60 day vacate notice sample letters

CALL. OSHA.

2024.05.21 14:28 Gingersnap5322 CALL. OSHA.

I’ve noticed a few posts recently about temperature issues in various stores on this subreddit. But for some reason all of you decide to treat it like animal house and get the customers involved with this issue making them complain to the sm, dm, and rm.
CALL OSHA
OSHA has an anonymous tip website where you can file your complaints and they will follow through with your case. I know because I did it with my store.
You need evidence so use your thermometers and record temperatures throughout your day, take photos with your phone. You need the valid evidence that all of you have or else they have nothing to go off of. Thankfully they still send out a letter to your store telling them to quit messing around, but without further evidence line I stated above, they won’t do anything so you need to keep an eye on your email and phone if you want to actually get something done.
They don’t care about what health inspector company they use, they don’t care what California health guide lines Starbucks uses. In the end, Starbucks is based is the US and must follow US health code guidelines.
Call OSHA.
I understand this place is for help, but if there is something that is effecting how you work physically. This subreddit is not gonna do jack, file with osha, they respond.
Call OSHA. They are here for you as the employee.

2024.05.21 14:23 Ok-Isopod8776 If I’m planning on having 4 full day across Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. With 2 kids in tow (5 and 7), is it worth trying to get a vacation package? I notice they’re only limited to 2 nights and sell out fast.

If I don’t get the vacation package but stay in a Disney Hotel, what perks would this give me outside of being as close as possible? Would I still be in the same queue for entry into the park as non hotel guests?

2024.05.21 14:19 retronaco Overactive bladder

On may 9th I started to have to go to the washroom more frequently I noticed that I had to go roughly every hour… I started feeling back pain on my right side more of a pressure pain. I initially thought I may be getting a kidney stone and boy was I wrong! I’m going to tell you guys my experience and how crazy this has been… here’s a little context. I am currently going through a divorce (which was my own doing), financially I am tight as I have to uphold two mortgages one being my own and other being portion of a rental property I own. However the rental property is not a positive cash flow atm due to high interest rates. A lot has happened in May. I had to buy a new dryer as my drying machine just went, also a new microwave (over stove). I work in sales and with high interest everyone is so tight with money and people aren’t spending nearly as much as they were a year ago. I could go on about more but no need. So may 9th it began, all day that day I had to constantly go to washroom almost every hour, I smoked some weed and went to bed. That night I ended up wetting myself a little overnight (this was a first) I panicked and snapped out of it however the next few days I would continue to have back pain and constantly peeing, unfortunately I started doing some google reading on this and I had pre determined myself that maybe I had a kidney stone and just needed to drink more fluids and try to get better. It went on until Wednesday may 15th at this stage my lower back pain had increased and I started noticing pain in my abdomen area also. I went to doctors and did some sampling. They found microscopic blood in my urine but weren’t sure what it could be and sent it in for further testing on top of that in Canada the long weekend was coming which typically means you won’t get lab results until mid next week (this week). Now this continued as I was freaking out about blood in my urine and more googling which made things worse… Friday May 17th comes around. At this stage I was extremely worried and was going to washroom every 30 mins until night time. Night time was horrible (I don’t wish this on my worst enemy) at night time while trying to go to sleep I started to go to washroom every 5-10mins and shortly after around 1AM Saturday I couldn’t get off toilet the back pain had increased and abdomen pain had increased. It left like my bladder was just squeezing everything out! I panicked further! I spiralled and broke down, I went to the hospital. Once I got to hospital and told them my symptoms they believed I was passing a kidney stone but they wanted to confirm and do a CT scan, blood work, and a urine sample. Few hours later my results were in… everything was fine. The doctor said he was not sure exactly what was happening but thinks I have something called “interstitial cystitis” however said I should speak to my family doctor and see a urologist. This is where I started doing more research as I couldn’t take going to washroom so much… I came across urinary frequency and one of the causes was anxiety and stress… I’ve always told my self that I have never had anxiety and never have experienced it. On google I came across a Reddit and it was someone who has experienced similar things and it turned out to be just anxiety. Currently as I am typing this I am improving quite a bit I no longer have to go every 5-10 mins. I go roughly every 2 hours. I am still in recovery as I do have moments where I need to go within 20 mins of just going to the washroom. However I have not taken any medicine I have slowly learned to accept things and get better and this has helped a lot with my anxiety. I have learned that somethings I cannot control but everything will be ok. I started to keep busy (deep clean the house, do all laundry, cooking, lawn work) and that really helped grounding me. Also one thing that helped me is start to relieving some weight. I’ve had weight on my shoulders about leaving my wife so I apologized to her last night saying that I am sorry for making her feel like her world is getting destroyed as we have a child which we will have to share custody. I also am writing this to get better. Please know guys if you are going through this it will all be ok! You have to overcome what is bothering you and accept it. The mind is very powerful, we can make ourselves sick even when we aren’t. I’m sure this isn’t my last time with this but I hope my experience helps you! And know you will be ok.

