Looking for advice on how to manage my inventory for my Amazon FBM business. We have been selling for over 3 years now and have thousands of listings. I have never really used any form of inventory management, I just manually update quantities in Amazon itself which leads to miscalculations and my team being short of items for orders. I am looking for an inventory management system that allows me to do the following:
1) I usually have multiple listings for one product (e.g. I list across a 1 pack listing, 2 pack, 3 pack etc.). I want to be able to see my product and all of the variants associated with it on one screen, and update inventory accordingly 2) I sell on eBay and Walmart as well, so quantities should update across all of these marketplaces
3) I want to be able to work with some sort of barcode scanner to easily input inventory as soon as it comes to my warehouse
4) records cost of items to calculate profit

I don't seem to be able to log in via the To Do app on iOS. The login page returns an error saying that my email is not associated with account. However, 1) I can log in without issues via the web browser and 2) if I try to create a new account it says that there is an existing account with that email. So today, I was almost fired from Walmart. I’ve been at the company easily for 15+ years, non-consecutively. This time it’s close to 8 years I believe.
I work in produce on first shift. We don’t have very many people (2 max per day + team lead some days, if he isn’t pulled). This current Team Lead has caused our department so many issues since he started. Also, he’s let some things be overlooked that have caused our department to be confronted by higher management.
Several of the issues include, but not limited to; •Hiring people who cannot meet the 50lb weight requirement for lifting. This is obviously a safety issue for both Walmart and the employee. We have 70+ y/o people working in our department that shouldn’t be there, as they refuse to do ANY heavy items, CAP process (technology scary), down stack bananas or potatoes, or use ladders when appropriate. We once hired a girl who could not lift the 8 ounce box of shredded lettuce. •Letting associates clock in at 4am (our schedules are 4am-1pm) or up to 4:09 everyday but not show up to the department ready for work up to 5am. When I’ve approached my TL about this, he says it’s “not his concern”, “not his biggest priority”, or some other lofty excuse. I see this as constant time theft, yet goes unfixed/unaccounted for. •2nd shift not running the bins. This is VERY evident by the mass amounts of claims we do DAILY due to dates/mold/rotation issues. Also, to make room for morning shift’s truck,having to run bins to make room for said truck. So doing double duty for 1st shift. Today (May 13) I found organic strawberries in our cooler from APRIL 15!!!!
When confronting my team lead about these issues, he promptly told me to “open my eyes to the truth about things” and asked me in a sarcastic tone “awww do you want a cookie for doing your job?” I immediately blew up and cussed him out and left. (This was very wrong response I admit, however this has been built up for 2 years.) I was told I could come back and talk issues out, or I’d be fired. I did the former, where a subtle discussion was had, yet the only recourse for these issues explored and more was “we’ll have discussions about it with the proper associates.” I also received my first coaching ever for my outburst.
I feel this is wrong as this is my first offense as a long time loyal employee who’s worked hard to get where he is today and has let a lot of these issues slide despite them not getting better. Being heckled by customers, OPD, and other associates to “do my job better” when I’m doing all I can, is getting to me and I dunno how much longer I can do it. I also cannot transfer as there are “no openings available”. I’m considering going higher up but I dunno if it would be worth the effort and do not want to cause more conflict/worse repercussions to come my way.

Good afternoon all,
I'll just get right to the point: I'm at a crossroads with my current job as a branch/store manager for a retail location with distribution (industrial/medical gas and welding industry, not retail retail).
Quite frankly, I feel like it's time for a change and Walmart is the only company hiring in the area with an even remotely close salary. Would it be worth applying to Walmart for a Store Lead position? Everyone I talk to has less than kind things to say about the company, but that's primarily hourly associates and I get it. Looking for genuine input.

I applied just yesterday as a transfer student and talked with someone today and set up an appointment for Wednesday to talk e=with an enrollment specialist. they asked me to finish my enrollment checklist, get my transcripts sent over, etc. every login I try, I cannot get back to where I need to be. I have no emails from WGU about anything, and I'm super confused at this point. How am I supposed to get my transcripts sent over or anything else finished if I can't log in at any part of the site? I'm not yet a student, but when I go to the applicant login, it makes it look like I'm logged in, but stays on the same page that says "The email address you used is already associated with an active application for admission. If you have previously applied or need to retrieve your login information, please call 866.225.5948 to continue the admission process." I already have my login information.

