2024.05.21 23:22 needanswersplz67853 Trigen 54mg in May 2024 defective or is it just me?

Got my meds for this month at beginning of May. I know the dosage isn’t off because the last bottle of mallinckrodt was working JUST fine, no issues.
Then, I get Trigen and it’s like I’m taking sugar pills. Cant drive right because I’m so overwhelmed by all the distractions, going on random side quests with tasks, can’t finish anything, hunger queues non existent (I usually eat 3-5 meals a day on reg medication dosage, my adhd has always made me lack hunger queues without meds), delayed processing back with a vengeance, low frustration tolerance, and can’t finish more than 2 tasks in the span of 6 hours because I’m stuck in unfocused overstimulated freeze response.
To make matters weirder (than normal) I am getting an occasional random kick in at 10pm at night (10 hours after taking it), just for it to last 1 hour and then go away.
How is this even legal? I’m about to talk to my psych about it, but not even sure how to go about it without seeming “drug seeking” (that stigma has me so traumatized to open up to NP because they don’t understand the need for a stimulant a lot of the times - my np has been great, but we JUST upped it in November)
I recognize that it all has to do with what is in stock. I’m self pay and on TN safety net, so I am lucky to not have to deal with insurance but also can’t afford $400+ a month for brand name. I don’t want to switch medication, nor go up on dosage because 54mg is fine, it just seems like Trigen brand is the biggest issue. Thoughts? Anyone else experience this - specifically in May 2024?

2024.05.21 23:22 rubenalamina The Division 2 Weekly Vendor Reset 21/05/2024

Hi there fellow agents. Here's the latest vendor reset information for The Division 2.

Notes

Nothing worth mentioning from our end this week.
See you next Tuesday.

Items on Sale

Here's the web page link for all the items available in the game. It will always be the same link. It's my personal website and I don't run any kind of ads.
https://rubenalamina.mx/the-division-weekly-vendor-reset/
I added a resources section with a map with 30+ locations to find the Snitch and a link to the datamined gear attribute sheet.

Cassie

Cassie is a gunrunner vendor that moves location every couple of days. To find her, you need to talk to Jared "The Snitch" Nash in one of the locations I have listed on my map. His location is random but it usually takes 2 or 3 location visits for him to spawn. After you talk to him, he will give you a bounty and Cassie will appear on your map with a shopping cart icon. You can do the bounty or save it for later, it's not necessary to browse Cassie's inventory.
She will open for 24 hours and will close to relocate for 32 hours. These are her open times:
  • Sunday 8:00 PM EDT
  • Wednesday 4:00 AM EDT
  • Friday 12:00 PM EDT
Besides her random stock, Cassie will always sell two named items: the Shield Splinterer assault rifle and the Hunter-Killer chest. In order to see these two items, you need to have opened the ivory chest at the White House and the Off-white chest at Haven. You get keys for these chest by killing the hunters in DC and NYC.

Resources

Timers Website

A couple of members of The Division Community Discord made a site that shows all the in game timers in your local time zone. It also has the open and close timers for Cassie so you can use it to check if she's open or not before you go find the snitch. The site can be accessed here: https://divisiontimers.com

Wiki Page

The link for the current weekly thread and the vendor items list is always available in the Vendor Reset Page in the community resources. You can find it in the top navigation menu of the subreddit. If you're on mobile, it will be on the sidebar.

The Division 1 Reset

Some of the guys and girls in the vendors team are trying to keep The Division 1 vendor resets alive. The sheet will be automatically updated when they are done, even if they haven't posted their weekly thread. I will add an edit with the link to their weekly thread when they are ready. These reset happen on Friday nights at 7pm EST.

Credits

The resets are brought to you by a dedicated team of fellow agents from this subreddit and The Division Community Discord. Thanks to u/DizNootz, u/Google-1234, u/Hurinzor, u/Duke_Shambles. u/Insecurity_exe and other volunteer agents who have been constantly helping. Thanks to u/BestNadeThrower for starting the sheet we are using for The Division 2.

2024.05.21 23:21 Eastern_Joke_7675 FYI Series: What is the best way to boost your Collector's Level at the beginning?

