Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen will be turning 15 in the next month. It's been considered to be one of the worst blockbusters ever made.
Even so, we've seen countless of films considered the worst that have been met with nostalgic remembrance by kids who grew up with them. Hell, Super Mario Bros: The Movie has been getting some unironic love as of late.

Let me first say that I in no way mean to imply that any of these tweaks ought to be seen as “necessary” or “important” to make the remake worth buying or good or anything like that. I was just dreaming about this beautiful game and had some ideas for cool stuff they could implement!
New Content

All of the N64 partners show up as NPCs, along with Curtsey, Huey, Olivia, and Professor Toad. None of the latter ones recognize you. These characters can also appear in your audience
NPC’s that look like Lumas, Bonniters (hat ghosts from Odyssey), and Volbonans (Fork guys from Odyssey) are added to the game. The Bonniters only appear in Chapter 4, Lumas will appear on the moon, space station, and the Glitz Pit. Volbonans appear in Zess T’s Kitchen after you give her the cookbook to help her, and are part of the crew from the Pirate Island.
Checkpoint flags are added in each level. Mario can find a magic whistle from one of the Help Center Quests after the first chapter which allows him to teleport to any checkpoint flag inside of a chapter he is in (so he can’t use it to go straight from Petal Meadows to Creepy Steeple, for instance). Teleports aren’t activated unless he hits the flag. When Doopliss steals Mario’s body, Mario loses his whistle, too.
All the partners now have to be defeated before you can defeat Doopliss in his second battle.

A Gambling house run by a Tosrterainian (The Sombrero Guys from Odyssey) has opened up in Rogueport. You can gamble coins to play games that let you win either items, badges, or coins
New Virus enemy (From Doctor Mario) is added to the game. They change color each time they are attacked. If you manage to make all the viruses on the screen the same color, they will automatically knock out.
Enemies from “future” Paper Mario games are added in the Negative Pit of 100 Trials (see that section)

New Items

New Banana Peel Item, which is thrown on the stage. Walking Enemies have a 40% chance of slipping on it on their way over to attack and missing a turn
New “Fan” item from Sticker Star is added, which Mario throws into the background of the stage. It has a chance to blow enemies off the stage and defeat them, regardless of their health
New “Scissors” item from Sticker Star is added, cutting enemies up and doing a lot of damage. Does not work on Rock-based enemies at all, like Clefts or Chain Chomps.
New “Donkey Kong” item generates a DK Sprite from the arcade game, who throws 3 barrels at opponents
the power shake is replaced with a Mega Mushroom. It behaves exactly th he same.

Artwork and Gallery

We already know there will be a gallery for both music and artwork in the game. Here are some ideas for that:
It would be cool if the art gallery was filled out by finding balled up pieces of paper in clever places throughout the world
This might have already been shown, but it would be cool to play both the new and old sound tracks at any time while playing, like Mario Odyssey, with a toggle to allow or not allow Battle music to interrupt.
The gallery could have 4 books in it that you could flip through. The art book, the recipe book, Luigi’s Adventure books, and the Tattle Log (these could still be accessible from the menu, just also give them this cool aesthetic in the gallery)

