I've fallen in love with PVP after picking up WOTLK, and I'm gonna do my best to become a great arena player in Cata, currently leveling a UH DK to 85.
Is there anything i should think of to optimize my character as soon as possible, or do i just cap out conquest points every week and do my best once i hit 85?
I've setup a nice UI and watched most relevant guides I could come over. The last week I've duelled 24/7 outside Stormwind to get as good as I can in the wotlk meta.

I couldn't find any good guides on that topic. Do you need reputation for pvp gear in cata classic? For example for shoulder enchants etc.? Or will you be able to get the BiS Enchants via pvp rewards as well? If you have some good guide regarding cata pvp preparation I would be glad if you can link it.
Background is that I am thinking about leveling via questing to earn some reputation along with the xp instead of doing dungeon grinds.

However, most people don't do a deep dive, and obvious things are missed. So, I'm doing a deep dive, and FULLY breaking down what I believe would be the ideal teams for a Hermit and Friends MCC. This MCC includes all current Hermits, all Empires members, and all Life Series members, as well as one additional player.
Before teams, I should establish that I went into this thinking that A: all Hermits would be playing even if they've said they wouldn't in the past, and B: more importantly, this is a charity event (this is the only way I think point A could happen). That means that I went into this actively planning on how the teams for this MCC would generate hype and donations.
Let's start off with the teams!