2024.05.21 14:06 PoseidonTheAverage 5 ton Condenser Unit Power Usage

I had an old R-22 unit that was on a 60A breaker. When I got a new R410A unit it recommended a 50A breaker and I downsized. I'm still under warranty for another 5 years but I was looking at the newer R410A units (which will probably be obsolete by the time I need to replace it) but noticed on the 5 Ton units they're already recommending a 45A breaker.
I didn't even know that existed but its crazy the max draw keeps going down on them.
Past few years eventhough the AC is well maintained its been struggling to keep up as the summers have been hotter in TX. Used to be we'd have a few 100+ degree days but last summer we had like 60 consecutive ones. I've been thinking about a mini-split for the bedroom but that would drive a service upgrade on my 125A service.
At this rate, when I go to replace it, it may only require a 40A breaker. Pretty crazy that they're getting so efficient but that extra 20A may buy me capacity for a small mini split without a service upgrade.

2024.05.21 14:04 cricket-critter Ablut events as a low LVL on PC.

new player here. I played on PS but since my friends started playing on PC i migrated.
And one thing i noticed, is how higher lvls on PC are kinda.... too strong?
Yeah, tanks for the 500 stimpaks, but my last 20 hours i didint saw the color of the legendary mobs that spawn in events.
I was doing the event that you need to make noise and in the time i had to change weapons (i wass hitting with the guitar sword to help with the quest) the legendary was already dead.
It is but an example of my last experience on events on PC so far. low Lvls (30-60) doing the objectives and the highers (100+) spawn camping the legendaries and leaving no chance for us to tag them. im a whole week, doing 3-4 events a day and havent even seen a legendary mob. By the time my PC loads the mob on screen it is already dead. And if it dies before i saw him it doesnt leave a body (i know, crap PC doesnt help) but im talking about 2 to 3 seconds here.
Please, leave some juice to us. I want to get the rewards too.
Edit: 'About events as low lvl on pc' sry for the typo on the tittle. edit2: after a few replyes (2, to be precise) i understand that its a matter of balancing.

