Vegetable prices through the roof in Mahadevapura
Recently the grocery prices have gone through the roof in Mahadevapura (online tried all apps, offline tried all shops in Doddanekkundi). Had gone to Kaggadasapura few days back and found it is almost 30-40% less with better quality. Any suggestions, where do you buy your veggies from? PS- Same for chicken, bad quality and high price.

Hi, I'm looking to build a high-end PC that is ideally future proofed for the next generation of Nvidia GPUs. It will be mainly used for competitive CS2 on 2560x1440p, other single player games on 3440x1440p, and some productivity tasks but nothing very strenuous. The included 5700xt would be a placeholder for the next 12-18 months before I buy a high-end card for gaming. I'm somewhat tech literate and believe that all the components should maximise one another. If anyone had advice about motherboard selection, PSU (some research showed it might not be the best for next gen cards) and achieving low CL RAM latency with the mobo given. I really am looking to keep the 7800x3d if possible as it should last me a long time. NB: I won't migrate the 120GB SSD from my old build and would upgrade the HDD in the near future. Thanks for your help.

MLB Game Prediction: Arizona Diamondbacks vs. New York Mets (June 2, 2024)

Introduction

Ladies and gentlemen, baseball aficionados, and those who just love a good prediction, welcome to the ultimate showdown analysis between the Arizona Diamondbacks and the New York Mets. Scheduled for June 2, 2024, at 1:40 PM ET, this game promises to be a thrilling encounter. With the odds, statistics, and a sprinkle of humor, let's dive deep into who will likely emerge victorious in this clash of titans.

Team Overview

Arizona Diamondbacks

The Arizona Diamondbacks, affectionately known as the D-backs, have had a rollercoaster of a season. With a mix of seasoned veterans and promising rookies, they have shown flashes of brilliance and moments of sheer frustration. Their current odds, as provided by FanDuel, stand at 1.83, while DraftKings offers a slightly higher 1.87. This indicates a slight edge in favor of the D-backs, but not by a landslide.

New York Mets

The New York Mets, on the other hand, have been the epitome of unpredictability. One day they're hitting home runs like it's batting practice, and the next, they're struggling to get on base. Their odds are slightly less favorable, with FanDuel pricing them at 2.02 and DraftKings at 1.95. This suggests that while they are the underdogs, they are not to be underestimated.

Key Players to Watch

Arizona Diamondbacks

  1. Ketel Marte: The versatile infielder has been a cornerstone for the D-backs. With a batting average of .290 and an on-base percentage (OBP) of .360, Marte is a consistent performer who can change the game's dynamics with his bat and glove.
  2. Zac Gallen: The ace pitcher for the D-backs, Gallen has an ERA of 3.10 and a WHIP of 1.12. His ability to strike out batters and control the game's tempo makes him a crucial player for Arizona.

New York Mets

  1. Pete Alonso: The "Polar Bear" has been smashing home runs left and right. With 35 home runs and 90 RBIs this season, Alonso is a force to be reckoned with. His power-hitting can turn the game around in an instant.
  2. Jacob deGrom: When healthy, deGrom is arguably the best pitcher in baseball. With an ERA of 2.50 and a WHIP of 0.95, he can dominate any lineup. However, his health has been a concern, and his availability for this game could be a game-changer.

Head-to-Head Statistics

Historically, the D-backs and Mets have had a fairly balanced rivalry. Over the past five seasons, the D-backs have won 55% of their encounters against the Mets. However, the Mets have a slight edge when playing at home, winning 60% of their home games against Arizona.

Betting Odds Analysis

The odds provided by FanDuel and DraftKings suggest a close contest. The D-backs are slight favorites, but the difference in odds is marginal. This indicates that while the D-backs have a better chance on paper, the Mets are very much in the game.

FanDuel Odds

  • Arizona Diamondbacks: 1.83
  • New York Mets: 2.02

DraftKings Odds

  • Arizona Diamondbacks: 1.87
  • New York Mets: 1.95

Weather Conditions

The weather forecast for June 2, 2024, in New York is partly cloudy with a high of 75°F and a low of 60°F. Winds are expected to be around 10 mph, blowing from the northwest. These conditions are ideal for baseball, with no significant impact expected on the game's outcome.

