Now i am an advance PC user and after uninstalling the Midi driver (i stopped at 6 times) and installing i can't seem to get the sound. I can see that it's working through the USB cable on the Wavestate editor librarian from my Korg and pushing keys on the program (Librarian) also has no sound. My question is will a Midi interface bypass this issue, so i can get sound? I looked on internet for different ways from uninstalling midi driver and even changing my registery a bit even though my midi driver device shows number 4 under the UnInstDrv.exe (It also shows up in both places in my device manager under sound and software device). Maybe someone has successfully used another midi driver for the Wavestate MKii and if so i am willing to try that too.

I’m currently living with a roommate and the internet is under my name. I recently got a mobile plan too. It decreased my bill. So that’s nice. But the issue is when I move out and going under my partners account and she just renewed hers and my contract is up. Can I bring my mobile plan to her account and have the discount applied?

I currently have 200 MPBS Comcast Internet, with a cap of 1Tb for $45/mo. Which has been fine. My Internet promotion is over and the cost will double. I own my own modem, which is five years old, so probably could stand to be upgraded but I would have any idea what to upgrade to, so I’ve never done it!. I have six security cameras, two of us live in the house and have a few TVs. (No more than 2 watched at a time) , a laptop, and two cell phones. This doesn't occur on my friend's FIOS, but does occur on both of my family's Xfinity connections at different houses. Any website using Cloudflare loads much slowemore sluggishly (and sometimes not at all), especially when images are involved. Latency loading times of at least 6,000ms, suspecting that this is an ISP issue. Is there anything I can do about this? Anywhere to report to Comcast that something might be up with their infrastructure connection to Cloudflare?

I'm trying to set up a captive portal for my Starlink internet connection. I'm using Winbox for configuration and Cudy range extenders to expand the network.
My goal is to require users to sign in before they can access the internet.
Here's my question:

• Does using Winbox with Starlink and Cudy Extenders require any special considerations for bypass mode or other settings when implementing a captive portal?
• Are there any known compatibility issues or limitations I should be aware of with this setup?

Any additional tips or advice on achieving this captive portal setup with Starlink would be greatly appreciated!

Moved into new apt, internet utility is included in the lease utilities so thats cool. Well management tells me I gotta call comcast customer service to get it set up.
So I do that and they're busy trying to get me to purchase a plan, I tell them I'm already apart of my apartment managements plan.
Customer service has no idea what I'm talking about and acts like I'm speaking Martian. Noticed there was a modem already in the unit with coaxial cables so i hook it up and plug ethernet into my personal computer. Literally plug and play and works instantly. Only problem is I can't figure out how to set up wireless. Ipconfig was sending me IPV6 addresses if I recall correctly.
So I guess I'm just gonna buy a travel router lol
Anyone else have a similar experience here, how did you resolve it?
EDIT: I figured it out. Wired into PC, typed in ipcfonfig, went to default gateway and used the default usepassword combo and got everything set up

Hey all. Quick question about the EAP225.... I have a Deco system in my house and then use the TP-Link multiport POE injector to power 3 different Omada EAPS. Each one has their own cable that runs directly connected from the Starlink via bypass to the deco, and then the deco to the PoE to the EAPs..... My question is, I want to add a unit to my workshop but there's no way I can easily run a cable to it (crosses river). The workshop has power. If I just use a POE injector to power the EAP across the river, will it receive internet from the wired Omadas? It's only 200feet. Basically is it a receiverepeater as well? Or does it need to be wired into the router to provide internet?

Not sure best place to ask this. We’ve paid a LOT in $15/mo Comcast modem/router rental. We’re going to drop down to Xfinity internet-only with our own equipment. All of the suggested 3rd-party equipment on this website is expensive (naturally) and more than we need. Best recommendation for a Comcast-friendly modem/router combo that can handle a <200mbps?

I slapped the SIM card in and it required me to put in a PIN that i have no idea of, so i sign in using my google account. However im running into problems, When i try singing in it tells me i have to sign in using the previous owners email. Ive looked around the internet and its apparently something to do with some security risk but nothing ive seen actually tells me how to bypass this without downloading an app that i obviously cant do with my phone if im stuck on the sign in page and im not using my computer because i dont trust the websites.

I have Comcast Gigabit internet and their XB7 modem, because I live in an almost 90 year old apartment with brick and lathe walls I also have an Amplifi HD router and 3 mesh points connected to the modem. Lately my internet has been incredibly slow even though speed tests on both the router and modem show download and upload speeds of 100+mbps but the speed tests on my laptop is more like 10 mpbs upload/download. There was a bridge mode enable on the modem and then the customer support agent turned that off saying that was the problem. It worked for about a week then the same problems started happening again, so I was told told to enable the bridge on the router. That worked for a couple of months and the same issue is happening again. I do a restart every Sunday of all the equipment and of course the agents tell you to restart the modem again every single customer service call to no avail. Is the bridge mode supposed to be on the modem, the router, on both or off both? Losing my mind so any advice is greatly appreciated!

I’m in a weird situation with Comcast. They opened a fraudulent account with my SSN and then sent me to collections. Now they won’t even investigate the issue unless I can prove where I lived between the months of June and September 2022.
Nothing I send them is good enough. To the degree that a screenshot of my electric bills were rejected because it had May thru October instead of June thru September. It feels like I’m in some kind of Terry Gilliam ‘Brazil’ bureaucracy nightmare.
And I have Comcast Internet. Every time I call they make me validate my identity via my address, but then they say they can’t use my service address to validate my identity.
