I've been like it over a year now since some financial abuse off a so called sister, there's been much bullying from her. I honestly don't know how to deal with how horrible she is and how well she can manipulate people. So I was going to work and half way I walk there so I was walking and in the way I saw a shop with female cloths and I just don't know why I couldn't stop myself I went inside and started to look around you know thinking how it would look on me and than the sales men came and said these western clothes are selling like hot cakes these days and than said do you like any of these and I said yeah but I'm getting late so I can't look too much and than he asked are you married and I was like no but then to make the awkward moment go I said I'm engaged and will get married this year and than he smiled and said ok no problem you can chose and I'll keep them aside you can pick them up after you come back from work and I said no I'll take my time to chose and than I'll come back when I'm free I wanted to buy some but I was worried what will I do about them I can't wear them and even if I bought some hat will I tell to my family no one in my family wears these type of cloths so I let it go I just wanted to see how I will look in a dress or top but it was really painful I almost cried when I got out of the shop I was feeling so stupid.

Hi fellow dungeon masters, I would like to ask you for some ideas on how to make a cool story from one of my player’s background. In short: his barbarian village was nearly destroyed by a plague which seems to be caused by some kind of lab rats (he found some marked animals and was one of the few survivors of this plague). So he went to investigate.
We create the world as we go with my players and do not play Forgotten realms per say so nothing is impossible but at the moment I struggle to come up with who could be motivated to do such a thing and I don’t want this to be work of some major villain or big bad guy. I also don’t need a fully fleshed out ´what to do next´. Maybe just a couple of ideas for me to use as a spark.

soooo may 31st is one year on hrt and on the 27th i have my sisters baby shower. this will be the first time ive seen a lot of my extended family since transitioning, and notably my first time my dad seeing me as a girl. i wanna be myself but due to dysphoria ive been feeling down lately and considering boymoding it🥲 i have people there that love and support me, and i already have a cute white dress and heels picked out. but i just don’t know if im 100% ready to start socially transitioning like this :/

Here's the situation:

• I practice 1-2 times a week, for 1-2 hours of effective time every practice
• 1 of those practices is slower tempo (60-80BPM) and the other mid-high-tempo (140-180BPM)
• I only use heel up, and use ankle technique above 16th notes at ~140BPM

The problem in this equation is endurance. After even 10-15 seconds playing at 180BPM tempo my tibialis anterior is absolutely on fire, which means I'm not able to keep up at all, and this is a problem that is actively hampering my ability to play some songs.
I'm trying to figure out whether my ankle technique is bad, or I'm simply not putting in enough practice time. On that note I've got 2 main questions:

1. Is it normal for the tibialis to hold you back? Shouldn't my calf be on fire instead? Because I don't ever feel my calf getting weak.
2. How do you guys approach playing fast bass drum? Do you let the beater's rebound 100% take care of lifting the ball of your foot, or does it feel like you're doing most of the lifting yourself?

It's also worth noting that I tried hitting these muscles at the gym, training the calf did nothing (it just never feels tired when drumming, as mentioned before) and training the tibialis actually made it worse since the recovery time for that muscle seems hella long.
One thing that could be correlated is that I get the same pain when I walk fast. Ditto when driving with a somewhat sensitive accelerator pedal, my tibialis gets tired.
Any thoughts?

Hello i just bought a sony ccd-v50e, it did not come with a cassette and i was planning to use it with one of those video grabbers anyways. Do i really need a cassette inside the device for it to even output trough the viewfinder and outputs?

Just looking for some brief advice on using a Virgin Atlantic Companion Ticket.
I have Virgin points to cover passenger 1 and then a companion ticket to cover passenger 2.
I would like to use them next year to travel London to USA ; our ideal plan would be to travel to one US airport, hire a car and then fly back from a different airport.
Is this possible using the companion ticket or would it need to be a round trip for me to utilise the voucher for both legs?
And a second question - I recall from using the companion ticket previously that it has to be booked by calling the booking centre. Do I need to have pre-booked passenger A before calling, or is it possible for the help desk to book both the ticket with points & the companion at the same time?
