Je suis récemment tombée sur un post sur france où une étudiante mentionnait a quel point son quotidien avait changé pour le mieux quand elle a commencé à faire sérieusement attention à ses repas. J'aimerais arriver à faire quelque chose de semblable avec la façon dont je mange mais on est toutes les deux dans des situations bien différentes bien que toutes deux étudiantes.
Donc voilà, je suis à la recherche de quelques tips pour manger mieux, que ce soit en terme de discipline pure ou juste des idées de plats/sites internets faits pour et même d'autres subreddits.
Ma situation est la suivante:

• Je suis étudiante en master donc en terme de temps libre je suis relativement limitée.
• J'étudie pas en France cette année (aux Pays-Bas pour être exact) le prix des courses est un peu plus élevé qu'en France mais heureusement pour moi le prix des courses est pas trop un problème.
• Je vis dans une maison avec 8 autres étudiants et on a une seule cuisine pas très grande, pas de four ni de congélateur donc ça m'arrive de pas pouvoir cuisiner quand je le veux parce que la cuisine est occupée.
• J'ai un mode de vie un peu trop dicté par des troubles hormonaux (qui sont en cours de traitement donc je suis pas encore bien régulée chimiquement), c'est à dire que je fonctionne facilement sur des coups d'impulsivité, je vais rarement me forcer à manger quelque chose que je ne veux pas manger et donc céder facilement à des aliments sucrés ou des plats que j'aime, ce qui veut dire que je ne mange pas assez varié… et j'ai du mal à travailler là dessus + ces dits problèmes hormonaux me font pas mal dormir, ça réduit encore un peu plus mon temps libre.
• Niveau sport, je suis pas sportive du tout de base. Je fais rarement plus que marcher 1h par jour entre ma maison et la fac en semaine.
• Y'a pas de vraie pause midi (30mn entre chaque cours sans exception) ni de cantine à ma fac, donc mes repas de midi ne sont jamais de vrais repas quand j'ai une journée complète là bas. Je cherche plutôt à concentrer mes efforts sur les repas du soir.
• Et pour finir, je suis végétarienne :')
  Dans le post dont j'ai intégré le lien plus haut, l'étudiante mentionne les promos sur la malbouffe ou les aliments super transformés qui nous incitent à acheter toujours plus de ce genre de produits et je suis le genre à directement tomber dedans ahah donc je sais que je dois déjà commencer par changer mes habitudes au supermarché.

My dad is giving me his car in October and I live in MA. My ac has been busted since last summer and in the past 10 months I’ve put 6 grand into my car to fix shit that needed fixing. My oil pan is rotting out and the guy said I should be able to last until October. This is me venting sorry I’m just so sick of this shit box.
My question stands, I drive for work and I love what I do. I work as a social worker and need my car for it. I can’t afford the AC compressor without destroying my savings because the part is 700 before labor.
Side issue is I need my gps on my phone and my phone also gets super hot when I use gps it sometimes shuts off.
You would think rain would help but then I have to keep the windows closed and it gets hot as hell inside the car.
I want to cry. I know I just have to make it a few more months, but today it was 95 in my car. Any advice would be huge

Hoy les quiero explicar los razones del porque los alteanos estuvieron tan dispuestos a ayudar a Honerva en sus malvados planes de destrucción del Universo.
Para empezar.
La raza alteana era una especie alienígena super avanzada que se caracterizo pro ser grandes exploradores que respetaban todo tipo de vida en el universo.
Ellos hicieron grandes avances y crearon a Voltron, el arma más poderosa del todo el universo como guardián del mismo.
Por desgracia, cuando el lider de los galgra, Zarko se corrompió por la gran cantidad de quintaesencia (un tipo de energía mística que todos los seres del universo poseen) decidió destruir a Altea (el planeta natal de los alteanos) en su búsqueda de los Leones de Voltron.
Pero sin que él lo sepa, muchos alteanos lograron escapar al estar en misiones fuera de su planeta.
Aún así, con la perdida de su hogar y siendo cazados por los galgra durante siglos, los alteanos fueron perdiendo su cultura poco a poco.
Solo lograron salvarse cuando Lotor (el hijo mestizo de Zarkon) los encontró y los llevó a una colonia alejada de los dominios de los galgras.
A l principio los alteanos estuvieron tan agradecidos con Lotor que empezaron a adorarlo como si fuera un dios.
Lamentablemente, Lotor solo los usó (sin que ellos lo supieran) para recolectar su quintaesencia, matándolos en el acto.
Asimismo, Lotor jamás les contó la historia de Voltron o el legado del Rey Alfor, sin mencionar de que gran parte de su cultura estaba perdida.
Por eso, cuando Honerva los encontró y les dijo del fallecimiento de su salvador.
Esta aprovecho la falta de conocimientos del exterior que tenían esos alteanos, logró manipularlos para convertirlos en una secta de fanáticos iracundos.
Que estarían dispuestos a cualquier cosa para que su salvador regrese con ellos.
Por suerte, algunos alteanos empezaron a ver a través de la locura de Honerva y como una forma de expiación, colaboraron para evitar el colapso del universo mismo por las acciones de Honerva.
Aún así, ellos deberán vivir con el estigma de haber destruido varios planetas y ayudado a una genocida loca a intentar destruir a todo el multiverso conocido.
Pero, ¿Ustedes qué piensan?