Again another FYI series post for new players, answering some of the common questions posted.
Most people when starting out want to boost their collectors level. Most players are looking to aquire Shaemus (I have a guide for him on my profile too) who is procured at level 11 and is a game changer and the weltanschauung is still the best solo combat card in the game at present. He also boosts mfp and pays out more on grinds.
I (like most of you) thought ripping packs was a great way to do it and on 2k23 it was. However, the pack luck and probability isn't certain even on deluxe cards so here are some tips for boosting the level earlier:
  1. Bronze cards on the market place! This is THE No 1 tip. for 1k mfp you can buy a crap bronze card. But for the price of a pack which may net you 1 or two cards at best you can get 20 bronzes. After this hit the silvers, also look at my collection to complete sets for bonuses.
  2. Cosmetic packs : On PG, Lives and so forth cosmetic packs, if not a dupe card, will count towards your collectors level. Some of these challenges are tedious and arduous. You can always go back and grind the challenges on normal after doing legendary mode (if your trying to grind them out on legendary after your a mad man). There are also some challenges for MFP too!
  3. Locker Codes: Look up the current locker codes, some give free packs! They do expire so be quick, any free agent, do not assign to your team, instead scrap for mfp to buy bronzes.
  4. Lives, PG and towers: They give packs, they give cosmetics and cards all counting towards the collector's level.
  5. Faction Wars: The faction wars bosses are really strong cards and its a fun mode. Initially I'd save my credits you get from this (unique credits only usable in this mode) to buy the Ruby FW bosses you desire. My tips would be Stone Cold and Rock are essential for the males and Trish and Bailey for the Females. On the permanent market on this mode there are two cheap gold cards going for 1500 FW credits each, this also adds towards the CL.
I hope this helps and if the Sub has any further suggestions please add to the discussion.

2024.05.21 23:21 bucketofbaskets Good Ways to find information when hitting a road block?

Hello, my name is Matt and I have had lots of success finding information and documents about my family, however certain family lines end really early with their info. I would like to know any good ways or websites that can help find the information I am seeking or what techniques I can use to dig deeper. Here are some scenarios I would like help with please!
Germany, Italy, and Spain: I have family ties from these but since all were dictatorships in one point in their time I wouldn't be surprised if information was lost. My knowledge and information in them is very slim, especially with Spain and Germany. My grandmother was half Spanish with my grandfather being half Italian from my paternal side and German from my Grandfather on my maternal side. Italian, earliest known ancestor being 5th great grand parents, Germany being 3rd and Spain 2nd.
UK/Ireland to America: My paternal side also has family from Ireland (maybe England but from the information I have, most likely Ireland) I have been trying to figure this one the most as I know the least information about my paternal Grand Fathers past. I have more photos than I do documents, which is nice but I wish I could back those photos up with stories. I know my 2nd great grandfather immigrated to the USA around 1875 but there are so many people with his name but don't share the same family members as I have so I can't find information on him and similar goes for his wife as well as information pretty much stops at her parents too.
Vietnam: Now I am not Vietnamese but my friend is, and he is also trying to find his family history. His grandparents don't know much about their past as they were separated as kids/young adults during the Vietnam war in the South. Now we are aware that the current government did destroy documents as a "start over" kind of mentality but hopefully some were saved somewhere. My friend just wants to know at least to their 2nd great grand parents if they can but of course more is better. He also believes he is linked to a French soldier during the times of French Indochina so that may help a little.
Thank you all for any support you can give me! If you want to look at my tree for more a visual understanding you can find my tree by searching George William Johnston, Born in December of 1871 in Ireland, he is only in 2 trees so far, I'm the one with more information.

