Polaris dual 5 review

-I am seeking advice about how to spend the next 4 weeks of studying. I am hoping to honor the rotation and therefore am pushing for a strong score - maybe in mid/upper 70's??
-I have completed uW with an avg 48% correct. I took form 5 this weekend and scored an 18 (approximated score is 66). However, I did make 2-3 insanely dumb mistakes. I am well aware this is not a great score and my work is cut out for me to honor (and if it seems unlikely I will do so, I would appreciate this feedback too!).
-I have access to the full Amboss qbank, old nbmes and new nbmes. I know its common practice to review missed uW questions but I expect I'll recognize them and get them right for the wrong reason.

So, I was asked by one of the ELA teachers If I could come to her class to review and grade her students projects. All Of them were broken into groups of three to four students and each group had a PowerPoint presentation on a novel.
I saw five presentations today. All five were heavily plagiarized. In fact, two of them were just copy and paste jobs from Wikipedia. Three of them were not set up like a proper PowerPoint with bullet points. They were just long paragraphs on a slide.
I didn't say anything to the teacher until after all five were done. I assume she did not realize that they were plagiarize or hadn't seen the final products before they were presented. But I gave her my score sheets for the projects. I gave them all failing grades because they were all plagiarized.
I pointed out to the teacher the plagiarism and I had looked up the sources the students had used. It's so easy to type a phrase into Google and find out what website a student got information from.
The teacher had a feeling that they were plagiarized during the presentation and it turns out, but I verified that. I told her that I would just give them all failing grades for cheating. Only one of them had a works cited slide and it was pretty poorly done.
She says she's going to give them a chance to redo the projects and present them again on Friday. She asked if I'd be willing to review them again, but I told her I could it. I got enough of my own work to do without having to review someone else's students. Of course I said it more politely than that.
5 out of five were plagiarized. What are the odds?

I built my second PC in 2019, last summer I upgraded my CPU from Ryzen 5 2600x to a Ryzen 7 5700x (I would have gotten a x3d but, budget). I’ve been really happy with that so far. I’ve just ordered a Dual Asus RTX 4070 Super OC to upgrade from my 2060 SC.
I game at 1440p and my old setup was really stuggling. Is this a good pairing for my 5700x, what is the performance difference I could expect? I’m trying to stretch my AM4 setup before eventually doing a complete rebuild down the line.

Chapter Five: Expansion
While expansion is my goal. My mana reserves are meh at best right now. The menu is giving me only one option for expansion and that is outside. I intended to expand in that direction sooner than later, but this IS a little sooner than I had in mind. It does fit my goals though. I don't want to know someone is on my doorstep, only when they are literally on my doorstep. I had planned to expand at least twice outwards to give me a timely warning. Unfortunately, I only had enough mana to make one expansion out, so that's what I do, and as soon as I do, the front of my cave resolves and I can sense everything around me out to about 100 feet. Not a lot of warning, but enough.
As soon as I expanded, I also discovered new invaders. Moles and Porcupines. The moles likely wouldn't be much of a problem, my lvl 2 spider and cricket minions should easily be able to handle them. The porcupines on the other hand... that is not a creature that is easy to kill. And right as I say that to myself, a porcupine separates itself from a tree and starts to waddle it's way towards my cave entrance. The moles did as well, but before they got very far Felix unearthed them and my minions had at them. Felix went out to challenge the porcupine and that fight was over before I even knew it was starting. Felix cast a spell and slammed the porcupine between two rocks, turning it into a spiny paste. The mana from all this was much greater than any fight before and I was feeling decidedly uncomfortable. It was at this point I wondered if I could upgrade myself... so I tried it and it worked. I was now a level two dungeon core, and wow, the ambient mana absorption rate nearly tripled! This has potential. I'll need to consider this at length, because while I was able to upgrade my core, it took almost every drop of mana I had. I went from feeling over full, to feeling like I was half starved.
All I could do at this point was wait for mana to accumulate, so that is what I did while I considered my options. I was sliding through the HUD's drop down menu looking at the options I had available to me and really wished whoever had created this HUD, hadn't settled on a basic menu driven system. It was overly long, confusing, didn't contain enough information to explain things and was backed by a green color using white lettering. Horrid. Eh. Whatever, it was what I had to work with, so I'd just have to deal with it. Hmmmm, I could spawn resource nodes of base metal and maybe an alloy. I could also spawn fungi, as well as a few plants for outside, but I decided to wait on this for a little bit. I needed a lot more mana before I started moving on my plans, and my minions were providing this to me with the invaders they were killing. It wasn't fast progress. But it was progress. I watched as the day slowly slid into night and a new invader appeared. An Owl. No, wait... that's not an invader, the hud says it's a minion? What?
I realized I hadn't looked to see if I had a new spawner available to me when I expanded outward. I did now and sure enough, there it was. A nest of sticks, twigs, and feathers, hidden up in the crook of a branch of an old Oak. I had Owl Minions! YES! Ok calm down dumbass. You still need to gather more mana. Just be patient. Looking at my available spawners I did notice that both the mole and the porcupine had been added as available spawners I could create, but even though I intended to spawn both of them, I had other goals that needed to come first. Namely gain enough mana to create both of them, as well as upgrade them, and the owl spawner to lvl 2, and create a mole and owl scion. That's a lot of mana, and I needed to wait till my tank was full to overflowing before I could do that.
As I was thinking about all of this, another invader showed up, a bat. My owl launched itself into the air and the two began to fight. The bat was clearly outmatched in overall power, but it had maneuverability on it's side, and both my minion and the bat took a lot of damage while fighting. Enough that the bat died and my owl minion was severely wounded. I did get mana from the bat, as well as a small return from my owl when it also eventually died, so not too bad. I look back to the owl spawner and focus on it. Hmm. Basic level one owls take an hour each to spawn. Right got it. Kinda like my mountain cat spawner. Basic non upgraded mountain cats spawn once an hour. First upgrade cats spawn every 2 hours, and it looks like a magic variant takes 3 hours to spawn, with my scion taking 5 hours. This seems pretty structured. The spawner seems to lean towards spawning 2 basics to every upgraded cat, except the magic variants create a dual spawn timer. When they are spawning, I get one extra base kitty in between each magic kitty. There also seems to be a limit of each type. Right now it looks like I can have 10 base kitties, 5 upgrade kitties, 2 magic kitties and my Scion. All my spawners acted like this. The insect and spider spawners give me more minions, probably because they were not as advanced creatures? I wonder if that number will increase as I grow?