It feels like, say, 20 years ago, music videos were a major part of pop culture and sometimes were bigger than the song itself. Throughout the 00s and early 10s, we were lucky to get such amazing visuals and every video felt like something new and exciting.
Fast forward to today, and it feels like videos aren’t as big as they used to be. In fact, many of today’s hits don’t even have a video accompanying them. Streaming has of course had an impact on this, but I also think the general rise of social media and visibility of artists might mean a video isn’t as big of a moment. For example pre-social media, music videos and award show performances were the only main way fans got to see their favorite artist in the media.
With that being said, who is still able to make exciting visuals and make it exciting still? For me, I’d say Doja Cat and Megan Thee Stallion excel at this. For the most part, they put a lot of effort into their videos and they feel exciting. For example, Megan’s recent single ‘Boa’ had a great concept with the tie-in singles as ‘video game’ discs. Doja’s visuals have also been good, ‘Demons’ was so creative and Planet Her era served visually. Some artists who aren’t as big but I think do really well for videos are Chlöe (she loves a good storyline type video like Boy Bye as well as super fun videos like Have Mercy), and I’d also argue Tyla (Jump video was fun, and so was Art).
I think Ariana Grande also tends to do a really good job, loved the videos for eternal sunshine era so far. Of course Beyoncé too, we know we have a visual film on the way we just don’t know when it’s coming!

We've had countless hours of fun that seemingly ALWAYS seem to get ruined with some glitch or problem, usually relating to ships or blackscreening or something. Today was likely the last straw of the crew I've been with since season 6.
We finally did the grand finale tall tale for PotC, The Lords of the Sea, and were having a great time. A reaper sloop came by and even left, recognizing we were mid tall tale. Right as the dutchman finally breached the water and we turned toward it, OUR SHIP LITERALLY INVERTED. It kept moving but we could not get on. Bottom up, with no damage, and was unfixable. After trying with what blunderbombs we could, it wouldn't flip, and we decided to scuttle.
Super frustrated, on our way back, the sloop came back and killed the Dutchman to finish the tall tale before we got there. They did it to ruin it on purpose, went head on toward us, boarded, and sunk us. We're not even bad at pvp, but these guys were off the walls. We didn't even shoot at them at first, and straight up tried talking. They were having none of it.
I just can't fathom on what world this would happen, and sure you can say "safer seas", but be real, that's lame as hell. Ruining the grand finale of our adventure COMBINED with YET ANOTHER glitch is just insane. My crew has already talked about uninstalling and several of our other guild mates may do the same.
Even with the sweaty douchebags aside, with the great updates still coming out, how are these physics bugs still not fixed???
TLDR: Tall tale grand finale ruined due to a glitch and then sweaty douchebag combo. Don't know if my crew is even willing to play the game anymore now.