2024.05.21 23:21 AlpsPurple2025 240521 Marie Claire Interview Translation

240521 Marie Claire Interview Translation
Not sure if I can post this here but below is the rough translation of the Marie Claire interview using ChatGPT. Please note I don’t know Korean so I can’t attest to how accurate this translation is. Still I very much enjoyed the read and hope you do too.
“Last March, we wrapped up the activities for our mini 3rd album ‘EASY’. How have LE SSERAFIM’s days been these days? Chaewon: We haven’t taken a break and are preparing for the next album. We also have a second fan meeting scheduled soon. Kazuha: Actually, we don’t get many opportunities to meet fans in person. So, the time we spend face to face is even more precious and happy, and we are working hard thinking about the fans who will enjoy it.
It’s already been about a month since you performed on the stage you loved at Coachella. How do you remember those dreamlike days? Chaewon: It was such a huge honor because it was a stage we had dreamed of since ‘Never’. The sight of fans filling the audience and enjoying it all together was an incredibly intense time. Every part of preparing for the stage is memorable. It was a stage where we felt and learned a lot. Kazuha: Actually, I was very nervous while preparing for the stage, but when I got there, I could feel the audience’s support with my whole body. Eunchae: That’s right. We prepared a total of 10 songs, and the sight of everyone dancing and singing along with us remains deeply in my heart. Sakura: It was also a moment when I resolved to work even harder in the future. Yunjin: I’m very grateful to everyone who worked hard together for this stage. Thanks to everyone’s efforts, we gained wonderful growth and development, as well as precious memories.
After finishing the stage, the expressions of the members who seemed overwhelmed by the excitement of the scene were impressive. Expressing emotions as they are is also a theme LE SSERAFIM pursued in the album ‘EASY’, right? Eunchae: That’s right. If the debut album and the mini 2nd album mainly showed strong images, the 3rd album contains the stories of this time. We highlighted the worries and anxieties we usually experience. Preparing this album allowed us to be more honest about our emotions. Sakura: It’s not easy to talk about your worries or anxieties to someone. So I think our honest stories could resonate with many people. Yunjin: I think it was an opportunity to listen to our inner selves, gaining confidence, and becoming closer to the members.
Reflecting on what this album has left for LE SSERAFIM as we wrap up the activities, what comes to mind? Is there anything new you realized about yourself? Yunjin: Thanks to this activity, I feel like we’ve become closer to the members and fans. Recently, I’ve been thinking a lot about myself. It was a precious opportunity to reflect on what kind of person I want to be and what kind of image I want to show to the members and to our fans who love us, ‘FEARNOT’ (LE SSERAFIM’s official fandom). Sakura: I felt that “if you do it, it will work out.” Honestly, when I first encountered the ‘EASY’ choreography, I couldn’t even imagine myself perfectly performing it on stage. But as I practiced repeatedly and saw myself improving, I realized that if you work hard, you can achieve anything. Kazuha: I realized that I have a desire to keep making albums consistently. All five of us have a lot of ambition. (laughs) Chaewon: That’s right. (laughs) So every time we go on stage with a new album, it always feels fresh. The time we spent wrapping up the activities brought us many new experiences.
While working on the album, I think it was an opportunity to listen to my inner self, gain confidence, and become closer to the members. As we wrap up our activities, what has this album left for LE SSERAFIM? Is there anything new you’ve realized about yourself? Wrapping up activities has been a time when we’ve gained a lot of new experiences.
Every time we go on stage with a new song, there’s always a feeling of regret. As we wrap up our activities, I felt that the task ahead is to live up to the expectations sent to us as the team LE SSERAFIM, and this album seems to have been a healthy motivation.
MC: Could it be thanks to this sincere heart that your message in ‘EASY’ resonated with fans around the world? Last March, you charted on the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time. Have you ever thought about why LE SSERAFIM’s music is loved globally like this? Chaewon: I think it’s because our songs convey our honest stories, which feels genuine. We’ve tried new genres and concepts with each album, and I think fans love these challenges. Yunjin: That’s right. Our fans show great interest in our changes and growth. They’ve always paved the way with our music first, and we feel like we’re following that path. That’s why I think we’ve been able to receive more love. Kazuha: Honestly, it’s impossible not to be nervous in front of such good results. Every time we go abroad for performances, we confirm the love of fans who are far away, and it makes me want to work even harder each time.
LE SSERAFIM is a team that has consistently talked about confidently paving their own path without wavering since their debut. Like the lyrics of the title song ‘UNFORGIVEN’ from your first full-length album, can you each talk about one thing you’ve held onto to go beyond your limits? Chaewon: Having confidence in yourself and the decisions you make. Believing in yourself is the most important thing. Kazuha: I agree. Overcoming one’s limits is such a difficult task, so the mindset of believing in and cheering for yourself is even more necessary. I know myself the best. Sakura: The courage to take on challenges. If you know exactly what you want to do and have the heart to challenge it, I believe you can achieve anything. Learning and realizing things through the process of challenging is more important than hesitating and stopping. Yunjin: Sometimes, just having a vague hope that things will be okay can be more powerful than any words. There are times when it’s stronger than the shark method. Eunchae: Two things come to mind. Meditation and time of reflection. The desire to challenge new things, and even if moments of excitement and fear come in that process, taking the time and doing it slowly is important. Chaewon: I agree. I think what’s really important is to keep going consistently. Trying and challenging new things from time to time is important, but in the end, consistency is the most important.
When imagining the future of LE SSERAFIM, what are you most looking forward to or what goals do you want to achieve? Chaewon: Just like now, we want to continuously express our thoughts and concerns through music and show them with new performances each time. Absolutely. We want to capture all the emotions and different aspects we feel at each moment. It would be fun to try different genres within that. Chaewon: We also have a goal. To become a team that is loved for a long time, not just a fleeting trend. It’s really joyful to have colleagues who are moving toward the same goal beside me.
I’m curious about how the members of LE SSERAFIM usually show support and encouragement to each other. Yunjin: As the leader, I listen to and talk with the members a lot. I always encourage them by saying they are doing well. And I try to practice small acts of kindness. I want to make them feel safe to open up anytime, even about the small things we might overlook in our busy daily lives. We have casual talks while eating together, and although the conversations aren’t grand, it feels like we are becoming family. Yunjin: Thinking ‘Ah, these are truly my people who won’t leave me’ brings an indescribable heavy feeling. I feel that understanding each other’s emotions fully is something only we can do, and that thought supports LE SSERAFIM. There have been many moments I couldn’t have endured without the members.
It’s already been two years together as LE SSERAFIM. Looking back on the many changes LE SSERAFIM has faced, what aspect of yourself or LE SSERAFIM as a team would you most like to praise? Eunchae: I want to praise myself for not forgetting the mindset I had when I first met LE SSERAFIM and for working hard in many ways. I’m especially grateful to the members who have been a strong presence for each other. Kazuha: The feeling of being on stage for the first time, and the effort to do better, seems to have remained unchanged. Chaewon: I want to say thank you for working so hard. There must have been times when it was difficult and exhausting, but we always gave our best. Yunjin: Now, I know that LE SSERAFIM is a team that can stand up even if we fall. I praise the kind yet strong image of LE SSERAFIM, who always reach out to each other and strive to lead one another. (laughs)”

