I (23 F) have been diagnosed with Bipolar, ADHD, and social anxiety for a few years now, starting Sophomore year of college. I never really agreed with the Bipolar diagnosis. I didn't feel like what I had was mania, though I did relate to a cyclical type of depression and periods of higher mood and motivation, not as much with the super fast talking or no sleep. I do get really bad irritability (just in general, but it gets really unmanageable when I'm depressed). I'm also very prone to isolation, impulsivity, rumination, and have avoidant tendencies in relationships/in general. Since the start of the year, I've had about 3 social outings that lasted a few hours each. I only go into the office 4 times a month, and I order my groceries, so I really never leave my house.
For context, I was always very motivating in school and went to a really good university for an engineering degree. I recently graduated and I'm now a Software Engineer. As soon as I started college, the ADHD symptoms and other mental health struggles started taking a toll on my grades, which was really debilitating. At 19, I got on Adderall for ADHD, and was smoking weed heavily, and for a period I was definitely abusing my adderall, which I now greatly regret. During the height of this, I had a really bad case of persecutory delusions that were scary as hell. Typical "CIA is after me" stuff. I got off adderall for about a year, and I really struggled. It was so hard to feel motivated to do anything, and studying was very difficult. Even when the depression was fine, concentrating was not. I was still having some paranoid/suspicious thinking, but I was smoking weed a lot less and not taking any stimulants, and it didn't reach full-blown delusional state. However, it was definitely still there. For example, if I couldn't find an article of clothing or item in my room, I would quickly jump to "someone must have stolen it", until I would find it. I would also think a lot about the persecutory delusions from before, and wonder about them, but wouldn't really go back to believing them. I graduated last May, and a few months later, I got back on Adderall. It helped my executive dysfunction so much. For example, cleaning is a severe problem for me. I cannot clean, and my apartment frequently gets ant or fly infestations if I don't pay someone to clean for me. The adderall helps with stuff like this, especially if I'm not depressed. When I am severely depressed, it helps with concentration but I don't care enough to do the things I should be focusing on, if that makes sense -- basically the motivation is not there but the concentration is.
I finally started with a new psychiatrist, and today we had our second visit. I explained my whole history, and my main concern being that I'm currently extremely depressed, and I have little bits of these paranoid thoughts, which I know get worse with adderall, but I don't want to stop adderall since it can be so helpful for me. I also told him that I'm scared to go on an antipsychotic because they can cause cognitive issues and in my career, I cant afford that. He concluded that what I have sounds more like a thought disorder than mania, along with a mood disorder -- He said it possibly could be schizoaffective disorder. He said since the Adderall helps a lot, we could switch to Ritalin which has a lower chance of psychosis, and add on Vraylar. He said Vraylar is good for my concern with a lack of motivation, and fear of cognitive decline with other antipsychotics.
I'm scared of this whole thought disorder thing. I looked it up, and it's pretty spot on with my delusional thinking. My whole life, my "intelligence" is the only thing I feel like I've been good at, and the thing that's basically gotten me through life. And now I have this thing that is basically characterized by "illogical thinking". And it's true. In those heightened delusional states, I can feel my mind connecting dots that have no business being connected. And it's getting worse. And adderall, the thing that feels helpful, may have exacerbated this. At least from my understanding, its affects on dopamine are similar to the root cause of Schizophrenia and disorganized thinking, etc. And it is supposed to get worse over time. I'm only 23, I'm only just starting my Software Engineering career, and the thoughts that "I'm getting dumber" since I was 19 are proving to be true. Schizophrenics see a significant drop in IQ over time. I'm honestly terrified. I feel unable to function without Adderall, but I'm also scared that I'll just become more psychotic if I keep taking it. To make matters worse, after 2 sessions with this psychiatrist who was going to prescribe the Vraylar, he tells me he, in fact, does not take my insurance (he'd told me this whole time he did, but he was "mistaken"). It took me so long to find a psychiatrist and now I might have to pay hundreds of dollars worth of two sessions out of pocket. I'm so scared, what do I do... I've been considering going back and getting my masters in Computer Science because I want to work in AI, and you usually need higher education for that. But I would feel incapable doing it without Adderall, and now I feel like either way, this "thought disorder" thing will worsen and I won't be able to do any job that requires logical thinking because my brain just broken. I feel like I broke my brain. And I'm only 23. I've always been an intellectually curious person, I feel so hopeless right now like what is the point of living this way.

