own.
3- Hong Dian N10 - nib, [B] condition, $25
I saw this pen on this sub. A metal pen (yes!), piston filler (sure!), black nib #8 sized nib (oooo!), ebonite feed (wooow!), flexy nib (…yeah, nah). I bought it because it was advertised as a “flex” nib. It’s slightly soft. Not a bad nib by any measure, but not flexy. It’s a slick and nice pen. This one’s in the green spiral design. Has two tiny circular ink windows, almost like the miniature version of the porthole ink windows on the Nautilus.
4- Epitome Pens – Metallic - nib, [B] condition, $20
A nice starter pen. Very reliable. Satisfying snap cap. Smooth nib. I bought this directly from Epitome Pens at a pen show. They are made in India, and in my experience with Epitome (I own their Emerald model as well), they’re on the nicer higher end of Indian manufacturing.
[PENDING] 5- Yookers Yooth - Felt tip pen, [C] condition - $5
This is a Yooker's model that Goulet used to carry. A felt-tip pen that takes fountain pen ink (via cartridge, or you can add an international converter to it). I bought it from them, but didn't end up using it that much to warrant keeping. So listing here in hopes that someone else has more use for it. [C] condition is because the white felt tip has some light blue staining to it. I've cleaned it, but the staining is just what it is, until it's overtaken by another ink.
6- Lanbitou Pocket Pen - nib, [B] condition - $5
A nice metal pocket pen. Clearly, it's inspired by the Kaweco Sport, but it's slightly heavier and longer than the Sport. Not a heavy pen in all, but a bit more heft than plastic Sports (I don't have an AL-Sport to compare). It's designed to be posted, but if you have an average size hand, because it's longer than the Sport, it's still rather usable without posting. The nib on this is VERY smooth. Writes like a standard German .
7- Vintage Celluloid Swirl Pen - nib, [C] condition - $40
This pen is a looker! It's a lever-filled vintage pen. The celluloid swirl looks beautiful. It doesn't have branding on it. Nib just says "Signature Pen." (If that is a brand, my bad.) Nib writes smoothly. It has what looks to be an ink window, but that's actually just an aesthetic feature: transparent bit of the channel between barrel and feed. It doesn't really show ink level. All in all a great looking pen. As with many vintage pens, the section and barrel are a bit on the thin side. Condition is [C] for 'tis vintage.

Some years ago, i noticed hundreds of weird videos in my Youtube like playlist, tons of indian songs, rap songs, tutorial videos, stuff like that.
I manualy deleted them multiple times, and hundreds of other videos reappear after a while. It's not a constant stream, this last chunk was 142 liked videos ago, and i quite rarely press the like button, just to save a video sometimes. Its like theres some number of likes assigned to my account, and new ones are added only if i delete old ones. Maybe to not trigger some alarms with a 100k liked video playlist.
No other weird activity on my youtube account, or other accounts. I've had it for years, and it uses my secondary email address. The google account isn't compromised, there's no other weird activity on my youtube channel, no added subscriptions.
Changing the password didn't solve the problem, and my google accounts only show my devices as being connected.
So I'm not shure it's a client side issue, sounds like someone has some level of access to youtube servers / services, who shouldn't, and is simply using my accounts liked videos playlist address as some like dump for some like bot.
So what should i do? Youtube doesn't have some help chat or problem resolution email. The problem, although small scale, should worry them, i assume, since it indicates a deeper problem.

I'm actually a good speaker, spoken in multiple public events and at Uni my presentations are actually known because im a editor by profession and I tend to do a lot of cool stuff. However I completely fail retention even if I'm speaking on mic normally.
I theorized Maybe the voiceover is just bad or the content itself is very bad. Neither was the case, over time talking to various people, on discord and other voip services.
I realized it was my accent.
I am a Bengali, Bengali is very close phonetically to Hindi(indian). And people find this accent very annoying.
A lot of cases if I'm alone in a channel in discord they would join and after they hear my voice, they frown and leave. Okay maybe they just didn't want to talk, Expect it rarely happens if I mute myself and talk to them with no mic chat. Huh.
Multiple times People would crack jokes about me being a scammer, even though I'm not even indian and when I clarify I'm not indian but Bengali they would accuse me of lying. Well, Americans aren't known for their impeccable knowledge of geography.
You might try to invalidate all of this by saying not everyone is like this and I'm generalizing, I am. But what you are not understanding is my perspective, imagine how it feels to me when this stuff repeatedly happens to me even if it's not everyone, Imagine how it feels when an editing client suddenly doesn't trust me anymore because we set up a meeting in chat and now he hears my accent in loom.
AVD is considerably lower when I use my voice too. It doesn't help the content I make is aimed at western audience.
It feels bad but whatever, life isn't always fair, I'm just grateful AI voices are getting good. Complaining/yapping over.