Hawkeye WINS!
There's an element of luck in this game. The lack of Advance and Shadow of the Past certainly helped here, but... I think Hawkeye deserves the win. After some advice from on the Marvel Champions Reddit, I modified the deck to give it some THW boost and, although I ended up not needing it, it was there as an option. The Aggro cards were secondary to Hawkeye's core cards, but they did help. Getting Martial Prowess early on really helped. Valkyrie and Spider-Girl both have great effects when entering play as, of course, does Nick Fury.
This game definitely felt very satisfying. Not quite as satisfying as Black Widow taking down Klaw, but close. Hawkeye's a decent hero and he can certainly fly solo.

2024.05.21 23:20 daringescape I see quite a few worship leaders struggling here - I want to offer some potential help.

I see posts from worship leaders struggling with various issues here fairly regularly and I think it is sometimes difficult to get good advice/mentorship via an online forum. It can be hard to get specific details/answers waiting for replies online.
I would like to offer to talk with any of you who are struggling with issues from team members, to dealing with leadership, burnout, etc. I can make myself available via phone, zoom, whatever.
I am offering this FREE of charge, nothing expected in return. Its just ministry.
A little about me: I am 47 years old, have been leading worship for over 25 years. I currently lead worship for a smaller church, and have been on staff there for the past 6 years. You can see my name and photo at vccchino.com/staff (Russ).
I have led for small churches, large churches, bible studies, youth, camps, events, etc. I have been involved in church planting as well. I don't claim to have all the answers, nor do I consider myself some great musician or singer. I am just a worship leader with some years of experience under my belt, and I feel like I had some truly great mentors that helped me along the way, and I would like to try and be that for others.
I will try and listen well, give advice where asked for it and hopefully be able to draw on some of my experiences to be able to help some of you!
Send me a DM and we can set something up that works for you. You can email me at Russ AT VCCCHINO dot com as well.

