So I thought I'd write a detailed review below if it is of any use to anyone thinking about joining, as I like many had never hear of BRSK before they knocked on my door.

1 Month Comprehensive Review - £75 amazon code - EBCA

Here is my review if useful.
Background: • I was with sky broadband for 10+ years - not a fibre line as not available in my area from Sky or any other provider. • The max Sky could give me was only 25 Mbps at a price of £37 pm after the April price rise • Knock on the door 26/03/2024 from BRSK sales rep stating that they will be installing fibre in my area. • No overhead telephone lines in my area as all lines are underground to the property • 05/04/2024 got a message that my area is now 'Live' • Signed up for BRSK on 12/04/24 - at a price of £28 pm for 500 Mbps + £3 pm for the BetterPhone Essential (+£12 one off phone line port fee) • Next day I had an engineer around to check the underground ducts weren't blocked and he was able to clear it without any issues on the day. • 17/04/2024 BRSK was fully installed by the engineer within a couple of hours and to a location I desired.
BRSK Review: • The whole installation process was done perfectly with great customer service by Phil. I was on the phone to him for an hour asking all sorts of questions as I had never heard of BRSK before and he was able to answer some technical questions. • Everything was up and running within a week from initial contact to installation - which was great as I had a week or so left to cancel my Sky broadband contract due to the price rise. Great speedy work for that BRSK! • Service - so far has been amazing, no issues! My devices are connected via WiFi and in the rooms near the router I'm getting 520 Mbps Download and Upload - more than the 500 I'm paying for. • Locations across the house - WiFi speed and strength does cut in half - as to be expected with WiFi - but better than what it was like with the Sky router. So no need for an extender like I needed with Sky. • No downtime so far - constant connection. • Gaming - using my Xbox Series X there was been no issues. Ping has been very stable at around 15-20 ms which is slightly better than I had with sky and much more stable now. No issues with Nat or any sort of jittepacket loss. Download speed of around 200 Mbps on my Xbox due to distance from router. • BetterPhone - porting landline from Sky took 12 days. I also needed to request a RJ11 to BT Adapter plug which took a few days but was provided for free when asked for. Quality - not as great as copper landline I had before but this may be down to the phone I have as 7+ years old, not sure.
Overall everything has been perfect so far with consistent speeds, no downtime and great customer service, all at a price cheaper than Sky and 20x faster. Couldn't be more happy so far! So with that being said I would highly recommend BRSK and what's better is no price rises during the 2 year contract!

I often preach about the importance of being on good terms with oneself—listening to our thoughts, tuning into our bodies, feeling our rhythm. But here's the irony: I rarely practise what I preach. My schedule was packed tight for a year with no breaks, burning through my mental well-being. I realised I needed to draw a line between my personal and professional life. Around my birthday last year, I decided to make my goal a reality. Vivid Sydney was just around the corner and I wasted no time and booked one of the amazing Vivid Sydney cruises right away. With my impulsive decision and the seats selling out quickly, it soon became clear that I would be enjoying some quality alone time.
I was born in the beautiful Australian state of Tasmania. My birthday in early June is a time I fondly recall, sitting by the fireplace, devouring my mom's delicious Beef Wellington, while the cold wind gently tapped on our creaky glass windowpane near my favourite chair. My dad always surprises me with a birthday gift that brightens my day! I'll never forget when he got me a brand-new iPod for my 10th birthday—it was the best gift ever. He knew how much I loved listening to music (and let's just say, my playlist was dominated by the Spice Girls). After I hit my teens, I had to move to Brisbane for my college and my life has pretty much been glued to the city ever since. Eventually, birthdays started to feel so little and hazy as time moved on. I was busy with my work and my friends. The warm crisp of my mom’s Beef Wellington and my father’s giggle as I tore open my birthday present seemed to be so far away. And for once, I wanted it so badly to break away from my usual routine and be the curious little kid I’ve always been. I’ve never been on Vivid Sydney cruises and I’ve always heard how pretty Sydney transforms to be with all the lights and colours. Stepping onto that cruise, I felt that familiar rush of excitement and joy, reminiscent of the thrill I experienced when my dad gifted me the iPod.
Many people dream of the perfect date, where their hearts bloom with flowers and butterflies dance in their bellies. Every woman secretly longs for such a magical experience. However, in reality, only a fortunate few of us get the chance to live out this dream that so many desire. But isn’t it unfair when we condition ourselves to believe that a truly beautiful date needs somebody else to happen? Why should we rob ourselves of the chance to be truly happy at least for a day? The Vivid Sydney cruise gave me a wonderful opportunity to have the perfect date; with myself. I was able to hold myself close and talk to the inner child within me. I showed her all the beautiful sights that Vivid Sydney had to offer.

