August - December
Real Madrid could’ve repeated a treble the season before, but Rodrygo’s penalty miss and PSG’s subsequent win (with Valverde and Mbappé) in the final ended that dream. Still, a double was nothing to be ashamed for, and they had to lose a Champions League final sometime, right?
They were out for revenge in @@@’s third season. They started the league with 7 straight wins, and 12 games unbeaten with just 2 goals conceded, until their 0-1 loss in el Derby. They couldn’t bounce back and tied against Real Betis at home. It became the first time in two years the club had to chase a lead in the league against Barcelona. On the 30th of November, they win the Clasico 3-0, bringing the 1st place within 2 pts - and showing to the world that they were still stronger than Barça, who were managed by Marcelo Gallardo.
All of that chasing in the league, led the club to sacrifice their chances at a seeded qualification in the CL league phase, and it is a win in the last game against Copenhagen in January that barely makes them qualify for the play-offs, in which they comfortably beat Salzburg. In the round of 16 they would face Barcelona.
January - March
A lot happened in January. Real Madrid win the super cup against Barcelona, but it is their business off the pitch that draws all attention this time. Vinicius, after handing in his transfer request in the prior season, which he later dropped together with Rodrygo, is approached by PSG and the club decided it has had enough. Vinicius is shown the door, midseason. City wanted Bellingham, whom the club couldn’t convince to stay, and they decided to let Güler take the front foot and let the Englishman go as well.
Real Madrid won every league game until the 28th of february, where they tied 2-2 against Las Palmas away. Perhaps with that tie, everything came crashing down. In the last 7 weeks, the team had played 17 games, while losing Vinicius and Bellingham in two transfers (and others on injury, such as Brahim (for a couple of months), Miguel Gutierrez, and their star, who played through his discomfort, Endrick).
Real Madrid showed signs of fatigue when they lost 0-1 against Barça in the first leg of the Spanish Cup semi-final, but it was in the round of 16 in the Champions League at home vs Barça that Real Madrid died. A 1-1 at half time became a 1-5 with the final whistle. They lost the next game against Rayo in the league, which they sacrificed to try a ‘remontada’, in which they were brutally put down 4-0 in el Camp Nou. Hopes at a comeback in the Spanish Cup were also quickly put down: 2-0 for Barça.
22nd of March - 24th of May
All that remained was the league. But before the last international break, Real Madrid tied vs Valencia, and those dropped points against Las Palmas and Rayo before weighed heavy against a Barcelona that was on a mission. Real Madrid had to chase a lead again, but still had one last Clasico in el Camp Nou to go, one last chance at redemption. And of course, when Barça were eliminated in the CL vs PSG and when they lost the cup final vs Real Mallorca, Real Madrid smelled blood. Still, they couldn’t win against Barça. It was a 1-1 that did give Real Madrid the H2H, but kept them at the mercy of Barcelona, who had a game in hand, of dropping points.
Barça lost their game in hand against Valencia, and tied the following match against La Real, which put Real Madrid 2 pts in front. With two games to go, Real Madrid brutally put down Almeria 9-0 while Barça barely won against Alaves with 0-1. And so, Real Madrid would have the last laugh. All it takes in football, however, is one bad day, and Real Madrid decided to have one against a Celta that had won 5 games in a row. It became 2-0 in Balaídos, while Barça, essentially mocking Real Madrid’s 9-0 in the prior round, won 7-0 when it actually mattered.
Post-season
@@@, who had been given a 4-year contract by Florentino in the prior season after his outstanding work, was called in the new president’s office, Jaume Grau, under whom he won only the new club world cup and the Spanish super cup. Asked for explanations, he explained that the departures of Vinicius and Bellingham, the subsequent injuries and the amount of matches just destroyed his season - but the board didn’t accept that. @@@, in a case of hubris, declared that they wouldn’t find anyone better than him, not knowing that they had already agreed a deal with Klopp, who had been on a hiatus after his time at Liverpool, and so @@@ was sacked. In truth, @@@ had been living on borrowed time, and it was the 4-year contract that Florentino handed him just before stepping down that protected him, perhaps knowing that the new board was all too keen on hiring Klopp.
@@@ left through the back door, even though he was the first manager to complete a treble for Real Madrid. He wanted to ‘build something’. His signings, young as they were, and his involvement with the B team(s) proved that he was determined to stay for the long-term. But what was supposed to be a Ferguson became a Mourinho. Conflicts with players (Ceballos, Vinicius, Rodrygo, Bellingham) overshadowed his third season and losing against a Barcelona with Ansu Fati, Ivan Toney and Ferran Torres up front, while having Endrick, Rodrygo and Güler just proved that there wasn’t any more gas left in the tank.
Klopp came in, and won a double - winning the league on the last match day. Like @@@, he lost the CL final against PSG, who had now done a threepeat - Real Madrid’s greatest achievement of the prior decade. Real Madrid got their rematch of the 24/25 final, and they lost it. A lot can be said about @@@, but while Vinicius and Bellingham dropped their team midseason, he always stood in front, whether they had just lifted the Champions League or lost 1-9 on aggregate vs Barça - he was there, defending his colours.