Oh hey, it's me with more miscellaneous thoughts on Edrogrimshell's Generic Tamer jump. This remains one of my favorite jumps, to this day, it just sets a really, really high bar for generics without any outlandishly powerful perks that make you some ridiculous being. You can go here, and then go to almost any setting in the future and still potentially have a challenge, you're just better equipped to tackle said challenge.
Generic Tamer was actually the first of EGS's jumps that I made an extensive post about. I had a lot to say, and I stand by it all. I think that Generics get some flack for being... pretty OP, which is often warranted, but this particular generic is just a gem. One of the big appeals, to me, of this jump is that it doesn't ever do something that will actually no-sell the threats of other settings.
By coming here you won't gain some sort of super invulnerability or plot armor that makes you essential, but you will gain stuff that just makes you better suited to what seems to be, in the modern world, alternative lifestyles. Perks here make you far more self-sufficient without doing something as strong as making you not need to breathe or something. For example, if you fuse this and a Minecraft jump together this won't make you immune to dying of hunger, but it will give you the ability to more meaningfully interact with various neutral and passive mobs, potentially giving you new ways to get the stuff you want and need to survive, and also doing stuff like letting you tame tamable creatures without expending resources to do so (so every wolf is a buddy, not just the ones you see after you fought a skeleton).
There are a lot of settings that are just neat if you have the means to interact with the monsters present in them beyond fighting them. I think the Metroid jump is a lot more fascinating when you see a critter in the wild and you see a potential friend. I like the ability to tame and befriend Sheegoths and the War Wasps, and I think they make sick friends, especially if you have the perks that let you make them smarter, build unique bonds with them, and even give them human/humanoid forms. The ability to bring an army of wild animals in BOTW is very funny, and the power to give cows autonomy in Minecraft is hilarious.
Going beyond the directly, specifically useful and practical consequences of these perks a good number of them are just fun or handy in ways that transcend the needs of the specific jumpers who'd be most likely to come here. One unusual example is the Breeder perk, which is intended to be used to simplify the breeding process for monsters and animals but can actually allow you to do a good job working as a fertility specialist and someone who helps couples conceive, with the upgraded version of the perk being especially good for same-sex couples or couples that would otherwise struggle to conceive a child that is biologically both of theirs. This is hardly the only perk like this, as both Home Cook and Instructor are incredible perks for cosmic citizen type jumpers; those who either lack a grand purpose or those who just want to relax and experience the wonders of new settings in peace. These perks could serve as the basis for your jumper finding perfectly mundane, solidly high-paying jobs in settings outside of here, or even here if your jumper uses this as a supplement or is otherwise a skilled social figure who can navigate the generic world you've created.
The items here are also really good quality of life items. The Portable Cabin is probably the best early housing option I've seen that isn't something like the Apartment item from Generic Cubicle, with it being a a solidly nice housing option you can place anywhere that can fit the house. This limitation makes it a touch weaker than the Toon-Vehicle and Hole-In-The-Wall options as far as housing options in the same price range go, but both of those are part of Generic Cartoon World, a hilariously powerful jump for an early jumper to go. Feed Bag is also a lot of fun, and it's cheaper than Portable Cabin, though its purpose is different. It's a very nice way to either reward your peeps, if you have something like Home Cook, or to make sure your partners stay alive to help you out, since you can't make something yourself.

Fun Settings To Visit With/After Generic Tamer

So some of the easy settings to think to pair this with are other EGS generics (this pairs hilariously well with Generic Culinary Warrior & Generic Merchant). That said there's plenty of other options as well.
I can imagine this being a fun generic to pair with something like Generic Creepypasta, Generic Castaway, Generic Farming Sim, or even Generic Royal Court Drama, at least with the right perks from here.
This would be very fun to pair with any farming simulator, from Stardew Valley to Harvest Moon. This could also be a lot of fun to mesh with some LOZ jumps (BOTW and Wind Waker both come to mind), Mario, Minecraft (this is my favorite of the EGS's to fuse with Minecraft, taming Hoglins, neutral and passive mobs is always a funny mental image), to any of the DIsney jumps, all the way to the Elder Scrolls. I can think of so many settings that become way more fun if you visit here either before or during a visit to those jumps. I'd love to hear what settings you like to visit from here!

For the rest of the world this should be a normal Tuesday, but in Southeast Asia this is a monumental day as Team Liquid enters the biggest and currently most watched (not counting Chinese viewership) Mobile Esports title in the world, Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (MLBB).
For those who are curious what's going on, why TL in SEA is a big thing and all you need to know what's going to happen moving forward.

What is Mobile Legends: Bang Bang?

Mobile Legends Bang Bang or MLBB is a 5v5 Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) that is played on mobile devices. The game itself is easily accessible whenever you are in the world, except for certain areas due to various reasons (mostly geopolitical due to the game being developed by Moonton, a gaming company based in China) but generally it's available in Google Play or in the App Store. It has a average player base of over 70 to 80 Million users monthly and has made over a billion downloads. The game quickly took Southeast Asia by storm and has ever since took over as the biggest game particularly in Indonesia, the Philippines, and in other SEA countries.

What is Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Esports? Why has the esport have gotten that big?