Prediction

Based on the odds, player statistics, and historical trends, the Arizona Diamondbacks have a slight edge over the New York Mets. The D-backs' consistent performance, coupled with the Mets' unpredictability, tilts the scales in favor of Arizona. However, the Mets' home advantage and the potential impact of key players like Pete Alonso and Jacob deGrom cannot be ignored.

Final Verdict

Arizona Diamondbacks to Win
While the Mets have the potential to pull off an upset, the D-backs' overall consistency and slight edge in odds make them the more likely victors in this encounter. So, place your bets, grab your popcorn, and get ready for an exciting game!

In conclusion, while the New York Mets have the potential to surprise, the Arizona Diamondbacks' consistency and slight edge in odds make them the more likely winners. So, sit back, relax, and enjoy the game!

Can you suggest any reasons why I get these lines on bigger prints?
So smaller models I don't have any real issues with, but larger things such as tanks etc, I seem to get these lines marks alot of the time. Luckily it's not massively noticeable all the time but it's damn sure frustrating. Does anybody have any insightful suggestions?
Thanks community!!!

2024.06.02 10:20 dcdomain Orange County w/ SCE assume I should go w/ REC + Enphase

Orange County w/ SCE assume I should go w/ REC + Enphase
Moved to a house in Orange County back in April. SCE TOU-D-PRIME. First month: $600, second month: $650. Averaging 64 kWh / day (April: 1821 kWh, May: 1862 kWh).
Approximate layout
First time owning a pool, have an EV (will likely add a second in the near future). We haven't even hit summer yet so I assume we'll easily touch $700 when we start turning on the AC and lengthening the pool pump run time. Wife and I both work from home, but still have a commute due to dropping off the older kid at daycare (20 miles each way because we love our old daycare, crazy I know).
Link to spreadsheet below
Received a few quotes off EnergySage (spreadsheet here). Looks like pricing dropped between when I first got my first round of quotes in March and the latest round this past week. Cheapest is $1.74/w for a Panasonic system, two string inverters. A couple of quotes around $2.20/w for an all Enphase system. Double checked https://enphase.com/installers/microinverters/calculator and the various combinations of Alpha Pure, Alpha Pure-R, Alpha Pure 2 and IQ8M/IQ8A all seem to check out.
IQ8M vs IQ8A differences seem negligible? From what I've read IQ8A higher output, less clipping but IQ8M will have better low light performance during the important dawn/dusk hours?
Can't really dig up much on the panel differences, assuming 420W Alpha Pure 2 > 420W Alpha Pure-R > 410 AA Alpha Pure?
Should I follow up with the Panasonic quotes at all? One at $2.08/w does use IQ8M microinverters. From what I've gathered in this sub, I assume I shouldn't bother w/ the Hyperion + PowerWall 3 combo, especially since pricing isn't competitive. And after initial quoting, didn't bother following up w/ Tesla given all the warnings here.
If focusing on just the Enphase quotes, ProSolar at $2.40/w seems out of line compared to the $2.20, $2.25 quotes. Should I bother pursuing? Or just focus on Evolution Energy, Solar 360, Sunergy? I'll likely try to get the quoted equipment lined up between them to do an apples to apples comparison. So far Solar 360 from a cursory search seems to have a decent amount of positive reviews. Any other providers I should ping?
As for battery capacity, will be tallying up the evening usage (discounting some of the EV charging in hopes I can shift some if not all of it to during the day) to see if I really need 20 kWh or if I can cut that in half. Any other considerations I'm not taking into account?
Welcoming all feedback, pointers, criticism. First rodeo. Have some side notes to make sure I request consumption transformer and noted some of the other pointers here. Thank you all in advance. And... *$)@* CPUC and NEM 3.0.