Some of you are going to say it was always junk for ADC, and maybe you're right, but I had a few fun builds. Sometimes it was useful for early game bullying, enabling snowballs. For a time it was also the item with the highest AD you could get, which made certain AD scaling abilities surprisingly effective once you factored in the bonus "ability on-hit". It lacked crit and attack speed and such but if you either didn't need them or could build around it, the on-hit damage made it the single strongest bonus to damage per attack you could get (plus it was cheap).
But looking at the ADC items this split... I think it's totally outclassed. You want mana? Essence Reaver gives you mana. and 70 AD instantly. and more ability haste than Muramana. AND crit. You want lots of AD? IE gives 80. and crit. and better crits. You want to have weird on-hit stuff that's hard to measure? Well you could give Yun Tal Wildarrows a shot.
Am I wrong? Is there still a niche for this item or is it F tier?
tl;dr
At full stacks Muramana gives an effective 60-75 AD depending on how much mana you have which used to be the highest AD item in the game but now is outclassed by almost every other AD item as a ton of them got buffs to AD.

Guys, i'm struggling whether I should start collecting wardbond CCUs to build a chain for the big ships(endeavor for example.) Im thinking once those big ships are flight ready in game, it's gotta be in 4.0 or even 1.0. By the time we might have fun gameplay loop to earn or grind for aUEC to purchase the ships in game. Im worried that buying with real money will take out the fun part of the game and the game becomes boring. Are there any good reasons to buy ships with real money? Especially for such a big ship?

Graphics/art style: Kind of looked like a blend between 2D and 3D, backgrounds in the first scene were dark since it was outside at night (there were some streetlights on,) rest of game took place in a building closed for the night (might have been a company or office complex)
Notable characters: MC was a slender woman in her early 20s. There was a heavyset guard that walked up and down in front of the building who chased you away when he saw you. You had to (non-fatally) hit him over the head with something in order to get inside (maybe a pipe).
Notable gameplay mechanics: Typical point and click style (clicking on things to investigate and combine them). I think you advanced by clicking either on arrows or the general area you wanted to go to. Whenever you performed an important action (such as hitting the guard), it was shown as a mini cutscene.
Other details: The plot wasn't really special, just a young woman (possibly a journalist or sleuth) entering and breaking in a building to investigate. Something else about this game stuck with me. When I looked in the comments for help (they were in German since I played on a German gaming website), someone recommened to press the tab key. I did, and what happened? A FUCKING ZOMBIE WOMAN! Seriously, the face of a zombie appeared together with a scream. It filled the whole damn gaming screen. She had a blank expression and a pale or greenish skin that was completely scarred. I was a little scaredy cat back then, so I immediately quit the game. I actually did play it again some time later, but could never beat it.