Competitive MLBB got underway in 2017 with tournaments in Southeast Asia eventually leading up to the inaugural MLBB Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) held in Jakarta and was won by I DONOTSLEEP ESPORTS of Thailand. Soon after, in 2018, the MLBB Pro Leagues or MPL were launched in Indonesia, the Philippines, and jointly in Malaysia/Singapore. From there on other regions in SEA slowly grew and more competitive regions develop particularly in regions outside SEA leading up to its inaugural World Championships, now labeled as the M-Series, in 2019. Held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the first edition won by Evos Legends of Indonesia.
The boom in popularity happened in the pandemic when people were engaged on their phones playing the game and eventually found themselves watching the competitive scene after to look how the best players play and do it on their own in ranked games or to get some codes flashed to grab themselves some juicy in game diamonds or skins to show off.
Eventually viewing numbers were growing so fast that it reached to millions particularly in Indonesia where their MPL is averaged to almost a miilion viewers and peak to around two to three million come playoff season.
Today, MLBB Esports is considered to be the most watched mobile esports based on the data from Esports charts with its peak viewership reaching over 5 million during Game 7 of last years World Championship (M5) held in the Philippines between Indonesia's Onic Esports and the Philippines AP Bren. The game became the third most watched of all time (Only surpassed by T1 vs DRX game 5 and T1 vs Weibo Game 4, both at Worlds Finals in suceeding years).

Why Indonesia and the Philippines? Who are Aura and Echo?

Indonesia and the Philippines are considered as the most popular and competitive regions of MLBB. Think of it as the LCK and LPL of the esport as they are the most successful in international competitions. The Philippines, in particular, has won four (4) consecutive World titles and has considered to be the "Korea" of the scene with Filipinos imported to so many regions across the world. Indonesia on the other hand has the biggest viewership as its marquee MPL matches often top the viewership charts even beating out the LCK and the VCT based from data from Esports charts.
Aura and Echo are MLBB teams based in Indonesia and the Philippines. Aura Esports was founded in 2018 and became a part of MPL Indonesia in 2018 when the league adopted a franchised system (similar to how League teams worked at the same time). Unfortunately the team haven't found great success with its highest finish was in season 10 when they placed third, However they have won 2 domestic cups, known as "Piala Presiden" in 2021 and 2023.
Echo on the other hand, stared as a qualified stack in MPL Philippines Season 3 as No Limit. They placed sixth that season. The following season, the roster was acquired by Sunsparks, a local team in the MLBB scene and took the league by storm. Eventually winning back to back titles including an epic 5 game series against Onic Philippines in the grand finals in Season 4 and a backdoor clincher in season 5). The stack was acquired by Aura and rebranded as Aura Philippines in seasons 6 and 7. When MPL Philippines adopted the franchise system, the team did another rebrand to distinguish themselves separately from the Aura brand and named themselves Echo.
The team finished in 5th-6th in back to back seasons which was particularly painful especially in Season 9, when they were dominant for majority of the regular season as a Super team comprised of big names in the Philippines scene including KarlTzy and Yawi (a little more about them later). In season 10, many considered Echo as a middle of the pack team compared to RSG Philippines who were crowned MPL Philippines and MSC Champions and was considered the best team in the world mid season, and Blacklist International, the World Champions of 2021. The team made another promising run with 2 rookies in Sanford and Sanji however, resulted to a different ending. After finishing second in the regular season, they never turned back as they beat RSG Philippines twice in the playoffs to secure the regions second seed in the M4 World Championships to be held in Indonesia.
Both Echo and Blacklist, the regions first seed, found themselves in good forms and eventually met in the upper bracket finals where Blacklist dropped Echo to the lower bracket after a 3-2 win. Echo held themselves on and finally got it all together to steamroll both the lower bracket finals beating Indonesias second seed RRQ Hoshi and in the grand finals, they finally scatter the code with authority by sweeping Blacklist 4-0 in the grand finals to become M4 World Champions. Echo followed that success win a domestic title in Season 11, beating Blacklist again with a 4-0 sweep in the grand finals.

What exactly did TL acquire?

Team Liquid basically acquired the company who handles both Aura and Echo, Stun.GG as they secure not only the MPL teams of Echo and Aura but also they acquired its developmental teams. (similar to TL having an academy in the NACL) Aura and Echo have their respective teams in the MLBB Developmental Leagues or MDL in their respective regions. This means TL have four teams playing in top two competitive regions in MLBB .

So why did TL acquired Aura and Echo in the first place?