Red Rabbits - Zedaph, Impulse, Tango, Skizz
A Hermit MCC would not be complete without ZITS. This is THE most obvious team, and would likely get a lot of hype behind it from Hermit fans and MCC players who saw TIES alike so I put it on Red. This is a weaker team, but they do have a regular player in Impulse and two one-time players in Skizz and Tango, so you can't completely write them off.
Orange Ocelots - False, Ren, Shelby, Pixx
Now, for this team I wanted to establish the other teams - I don't think ZITS is a good benchmark for viewers, so I (after making all these teams) put this team here in order to establish the general balancing and who other than the Hermits would be playing. Also, due to this team having two regulars and a returning inactive player it's more likely to catch the attention of the non-Hermitcraft MCC fans. And with that I give you Orange. False and Ren are an obvious duo (recently Ren said he's interested in returning and has reached out to Scott but will only return if his returning team is with False) and I would not split them up. I put Shelby on this team as her teaming with False in MCC30 and Pride23 they were on teams that were very fun but due to the makeup of those teams (very quiet and very chaotic respectively) I don't think we saw the duo fully shine - they also had several really funny moments on Empires Season 2 together. I would also LOVE to see Shelby team with Ren because I think the dynamic would be top tier. Pix I put on the team because he fits the vibes well - super chill, friendly, and all around fun. He gets along well with all 3 of them and so I think he rounds out the team very nicely. In terms of balancing, it has two strong regulars and a returning player, as well as a newcomer - I think it's decently strong and definitely has a chance, although it doesn't have a powerhouse player like some of the other teams. That being said, False and Shelby definitely both have the skills and capability to lead it to victory.
Yellow Yaks - Scott, Etho, BDubs, xB
I ended with this team on Yellow since I think it rounds out the first 3 teams well in a way that fully shows the viewers the balancing AND hyping them up (this team has Etho so automatic hype team). Here I put together the duo of Etho and BDubs, as that was a must for me. I ended up putting them with Scott as a psuedo-Life Series team, and also because Scott and Etho already teamed so that helps them. I also think Scott would laugh so hard the entire time playing with BDubs and I would love to see that, especially since he's the organizer of MCC. Rounding out the team I put xB - I wanted xB on a strong team as a newcomer and this team fit him well as he's always fun to see with Etho and BDubs and I think he would get along really well with Scott. He's chill but also loves a good laugh, so I think this is the perfect team. Balancing wise due to having Scott (one of the strongest participants in this event and quite literally the most knowledgeable) as well a two-time player and a one-time player, I think they'd be able to hold their own.
Lime Llamas - Joe, Cleo, Jevin, Jimmy
This team is on Lime because it just felt right to place on the first day. The team composition is pretty obvious - Joe and Cleo are a duo, Cleo and Jevin are 'rivals', and Jimmy and Cleo are also 'rivals' - ie basically a fun group. Jevin and Joe are also really fun to see together, and I think Jimmy's antics would fit in well with each of theirs. Balancing wise, we have a regular, two one-time players, and a newcomer - so same general theme as the previous four teams. This team is mostly for fun, but Jimmy as their leader does give them a chance, Cleo was very competent when she played, and Jevin whilst not having played in a long time is quite good at competitive Minecraft (in addition to doing well back in MCC1).
Green GOATs - Cub, Scar, Hypno, Doc
Placed here for Doc obviously. I know some people will see this and immediately complain that Scar's not with Grian, but ConCorp was of higher priority to me as a Hermitcraft fan, and I wanted to place Doc with both Scar and Cub, so this trio worked out really strongly. I could have put Grian with this trio (which would also work really well) but there were other people I needed to team him with, so I didn't - also they've already been in MCCs together so it was even less of a priority. To round out the trio I chose Hypno. From the jump, I knew I wanted to put Hypno on a competitive team, as he's really strong at competitive Minecraft, so teaming him with Cub and Scar as MCC regulars and hyper-competitive Doc was perfect. This team will be out for blood while talking about nerdy stuff the entire time and I would not have it any other way.
Cyan Coyotes - Joey, Katherine, fWhip, Oli
Opening up Day 2 of Team Announcements we have the Full Empires team. All 4 members of this team are very good friends and this team came together quite naturally. I knew I wanted an all-Empires team, and I think this blows away any expectations - two former players, a mostly inactive but really strong player, and a regular in Oli. This is the only team where every member has played in an MCC, and it's definitely a force to be reckoned with with fWhip being a highly underrated participant and having a lot of potential in leading a team. That being said, they're not guaranteed Dodgebolt, let alone to win DB. Additionally the next two teams are also huge threats.
Aqua Axolotls - Wels, Stress, Iskall, H
Next we have the obvious duo of Iskall and Stress. Immediately, I place them with H because of Vault Hunters, and also to give Stress a really strong leader. I then needed to balance the team a bit more and immediately gave them Wels as he used to be really close with Stress (I'm assuming he still is, they just don't cross paths on HC much) and is not experienced with competitive Minecraft. That being said, balancing wise it's still a threat with H being the statistically strongest player here by far and Iskall being a strong two-time participant. Additionally out of the complete newcomers Stress probably has the most experience with events having done quite a few Twitch Rivals, so that immediately takes off the nerves. That being said, Stress also is not a competitive Minecraft player and neither is Wels - H will be a great leader in helping them out and keeping their heads on whilst also being willing to have fun. I also wanted the Hermit adopter to play in the Hermit event, so he was put in as the 40th player with every other player being a Hermit and/or Empires and/or Life Series member.
Blue Bats - Beef, Gem, Joel, Lizzie
This team is a little insane. Joel and Lizzie were an obvious shoe-in as a duo, but with Joel being one of the strongest players here, I need a bit better balancing. So I put in Gem, a powerhouse of a Hermit. But with her, I put her fellow Canadian VintageBeef who's actually there to balance the team. Now, Gem, Lizzie, and Joel are good friends and I would love to see them. Beef is the Hermit with the worst internet, and so I put him on a really strong team to balance them whilst also giving him a chance; plus I love his friendship with Gem. I also think he would get along really well with Lizzie and Joel. Balancing wise this team is really strong with two regulars and a former player, but keep in mind their newcomer is handicapped.
Purple Pandas - X, Keralis, Sausage, Pearl
Dialing back the heat of the past 3 teams slightly we have the Purple Pandas. Shishwami and Keralis was a must have, Keralis and Sausage was a must have, Sausage and Pearl was a must have, and Pearl and Keralis was a must have, in addition to Pearl and X being a great duo. I don't remember X and Sausage interacting in the Hermit/Empires crossover but I don't care because that is bound to be comedy gold as well. So basically all 6 amazing duos put into one amazing team of 4 people. Balancing wise it's a little on the weaker side with one inactive player, a one-time player and a three-time player plus a newcomer, but the vibes are immaculate and I genuinely do believe they could pull an upset.
Pink Parrots - Martyn, BigB, Grian, Mumbo
Last but not least we have the Grian-Mumbo hype team. If Mumbo's going to play it'd likely need to be with Grian, so I made it happen. Additionally if this is for charity then the duo needs to happen anyway. BigB, Grian, and Martyn make a strong Evo trio, and all four of them make up an incredible Life Series team. Balancing wise, this team has an inactive Hermit and two newcomers but also has one of the 3 strongest players in Martyn. Additionally, whilst Mumbo doesn't work well under pressure you know he'd just be admiring Noxcrew's work in all the games and I think he would absolutely kill Grid Runners. BigB in addition to the Life Series has the Murder Mystery Crew (I miss it) under his belt and so I see him having the potential to do quite well in PvP even if it is the 1.9 version - we've seen how well SB's done in MCCs and TankMatt did quite well back in MCC1. So whilst potentially weaker this team has a lot going for it too.
So those are my picks for teams for an all Hermit and Friends MCC (with the assumption all Hermits will participate - I know Mumbo and Joe aren't interested and that some others probably wouldn't be either (unfortunately) and that changes things). What're your thoughts?

