On May 19th, 2022. I was arrested by the San Jose Police Department. They came to my house with 200 cops, all dressed in civilian clothes, tactical gear, and plain undercover vehicles. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. At that time, I felt whatever this is, my life is ruined for sure.
Once I got into the interrogation room at the SJPD main headquarters, I knew I wasn’t going to prison. All the arresting officer did was show me picture of me at the range from 5 years prior. It had nothing to do with that case. I probably talked to Sgt Jonathan Byers for a total of 20 mins during 3 hours they had me in the interrogation room. I was relieved when they told me I was going to jail. I wanted to get out of that room ASAP.
I went to the San Jose Main Jail for 3 hours. I was out by 12:30 AM May, 20th 2022. My wife picked me home and home I went. My wife was as very upset to say the least.
The following day, I retained my lawyer Nan Bucknell. At first I liked her because she seemed sharp and had a lot of years of experience in the Santa Clara County Court System. I paid her in full, that was a big mistake. After she took my money, she stopped helping me. She went out of her way to be cruel and poke fun that I was going to prison over this. I kept asking her why, all she said it was because I had firearms. Please note, all my guns were legally registered and legal for me to own. So basically she was telling me I was going to prison for owning legally registered firearms and telling people off. In construction, people tell off each other all the time. It’s part of the culture.
Once I was on bail, my lawyer informed me I was under 24/7 police surveillance. That was a surreal experience. I learned a lot about counter surveillance.
The following Tuesday, May 24th, 2022, Damian Trujillo with NBC Bay Area News ran a story accusing me of being a mass shooter. Up to this point, I thought I was arrested only for Criminal Threats. Not a mass shooter. They even compared me to the VTA shooter, of course they announce my arrest in the anniversary of the VTA Mass Shooting Massacre. It all worked in their favor to arrest me at that time. They made themselves look like hero’s for sure. Damian Trujillo lied and said I had no comment. I told him the SJPD had a weak case and I wasn’t worried.
I started working again soon after. That really helped a lot. I began living a normal regular life again with court dates.
The court system at the Santa Clara County Courthouse is a total joke. There was not 1 court hearing where they talked about what I was accused of, any evidence shown, victim impact statements, nothing. It was delayed to the next 2 months over and over again. Then out of nowhere, 6 months later, my lawyer tells me that the DA is taking jail time off the table, that I would get 2 years probation.
So that’s what happens when you are accused of being a mass shooter at your workplace and stalker. No jail time, life and reputation ruined, the arresting officer got a pat on the back for my arrest. Google Sgt Jonathan Byers, he is a bigger criminal than me.
My company knows about my case. The guys don’t like me but the ladies are cool with me. It’s like that at my gym Fitness 19 in Morgan Hill. Everyone knows, the dudes seem like they hate me. Everyone stares and points, “there’s the bad guy”. That’s fine with me, ladies love a bad boy, not some boring good guy. Males tend to get very emotional over this case. They act like they know my case and have the answers when no one can provide any answers regarding this case.
I still work, I enjoy life with my wife and kids, we go camping and take trips. I just remodeled my home and it turned out great. I enjoy my life during my time off. I also enjoy working out, even though everyone there knows and points, I do not care, I am stronger than most of them.

This story is very recent and it still amazes me that people like that are out there. (I don't know if this is relevant, but fyi this happened in Europe where I'm from.)
So I am a full-time student and I had a Saturday part-time job at a small fancy cake shop. The owner quickly turned out to be an extremely rude and toxic person with no slightest knowledge of what good manners, respect and friendliness are. This person spoke always in a raised voice and yelled at everyone on a daily basis. Even the customers were complaining about the "screaming owner with anger issues". Owner was very unprofessional and not able to give clear orders, then got angry and screamed even more if someone did not do what she expected them to do, she expected part-timers to already know everything about the store and the cakes and you can guess she got aggressive when someone didn't. She thought she was way better than everyone and was treating people accordingly. I got yelled at and loudly criticized in front of the customers and other employees, was talked to in a very disrespectful manner and treated extremely unfriendly and just terribly. My main job was actually to put the cakes on the plates so that they were ready to be carried out by the waiters but that woman e. g. screamed at me to clean the dishes and tables while I was preparing those damned cakes (did she expect me to be in multiple places at once? lol) and while there were other employees who were already doing it. I also overheard her talking about me behind my back that I'm annoying (actually she must be either pretty much stupid to think I couldn't hear her in the other corner of the room or wanted me to hear that). She also insulted me by saying (always in an arrogant rude tone) that "you are not even able to count", when I got nervous because I ended up randomly having to sell ice cream (this cake place sells ice cream in the warm season) and she didn't care enough to tell me how much she charged for a scoop. So you get the picture, a lot of yelling and basically abuse at the workplace.
I left that stupid job and I was so mad that I left a very negative review of her shop on a website where ex-employees shared their experience (btw every single one was 1 star and extremely negative). A few days later I get an email where she threatens me to report this to the police because of slander and wants me to delete the review. Honestly I am still laughing because I only repeated what has already been said by other ex-employees of hers, everyone hates her and she is a clearly horrible person.

today i finally took the step to get work accommodations as a cashier due to the fact my episodes have been more frequent and more problematic each time and my doctor actually took the time to listen to me and used a new ai software to record our convo to make notes easier and more accurate and i explained the fact that last night for 30-35 minutes my heart could not calm down even though i was drawing the calmest i could’ve been just racing 110-120bpm and it scared me and she gave me a script for propranolol to try out and i thank goodness as i’ve seen people have success here and everyone’s experiences are so validating i see UW in two weeks for my referral for my tilt table test and i feel a step ahead for once. thank you for everyone’s discussions on accommodations for the workplace it greatly helped me in my journey here’s to hoping they get approved and everything goes smoothly🥳🎉