“Arsenal watching city going 1 up after hate watching”
I feel like I've never seen more fans hate watching while 0 Arsenal supporters do so.Spurs fans consistently hate watching when we got into the champions league.
Arsenal, when they were down to Luton, had so many hate-watchers. So many shitty fans calling us hate watchers, then watching every single city and arsenal game to try and clown us.
But I’ve never really seen Arsenal fans as hate watchers… There may be a couple of examples I haven’t seen, but from what I've seen our “Hate watching” has come down to seeing how interesting games can be. When City goes up 1, I try to keep watching (from NZ, so time zones are a bitch) because I like football and I’m interested. I got to 3-0 city vs Fulham before I fell asleep.
Just funny going onto twitter and reading chelsea fans saying ”CITTTEHHHHHH” n such. A bit of a guilty pleasure is reading idiotic posts on twitter.
The Social Media Fans
Social media fans are rampant and are now seen as “The fans of the club” which is insane, because 90% of them have never been to England, let alone a game. And will look at a scoreline/highlights to determine what they think, And look at a team’s name to determine what the result should be.
Trust, I’ve watched full games back from time to time, and goddamn the picture is soooooooo different, from watching highlights, or reading a timeline.
Not sure about certain supporters who live within England, and It may be “banter” but it gets tiring hearing “We all hate Arsenal fans” when you actively have so many more Chelsea, and United fans screaming in your ears about every little thing, while supporting their rivals…
I hate the “pray for (insert team)” but the more of a meme it becomes the better, it’s just sad that they come with some of the most delusional takes ever, from people who don’t pay attention to how other teams are performing. And that they’re not just “food” for us to eat, it’s a competitive league for a reason.
Supporting the Dominant Team
I also find it insane that such a large group of people would rather see a team, with 115+ charges (who have been constantly avoiding them), while also spending billions to win the league for the 6th time in 7 years, over a team which is having a rise to glory. Just because “It’s arsenal”. While if you look back a couple months, everyone is complaining about city.
Also when did the fact where everyone hates the dominant team, and wants to see others rising not become a thing? F1 had it with Hamilton, now verstappen. NZ rugby has it with the crusaders (absolute cunts btw), and it happened with Golden State in the NBA, and now the nuggets.
Clubs who talk about history to prove they’re better now
It’s so common I see fans talk about trophies as if they mean “We’re the best team in the world”, Chelsea fans are great at this, bringing back a champions league where they only have 3 of those players, and a completely different management and ownership.
I just hope that this is banter, and not actual delulu. Hard for me to tell, or even certain teams talking about european trophies (cough cough west ham *cough cough*), where it is amazing they got it, but bring a top 4 / 5 team, who wants to win that competition, and they’ll win it almost every time.
What defines big clubs to me is, how good is your club now, and how many fans around the world do you have. Man United has the fans, but the team quality due to injuries wouldn’t help them to be the “biggest club”. The reason Barcelona vs Real was so big was because they were the best in the world, with the best players, and the most fans. Barcelona are a smaller club now (still huge), because the names aren’t as big, and they aren’t as competitive as they used to be. But still will have a ton of fans.
Teams Succeeding???
For me, I don’t like spurs, the mentality, the supporters, the scummy tactics. But I do want to see the team succeed in the competition (I Also like Ange and his story). I’m happy Aston Villa is doing well, I’m happy Liverpool had a bounce back season, and I'm happy Newcastle have started to find their footing.
And this is because you want a competitive league. We DON’T want a Bayern situation. Everyone always wanted Dortmund to win it, or at least another team, and look at the celebrations now that Leverkusen has done it. Bundesliga got 5 champions league spots, not only because of what happened in the Champion league, but you have Bayern, Dortmund, Leverkusen, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, RB Leipzig all becoming more and more competitive. (Even though the disparity between 1-8 and 9-18 is big) it’s a step in a good direction.
Winning the League?
I’ve supported Arsenal since I was 7, because playing Fifa 12 with my older brothers, I thought the cannon was cool. I’ve been on and off for a while, but Arteta brought me back (And my degen phase of 4 hours of sleep has kicked in)
These years have taught me to never expect our team to win anything, till the final whistle of the final game. Very fucking sad, but it’s true. I will celebrate every win, Look back at every loss, watch every minute I can despite being sleep deprived, and love every moment, because I fucking love this club. I don’t care if we win the Premier league this season or not, I have no hope, but that could be my bleak outlook. But it was the same last season. I wait for the final whistle of the final game, then having the trophy or not, might give me a little more happiness.
But by far the most important thing for a depressed, mentally ill, sleep deprived, University student. Is when I see posts about the players, the club, the staff and the fans. And it makes me smile. As simple as seeing Gabriel and Saliba partnership being praised and them being “future” of Arsenal, makes me smile now, and gives me the moments of happiness which sadly, fade quickly. But they’re there.
Lastly PLEASE for the love of this club, never stop talking about the small cute things our players do, the celebrities involved, the nicknames we give our players, the new chants created. That character is what makes this club fucking beautiful.