Been playing since about half way through the re zero collab event and while I've gotten somewhat comfortable with the grind I had a few general questions:
  1. Do the arena tickets, and I guess by extension pvp past getting a decent placing in special arena for occasional gems, ever really matter? I've maintained a pretty high ranking both in newbie and special arena so I've gotten a decent amount of the things but I pretty much just buy the profile decoration things (because why not, ig) and maintain 200 of each of the element skill things (cus it's a fun number ig, idk). The equipment you can buy always seems like it just sucks for a whole lot, guess I'm wondering if that gets better as you go.
  2. What's the general strategy behind the train special interception? I've gotten to the point I can clear chatterbox and Modernia fights easily enough, make it almost to the end for grave digger (who was my old nemesis before getting to special interceptions) and the other bosses but consistently get wiped pretty early on for the the train. (My go to team is Milk, Drake, Crown, Dorothy and Emilia)
  3. I use the body shop tokens for high quality molds to fuel my addiction for actually having a chance of getting SS maybe one day breaking the level limit, but in the long run would it be better to use the currency on some of the recycle tokens? I've still leveled it up a fair bit from event stores and what not but wondering how much of an impact it makes compared to leveling, skills, limit breaking, and equipment.
  4. .Going off the team I posted earlier and me being in the fire dragon chapter (and only getting this far because of the 3 a day uses of level 200 nikkes the game gets you) should I be focusing more on leveling certain nikkes to run at a deficit better or still just try my best to keep up with the CP requirement? I'm still using Milk because she's my only MLB character (outside of Kilo, who I've also played with the idea of subbing Emilia out for) but I've gotten access to better B1 Nikkes (Pepper, Volume, Tia, and Miranda) and wondering if I should use them even if my total CP will take a noticeable dip. I also have objectivly speaking stronger B3 options than Drake but Drake <3.
  5. How much does the stat bonus from affection matter? I'm level 27 and growing with Drake (because Drake <3) but other than that I stop to unlock other stories/ get gems from Nikkes I don't actually care about.
Edit: Hope I don't catch some ban for circumventing some stupid "you can't comment because low karma" rule or something but thanks for the answers.
I do actually have Sakura, looked at her kit once and thought "well that's oddly specific and kinda lame" guess it wouldn't hurt to give her a chance.
Dorothy is a total chad of a B1 unit from what I can tell (especially for bosses) and crown seems like the undisputed B2 unit so I kinda figured milk would have to make room for another B3 unit, which works fine for me. Some potential units are Maxwell (who have limit broken twice, and was already thinking about subbing out Emilla for), Noir, Helm, Sugar (also limit broken twice), or I guess Kilo and keeping Emilia

Which spec is the best to get gear and do 3s on? any comp requirements? Im aware double healer exists which is why I dont want to gimp myself with a class my buddies cant play with