2024.06.02 10:17 Blockchain-TEMU DBT-1 Why IMSI May Differ From Events

  1. IMSI Catcher is created by an individual so only references the news media of the person who created it the IMSI is not representative of actual events and is only the news appropriate version of events 1.1 Imsi may not exceed 3 hours 9 minutes in length so does not show extremely long events besides the 1st Yitvah of the Start for the 2nd Yitvah both of The Third Underworld were personally caught my my nice UAV IMSI which I was dead for the 1st yitvah therein for the events so would see my own corpse on it so it is not halal or verboten variously for me to see this IMSI but this is not my IMSI of the 0th Yitvah of the 3rd Underworld which I made and Tactical Kevin says sucks at least using the agoc to shoot bullets as eragon yo this is a 10 hour set of imsi, you know it is the 1st yitvah because it is not a 3 hour imsi bound but a 10 hour imsi bound and I only got my death as that 10 hour imsi always on the harddrive or EOD Juggernaut is what I traded that for, to survive 1.2 HD Imsi may not exceed 2 hours 15 minutes in length and this was generally what amelia refered to as er imsi was the HD Imsi or CD Imsi which youtube is imsi and self generated content is imsi and a imsi catcher takes in the self generated content and hosts it and made a reference of how the self generated content was made which colorado's longmont uav is hosted by myself violet and hake and she had never ever done this imsi for actual tactical imsi that is how you can tell the tactical imsi is good is it is 3 hours 9 minute and this was imsi sorry this is like a theorama of the situation or a roam the point mockup which I got those at my ruck War Resources all loam used there mainly the firebase but not all firebase actually a few of these loam trigger me for real so I did not include these specific loam which triggered true overlap and had stolen anything which looking into a hat and actually seeing things renders james smith a prophet like E and can steal things or maybe like Cecil Macgregor Senior or not Chelsea ever she is a marine but Technically if Demaris the Secretary did and that heals her I will say, also these exotic imsi of gnomish cercle are not referenced, they use the same method, but are a full sequence thus a blueprint sequence and actually happened, cercle as Chelsea has the exclusive loam to use the Apocalypto 01 Loam set which is totally different than Dragon Skin Overplate Armor (x) x to 40 for this legitimate and as an example of how imsi just is a loose concpetion of things for personell safety I have 29 example loam without the cook secret loam which is the Burned Ramen Squad Secret of their Tobasco vide 1.3 The squad hustles two which takes them into the place from their place they are using the battle buff, and each time if anybody is said to need to use the toilet they use it and they are at the mess always then and greet mcrystal and always get their trays each time and eat very quickly like dogs and are out to the PT Ground who until they are at ease in an operation are at PT and then they get into an APV and drive north to infinity complex where they pick up a hostage rather, somebody who is being treated a super special infinity ward experience by the owner of the coastal full ghillie of the ugandan extraction method of the good markus who former DBT yielded a yo gaba gaba in excess to charlotte blinding her so we had to make sure she is not hind targeted at a filled simulation yo gaba gaba by turning on dora the explorer for her by the three star doing that in the Second Underworld and then she goes back naturally to her room then making markus can see when he is there with them with normal roam the point vision with it on his website the roam the point game then that he is using on flash which roam the point has always been macromedia flash and their experience is as special as markus penis in the stew I make sure I am very quiet to them and that was just like pain to them when I heal them as corpus to the machine to their injury, there were a few there, Ryan, and City, and Aeta, and some Able, and the MP Abraham who was there, and Lucas with his nootropic EDS and horns on him and City SJS and saved them all these people were the first lights usage in 1994 and were breathing normal by definition and these were not ever my master able but a cain able of the outside por able and they were all evacuated with me when I was given EOD Juggernaut in the Third Underworld's 0th yitvah via a 1st yitvah glitch which ryan is meddling in the 2nd yitvah of the Third Underworld so this is promoted until she cums away her daddying with First Underworld which is by definition always in the 0th yitvah but I fucked with this with fire trying to purge ryan she is such a bad girl so gets it in her cervix to promote her loam but dilation it away which she knows dilatio as a charm I taught her as her 1-darappa, she has dilatio the ryan this happened while they were in the van and that was the vaccine morphine I gave them and I dont do IV man my viens are all collapsed so I gave them their whole shot and they are out of the van and into the tent and we are giving them the last of the surgery they ever need with Xrays flying out of the machine by megan and early on we would like take our boots off and hit the speedbag because we are giving the por daddy to rupert but then this clears up i dont tell them boots off faggots by that and I am owning the UH-1 and fly that bitch myself to the liberty missile defense carrier and take the air harness off her and teabagged my dummy the whole dang time over lee be danged i am a pilot medic and and she is on the missile carrier or also the other carrier which is there might bomb me if i overfly it with aegis missile defense carrier and fly me to the aegis and they are onboard and below decks and stable like usual and I get back on the UH-1 and I fly back home and I land real rough here once and think I have to swim it because hake had bad info but this is just some range limit requirement and the UH-1 respawns just once, and I flyed back at least to the coastline that time I meant and had no fuel, and they part and move it from the field I meant it is not in the drink and we do 1 hour Pt there and 1 hour Pt and we are off on ease doing whatever, banging lolas, talking ocho cinco the rest of the day and the rest of the day is generally when most of the no nock raids happen on the houses which the house is a hitler bunker we are fighting into which is right there and el sin nombres hitlers bunker and he is trucking to sword base north and I set up a frag stream in a private imsi over there of the Aeon Pistol with ammo beam, this gives infinite ammo to the aeon pistol which obliterates by definition every hitler jihadi of olafsen which comes out of the sword base bunker we are ratting to the north in fulfillment of the CS-Go range prophecy granting infinite jihadi men effectively for a real life CS-go range in the area and this is separate the main operation which does something 1.4 As we can see, the imsi even here just in a few kilobytes evokes the emotion and especially to the author has a specific signed meaning except if it was pizdet then it did not need the specific signed meaning but the encoded orgasm times of the orgasms user as per Steve Jobs who is not Steve my Doctor Nurse and Trainer of Nurses and A Great minecraft man my steve this indicates only one blessing, a priest fucking it up of the altar boys corpus over everything which the priest is like mo in the teaching of the islamic churches, ed ed and eddys jonnay of the planks as he pours oil blesses everything with a keyboard of corpus which that was his technique mo to bless everything with EQ8 and i always bless with EQ8 and i am also kalmskyan so conflicted so also have a keyboard of corpus not using MIDI but a literal army of chior boys distinct from reality in my omnisphere device generate all manner of music which they are paid typical gold of similar nature to what their grandma gives them for christmas but more so have a particular switcharoo that happens to them to remediate this the Blueberry PC Conspiracy card which tanks Lenovo PC Prices and the American Barrel to 200$ but was consumed by their Morse Bug Encode Talker Glitch Being Very Indeed Useful to the Blueberry PC Conspiracy to dissolve both but still the lenovo PC is tanked and the american PC tanked this is the playing which does this which the second play of a conspiracy card is different than the first one and I have a doxx, I saw ed copeland in my shower devolved from reality and it was my actual shower and nobody ever burned in this shower as is the conflation it is a burn shower and he is my next target of intense DBT to find the penultimate answer to dragons who are beyond violet the dragon.