2024.05.21 14:01 punkassbitxh [real] (05/21/2024) body image

maybe it stems from my dad always poking fun at my weight as a kid. maybe it was the early 2000’s obsession with ‘heroin chic’ rail thin celebrities and models. the constant blazing headlines of “SHE IS SO THIN.” I remember Nicole Ritchie being absolutely BLASTED for how small she was but if you’d looked at articles prior, she was Paris’ “fat friend”. Tyra Banks being labeled as “huge” for being about 150(ish) lbs. in her prime. the CONSTANT ragging on the ‘older’ celebrities (like 30s) for their cellulite or dimpled thighs. for all the issues I had, an ED was never one of them. I never had enough “self control” or the weight obsession to hold off on food for longer than 3 days. my gag reflect never was strong enough to vomit anything up - but I was just always unhappy with my weight. I’ve finally reached a point in life where it’s not really about my weight anymore. I truthfully think I’m only carrying an extra 10ish lbs and I’d be okay with that if it didn’t LOOK the way it did.
back in 2020 when I quit drinking, I went about 60 days and lost almost 35lbs. from NOTHING besides cutting out booze and all those late night snacks. then in November, I got Covid and proceeded to lose my taste and smell so then it got to the point where I just forgot to eat. in the mix of that, it was a heavy time around me - mental health wise - which contributed to stress weight loss. overall, I lost almost another 20 lbs and I was exceedingly happy with how I looked. looking back, I was a bit thinner than I’d like to be now, but I had SO much more confidence. during that time, I went out and bought some clothes, which I still have. I tried them on yesterday and boy - that was a rude awakening.
body image has always been an issue for me. but now I just can’t decide what’s the matter. am I “fat?” or am I just out of shape? do I need to lose weight or do I need to tighten it up? I had two kids… no one (including myself) expects me to be a size 0… I wouldn’t wanna be, I like having some curve. but the fact that I’m up almost 2 sizes from just 2-3 years ago fucking sucks. idk why I’m complaining, I have a week off work starting tomorrow… I’m going on vacation - but the idea of being in the heat with minimal clothing makes me viscerally uncomfortable. I don’t wanna look fake - that’s the new trend. veneers and nose jobs and fake boobs and disgusting, fake plastic asses… everyone looks like a copy of a copy of a copy of another person. everyone looks the same, there’s no variation - no “real” features left… I don’t want that. but jesus fuck, it’d be nice to FINALLY feel more comfortable in my own skin.
the way I feel now is leaps and bounds above how I used to feel or how I used to see myself so I suppose that, in itself, is a small win. but comfort in my own body and comfort in my own life is the goal - and I’m not there yet… and that sucks.

2024.05.21 14:00 HasanAjami Will I lose my foot due to pseudomonas infection

Hi, I am 22M, 82kg (180lb) from Germany. Unfortunately, I couldn't find much information about this infection. I suppose it's rare, but since I have it, I need reassurance.
I underwent foot surgery almost two months ago due to joint stiffness causing pain while walking on rough floors. The doctor repaired the bone and secured it with two titanium screws. I've seen the doctor multiple times, and during one visit, he said I could shower with my foot and that everything looked fine.
After taking a shower, I noticed a green color on my wound a few days later. I visited the doctor, who took a blood sample and prescribed antibiotics. The blood test revealed an infection, and the doctor said one screw needed removal because it had shifted due to infected surrounding tissue or something similar.
Subsequently, I had another surgery and stayed in the hospital for a few days. They conducted another blood test, which revealed a more serious infection with Pseudomonas, a bacteria resistant to antibiotics. A CT scan was done, and it was determined that the remaining screw needed removal as it would likely become infected, and there was no way to eradicate the bacteria from it. I'm receiving daily injections of 400mg Ciprofloxacin (3x200ml), changing the bandage regularly, and awaiting another surgery followed by a cast and months of antibiotics.
The doctors haven't expressed optimism or pessimism so far. I haven't seen my primary doctor since the second surgery, as he seems busy. I'm only in contact with hospital doctors who update him, and they assure me he's monitoring everything closely.
I'm unsure how to feel about the situation. I'm trying to stay brave, but deep down, I'm scared. Could I lose my foot? Today, one doctor mentioned that my wound is healing well. I joked about it being unfortunate that they would operate on it in two days, but she didn't respond. Small things like this deepen my fear.
Any ideas or experiences? Thank you.

i looked on the app and noticed my partner discount is still active. i also haven’t gotten my vacation time paid out. i gave my SM more than 2 weeks notice so it wasn’t out of nowhere or surprising for her.
is this normal? does it just take a little longer? after working for this greedy ass company i thought they’d deactivate my discount right away so the fact that they haven’t worries me

2024.05.21 13:50 Feeling_Patient7766 Zepbound on a cruise - food and alcohol

Good morning, All. I just got back from an Alaskan cruise and this is my first trip since starting Zepbound in January. We cruise about once a year and normally I’d gain 7-10 pounds from all the food and alcohol, so I was curious to see where I’d be in 8 day’s time. I weighed myself the morning we left and I was 168.8 (down 25.2). I did bring my weekly shot with me in an insulin pen holder and took it on my normal scheduled day. I will say, I did eat more than I am used to eating since my journey began but I will say it was also significantly less than I would normally. As far as alcohol, I rarely drink any at all unless on vacation, but I did notice that the alcohol did have a larger affect on me than it normally would have (just like I’ve read about) so I tended to want less. After all said and done, I weighed myself the morning after I returned and I was actually DOWN .4 pounds!!! If that’s not a win I don’t know what is! Here’s to hoping the shortage ends soon because this has been a lifesaver for me.