As we all know, TL is one of the 30 participating orgs in the Esports World Cup (ESWC) in Saudi Arabia and MLBB is one of the participating titles in this two month long event. Organizations such as Gaimin Gladiators, Team Falcons, Twisted Minds, and Blacklist International do also have MLBB teams which are a part of the ESWC. Team Falcons and Fnatic have also partners with some teams in MPL Philippines with the goal of qualifying to MSC 2024, now rebranded as the MLBB Mid Season Cup as a part of the ESWC. Qualifying to the ESWC means orgs have a shot in gaining points to determine who will be ESWC Overall Champions and acquire financial bonuses from the program. Also MSC 2024 will have the biggest prize pool ever in the esport with three million dollars on deck.
Apart from the ESWC, the acquisition will be historic not just for TL but also for MLBB and Southeast Asian Esports as TL with finally expand their reach in APAC, particularly in SEA as the MLBB teams will be the first TL teams based in SEA. this will also mark the First set of Indonesians to represent the organization. Unfortunately for the Filipino players they aren;t the first from the Philippines as that title belongs to the legendary jungler of the back to back to baclk to back LCS Champions and 2x MSI Runner up Xmithie who is hailed in Iloilo province in the Visayas Region in the Philippines?

So who are the players in TL Aura and TL Echo?

For now I'll only rundown the players of MPL teams of TL .
Before that a quick explainer on MLBB player roles. Its basically composed of an EXP laner (solo laner who plays in the EXP lane, to get more EXP or in League terms the Top laner), Jungler, Mid laner (in MLBB jargon it is also known as Position 4 or Pos 4), Gold laner (the one who plays in the bot lane or ADC. that player plays in the Gold lane for more gold) and Roamer (Support in league)
TL Aura is composed of Aran (EXP), Gugun (jungle), Syndrome (Mid), Kabuki (Gold) and Yawi (Roam) with High (JungleRoam) as sub.
Players to watch will be Gugun, a super rookie who is very high skilled and touted as one of Indonesia's best junglers coming from the developmental scene, and Yawi, the team's Filipino import , who is hailed as one of the best roamers in the World. His signature hero, Chou (modeled similar to Lee SIn in League), was chosen as the signature skin when he won M4 as a part of Echo. He is known for getting pick offs at the right time and great initiator for team fights especially in contests for the major objective
TL Echo is composed of Sanford (EXP), Karltzy (Jungler), Sanji (Mid), Bennyqt (Gold) and Jaypee (Roam) with Zaida (Jungler) and Outplayed (Gold) as subs.
Players to watch will be KarlTzy, known widely as a prodigy who entered the scene at aged 14, and now recognized as one of, if not, the greatest MLBB players of all time, being the first two-time World Champion, first with Bren Esports in 2020-21 then with Echo in 2022-23 and he is only 19 (turning 20 in August). He is initially known as one of the most lethal assassins in the game but eventually expanded himself to a utility player with a team first mindset as the teams shotcaller and leader. Also to watch is the duo of Sanford and Sanji as being the main carries for Echo . They are recognized as the one of the best in the world for their roles in the EXP and Mid lanes. When the team needs a big play ahead, you'll be counting on them on the clutch.

So whats coming up for TL Aura and TL Echo?

The main focus for both TL MPL squads is to qualify for MSC 2024 as top two seeds in MPL Philippines and Indonesia will make the cut, however it wont be that easy.
TL Aura finished fifth in the regular season of MPL Indonesia season 13 and will be facing Evos Glory in the play in round of the playoffs in a do or die best of 5. The winner faces top seed Bigetron Alpha and the loser ends its road to Riyadh. The series will happen on June 5th at 18:15 local time (GMT +7)
TL Echo on the other hand are in a much better spot finishing second in the regular season of MPL Philippines Season 13 and will be facing the dangerous RSG Philippines in their opening round of the double elimination bracket scheduled this Thursday, May 23rd at 16:00 local time (GMT +8)

Super disappointed if there’s no Fan Fest this year, and it this point, it seems that’s the most likely scenario given how close we are. Myself and I’m sure many more travel in for the wknd tradition in Vegas and a big part of that is the Fan Fest the day prior. Poor decision imo. You could easily do it before Collision and have plenty of talent to rotate especially if you do it at an MGM Grand ballroom like last year.