1 Month Comprehensive Review - £75 amazon code - EBCA
Here is my review if useful.
Background: • I was with sky broadband for 10+ years - not a fibre line as not available in my area from Sky or any other provider. • The max Sky could give me was only 25 Mbps at a price of £37 pm after the April price rise • Knock on the door 26/03/2024 from BRSK sales rep stating that they will be installing fibre in my area. • No overhead telephone lines in my area as all lines are underground to the property • 05/04/2024 got a message that my area is now 'Live' • Signed up for BRSK on 12/04/24 - at a price of £28 pm for 500 Mbps + £3 pm for the BetterPhone Essential (+£12 one off phone line port fee) • Next day i had an engineer around to check the underground ducts weren't blocked and he was able to clear it without any issues on the day. • 17/04/2024 BRSK was fully installed by the engineer within a couple of hours and to a location i desired.
BRSK Review: • The whole installation process was done perfectly with great customer service by Phil. I was on the phone to him for an hour asking all sorts of questions as i had never heard of BRSK before and he was able to answer some technical questions. • Everything was up and running within a week from initial contact to installation - which was great as I had a week or so left to cancel my Sky broadband contract due to the price rise. Great speedy work for that BRSK! • Service - so far has been amazing, no issues! My devices are connected via WiFi and in the rooms near the router i'm getting 520 Mbps Download and Upload - more than the 500 i'm paying for. • Locations across the house - WiFi speed and strength does cut in half - as to be expected with WiFi - but better than what it was like with the Sky router. So no need for an extender like i needed with Sky. • No downtime so far - constant connection. • Gaming - using my xbox there was been no issues. Ping has been very stable at around 15-20 ms which is slightly better than i had with sky and much more stable now. No issues with Nat or any sort of jittepacket loss. Download speed of around 200 Mbps on my Xbox due to distance from router. • BetterPhone - porting landline from Sky took 12 days. I also needed to request a RJ11 to BT Adapter plug which took a few days but was provided for free when asked for. Quality - not as great as copper landline i had before but this may be down to the phone i have as 7+ years old, not sure.
Overall everything has been perfect so far with consistent speeds, no downtime and great customer service, all at a price cheaper than Sky and 20x faster. Couldn't be more happy so far! So with that being said i would highly recommend BRSK and what's better is no price rises during the 2 year contract!

Hi everyone.
I(28F) had an argument with my boyfriend (31M) of two years 10 days ago. It was about the fact that I didn't really feel like he was supporting me and was being mean. He admitted he was struggling with finding me overwhelming recently, as things have been tough in our personal lives: his mental health/physical issues and my recent traumatic incident where I had to call the police on a neighbour who tried to attack me with a knife. Throughout most of our relationship I have been supporting and helping him with his issues, but now I need a bit more support I haven't felt like he has been bothered. Usually this is not an issue, and he has always been there to talk to me.
I did end up crying, not shouting, but it wasn't pretty. He asked me to leave and I did after about 20 mins after I had gathered myself together. I asked him before I left when we could reconnect and we decided Thursday, when the argument was on Monday. Thursday comes about and I reach out, three calls, and he does not respond. On Friday morning he sent a text saying he needed more time, a kiss, and a funny video we both like, and I agreed.
The weekend comes and goes, and on Tuesday evening I reach out to say hope you're ok and ask if we can say when we will talk? I also asked to pick up my necessities as I have a key, and said I texted his brother who said he can let me in. The text to his brother was, hiya are you in on Wednesday? I need to pick up my hairdryer. This is not unusual as my bf works late and sometimes double locks the door. I called my bf once too. I mainly lived with him, even though I have my own flat. He read both messages but did not respond.
I went the next day and got my necessary stuff (skincare, hairdryer, work clothes etc), said hi to his brother and left within 5 minutes. I also packed my clothes out of our wardrobe as I started to have a bad feeling about the status of our relationship and put them in 'my corner' of the room. The house was a mess and very dirty, which is it not usually like, which worried me.
He has done this before when we broke up a year ago, for about a day. He asked for me back and we talked about everything. We never usually argue unless it is big, and he finds it hard to articulate his feelings in anyway in person due to his past. It is much easier over the phone. I am really sad about it, he is my best friend and I love him.
I have a feeling this is just over, but I can't make myself go over and ask what's going on, which I usually do when we argue. I think I need him to be the one to reach out this time. I am not sure what to do next. If we break up, we break up and thats really sad, but I don't want to leave things on bad terms. I don't think ghosting is something I could forgive. Does anyone have any advice?