Oh boy this was insane. First for some context. I play Dungeons and Dragons with my friends one or two days a week depending on our schedules. We recently started up a campaign that our forever DM had wanted to run for years now. It was set in an apocalyptic war in a medieval world with some steampunkish themes too (ie lots of warforges, artificers, and automotons).
There were a handful of cities that were more technologically and magically advanced but in these cases, mage lords attempted to monopolize magic and technology. This led to the war that kicked off our campaign. I was playing as a human fighter from a mercenary army, and the two relevant players were playing as a halfling bard and a shadar kai warlock respectively. They were from the get go in game rivals despite being friends irl.
We ended up playing a fairly normal campaign for a couple months. There were a few incidents of warlock and bard arguing over loot and who deserves more or who contributed more. We ended up reaching a port town that was sort of like the Waterdeep of this world but more steampunky. That week was when “Not Like Us” dropped.
When we got to the port town, we ended up going to meet with a mage lord. This took about two weeks. Two weeks of warlock and bard arguing about Drake and Kendrick (warlock liked Drake and bard liked Kendrick). When the mage lord demanded halfling bard play a song, upon which he immediately starts playing “Not Like Us” irl to be his bard’s song. We all laughed and went along but Shadar Kai warlock said “Turn that shit off!” Halfling bard said “What I am just speaking facts in song form to this mage lord. He likes it.” Which he did since bard rolled a 17 on his performance check.
Shadar Kai warlock said “You know damn well what you’re doing. Stop turning Dnd into your Drake slander porn!” Bard said “Ok fine, Shadar Kai is salty that my song made his certified pedophile patron cry so I gotta stop but I am glad you liked it Ser (mage lord’s name)”
Warlock then said “That’s it, I cast fireball to kill both the mage lord and that fucking smug ass bard!” I then try to talk him out of it but its no use and the DM allowed this to play out. This was a relatively weak mage lord so he died quickly as bard and warlock eagerly went at it. The rest of the party was content to sit back and watch. I tried to intervene but failed my rolls to subdue two active combatants non-lethally as a fighter. I nearly died myself.
Shadar kai warlock ended up winning the battle and knocked bard out. I once again tried to convince warlock to chill out. I said “You’ve proven your point now let's get bard to safety so he can heal”. Warlock then said “Well at least let me teabag him to make it clear who reigns supreme”
Bard’s player then said “Damn. Imagine being so butthurt about Drake losing you have to pull this shit. Fucking loser!”
Warlock then said “Fuck this! I cast eldritch blast! He dies right here, right now!” There was nothing I could do to stop him (I was too far away at this point) and the DM had no intention of stopping this either. Warlock killed bard and looted him. Bard then got pissed off and then they started arguing like crazy with each player launching smears about the other artist from pedo to wife beater to racist and more until they drifted the argument into who is better at Dnd and bard insisting that he only lost cause he got “caught off guard” and the party was “too pussy” to step in. We ended up calling the session.
Next session, bard’s player made a new min maxxed character (barbarian/paladin multiclass) that he bragged could annihilate warlock’s and they started arguing again. FINALLY the DM stepped in and told them that their characters are only allowed to fight from now on over organic in game conflicts and that anything—including discussions of, music from or knockoff characters based on Drake or Kendrick are hereby banned.
The session went off sort of ok, we were a bit lost now that the mage lord was dead and we would now have to find another one to align with. Plus the atmosphere was tense. Both barb/paladin and warlock were giving each other the silent treatment all session.
And that’s where we are now. I am hoping they chill out by next session because this is no fun for anyone.
tldr Warlock and bard PVP over their obsession with an out of game dispute between two hip hop artists that gets so out of hand that a character dies.

The Dungeon Dungeon Fruit is a paramecia-type devil fruit that allows the user to become a living dungeon, making them a Dungeon Master.

Strengths

Upon consuming the Dungeon Dungeon Fruit, the user will gain a permanent pocket dimension of a dungeon within themselves which they are able to customise however they like. The user can teleport people and objects into their dungeon through touch, shrinking them down and transporting them into the dungeon's interior.
The user also gains the ability to transform their body into a full-size dungeon matching the pocket dimension one as it is just the pocket dimension one expanding into the world and transforming the user into the building. If the user is above ground their dungeon will resemble a tower as it towers above the ground with its height dependent on the number of flours the user has created. If the user does it above ground the dungeon's rules of floors get flipped and the lower floors are weaker with the higher ones being stronger. Also, there will be an entranceway for people to enter or exit at the bottom of the "tower" form. If the user is underground their dungeon will meld with the environment and go down with the height dependent on the number of flours the user has created, additionally, the user will rise or sink to have an opening on the surface marking the entrance into the dungeon. When transformed the user has complete control over the dungeon, allowing them to manipulate its structure, features, and contents as if it were an extension of their own body. The user can enhance the durability of their dungeon, fortifying it against environmental hazards and potential threats.
Inside the dungeon, the user is able to create anything that can be found in a dungeon, including but not limited to, weapons, monsters, treasures, puzzles, traps, etc. The user is able to take out their creations however they must keep physical contact with it constantly and if they don't it will disappear and reappear back in their dungeon when the user has the energy to create it again.
Inside the dungeon, the user has absolute control capable of creating and controlling anything and everything in relation to dungeons.