2024.05.21 23:19 Moving_Italy Tracing Italian Birth City through US Document?

Hello. Have literally spent weeks trying to find the birth city in Italy of my great great grandfather. I have all of his US documents (death certificate, censuses, draft card, Italian sons of America membership, etc.) and literally not one lists a city. Also have spent hours going through ship manifests of which I came up with 3 that could possible be him, and again no city names on any of them. Anyone have ideas on where to go from here? I am still waiting on his cone record and marriage certificate to come in, but not holding out too much hope. Thanks!

2024.05.21 23:17 Beneficial_Stay4558 31 [M] NJ/NY/PA Northeast USA - Looking for a real connection that grows into something great.

I'm 31 years old, live in NJ. 5'9", 165 lbs (fit/athletic build) 3rd generation Chinese American (my family immigrated here in the 1900s). My family identifies as American as we tend to eat more pasta than rice and my generation has not learned the language. College educated with a Bachelor's in Biomedical Science (switched from an Engineering major...turns out I don't like theoretical math); currently working in the pharmaceutical industry and pretty much love the industry as there isn't any work drama and it's relatively straightforward yet challenging.
I've tried a few long distance relationships and they're quite difficult to manage...they were great when we able to meet in person and I didn't mind putting in the extra work. I'd be willing to try one if the distance is reasonable and the there is a definite spark between us. I am pretty sure I fit the definition of a demisexual, so I'll be strictly trying to form a connection first. I REALLY need the emotional connection before there is a sexual attraction, mentally I can't do hook ups (they're just really hard for me to handle and I have turned people down).
Personality wise I've been told that I tend to bring people together and keep things fun. I have a few different groups of friends and communities I am often with...and they can vary from the youngsters (21 to 30) to the old guys (60+) to the group that's around my age. I would say I'm pretty good at conversing and I try to stay on top of most current events. Mentally I'm an old man and feel more comfortable in that setting, so much that I literally hang out with 60+ years olds at the gym after a workout in the hot tub. I call them the hot tub gang and it's always a set of regulars where we might talk about the same thing every single day until someone newer to the group says that we talked about it yesterday.
I would say fitness is a major player in my life. I started out hating swimming as a kid, but here I am almost 27 years later...I made it through the lessons at the YMCA, joined a club team, swam in high school, swam in college and now I'm a swim coach and instructor as a hobby/side job in my free time. There's something about being a part of coaching people and watching them grow up and succeed that makes me smile.
My free time in the cold months usually consists of planning DIY projects or working on them. I tend to work on all the cars in the family and am the one that fixes them up or finds replacements for them. Or planning my next road trip to somewhere nicer. Whereas in the warm months I love going down to the beach to go for a swim and have a nice relaxing breakfast outdoors. I do have a few kayaks that I'll bring out to go with friends or if I feel it's safe a nice solo paddle to clear my mind. When I think about it, too many of my hobbies involve water. But I do enjoy things on dry land I promise!
I'm really looking for someone I can grow together with, a long term or forever relationship. I want a relationship where both of us put 100% in all the time and if we don't, we can talk to each other about our concerns and work it out. Honestly what I've realized is that maybe I am altruistic...I miss making someone feel happy and loved, miss the good morning texts, the waiting around all day just to see their texts, I miss spoiling someone and the feeling of that feeling of seeing that look that you get when someone truly loves you. I would love to slowly get to know you by having some conversations where the time just flies, then to a point where we talk nonstop, maybe some in person dates and then maybe eventually settle down together and enjoy life together.
Important stuff: Although I enjoy interacting with kids and it's a major part of my life...I don't want any of my own so...sorry if this is a dealbreaker for anyone. I don't drink (except for maybe wine at special occasions....I get really bad Asian Flush so I'll turn bright red if I smell alcohol essentially lol), not into smoking/drugs (Bad asthma and I'm just not into any of that stuff). I don't judge anyone that's into drinking or recreational drugs, it's just not for me personally. Religion wise, I'm Agnostic. Politically I lean relatively to the left.
I'm really searching for that genuine connection; voice calls are definitely a plus and would love to get to know you. It's alright if we end up just as friends that talk here and there.
If it sounds like you could be the one send me a chat or DM and tell me a bit about yourself. My name is Kevin and I'd love to know about you.