Small family really struggling with 2 out of control Staffies. Will give plenty of information below.
Bit of context, my partner and I have had our dogs for about 10 years. They were always a bit of a handful, a little bit naughty from time to time as staffies could be but overall we loved them and they were still our world. One of the staffies we’ll call staffy 1 has severe separation anxiety and is extremely food obsessed plus the naughtier one out the two and will continuously bark and howl if he’s anywhere near us but can’t get to our feet. We can’t even talk to the neighbours out the front of our house without him trying to run through a door or gate to try and get to us. It’s embarrassing and infuriating and I’ll find myself avoiding the neighbours or spending time out the front as I know he won’t stop carrying on until I’m back. When we get home whenever it is he’ll continuously bark at us until we’re able to get close enough to greet him and the other problem is he’s now making our other staffy follow his lead and act the same way. He’ll stalk our kids and do anything to get there food, put him outside and he’ll bark and howl for as long as it takes until we let him back in. Tell him to get on his bed (which he does) turn our back and he’s away again. We’ve lost control of him and the disobedience drives us wild.
We’ve stopped inviting any guests around to our house because staffy 1 will constantly attack (in a playful way) staffy 2 and will continuously try and hump staffy 2 and won’t let her get anywhere near whoever is in our home. Anyone outside our family who enters our home sends staffy 1 stupid even after we give him tramadol. I honestly thought he’d grow out of it but he’s 10 and acts like a puppy still. Put them outside and it’s like a war between them trying to get back inside the house to us and our guests and myself and my partner are deep down raging at them and can’t relax or enjoy the company of our guests.
The second staffy (number 2) is a really kind natured and beautiful dog with any human, unfortunately she was attacked at a park when she was younger and ever since then has been extremely reactive and wants to attack any dog that is in her vicinity. Our neighbours have a dog next door and we are constantly having to break up these fights that happen at our fence between our dogs and there’s, it’s honestly exhausting.
Over the last week or so one of them has just started pissing inside the house, even tho they’re both toilet trained and for forever have let us know when they need to go to the toilet! My 4 year old slipped over on one of them tonight and bit his tongue.. This was the last straw for which I’m starting to seek help.
I’m too loyal to them to get rid of them and I honestly couldn’t live with myself at the thought of them having to adjust to a new home so we’re basically just stuck in this repetitive cycle of yelling at our dogs everyday, getting triggered as soon as we walk in the door and them fucking up our house and backyard.
Please I’m not looking for any piss takers, I know this could seem funny to some people but we’re just two parents with two young kids trying to get by and live in peace. For which we currently are unable to.
We have tried drugs thats supposed to calm them, didn’t really work plus I didn’t like seeing them zonked like zombies. Can’t walk them because they go crazy at other dogs plus having them in the car is an absolute nightmare. Have tried basic training at home with treats etc but we weren’t successful and don’t even know where to begin trying to untrain some of these horrible habits they both have.
Any recommendations for trainers or advice is very much welcomed, thanks for reading.

at times that's what I think. I never had sex or kissed anyone, women my age are experienced and sexy and know what they like and all. i panicked the 3 times ii went on a date, two of them insulted me directly and indirectly and the last one could NOT wait to leave. I am finally gaining a bit of weight so i look less like a tall insect but even if i fixed my appearance... what for?
the odds are bad. the man would need to be very very very patient and understanding while i deal with the panic attacks, he would need to be close to blind so he doesn't find my looks repulsive, he would need to be tolerant of my weird attitude because i dont know how to act in a relationship and he would need to be okay with my issues with sex and everything; i don't even know if i could have sex. the idea fills me with dread.
and i'm in ly late thirties so... so why would he go for me? even a desperate man would have more chance with someone fucked up but sexually available who's not full of mental issues... and there are many... usually even women who look bad but are sexually available can find partners... they can be funny and sweet and affectionate... i don't know if I can be that way with someone.
what would I even do in a relationship? would i even be able to be a good girlfriend? i don't want to hurt anyone with my trauma. i don't want to be these people who finally find someone and then shut them out because they don't know how ot act.
anyone sweet and decent would deserve better than what i can offer, if i'm even able to offer anything. i feel like i have a lot of love inside of me but i don't know how to express it. the shame of feeling attraction kills everything inside me.
i feel like i was not made to be a human being with a sex drive and a romantic life. i feel like i was made to be abused by my family and then thrown into the corporate machine and work until I'm dead. is is there affection to get anywhere? and even if I improved my looks so much, the sex is another issue.
threads on reddit show many people don't want to "teach" sex to a partner especially at my age. apparently youre supposed to be an expert of your own body at some undefined age and you should know what you like and what you don't and have your list of sex acts ready to be exchanged with that person so they can gauge whether they'll take a chance on you... it's so weird and not natural to me.
i feel like mayyyybe i would have had a chance at a more "normal" life, if i had undergone trauma therapy much younger but with my abusive family it wasn't possible, and while i was living with them it's not like i could have gotten any better. and mayyyybe if i hadn't started starving myself so young.