Never in a million years would I have expected to find myself horribly allergic to whatever is in Walmart's "anti-microbial" bandaids, but it seems I am. I didn't even realized I'd purchased the medicated ones when I slapped three of them on my right arm and one on my leg. I had difficulty breathing the rest of the day, but never associated it with the bandages. Over the next two days, the wound sites got itchier and itchier until, on day three, I removed them to put some hydrocortisone cream on them.
Holy crap! My arm now looks like I spilled acid on it. Blisters continued to form for a good 24 hours after I removed the bandages.

(Not a teacher) The pickup service at Walmart is a lifesaver for me, as I have bad elbows. Chatting with the associate who put my groceries in my trunk, I learned that she is a licensed, working P.E. teacher. The Walmart is in West VA, but in one of the more prosperous areas of the state; I was sad to hear that she had to make ends meet by taking Walmart shifts. She also was grateful to hear that I considered P.E. a "subject," since apparently it is held in little respect by many.
I loathe the administrative bloat in so many school systems; in my own, I would love to see our overpaid superintendent take a pay cut, and remove the new, $300,000/year communications position he created. Maybe we should, instead, pay the people who do the work enough that they don't need second jobs at Walmart.

Worked at Walmart from 2018-2021. Started sales floor, moved to OGP, then dairy/frozen. Left because my mental health was shit. Reapplied because I needed a job that would be flexible with hours when I return to school. I was given an offer same day as the interview. (like... not even 2 hours after. Was not expecting it that fast)
Orientation was quick. Was scheduled for four hours and finished it in one (still got paid for all four, which was nice)
Currently doing CBLs. Have my schedule for the first three weeks, and I'm already on a 7 day work week. Glad to see the scheduling still hasn't changed. (sarcasm) Nothing like working full-time hours as a part-time associate.
I'm at a different store, different people, different town, but I can tell the work practices are the same as they were 3 years ago.

Hello I just got hired at Walmart and am waiting for my background check to go through. In the meantime I downloaded the Me@Walmart App like instructed in my email and whenever I click the login button for candidates and put in my login info nothing loads. I've done everything possible to troubleshoot and still can't get pass the login screen. Does anyone have a fix to this issue?

I worked at Walmart for 15 years. I was a good and loyal employee. I worked every Christmas night and thanksgiving/ Black Friday. I hardly ever called off and moved up to assistant manager, in 2017 I almost lost my daughter while I was carrying her due to 80 hr work weeks opening their academy store. So I stepped down to dm at my original store. Then when dms were eliminated I stepped down to mod team associate. I’ve led every reset, printed all the mods and kept all the trains running since then. I got a job offer at a great company with amazing benefits and put my two weeks notice in. They brought me in the office and told me they were firing me because they felt I was doing their mods wrong and deliberately ruining their store. I am hurt and flabbergasted since the regional manager himself has called me for years to go to stores up and down the coast to fix their mods. I’ve always done my job with the upmost integrity and I’ll miss my coworkers but I feel so relieved to finally be out of that toxic terrible environment. I moved up my start date and begin on Monday! That's what happened to me today at the fabulous Walmart in Bradley, IL. I was doubled over choking, in front of the cash register in Electronics on my way back to my department, and the idiot associate gave me a look like she was bothered and annoyed by it, went back to what she was doing, then she practically walked around me to get back behind the desk.