My husband(28) and I (26) have been together for 12 years. We met early in HS and I got pregnant at 17. We were crazy about each other the first couple of years. We’ve also always had our ups and downs. We were in couples counseling for years before we even got married for many different reasons. (Lying, cheating, different values).
We’ve also been to several marriage bootcamp seminars. It’s always my idea and he will go and work on things for a while until things cool down. He also suffers from severe depression caused by chemical imbalances. He’s on 2 medications that have helped a lot of makes him a little happier and our marriage has been better the past few years. But his work ethic still suffers. One of the big issues in our relationship is his work ethic & financial issues. He has champagne taste and a beer work ethic.
I work 60 hours a week running a successful house cleaning business and I am also a full time nursing school student and we have 2 children. He just got fired from a job he’s had for a year and I thought he finally found one he liked. Every other job he has had he’s been fired from. about 5-6 jobs since we have been together. Sometime in between jobs he was unemployed. He starts calling in days in a row or showing up late when he does go into work and then he gets fired from being unreliable.
And I can’t handle the pressure anymore. I’ve been asking him for years for more help financially and he says he will try but his actions show otherwise. He talks about being a stay at home dad but he doesn’t really clean or cook, just wants to play video games all day.
Even when he works he barely makes any $. I pay rent. Car payment, electric, water, daycare, etc. he only pays his own food, gas and car insurance. He’s never been on his own and I feel like it’s time for him to learn what it’s like.
I love him but I can’t respect him or myself by staying with someone who makes my life more difficult. Marriage is supposed to be equal and partnership and it’s never been that way. Anyone else ever gone through this? Thanks 🙏

I told her about my desire to buy a tazer to use on Nancy Pelosi's dirty butthole and how my dad used to chaperone me to drug parties because I was a poor swimmer and his fear was I might fall in the pool. When she sent me a link to a grant program, I told her government grants were Communist and I didn't trust Communists and their grants! Once at a party in the 70s, a Russian exchange student convinced me to eat a BBQ'd gerbil for grant money. He promised me he would, but he never paid! I kept getting stranger and stranger with my claims and I was sure she would give up soon...then I demanded she give me some of her grant money, because she owed me $9700. Didn't she remember? I paid a fat Croatian Mafioso so he wouldn't remove her toes one-by-one for unpaid gambling debts. I never expected it repaid but since she just received $180k in grant funds she should finally make good on that. I'm warning you: this is long and it is stupid. Parts of it will probably make you laugh. Back after 8 months. Some thoughts as a PS5 player.
1) It's a level to know where you're at. I dropped off kind of pre Rennala in an NG+ (I know only because I left a note in an Obsidian file). I get and agree why the game and the genre has the lore doctrine it has, but obscurity by design fights against just picking things up again. I feel like this is why online discussion and support is a core part of playing and understanding the game meaningfully. I believe there are folks who really do figure things out by axiom, whether its completion paths, combinations, stacks, buffs, scaling, builds, hidden areas, while believing it's not a game philosophy that works without an internet, and to be frank without the highly centralised iteration of the internet we have today. I think we should encourage players to look at guides from the get over just do it yourself alone.
2) It's a beautiful game. More than I remember. I don't just mean the art style or that it's had ray tracing added. It's things like level of detail, extreme use of color, particle effects, and especially, high contrast. It's all very painterly, but brush brave and stroke precise in a Sargent/Rubens/ElGreco sense, or in the sense of how great mini painters emulate insane realism in 25mm. Some main things I don't love are the washed out distance fog. I get it, but it creates a flatness than undermines (mo) one of the most beautiful, awesome, worlds in video games.

So: yeah, I'm thinking I'm back. One of the greatest games ever made.

It's things like level of detail, extreme use of color, particle effects, and especially, high contrast. It's all very painterly, but brush brave and stroke precise in a Sargent/Rubens/ElGreco sense, or in the sense of how great mini painters emulate insane realism in 25mm. Some main things I don't love are the washed out distance fog. I get it, but it creates a flatness than undermines (mo) one of the most beautiful, awesome, worlds in video games.