A few months ago I posted about how I placed a print of a coloring page on my boss's car window.
The principal at my school, my "boss", kept parking over the line into my space. I have arthritis. My boyfriend showed me a coloring page that read "3 year olds often have trouble staying within the lines. Practice first by coloring this turtle!" Yeah, I printed that out and placed it on my boss's window. My boyfriend had sent me this as a joke one day after I had complained for the thousandth time about my boss.
Update on that: I'm toughing this year out and will be transferring next school year. I wish this was all a joke.

So, he parked poorly the other day in front of the house that we rent together. This resulted in me having to park two blocks from our home. So, I decided to print out that same turtle coloring page and stick it under his windshield wipers.

It is 4:30AM where I live, I just cannot sleep. I apologize for my writing.

I'll try to be as impartial as possible given the circumstances. anxiety has been a part of my life for the past 30 years. I was having textbook panic attacks as young as 4. depression is my "normal". plus everything that comes with it, ocd, paranoia, migraines, chest pain, etc. and a general disdain for social interactions, even online. say I have to spend a week visiting my family, I'll be bedridden for a month afterwards. even something as innocuous can be extremely taxing. it's like "I need to recharge after socializing" cranked to eleven.
because of that, in all honesty, I haven't actively sought out therapy. psychiatric help. talking to people hurts. drugs are another problem. everything I'm prescribed has horrible side effects. skin rashes, gastric ulcers, amnesia. a lot of professionals are "unprepared to tackle a case like mine" (their words, not mine). I don't know if there's a genetic component involved, but I do know my mom is the root cause. nobody is this messed up for no reason, right?
my mom was raised in a strict, religious household. she was constantly pitted against her golden child cousin. and her own mother would make a point that she wasn't up to snuff. she resents grandma for a myriad of reasons but never acts on it. and she assumed I'd extend her the same courtesy, "because it's the right thing to do". as if it was ok to ruin my life because I *had* to forgive her. I believe she's gay because she despises the notion of sex. I know this because even as a kid she'd vent, literally throw tantrums, to anyone or just herself, within an earshot of my toddler self. about how she hated being a stay-at-home wife, how her husband cheated on her, how he wanted to do the most vanilla things you can imagine in bed and she still thought he was a pervert. even my strict, religious grandmother thought she was overreacting (nobody was safe from her oversharing)
imagine being a teenager in that position. she'd shame me or indirectly make me feel dirty. I'd never dare share anything of that nature, but I knew what she thought of my urges, how they made me less than. this was worsened by how close we were. I know now this closeness was fabricated rather than genuine fondness. my mom was the only person in my life. she forbid my father from being alone with me "because he was a pervert". she'd humiliate me in front of my friends until they labeled me a loser and left. and the ones that remained she'd try her hardest to drive away; I remember this one time she belittled me for a week simply because I asked her if I could spend the day over a friends' house. she emotionally blackmailed me in order to control me. the implication being "how can you love me if you won't do exactly as I say? or if you enjoy seeing women naked"
remember the oversharing? random people would come up to me saying I was a horrible son. because she would take any chance to make herself a martyr to complete strangers. funny part is that those people would distance themselves shortly after. because mom is an emotional black hole. and they never apologized or offered help. there's a lot more, but this should paint a nice picture: she bathed me until I was 15. she realized she was losing control when I asked her to stop. I almost had to get physical to get her to. what followed were 4 grueling years of me trying to regain control and distance myself from her. nobody in my family helped me because "it was just a phase". I thought mom would come around eventually, but she never did. so I said f* it, moved in with grandma and told mom to stay the hell away. she blamed grandma for taking me in.
fast forward a decade and here's the breaking point. grandma had a few properties to her name that she wanted to sign over to me, so I wouldn't be hit with hefty taxes once she and mom passed. the only stipulation being that mom was allowed to live in any of them for as long as she wanted. I agreed. when mom heard the news, she went ballistic. she said she didn't trust me and was sure "I was going to steal her home", even though there was a contract, and that she hated my grandmother for "picking her grandson over her own daughter". grandma is 90. I thought the stress was going to kill her. so I called mom in order to settle this ourselves. it was a long conversation where she denied everything at first, before admitting that she knew what she did to me was wrong, but didn't care. and that she wouldn't stop until the properties were signed over to her.
I told her I wouldn't be able to cover the taxes, because I obviously can't hold a job. that I'd lose everything after she died and that I very much needed the money from renting them to survive. I begged her. I swore on my wife's life that I had no intention of kicking her out, ever. she said no. "I don't trust you after everything you did to me". ironic, no? but for grandma's sake, I agreed. she signed everything over to mom with the new stipulation that she could rent them herself. grandma moved to an apartment and is renting one of the properties to help pay my bills. I moved far, far away. currently trying to find a bigger place so grandma can move in with us. and I cut all contact with mom after some harsh words that reduced her to a bawling mess. funny thing is that grandma and the rest of the family want me to reconcile, because "your mother misses you"
like I'm overreacting. am I? my entire life people tried to convince me I was, that mom never did anything *that* bad. you inevitably start questioning your motives. I'm not a good person. I'm a misanthrope and I find nobody relates to me because of it. I leech off my family. I manipulate people. I lie because it's easier than this. and the only thing I feel towards my mom is hate. so much so that I could do things to her that I'd probably regret. only because I'd lose everything I managed to scrounge in life, mind you. and this is all compounded by the fact I don't see myself as a victim. because I grew up in a nice neighborhood, or because my parents rarely hit me. etc. I don't feel deserving of the label. I also can never shake the feeling that this is partly my fault. that I could've spared myself of so much had I found the strength to put a stop to it sooner.