2024.05.21 23:16 Shot-Voice-7937 Trying my best to clear up gxk. (Spoilers if you haven't seen it yet)

So gxk is out on digital but there is still a lot of confusion around what actually happened, I've done some research and I'll try to explain what I can. (Feel free to give opinions in comments!)
SHIMO
So first of all I don't think Shimo is actually the oldest Titan ever. I believe Mother of All Titans was just a name given in legend, like how Rodan isn't literally a fire demon. She still very much could be one of the oldest, and it could reflect on how reptiles were some of the first land animals ever.
MOTHRA
So Mothra as we know got blown to bits in KOTM, but the credits say Monarch found another egg in her territory. If you don't know, Mothra's whole shtick is that before every major battle, she lays an egg (hence why she was absent for the start of the Battle of Boston). She can transfer all her memories into this egg, essentially allowing her to be reborn in a different body. Now how the fuck did this egg get to Hollow Earth? Well, I think she hatched on the surface in larval stage, burrowed to the temple and made her cocoon there. The Mothra in KOTM had waited millions of years to hatch, so it would make sense that the one in gxk would need additional energy, hence why she went into dormancy that needed Jia to awaken her.
About her symbiotic relationship, i see it as Godzilla and his species being protectors of the surface, and Mothra being Hollow Earth's guardian, as she is where most of the Vial Vortexes are, and they would help each other when needed.
IWIS
So the Iwis are basically just the ancient humans, the ones who worshipped Titans and all, but the only two surviving ones in modern day were on Skull Island and Hollow Earth, and the one on Skull Island is as good as gone. About the telepathic connections, from as far as back as Kong 2017, we knew that they never talked, and in the graphic novel The Birth of Kong, their medicine literally gives people visions of Kong's past. Mothra was simply the one to be most connected to humanity, hence the prophecy eventually came to fruition.
About the crazy ass technology, their civillisation was surviving unimpeded by war and Titans (thanks to the barrier of Mothra's silk) for millenia, and Hollow Earth has tons of resources not fully explained yet. Given the multiple gravitational fields, its not too out there that they could manipulate it like they did in the Hollow Earth battle. (If you suspend your belief this movie was WAY out there)
SCYLLA
The prequel novel (Godzilla x Kong: The Hunted) pretty much explains her so go read it (or just look up the plot on Wikizilla or smth)
TIAMAT
Tiamat had an encounter with Godzilla before in Godzilla Dominion, and was EXTREMELY territorial. Godzilla was nearly beaten but was able to get a terrain advantage and spared her afterwards. Godzilla in this movie was not having shit, so the moment he had a chance he blew her to pieces (RIP my girl).
About Evolved Godzilla, the reason he's pink is because apparently pink is higher up on the radiation scale than blue, so I guess there's that.
KONG
Adam Wingard confirmed that from now on he'll be referred to as King Kong, which is really sweet :D
Also, the reason Godzilla attacked him, not only did they have their territorial agreement, Kong emitted an alpha roar to get his attention, so that was a mistake on Kong's part.
TITAN WARS
For the last bit I've cobbled together the history we have to create a coherent timeline of the war:
Humans tried to use Titan's for war, so the Gojira were quick to retaliate, but as we know the Great Apes are the protectors of humanity so stepped in. Skar King saw this as an opportunity for world domination, so enslaved his species and went into full on war with Gojira. From the few that they were able to kill, he would fashion weapons out of their dorsal plates to parry the atomic breath, giving them a fighting chance.
Eventually, King Ghidorah appears from space, so the Gojira have another enemy. Godzilla gets the help of Shimo to freeze him in Antarctica, which is what created the ice age. The ice age causes the radiation levels to die down, so most Titans go into dormancy or return to Hollow Earth.
Skar King eventually acquires a crystal to control Shimo. My theory is that there used to be more of these crystals and were what the humans actually used to control the Titans, and Skar King got the last one. Godzilla can't beat Shimo at his current stage, so opts to imprison them all in the volcanic regions of Hollow Earth. The remaining Great Apes flee to Skull Island, becoming protectors of the native Iwis. My theory is that they formed sort of a subspecies (Titanus Kong), which is why Kong in 2017 (an adolescent) was smaller than Suko (an infant).
Because no other Titans except the few remaining Gojira are on the surface, another species naturally comes, an invasive one (the MUTOs). They kill most of the Gojira, then start to kill each other, the sole survivor becoming a MUTO Prime. She lays spores in two Gojira, (one being Dagon), one hatching into the MUTO Queen we see in King of the Monsters, and the two in Dagon would become the male and female from 2014. Godzilla is left the only standing Gojira.