Hello! I just want to clarify the meaning of the title. I sent a notice of my immediate resignation sa TL ko through SMS (not IR letter since to be followed after I obtain my medical certificate from my psychiatrist since I am on 7 day montoring) kaninang tanghali and explained my situation (mental health reason) and I firmly decided about it. I took a week of rest to consult a psychiatrist before sending the notice. Gusto ko lang malaman if yung meaning nito is papasok pa ba ako to take calls kasi hindi ko na kakayanin magcalls pa or pupunta lang sa opis to talk about the matter? Thank you sa mga makakasagot.

2024.05.21 13:41 Lypos Was told i look younger than I am

I (41) had to help train a new guy at work. I'm not out there, so I'm full boymode. The only thing that may be obvious is my long hair, but plenty of guys there have long hair too, so it's not a big deal. Got to talking about our ages. Ge saud he's over 60 (look early 50s). I told him my age, and he was surprised and said i look like I'm in my 20s." Talk about euphoria!
Also noticed my face flushing more after exertion, which had me looking in the mirror and really noticing my features softening after 7½ months. I haven't put much effort into my looks and have largely been focused on the mental improvements in my journey, but it's nice to notice my physical features coming along as well.
Have a great day, everyone, and may it be blessed! Every day is a new adventure!!

2024.05.21 13:31 Strong-Guess3986 I Think I'm in Love With My Best Friend

Hey everyone! I've never made a post on reddit before so bear with me friends. This is also gonna be long because I physically cannot restrain myself from overexplaining.
Ok, SO me (24F) and my guy best friend (25M) have known each other since about sophomore year of college. Let's call him Tony alright. I met him through my college roommate and best friend, we'll call her Tina (Tony is Tina's cousin's husband's best friend). He went to a different college in a city about 2 1/2 hours away, but he came and hung out with his friend a lot and he lived with them during COVID. I'm a pretty socially awkward and shy person so it takes me a while to get comfortable around someone and be myself so I didn't really engage with him at first. It should also be mentioned, I've never been in a relationship or in love befoe; I've been on dates and done a thing or two here and there with some people, but I've always been shy so I'm kind of a late bloomer in the relationship aspect. He is not and he's been in relationships before and has experience doing the horizontal tango; an activity I do not have experience in!
Fast forward, tail end of junior year or beginning of senior year of college we start actually interacting and I open up a bit more. I then develop a small "schoolgirl" kinda type crush because he was a new friend and funny and nice, and I never really had any guy friends growing up so it was new to me and you know the daddy issues of it all. Ok so BOOM spring break senior year right (March 2022), we go on a vacation to NOLA with our friend group. My crush is in full swing at this point and during said trip, my bff Tina and I share a hotel room with Tony and his best friend Ted (sharing bc we are poor). So we get a lot of quality time and get a lot closer as friends. Skip to May 2022, we graduate college and my BFF Tina moves to the bigger city in the state we live in (where he lives) in June (we went to college in a small town). So, naturally I go to the city a lot to visit her and so in turn we start hanging with him more frequently since he's closer now. At this point, I'm over my crush and he's just my really good friend (I promise). Fast forward to December 2022, I move to the city as well and my bff Tina and I move in together so we see him even more, and he's spending nights at our place (on the couch). We get a lot closer and the main thing we do in our friendship is talk. He's a level 100 yapper, and I didn't used to be at all until we became friends honestly, but he just brings out the yap in me. We talk about anything and everything; we even argue about a variety of topics, but it's not with malice or rudeness at all; we're just talking. He's just genuinely the easiest person to talk to I've ever met; strangers just talk to him all the time.