Weaknesses

Standard devil fruit weaknesses apply.
Floors: The user has to separate the structure of their dungeon into floors, with every floor down able to create stronger entities and items with more elaborate and stronger traps and treasures.
Creatures: The creatures that the user creates in the dungeon are able to be influenced and controlled by the user's direct orders but anything besides the user's direct orders can possibly be disobeyed or dismissed by the creatures.
Outside contact: Items and creatures that the user made within their dungeon will turn into dust once they are apart from the user. Meaning that an item or creature can be taken out but only partially. The user can take out a sword and use it as a weapon but once they discard it or it no longer makes physical contact with them it will start to turn to dust.
Energy: It takes energy for the user to make anything within the dungeon be it items, monsters, or even them manipulating the dungeon to their will to make the impossible happen, or even remake the dungeon and its contents. The stronger the things/creatures that they create the more energy it will cost the user.
Space & Haki: Strong haki can neutralize creatures within the dungeon and make passage throughout the dungeon really easy, additionally any space manipulation can enable people the ability to escape from the user's Dungeon unless the user is constantly twisting space to prevent them from doing this.
'Magic': The dungeon is filled with the user's energy which they can use like magic. The 'Magic' within the dungeon can only ever be the user's energy that they used to create phenomenon, it is not real magic but the user using their ability to create anything within the dungeon. Haki can disrupt this energy and make the user's control over the dungeon unstable/erratic and it acts as a kind of anti-magic.
Destruction: Vistors can destroy the dungeon and trigger a full-scale collapse in order to get out of the dungeon quickly.
Dungeon Limit: The Dungeon can be of any size be it 1 floor, 10 floors, 100 floors or even 10,000 floors as many as the user wants, and these floors can be as big or as small as the user wants with space distorting to the users will. As well as the contents being however the user wishes them to be. However, the user is limited to having only one Dungeon created at a time.

Techniques:

The core of the Dungeon: This technique allows the user to merge their physical form with their dungeon, becoming the true core and centre of the Dungeon. When activated, the user's body undergoes a transformation, imbuing them with the visual appearance of their dungeon while retaining their base form's humanoid shape. The user appears as their usual self but with subtle manifestations of their dungeon's architecture spread across their entire body visible both internally and externally. Parts of the user's body may take on a spectral or ethereal quality, resembling stone, wood, or other materials found within their dungeon. Floors within the dungeon will be visible on the user's body and the user can interact with them like normal. While in this state, the user's control of their dungeon and sense of the dungeon as a part of their body is strengthened, granting them unparalleled control over its features and inhabitants. They can sense disturbances, manipulate the environment, and summon forth creatures or objects from within their domain with ease. The user's thoughts and intentions shape the very fabric of their dungeon, allowing them to adapt and respond to any situation. The Core of the Dungeon technique offers numerous tactical advantages. In addition to serving as a formidable defensive measure, it enables the user to access their dungeon's resources and defences instantaneously. They can summon forth weapons, traps, or allies as needed instantaneously. Additionally, the strongest part of this technique is that the user is able to take on the full condition of the dungeon allowing them to be as durable as the entire dungeon combined, as smart as the entire dungeon combined, and the user is able to draw on all the strength of the entire dungeon, etc.
Dungeon Gate: The user is able to create a portal on any part of their body, this portal can connect to anywhere within their dungeon. The user can use this to take out something or someone from their dungeon temporarily, the user can also use this to make an opening for one of their creatures to attack from the portal or to take out an item.
Treasure: The user can create valuable items or weapons from their dungeon and bring them into the real world by maintaining physical contact. However, these items will disappear if contact is broken.
Dungeon Master's Clarvoiant Gaze: The user can see through the eyes of any creature or object within their dungeon, providing them with complete surveillance of their domain. Although this can be very helpful to the user to help them survey their dungeon as if they are all seeing, without training, they will have no attention of their surroundings and may be ambushed in their distraction.
Monster Maker: The user manifests fearsome creatures within their dungeon, bringing them to life from the depths of their imagination. By channelling their energy and focusing their will, the user can create a wide variety of monsters, each with unique abilities, characteristics, and behaviours. These creatures serve as guardians, minions, or challenges within the dungeon, obeying the user's commands and defending their domain against intruders. To create a creature the user goes through three steps; Visualization, Energy Channeling, and Materialization. Firstly the user begins by visualizing the creature they wish to create, envisioning its form, size, and attributes in vivid detail. They draw upon their knowledge of mythology, folklore, and imagination to craft a truly unique monster. Then with a focused mind and a surge of energy, the user channels their power into the creation process, infusing the imagined creature with life force. This energy serves as the catalyst for bringing the creature into existence within the dungeon. Lastly, as the energy takes shape, the creature materializes within the user's dungeon, emerging from the depths as a tangible entity. The user can control the creature's appearance, abilities, and behaviour to suit their needs and objectives. The user can make any type of monster that they like, the only limit is their energy and their imagination, but some examples include; Beasts: Ferocious creatures such as dire wolves, giant spiders, or griffins, possessing keen senses and formidable physical abilities. Undead: Reanimated corpses, skeletal warriors, or spectral apparitions, instilling fear and dread in those who encounter them. Elementals: Living embodiments of natural elements, including fiery salamanders, watery serpents, or earthen golems, each with unique elemental powers. Aberrations: Bizarre and otherworldly entities, such as tentacled horrors, shape-shifting mimics, or mind-controlling aberrations, capable of confounding and terrifying intruders. Constructs: Artificial beings crafted from magical or mechanical components, ranging from clockwork automatons to golems forged from enchanted stone or metal. They can also create many more, but these are only some examples. The user can control their creations in multiple ways and command them to act together; The user can maintain their control over the monsters they create, commanding them with their will and asserting their dominance as the Dungeon Master. The monsters obey the user's orders without question, serving as loyal guardians or relentless assailants. Also, the user can tailor the behaviour and objectives of the monsters to suit their needs, directing them to patrol specific areas, guard valuable treasures, or attack intruders on sight. The main limitations of Monster Maker are its energy consumption, maintenance, and the limits of the user's control, just meaning that the monsters can possibly rebel if they are strong enough and the user has mistreated them.
Fake Floor: The user creates a temporary floor within their dungeon that can hold illusions, making it seem like a normal, physical floor with traps, monsters, or treasures. All of the illusions on this floor seem real and can actually work to a degree on this floor with illusions capable of causing damage (although weaker than normal and unable to cause any damage if the illusion is seen through) and even treasures appearing to work within the fake floor, but upon exit of the fake floor, they will find out that everything they gained from the floor was but an illusion.
Safe Floor: The user creates a temporary floor within their dungeon that can act as a sanctuary for those within the dungeon. This floor is imbued with a protective aura that prevents any monsters or hostile entities from entering. Additionally, it has a restorative effect, healing anyone inside over time. The effect of keeping monsters out acts as a semi-permeable barrier and can be broken or pierced by high-ranking creatures.
Exit Floor: The user creates a temporary floor within the dungeon in between any floor that they want that allows visitors to leave the dungeon. The Exit floor will appear at the end of every dungeon and will be the turnaround point for the visitor(s) allowing them to go back into the dungeon from the start, where they came from, or even leaving the dungeon entirely.
Empty Floor: The Empty Floor is the start and the end of the dungeon, it will always be present and from here the user can create the dungeon, store whatever they want to, keep others safe here, etc. The empty Floor will be present even when the dungeon is destroyed, it can never be destroyed except with the death of the user. This floor is free from all laws, no laws from the universe exist in this space without the user making them. No laws not even life, death, time, space, reality, cause and effect are present within this floor without the user making them exist. In the case of Life and death do not exist here letting those who die in the dungeon live here should the user want them to, the user can even reincarnate them into a creature however this would make them completely reliant on the dungeon and die should they leave the dungeon and the connection with the user. Anyone within this floor is capable of moving throughout the dungeon as they please and even leave as they, please.
Dungeon Collapse: The user can start a dungeon collapse, making their dungeon and all of its floors begin to collapse, starting from its first floor and going to its last floor. Space will begin to distort and the monsters will either flee to other floors in order to survive a little longer or crumble to dust from the cataclitic wave of destruction that the user set in motion. The user can send any creatures that they wish to survive into the Empty Floor. Any visitor within the Dungeon will have to flee from the dungeon collapse as quickly as they can and reach the exit, if they cannot make it in time then they will be heavily wounded and possibly killed by the collapse of the dungeon depending on debre, and they will wake up in the Empty Floor dead or alive.
Treasure Trove: The user can create hidden chambers within their dungeon filled with valuable treasures and artefacts. These chambers can only be accessed through secret passages or by solving intricate puzzles. Creating elaborate treasures consumes a significant amount of the user's energy.
Gate: The user can create temporary portals within their dungeon that allow instant travel between different locations. These portals can be used for rapid deployment of allies or for quick escapes. Gates require precise control and consume a large amount of energy. Misuse can lead to unintended destinations or portal malfunctions.