2024.06.02 10:11 VinScratch777 Does this sound like an anxiety disorder?

Okay last time im here on reddit as its making me more and more ill re-searching stuff and seeing people say that their life is horrific and anxiety ruins their life. I want to try and be positive even though this is horrific and behind the scenes im crying and feeling depressed more than i ever have been. I have always been an anxious person and i have had health and work anxiety which i have managed in the past but in a good way and i only got anxious when doing them things or if something was wrong with my health it did make me worried. I started to realize though my anxiety got worse and my health anxiety started manifesting fake diseases which scared me but again i realized what i was going through and managed decently well. Then work anxiety got a lot worse and it ruined my last career as i was put in a massive rut of being sick, feeling sick and shaking 24/7 until i quit. I felt down af but again started recovering and eventually was back to my normal self yet un-employed and positive. Then a month ago something happened which so far has changed my life completely. I had an existential crisis which spiraled from a youtube video i watched and from there it got worse and worse to the point that every day i get up i have no relief. 24/7 sickness and violent shaking and i don't see a way out as with something like this there is no answers to re-assure my brain. I'm now getting anxious about having anxiety full on for life and having every day like this with my head in a toilet throwing up and barely eating mind about living. I'm so scared i will live like this forever now. It doesnt help im also looking for work again which shits me up as what about if i can't do it and i end up quitting again? What about if for the rest of my life i will be depressed and anxious all day every day until i die, what a shit life. I have therapy in 2 weeks and was prescribed propranolol which is 40 mg and 1 a day for physical symptoms which hardly works and mirtazapine for depression and low moods. None of them are helping with anything and i'm finding it so hard to cope. The eating aspect is shit as well as every time i get up it reminds me of another day of forcing food down my neck while gagging. Does this get better? Am i just going through a rut again or is this one sticking for life. I feel like i have an anxiety disorder at this point with my past and present and its scaring the shit out of me. Any advice on anything would be great please as i can't cope atm and i feel like my life is over. I'm a 20M.