Throwaway account here and praying the people in question ain't on reddit. I desperately need some advice after breaking down at work today I don't think I can keep it in me any longer. It’s a long post ahead.
I work as a social media manager + ops manager for a start-up company where I have 2 direct-path of supervision. The boss of the company I deal with for work related to media/marketing, and the Head of Ops I deal with for work related to ops. For context, the boss is husband to the head of ops (the wife).
I won't go into details on the micro-managing that the boss is doing on me. Thats another long story, but here's the 2 things that led to a breakdown today. I worked remotely so, fortunately/unfortunately no one saw that.
Thing 1: "Overdelivering" Work: So my boss got me hired to shoot some photos and videos for an event. The client is paying for 20 edited photos and a 15 seconds edited video. I shoot the event on Saturday, and I had the job completed on Sunday because 1) it's an easy job to do, 2) I checked off an easy task on my todo list so I can spend more time working on the harder to complete tasks. 3) It was my supposed day off, and this job was given to me undeas "freelance", so, why not get it over and done with? On Sunday, I delivered 50 edited photos (there's many many many nice shots so, why not), and a 25 seconds edited video to summarise the event. Only my boss had contact with the client so I sent him the link with the deliverables and said, the additional photos can just be deemed as an extra service and I didn't ask for more money.
Ensued "heated" discussion, not sure if it's even heated coz I backed out after 3 messages. I explained the 3 pointers above but my boss said "I didn't get it". He proceeded to tell me, 1) The fact that I took 12 hours to deliver the assets, next time the client will ask me to do the job in 6 hours, and that I should better manage my day off to prevent burn out. 2) He said I delivered more than what was promised/paid for, and the client will see this and think we tried to under-deliver and scam them, and that I will be eaten alive if I dun protect myself because the client will ask for more.
I replied saying that expectations can be managed, but my boss don't seem to agree with what I did. So I just replied "ok" and I let it go.
Thing 2: Being perceived as "lazy" for saying that I don't know how to do 'work' that is outside of my technical expertise. So my company had this machine that has been faulty for so long. Let’s pretend that it’s an air-conditioner. We’ve been getting a contractor to come in to fix the compressor for the past 3 months. The contractor couldn’t get it fix because it’s a completely new compressor that they have not seen or worked on before, hence, they could only trial and error. The supplier sent in the the presumed faulty parts, and when all else did not work, the head of ops (HOO) decided to purchase a brand new compressor from the supplier and had it shipped over to our workplace. Bearing in mind that, as ops manager, I assist in running the operations of the company, ensuring that service standards are excellent. I conduct audit checks on each of our branches to ensure that branch managers are doing what they needed to do. With that in mind, the brand new compressor arrived today and the HOO texted me in a groupchat, and said:
“OP, can you head down and try to change the pump?”
I said: “Erm, I don’t know how to change the pump?” (This is obviously outside of my expertise?)
HOO said: “Nobody knows. But you can take a look and figure it out.”
I left her on read, and she subsequently proceeded to pm me and said:
“Can you avoid these types of responses please.
It doesn’t portray the type of problem solving attitude an ops manager needs to have. Even if you don’t mean it to be, it portrays you as being lazy.”
At this point, I was just left speechless. If the contractor already had problems fixing the compressor, what made her think I could change the pump? What made her think I had the expertise to fix and not destroy anything any further? Based on her logic then, everytime the fridge breaks down I could probably take a look and figure it out. Why would we waste money on contractors to get them to fix it?
Anyways, the absurdity of the situation on top of what happened with the photos+ videos deliverables, made me left her on read and a major breakdown ensued. I was quiet in most of the work groupchats throughout the day, my boss sensed it (it was super obvious because I didn’t reply when tagged in messages) and he dropped me a pm and asked “Everything ok?”
So I need advice. I’ve been going back and forth throughout the day, thinking if,
1) for my mental health, should I just disengage and let it go?
2) I could reply my boss and tell him how I felt but knowing that they’re both husband and wife kinda held me back. I don’t know why but I kinda just felt that it’s not worth flipping the table for.
3) or am I the problem here? Usually I take in feedback alright, and I provide opinions/suggestions/counter-solutions wherever I see fit. I know I need to chill but am I the problem?
I know at some point I probably have to also let this job go. But in the meantime, what should I do?

i am security guard worker, i understand in my contract i get paid break of 60 minutes. I called hr to report my manger and hr and my boss was on phone laughing when i said i feel like i am doing everyone job. i literally hang up the phone and the hr lady emailed me asking if i hang up the phone or they will fire me and said i m unprofessional . i literally emailed her back saying email me proof i hang up the phone so i can show my lawyer and how they are unprofessional laughing on the phone like it is a joke.
the lady never emailed me back and on top of that the lady and my boss that was on phone laughing i seen in my time sheet from last week they messed up my hrs claiming i worked 6 hrs when i worker 12 hrs i told him to fix it and the guy never responded to me which is fine cause if i do not get paid my full hours i can sue them .
the email i responded to hr she suggest two places for me to eat which is mechanical room and boiler room, there is no chairs, no tables, no a/c, all dust and metal like they partially want me eat standing up.
like if i insert the videos of the place to eat like you be surprised yourself. i understand its paid lunch break but even the janitor eats in garbage room due to fact he does not have a lunchroom.
the garbage crawling with mouses.
i came in to work to see they had mobile security to deliver me papers from hr just signs showing i went on lunch break because for the past 3 months i barely had 5 min break for lunch always opening doors and staying there for hours yet i asked them why is that they said they used to have escort security but they were low on budget. so now i am doing more work to point i cannot get any proper breaks.
i find my workplace unprofessional and this is not first time i had issues with them even last year a guard got caught sleeping and worker got in my face called me a bitch and almost got physical with me. i reported it to my boss and he just told guy to apologize to me but still made me work beside him knowing he almost got physical with me i contacted my boss saying this is not fair they said it is too late due to the issue is pass after 3 days went by which makes no sense.
i do not know if i am overreacting or if they are harassing me to the point to make me want to quit. because i told them go ahead and fire me if they believe my behaviour is unaccepted and they still have not done that.
the only thing they can say about my behavior is me calling them out about giving me false information at workplace and them not doing their job right. because has a female working in security industry i do not understand how they think it is okay treat people like this.

Heckling does not change what occurred. People need to know these truths, especially those who have experienced the same. They need to know they are sane, that such things are indeed being perpetrated, and the perpetrators use shame to silence them and protect their activities.
I write to encourage them not to listen to disparaging people who speak without knowledge.