2024.05.21 23:16 No_Energy662 AITA - am I the asshole for being mean to my friend who talks about killing and committing crimes?

So recently I (Me: 14M) had a friend (Him: 14M) who I’ve met around the second semester of eighth grade and it started off well pretty great. There was minimal trouble between us and we had a few good times together.
But towards the end of the school year, (Only a few days left of school BTW) he started talking about killing things and digging people up the graves in a cheerful and passionate tone, which I found weird but played along because he would do that either randomly or at the start of meeting me, y’know like sporadically say things.
However, one day I got sick of him talking about killing things, burying people, and saying things like “DIE {Insert Name}” and pretend to stab people with random objects like grass, rocks, or even glue sticks. I became more rude to him when he keeps talking about killing and I felt pretty bad for being rude and insulting him occasionally when he says those things. Even if he jokes about murder a lot and making fun of dead grandparents.
He never joked about my dead grandparents because I never told him about my grandparent’s deaths. However, he asked where one of my other History classmates’s grandad’s grave was and we all laughed, but it felt wrong to laugh at someone talking about going to someone’s grandparent’s grave and digging him up.
So, our relationships kind of grew sour from here, he talks about killing, death, murder, and grave-digging a lot and I’ve started to increasingly insult him whenever he does these things, and I feel bad about it. So, I have no idea if I’m in the wrong here or not because I genuinely don’t know if I am the asshole or not.

2024.05.21 23:16 SadGeologist3466 Just had the best experience with a contractor

Alright guys so I usually don’t do this. I def write reviews for local businesses that I use or like a restaurant I go to that has recently opened. Have to support our neighbors.
However, I dealt with this one company recently. Oh my gosh, did not expect this from such a young company.
Anyway, we have owned 3 houses ever in our life. Always either had the hardwoods installed or the hardwoods refinished in our home before moving in. My wife has the allergy, so carpet is a no-go. And I love my wife. She is the mother of my children.
We recently moved into a house in Pittsford. We definitely were going to get new counter tops, remodel the bathrooms and repaint the rooms and get the floors refinished.
But, I have to talk about this flooring company. I got 3 quotes as usual. Like everybody should. Monroe Floor Resurfacing came in fairly steep but it was 110% worth the price. But we are talking (for my size of work) a couple grand difference. Between him and the second highest bidder is was like $1600. They offered us 4 options. They kind of do it like gas prices but it connects with real life stuff we see everyday so I kind of appreciate it to be honest. They call it Basic, Plus, Premium and UV. So far the only company that offered me a UV finish (WHATTTTT) which is what I went with, and makes up for the price.
The 3 companies I had come out, all dustless. Well “99%” and respectfully, you can’t be a complete idiot and expect not a spec of dust at all. It’s just how it is getting your floors refinished this is not our first rodeo with it LMAO
But here’s the thing that made me go with them…
I called. They answered. Their team was great with communication. They text back. They reply. They answer. No bullshit.
The estimate, the estimator was truthful and didn’t bullshit anything. Told me exactly what was going to happen, what to expect, and when to expect everything.
The service itself, top-notch. They are for the most part dustless. Obviously a little dust—but like I said before… what do you expect. They use the big roll of plastic you get from Lowe’s or Home Depot, and seal off all your doorways.
The stain was even across the floor. No weird spots. No sander marks.
And to finish everything off, they cleaned their work area (practically the whole house.) I did not have a to-do list of shit to clean behind them.
So their customer service/communication is 10/10. Their cleanliness is a 9.5/10. Their quality is 10/10.
If anybody here ever needs their hardwood floors refinished, Monroe Floor Resurfacing is the best fucking contractors out there. Literally never had such a smooth experience I had to share it. Not just flooring experience, but smoothest experience with a contractor I have ever had.
I’m done blabbering. They just finished my floor Saturday morning. I’m so fucking flabbergasted on this company. Something you would see on Pinterest. They’re that good. 😊