Tattle Log

In the existing game, the bestiary takes the form of a tattle log with all the enemies, descriptions, and stats.
Include friendly npc’s in the tattle log that can be added by having Goombella talk to them
It would be cool to be able to win, find, or earn “shiney pages” for the log
These could include partners, pixels, and characters from other games
It would also be cool if the tattle log could include information on badges
Aethstetic Badges
In the base game, there are already some aesthetic badges like the Luigi and Wario badges. Here are some additional ones that would cost 0 points:
“64” Badge. This makes Mario look like his Paper Mario N64 sprite, Goombella look like Goombario, Koops look like Kooper, and Admiral Bobbery look like Bombette (no dialog is changed)
“Super” Badge. This changes out the sprites for Mario and his partners to look like their sprites on the Super Nintendo, especially Super Mario World. They would still appear 2D, and flip around in the same way. Each partner would look like their Super Nintendo sprite, with Flury and Vivian having new sprite work to match the style
“Shadow” Sprite. This can be found in creepy steeple after beating Doopliss for the second time. It allows Mario to appear like shadow mario.
“Cut Out” Badge. This makes mario and his partners have the white outlines of the more recent games.
“Waffle” Badge. Comes free with the purchase of the last Luigi Noval you buy. This makes mario look like Luigi, and all his partners look like one of the Luigi partners.
Yoshi color badges can be gained by going back through the tournament in chapter 3. Each round awards you with a new yoshi color. Becoming the champ again creates a gold variant yoshi color which sparkles.
“Throwback” badge gives mario his colors from Donkey Kong Arcade Game
“Mario 64 SF” Badge replaces all Mario’s voice sounds with his sounds from Super Mario 64.
“NES SF” Badge replaces all of Mario and his partner’s sound effects to sound like Super Mario Bros on NES
“Quite SF” Badge takes away all the new talking sound effects
“Chatty SF” Badge replaces Mario’s talking sounds with his voice effects from the Mario and Luigi series
“Wowee Zowee SF” Has Mario say “Wowee Zowee” for each time he does a “Stylish” attack

Crystal Star Upgrades

As the game goes on, the earlier crystal stars can become less useful. So, like the partners, I would like to see the crystal star have an upgrade system.
Green Stars are strewn around the world in little boxes, similar to shine sprites. Finding 3 green stars allows you to upgrade one crystal star. Once a crystal star has been upgraded, it has a little green star icon on it in your menu. Upgraded Crystal stars cost one more bulb on the meter
Sweet Treat turns into Sweet Feast
Earth Tremor turns into Quake Shake, which does the same amount of damage, but now hurts all enemies, even flying and raftered ones, from the very first hit
Clock Out turns into Time Freeze, which, if you mess up the inputs, no longer has a chance of making you lose a turn. If the inputs are put in perfectly, it has a low chance of freezing enemies instead of time freezing them, which has the same affect, but adds a small amount of damage, especially to flame enemies
Power Lift turns into Super Power Lift. This tweaks a couple of features. (A) has less poison shrooms (B) adds a golden arrow, which upgrades both power and defense in one hit (rare) (C) adds a super poison mushroom, which slows you down longer (rare)
Art Attack to Creator Chaos, which puts shapes around enemies. You do more damage for tracing along these lines. If you choose to ignore them (perhaps they aren’t in the best strategic area for you) you can still do the base damage of regular Art Attack by behaving the same way
What was Sweat Feast is now “Luck Shift”. Luck shift has you aim a reticle like Flurrie's jump, and press a random button at a specific time, three times in a row to throw a star at an enemy. Each enemy that is hit by a star will suddenly have very bad luck. Bad luck means that stage hazards increase greatly, and only affect their side of the stage, and audience members will throw weapons at them. You will also become lucky, making you harder to hit. This lasts for 4 turns. This can be upgraded to “Luck Drain”, which will also add a status affect such as “Dizzy” or “Confused” to each enemy hit.
Show Stopper turns into “Show Boat”. This star can now be used on more powerful enemies and even bosses, as, if cannot just end a battle, will do 10 damage to all enemies, piercing defense
SuperNova turns into “Star Destroyer”. It does the same damage, but also has a high likelihood to inflict a random status affect to any enemy for 1 turn, such as dizzy, confused, burn, freeze, or timestop