I’m a Financial Analyst (27M) who is coming up on 3 years with my company. I had my annual review, which increased my TC from $82,550 ($75k base + 10% bonus) to $96,134 ($80k + 20%). This is up 34.5% from my starting TC of $71,500.
I was hoping for $85k base but didn’t even consider the possibility of an increased bonuses, at least not until promoted to an Associate. Not sure how I feel about the new TC since on one hand I rather have a higher base, but on the other hand it’s marginally better (+3k).
I find myself in a predicament with the main factors being pay and career growth. $80k base doesn’t go too far on the west coast, but I have a decent record of annual increases. I got merit increases of 7.69%, 7.14%, and now 16.36% for an average TC increase of 10.40% YOY or average Base increase 7.17% YOY. I believe these are strong and consistent increases that I am not sure I’ll find elsewhere.
I’ve done the market research and for my role / experience and I think I am paid fairly. Not good, not bad, but just fair. I mention this because I don’t think I have leverage in this regard. The good news is that I know Associates make around $120k-$150k base. However, there is not a clear path to an Associate, given how small our firm is. I have found that most Associates have been here for no less than 5yrs and that’s about the best benchmark I currently have. Assuming a promotion to Associate is around the 5yr mark, that’s a little over 2 years away, which scares me because by then I’ll be pushing 30 years old. I don’t want to be a 40yr old Excel junkie with no hope for a management role.
I’m sorry for the long read, but I feel like this is all important context for a pivotal decision. I’d only switch jobs for +$100k. But I would need +20% increases every year (small likelihood) to match what I theoretically could make if I just stayed for an Associate.
Am I being impatient? If so, do I just shut up and ride out a few more years to hopefully be promoted to an Associate? Do I get some job offers and ask my current company to match? What’s the best course of action to increase my income?
My current plan is below, but please advise otherwise.

1. Talk with boss and see what the next 2-3yrs look like. Don’t give away my position or leverage, but find the likelihood of being promoted to an Associate.
2. If the talk does NOT go well, ask how I can improve and do that for 3 months. Then start getting job offers and see if they’ll match.
3. If they do NOT match, ride out for 3 more months, collect my bonus, and dip.