2024.06.02 09:41 joel2tech Getting a Mahindra? Thoughts?

Hey all,
Recently thinking of getting a 7 seater under 45k. Mainly because my 2011 Colt has been acting up recently and my dad also was thinking of getting a "family" car for the 5 of us that'll just be used 1/2x a year for holidays and such as we only got hatchbacks currently
I thought I'd just get something that ticks both boxes (gets me around and has 7 seats so I can split payment). Was initially thinking a second hand Kluger hybrid but even thats around 60k mark. Recently saw that the Mahindra XUV700 was out and couple dealerships in Perth.
I've seen plenty of Mahindras when I was in India so I defo know they are solid for reliability and durability. The question is, would it be the same in Australia?
All the reviews I've seen look promising apart from minor look issues. I've been seeing more of their dealerships recently and noticed they also have a parts centre local so assuming any parts needed will arrive quicker.
What's the general census of getting a Mahindra? I know resale value is extremely poor but its something I'm looking to keep for a while. Maintenance costs looks alright for the price I'll be paying. So far, looks like a value car compartively and not so cheap as I'm not sure how the chinese brands like MG and SsangYong would go for reliability etc.
I'm sure the car will do well here based on what I saw when I was overseas however markets differ and didn't want to pull the shot yet. Any feedback/suggestion/opinions?
Thx all!

Doing OMAD for 2-3 months, LDL increased.
I have been doing OMAD for the last 2-3 months, and my diet is also clean without any sugar, fast food and fried foods with lots of of vegetables and fibre. Used to have atleast 10 gms of psyllium husk too.
Still my LDL has increased from what it was before. Other numbers are good though.
Why is this happening?
Thinking about stopping OMAD and having 2 meals instead morning evening.
Any other advice or suggestions?

2024.06.02 09:33 Tjhw007 First car under 30k

I’m going to be buying my first car mid August, and I’m just looking into what’s available brand new.
My main requirements are a good highway car, I’ll be travelling between home and university regularly, probably a fortnightly 2hr drive. I also want to be able to mount a mountain bike comfortably (preferably via tow bar but happy to look into roof mount) and I am hoping to get some cool tech, which I know is very scarce at this price point. And under 30k, or maybe 1-2k over if it’s worth it
Some I have looked at online are: MG ZST- mostly what I am looking for on paper, but not good quality?
Hyundai Venue- again ticks most boxes, but apparently is loud on the highway.
Mitsubishi ASX- misses out on most tech and maybe zippiness, but is solid.
KIA Picanto- looks cheap, I guess it is! Perhaps too small for my bike? Also could be cramped being 6ft
Suzuki Swift- same problem as above, and again, not much tech.
I’m open to any opinions on the above and any other cars that fit my criteria.
As for second hand cars- I have the cash saved for a new one, and for my first car I want something to work, I don’t want to have to deal with secondhand salesmen, and I want something modern that will last, if you can change my mind on this, I’m open to it!