New Badges

Spin Badge - This allows you to spin like you could in Paper Mario 64 to travel quicker. If you spin into an enemy, it counts as an attack. This attack only does 2 damage, pierces defense, and requires no inputs (2 points)
Running Shoes - Greatly increases your running speed (1 point)
Boomerang Hammer - throw your hammer like a boomerang bro, so it hits enemies that are standing on the stage going forward and coming back. Does the current level of damage of your hammer. Costs a lot of FP. (4 points)
Sandal - Mario’s base hammer attack is replaced by a sandal, which he slaps enemies with. It operates the same as Ms. Mowz’s slap. Max damage is the same as the hammer, but inputs and interactions with enemies is the same as slap. (2 points)
Flower Appeal - Appeal refills FP instead of Star Power. It fills much slower, and Star Power cannot fill up whatsoever. (5 points) Super Star Defense - Getting 2 Super Defenses in a row greatly increases the amount of star power the audience gives you (2 points) Invite - Appeal no longer refills star meter directly, but it does cause far more audience members to show up
Giant Hammer - a selectable attack which increases the size of mario’s hammer for one attack. Although it does not increase damage, it allows him to hit flying enemies and the first and second enemy in one turn. Costs a fair amount of FP. (3 points)
Super Star - Replaces defend with “Super Star”, which makes Mario or his partner completely invulnerable for one turn. It plays the “Star” theme from mario one and makes them glow in rainbow colors. It does one point of damage to whoever touches them directly. Costs 2 fp to use (1 point)
Fog Hammer - Selectable attack for Mario to use on his own partner. If it works, it does no damage, but creates a fog around that partner for 3 turns, making them hard to hit.
3D Hammer - Selectable attack which allows Mario to turn the stage 3D, like he could in Super Paper Mario, walk past all the enemies, turn it back 2D, and attack the backmost enemy with the hammer. Costs 2 fp. (2 points)
Rewind - Selectable action. Allows Mario to rewind time, undoing a complete cycle (all things done since before his last attack, including partner and enemy attacks.) Does not work on bosses, costs a lot of FP (4 badge points)
Partner Power - This badge could be found at the bottom of the bit of 100 trials. It would allow you to select 2 partners to play as instead of always playing as mario. The “main” partner dying creates a gameover.

Negative Pit of 100 Trials
There is a Negative Pit of 100 Trials. It can only be accessed by pressing a button on floor 100 of the Original Pit, which opens up a secret passage way on the other side of the Thousand Year Door. Enemies here are even harder, with enemies from floor 60 of the original appearing on floor of this one. You cannot skip floors in this one Very rare tattle log pages can be found here on random floors. Enemies from Super Paper Mario can be found here, along with Shiney and Origami variants of enemies (who behave similarly but have stronger stats) The final version is a very suped-up version of Bowser After beating the original pit, Mario himself can be switched out for Bowser
Bowser
Bowser has higher defense and harder hitting attacks then mario. His jump is a ground pound that does far more damage, and his hammer is replaced with fire-breath, which does less damage, but hits all ground-based enemies and has a chance to catch them on fire. Bowser is invulnerable to many air-based attacks because of his spikes, but can be flipped over like Koops All of Bowser’s base attacks cost at least 1 fp All of Mario’s jump and hammer-based badges do not affect Bowser Bowser is far more susceptible to status attacks If the player manages to get Bowser before the end of the game, the Bowsers will argue about who the “real” Bowser is when they meet each other.

Mario circuit 3 ignored him at first, and thought to itself “is he stupid” but Scott tried to insist:

2024.05.06 01:46 SteamedHammios98 I Nominated FP1's Soundtrack to the National Recording Registry!