I (22f) have a twin sister (non identical). We both live at home, I'm pursuing a bachelor in science and she's working. She recently bought her first house with her boyfriend and will be moving out soon, which honestly I am SO happy about.
She treats our dad like a personal assistent. She expects him to drive her places, thinks she's entitled to his car whenever she needs it, makes him clean up her mess, and worst of all - made him pitch in for her house. Houses are expensive, so I get that you'd ask your parents if they could help when they're better off than you are, but it's the way she just thought this was evident. She literally picked a house over budget, before asking him if he'd support her financially, and expected him to just pay the difference. She never helps with any householding either, and when asked to gets offended. Our parents go on vacation every once in a while, and it leaves me with all the household work. I asked her to do the dishes ONCE in an entire week, and she complained to my parents that I made her do all the work. Meanwhile, I cleaned the entire house, the bathrooms, watered the garden, cooked, did laundry, did the dishes on all the other days, fed the cat, cleaned the litterbox, took out the trash... and I have exams in a week.
And she is. so. hotdamn. boring.
Despite being twins, we have nothing in common. She has not a single interesting hobby, or even remotely unique interest. It's like if you asked AI to create the most basic human being in the world. She won't eat anything besides potatoes, meat and some veggies. She doesn't listen to any music besides the latest pop hits. She only watches the most crappy tv shows. And on top of all of it, she is just plain stupid. You can not have a conversation with her about anything more complicated than the weather. This is no exaggeration, we literally only talk about the weather. I've tried art, music, movies, literature, philosophy, science, politics, memes... She has no opinions on anything. She does not understand jokes of any kind, and has never said anything funny in her life. I don't even hate her or dislike her for it, it just baffles me. It's like living with a cardboard cutout.