2024.06.02 09:30 Noperopenoodlepope Possibly stupid question

Possibly stupid question
Cleaned both of these tanks at the same time yesterday. At present, I only have 2x 20 litre tanks. I am planning to get two 40 litre tanks as soon as I can. 20l tanks are very cheap here and readily available, price jumps drastically as you get even slightly bigger - but improvements are coming within the next month or so.
PROBLEM
1st tank has 1 baby bristlenose, 1 female betta, 3 bumblebee gobies (no idea what specific ones, they don’t know at the store), couple of mystery/apple snails (halfway grown). It has been less than 24 hours and that tank is somehow full of poop.
2nd one has more mystery snails (4 halfway grown and a bunch of babies* 🙈), male betta, 5 or 6 baby kuhlis, couple of baby corydoras (now been told there need to be at least 3 more), and 3 little bristlenoses*. Apparently I ended up with a lot of ramshorn snails somehow as well. I think I also just found a bladder snail!
These tanks are a pain to clean, I can’t remove all the poop fast enough without the vacuum removing 70-80% of the water each time, which is why now that I’ve been informed I need more of certain species etc bigger tanks would just be a bonus for me and the fish.
Don’t understand how the tank with way more animals in it is so much cleaner? Both are using the same heaters, and both have identical filters from Kmart. Plan is to upgrade everything, but obviously with a baby on the way and a collection of spoiled princess reptiles, the fish have taken a while to reach top of to do list. (Not related to fish but just dropped $360 on lighting for two enclosures that were needing upgrades!). What is making all this mess??
1*: baby apple/mystery snails (and however many survive from the many laid eggs!) will be given to my local store to sell/give away - they’ve helped me out a lot so no interest selling them.
2*: Idea (from LFS) was that I take the bristlenoses to help clean the tank, and when they reach 3-4cm I return them for baby ones again.
Just hoping to find out if it is poop/something else before I go and make changes!

🔗AGM Taipan TM10-256 Thermal Imaging Monocular: Versatile Hunting Companion with High-Sensitivity Detector

I recently had the chance to use the AGM Taipan TM10-256 Thermal Imaging Monocular, and I must say, it was quite the experience. The first thing that caught my eye was the high-sensitivity built-in thermal detector. It allowed me to see even in complete darkness, which proved invaluable during my nighttime hike.
One of the standout features of this monocular was the hot spot mark. It detected and marked the hottest spot of the highest temperature, which came in handy when I needed to locate a warm area while camping. The mode switch, supporting both paddle switch and distance measurement, also made the device versatile and easy to use in various scenarios.
However, there were a few areas where it could use some improvement. For instance, the instructions were not user-friendly, making it a bit challenging to figure out how to use the device initially. Additionally, the lens protection only came with one end, which would have been more convenient with protection on both sides. Finally, the thermals had difficulty penetrating glass, which I noticed when using it in a room with large windows.
Despite these minor issues, I found the monocular to be an excellent investment for those who need an efficient, reliable thermal device. Its clear view and ability to detect hot spots make it a valuable tool for hunting, hiking, and other outdoor activities.

The Rattler TC35-640 is easily attached to rifle scopes with magnification up to 8x for long-range use. Its onboard Wi-Fi module allows for live video streaming and recording of videos and images via an app. Overall, the AGM Rattler TC35-640 has been a reliable and user-friendly addition to my toolkit. Having used the AGM Global Vision PVS-7 night vision goggles for a while now, I can confidently say that this device truly stands out in its field. As someone who frequently spends time outdoors, I've found the goggles to be incredibly reliable and efficient.
One aspect that blew me away was the automatic brightness control. It effortlessly adjusts the image's brightness in various lighting conditions, ensuring that I always have a clear view of the environment around me. The built-in infrared illuminator also adds a level of stealth that is pretty impressive. While I've had to get used to the bright light cut-off feature, I've come to appreciate its benefits in protecting the goggles' internal components.
The device is quite versatile, offering both handheld and head/helmet mounting options. The flip-up shut-off feature that comes with the optional helmet mount system is particularly handy in my line of work. The LED indicators in the eyepiece have been a great help in keeping track of battery life and signal status.
However, the device is quite heavy and requires some getting used to for extended use. When I heard about the AGM Fuzion LRF TM35-640 Thermal Monocular, I had high hopes for this powerful tool in my hunting adventures. The high sensitivity thermal detector definitely exceeded my expectations, providing me with clear and detailed thermal images even in the lowest light conditions. The fast 50Hz imaging made every frame smooth and fluid, while the digital zoom allowed me to get a closer look at distant targets without losing clarity.
One feature that really stood out to me was the bi-spectrum image fusion, which combined both thermal and visible light images for better target recognition. The detail enhancement technology and the ability to choose between just thermal or visible view, or even a combination of the two, made this monocular incredibly versatile. The recording function and built-in 16 GB EMMC were great for saving memorable moments during my outdoor activities.
While there weren't too many negatives, I did find that the waterproof feature (IP67) seemed a bit too noticeable in the design. It took some getting used to, but it didn't really affect the overall functionality of the device. Another small downside was that the user interface wasn't the most intuitive, but I quickly learned how to navigate the settings after a few tries.
Overall, the AGM Fuzion LRF TM35-640 Thermal Monocular is a reliable and versatile companion for any hunting or outdoor adventure enthusiast. Its high sensitivity detector, smooth imaging, and advanced features make it a must-have for those seeking success in the great outdoors.