Less important information, but worth considering:
I really like my company. My boss and my boss’ boss are down to earth and are super accommodating with PTO, personal issues, and general work-life balance. There’s no micromanaging or company software that tracks your every move. Work life balance is pretty unbeatable, and I have a lot of free time even after taking on “additional” tasks (I used quotes because I can do much more, but they don’t necessarily have a business need for much more). We have full benefits and the company pays for our own ESPP-equivalent; it doesn’t come out of our paychecks, but there is a 5yr min hold.
I often feel like this is a great place to work when you’re NOT young. What I mean by that is building and growing your career elsewhere and then coming here when you want to settle down with a mortgage, kids, or whatever. Coming in a higher level definitely has its benefits (VP+ make min $300k) and there’s a lot of older employees that are probably going to retire here, which somewhat validates this hypothesis.

I have looked at Rheem, AO Smith, Reliance, and Bradford White. Consumer Reports shows they all have 1/5 stars. BBB all shows multiple complaints & the costs are pretty in line with each other. Those are the only brands I’ve heard of to look for.
I heard Rheems warranty isn’t very good. I heard AO Smith has a recall and something can explode near the bottom of the tank. I heard BW is the best but it also has bad reviews.
Does anyone have any experience with these in a hot climate?

Combat 6/10 basic in a good way but it feels to similar all around.
Fanbase 5/10 it can range from smelly neck beards too dedicated people who build magnificent things but also never outside.
Things to do 10/10 It is a sandbox after all you can do a million things and still not run out of ideas.
Realism. 1/10 You can breed generations of animals in the same family and not have them look like a deformed monster. Zombies don’t exist in real life. Water isn’t infinite. Not like realism matters as the game is still fun.
Story 3/10 Minecraft technically had a story but it’s heavily implied so you can’t really say anything is concrete.
Replay ability 8/10 you will want to place this game everyday until you won’t then not play for months then the cycle repeats.

I've been driving for DoorDash for about a month now. In that time, I've maintained a solid 5.0 rating with 15+ customer reviews, a 99% completion rate and a 93% acceptance rate – and have taken almost 150 orders
I had 2 incidents occur back in my second week, while still learning. Somehow these incidents resulted in 3 separate Extreme Lateness violations... and now my account is deactivated, a week and a half later
The first involved an order assigned on Long Island in Rush Hour, that I was given 5 minutes to pick up, and then asked to drive all the way into New York City (specifically deep into Queens). I would have reassigned that, but had no idea how at that point. Making it across town while on the highway going the opposite way during rush hour was impossible in 20 minutes, let alone 5; I didn't pick up the order until 8:04 PM, and was given another 5 minutes to somehow get it all the way into NYC at 8:08 PM???? It was over an hour drive to the dropoff, so I don't know how they thought that was possible
That single delivery resulted in 2 separate violations – one for pickup and one for drop-off 😭
Then, about a week later, I had my second incident occur. This time, I picked up on time, was given an appropriate amount of time to get to the customer – I got there within 5 minutes of the window. But upon arrival, there was nowhere to park, the customer took forever to buzz me in, and the slow-running elevator meant I didn't drop-off until 12 minutes late.
12 minutes late – and that resulted in my 3rd violation.
I've been anxiously sitting with those on my account, after submitting disputes when they occurred – and the worst came to past today, with my account getting deactivated
I've submitted an appeal through the form. I explained the situation very clearly. I showed records of my ratings as well, talked about how much I love driving for DoorDash, asked for leniency given my second week on the app...
I don't know who will read it, I don't know how that will go. I'd like to try other channels if at all possible
Does anyone have any advice? Any numbers to call to explain my situation? Support numbers that can actually help? Corporate numbers to appeal to? Email addresses to write to?
I was really enjoying working for DoorDash, and doing great at it; I really don't want to end this career here

I’ve had a history of consistent itching and smell in my vagina for a while back in hs I’m graduating college now. I had gotten tested at a hospital and apparently nothing came back positive but the itching had persisted. When I did my own research I realized I could’ve have bacterial vaginosis and took honey pot boric acid and felt almost immediate relief. That was a year ago and when I feel like I could possibly have a flair up I would insert a boric acid pill to clear it up by the next day. I’ve recently been with my bf for the past 4 months and sometimes I would feel what I believed to be bv flair ups and then insert boric acid to feel okay.
Recently though, I’ve been feeling a different and stronger irritation than what I normally felt for what I thought was bv. It’s lasted for the past 4/5 days and boric acid wasn’t working like it had been in the past and I just went to a local urgent care to figure out what’s wrong. I thought it would’ve been a yeast infection because I believe I never experienced it before but the results came back with me actually having bv.
I apologize for the backstory because I’m still confused on what I could’ve had before if not bv or if this a worst case of bv, I’m not sure. The doctor prescribed me metrogel vaginal and I’m concerned on the side effects because I’m a student athlete and one of my biggest competitions is coming up in less than two weeks so I need to be able to train effectively. I’ve only seen one good review and the rest report nausea, cramps etc. Even if I get those side effects I wouldn’t mind if it works in the end but is it worth it? I’m also not covered by insurance where I am so I would be paying out of pocket as well.

