Hola! Soy argentino viviendo en Francia con una visa de vacaciones y trabajo (VVT). Esta visa es bastante mala, sí me permite quedarme en el pais por un año y trabajar pero solo con contratos de trabajo, no me deja tener ningún beneficio social y, por sobre todo, no me deja convertirme en auto emprendedor.
La cuestión es que una empresa de mi campo (salud) me quiere contratar, me pidió convertirme en auto emprendedor pero no tengo el derecho. Este trabajo implica desplazamientos por el país y Europa y trabajo en mi casa.
Alguno sabe algún artilugio legal para poder trabajar? Mi problema es que no puedo facturar de forma independiente aquí.
Mis opciones son: utilizar mi residencia fiscal en argentina y tributar desde allí (hay un acuerdo bilateral entre ambos países), el portage salariale (una empresa terciarizada que te hace un "contrato" pero te rompe el orto con comisiones) y, la menos "legal", utilizar otra persona que sí sea autoemprendedora y facturar desde allí. Alguno conoce algún caso similar?
Se que muchos de ustedes trabajan y facturan para empresas europeas desde Argentina, este caso es similar pero viviendo momentaneamente en Francia.

After the excitement of the women's tournament starting last week, men's VNL is officially kicking off today! We will be weekly discussion threads, like past few couple of years.
This year the VNL will be way more importan than in the previous years, as each match counts towards the world ranking - and at the end of the competition top 5 highest ranked, not yet qualified teams will qualify to the Olympic Games!
Also, a slight change to the format of the competition is coming: no team will be relegated this season as, starting next year, 18 teams per gender wlll participate in the VNL (as opposed to just 16 now).
COMPETITION FORMAT + WHO IS PLAYING?
The competition rules of Men's Volleyball Nations League are identical to the rules of women's VNL.
Each week, the 16 teams participating in the competition get split into two pools of eight teams - and both pools are hosted by different countries. Each team has four matches to play per week,. Despite the tournament being held in two locations at the same time, all the points the team get and all the sets they win will be counted towards a joint league table for all 16 teams.
Top 8 teams after 12 matches will qualify to the final play off round to be held in Bangkok, Thailand. There is and exception to this rule: Poland, as hosts, are already pre-qualified to the play offs. That means that if they finish the regular round placed 9th on below, only top 7 teams will qualify and the 8th spot will be assigned to Poland.

Pool I (Antalya, Turkey): TURKEY, POLAND, U.S.A, SLOVENIA, FRANCE, NETHERLANDS, CANADA, BULGARIA
Pool II (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil): BRAZIL, ITALY, ARGENTINA, JAPAN, SERBIA, IRAN, CUBA, GERMANY
WHERE TO WATCH
A variety of national broadcasters will show certain games of the VNL either on TV or through online streaming. These include (among others) Polsat Sport for Poland, RAI Sport for Italy, L'Equipe for France and CBC Sports for Canada.
If you have no access to any of the channels broadcasting the VNL, you could subscribe to Volleyball World TV - its a paid subscrpition service launched by the FIVB and Volleyball World, which will broadcast all games of the competition. There is a 7-day free trial available, and prices start at 1.65eur (ca 2$/ month) if you purchase the yearly plan (19.99 EU12 months)
In the previous years, select VNL games were also broadcasted for free on FIVB's Youtube channel. I am not sure if this will be the case this year, but I will update the post with links to the free matches if there are any planned for this year.

Soy introvertido. Y me diagnosticaron hace demasiados años fobia social. He intentado superarlo muchas veces.
Nunca digo que no cuando me proponen salir. Me obligo a salir de casa, me obligo a ir al gimansio casi 5 dias a la semana. Me obligo a ir a sitios, a hablar con gente. Incluso aunque no me guste.
Pero ese es el problema, que en el fondo no me gusta. no consigo que me guste, no consigo nunca estar agusto. Solo deseo poder volver a casa, poder dejar de estar rodeado de tanta gente. Poder estar a mi aire.
No es justo, muchas veces me siento solo, estoy solo, y lo intento solucionar. Haciendo cosas, actividades, planes, que no me gustan. pero no lo disfruto, mi cerebro no lo disfruta. No es justo, no consigo pelear contra ello, y lo unico que consigo es seguir frustrado.
Me obligo, salgo, no suelo estar comodo. Vuelvo a casa, sintiendo que he perdido el tiempo, sin ganas de volver a intentarlo, pero lo intento. Y a repetir el bucle, durante demasiados años... Y es que son ya muchos años. y siento que no vale la pena seguir intentandolo.