So now we're gonna jump to December of 2023 (sorry for the jumping around, I'm an ADHD warrior). I've had mental health issues off and on since high school, but they got worse around this time. Around this same time, he started getting depressed as well as a few months prior he had been fired from a job and his car got towed amongst other things. My BFF is also going through it.We are all just going through some trials and tribulations lemme tell ya. So, we've all been leaning on each other emotionally pretty heavily lately. Recently, he spends multiple days in a row at our house. So, I've been working through the prior mentioned mental health issues these past months and I'm think I'm finally coming out the other side. I've actually been the happiest I've been in a very long time, but I'm also still struggling a bit because I feel as though my personality has changed drastically since this ordeal or maybe I'm finally feeling secure enough in myself to show my true personality idk, but in a nutshell I'm feeling open and brave which are qualities I don't have experience in whatsoever. As I'm finding myself, I think I'm also becoming more in touch with my feelings which is how I realized I had feelings for him, but anyways back to the nitty gritty. So I'm feeling all these new feelings and all, and my crush on Tony comes back with a terrible new twist: 100% real uncut feelings 😔. But, I am terrible at reading social cues and understanding other people's feelings so I genuinely can't tell if he feels the same or not. But, ever since I've realized my feelings, I've been noticing things more. Me, Tina, and Tony have always been very open with each other in the sense that we talk about anything and everything. We talk about sex, relationships, our bodies, etc. But, lately, I feel like him and I talk even more about sex and relationships and he makes more jokes or funny remarks about sexual or romantic things between us. To be fair, I have too (😝), so it may just be in response, but come on, it's to the point like, we jokin anymore?? So, the other day, I was joking about how I was gonna be a virgin at 40, and he said, "Nah, we'll figure something out before then." like what you mean by that?? And another time, we were riding in the backseat together, and the whole car was talking about eating a girl's kitty cat and I had made a joke about not knowing the feeling and he said, "What?? That's so sad bro" and then under his breath said, "we'll have to do something about it" like huh???? And I also have this crop top with butterflies on it that may be a lil revealing (🙈) that he complimented when he first saw me wear it. And now, whenever I wear it, he'll say something about it like, "Ohhh, return of the shirt" or something along those lines. Also a while back, I had told him about how my late grandpa would always sneak me Ho-Hos as a kid and how I missed him a lot, and in the next few days, he brought some over when he came to hang out like brooo 😩. He didn't say that was the reason or anything, but that would be a crazy coincidence I feel. He's also always showing me something on his phone like a video he thought was funny, a movie he liked, pop culture we talk about, music he likes, etc. He'll just appear in front of me with his phone 2.3 cm from my face saying, "look 👁👄👁". Also, we've both been talking a lot lately about how lonely we are and how we miss sleeping and cuddling with another person in the bed. I feel like I've been dropping hints, but I'm also scared to tip him off so the hints I think I'm dropping could be more like office friendly chit-chat in reality!
It should also be noted that after I got over my initial crush, I didn't find him attractive. I really didn't find him attractive when I had a crush tbh. He's definitely not my usual type at all; I'm a fat bi girl who usually goes for masc women or feminine men and he's a short skinny lil fella with a permed mullet 😭. I'm definitely not his usual type either which is another reason I have doubts about his interest in me. He usually dates skinnier girls. I'm finally okay with my body, but if you're a fat person, you know how absolutely anxiety-inducing it is thinking about shooting your shot and someone rejecting you because of your body. I don't think he would do that, but there's still that fear there. He's also mentioned recently how he doesn't care about looks and body and I'm like 🤨 you hinting at something?? Cause I've talked to him before about struggling with loving my body so he knows im self-conscious about it at times. I'm also hesitant because besides Tina, he's my best friend in the world. I would never want to do anything to jeopardize that friendship. I've been trying to get over it and/or ignore it. But, God, idk what to do anymore. It's driving me insane, and I hate that I'm looking for things and reading into things. And I feel like I'm acting weird or changing my behavior which sucks cause it's hard to control cause I'm nervous. But, I really don't think it's all in my head. I don't even know if I want to pursue anything and change our relationship forever, but I feel like I'm going crazy. If anyone has any insight or advice, it would be much appreciated. Thanks a bunch!
TL;DR: I (24F) think I'm in love with my guy best friend (25). We met when I was 20, and I think he may be flirting and secretly feel the same, but I truly can't tell. We hang out almost everyday, but I don't want to be seeing things that aren't really happening. I also don't want to ruin our friendship. I would really just like some insight on the situation or advice on how to tell if he's also interested. TIA! 🫶