Awakening:

With the awakening of the Dungeon Dungeon Fruit, the user can now use their abilities on a much larger scale, with their mind finally caught up with their powers, their powers are able to affect the world around them spreading much further than their body once stopped them. Their power spills over into the world around them, letting them expand their dungeon into the environment shaping it to their desire. The user is able to extend their abilities to what could be considered impossible or illogical, empowering old techniques to new heights and creating new ones that were not possible before.

Awakening Techniques:

Heart of the Dungeon: Similar to "The Core of the Dungeon," the Heart of the Dungeon allows the user to merge their physical form with their dungeon, but it comes with even greater powers and capabilities. When the user activates the Heart of the Dungeon, they gain the extraordinary ability to morph and reshape their immediate surroundings to form the intricate corridors, chambers, and traps of their dungeon. This transformation is both fluid and immediate: walls sprout from the ground, ceilings stretch overhead, and floors ripple like liquid, all under the user's absolute control. The entire dungeon environment responds to the user's movements and commands, making it a living extension of their will. Moreover, the Heart of the Dungeon bestows upon the user the power to draw strength from everything within their dungeon. This includes the treasures hidden within its depths, the creatures that inhabit its halls, and the traps laid to ensnare intruders. Every element of the dungeon, whether animate or inanimate, contributes to the user's power, enhancing their physical abilities, powers, and overall resilience.
Dungeon break: The user is able to create a gate that connects to the inside of their dungeon and then releases whatever they want, may it be the creatures, treasures, or even the dungeon itself causing space to distort and merge the dungeon with the world around them. Creatures will pour out of the gate in a stampede, treasures and items can pour out of the gate like a sea of gold, and the dungeon can expand out of the gate like a crawling calamity. The gate while being a spatial distortion can still be broken with enough force. Once the gate(s) are closed then the creatures, items, and/or dungeon will be sucked back into the gate returning to the user's dungeon.
Authority: The user is able to grant a portion of their authority to people they brought into the dungeon or any creature they want, allowing them to control the creatures and the contents of a specific floor.
Living Dungeon: The user can create a 'living' dungeon that adapts to intruders, capable of thought and acting in the best interest of the user and their dungeon. Capable of dynamically generating obstacles and challenges to test visitors specifically based on their observed strengths and weaknesses.
Trap Reave: With a single gesture, the user can implant numerous traps in their immediate environment or even within themselves that can then be activated and affect those nearby. These traps can have a multitude of hidden triggers and can be adjusted to be more potent, and capable of protecting larger areas with complex mechanisms.
Mini-Dungeon Core: The user creates a crystal-like smooth ball that contains a Dungeon within it, anyone who touches this mini-dungeon core will be drawn into the dungeon within and have to clear the dungeon to escape. However, since this is a mini-dungeon core it has a few limitations, firstly the dungeons in the mini-dungeon core can only have a maximum of 10 floors, additionally, the mini-dungeon core can be broken out of with either strong haki, spatial abilities, or any abilities that allow someone to break the crystal balls shell and release those trapped within it.