En pocas palabras, hace un año y medio, yo perdí todo lo que tenía, mis metas, mis sueños, y he tenido que empezar desde cero, más que todo como ideológicamente, yo siempre supe que quería en mi vida y siempre pensé saber a dónde me dirigía, pero al final varios de mis sueños no se hicieron y también estaba apunto de casarme y todo se fue a la mierda.
Tuve que regresar hasta la casa de mis tatas y honestamente todo esto me ha afectado muchísimo, ya estoy mejor, mucho mejor, me siento más confiado, ya listo para conocer a alguien nuevamente y todo eso, pero este sentimiento de perdido no se me quita.
No logro sentir que tengo dirección en mi vida y es la primera vez que me siento así y que me ha durado tanto tiempo, siento que he ido haciendo las cosas medio bien, que ahí voy avanzando, pero solo lo hago como por inercia, no porque en verdad lo quiera o porque me siento inspirado, sino solo porque diay es lo que tengo que hacer, algo así. Pero, por eso mismo no se me quita este sentimiento de que estoy perdido.
Alguno ha pasado por algo así? Cuanto duraron? Como se les quito? O algún consejo?

(Antes de comenzar quiero aclarar que este articulo es para orientar o explicar de una forma mas completa el lore del juego y que los sencibles de corazon no vean los archivos adjuntos para evitar cualquier problema y momento desafortunadamente inecesario.)
Para entender la historia de Five Nights at Freddy's hay q olvidar que esto es un juego y verlo como es una historia terrorífica y sobre todo ciencia ficción.
Todo comienza con dos buenos amigos Henrry y William Afthon, Henrry (el cual tenia una única hija y no se tiene conocimiento de su esposa) era un talentoso mecánico y William Afthom (el cual tiene 3 hijos los cuales se llaman Elisabeth Afthon, Michael Afthon y Evan Afthon "cry child" y su esposa la cuan también no se sabe nada); Gracias al buen capital de William ahorrado, el y Henrry empezaron su primer negocio (el cual era un restaurante) en el año 1980/1982 llamado "Fredbear's Family Dinner", su principal atracción eran los animatronicos (son robots que podían ser controlados tanto por ellos mismo como por personas o almas) estos animatronicas habían sido desarrollados por William y Henrry, pero Henrry le añadió un complejo sistema de resortes que permitía a la persona usar estos trajes (pero tenían que ser extremada mente cuidadosos ya que de lo contrario el mecanismo se activaría y la persona que lo utilize seguramente saldría herido) los nombres de estos 2 primeros animatronicos serian "Fredbear" y "Sprintbonny", también les estaba hiendo a William y Henrry que la competencia empezó a llegar, es de hay q llega "Fazbear Entertaimen" esta no seria relevante hasta un futuro.En paralelo a estos hechos empezaban a haber conflictos entre los 2 buenos amigos ya que Wlliam no solo para comer si no que también lo quería para algo mas sádico Matar personas es por eso q en una fecha desconocida William creo un nuevo local llamado "Circus Baby's Pizza World, y es en este donde el mostraría sus nuevos animatronicos "los Funtine" estos animatronicos estarían hechos bajo el nombre de la empresa Afthon Robotics (la cual como lo imaginan le pertenece a William), estos animatronicos no eran animatronicos normales también poseían características muy interesantes e innovadora a diferencia de los primeros animatronicos estos tenían el propósito de asesinar, una IA muy avanzada para esas fechas(los funtime eran capaces de abrir diferentes partes de sus cuerpos y la posibilidad de hablar), obviamente no tenían buenas intenciones, pero a William se le caería todo en contra ya q el mismo día de la apertura de su nuevo restaurante hija (Elisabeth) a pesar de las advertencias de su padre se acercaría a su animatrónica favorita Baby y luego de q esta animatrónica le ofreciera un helado la mato o bueno eso se cree, mientras a todo esto William pensaba q todas sus victimas(los niños) estaban capturados, debido que el la apertura de su nuevo restaurante fue un éxito, entonces advierte a todos que hay una fuga de gas para que así todo el mundo salga del local y el ir a ver su "premio", cuando fue a ver si su caza fue exitosa, si lo fue, avían capturado niños, y hay William vería q su animatrónica principal (Baby) avía matado a su hija o bueno eso creía el pero en realidad el alma de su hija seguía en el animatrónico y empezaba a tomar control de el. la neta ya la dejo hasta aquí ya q el lore de este juego es demasiada extensa, pero si desean ver la cronología completa aquí les dejo el enlace del video que lo explica de una manera mas completo.