I am Joseph Cafariello, a Canadian citizen and ex-member of the Canadian military. Of sound mind, not on medication, not a drug user, not a marijuana smoker, not an alcohol drinker, with no mental disorders.
I recently posted to this Liberty subreddit experiences of harassment by Vancouver's police and fire departments (Vancouver, BC, Canada). I’m the fellow who was repeatedly ordered by police to stay out of Vancouver’s Stanley Park, and was continually harassed whenever I visited the park (which I do every second day on my early morning walks).
Immediately following that post, they changed some of the techniques they use in my case. They were either informed of my post or found it themselves, seeing as my internet activity, and phone activity for that matter, are under continuous surveillance (plenty of proof which I will not include here to avoid running off-topic).
In this post, I would like to shed some light on other harassment which is still ongoing, since it occurs in private, away from potential observers. It involves the Canadian and US militaries.
Havana Syndrome
In 2016, numerous employees of the Canadian and US embassies in Havana, Cuba, started experiencing head injuries ranging from mild headaches to concussions. It happened in their sleep, and came to be called Havana Syndrome.
Wikipedia explains (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Havana\_syndrome):
“Havana syndrome is a cluster of idiopathic symptoms experienced mostly abroad by U.S. government officials and military personnel. The symptoms range in severity from pain and ringing in the ears to cognitive dysfunction and were first reported in 2016 by U.S. and Canadian embassy staff in Havana, Cuba. Beginning in 2017, more people, including U.S. intelligence and military personnel and their families, reported having these symptoms in other places, such as China, India, Europe, and Washington, D.C. The U.S. Department of State, Department of Defense, and other federal entities have called the events "Anomalous Health Incidents" (AHI). Of over a thousand purported cases, the majority of US investigative bodies found only a few dozen cases to be suspicious.”
Ladies and gentlemen, I can tell you exactly what happens, because I have been experiencing this since I first joined the Canadian military back in 2002, and am still experiencing these “torments” (as I call them) to this day, already 3 years after leaving the military.
I go to bed. In about 15 minutes, just as I am on the cusp of falling asleep, a hear and feel a heavy thud reverberate and ultimately strike my skull. My body releases a sharp burst of adrenalin, my heart starts racing, and my blood’s circulation speeds up significantly. Depending on the severity of the blow, it can take me anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour to fall asleep again. Though there have been times I could not return to sleep for more than 2 hours.
A strong headache is felt immediately, and lasts for hours. There have been times when my heart felt like it was going to burst, having been startled as such.
The pulse to the head sometimes reverberates through the wall and my bed’s headboard. I distinctly feel as though I have been hit on the top of my skull. At other times, it feels as though the pulse has come through the air, striking the side of my skull.
This is not a sleep disorder, for it does not occur regularly. At times, my sleep is disturbed in this manner 3 or 4 days in a row. At other times, there is no disturbance for up to a week. But they never let me go more than a week without such interruptions to my sleep.
Neither is it sleep apnea, as I do not awaken gasping for breath. The pounding headaches, sudden release of adrenaline, and heart palpitations I experience are caused by external impacts of sound waves or air bursts.
Sonic Weapons
How these pulses are produced is not easy to identify. As Wikipedia explains:
“Once the story became public, various U.S. government representatives attributed the incidents to attacks by unidentified foreign actors, and various U.S. officials blamed the reported symptoms on a variety of unidentified and unknown technologies, including ultrasound and microwave weapons.”
Sonic weapons have been in use for many years by militaries, and by police in crowd control. As Wikipedia explains (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sonic\_weapon):
“Some sonic weapons make a focused beam of sound or of ultrasound; others produce an area field of sound. As of 2023 military and police forces make some limited use of sonic weapons.”
(Do not believe the 2023 timeline. The Canadian military has been using these weapons since the early 2000’s at the latest.)
Wikipedia continues:
“Extremely high-power sound waves can disrupt or destroy the eardrums of a target and cause severe pain or disorientation. This is usually sufficient to incapacitate a person. Less powerful sound waves can cause humans to experience nausea or discomfort.”
The users of these technologies must also be using thermal detection equipment to monitor the target’s sleep. As I mentioned, I most often feel these blows the moment I am falling asleep. Body temperature drops when we sleep, and brain activity slows. Heat-detection equipment is likely being used to identify the point at which the target is falling asleep.
Why they prefer to strike at the start of someone’s sleep as opposed to the middle of their sleep, I do not know. Perhaps their intent is to deprive the body of early sleep, limiting the amount of deep sleep available to the person before their alarm rings in the morning.
Ordinary Hammers
Not all such “torments” (as I call them) are caused by high-tech equipment. I have heard and felt distinct hammer strikes running along the 2x4 beams inside my walls. These strikes can be a single hard strike, or several strikes in a row. It is definitely caused by a person with a hammer because the intervals between strikes are equidistant in time; that is, the time spacing between strikes is not random and does not change from strike to strike, but is constant between strikes, exactly as when someone is hammering. And no, it is not someone hanging pictures at 1:30 am, multiple times a week, for years.
On one occasion, when I was standing at my kitchen sink, I felt the floor-board directly under my feet pulse so sharply it felt like a brick had struck the soles of my feet. In this case, my military neighbour likely used a hammer to strike the floorboard on his side of the wall. It is the only plausible explanation.
Surveillance
This leads to surveillance of one’s activities at home. I have plenty of proofs of that. They seem insignificant on an individual basis. But when you put them all together, they present a clear picture of home surveillance.
My laptop computer’s lid cracked one night, at the bottom left corner of the screen. The next day at work, I heard my military supervisor relate to another co-worker that the night before, his laptop computer’s lid cracked at the bottom left corner. I swear to the Lord in Heaven, I am being truthful.
I tested my suspicion of being surveilled. At home one night, I blurted out-loud, “VW Passat. What an ugly sounding word, ‘Passat’”, I said. A few days later, my military colleagues at work started playing a card game at lunch, invented by one of them. The name he gave his game was “Passat”, and when he spoke it, he looked at me for a reaction. If you ever contact the Halifax military base, ask for the Claims Department and ask them if they are still playing Passat.
On another occasion, at a time when I frequented the gym every second day for a few years, I suspected my van had been fitted with a listening device. I suspected so because a number of things I had spoken with people about on my phone while in my van (nothing illegal) were repeated by people at the gym in conversations among themselves. Too many times, parts of other people's conversations matched parts of conversations I had had with others while I was in my van.
I already knew my phone was being tapped, but I also suspected my van was bugged. So one evening while driving in my van, I blurted out-loud a number of things I said I hated. "I hate (this or that)"; "I hate it when...". One of them was, "I hate when people chew gum with their mouths open." I then vocalized an exaggerated gnawing sound, "Gnaw. Gnaw. Gnaw."
The very next time I went to the gym, 2 days later, while I was at an exercise, a fellow sat at an exercise directly behind me. And sure enough, he started chewing with his mouth open, vocalizing that gnawing sound, "Gnaw. Gnaw. Gnaw." I didn't look behind at him, because I knew what was going on, and I wanted to avoid playing into his hand. So he repeated himself again and again until I was done and moved to a different station. Now, honestly, who chews gum at the gym? You can't. Or you run the risk of choking for the heavy breathing, not to mention when laying down on benches. And with precisely the same exaggerated vocalized gnawing sound I had made in my van just 2 days prior.
Their whole intent is to let you know you are being surveilled. They want you to know, as both a warning and a provocation. They want you to say something, to launch accusations, which they would readily deny, making you look paranoid. If you react too strongly, they could even have you diagnosed with some kind of disorder, and put you on medication, which further plays into their hand. (More regarding medications in the last section of this post.)
This is why, as I mentioned in my previous post, they would park their cars shining their high beams on me as I walked past them during my morning walk. And why on some occasions, a group of 3 or 4 would exit their cars and stand on my path just as I approached, forcing me to go around them. They would then remain standing on the path until my return trip through, and after I had passed by the second time, then would then return to their cars - making it absolutely clear I was their interest.
Their intent is not only to make me aware, but also to present themselves in close proximity to me, within easy reach, in the hope I would confront them, resulting in an altercation that could land me in a lot of hot water - 4 witnesses against me, all pleading innocence.
Again, it is all designed to make you look bad, and to warrant some kind of legal measure against you - preferably a medical diagnosis, discrediting you in everything you say about them. If they can't refute your claims, their only remaining option is to discredit you. That's what all of these tricks are designed to accomplish. Who would believe anything you say, once you have been diagnosed with a disorder?
There are plenty more examples. But who would really believe them? I’ll save them for the future.
Home Invasion
Both during and after my military service, I have had my apartments entered without any signs of break-ins. How? Lock-picking and duplicate keys. Indications? Missing objects; ie: money, phone adaptor, etc. Nothing major. Just something to make us understand we are being watched, and to make us understand what they can do.
But it is always something small, something for which you would be ridiculed for divulging.
Two more examples: I found my razor, which I always lay-down razor-end to the wall, turned around, razor-end toward me. Also, in one of my house slippers I found a small shoe sticker on the up-side of the heel. I had those slipper for years, and never had any shoe stickers on them. Yet there it was, clearly visible on the top surface of my slipper, not the bottom. Could I have stepped on a shoe sticker when barefoot in my apartment, only to have the sticker transfer itself to my slipper when I wore it? How many shoe stickers do you have laying around your apartment that you can accidentally step onto?
If I had stepped onto a sticker in my apartment and had it stick to my heel, that means the sticky side was up against my skin. This means the sticker would have had to flip upside down such that the sticky side would then be down, allowing the sticker to stick to the slipper. Do you really think that happened? That sticker was not there when I left my apartment, but it was there when I returned. And it was the wrong sticker, wrong brand, wrong size.
Again, what is their intent? To make someone look ridiculous so no one will believe them should they speak of other more sensitive things.
Staged Incidents
The above incidents clearly point to coordinated and staged events (at my work, my home, on my walks, etc). This is so frequently met with incredulity. "But that would require coordination on the part of so many people," the public dismisses. "They wouldn't do that."
Oh yes they would, and they have, as explained in https://fightgangstalking.com/. Note the documented cases involving the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS, Canada's equivalent to the US' CIA) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP, Canada's national police force), which were reported in national newspapers.