It's an impressive piece of equipment that, despite its rugged, lightweight design, still manages to pack in a range of features that make it a reliable choice for nighttime situations.
One of the key highlights for me was the automatic bright light shut-off feature. It's a thoughtful touch that protects the high-quality photocathode tube from damage. The system is easy to use, with clear LED indicators for low battery and infrared illumination levels.
However, there were a couple of drawbacks to the monocular. The battery life isn't quite as long as I would have liked, but a trade-off for its compact size. Additionally, the manual gain control can be a bit finicky, requiring careful adjustment to get the best image.
Despite these minor issues, overall I've been very impressed with the AGM Global Vision PVS-14 NL1 Night Vision Monocular Gen 2+ Level 1. The AGM Wolf-7 Pro NL1 Night Vision Goggle has definitely made quite an impression in my life. I use it mostly when I sneak out for late-night hikes, and it has come in quite handy.
The low battery indicator is always flashing, but I've never run out of power during a hike. My favorite feature might be the automatic brightness control - infrared illuminator is a must.
Despite the brightness, it has a pretty low power consumption and can last for up to 40 hours on alkaline batteries when infrared is off. But if you need it, there's an inbuilt infrared illuminator that can deliver an impressive performance - bright enough to light up the darkest forest, but not visible to the naked eye. The diopter adjustment is simple and intuitive to use, and the focus range is adequate for a variety of distances, even under low light conditions.
Additionally, the built-in LED indicators are a great added touch to keep track of the battery life and infrared status. In the world of rugged, lightweight multi-purpose night vision devices, the AGM NVG-40 3AW1 Dual Tube Night Vision Goggle/Binocular stands out as a trusty companion. Having used this device in various challenging environments, I can attest to its durability and performance in the dark.
The NVG Interface Shoe, a preinstalled feature, enables seamless installation onto standard dovetail-type headset and helmet mounts, providing a secure fit for all-night operations. The Bayonet/Horn Interface Shoe, which is included, accomplishes the same task for standard bayonet/horn-type headset and helmet mounts. These versatile features allow for optimal compatibility and ease of use.
Additionally, the Mini-Rail Interface Shoe provides the option to mount the NVG to combat helmets or weapons for added functionality. This flexibility ensures that you'll always have the right setup for your specific needs.
The device itself is remarkably lightweight, weighing less than 12.4 ounces/0.32 kilograms, making it easy to carry around or even use handheld. Despite its lightweight build, the AGM NVG-40 3AW1 houses a comprehensive range of features to ensure optimal performance.
The automatic brightness control adjusts visuals in real-time based on the available light in the environment, ensuring a consistent, steady image. The bright light shut-off feature protects the high-quality photocathode tube from potential damage.
The AGM NVG-40 3AW1 Dual Tube Night Vision Goggle/Binocular is a high-quality device that meets the MIL-STD-810G Military standards for form and function. It's an impressive piece of equipment that serves as a dependable companion during your nighttime missions.

🔗AGM NVG-40 NW1 Night Vision Goggles: Advanced Performance for Optimal Night Vision