I’m A. I’m a 23 year old college grad with a bachelors degree in Game Design and Development. I’m glad to finally be done with school but now I have to deal with the rough job market out there. Hello, I just Started and im on Literally The beginning of Chapter 2 (they Offered me Jobs [Mik & holopolice], i did them on the same day and wants me to come 2 days from now for my 1st day (same time?)
so i was wondering if anyone did only 1 Main Job to finish the game? then try again for the Other Job Paths?.
Cause in Chapter One i did Everything to complete everything, i thought it was a Side quest thing. but apparently not, cause i think all chapter 2 jobs gives you enough money just doing 1.
also is there a Hierarchy thing for Fighting styles? like. .. . . . .

The title says it all, I've been trying so much to enjoy this game but it seems there's something I don't get, Even with the advices of the tutorial. I've been trying to watch some videos and tips (industry in the early game, maximum explore, choose wisely which buildings for which system etc..) but still i'm always smashed by pirates or cravers since they seem to have 10 times more ships or ressources than me, even on the lowest difficulty. what is wrong with me ? isn't beginner difficulty adapted for actual beginners for them to enter the game with a bit of satisfaction while still not understangind 100% of the deep mehcanics and not timing perfectly each move ?

So I made a frozen orb sorc and absolutely having a blast. Farmed the tempered glass ammy yesterday and my enjoyment went through the roof. I know there's a ceiling with the frozen orb sorc though, mainly bosses. I want to be able to farm the uber bosses and push the hardest content in the game. What would a good second class be?
I hated summoners in D2 but I liked the bone skills. I don't want a minion build where I just sit back and watch everything be destroyed, I wouldn't care if I still did most the damage with like bone spear and the minions helped but I don't think that's the meta necro right now.
I love the way Double Swing Tornado Barb looks but I think that's for fast clearing like forb sorc, not really bossing. I loved the Imbuement Rogue twisting blades I ran in launch and season 1, but I think range rogue is best. Barrage looks fun but again I think that's fast clearing not really bosses.
What do you think would be a good boss killer that's also fun? Id also want to push the pits if my sorc ever hits a wall. Thanks!

To give some background, I've known about the souls and soulslike game for quite a while but they were never really my thing. I prefer more turn based strategy/rpgs generally, but I bought Elden Ring and fell in love.
Now I understand Elden Ring was definitely a move away from the original games with the open world aspect, horseback riding, summons, etc.. but I saw the games on sale recently on steam and got all 3.
I've been doing some reading and I typically play mage builds, which I did in Elden Ring as well, but from what I've read they're either considered bad or not fun in DS1-3. Is that true? If so, what else would you reccomend for a noob about to begin to their journey? I was also considering starting with DS3 first, not sure if it's a bad idea or not, but I feel like since it's the most "modern" one next to Elden Ring it would be the easiest one to first transition into.
Either way I'm happy I probably have hundreds of hours of content ahead of me with these games and I cant wait to see whats in store, alongside dying a whole lot. 😊

Welp... I don't know if it's me and my pickiness or what but here I am resorting to good ole reddit. I have been single for almost 3 years now after a long term relationship. I took that time to work on myself and all the areas where I lacked and learned from my mistakes. Started to try and date again recently but I have learned that the dating apps are crappy, meeting girls at the bar or by going out end up to nothing, I can't seem to build a genuine connection with anyone.
A little bit about myself, I am an immigrant from Mexico and grew up here since I was 5 years old. I am lucky to have a job that I love and treats me very well. I live a comfortable life along with my 4 year old Cane Corso. She is my best friend and has been there with me through the toughest times. She can be bit of a butthole when you first meet but she warms up pretty quick. I was raised to treat woman with respect, you treat your lady however you would want your daughter to be treated. I am a person that will show you respect from the get go, my trust has been broken many times but yet I give the benefit of the doubt. Seems like woman now a days prefer someone with no morals or respect to the other person and I find that sad. I deleted all my social media accounts like FB, SC, Insta... I found myself comparing my life to those online and there is a saying "Comparison is the thief of joy" so I decided to delete them all. I guess that is much more than a bit lol
All I want is to find someone that has the same values that I do. Family is a huge part of life. Hard work pays off. Honesty and respect is a must. I am emotionally mature and talk about how I feel, crazy how communication makes some people uncomfortable. I don't like to play games with people, I'm too old for that now. I'm getting pretty significant FPS drops whenever I go into a town. After I restart the game it's fixed until I leave and come back. I should be getting this bad of frame drops on the Series X, so it must be my LO.