Sorry for the long read but I've got a lot of info to put out here. Hope you find it at least sort of interesting as well as providing me with your opinion. I'll let Reddit decide if I need to either take off my tin foil hat and go to Crazy town or if I'm actually on to something.
My fiancé signed up online to take part of a company's (TVision Insights) program about 2 years ago. Not to be confused with TVision by TMobile. They say they perform TV & ad measurement through CTV. Compare to the idea of Nielssen if you will. They send you a $15 gift card of your choice every month (pretty lame). Anything from Amazon to restaurants to a prepaid Visa. Other than their website, there is not much info about them out there.
So anyway, he qualified to be a "panelist" and they sent us an Intel Nuc (a full blown computer for free) to attach to the our main TV. It's connected to our home network and has a Logitech webcam facing us at all times along with some lousy homemade looking stapled instructions. It's used in conjuction with an app you download on Play Store called Panelist Connect which does nothing more than alert you immediately if an internet connection is not getting to the NUC.
I never thought much of TVision at the time or really until now, but here are some strange things that have occured that may or may not be related if you don't think it's already fishy yet:
-TVision claims to do their business out of two offices - one in New York and the other in Massachusetts. I looked both addresses up and their current tenants. TVision (they don't have a parent company) is not and seems to have never been listed as a tenant.
-They also have TVision Japan and TVision India on the bottom of their site. My fiancé and I constantly get Japanese sites we never signed up for (ex. A Japanese XMPP server used through Xabber.com with several contacts with hacker images saved who are all out of Japan) saved to our Google Password Managers with our normally used credentials. Our search histories contain Japanese and Indian sites we've never heard of. Our YouTube suggestions consist almost ENTIRELY of videos from India and you guessed it..Japan.
-Their site claims they do business with NBC, The Weather Channel...many other huge companies.. and claim to work in these crazy executive suites and have millions of dollars, BUT the Pannelist Connect app you have to use has only 1000 lifetime downloads..so they make their money and do this big business how? They barely have any customers..
-Their staff on LinkedIn have odd histories and some go right back to being based out of Japan even though it's supposed to be an MIT fresh out of college startup. I promise I have nothing against the country of Japan or its people, guys. Hope it doesn't sound that way.
-The only real people I've found talking about this company whatsoever are on Facebook and they (sorry) are people who seem like the textbook definitions of people who would fall for scams. Half of them are actually crying "scam!" in the comments and the other half are desperately begging for their late $15 gift card or asking how much money you get.
-BBB and other sites say they've been around for 7 years, 10 years...but they started up in 2021.
-The computer on the TV always sounds like it is working overtime even when the TV isn't on or there isn't any activity in the room. It's rarely at a normal quiet level.
-They make it their biggest point to say how private they are and how your data is not used for anything other than what they say and one of their FB slide style videos even says "we are never watching you" which I find ominous.
-I have a VERY unique first and last name combination. I've never found anyone else with it. There are fake profiles for me all over LinkedIn saying I work at a company I can't find anywhere on the internet. The address it lists for it? On the same street as the TVision "New York location" less than two minutes away.
So what do you think, Reddit? Weird or lots of coincidences? I've done my best to provide simply facts as you already know my opinion.