i am trying to learn more about my great grandmother, ive tried over the years and ive continually ran into a pretty solid brick wall.
my great grandfather and great grandmother are both from poland (because obviously this is a polish genealogical problem). my great grandfather came to america when he was young, but during WW1 he volunteered with the polish brigade in france to help fight germany. after the war he was allowed leave to return to poland for a year or two (which a lot of polish soldiers spent time in poland after ww1 ended) and ended up damaging some clothes, took it to a tailor in krakow and met my great grandmother who was the tailor. eventually they started talking and the next thing you know theyre getting married and going back to america together, she was literally 6 months pregnant with my grandfather when they came back to america, its even noted in the ship manifest ive found for their return trip that she was pregnant at the time. anyways, less happy ending is that this was in 1922, in 1930 she ended up dying suddenly of tuberculosis when my grandpa was like 7 years old. my great grandpa married another women several years later who my grandpa mostly knew as his mother, she was a great women i never knew her but my grandparents and parents and uncles and aunts would all say nice things about her.
anyways, i have pretty successfully broken my great grandpas brick wall, but when i was searching last, the main problem is my great grandpa was born in 1899 and his baptism recorsd were pretty easy to locate online. my g-grandma was born in 1901 and those records were not available online. as of now i dont think ive ever seen any baptism records for her. however, i do remember i saw once either marriage record between her and my great grandpa or maybe some other official document once she came to america stating her parents names as andrzej pac/pacz and marianna wawrzak. but again ive never found any actual baptism record, and i would have to look around again to refind that other document listing the names of her parents, but that document didnt list her parents ages or anything so i have no clue where to even start looking for getting her baptism record that would probly give me enough information to start searching for her grandparents or something.
i am also partly looking for a link to a specific noble family in poland, which yeah people hear all the time, but my great grandma's surname is literally pac or pacz, ive seen spelled both ways, and there is a noble family from the duchy of lithuania that had the pac surname and was very powerful politically in the 1700s before dying off in the 1800s because of the patriarchs of the family not having any children. i have heard from family sources that there is a link somewhere connecting her to this family, but i am not at all sure where to look, obviously im not going to claim thats valid without having any sources to prove that, but thats why i want to look further back in her family history so i can see if there might be a link 100+ years back or so.
side note, but ironically i did find another branch of my family had minor nobles in it, my great grandpa's grandparents. i found some baptism record from poland listing his grandmother as the grand daughter of the leader of some village that is now a neighborhood in krakow. she married some guy that bought his way into the nobility by being a wealthy accountant/financer in krakow, which i found super funny because my dad, who would be this person's great great grandson, also went into accounting.

Olá a todos, estou aqui para compartilhar um desabafo da minha experiência com meu último emprego e o tratamento injusto que enfrentei após dedicar quatro anos de trabalho árduo à empresa. Infelizmente, mesmo ouvindo todos os conselhos dos senhores, tive que aprender na pele pra poder entender de verdade. Peço a gentileza de não me julgarem, tenho ciência dos meus erros ao ter acreditado de alguma forma na palavra da empresa, isso é apenas um desabafo mesmo.

Trabalhei para uma empresa de consultoria financeira, atualmente de porte médio. Comecei como PJ por 2 anos, pois a “pasta” ou ramo de negócio que iria atuar era pequeno na época, e com isso dava pra tocar de casa sem maiores problemas, porém a pasta de cliente foi aumentando e em certo momento mudei para CLT e presencial, pois precisava começar a treinar os novos funcionários da minha equipe, bem como estagiários.

No início, eu trabalhava em uma empresa que fazia a mesma coisa, e acabei conhecendo os sócios dessa empresa que estou comentando em uma reunião, o pessoal acabou gostando de mim e me chamaram para conversar e oferecer uma proposta. Foram bem sinceros quanto a questão do fato de não ter clientes o suficiente, mas que ao longo do tempo a carteira iria aumentar. Como eu não via expectativa na empresa que estava antes, decidi arriscar.

O fato é que para a empresa, todo o negócio/solução que eles pretendiam vender, eles não faziam a puta ideia de como era feito, todo o processo da solução, do 0 ao 100, contato com fornecedores de sistema, implantação, relatórios, treinamento do sistema, contatos externos com terceiro e validadores, contato e suporte ao clientes, eles (diretoria) não faziam ideia de como era feito, e eu acabei, ao trancos e barrancos, desenvolvendo tudo.

No inicio e até pela falta de experiência, ficou tudo bem amador, um rascunho do rascunho, mas no final, nesse ultimo ano, a coisa estava super redondinha, e mais bonita e funcional que muitas empresas grandes, tínhamos o processo desenhado, planilhas compartilháveis de implantação com o passo a passo e gráficos de gantt, para tanto o comercial, diretoria e cliente verem onde o processo parou, desenvolvi relatórios que antes eram em PDF, para um BI e aloquei eles no site da empresa, com login e senha para os clientes acessarem.

As tarefas todas bonitinhas em um Kanban bem construído e fundamentado, onde no final do mês consegui tirar várias métricas importante, como tempo de atuação do operador, tempo de demora da entrega da tarefa.