To be completely honest we had absolutely no idea whether anyone would even read our post let alone download the app but we’re super happy to say over the last few days we have had several hundred people download Goalquest and a bunch of people provided thoughts/feedback. Your thoughts/feedback on look & feel, usability etc. have been unbelievably helpful in helping us shape GoalQuest into an app that would be genuinely useful to you, or to anyone else who is looking to achieve their goals / general self improvement journey.

We firmly believe in building this app alongside our users, and your feedback will continue to be a cornerstone of our development efforts.

2024.05.21 23:16 Baseball_Man A season review

Really enjoyed this season, great to finally get the win at the third attempt. Was top for most of the season, despite an injury crisis that culminated in 5 straight defeats over the Xmas period. A very strong run in saw off a late challenge from 2nd place. Be interested to hear how everyone else faired this year.

2024.05.21 23:15 LegionTheSpiritomb (Silly?) Changes I would make to Special Weapons

Big Bubbler -Shield deals chip damage to enemies like the Rainmaker's shield.
Trizooka -Projectiles will start to spread apart after a certain distance.
Killer Wail 5.1 -If no target is locked onto, the beams will stay still, acting similarly to the original Killer Wail. -In Salmon Run, tageting now uses a priority system; Boss Salmonids have higher priority than Common ones, and Kings have higher priority than both. Beams will lock onto the highest priority target in sight.
Triple Inkstrike -If two beacons touch eachother, their respective missiles will spiral with eachother, creating a singular, larger tornado. If all three beacons touch, the resulting tornado will be the size of the original Inkstrike.
Crab Tank -Walking into enemies while in firing mode deals damage to them. -In Salmon Run, all damage received by the user during the use of the special is redirected to the Crab Tank itself.
Zipcaster -Movement speed is increased like if the user drank a Tacticooler can. (does not stack with Tacticooler effect) -User will be pulled back if they go above the enemy spawn region.
Ink Vac -Vacuum also pulls in enemy ink that is on the stage.
Tacticooler -Thermal Ink and Respawn Punisher are included amongst the drink's effects.
Wave Breaker -Each wave will go farther than the last. (first wave is smaller, second is og size) -In Salmon Run, Boss Salmonids will be marked by the special's placement and its waves.
Reefslider -Slide can be turned, though the angle is limited.
Kraken Royale -Special can be activated mid-Super Jump like Triple Splashdown
Super Chump -Each marker shows a random name from user's team to enemies, and "Chump" to user's team.
Triple Splashdown -Ink fists aim slightly at nearby enemies.
Splattercolor Screen -Ink sheet is now see-through for user's team. -Effect is changed to be silent and to only affect ink colors.
Booyah Bomb -If the user is splatted while their Booyah Bomb is fully charged, it will go off immediately.
Ultra Stamp -User is shielded like Booyah Bomb until the special ends or is thrown.
Tenta Missiles -Missiles can be shot out of mid-air like Torpedoes.
Inkjet -Air movement speed is increased to regular human form walk speed. (does not stack with Tacticooler effect) -User will be pulled back if they go above the enemy spawn region.
Ink Storm -Rain heals and refills user's team's ink like swim form in ink if they stand in it.