Today I submitted my nominations to the National Recording Registry for the first time! If you don't what it is, it's a list of audio recordings that are preserved by the Library of Congress that are "culturally, historically, and/or aesthetically significant." I've been following updates of the Registry since 2015 and started collecting physical albums in 2018 (though I'm a much larger collector for the National Film Registry personally). And one of my first nominations was Freedom Planet's soundtrack (for my final list, I put everything in chronological order).
But why this soundtrack? Well, one of the selections from the 2023 class was the first video game piece, the Super Mario Bros. theme. That got me inspired to nominate not only video game music, but complete soundtracks as well, as the NRR has several soundtrack albums from films and shows like A Streetcar Named Desire, Star Wars, Schoolhouse Rock and more. I feel also that the soundtrack ticks the historical and aesthetical significant boxes; more people were getting indie games in the mid-2010s (including me lol) and the OST is a wonderful blend of genres like pop, rock, techno and others that provides a sense of atmosphere even without the visuals of the game that hooks you into a world of emotion. The soundtrack also impacted me as it partially provided motivation to make persevere through my teenage years and inspiration through the various original characters I scrawled in my notebook margins.
Finally, for a recording to be eligible, it has to be at least 10 years old, so unfortunately FP2 is gonna have to wait 8 years... But yeah, that's why I chose Freedom Planet's soundtrack! It may be a longshot of a nomination, but hey, never say never! 🤞🤞