Criei cadências na equipe, onde tínhamos dia certo da semana para cobrar os chamados pessoal do sistema, data certa para cobrar os clientes em implantação, fazia uma reunia toda segunda logo cedo para direcionar as demandas com prioridades a cada um da equipe, assim não precisava ficar enchendo o saco toda hora pra saber se fez ou não a tarefa.

Enfim, toda a estrutura do processo, do negócio em si foi construída e desenvolvida por mim, fora todos os outros itens a parte, pois como era gerente, era também o Severino da empresa, fazia recrutamento e seleção, treinamento, contato com fornecedor de sistemas, resolvia quase tudo que fosse inerente a estrutura e mais 1000 coisas.

Um dos itens que me incomodava e sempre trouxe discussões entre mim e a diretoria era a falta de comunicação e decisões por parte deles, tudo era “vamos fazer uma reunião”, “temos que ver”, e nunca acontecia nada. Por conta disso, uma das minhas premissas e que eu deixava claro para equipe era, aprenda a tirara a batata quente do seu colo, formalize por email e deixe claro que a sua parte você fez, o cliente tem que saber ser cliente e a diretoria tem que se responsabilizar por decisões que são dela.

Bem, tendo isso em vista, com um cliente em específico, foi feita uma reunião no começo do ano, para ele voltar a utilizar uma das soluções que era um sistema financeiro, porém a diretoria ficou de verificar como seria feito alguns lançamentos, pois se fosse como eles (a diretoria) quisesse, iria demorar horrores, pois eram mais 2000 lançamentos de PX por dia naquele estabelecimento do cliente, e teria que ser feito um a um, isso tomaria muito tempo, sem necessidade. Enfim, conversa vai, conversa vem, fiz o de praxe, formalizei tudo e deixei claro que aguardava decisão da diretoria, portanto os únicos lançamentos que fazíamos eram os de saídas (pagamentos) e as entradas estávamos aguardando.

Eis que o cliente nota que faz 3 meses que só tem saída, o saldo no sistema é de 9MI negativo, fica puto e cancela o contrato, ai pronto, agora a diretoria tem todo tempo do mundo para conversar e entender o porque isso aconteceu. Eu sendo bem sínico e calculista, fui para a reunião já com o notebook, e os 5 emails enviados pros bonitos, um a cada 15 dias, pedindo uma decisão dos lançamentos de entrada, como deveria ser.

Todos na sala com cara de Pikachu chocado, diretoria, gerentes das outras pastas, mas claro, a culpa era minha, pois eu me acomodei e deixei acontecer, “vamos conversar com o cliente e ver, voltamos com você na segunda”. Detalhe do detalhe, era meu aniversario no dia, fora que antes de chegar à parte do email, eu escutei um esporro sem tamanho, sem se exaltarem ou usar palavras de baixo calão, mas foi um esporro.

Domingo a noite passo mal com pedra no rim, pego atestado de 3 dias, quando volto na quinta feira, a gerente do RH que nunca vai pro escritório antes das 11h, e pessoa que mais me chamava pra conversar e falar mal da diretoria, pelos mesmo motivos acima, falta de decisão e falta de comunicação, me chama pra conversar as 8h20, pergunta se estou melhor e me manda embora da maneira mais fria possível da vida, não olhou nos meus olhos, pediu para eu assinar e simplesmente me agradeceu por todos esses anos, a conversa durou menos de 5 minutos, não houve justificativa, não houve sequer uma conversa.

Fiquei tão chocado que preferi nem me despedir da minha equipe (5 pessoas), só peguei minha mala, minhas coisas na mesa, e fui embora, minha equipe tinha comprado um presente pra mim, nem tiveram tempo de me entregar. Quanto a eles, minha equipe, foi muito reconfortante, recebi ligações e mensagem de todos agradecendo, e dizendo que pra eles eu fui um ótimo gestor, todos ali foram escolhidos a dedo por mim, pois fui eu quem fez o recrutamento, seleção, entrevista, treinamento e etc, então fico feliz de poder ter sido uma figura positiva na vida desses jovens, sempre tentei manter o ambiente de trabalho o mais confortável possível, flexibilizando horários, dando folgas, e deixando a galera segura de que estavam fazendo o seu melhor.