They said na I was too arrogant sa room. Naiinis sila sa'kin whenever I try to help them on certain activities or PeTas. They said na I was not good at maintaining their peace. Sabi nila they feel like I'm looking down at them when they ask for my help. They feel like I'm treating them as idiots. Let me start this off.
Blox fruits is easy to get into, long gameplay times and lots of secret quests such as ttk, cdk and that sort of stuff. It has a variety of fruits, swords, guns and fighting styles allowing you to play however you want (kinda) and a decent PvP system. The moves, for the most part, have good animations.
There are a lot of problems though. First off, it's super tedious, with you repeatedly "beating bandits" to level up and progress. The moves, although pretty, can cause a lot of lag on both yours and other players ends. The game is pretty much pay to win, allowing to buy almost everything such as currency, permanent fruits, exp and more. On top of that, the community is super toxic. Bounty hunters that have a go at you for running when you don't want to fight, people selling and begging for accounts, especially begging for perm fruits as some of you may have seen in the og Blox Fruits sub. The final cherry on the cake is updates. The mods were supposed to release an update at CHRISTMAS. And it is now may, 4 and a half months of waiting. The only way it'll be acceptable is if it's the largest update yet, adding reworks, new islands and weapons, and maybe, just maybe, balancing out things like PvP. Maybe they could add a PvP off button!
Rell Seas on the other hand (I've seen all the trailers btw). The animations look amazing. The swords may not be as "flashy" as Blox Fruits, but god damn they are amazing, being so fluid and smooth. The bosses look better as well. They aren't just a new skin on the default model with a few different tricks, no, they have full 3d models, size difference and special animations. The creatures too. Personally, I love the variety, with multiple types of sea beasts. They also have krakens, leviathans AND ACTUAL WILDLIFE. They have customizable ships, character customisation and allow you to pick your race instead of locking it behind tedious late game quests or robux and late game currency. They also allow you to level by doing a variety of things like fishing, lock picking, chopping down trees and have a skill board (I think that's what it's called). The fruits look good as well, with roughly 6 moves per fruits, transformations for most of them (I think) and amazing animations with 3d combat! (Meaning you can combo someone up, down or even sideways)
I don't have much to criticise, apart from the fact that it'll probably be somewhat laggy on mobile but that isn't the Devs fault, and problems that may be caused by the players.
Overall, I believe Rell Seas is going to be massively better, and there's stillore stuff to be revealed. I don't mind what your opinion is as long as you don't judge people for theirs, so what's yours?

After my shock passed, I was filled with anger and wrote her an angry message. I couldn't even say that I saw her profile; I just blocked her from everywhere.
Although it's very heartbreaking, this last incident finally made me throw away my rose-colored glasses. How naive I was. All I wanted was to be loved, and God knows I loved her dearly. However, her love always came with conditions. Now I am realizing that in our relationship, I always had to impress her, and I didn't even ask for anything in return. It was enough for me that she existed. I would do 9 out of 10 things she asked, and she would focus on the one thing I didn't do and ruin our days over it. She would constantly criticize me and always managed to make me feel like the worst man in the world. It didn't matter the topic; in our fights, I was always the guilty one. One time, she broke up with me because I said she wouldn't like a game, but somehow, in the end, I was the one begging for her to come back and apologizing.

This is everything I've ever wanted in a standard or ever a modular set, something that gets your nemesis kit into the game and keeps it as an active part of the encounter. I am so happy I kept myself in the dark with no spoilers for this box. I not only got my favorite X-Person, Magik, but I also got this surprise! I'm even considering running two standard sets and treating III as a modular option as well.
So that's my review of the new campaign box. Eight cards covers the expense and then some. Oh, and the scenarios are pretty good and do a good job being cohesive and thematic. I also liked their experiment with the active missions with their rewards and punishments and the real cost to cover them. But yeah, it was nice of them to throw all these scenarios and two heroes in with the new Standard set. They should do this more often.
I give Age of Apocalypse an 8 out of 8.