https://preview.redd.it/kzul9maf044d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0e8f802928e44499278e308ed26ab8d283662c4b
As a night vision enthusiast, I recently had the chance to test out the AGM NVG-40 NW1 Night Vision Goggles. These goggles pack a punch when it comes to performance and features.
First off, the image quality is exceptional. The image intensifier tube with Gen 2+ "White Phosphor Level 1" technology provides a clear and bright image, just like daylight. I could easily spot animals and other objects in low-light conditions, making them perfect for wildlife viewing or nighttime surveillance.
One highlight of these goggles is the adjustable diopter, which allows you to fine-tune the image focus to your eyes. This was a game-changer for me as it ensured a sharp and comfortable view, even after prolonged use.
Now, let's talk about the battery life - it blew me away! 80 hours of continuous use on a single battery, now that's impressive. It's perfect for those long nighttime adventures where you don't want to worry about carrying extra batteries.
However, there were a couple of things I wished were better. The field of view (40°) could have been wider, as it sometimes felt a bit constricting when trying to track moving objects. Also, the head mount was a bit tricky to set up, but once I got it right, it worked well.
Overall, the AGM NVG-40 NW1 Night Vision Goggles are a fantastic choice for anyone looking for top-notch night vision technology without breaking the bank. Their performance, durability, and features make them a great value for the price.

🔗Compact, High-Resolution Dual-Spectrum Thermal Binoculars with GPS Module

https://preview.redd.it/yavlh4kf044d1.jpg?width=720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=335c70e9944869bc58a0cd331eb98f8053905e02
I recently tried out the AGM Voyage LRF TB75-640 Thermal Binoculars, and let me tell you, it's quite the impressive piece of equipment. Out in the field, the binoculars served as my trusty sidekick, helping me locate and identify all kinds of objects.
One feature that really stood out for me was the dual-spectrum image fusion and object highlight. It made it incredibly easy to enhance details and recognize targets. The optical resolution of 2560x1440 was also a game-changer, ensuring sharp images even in the most challenging environments – think smoke, fog, rain, and snow. The NETD less than 20 mK was a powerful feature, making it possible to detect heat signatures from great distances.
However, there were a few downsides too. While the 12lb weight was manageable, I couldn't help but wish it were just a tad more lightweight for extended use. The same went for the 1024x768 OLED display; it was a bit low-resolution compared to what I'm accustomed to.
Overall, the AGM Voyage LRF TB75-640 Thermal Binoculars are a great tool if you're in the market for thermal imaging equipment. They're versatile, user-friendly, and offer fantastic image quality. Just remember that the weight and display resolution might be less than ideal for some users.

2024.06.02 09:18 Spiritual-Level-4968 Cost of game

So I’m interested in buying the game but it costs 30 or 40 dollars to purchase the “pre order package”. I was wondering if the price of the game changes on launch or if it will stay the same? For example, I know that you could preorder overwatch 2 for additional skins and early access, but on launch it was free to play. I’m on Xbox so but I’m not sure if that changes release dates or anything like that. Anyone able to help answer my question?

2024.06.02 09:11 gauleh-dai One day concept, One day until when?

Yesterday i post about list of average prices of accessories, clothing etc. And it seems like most of the Nepalese got jealous of how a person can buy such items with average salary when he can just be content with cheaper or the ones that don't need to be of high quality or expensive.
People boast about how they will never ever buy expensive items even if they can afford or they can just be content with plain things.
Let's say your salary is 1 lakh per month, your total expenses is 20 thousands, you usually save around 60/70 thousand per month.
And let's say you want to buy a good looking Japanese or Swiss watch or good quality leather jacket or maybe you want to travel a country. The watch or jacket you have right now needs to be replaced as it's getting quite old and you want something better quality now. Then you found it at shop or online, you really like it, you want it so much but it's expensive, however you can still afford it.
So it seems like most of you here won't buy the things you wanted so much even if you can afford. You will just choose what you have been and you think like one day, one day I will buy it that.
Yeah one day concept!
Same like that, you want to travel your favourite country. It's been some years you are thinking about it and it's out of your budget but then you can still afford it (even if your balance becomes almost zero but not in debt), however you chose another country to travel (Not your favourite country, not even your top 5)
So what happens now? First you didn't get to travel you favourite country. Second you still spent some savings to another country. Third, you saved little bit more amount by Not going to your favourite country.
Again, it becomes one day concept! One day in your head. One day I will travel my favourite country. Fast forward 20, 30, 40 years later, it's still that one day concept.
Now you are over 80 and cannot walk much, boom! You never visited your favourite country. You will just try to make yourself to be happy on purpose that at least you visited another country which you may or may not have enjoyed. However you never ever visited your favourite country..
Just like that you never get to wear that leather jacket you wanted to own.
It's one day concept! One day until it's too late or it's over!