“Disruption operations often involve tactics which are illegal, but difficult to prove. These tactics include – but are not limited to – overt surveillance (stalking), slander, blacklisting, “mobbing” (intense, organized harassment in the workplace), “black bag jobs” [home invasions], abusive phone calls, computer hacking, framing, threats, blackmail, vandalism, “street theater” (staged physical and verbal interactions with minions of the people who orchestrate the stalking), harassment by noises, and other forms of bullying. Many of these tactics were used by the FBI during its illegal COINTELPRO operations, as documented by stolen official documents and subsequent Congressional investigations.
"Although the general public is mostly unfamiliar with the practice, references to “disruption” operations – described as such – do occasionally appear in the news media, even though that fact would apparently be news to the editors of The New York Times. In May 2006, for example, an article in The Globe and Mail, a Canadian national newspaper, reported that the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS) and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) used “Diffuse and Disrupt” tactics against suspects for whom they lacked sufficient evidence to prosecute. A criminal defense attorney stated that many of her clients complained of harassment by authorities, although they were never arrested."
She can add me to that list too.
For the Benefit of Others
The experiences I have recounted here seem so trivial, so insignificant, they make you look ridiculous if you talk about them. But if we don’t talk about such things, no one will ever know about them. Other people have experienced the same, and are forced to endure such torments in silence. They need encouragement to talk about their own experiences, and so I write about mine in the hope they will talk about theirs, even if I do look ridiculous. The perpetrators are more ridiculous for doing them.
I remember a military colleague being hauled away by military police one morning, as she was struggling and having a violent fit. A fellow on her floor told me she was throwing chairs at her walls screaming, “Stop it! Stop it! Stop it!”. When he mentioned that, I knew exactly what they had done to her. She was considered unruly, and was being watched intently. They wanted her out, and that is how they accomplished it. Through wall tapping and sleep deprivation, they push you to the breaking point. And when you finally lose control and do something rash, they pounce on you, and you’re out. Now she has a criminal record, considered a criminal when in reality she was a victim. Welcome to the Canadian military, and other militaries besides, I am sure.
There are dozens upon dozens of experiences I could present. But who will really read them? Worse still, who will really believe them? I overheard my military supervisor in Halifax whisper to another, “Do you think he knows?”, after I had mentioned one of the many “coincidences” I experienced, but with a tone of my being aware it was not a mere coincidence. As I turned my face to my computer screen, I whispered under my breath, but still loud enough for him to hear, “Yes, (rank) (name), I know.” A few minutes later, as he walked past my desk, he leaned in by my ear and whispered, “We’re trying to help you.” I should have pressed him for answers right then and there, but you just don’t know how much trouble you can get into when making such accusations in the military. So I let it go. But I will never forget.
Should anyone reading this ever decide to launch some kind of inquiry, I can mention names of over 100 people to contact, including military personnel, family members, neighbours, building managers, and others who have been contacted by military personnel with false narratives about me. They flash their ID’s and other credentials, and people believe anything they say. They turn family, friends, co-workers and neighbours against you, even recruiting their participation. Your acquaintances not only participate, but actually feel justified and emboldened playing tricks on you. It isn't their fault, though; they have been misled. I would reference them solely for corroboration.
As a final thought, here are explanations of two military programs in which certain persons (sometimes military, sometimes civilian) are kept under constant surveillance, and are in some cases subjected to conditioning in an attempt to turn them into what is called a “sleeper agent”. Almost all of the tactics presented below have been experience by me, including constant surveillance (ie: my previous post here regarding being harassed on my morning walks) and sleep deprivation (as per the top portion of this post, which other military members in Cuba and elsewhere around the world have also experienced).