Pero eso fue hace aproximadamente como 4 meses que le escribí, la actriz tiene 21 o 22 años, no estoy seguro y yo soy simplemente un niño de 16 años jajajajajs, yo al principio me puse a pensar que solo eran efectos de esa serie porque ella físicamente es muy hermosa, pero ya después que paso el tiempo siguen mis mismos sentimientos hacia ella, se que suena muy tonto y todo, pero yo me conozco realmente cuando siento algo por alguien hasta empeze a seguir a la mamá de ella por Instagram JAJAKAJAJAJA
No se que hacer, obviamente no soy un psicópata que le escribe todos los días obviamente no, pero si algún día desearía que se de cuenta de que yo existo.

My sister slept with my boyfriend and I sent her a really cruel message that I don't regret at all Sorry but this post will have A LOT of bad energy and I'm terrible at writing in English so If anyone is going to read the post, I'm sorry for all the grammatical errors that are likely to be in the post. :P
So a few days ago I (F25) found out that my sister (24f) has been sleeping with my boyfriend (now ex, 25m. We dated for three years) for one year or probably more.
They always had a close relationship but I obviously took it as something innocent, I don't like video games but my sister does so they talked a lot by text and I thought it was about games they like until I found out that no, they talked a lot about their secret dates while I was working and in college, I found pictures, videos and a lot of other disgusting things in the chats between my ex and my sister.
My pathetic sister found pleasure in asking my pathetic ex all the time if she's smarter or prettier than me, she even compared our private parts, wth (We're both pretty, she's actually thinner and prettier than me and even if she's an introvert she has her group of friends so I really don't understand where she got so much venom towards me, our parents never compared us or anything like that and she was always the one asking my ex to compare both of us in the chats.)
The first thing I did was throw all my ex-boyfriend's things out of the apartment, I insulted him in a thousand ways and I kept the PC that I gave him for Christmas.
I didn't speak a single word to my sister for over a week and she didn't contacted me like the coward she is until yesterday when she sent me a message trying to justify herself by saying that it was a mistake (Yes, a mistake that lasted more than a year) and that I should forgive her because we're sisters and blah blah blah at one point I thought "Should I be the mature person in the situation who doesn't let resentment speak for her?" but then I realized that I've never been that kind of person. I took my phone and wrote a long message to my sister that I would love to write here but I am sure that I would break the rules since I called her out in every possible way and I wrote a lot of personal things too, I told her how much of a failure she is and how she has always envied me and that's why she needed to feel what it's like to be me for a second of her sad life.
She sent me a voice massage crying and saying that she's in a very weak moment mentally (but she's still with him, lmao) and I shouldn't make her feel worse and that she regrets it, I just reacted to her message with this emoji 😂 and didn't even heard the long voice message until the end.
Was it a low thing to attack her with all her flaws? Yes, but it's lower to betray your sister and believe that she's going to forgive you just because you share blood with her.
Honestly, I feel really good after sending her that message and feel that it was Therapeutic to take out everything I feel to give closure to that.
Btw I've never used a PC for gaming but I'm looking for tutorials on YouTube about how to download the SIMS.
I helped my sister in every moment of her life, I literally fought for her when she was being bullied during High school, I helped her thousands of times to make friends, I even accompanied her everywhere she wanted, it is a betrayal that really hurts and I will never forgive, never. It hurts me that she slept with someone I loved, but it hurts me a lot all the things I read in those chats, how she enjoyed watching him compare me to her or how she asked him about personal things about our relationship just to laugh at it. She's dead to me and my parents knows it.
I don't even care if I'm a bad person like them, this is something I can't forgive and I don't even feel bad for my reaction.

