For the ones who thought that using .27 nail gun blanks was an interesting idea, here's an update.
I got curious and made some "chamber" like structure in onshape in pla+ and detonated 2 blanks in it. The first time with nothing in the "barrel" and the second time with an airsoft bb wrapped in toilet paper lmao. The first time nothing unexpected happened and the camber withstood the explosion. The second time with a projectile, the increased pressure made the thing explode into two pieces. It seems that I will be using metal for all of the firing bits. Optimistically the hammer and the trigger group could be mostly 3d printed going forwards. Have a nice night everyone

Hey guys. Bought this little guy about 8 years ago as airsplat was going out of business. When it arrived I was careless with it and the gun stopped firing. Careless as in I was holding down the trigger full auto and feeding BB’s through the mid cap mag. 8 years later and I thought it would be fun to try and fix it, however I have no idea where to start. A few questions:

1. Could you take a guess where the fuse is located? It wasn’t located in the handle when I took out the motor and it’s not where the battery connector is.
   
2. Could I have blown the motor? I should mention the battery wasn’t compatible. The battery I used is a Li-Po 20C 1600mah 11.1V. It is compatible with a 8.4V 1300mAh Ni-Cd.
   
3. Could it be the gear box? Or wiring?
   

I have no intention of buying a new gun. I don’t play anymore. It’s just been laying around and it’s always been on my mind wtf the problem was. I am a total dipshit when it comes to this so I encourage you to roast me all you want. Would love to get it working again though. I don’t think I’ve ever come across a gun like this and I love how compact and slick this gun looks. Thank you for the advice!!