How to Develop a Hypnotic Sleeper Agent

Note that I have experienced almost all of the tactics described below, including the stalking I mentioned in my previous post here (regular walks in the park), the sleep deprivation noted at the top of this post, and the surveillance and intrusions described here as well.

Amid all the conspiracy theories one of the most feared is that there exist "sleeper agents" in our society who are programmed to come into service when they are triggered by a phone call or key word.
These alleged sleeper agents don't even know they are programmed to become saboteurs, soldiers, suicide bomber, etc because of the thoroughness of their programming. They are the feared "Manchurian Candidate" that the movies portray.
The question is "Are they real?"
If they are true sleeper agents there is no way of telling until they are activated. One can however theorize exactly how they are made.
Indoctrination
Using indoctrination a person can be made to embrace a religious or philosophical belief that would make becoming a sleeper agent possible.
This would be a person so committed to an ideal they would be willing to wait patiently as a member of society until they are called into action. These people would know their mission and consciously hold it secret while interacting with the rest of society.
Conditioning
Conditioning is a repetitive process where the desired responses are enforced and rewarded and unwanted responses are punished. This can be done consciously as part of training drill and it can be done subconsciously using hypnosis or drugs to create amnesia.
Hypnosis
It has been demonstrated that hypnosis can create "amnesia walls" in which the subject has no conscious memory of what happened in the hypnosis session. It has further been demonstrated that hypnosis can give post hypnotic instruction to be carried out automatically in the waking state without the subject knowing it or questioning the behavior.
What follows is conjecture and theory based on testimonials of people who were alleged to be sleeper agents and soldiers.
Continuous Supervisions
Continuous supervision doesn't mean that the subject is cut off completely from society. It means that they are constantly overseen and every aspect of their lives are managed (without their knowledge or consent) to support their hypnotic programming.
This would include:
• Repeated reinforcement of all hypnotic conditioning.
• Handlers. Handlers are people who help maintain the subjects environment to maintain all the programming. They can play the role of family, friends, lovers, psychologists, coaches or any roll the subject perceives as supportive. The truth is the handlers are their to support the successful fulfillment of the programming and not the subject as a person.
• Minimal sleep so that the mind/brain does not process all the sleeper conditioning during sleep.