Awakening Weaknesses:

Energy: The vast expansion of power and control can be incredibly draining, meaning the user could risk total exhaustion or burnout if they use these abilities too frequently or for extended periods of time.
Heart of the Dungeon: While the user is merged with their dungeon the dungeon will be taking damage directly making every hit they take shake the dungeon and possibly collapse it. Additionally when the user is using a creature(s) and they take a serious hit that creature will die if that hit is strong enough to kill the creature(s). The same applies to treasures.
Dungeon Awareness: The user may need to split their awareness to monitor the larger area of effect of their dungeons and mini-dungeons, which can leave them blind to certain regions or overextended in their vigilance.
Waning Authority: Granting authority to too many individuals could dilute the user's overall control and open up the possibilities for internal conflict or sabotage.
Gate Fragility: The gates, while powerful and useful, are a lifeline for the user and their comrades getting in and out of the dungeon. The gates themselves are fragile and can be destroyed with enough strength or anyone capable of cutting space temporarily severing the user's lifeline in and out of the dungeon and cutting off a large amount of their powers until another can be made.
Dungeon Dissonance: The larger-scale dungeon transformations(brought into the environment) may not be as finely tuned as smaller-scale manipulations leading to instability or flaws that clever opponents can exploit.
Complexity: As old techniques are powered to new heights, the complexity of managing and understanding them also increases, which can lead to mistakes or malfunctions in their execution. Or it can just make it where the user is unable to make new techniques for most techniques.
Sensory Feedback: When the user possesses a creature they feel everything their controlled creatures feels, and then they might suffer from sensory overload or distraction during critical moments.

Hey all,
So my party is level 11 heading into the Vecna campaign, going to 20. My DM gave us all the option to switch or rework characters before the campaign.
Right now we have:
The Warlock and I both think our party is really unbalanced right now, as the only primarily ranged option is our FighteDruid. I try my best to do battlefield control and support but the Artificer is really limited in options, and the party as a whole will lack higher level spell support as the game goes on.
Just focusing on my character though, which option is better:
I think my preferred options are C, A/B, and D in that order. I'd prefer not to get rid of my steel defender as I just ordered a mini for it but if it makes the team better I'm open to suggestions.

2024.05.20 22:49 Visible_Word_5735 Armory Permanently Deletes Items/Gems/Rank

I was swapping my layout from PvE to PvP. I forgot to salvage my items so my bag was full. When I went to load the PvP layout I received an error message to the effect that the layout failed to load properly because my inventory was full. This has happened to me before and certain items load while the remainder slots remain empty. Usually I reactivate my old layout, salvage, and try again.
However this time my shoulder item from BOTH layouts disappeared along with the socketed gems (one of which is a rank 5 4/5 leg gem) and my shoulder rank lvl (30). I thought this was a glitch so I exited the app (I play on an iPad) and tried reloading and logging back in. Unfortunately these items are still missing from my character and now my shoulder equipment rank has been reset to 0. I’ve contacted Blizz customer support and they basically told me fuk off you’re shit out of luck and no compensation or alternative method to get back my items that they erroneously deleted.
Posting asking if anyone else has encountered this issue and or something similar and if anyone has any suggestions on what I can do to get back my items/gem/ranks. Thanks

I loved Cataclysm PvP, it was the one expansion where it felt like if you PvPed and were good at it it was all you really needed to do. Keep or Drop Mother’s Lament? Resonance or Crit Chance in PvP?
Need some advice whether I should drop Mother’s Lament or not 😅
So I finally have the resources to rank my ML up from lvl 8 to 10 (and awaken the slot / already awakened just needs the lvl 10 gem). I really care about PvP and often the MVP or usually rank 1st or 2nd most times in terms of kills with my current setup, at my reso level in BG.
As part of an F2P clan (top 10), I’m part of the small group of PvP-proficient people in my clan that have considerable impact during SW, RoE, and PvP Tower.
I only play PvE for BP points, to complete events, and max out all daily and weekly caps.
Now, I read a similar thread here that Crit Chance is heavily strifed in PvP, and its impact is heavily debatable. So I’m torn between 1) keeping ML and ranking it up to 10 to awaken slot, or 2) replacing it with a useful 5-star gem (maybe Void Spark or Concentrated Will?) for the extra resonance.
I’m willing to invest on a 3/5 5-star gem and can spend on ranking it up to lvl 4. I don’t think I can afford to rank gems beyond that 😅 I’m currently a DH (spin to win build) and don’t have any plans of changing classes anytime soon, or at all, until I upgrade all my primary gear to at least level 26 (which will probably take a long time since they’re still at the 19-22 range currently).