2024.05.21 13:29 CosplayBabeJoyful I was dishonest to my client and made them pay me for what I could have prevented.

I have my own business as a printer. I have fancy printing machines and usually my clients email me art work and all I have to do is print it and make sure I deliver on time.
One of my clients emailed me some art work and before I printed it, I noticed there was a mistake made on it. His graphics designer had forgotten to add important info on the design. I provided a sample, well knowing that there was an omission ( equivalent to a typo) but the client still went ahead and approved the sample before I could go into batch production .
Instead of me giving him the heads up, I went ahead and printed it out, knowing very well that he would eventually see the omission made and ask for a reprint , which obviously means more money for me since it wasn't my fault that his designer fucked up.
Well , this was 2 days ago and today he just called me and sent edits to his design and said his designer fucked up. It's a situation I could have easily prevented , and uncharacteristic of me, because I knew it would result into another order which meant more money for me , I let it happen.

2024.05.21 13:25 Legitimate-Roof-6158 Savi’s Reservation isn’t showing

I recently did all my reservations at Disneyland 60 days out including Savi’s. I noticed I had the wrong names down on my reservation so I called and they said they changed the names for me but now my reservation is gone on the app and website. Does anyone know if it takes a day or so to update or did they cancel it and not update it? The time I was signing up for is still available so I can just sign up again and cancel one if nothing else. Just seeing if this has happened to anyone else.

2024.05.21 13:10 windy-city-assasn Smart Compliance Management - Has anyone else had any issues with receiving correspondence from them?

Hi, I know this scum of an organisation has been discussed before on this thread, but I had an instance where I received a fine (which had gone to a debt collector) and paid just to get out of the hassle, vowing to never park there again. However, a few weeks later, I got a call saying I had multiple fines going back six months. Now, this is a lot of money, and I don't know how I'm going to pay it. The main issue is that I never received any correspondence for any of the fines other than the one I paid. I tried explaining that once I knew I couldn't park there, I stopped, but I never knew until I got that letter earlier this year.
They basically implied I was lying, which doesn't make sense. Why would I ignore 10 notices and then open the 11th? Or that NZ Post is messing up (which I doubt).
Times are tough, and I recently lost my job, so this is not great. I completely accept that I overstayed the parking. Basically, I thought that because most of the shops (except a Dairy) close around 5 pm, I could use the empty parking space in the shopping plaza to shoot hoops in the basketball court adjacent. Turns out, no, but had I been told the first time, I would have stopped, not let these fines accumulate. The worst part was when I rang the collections person, they made me sound like I had committed a murder. I don't know what the world has come to; is living a crime these days.

2024.05.21 12:47 pimilpimil AITA for my bf to leave me after not giving him enough time in our relationship?