PS... Today is the second day after this post (February 12, 2024). A garbage truck just slammed into my parked car.
PPS... I finish writing this post because I am satisfied with its shape and content; not because of what happened to my car.
It is similar to when you are reaching for your coat, and someone tells you, "Take your coat." Since you have to take your coat, your brain tells you it's ok to obey them, and you comply. They just created an instance where they led you, and you followed them. And your brain accepted it.
It's a technique the military uses all the time. It trains you to accept instructions from that person or group. Done enough times, you become comfortable obeying them.
I just say, "I take my coat because I choose to, not because you tell me to." It's important to make that clear, to block the conditioning and affirm our self-governance; not just to them, but to ourselves as well. Now our brain realizes we took our coat by our own choice; we are still in command.
So too, I say regarding today's event. "Thanks for the warning, but I had already finished writing my post. I finished by my own choosing."
UPDATES 1 & 2: February 26 & March 07, 2024:
My apartment was once again entered while I was out. Either a key was used or the lock was picked. This may or may not have included assistance from building staff. Home invasions are included in the list of their techniques noted above, referred to as "black bag jobs".
All tenants on my floor received new fridges a couple of weeks ago. I removed the tape securing the bins inside my new fridge, and also removed all styrofoam pads from the corners of the glass shelves when I repositioned them.
The person(s) who have been invading my living space on a regular basis have struck again. As you can see in the photo below, the styrofoam pads on the corners of my fridge's shelves were restored when I was out of my apartment. I had removed all pads when I repositioned the shelves. Yet now they are back.
It is a tactic used to undermine our observational awareness in an attempt to make us second-guess and doubt ourselves. The aim is to cause people to feel less sure not only of the things we have done, but also feel less sure of the things others have done. They want us to question the accuracy of our observations and memory.
The idea is to train you to dismiss any anomalies you may observe as being your own misperception of things. Once they convince you not to trust your own judgement, they are free to do whatever they want to you, and you will simply accept it without questioning.
UPDATE 3: May 18, 2024:
Confrontations with individuals keep occurring, at times potentially violent. Following are just 3 such encounters as of late.
1 - Kick-boxer in the park:
As I parked my car in one of the parking lots in Vancouver's Stanley Park one night, another vehicle drove up behind me and parked several spots away. A tall man exited that vehicle, and walked hastily along the path I always walk, down some steps to the water's sea wall path. I took my time and followed my usual walk, also down the steps down to the sea wall. The man knew my routine, and was in a hurry to get ahead of me.
As I walked along the sea wall, I saw the same man sitting on a bench, playing a loud religious sermon in a foreign language on a device I did not clearly see. As I walked past him, he called out to me to stop and chat. I ignored him and continued walking past. He rose and started walking behind me.
I opened my umbrella, turned, and walked past him the other way, returning to the stairs back to the parking lot. He also turned and continued following me. I started running. He also started running. I ran up the steps, as did he.
Being taller than I am, his legs are longer than mine, and he quickly caught up to me on a grassy patch at the top of the steps. I turned to him and asked, "Why are you following me?" He did not reply, but stood profile to me, the same stance a kick-boxer uses when ready to kick someone. He was tall, thin, and in excellent physical shape as you would see in a kick-boxer.
He did not speak at all, but was just waiting for me to make a move. I turned, entered my vehicle and left. The encounter continued with a chase through the park in our cars. Yes, that is correct. He chased me out of the park in his car.
2 - Told to keep quiet:
The perpetrators need to operate with as little detection as possible, and they repeatedly warn their subjects to keep their mouths shut about their experiences.
On another of my recent nightly walks, a man stood on the sidewalk ahead of me about half a block away, looked at me, and shouted into the sky at nobody, giving the appearance of being a homeless person shouting for no reason. He then started walking in my direction. I continued walking straight. As he passed me, he leaned into my face and shouted into my ear, "Shut the f_ck up!" I continued walking in my direction, and he resumed walking in his.
The idea is to make it seem as though he is just a deranged man wandering the streets at night, shouting at nothing, so that when he shouts at me, any observer would simply dismiss his actions. But in reality, he was sent to send me a message to stop publishing posts like this, which I had done many times on many sites, and continue to. They don't like it when we reveal their methods. But the truth must be known.
3 - You'll be sorry:
On another occasion, while returning from grocery shopping one afternoon, I walked past a man sitting by a storefront. He was clean-cut, wearing clean clothes, without any carts or wagons or any belongings of any kind. As I passed him, he asked me for some spare change. I replied, "I'm sorry," and continued walking past. He replied, "You will be."
There are numerous other experiences, like two seemingly unassociated men standing on the sea wall about 100 meters away from each other, each of them spitting just as I walked past each one.
There are too many experiences to mention. Looking at each experience individually, one would easily dismiss them as being unrelated and simply coincidental. But put them all together and a picture starts to form, like putting together the pieces of a puzzle.
As I hand you each piece of the puzzle one by one, you dismiss each piece, saying, "This could be anything." And you discard it. You keep discarding each piece as I hand it to you. By the end of it, you look down at the table and say, "You have nothing." That's because you looked at each piece as a separate item and threw it away. But if you leave the pieces on the table as I hand them to you and do not hastily discard them, you will see they form a clear picture when put all together.
We must look at all these events as a whole. Individually, each one could be anything. But when all of these experiences are put together and considered as a whole, they form an undeniable picture. Do not be quick to dismiss each piece. Leave the pieces on the table and look at the whole. The picture I present is sound.
Remember, I have all the pieces; you do not. I see the picture more clearly than you do.

Hey team its your relatively lovable bartender here to stamp out some of the shit fires that were 100% our fault...well kinda.
first, we didnt get shit for heads up about layout, the past 2 years have had "leaks" of our maps, so now we dont know where anything is until we are allowed in at 5pm...i didnt know where to take a shit until midnight and I got there at 230 (lots of checking it, waiting, more checkins, security, waiti ng, and more waiting..it was 2.5ish hours of waiting until we were even shown our bars.)
second, the bars were not set up at all minus signage...no tables, no coolers, no ice, no product, no point of sales, we raw dog built that shit in under an hour and a half...but still, by the time we realized how fucked we were it was too late.
third, there were 20 barbacks...total...we had 3 drop from heat exhaustion just in my/my surrounding bars. We did yhe best we could to stock, but we were taking care of them and had no product AND NO FUCKING ICE...LIKE HOW??? whatsoever to even stock, the main company, Levy, fucked us. (fuck count...3)
fourth, this isnt really relevant, but we were told multiple times that we would be provided tip jars and anyone that brought one would be sent home....well guess what wasnt provided?
I get it, it didnt go great, im on 3 hours sleep and clock in in 2 hours for another 14hr, 1 30min break shift... but I promise we are doing our best and we give a fuck...for example i drove on my last 1/4 tank of gas to drop off a dudes keys that he left at my bar to his hotel front desk(not a brag, but i hope it shows that we care...the company may not, but we do)...we arent supposed to give out ice cups, we (mostly) all will, water is the same, just ask if youre really needing it. if you have an issue i strongly advise to let your voices be heard towards Levy (for not supplying enough product, safe workplace, staff etc) they run it all and then contract out to even shadiesketchier agencies to which I work for, but it all starts with them.
i love you all, please be patient with us...waking up with morning wood alone in a hot car is bad enough, having to read the bummer times had by yall made it top 5 saddest erections of my erection having career...sorry i just thought of that edit while i was shame eating mcdonalds....anywho, i love you guys, ill see ya in a few..also we got our asses chewed about ice cups...but fuck em, im hawkin that shit.

I am here to report back! I need to clarify that this was a budget tour, I didn't have any say in anything (except one meal - see below!) and we have provided extensive feedback to our tour company (who are one of two approved vendors in my workplace - oh, the joys of working in government).
Fortunately, I had been to Paris before, and travel a lot, so a few days of mediocre food (paid for by my employer) was not the end of the world. Of course I would have loved to eat in better places, but that's apparently not an option when you're a group of 40+ people on a tight budget and at the mercy of your tour company.
What I would say is that if you're a novice traveler, you'll definitely want to avoid taking any tours of Paris where you'd be in a large group for meals. Paris is easy to travel independently, and finding good food is easy too, so don't be afraid! If you do really, desperately feel that you need to do an organized tour of Paris then make sure it's a small group - ideally under 10 travelers, but certainly no more than 15.