Hi Guys.
So, my girlfriend and I ended it a couple months ago. Really, it was over long before that (she didn't move with me across the country, then I cheated on her after... long fucking story), but we hooked up over New Years and were trying to make things work.. They did not. Anyway, I've been trying to "get back out there", and this is what I've found.
TL;DR: I need some advice about getting confidence back. I feel like I won't find anyone as great as my ex (or better), and I don't wanna compromise.
1) The online dating has been disappointing. Been swiping through Bumble, Hinge, and Tinder, and it seems the only girls who tend to like me are very overweight (not my thing). I do get a few attractive matches here n' there, but they've either fizzled over the messages or been single moms; not interested in raising a kid right now. I have gone on a few dates off them, but the girls were definitely... "showing their good side" in their pictures.
I'm good looking; I work out 6 day's a week and keep groomed, and I think my pics are decent. I spent some time on my profiles. I'm willing to take some pointers on dating profiles, if ya'll think it'd help. It has just sorta shot my confidence that I'm not even worth a free meal; that is, spending an hour or so talking to me is not worth grabbing a lunch/dinner.
2) I meet girls, and they don't compare in my brain to my ex. Not as beautiful. Not as funny or smart. Not as comforting. I know it's not fair to new people I meet to compete with someone I knew for years, but I guess I just want someone who makes me feel like she did.
3) When I do see someone I like at the gym and in public, I don't know what to say. I met my ex through school; we were dissection partners, and worked in the same research lab, so we got to know each other pretty well there before dating. Really, it was over long before that (she didn't move with me across the country, then I cheated on her after... long fucking story), but we hooked up over New Years and were trying to make things work.. They did not. Anyway, I've been trying to "get back out there", and this is what I've found.
TL;DR: I need some advice about getting confidence back. I feel like I won't find anyone as great as my ex (or better), and I don't wanna compromise.
1) The online dating has been disappointing. Been swiping through Bumble, Hinge, and Tinder, and it seems the only girls who tend to like me are very overweight (not my thing). I do get a few attractive matches here n' there, but they've either fizzled over the messages or been single moms; not interested in raising a kid right now. I have gone on a few dates off them, but the girls were definitely... "showing their good side" in their pictures.
I'm good looking; I work out 6 day's a week and keep groomed, and I think my pics are decent. I spent some time on my profiles. I'm willing to take some pointers on dating profiles, if ya'll think it'd help. It has just sorta shot my confidence that I'm not even worth a free meal; that is, spending an hour or so talking to me is not worth grabbing a lunch/dinner.
2) I meet girls, and they don't compare in my brain to my ex. Not as beautiful. Not as funny or smart. Not as comforting. I know it's not fair to new people I meet to compete with someone I knew for years, but I guess I just want someone who makes me feel like she did.
3) When I do see someone I like at the gym and in public, I don't know what to say. I met my ex through school; we were dissection partners, and worked in the same research lab, so we got to know each other pretty well there before dating. I don't really have anywhere that I am around a girl that much who I enjoy.
Can on of y'll help me out here? I want to find a partner who I genuinely find attractive.

i like to walk quite a lot. i often take longer routes and i walk to school and walk about an hour each night just for myself i guess. i quite like walking lol. but i’ve noticed recently my body has been looking stronger? my legs and stomach are little more toned a little? not massively but deffo noticeable. i’m not sure if it’s in my head, but i’ve also been eating a bit healthier the past few months. i’ve never thought of walking as exercise but i did think it was good for body to be moving good for my mind too.

He is not fun, me and my friends tried for 3 hours before just deciding to drop the game, difficulty is fine. Dracula is diffucult, but more importantly, with the way the game is designed. Does not lend itself for this fight. I dont have time to spend 7 hours a day grinding a boss wich is why i play on normal. fromsoft games like elden ring and dark souls are fun because the movment feels good, it does not in v rising, you are clumsy slow and require abilities to function wich is fine, hell its even fun on evry single boss except Dracula.
some people might say just get good, why? its not fun, its a chore and co op makes him even worse. grind him solo because easier? no don't think i have to explain why. Anyway loved the rest of the game, especially the base building. anway this is just how we feel, good luck killing the bastard.

On my first playthrough I went through many weapons. However during Iceborne i became a hard longsword user. Loving the counters and mobility and high damage.
Anyway. My friends and I decided to play through the game again recently. And each chose a weapon we hadnt used much. I started with hammer. But soon moved over to try out Charge Blade... and let me tell you, I fell in love. That weapon just has everything, mobility, versatility, guarding, countering (guard point + offensive guard into saed might be the most satisfying thing ever) and a whole load of damage to boot.
After just now beating Fatalis as a squad of 3. I checked my guild guard... i had overtaken my games on my old save with longsword. Therefore I now declare myself an official Charge Blade main!... on MHW
Now onto rise to overtake my longsword usage there. Was thinking of also giving bow a good try. Thats all. Thanks for listening to my Ted Talk.

 | Picked this up in the early 2000’s on clearance for like $40 in East Tennessee and wore it for work. The work was finishing construction in new homes i.e. door knobs, mirrors, bath fixtures, closet organizers, shower doors… yeah that’s about it. It doesn’t get crazy cold in Chattanooga so I wore it in the mornings going to the shop and would mostly leave it in the truck when I got to the job site so it’s still in pretty good shape other than some Taco Bell sauce. I had a couple lined hoodies and some chore shackets too that some of you guys probably snagged from Goodwill. This coat though is a staple of my wardrobe when I want something warm to do chores in which is rare as I now live in Florida. Ive played FH5 from day 1 and im 99% sure ive owned every car (that doesnt cost money) at some point. A big flaw in FH5 are some sounds, mainly turbo noises being plain and repetitive which often become annoying but also how certian engine types of different manufacturers sounds way too similar like it was copy and pasted eg. inline 6s. After alot of testing i have made a list of cars with the upgrades that i think sound unique (very few to no other cars sound the same) / realistic. (!! i know i have left out some cars, its was just alot of work making this list!!) if theres any cars ive missed, comment them and ill add them.