The message I sent her was really long and I cut out the parts where I talk about very private things or when I insulted her to not make the post too uncomfortable because I was really hurt and angry at that moment and I talked about many personal things in the text. When all of this happened my parents scolded my sister and she got offended and didn't speak to our parents except to ask them for money, she asked them for money to buy things for her career but then my aunt told my parents that my sister actually used that money to buy my ex some sneakers.
My parents never gave her any money from that day on, she's an idiot tbh. My parents started to pay for us to go to a private college and the only thing we have to do is literally STUDY, The only thing she had to do was take her studies seriously but she didn't, so my father got tired and hasn't sent her money for months.
My ex discovered the post because he said it went viral in Facebook and obviously he recognized the story, he contacted me to apologize and said he knows he did wrong by hurting me like that but my sister 'manipulated him' and it was a total mistake, I told him he can shove his apologies in the ass. Meanwhile, my sister and I have only crossed paths a few times, but she always avoids me because she thinks I'm going to hit her (I won't). We're not going to the same career so we luckily don't see each other too much
Anyway, a few days ago she went to our parents' house saying that she broke up with my ex (idk why) And that she felt really sad and had an anxiety attack, I don't know exactly what they talked about since I wasn't there but my mother told me that she told my sister that she knew what was going to happen when she slept with him and my sister justified herself by saying that 'They're in love' so my mother and her just argued again and my sister left. Now she doesn't talk to anyone in the family except our grandmother to ask for money, I know my sister is not going to change her bad habits and she didn't learn anything from this, I even think she will get together with my ex again because they're just toxic with each other but it's her life to ruin, not mine and I don't care anymore.
The bright side: I sold the pc to a guy from reddit that saw my post and that really saved me from having to keep paying the dues, unfortunately I didn't get to play The Sims much but I prefer the extra money. My ex had told me that he wanted the pc back but I told him that then he should pay the remaining dues AND HE SAID NO, so the idiot wanted the pc for free even though he slept with my sister. 🥴
The weird side: There are YouTubers who are literally charging their subscribers to read the post or other reddit posts in their podcast, tf, at least give me a share of the profits.
I'm know it's a boring update and probably everyone wanted that the update was my sister begging for forgiveness and my ex suffering but no, they are just two idiots who deserve each other and nothing more happened but even today I received a message asking me for an update, haha.

Vivo con mi pareja y tenemos un hijo, discutimos bastante... Por temas de trabajo estoy donde mis padres con mi hijo. Pasa que hoy lunes por cosas de la vida, estoy en casa pero mi pareja no lo sabia, estabamos conversando x ig y luego a lo que salio de su trabajo dejó de responder. Contaba con que el volviera para que cuidara de nuestro hijo y yo poder bañarme y hacer mis cosas, pero no me respondia, pasaba la hora, estaba molesta al principio y luego ya estaba preocupada, pensando que quiza no tenia como devolerse por la lluvia o que le habia pasado algo.. 4 horas despues me responde diciendome que estaba entrenando XD me sonó muy incoherente por el clima, entonces me dijo que un "compañero" lo habia invitado al "gym de su casa". La cosa es que me ha dicho en varias ocasiones que no le caen bien sus colegas, que no le gusta relacionarse con ellos, la unica persona con la que se relaciona es una colega la cual parece caerle bastante bien, pero siempre me dice que sus colegas hombres hablan solo de futbol/culos y que por eso no se relaciona con ellos. Me dijo que se quedaria a dormir siendo que mañana trabaja y siempre me ha expresado su incomodidad de dormir en casa ajena (nunca accedia a quedarse en mi casa cuando vivia con mis papás por lo mismo) Que opinan, hay chance o soy recornuda?