I own a quick serve restaurant that serves mostly fried foods. We hired an employee a few months ago and after he was hired, he informed us that he occasionally has seizures. Since he was hired, he has reported 6 seizures to us. All but one, the most recent one, happened to him outside of the workplace. Those that didn’t happen in our store, resulted in him missing work. Several of them we didn’t find out about until just hours or minutes before his shift. We are a small store and often run with only 3 staff members working, so having one staff member call out is detrimental to is being able to operate smoothly and provide our customers with a positive experience.
The most recent seizure occurred in our store. The employee was working one evening with two other employees - all of them under the age of 23. The employee having the seizure fell into another employee, who caught him and softened his fall. 911 was called and the store was shut down to customers for the remainder of the evening (90 minutes until closing time). The employee was taken to the hospital and released the following morning.
We have asked the employee for a note from his doctor stating that he has clearance to return to work safely. He hasn’t provided this yet, but offered his “discharge papers”.
As a business owner I’m deeply concerned about the liability if this employee returning to work and hurting himself either falling unexpectedly into tables or equipment. Even if we moved him to a cashier position (he would not be our first choice to fill that role as he doesn’t have the customer service skills we would typically look for), there are still hard surfaces, countertops floors etc, that he could fall into. I’m also concerned for the store being shut down again if it happens again. In addition, the employees who were working with him the night of his seizure in store have expressed their discomfort with working alongside this employee due to the fact that they are not trained in how to handle someone with this condition, and they feel that there is added anxiety of wondering if/when it may happen again and pressure to be able to handle the situation should it happen again. The employee who he fell into said she doesn’t want him to get hurt worse or potentially go into a coma or pass away because of something she did or didn’t do for him.
We took the employee off this weeks schedule and have asked for the doctors note clearing him to return to work. He is now grumbling to other employees via text that he is going to sue us for workplace discrimination. Does he have a case against us?
EDITED TO ADD: I feel on one end we are at risk of a discrimination claim if we fire him, and at the other end we are at risk of a workers comp issue if (when?) he has a seizure at the store and injures himself.

However, I was a finalist at another organization(local government). I reached out to the other government and let them know I had an offer on the table. They just got back and let me know they should have an update sometime next week.
I am extremely exhausted after looking since October for a new job. And I guess I am just looking for some confirmation and affirmation that it’s OK for me to say fuck it and take the job on the table.