Hi, a few months ago I (16f) was in an online relationship with a guy (23m) who I met in an online video game. We were together for 5 months. He was very kind in the first month, but then he started to get really angry and yell at me a lot. He would also accuse me of cheating on him almost daily. After he started to show this behavior, I decided to end the relationship, but then he told me he had bipolar disorder, and that this was the reason he would get so angry. I asked him why he hadn’t told me this sooner, and he told me that he was scared I would break up with him for it. After this, I took him back. When I asked him what bipolar disorder was, he told me that it was a multiple personalities disorder, and that whenever he would get angry, he would blackout and wouldn’t remember anything that happened during the time that he was angry. But I found that every time he would come out of his angry state, he would miraculously remember everything that happened. I think he may have lied about what bipolar disorder was though, or maybe even lied about having it so he could excuse his abusive behaviour because shortly after I broke up with him, I looked up what bipolar disorder was. There was no mention of bipolar having anything to do with multiple personalities.
Anyway, back to the story. After a few months of constant minipulation and blackmail, I eventually got sick of it and tried to look for an escape. I initiated breakup multiple times, but every time, he would either threaten to hire someone to kill my family as he knew where I lived, threaten to post private photos of myself, make me feel bad about something, or he would threaten to kill himself. Now, before you say “Why didn’t you block him on everything?” Trust me, I did. But this wouldn’t stop him. He would just text or call my brothers and manipulate me through them, or he would spam my mums Xbox account with messages when she was online, and I didn’t want her to get involved so I would just unblock him. Every time he would threaten me, I would tell him that I didn’t mean what I said and that I still wanted to be with him. But eventually, being with him started to take a huge toll on my mental health. I started to act in ways that I never did before. I would throw temper tantrums every time he would text in the morning, letting me know that he was awake. I would punch the floor repeatedly as hard as I could whenever he called. I became extremely sensitive and cried over the dumbest reasons. My brother ate all my muffins and I bawled my eyes out. I never cry over things like that. Being with him was litterally driving me crazy.
And so, I planned on breaking up with him as soon as I moved countries, which was only a month away. On the day of my flight, I ghosted him. I was scared that he would post private pictures of myself online, but i ghosted him anyway because I was genuinely going insane being with him. After a few days, I forgot just how much I hated being with him, and out of fear and guilt I apologised for ghosting him and we got back together. I instantly regretted this when I woke up the following morning. He was nice again for about a day, but then he started to go back to his usual behavior. At this point, I hated myself and would have done anything to go back in time and not apologise to him, but of course that’s impossible. All I could do was wait for the right moment. I waited for him to say something. Something so bad that he couldn’t possibly make me feel bad about breaking up with him. And of course, that didn’t take long at all.
We were in the middle of a game, and my dog was hungry so I left to go feed her, he got angry. Later that night, he heard her yelp in pain (I think someone stepped on her paw?) and these were his exact words; “Was that Luna? Oh good. She’s dying. Now you won’t have to feed her anymore.” I asked him to repeat what he had just said, and he did as asked. I calmly left the game that we were in and I hung up the phone. He was very angry and instantly texted me, saying that I would regret it if I didn’t call him back immediately. But I didn’t care. I was way too angry to care. After he realised that I wasn’t going to call him back and that I was breaking up with him, his mood suddenly changed and he instantly started apologising and tried to make me feel guilty like he usually did. It was Wednesday when this happened, and every Wednesday he would spend time with his family and go out somewhere. He used this to try and make me feel guilty. “Wednesday is the only time I get to spend with my family, and you are taking it away from me! I can’t go out when I’m crying this much!” He said something along the lines of this. (Which is ridiculous of him to say, as he would literally make me spend every single minute of every single day day with him, and would get angry if I wanted to spend time with my family. For example; when my dad wanted to take me and my brothers on a 2 day holiday to the beach one last time as a goodbye present, he got very angry and said that he wanted my dad dead. I still went anyway, by the way.) I just laughed when he said this. I was so happy. Maybe the happiest I had been in my whole life. Possibly even the happiest person in the world at that moment. But not because he ‘couldn’t spend time with his family’, but because I knew that this time, we surely wouldn’t get back together. After a few days, he stopped texting me and eventually gave up. Finally, freedom!
But to this day I still wonder; was I wrong? If he really did have bipolar like he said he did and couldn’t control what he said or did when he was angry, would that make me wrong for leaving him?

Been seeing too many posts relating to overwhelming workloads and people’s personal expectations to believe that they have to go above and beyond everyday when they clock in.
What I am going to say relates to people who are in college, or are aware that they are only working at Target for a brief moment in their life.
I am not saying to be a “lazy POS” but if you are not planning to have the goal to promote within the target corporation… please do not feel like you have to exceed expectations.
Target was my first job, and enjoy following the subreddit for the sake of nostalgia (even though it seems like the dynamic of this reddit has changed to current workload complaints instead of funny work story moments like it used to)
Target is a JOB, not a career. (at least for most of us).
Something I’d like for you to take note of… no matter how hard you work, the only benefit you gain is getting paid an extra couple ¢ents more than your fellow coworkers in your department each year and more responsibilities to work even harder than you are already doing
This is a corporation, not a small business where your acts of above and beyond service are truly appreciated and acknowledged. You are simply a pawn in the game of “chess”. If you are willing to die for target… they are more willing to sacrifice you in the ‘game of chess’ because that’s what you displayed to them.
Focus on making your coworkers, who have your next shift’s lives’ easier. Other than that… do what YOU CAN DO, not what YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE EXPECTED TO DO.
You should never feel overwhelmed in this type of job. There were moments where there were A LOT of things to do on my shifts… but the only reaction you should have is “f*ck, man… I’ll see what I can do” and NOT, “OMG! I have to complete all of these tasks in under [4-6-8] hours! There’s now way that I can, but I have to!!!”
Again… I’m not saying to lazy… But I am saying that some of you have yourself at such a high standard that it is negatively affecting your own mental health
GOD BLESS YOU for having that mentality for working as hard as you can at 110%, BUT…