I know it’s late. I’m nearing the end of my school semester, so I’ve been a little swamped with work.
Heaven Ascension DIO VS Infinity Ultron (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Eyes of Heaven VS Marvel’s What If?)- After the others explain the premise of the two characters, Sam says it sounds cool, and finds it a little easier to research “what if” characters. DJ says that “DIO is absolutely losing this”. Billy wants it to start with Ultron trying to cut DIO in half like he did to Thanos, only for it to fail to work.
Wasp VS Tinker Bell (Marvel VS Disney)- Speedy calls it a very funny idea, and says that it sucks that it’s such a stomp because it’d be really fun. DJ asks about Kingdom Hearts, and Speedy responds that the Wasp still stomps, bringing up a time her stingers burned off the Sentry’s flesh, though KH could still make it “seem closer”.
Noah & Mio VS Alphen & Shionne (Xenoblade Chronicles 3 VS Tales of Arise)- DJ doesn’t know much about Tales of Arise, but says Noah and Mio are cool. Sam says it seems like a pretty good MU.
Gunvolt VS Lucia (Azure Striker Gunvolt VS Punishing: Gray Raven)- They haven’t heard of Punishing: Gray Raven, but upon finding out it’s a gacha, DJ jokes that his interest has completely diminished.
Roxas VS Starkiller (Kingdom Hearts VS Star Wars)- Sam thinks it’s very cool. Speedy says that the issue is that there’s a ton of Star Wars VS Kingdom Hearts MUs “and they kind of all go the same way”. Billy says that Starkiller comes from a branch of the Star Wars franchise that’s “a little more ridiculous than normal”, but Roxas still probably stomps. DJ says that Roxas is the coolest KH protagonist, so he’d be totally fine with him winning. Speedy and Sam similarly find Starkiller cool and want to use him.
Meta Knight VS Schezo Wegey (Kirby VS Puyo Puyo)- After recalling how hilarious they found Schezo’s name in an earlier episode, Sam says it seems cool, and Speedy says they need to use Meta Knight eventually.
Baiken VS Dunban (Guilty Gear VS Xenoblade Chronicles)- DJ “doesn’t hate it at all”, saying that Baiken is one of his favorite Guilty Gear characters, and he likes Dunban from what he knows about him (though he’s never played Xenoblade 1).
The Mask VS Freakazoid- They all love it, especially Billy, with Speedy commenting that it’d be great to “give the Mask a challenge”. Ben joins the stream at this point, and also says it’s a good MU.
Juri VS Surge (Street Fighter VS Sonic the Hedgehog)- Sam is surprised to see a Street Fighter VS Sonic MU, finding it to be a very weird pairing. Billy calls it very strong thematically, with some more discussion about the exact details of the connections ensuing.
Mirajane VS Terra (Fairy Tail VS Final Fantasy)- Sam doesn’t have much to say about it, other than that Final Fantasy VI is a great game. Speedy says that Terra completely stomps.
Finn & Jake VS Mordecai & Rigby (Adventure Time VS Regular Show)- The entire crew loves it and really wants to do it. Sam talks a bit about how much he loves Regular Show. Billy thinks that Mordecai and Rigby stomp, to which DJ and Speedy say it’s closer than a lot of people think.
Nemesis VS Subject Delta (Resident Evil VS Bioshock)- They mostly just talk about Delta’s design, but Ben calls it a good MU at the end.
Anime Character Doesn’t Explain Their Abilities VS Anime Villain Didn’t Explain Their Powers (RDCworld1 VS Cilvanis)- Sam quickly says that he gets it and that RDCworld is funny.
Piccolo VS Knuckles (Dragon Ball VS Sonic the Hedgehog)- DJ has “come around to really liking this one”, and everyone else agrees it’s pretty good.
Goku VS Jin Mori (Dragon Ball VS The God of High School)- DJ expresses mixed feelings on The God of High School, thinking it fell off by the end. Speedy comments that he’s only ever seen TGOHS discussed in the context of whether or not Mori could beat Goku (“He cannot”, says DJ).
Leonardo VS Nightwing (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles VS DC)- DJ loves Leo, but wants to cover another individual Ninja Turtle before going back to Leo. Old Man Logan VS The Last Ronin gets brought up again (Ben likes it). Sam says he gets what OP was going for with Leo VS Nightwing.
Gilgamesh VS The Emperor of Mankind (Fate VS Warhammer 40k)- They discuss whether or not they could do a 40k character without getting in trouble with Games Workshop.
Naofumi Iwatani VS Maple (The Rising of the Shield Hero VS Bofuri)- Billy asks “does Bofuri also fall off really hard, really fast?” Speedy has a friend who’s really into the MU, but he doesn’t know anything about either character. When Sam points out that they both have shields, Speedy jokingly suggests pitting them both against Captain America.
Wamuu VS Jetstreem Sam (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure VS Metal Gear)- DJ says it’s cool, and Speedy notes that he’s never seen a Wamuu MU “in the wild”. The discussion is otherwise mostly about the characters and not the MU.