**Disclaimer: my father is not your normal AP! He is significantly more loving and caring, which is why I don't know how to feel...
Just turned 21 and have recently been thinking about how much easier my life would be if my AP were dead. In fact, I have been kind of impatiently waiting for it.... I don't know if this is normal or if I should seek help. If I should seek help, please let me know, because I don't want to be this awful person.
Up until last year, I would have said that I loved my dad fiercely and would feel incredibly distraught if he died. I would have said that he is the one person I love most in my entire life. But lately my mindset has taken a turn. Maybe it's because I moved out for college at 18 and experienced the freedom of independent living. I spent my summers living off internship/job money in different states and was incredibly happy. However, I have just graduated and moved back home for the summer (trying to look at my options and pick up a summer job before starting a FT position this fall - don't yet know if I will move back out), and I think that that is part of what has spurred this line of thought.
I feel incredibly guilty for thinking this way because of everything that my AP has provided for me. Not to mention that he does actually love me - unlike my mom, he remembers the things I tell him; we have deep conversations; we both have very similar senses of humor. Moreover, he is NOT like a normal Asian dad. He is in fact pretty liberal (I mean, he is a Republican and a T supporter like a lot of Asian parents, but he actually supports gay people, abortion, doesn't mind other races, etc.). He has kept everything I made for him when I was a child. He is extremely physically affectionate (hugs, kisses, cuddles). And he has provided me for financially my entire life - paid for my entire college tuition, always made sure I had resources.
However, I feel like I am trapped under his thumb and feel like his death is my only way out. He has always clearly loved me and I am very grateful for not having to question that, but I feel like his love is very controlling and possessive as well. I spent the first 16 years of my life getting beaten by him, not just in a disciplinary way but whenever he was angry. He would hit me whenever he was having a bad day, which was often. From ages 12 to 15 he was hitting me pretty much every single day. Sometimes, after a stressful day at work, he would not even say anything to me.... He would just come right up to wherever I was (usually doing homework at the table) and just throw me out of the chair and backhand me across the face. I was a total spaz as a kid - I have few memories of my childhood but I remember being really embarrassed one time when my soccer coach held out a jersey for me to take and for some reason his hand being raised 10 feet away made me flinch. It was so awkward! (Although I can laugh about it now.) He gave me a few concussions, burns and bruises. Even though he never hit particularly hard (the strikes usually just left red marks or contusions), it really fucked me up mentally.
But the physical stuff was never what impacted me most. Really it was the verbal stuff. In the grand scheme of things I can firmly say that my beatings were never that bad, even completely insignificant when compared to some of my friends' families; however, I can also say with certainty that his verbal abuse would give anyone a run for their money. He would constantly tell me to kill myself. When he found out about my self-harming in middle school, he held out a knife and told me to do it deeper next time. He would say that he hoped he would die so I would learn something. When my grandparents, who raised me since my parents were always working, died, he told me that he was glad they died so they wouldn't have to pretend they loved me or have to see the disgusting creature I had become. He has told me that no one would ever love me, that every man in my life just wants to rape me, that none of my friends are real, that no one would talk to me if not for him (he's really charismatic and sociable and so charms every parent, who in turn encourages their kids to talk to me). He has degraded me so many times that insults pretty much mean nothing to me anymore.
Normal friendly banter in my household isn't differentiated by what he says to me; it's differentiated by whether he wants to make me cry or whether he just thinks he's being funny. If I think it's the latter, I just let it go and laugh with him. Otherwise I would never be able to have a normal conversation with him. When he is in a good mood, he just jokes lightly about me being ugly or never having accomplished anything in life. That's how I can tell he isn't trying to hurt me. But when he is trying to hurt me, his tone changes completely and he will talk for hours about how much I disgust him and what a failure I am and how my life is worthless. I don't even think he knows at this point how to speak nicely to me or give me compliments. Even our normal conversations are littered with light insults. Even when I was 4 years old, there was this one time where he kept telling me that I was ugly like SpongeBob (this is so funny to think about in hindsight) and I started crying, and he just kept laughing at me. I still have no idea why he did that. I mean what even was the point. I could not have conceivably done anything wrong at 4, so he literally just wanted to hurt me.
I have nightmares of him. Any nightmares I have are of him... I have never (and I mean never) had a good dream about him in my life. I have nightmares of him killing me, hitting me, screaming at me, raping me. Once I had a nightmare of me killing him and that woke me up in a panic because it felt so real, and I was terrified I had become a monster.
I used to think I was a horrible kid. I would cry a lot and think I should kill myself so that no one would have to deal with me. I would find it hard to imagine that anyone could actually like me. Even now, I struggle with this in romantic relationships and luckily have a great boyfriend who compliments me all the time, but it's still hard for me to understand how my boyfriend could possibly like me. I'm lucky I had good friends all throughout high school who would tell me the exact opposite of what my dad was or I would probably be an asocial wreck of a person.
I think what mostly changed my mindset is seeing how much my dad tried his absolute hardest to destroy my self-esteem. He loved me a lot but it is hard for me to contemplate how you could also hurt someone so much without knowing what you are doing. I can excuse it more if he didn't know, but how could he not know? Actually, a few months ago he texted me and kind of apologized. He said that he was driving past my high school and suddenly remembered all the things he would do to me before school, and said that it must have made going to school very difficult and that he was sorry. He said that he just wanted the best for me and that I will understand when I'm a parent. His text ended up sending me into a panic attack. I just don't understand how someone could say these things. I'm also fed up with the excuse that APs were not taught how to communicate and so just don't know how to express themselves. They are old ass adults, you're telling me they never learned on their own? I was raised to NOT communicate if anything, but I think my father giving me the silent treatment when he was upset at me really taught me the importance of using your words.
I just don't understand why APs can't just compliment their kids at least once, just once. I waited so long for my father to compliment me... I skipped a grade, I went to a great high school, I got into T30s, I had a social life, I am thin and look fine, I was MVP several times for sports, I graduated with honors, I landed a job at a great firm... Now I'm not a doctor, an Ivy League grad, not a T20 grad, did not get any academic scholarships, am not making six figures out of college. But for most families that would be pretty fucking solid, right? I spent my whole life waiting for him to say something nice to me. At my college graduation was the first time I ever heard him say "Congrats." I used to think I was such a fucking failure but now that I'm older and look back on it, I was a good kid to have. Not like the best, not amazing, not remarkable, but at least a normal well-behaved kid. So what the fuck did I do wrong?
When I got into a great high school, he hit me for not getting into the 2 schools that ranked higher in the area. When I got into the college he actually said he liked and wanted me to go to, he suddenly switched up as if them accepting me meant that it was not good anymore. At 20 years old, he was still giving me shit for the high school I went to! He still hates that my applications at 12 years old were not better! He always says I don't try when I try so damn hard. I used to think that he loved me because at least he saw that I had potential, unlike my mom who always seemed to expect the worst from me and did not really pay attention to my life. But nowadays I think that it was just a manipulation tactic to get me chasing a bar I would never be able to reach. When I got my first internships, he said they sucked. When I landed a major business internship, he said that business is for whores and that I should prepare to get raped by all the men in my workplace because they WILL want to rape me. When I got a job at that same firm, the only thing he said to me was "How much money are you making?" and was disappointed when I told him. He laughed and told me that I would never make enough to move out permanently and that I should just give up now because now he's stuck taking care of me for the rest of my life since I can't seem to accomplish anything worthwhile. I had bad panic attacks after every single one of these conversations and none of them were even in-person, just over the phone. After the job phone call, I remember running outside of my apartment and throwing up behind a dumpster and then lying on the dirty ground and crying.
I have yearned my whole life for him to just be proud of me but now I don't want that anymore. I want him to be gone so I can mourn for a bit and then move on with my life and live the great adult life I know I could have. I feel like he is holding me back mentally and sometimes I wish he would just fucking leave my life. I dream of a day where I can just be free of everything and everyone and all expectations. Where I don't have to hide my relationships or my tattoos (lol) or my dreams. Where I don't have to be pretty and skinny and get an Asian husband and make babies with him for my grandparents; where I don't have to be a constant failure to my father. Not to mention my grandparents have made everything worse because they have pitted all the families against each other and so I'm in constant competition with my cousins. Every semester growing up (from kindergarten to senior year of college) they would line up the grandkids' transcripts and go through each one. It fucking sucked. And everyone knew exactly how the other kids were doing. I used to feel so detached and isolated from my family because we all hated each other, although I have since resolved things with my cousins as an adult (I am the youngest, so the last to have to put up with the academic competition) and am grateful to have so much family.
He loves me but I think he is a cruel person and, as much as his death would probably hurt, I think I would be better off without him. I'm so tired of having to love people just because they financially support me. I harbor zero feelings in my heart for much of my family and only wish that I could have had the big happy family that I could have so easily had. Most people would say that I'm just selfish and ungrateful, and perhaps that is true as well, but it just blows my mind how different my life could have been if my family were just composed of nice people. Your main focus will revolve around Trading-related subjects, such as market performance, league standings, sport results and betting activities, along with customer and operation-focused analyses, among others. As a Trading Data Analyst you will:

What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as statistics, mathematics, economics, operations research, or similar; At least 3 years of working experience in a reporting, statistical or quantitative role; Work experience in the gaming industry would be considered a plus; Exceptional data storytelling skills and the ability to articulate technical information to a non-technical audience; Ability to think strategically and primarily cooperate and interact with senior stakeholders; Advanced SQL skills, highly advanced with MS Excel and Google-sheets (pivot tables, v-lookups); Working experience with Microsoft Power BI would be considered a plus (or other dashboarding tools such as Tableau); Working experience with Python would also be considered a plus (especially Pandas, Numpy, and other relevant libraries for data analysis).
