Jugamos y obviamente perdimos los reporte por trampa y actualmente la cuenta de los grandes papeles sigue sin ser baneada y Ami me banearon la cuenta chetada porque según una app que quita el lag intervenia con los archivos del juego y era ilegal

My mother and I don't have the best relationship, but does anyone have any advice on how not to be triggered when she's being accusatory? I've moved to the US years ago, but she still accuses me of things up to this day. What has helped my sanity is staying LC (Low Contact) as I also don't want to expose my kids to her toxicity.
When I was little, she was quite physically violent and verbally/emotionally abusive, so I have a lot of resentment towards her, but for this post, I'm seeking advice on how to respond/react when she accuses me of things that never happened. I understand that in the PH, opinions on corporal punishment towards kids can vary across groups, but she has never hesitated to hit people. Not in public though, but when no one is looking. Even our household help in the past she would hit without hesitation. At one point, she hit them so hard that so much blood gushed out of my yaya’s nose.
Anyway, these accusations have been ongoing as far as I can remember. One of my unforgettable memories was when I was around 10 - the power went out and she told me to get some cash from her purse to give to our yaya so they can buy additional candles from the sari-sari store. As I was getting cash, because it was a bit dark, she told me to stand next to an area in the house near a lamp post, so I don't inadvertently drop money on the floor. I told her I can still see (it was not pitch black), then I proceeded to get 20 pesos. When I gave her back her purse, I literally saw her with my own two eyes, sneakily drop a few bills on the floor. The next second, she screamed at me and proceeded to hit me, accusing me of dropping those bills on accident and that it would not have happened if I had only listened to her. Yes, I technically did not listen, but she also fabricated evidence just to prove her point. Apart from this, marami pa akong na experience from her that I cannot detail kasi ang dami.
For many years, I've been sending her 500 USD to pay for the mortgage of the condo I purchased. A few years ago, my dad told me he's tired of working and being pressured by my mother to work. Apparently, the money I've been sending her she was pocketing all this time, and she was forcing my dad to pay for my mortgage. When I confronted her, she went batshit crazy and switched the topic - accused me of "taking away the one thing she looks forward to every month" which is getting out of the house and going to the bank to pay for my mortgage. Her reaction was really out of control that she was almost hyperventilating from anger.
When she came here to visit a while back, she launched a smear campaign against me. What happened was, I was eating and she happened to walk by and I did not invite her daw. I was going to give birth na kasi within the next few days and because it was my first, I was a bit anxious, di ko lang na notice that she walked by. I told her and my dad naman that they should not be embarrassed and just help themselves. At that time, my in-laws were also visiting, plus, I was wrapping up some work stuff prior to my maternity leave, so I was quite overwhelmed.
But she told her relatives and friends that “my husband and I deprived them of eating” daw. Di ko raw cla pinakain at gutom na gutom daw cla, sabay iyak. This is a blatant lie tapos exaggerated pa. Pinagalitan pa ako ng mga auntie ko, the very people na mismong mga biktima din nya.
When she calls or texts, the response also has to be immediate. Since I'm in the US, if she contacts me at night, obviously, I only get to respond when I wake up in the morning. But by then, I already have like 20 missed calls and a barrage of unpleasant text messages accusing me of either blocking her or intentionally not responding, both of which never happened. This is why I set my phone to "Do Not Disturb" because she calls me in the middle of the night expecting me to pick up right away. I did explain to her that if I don't respond right away, I will return her call when I'm able to. She acknowledges, but doesn't seem to retain it.
This is the very reason why her siblings and even in-laws refuse to engage with her because if she calls them, she expects the response to be immediate. This is typically how it goes:
Mom: Hi Grace, musta na? Grace (mom's sibling): Hi Joyce, I'm ok kumusta? Mom: Ok lang. Kumusta na mga anak mo? (Grace does respond within the next few hours) Mom: Ano ba talaga ginawa ko sayo?!? Bakit galit ka sakin??? Ano ba talaga kasalanan ko!!! Every time I text, di ka nag rereply!!!! I'm sure binlock mo ako!!
When Grace finally gets to her phone and explains why she responded late, my mother acts like nothing happened. All she says is something like, "Ay sorry", or sometimes outright denial like, "Di ako nag text nyan" or "Di kasi ako marunong gumamit ng cellphone ko kaya akala ko binblock mo ako."
Mapapa-WTF ka talaga if you receive her messages. It will really confuse you. Therapists I've gone to say to try treating these accusations as "impersonal" because my mother doesn't truly believe them, but she says them to evoke a reaction from me to facilitate drama. But it’s all easier said than done.
I don't know if she truly has BPD, but she does exhibit a lot of these symptoms. But whatever it is, it’s not normal. Sa sobrang negative, I really don't want to contact her anymore, but I do so because of my dad.
I think she also tries to constantly stir the pot because she’s been asking to migrate to the US and move in with me, but I declined. Masisira talaga buhay ko and mental state ko if we live under the same roof, especially since our house is small. We don’t have an extra room, but she says she’ll be sleeping in my kids’ room daw with them. Di nga kami nagkikita pero ang dami pa ring tension. Ang expectation kasi nya is because she’s old, that I should extend my patience and tolerate her. But it’s so hard.
I don’t have any siblings and I live far away. I honestly don’t know what to do with her if in case my dad passes first. I also know that her relatives don’t want to be anywhere near her, so doesn’t have anyone.

First time to explore in the private sector, first time encounter with overseas company, not sure what should be the norm or culture. I have some questions and hoping some1 here can enlighten me:

1. Mababa ba ung 40k para sa HR supervisor na position? In essence the position of all things HR within the company of around 150 people ata. Company is not too big naman i think they just started nung 2011. Mixed, americans and then may mga filipino remote workers
2. Help me understand why they are recruiting Filipinos for these remote positions when they can actually hire their locals? is it because mas mababa magpasahod in peso? First time ko kaya no idea how this works, which leads me to my next question
3. What labor law is at play sa ganitong setup? May physical office cla i believe sa US and then may mga filipino workers din. When push comes to shove, esp sa filipino workers, are we covered by our labor law? or we are under the jurisdiction ng US labor law kasi us company sya?
4. Related to Q3, sa ganitong setup normally ba nagbbigay ng night differential sa mga pinoy esp magwwork ka sa timezone nila?
5. Would appreciate your own observations, experiences, and insights in working remotely for overseas companies/businesses.