Slayer VS Demitri (Guilty Gear VS Darkstalkers)- They understand the appeal of the MU, and note how powerful both universes are, though Speedy says that Guilty Gear probably “absolutely shits on Darkstalkers”.
Toph VS Terra (Avatar: The Last Airbender VS Teen Titans)- Speedy likes it a lot. DJ brings up the G1 blog, and how, according to it, Toph has counters to all of Terra’s abilities, but Terra is way stronger. Speedy says that Terra should ultimately win via outstating. Sam also calls it super cool.
Darkrai VS Count Bleck (Pokepark VS Paper Mario)- They’re surprised to see Pokepark get brought up. They like Count Bleck, and Sam calls it “wild” and “very unique”.
Superboy-Prime VS Gwenpool (DC VS Marvel)- Sam and Billy both find it weird, but DJ loves it. Speedy finds it very cool thematically, but can’t imagine the two of them fighting. They then talk about all the fourth wall shenanigans that would be included in the fight.
Black Star VS Yoh (Soul Eater VS Shaman King)- DJ calls Black Star “my GOAT”. Speedy explains how the two series have very similar power systems, and wonders why they aren’t pit against each other more.
Lapis Lazuli VS Rei Ayanami (Steven Universe VS Neon Genesis Evangelion)- Speedy doesn’t understand it at all, finding the connections to be massive stretches. DJ questions the idea of giving Rei Third Impact (as suggested by the OP), and the others agree they wouldn’t give it to her, especially considering it requires so much preparation it would basically take up the entire fight animation.
Dark Pit VS Lilith (Kid Icarus VS Darkstalkers)- They’ve never seen it before, but they all like it and think it makes sense (Sam calls it “way better than Zagreus VS Pit”).
Dino Charge Red Ranger VS Kamen Rider Dragon Knight- They like the combo of Power Rangers VS Kamen Rider. Sam says that a dragon obviously beats a T-Rex.
The Mask VS Beetlejuice- DJ really wants to use Beetlejuice. Mixed feelings are expressed on the upcoming Beetlejuice sequel, and Erin recommends the Beetlejuice musical (based). Billy notes that both characters have done DC crossovers.
Reigen Arataka VS Stanley Pines (Mob Psycho 100 VS Gravity Falls)- Erin likes it. Speedy finds it a funny comparison, and says he isn’t sure if he wants it as a Death Battle, but really wants to see the two of them have a conversation. Sam agrees, saying it’s the type of MU that’s worth doing mainly for the banter potential. Speedy and Erin both think that Stan wins.
Sonic VS Mega Man- After some discussion about the Archie crossover, DJ says “I’ll take it if Mega Man wins”. Speedy says that it’s a pretty obviously good MU, but Sonic comes up so much in the community that he’s a little tired of seeing it.
Godspeed VS Death Rider (DC VS Marvel)- They don’t know who Death Rider is. From what they can figure out, it gets described as “better Ghost Rider vs. bargain bin Flash”, to which Sam says “you would need to be a much better Ghost Rider to fight even bargain bin Flash”. Sam thinks Cosmic Ghost Rider might be more interesting. Ben finds the concept of “Speed Force vs. Penance Stare” to be interesting, and he likes the idea of comparing two different powersets that are different in how they work, but similar in their greater concept, noting that “not every Death Battle needs to be a mirror match”. Sam suggests “could you outrun the Penance Stare?” as a Desk of Death Battle episode.
Rena Ryuugu VS Yuno Gasai (Higurashi When They Cry VS Future Diary)- None of them know much about either series, besides DJ, who says that Future Diary is “ass” and that if it shows up, he’s “going to sleep”.
N VS Blade Wolf (Murder Drones VS Metal Gear)- They’re surprised that Murder Drones has shown up so much in Ballot Banter. They don’t really talk about the MU.
Lucina VS Ciri (Fire Emblem VS The Witcher)- Sam says that Ciri’s really cool, and it would be a fun fight. Speedy says that the only thing he knows about this MU is that “people are kind of annoying about it sometimes”, but he still thinks it seems cool. Sam thinks it’d be weird to do Ciri before Geralt.
Geno VS Vivi (Super Mario RPG VS Final Fantasy IX)- Sam calls it an “absolute heater”, and the others agree that it’s solid. DJ thinks that Geno is “kinda mid”. Sam says the two characters are “peak old Squaresoft character design”. DJ jokes that he’s rooting for Vivi because he’s in Mario Hoops 3-on-3.
Firestar VS Starfire (Marvel VS DC)- They find it funny as a meme, but don’t seem to actually think it’s a good MU (“Firestar… ehhhhh”, says Speedy).
