I'm looking to do a cooling system refresh on my 2008 n52 328i. I'm at about 125k miles and haven't replaced the water pump or the Mickey Mouse flange. From my research, I'm living on borrowed time here haha.
Here's what I'm planning on replacing: Mickey Mouse Flange Water Pump Thermostat Coolant Hoses Coolant Expansion Tank Radiator Coolant
My questions:

1. Maybe I'm blind but I can't find any "kits" for the Mickey Mouse flange, only the water pump. Do they still them as kits, or should I piece everything together separately?
   
2. Is it best to stick with genuine BMW for all the parts? Cost isn't a big issue, but I'd rather not pay extra if certain "off brand" parts are made by the same manufacturer.
   
3. Is there anything else you would add to my list? I gathered the list from searching on this sub, but I figured I would ask just in case I missed something.
   

I got the shaking hands last will week (still healing) and I think they look alright when the arm is relaxed, but when my arm is bent they get rather large and with the cuff style feel they start to look quite chubby and cartoonish (Mickey mouse-esque).
Am I just overthinking (which I tend to do)? My artist is seriously amazing and I think we might be able to add sleeves and some shading which could help (my horrid MS paint rendition in the 3rd image) but wanted to get a second opinion.