My bf (31 M) and I (31 F) had just celebrated our 3rd year anniversary recently and just few days after, he left me. Most of our relationship was spent away from each other as I currently lived abroad and he is in our home country.
We met online and has been consistently "lovey dovey" for the first 2 years of our relationship while not ever meeting in person yet. Until just last year, I finally met him for the first time when I went for vacation in our home country and it was great. We bonded and so comfortable together.
He is my first everything. After the 1st meeting and the 2nd one before I went back to my current workplace, I felt like our relationship became stronger in a sense that we had physical connection now. So we decided that he will be moving here with me this year with me so we can be together and discussed a wedding, marriage and all of that.
Few months ago, I noticed that he has been cold towards me and he claims it is because of me not giving enough time for him. As far as I am aware, I am giving him as much as time as always and as much as time as I can. We always text everyday, we video call during my break but he said it is still not enough. I don't know what more I can do as I had done all that I can so we can talk.
With my previous job role, I think he meant he want the time spent with him on call will just like that but my role before is different than now. I was a normal employee working in a shop before so I can speak to him on video call the most as I don't have a boss around me but now it's different. I have a more serious role in the company and I have been on back to back meetings with clients, field work and all of that so I feel like this is the reason why he felt I don't give him enough time. I already explained to him everything but he was not having it and so he left me and never speak to me for days now and I was left heartbroken because I really love this man. I imagine a future with him and even saved up so he can be with me here soon. I thought love was enough but apparently not.

2024.05.21 12:46 inAbigworld What are my options if house owner wants me to evacuate without an apparent beach of contract or having done anything bad based on my contact?

I'm not familiar with Australian law at all so any help would be appreciated.
I have rented a Granny flat in a house on 29 February directly from the owner. The agreement format is the formal "Residential Rental Agreement" made by "Consumer Affairs Victoria" and is in 10 pages. In the second page, between the two choices of "fixed" and "periodic", it is indicated that it's a "periodic agreement (monthly)". Also at page 10, in the "additional terms" section, the owner has written this: (with a little bad grammar)
"Any behavioral issues will be this contract will be terminated without notice of termination."
Also the bond is 0 and it's written in the contract that cash is a better payment (probably because the owner is not reporting to ATO).
Now, back to the story, I always worked as a remote software developer and that's what I told them when I moved in. So I'm basically in my unit all the time. I have a contact with a company that indicated so, too, that I'm working with them.
During the last month, due to small amount of work that I received from my company (long story), I started doing Uber delivery with a bike. From that day, strange behaviors from my house owner, who are a couple in their mid 50s, appeared. First of all, they both start asking me that if I were honest about being a software developer, why am I doing Uber deliver? (Which I answered nicely and said that I'm getting interviews). After several days, I received a text message from them indicating that I let someone stay overnight in my flat and this is a beach of contract and I have to pay them half of my fortnightly rent which I said I didn't had anyone over (I didn't have anyone over and this is not in our rental agreement as I see. Also, they have cameras all over the house and also through the entrance and they could easily check this). Then the wife constantly teases me about how she thought I'm in IT and I'm an Uber delivery person. Also she teases me about not getting out of the house that much and also being late at one night (I was Ubering and got home at 2am after a 9 hour shift, I didn't disturb anyone but their dog that is kept in the yard kept barking when I entered. Maybe this woke them up or they simply checked the cameras).
I'm getting the vibe that they are looking for an excuse to have me evacuated. They don't seem very reasonable. For example, they have a neglected dog in our common 15m² yard that they never take for a walk, treat, get close to or anything, just the automatic feeder is set and the dog shits and pisses all over the yard! (Maybe it's there to scare the two tenants I don't know).
My question is, if they decide to have me vacated and make an excuse to show as a beach of contract and it is debatable, what would be the notice period and my options? I can do one month but two weeks for notice period is very short for me.

2024.05.21 12:32 lsrj0 MAX G30 massive battery drop

After about two years using the scooter 3/4 times a week, usually commuting around 6miles, I noticed my battery drops to 60% after a normal commute day.
Easy maths say 6miles=40%, full battery lasts for about 15miles It used to be around 20miles, considering I drive always in sport mode and the city I live in is relatively flat
Might be related: I realised its lost much torque, on start-up, driving uphill, etc…
I’m 75kg, but sometimes carry weight (about 10/15kg) or even my girlfriend (I used to do this more in the past and I try to do it less, to avoid damage). Also, it’s modified to 30km/h limit (which never reaches even full battery max speed is 27km/h)
I bought it second hand but it said 500km of use in official app. Not sure if this can be flashed but the guy didn’t seem the one who’d flash it, maybe I’m wrong.
Is it just old? Is battery getting exhausted? Is it motor damage?
And most importantly: can it be fixed? Is it worthy?