These are the ones that were offered at my local best buy. I just want to know which one would give me the most bang for my buck. Please tell me the realistic price of components compared to the price at best buy. Also, sorry If this is the wrong sub reddit to be asking this question.

I only just discovered that this was a thing so it's nice to see i'm not the only one.
I worked a remote job for many years and after long relationship ended i got curious and did a lot of travel and it was shocking the difference between the dynamic between the women in my home country of Australia and those abroad. Since then have exclusively dated women from abroad both while traveling for extended periods and at home. I am seeking a long term partner and have had a couple of great relationships that didn't pan out amongst other shorter but just as rewarding encounters.
I came back to Aus as the pandemic was kicking off and I don't know if this is frowned upon and not in the spirit of ppb but Australia has a huge migrant population and also a vast amount of people study here from abroad. I have met a lot of wonderful women from other places here who I felt were genuine and not visa hunting. A lot of them were also high achievers and intelligent but had excellent grounding / moral compass from their upbringings and were of course well traveled.
I still like to take extended trips but have found meeting foreign women at home just as rewarding for those who maybe have jobs that don't allow or other constraints. I like that they are here on their own merit too so i don't feel any obligation as far as their living arrangements if it gets serious.
I just wanted to mention the two recent experiences I have had this year. One was a Filipina and I also tried dating an Australian girl for first time in years...
So this filipina was cute as a button, highly educated completing a masters here and also working. Her attitude was so different to western girls and she always wanted to take care of me bringing food, affection and also sexually she did her best to ensure i was taken care of. The way she treated me made me want to step up to try my best to ensure she had everything she needed and treat her right with lots of love and care. It's all the small things I tell you! alot of it was very sweet cooking for each other and being lame. people think PPB just want a maid or to have some sort of power over their partner but I just loved how it was so reciprocal.
Then i should mentioned this Australian girl. Playing games with me from day one, saying things just to try and get reactions out of me, almost begging to be constantly complimented which was a turn on in itself. Her texts were also super passive aggressive and if i didn't play the game she'd mention oh some guy at work was flirting with me etc like i would be outraged. She was a perfectly lovely person to hang with but i got this feeling like it was a one way street. She wanted to be worshipped but she was so uncaring and cold why would i? She also seemed to think every guy she met or knew was madly in love with her but she was a pretty average person. I just thought her attitude stunk. really hot and cold.
I don't even know why i'm posting but there are so many great girls out there who aren't the spoilt brats we have here in Australia. Im not surprised when i see such i high number of interracial / international couples here in Melbourne. It makes me laugh because i have a lot of female friends and they are always the ones that comment on it when we are out with snide remarks. We are friends so obviously I think they are awesome company, funny and cool but they have the same attitude and wonder why they are single in their late 30's / early 40's now desperately trying to hunt down a man to shack up with or have kids.
I believe in equality for men and women 100% but i also think we are different creatures and theres nothing wrong with that. Being vilified by western women for being a straight white dude blows.
Finally I would say my favourite destinations have been in Asia by far due to the cost, food, proximity to Aus and wonderful people of both genders. Vietnam, Japan and Thailand are honourable mentions. Although with Thailand I stay clear of BKK or Resort towns.
My first post but i look forward to following the sub. I'm at the stage where i really hope to lock someone special I can marry and build something with so i like seeing so many genuine posts also.

Hey All,
Just starting and really liking it so far but I cant figure out how to stop time and assign tasks etc on PS5. I can see how youd do it on PC but I don't have a cursor on PS5. The only way I can stop time is either by going into build menu (and I cant seem tk assign workers tasks from there) or kust straight up use the full pause menu which doesnt allow me to interact with the game.
Would love some advice on how other console players do this without losing a TON of time every day. Thanks!!