Jon Moxley VS Trevor Philips (AEW VS Grand Theft Auto)- Sam finds it weird to use a wrestling persona in DB, but, after some further discussion, says that it wouldn’t be impossible to do. Billy says a wrestler vs. a GTA character should be a fairly even match. Ben has no idea how they’d approach Trevor, since “he’s just some guy who’s got really bad issues”. The others argue that you can get some good durability feats in GTA gameplay, but Ben still seems skeptical.
Springtrap VS Junko (Five Nights at Freddy’s VS Danganronpa)- DJ calls it “alright”, but has other characters he’d prefer against Junko. Speedy similarly says that Springtrap and Junko would both be fun characters to bring in, just not against each other.
Shadow VS Siris (Shadow Fight VS Infinity Blade)- Sam is surprised to see it, because he hasn’t thought of Infinity Blade in years. None of them have ever heard of Shadow Fight.
Luz VS Anne (The Owl House VS Amphibia)- DJ says that, “from a Death Battle perspective”, he’s glad that Titan Luz exists in order to even the playing field against Calamity Anne (Erin notes that the last minute introduction of Titan Luz was what allowed her to win the Cast debate).
Enrico Pucci VS Sakuya Izayoi (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure VS Touhou)- Ben leaves at this point. DJ says that Sakuya’s great, and he’s coming around to Touhou because he’s super into Touhou Luna Nights. Speedy assumes that Sakuya wins since she can stop time, but DJ points out that Made in Heaven was able to shorten Star Platinum’s time stops. This debate continues with Speedy arguing that Sakuya’s time stop has no time limit, and DJ arguing that Made in Heaven can fight on par with GER in Eyes of Heaven.
Azula VS Cinder (Avatar: The Last Airbender VS RWBY)- Sam quickly says it “kicks ass” and is a “good one”.
Akuma VS Raoh (Street Fighter VS Fist of the North Star)- DJ absolutely loves it. Speedy says any excuse to use Akuma is based, and Sam says any excuse to use a Fist of the North Star character is based, saying that Jotaro VS Kenshiro was his favorite episode to work on.
Colton White VS John Marston (Gun VS Red Dead Redemption)- They seem pretty indifferent to it. DJ isn’t into Red Dead, calling it “the lamest Rockstar game”, but does think that John Marston is cool.
Bender VS Roger (Futurama VS American Dad)- There’s some mixed feelings on American Dad among the crew. They understand the premise, and DJ says it “vibes well” and he likes it. Sam says he’ll take any opportunity to rewatch Futurama.
Plastic Man VS Luffy (One Piece VS DC)- None of them like it, noting that Plastic Man stomps terribly. DJ likes both characters, but not against each other, and feels the same way about Luffy VS Mr. Fantastic. Speedy says that Mr. Fantastic VS Plastic Man is pretty fun, though, which the others agree with.
Lex Luthor VS Doctor Doom (Super Friends VS Super Hero Squad)- Sam says he sees what OP was going for, and that “this hits” and it’d be fun. Speedy brings up that SHS Doctor Doom has the Infinity Sword, and says even the most powerful Super Friends characters are only planet-level.
Garland VS Oersted (Final Fantasy VS Live A Live)- DJ says that Lousy would be really into it if he were there.
Lion VS Tiger- DJ says that the tiger wins, and the others agree (though Sam says he’d rather be turned into a lion than a tiger). Erin explains how tigers are largely solitary hunters, while lions are pack hunters, and female lions are the ones who mostly do the hunting, so the tiger wins by nature, especially if both are male.
Squidward VS Bakugo (SpongeBob SquarePants VS My Hero Academia)- Sam is confused. Speedy calls it a funny joke, but doesn’t get people who take it seriously. DJ says the entire joke is seeing a serious anime character get stomped by a goofy cartoon character, and Speedy, in response, guesses that the MU is only liked by people who “judged Bakugo off of Chapter 1 and never recovered from that”.
Lego Batman VS Lego Spider-Man- Sam loves a live action picture the OP submitted. Luis says it’s “honestly a sick matchup”.
Springtrap VS Jack Baker (Five Nights at Freddy’s VS Resident Evil)- Speedy says they’re on fairly similar power levels to his knowledge. Billy notes how “gross and grungy” the two of them look, and DJ says “that battle’s gonna stink”, making Sam joke that they’ll do this battle “when they get Smell-o-Vision”.
Xenomorphs VS Necromorphs (Alien VS Dead Space)- Sam says it’s fun and cool, but notes that some Necromorphs are ginormous, and doesn’t think that Xenomorphs get that big. Billy asks if the Xenomorphs would be able to adapt to Necromorph biology and take them over since they aren’t really alive.
Lelouch VS Char (Code Glass VS Mobile Suit Gundam)- Speedy says that Char is the coolest part of the original Gundam series. Sam notes how giant robots fight often face the issue of a massive size difference.
Kaido VS Acnologia (One Piece VS Fairy Tail)- Sam doesn’t know much about either character, so the others explain them to him. Speedy says that it’s really cool.