Hey everyone.
So I viewed a condo on May 1, 2024. I put in an offer the next day, for 5% as I am a first time home buyer. I offered the asking price of $169,900, with a $5000 deposit. The conditions were to have the property pass a property inspection at my cost, the $5000 deposit received by May 8th (which it was), baseboards painted and installed prior to the closing day, financing approved by May 24, approval of my cats by May 17, the condo documents were to be received by May 10, 2024, with my agreement and review by May 17.
My mortgage broker sent in an application for mortgage insurance, which was denied by the insurer, so I went in with 20% down.
By May 10, a few condo documents were received, but they were not complete condo documents. So my realtor kept asking for the complete condo documents. We sent in a request for extension today, including the extension on the condo docs for May 17, buyer to review by May 24, and financing secure by May 24.
I was told the realtor advised her client not to sign for the extension. They have two other showings happening this week, and they want to see what the offers will be for those viewings before they agree to anything else.
My question is: is this a breach of contract? Can I complain to the RECA about this? Should I contact a lawyer? I really really wanted this condo and I am shocked that this is happening. This has to be illegal right?

help my semester exam review for IB is due tomorrow and I have no clue what I’m doing with stats. Anybody able to help me with these 2 problems?

1. In a game of chance, there are three red balls, two green balls and five yellow balls in a bag. A player wins $5 for drawing a green ball out of the bag, $2 for drawing a red ball and loses $1 for drawing a yellow ball. What is a player’s expected winnings for each game played?
   
2. The probability of seeing a red kiki bird is 0.245. If 50 birds are observed, what is the probability that exactly sixteen birds are red?

It is extremely easy to get let down by movies, especially these days.
Most of everyone has been beleaguered with remakes, reshoots that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, even poorly written films because the writers that were never meant to be included had to be from studio interference that gives the film a stink of apathy and disdain that clearly conveys not only the actors, but the entire studio themselves while the ones counting the money care very little over a budget or art.
Me too. I like to find solace in the little known movies that are able to fly under the radar enough to where we can all relax and let good filmmakers do what they do best: create art. You do not need a huge, million dollar endeavor to do that. I guess the closest thing to something like that could be the new “Dune” movies, but I am in the middle of my thesis-esque statement on that, which I am sure will be either overlooked in its entirety or considered impressive by fans of both the films and the lore when it comes out. I am getting a bit off track here, so let's examine “The Passenger” for now.
It is easy to shit on “bad movies” and I know this because I made an entire podcast around it. I have even written about them because low-hanging fruit is easy. This is not that kind of movie.
I will spell out the premise for you, without spoiling anything: a young man named Bradley lives in a small town where he works at a fast food place that hardly has any business. He is asked by his manager if he wants to be an assistant manager because of his work ethic and quiet demeanor. Upon hearing this, he stands up to the bully at work who in turn makes him eat a hamburger that had been sitting there overnight. The quiet co-worker he works with then goes to the trunk of his car, grabs a shotgun, and executes everyone except for Bradley. What ensues is the two embarking on a psychological, coming-of-age trip with all of the hallmarks of a thriller that only Blumhouse can provide.
In a world of movies that refuse to miss the mark, this one them in almost every single way; I said, “almost.” There are a few glaring plot hole that stand out, but the exposition is quick to expound on. The world the characters inhabit is very much like our own and that truly brings it into focus.
What really sets this whole movie off is Kyle Gallner, who in my mind, has truly captured the taste of a great indie movie actor. He is constantly hitting it out of the park! The pacing by Carter Smith (The Ruins) is absolutely superb and every slight nuance is caught in measure, so that goes very far for him as a passionate director with a nose for what works in a movie.
I bit my thumbnail down to the bone with the experience, so this is definitely an overlooked, taught thriller if I have ever seen one. Definitely check it out!

I have looked at Rheem, AO Smith, Reliance, and Bradford White. Consumer Reports shows they all have 1/5 stars. BBB all shows multiple complaints & the costs are pretty in line with each other. Those are the only brands I’ve heard of to look for.
I heard Rheems warranty isn’t very good. I heard AO Smith has a recall and something can explode near the bottom of the tank. I heard BW is the best but it also has bad reviews.
Does anyone have any experience with these in a hot climate?
