Hey there -
I'm having issues with my Pentair Intellichlor IC40 salt cell. My pool guy tells me that the salt levels of the pool are about half of what they need to be, and as a result we're seeing some algae show up in our pool. I replaced this cell 3-4 years ago. The cell has recently (last week) been washed out with Muriatic acid and de-scaled,
As you can see in the video, the all my lights are green and the cell is telling me I've got at least 40% life left in the cell, but I can't increase (or decrease for that matter) the level of chlorine being generated. I've unseated/re-seated the connecting cable to my EasyTouch box - no issues there. I've ran diagnostic mode on the panel for the Intellichlor and it says it's producing 3450 ppm.
Should I bite the bullet and buy a new $1000 cell? Or does this one still have life in it?

Avene

Cicalfate Repair barrier cream for hands - haven't opened it yet. will use up the Cicabiafine below before trying this.
Tolerance gentle cleanser - have used this once as a post shower second cleanse and it immediately soothed my warm rosacea prone skin. I'll be checking out other things in this line.
Eau Thermale mini - haven't tried yet, but I look forward to using it this summer as a little hot day treat.

Biafine

Cicabiafine barrier repair cream - have use this 3 times on my hands today and it's very soothing! I didn't see a need to buy the regular Biafine because I am vigorous about SPF to don't burn anymore but honestly if the Cica one is any indication, I'm tempted to pick one up at another pharmacy. I might search out the big version of Cicabiafine if I can!

Bioderma

Atoderm Cleansing oil - a friend recommended this to me to use for dry skin / eczema on the body
Crealine H2O (called Sensibio in the UK) - I used to be a big user of Garner micellar water but dropped off for reasons I can't remember. Got a mini to try out as I think I'll like this in the summer.

Anthelios UV Mune 400 Gel Creme - used this today before I left Paris today and it feels so nice and lightweight. This was an impulse as I wasn't going to get another SPF since I have some to get through. But the gel creme I think will suit me better for the summer than the one I had been using.

Sweet Lemon lip balm - I have used countless Reve de Miel balms. I had never seen this one, so thought it would be lovely for summer. I am finishing up another lip balm from Haeckels before opening this one

What I didn't get and why:

A313 - controversial for some I know! But I don't use Vitamin A / retinol products (yet!) and I didn't see the need to get it just because.

Homeoplasmine - I've seen this compared to vaseline which I'm not really a fan of any way. So I skipped this for now.
Klorane Dry Shampoo - I was going to get one of the minis to try it out but I couldn't find them, so I skipped on the full size one.

Tips for City Pharma

Accessibility: There are 2 elevators/lifts you can use to navigate the 3 floors. There is also a set of stairs and between floors 2-3 there is an escalator too.
Go early in the morning or at the end of the day. If you can only go in the afternoon, be patient!
Be NICE to the staff and other customers. A simple Pardon when you need to get by someone is very nice and goes a long way.
If you don't want to talk to anyone - wear headphones and sunglasses like I did (lol). It can be a bit of a sensory overload so this was helpful for me to focus on getting what I wanted.
Be mindful of space! Avoid bringing large bags/suitcases. It was very crowded downstairs where all the skin/haircare is. The aisles are big enough for 2 people to be back-to-back so you may need to do some hovering / loops around.
Do your research and make a list. There are so many other brands I'd never heard of there that now I want to look into! I stuck with brands I already had familiarity with and products I'd read about online. If you have questions, there's a lot of staff in white jackets there to help.
Don't buy stuff that won't work for you. This is why I skipped on some of the above. You don't need to follow the hype on every product just because it's raved about. Half the tiktok videos I watched were just regurgitations on why a product was the BEST - they didn't say why it worked for them specifically!
Have a budget! It will be easy to just pick up a lot of small things and before you know it, you've spent more than you intended. You don't need 10 versions of the same thing. I put back the LRP Cicaplast balm for this reason.

Her budget is 1000€ but obviously any savings would be appreciated. When I configured her system (see above) I didn't really see a good way to spend the extra ~90€ though. I am looking for someone more experienced to tell me if I am leaving some obvious performance gains on the table.
Her system is currently an i5-4460 and a GTX 1050 Ti, so realistically any somewhat modern system is going to be a major upgrade. The impetus for her wanting to upgrade is her systems extremely poor performance on Helldivers 2 (literal single digit FPS at 1080p).
Her system is going to be mostly used for fairly light games (2D games or games like Coral Island), but occasionally she will play more demanding titles such as Monster Hunter: World or Helldivers 2, where her current setup really struggles. We're also both really looking forward to Monster Hunter: Wilds, so ideally her system will manage that, too, though obviously nobody knows for certain at the moment.
Her current display is a 1080p 60Hz display, so I'd state that as the goal for this build, but the option to upgrade to 1440p and/or a higher refresh rate would of course be nice.
I am a little worried about using last gen parts with little to no upgrade path down the line, but realistically she isn't the type of person to regularly upgrade her PC. If her last system is any indication she probably won't upgrade anything for the next 4 to 6 years, at which point she'll have to buy a wholly new system anyway.
With her build I was mostly focused on getting a good bang for the buck, but I am unsure if I achieved that goal. Perhaps there is a better way for her to spend her money?

My budget is 2000€-ish. If it ends up a little more expensive for noticeable performance gains I'd be willing to pay more.
This build is very close to /buildapcforme's $2000 recommendation, with a few changes:

Replaced GPU (PNY VERTO) and memory (Teamgroup) made by relatively unknown manufacturers with equivalent hardware made by more well known brands (Gigabyte, Corsair). I am unsure how much this matters, but I have literally never heard of the first two manufacturers.
Removed storage because I intend to continue using my current storage (2TB Sabrent Rocket 4 Plus and 2TB Sabrent Rocket Q).
Replaced recommended air cooler with Liquid Freezer III because I could get it for a very good price and because I want to try liquid cooling after using air cooled PCs for all my life.
Added case fans because I decided I want to max out the number of case fans and I'd like for them to all be the same, so I will replace the fans that come with the case.

I am looking to play modern 3D games (Cyberpunk 2077, Doom Eternal, Helldivers 2, God of War: Ragnarok, perhaps replay The Witcher 3 etc.) at ultrawide 1440p, 165 Hz and ideally max settings. If this isn't possible I'd compromise on settings, because I certainly won't buy a 4090.
With my build the goal was "close to top of the line, while staying at a somewhat reasonable price point". I am fairly confident with my choices here, but I would still like a more experienced builder too look over the planned build in case I made any mistakes.

Esta es la cosa me fui a vivir afuera ya mi J7 es un estado critico de años de vivir en latm le tube que decir chau y cuando fui a dubai me compre un celular provisional, cuestion que a la otra semana me regalan un celular nuevo de la empresa y quedo guardado en el cajon hasta el dia de hoy
Bueno en cuestion alla lo compre a un precio normal o barato , pero resulta que aca con el sobreprecio no quiero venderlo a un precio carisimo pero tampoco regalarlos , porque es un telfono casi nuevo pero tiene una particularidad es un Huawei Y9A que califica como un gama alta media

es un rival o en internet hacen la comparacion con un Redmi note 12 que nuevo en Argentina sale entre 400- y 600 mil pesos , por un lado es la rareza de un telefono nuevo en perfecto estado y con la rareza de que aca no se encuentra y un Huawei que se la bancan todas.
a cuanto lo deberia vender? teniendo en cuenta esto y que yo alla compre a 280 dolares aprox.