The Background
Great British Bake Off (GBBO) is a cooking contest show that has been on BBC since 2010, Channel 4 since 2017. It’s long been notable for its refusal to entertain petty drama: in a 2014 incident known as “bingate”, judges famously voted off contestant Iain because he “lost it” after his ice cream was accidentally removed from a refrigerator. The judges later praise (and favor?) contestants like Nadiya and Rahul who persist through similar mishaps to deliver imperfect-but-intact food. Many fans saw bingate as a declaration of identity, that GBBO is not an American high-drama competition between cutthroat cheaters “not here to make friends” — it’s a cozy apolitical show where contestants help one another, and the worst drama comes from a mix-up between custards quickly resolved with heartfelt apology.
GBBO is a show about food, not interpersonal drama. It’s about British food, but also about multicultural influences on British food. It’s about being polite and caring and utterly British, soldiering on through dropped ice-creams and elbow-smashed rolls. It’s not about corporate sponsorship, and it’s not about politics.
HOWEVER. Then came Series 13. The resultant backlash caused a restructuring of the show, an alleged firing of a host, and a classic series of corporate apologies.
The Blunder
To be clear: what made the Series 13 fuckup unique was NOT (merely) going beyond the judges’ and contestants’ expertise in ways that revealed the hidden imperialism of the show’s assumptions about “coziness," “lack of drama," and "apolitical food." What made the Series 13 fuckup unique was that the show did all that for North American food.
The Imperialism
Butchering foreign recipes, and blundering in describing non-Anglo food, isn’t actually new for GBBO. S1E2, judge Paul refers to challah as “plaited bread” and claims it’s “dying off,” leading Shira Feder to declare “GBBO has zero Jewish friends.” Throughout S10, judges Prue and Paul ask contestants of SE Asian descent (Michael, Priya) to “tone down the spice” and stop using “so many chiles.” Paul openly declares American pie disgusting. In a brownie challenge (S11E04), literally every contestant fails to make good or edible food. During “Japan” Week (scare quotes intended), the challenges include Chinese bao and a stir fry where most contestants use Indian flavors. Hosts mispronouncing non-Anglo food names (“schichttorte,” “babka”) for humorous effect is a running bit on the show.
These incidents were not without backlash, but (until S13) none of it rose to the interest of producers.
S13E04: Mexican Week
GBBO has had national-themed weeks since S2, with what’s alternately referred to as “Patisserie” or “French Week.” In S11, it finally expanded beyond Europe with “’Japan’” Week. And in S13, in what was no doubt an effort to appeal to the simple majority of viewers who view the show through Netflix from North America, the producers gave us Mexican Week. Or “”Mexican”” Week. At least there were no bao this time?
This tweet of a butchered avocado foreboded everything wrong with the episode. Though the U.K. etc. largely consider avocado an exotic luxury (see: the avocado toast meme), in North America it’s been a staple for millennia, #1 produce item in Mexico and #6 in the U.S. last year. Contestant Carole’s attempts to cut the avocado… like an apple? I guess? result in food waste, and an inedible end product if pieces of the skin or toxic core are mixed in with the flesh. It calls into question the alleged expertise of the contestant bakers.
Then the episode aired. It opens with white hosts Noel and Matt in sombreros and sarapes (costume versions, not historical garb), Noel announcing “I don’t think we should make Mexican jokes; people will get upset.” Matt asks, “Not even Juan?” And Noel replies, “Not even Juan.” As NYT points out: both men have a history of blackface and brownface on other shows, so this is hardly out of the norm for them. It then goes into a montage sequence of the contestants proclaiming their lack of knowledge of Mexican food: “What do Mexicans even bake?”
Then contestant Janusz refers to “cactuses” and judge Prue interrupts him to say “cacti”; Janusz apologizes and corrects it to “cacti.” Cactuses is a correct plural. Then Noel’s voice-over complains about the “tongue-twisting title” of bella naranja. It just keeps coming. Paul and Prue go on to explain to the viewer that tacos typically contain “pico de GAL-low,” repeatedly saying “gallo” as if it is a singular of “gallows.” These are the people, let me remind you, who are being paid for their food expertise. The people who are about to judge food on the extent to which it is “authentically Mexican.” The people who can’t even say the name of the unofficial national sauce of Mexico. But in case you were worried that this buffoonery calls into question the whole premise of the show, fear not — Paul “recently visited Mexico”, and Prue “enjoy[s] a tres leces [sp] cake.”
Meanwhile in the tent, the poor contestants try to make tortillas… with the undersides of mixing bowls. Because there are no tortilla presses, and the show doesn’t appear to know what a tortilla press is. “Bleh!” one contestant announces, after trying cumin, “It’s burning my mouth… Well, it’s meant to be Mexican, isn’t it?” All of them speculate on what “pick-io day galliow” could be.
If I could soapbox for a second: it’s not so much that these fuckups happen. It’s that every single one makes the final edit. 10+ hours of baking, likely 20+ hours of testimonials, and an unknown number of reshoots got turned into a 60-minute episode… and no one bothered to look up the plural(s) of “cactus” or how to pronounce the Spanish word for “chicken.” GBBO has zero Hispanic friends. We all get the history of anglicizing words like “lieutenant” and “bangle.” But it’s not fucking ideal to be evoking that history so blatantly and clumsily, not when (an estimate since Netflix doesn’t do numbers) over 70% of your audience is syndicating this show from the Americas. To paraphrase Taika Waititi: the recent increase in performers of color is great… but behind the camera, most big shows are still whiter than a Willie Nelson concert.
S13E06: Halloween Week
This was the cherry on the shit sundae. Meant to be a North American week. Yes, Halloween originated in the British Isles, but it only became a major holiday in the U.S., and all the bakes were North American. It just added to the clusterfuck to see judges Paul and Prue deducting for contestants melting the marshmallow in their s’mores, presenting the piñata as Halloween décor, and otherwise anglicizing the hell out of bakes with North American names.
The Consequences
That avocado image went viral, as did the blatant incompetence about s’mores. The New York Times’s Tejal Rao did a great piece on the “casually racist” history of GBBO, archived here. Dozens of American publications got in on the criticism. Again, I want to emphasize: this wasn’t the first colonialist blunder committed by GBBO. It was just one impossible for North American viewers to ignore.
It also proved impossible for the BBC to ignore. Host Matt Lucas left the show, allegedly after being asked to step down. He was replaced by GBBO’s first-ever cast member of color: Alison Hammond is a comedian of Afro-Caribbean descent and a veteran TV host. GBBO announced an end to all “national” weeks. Reddit bandied the phrase “jump the shark.” The future of the BBC’s most popular reality show is looking murky.
Regardless of what else happens, the illusion of GBBO as “cozy” and “apolitical” has collapsed. Probably for good.

Hello my device is oneplus 8t from Indian version. Which I bought form India. Previously I had TP link router where I have no issues with 5GHZ Wi-Fi. After I changed my router and bought Xiaomi Ax3600 global. Where it never find 5GHZ. Although other mobile and oc in my house has no issue with 5GHZ from this Xiaomi router.
So I switched to OpenWRT. But still it won't show in my OnePlus except other devices. I tried tinkering with many region and channel doesn't help.
After researching on internet i found that it has something to do with my device wifi region limit. There is evern a old abandoned magisk module to fix wifi region which doesn't work with latest magisk.
Can anyone help me