I am German, she is Eastern European, but she speaks German fluently. We speak English to each other.
I lived in The Netherlands for almost 10 years and I also speak Dutch fluently, and my previous gf was Dutch and was speaking Dutch to her. German and Dutch are very similar.
I was telling my gf the following story:
I was once sitting in a queue with my friends and some Dutch people started commenting on my friend’s looks, saying . My gf goes silent. Another post about my former friend. You know, the fact she treated me like shit is one thing. But another thing is that i got to see how she lives. You know what they say, right? Get some women friends. Yeah, this was a massive eye opener

• Yeah, zero respect for men. She got to complain about them all day. Nobody judged her for it. Men are this, men are that. Oh you know how men are. (Of course i was one of "the good guys"). Hell, she said that after every break up, she and her friend just tell each other how awesome they are and that the guy was an asshole and didn't deserve them. In the meantime she flipped out on me when i complained that women on tinder put nothing in their bios. This was the only negative thing i said about women, mind you. And it's not like i did it randomly. I said it after she told me to write my openers about women's bios and show them i am genuenly interested
  
• I once joined up and helped organise a birthday party she did for one of her gal pals. Just the fact that they organised it themselves. This was supposed to be a suprise. Everyone was buying some personalised gifts. Same when she was having a birthday of her own. Everyone was putting in so much effort. Meanwhile, on my birthdays i invite 20 people who give me an unenthisiastic "i'll see and let you know". Then they don't let me know and i have to ask them again. This absolutely didn't stop her from venting about how awful and hard the life of a woman is and that i have it fucking easy. A subliminal is something that will work regardless of a mindset. What it does is it reprograms your mind by replacing your old beliefs with new ones. But why do people still don't get results? 1) Maybe they're not consistent? They have emotive speech. Which means the words are emotionally charged, which will help the subconscious grab better. Note: i wouldn't recommend layering affirmations, you can do it but max two should be fine.
And now comes the fun part, once you download that audio, now use it as your alarm at 3:33 am. The reason I said 3:33 am is because every person has different sleep schedule. And here comes another interesting part, there's something called REM(Rapid Eye Movement) period: "The phase of sleep in which most dreams occur. During REM sleep, a person’s brain activity, breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure increase, and the eyes move rapidly while closed. The muscles in the arms and legs become temporarily unable to move. REM sleep is thought to play an important role in memory and learning. During normal sleep, a person goes through four to five sleep cycles that last about 90 minutes each and include both REM sleep and non-REM sleep (light to deep sleep). Also called rapid eye movement sleep."
And the REM period doesn't happen consistently it lasts up to 90mins each cycle. And i feel like the most common will be around 3am.(3:33 is just for being fancy - angel number). Altho You can use multiple alarms but i believe one should be good n enough. What i feel like the sub will work the best in REM period.

One tip from me: Control your emotions, Yes you heard that right. If you had a bad day, be happy still. Always be happy no matter how bad the situation is. I know its hard to now show up the actual emotions but that's what sorts out the winners from the losers. When you learn to control your emotions, you get more n more stable. Your subconscious is no more messed up now, i believe it aligns with the conscious (which makes it easy to manifest).

I 30M and my wife 30F just recently got married in our small southern town. (About 5k people) The usual people that you would find at a small town wedding were there. Aunts, uncles, cousins, neighbors, friends of family members, distant relatives, etc. Everything was fine & well with no complications, but everything got really screwed up during the honeymoon.
My wife and I decided to go to Vegas for our honeymoon. (I know it sounds cliche, but some of my family members lived in Vegas and have connections to get us a good hotel room.)
Saturday night, we decided to hit the strip, and we thought it would be really funny if we would go to one of those Elopement churches on the strip. (The ones that will have Elvis marry you.) I'm a Elvis fan and she thought it would be funny because we both saw an episode of Viva La Bam where Phil and Ape got their vows renewed so we thought it would be fun.
We got married a second time, in one weekend, I got a couple of good pictures, and I posted them to social media without a second thought. The next morning, I woke up to literally hundreds of notifications, messages, missed phone calls, and angry texts from damn near literally everybody saying that people thought that we had eloped in Vegas. Which makes no sense considering that we just got married, but I can't do anything about it. Literally, all of my elderly relatives are pissed except for my younger cousins, who thought it was hilarious.
Of my elderly family members are extremely pissed off and they are saying that I made the family look trashy by making it look like as if me and my wife got married in Vegas and not in the perfect Church like they always wanted. So, AITA?