Já quanto a empresa e a diretoria em si, me senti traído, nem sei expressar direito a sensação, os diretores que sempre me buscaram para pedir ajuda no desenvolvimento de projetos, os quais estava auxiliando a 4 anos se quer falaram comigo, pra mim é uma falta de respeito tremenda, infelizmente como disse acima, tive que sentir na pele que no final de tudo sou apenas um número no olhar deles, e que a corrente sempre vai estourar no elo mais fraco. Essa experiência me ensinou que, não importa o quanto você se dedique a uma empresa, eles ainda podem te tratar como dispensável. Por sorte sempre valorizei meu bem-estar, família e vida, antes da empresa, e sempre instruí o mesmo a minha equipe.

Por fim, fico feliz pois aprendi muitas coisas, pude transformar para melhor a vida de algumas pessoas, e a rescisão vai ser uma delicinha.

Im looking to get my next project car, just a little info im 18 and make a decent amount of money with no bills. There’s a 240 for sale down the road that’s in pretty good condition and im super interested in it as a project and fixing her up overtime to more of like an oem+ look. Our youngest member is cool and sophisticated. She came to my home one day and we ate together, went to the bookstore, and walked around the neighborhood, talking about this and that. There was a passing awkwardness, but after a while it felt like I was taking a walk with a friend. She’s got so many talents and amazing skills. -NewJeans gets into a controversy ahead of their ETA release as there are many similarities with a Spanish terrorist cult(Euskadi Ta Askatasuna)). The teaser video said staring Mikel, Maria, and Eva which are names people connected to the cult. The release date of ETA(July 21st) was also the date of two separate cult attacks in different years. The music videos for the mini album were also primarily shot in Spain.

My bf was a virgin when we met. We worked together and we fell in love and he moved in with me. I have 3 children from my past relationship. When covid hit, I had to stay at home taking care of the kids and basically homeschool them for 3 years. And now they continue to do online school. I found a work from home job. He does doordash and Uber. He used to work non-stop and made decent money doing it. But for the past year, he has completely slowed down. He will work just a few hours here and there, not even making enough for the month to cover his share of bills he pays. His share is $800. I cover everything else, literally everything. He also uses my car while his truck sits parked with barely 50k miles. He says he's sick of doing doordash. I told him to find a part-time job since the minimum wage is nearly $20. My father has offered him a career where he works, which is the equivalent to Boeing. No exp is needed, and he will just give him whatever type of work he wants to try and whatever shift or schedule. He says he doesn't want to work. He thinks it's not fair that he has to work his ass off all day and be broke. And that he can't just make passive income.
I'm tired of taking care of the entire house and work and being busy with the kids and coaching, etc, but I do it. He stays up all night playing on his PC. He will go to bed when I'm getting up in the morning. Our bedroom is so messy that I refuse to go sleep in there at night. He says he won't work because I won't do what he expects of me. Come to bed at night and have sex. I told him I would if he kept the room clean and if he would go to work and came out of the room to spend time with me and as a family. He said I could just as easily come into the room during the day if I want to see him.
He used to love going and doing things together. But now he just doesn't ever feel like going and doing anything. His attitude is negative he has excuses for everything, and on the rare occasion he comes out, he seems miserable. I don't know what went wrong or how to fix this. Every time I try to work this out and we talk and agree to do this or that, he still continues to do what he does. He says he has zero motivation to work or do things if we are upset or if I don't come to the bedroom at night. We talk, and I'll hold up my word while he never holds up his..this is the first time i haven't just gone along with it. I dont want to sleep in my room when theres dirty dishes and trash, im done taking care of him like a mother. I'm not sure if he's unhappy and wants to break up but doesn't want to do that bc of the relationship he has with the kids or the relationship I have with his mother, we are very close and she sees my kids as her grand children. I don't know if he's just in a rut or depressed what do I do?

Bonjour aujourd’hui j’ai accompagné ma grand mère de 90 ans dans un petit supermarché en bas de chez elle pour qu’elle face ses courses.
Elle ne marche pas bien. A une carte d’invalide. Le supermarché a une file invalide.
Je mis dirige je pose les affaires sur le tapis.
Un peu plus tard j’ai une caissière qui viens m’expliquer que la caisse invalide est fermer et qu’il faut aller faire les queue avec les autres. Il y a 2 files avec 5 a 10 personnes qui attendent a chacune.
A force de discussion nous avons pu payer les courses sans aller faire la queue.
Dans cette discussion j’ai dis a la caissière que c’était obligé d’avoir une file invalide et que la caisse invalide ne pouvait pas être fermer.
Je viens vérifier cela, est il obligatoire pour un super marché de faire passer d’une manière ou d’une autres (caisse spécifique ou coupe file) les personnes identifiées comme invalide plus vite ?