Overall, I thought the process was pretty easy when two associates of mine went along with two of my pick walks the first time. It got very stressful for me once I got assigned to do a general pick walk on my own without someone helping me because yeah, I know one half of the store pretty darn well but when it comes to anything other than food, I had to go and find out where everything was all over again despite the time occasionally shopping at Walmart prior to working at the store. Made some mistakes, generally grabbing some wrong items here and there which I read weighs down on your first pick rate percentage? So I definitely cannot continue doing that but since it was my first day with picking, I assume they'll understand. Anyone have any advice on how to do it all efficiently? My team leads have told us that not only do we have to be fast but also pick accurately and they told us to prioritize the latter over the former for the most part.
I was also on my last pick before clocking out yesterday and I didn't even finish and had to hold it off. Has anyone else been in that situation before? First time was definitely stressful but I feel I'll get the hang of it after doing it for another week. Now that my first week of work is over, I do indeed prefer picking over dispensing in 85 degree weather, which was the worst.

I'm moving to a new space and am in the process of designing. I'm considering the RH Cloud, but the price tag is a lot to swallow. I've been doing some research and came across the Aspen Modular sectional from Poly & Bark. The white fabric appears to be quite stain/water resistant based on their video. I'm looking for something incredibly soft and easy to sink into...anyone have experience with the Aspen?? Poly & Bark? I can see the brand is also sold at Walmart, Amazon, etc. which gives me pause, but they have a 30 day free return window which is very enticing.

Other sofas I've tested in store & thoughts so far...

1. Pottery Barn Dream - super soft and I love the memory foam core...this is my top choice so far. I found the Performance Basketweave Slub in Ivory to be super soft & durable. Never thought I'd like a basketweave, but it looks really clean. I also found the back cushions to be very soft.
2. West Elm Modular Harmony - soft, but not as sinkable as I was hoping for. I was worried about the Alabaster color being too creamy, but it's actually gorgeous. It looks really white in natural sunlight. Also tested out the Performance Yarn Dyed Linen Weave and Coastal Linen swatches with water & rubbing - water rolled right off both and rubbing didn't really disturb the fabric.
3. West Elm Hampton - I thought I'd love this one...so glad I went to the store to test...not as soft as it looks and not very sinkable. Plus the fabric (the piece had been on the floor for a year) looked dirty and worn. The stock fabric on the website is "White Linen", but there's no fabric specs when you click on it. If you add it to your cart you'll see that it's called "Native Linen", and I couldn't find anything on it with basic Googling. However, I stumbled across a sofa at CB2 with fabric called "Native Linen" in Snow or Natural (I can't remember), but it is a poly linen blend that should be durable with proper upkeep. I assume the WE associates didn't take care of the floor model based on it's appearance.
4. CB2 Lumis - This is also soft (I wish it was a bit softer, but maybe I'm being delusional at this point). The back cushions were incredibly soft. Very deep. The stock white fabric wasn't as soft as others I've come across, but it still looks clean. I'd rate this one right behind the PB Dream.
5. CB2 Deseo - Gorgeous but not soft. Moved on quickly.

I woke up to a series of emails related to my twitter account from an IP in Mexico.
Email 1: "Your X confirmation code is xxxxxxxx" - this email says the confirmation code in this email has to be entered to continue.
Email 2 (4 minutes later): "Security Alert: New or unusual X login" - this email states to verify my identity will need to answer some security questions - don't even recall setting these up.
Email 3 (0 minutes later): "New Login to X from 9.60.0 on iPhone" - the earlier two emails were "attempts" and this was a notification that a login had successfully occurred.
Email 4 (0 minutes later): "Your Twitter password was changed"
A few notes:
First, they did not change the email associated with the account, so I've since recovered the account and changed the password.
Second, I didn't notice any activity on the account like posting or DMing.
But I'm really confused because the emails made me think the hacker had access to my Gmail account in order to retrieve the confirmation code, but my Gmail shows no irregular activity under "last account activity" it's all familiar devices and my IP address. And I have no idea what my security questions even are for this twitter account.
I'm less concerned about this Twitter account that I don't use and more about how the person accessed it when there is no trace of an unknown login for my gmail account. Is it possible they didn't actually have access to my gmail and Twitter security is simply able to be bypassed through some exploit?

Remembering the time when I got my first edc light. I was pretty stoked. I've never really gravitated to a flashlight before, at least not since I was little tyke and my Pops gave me one of those tiny Maglites with a then bright incandescent bulb (I guess that would make this my 2nd edc light, but i obviously didnt know about edc at the time). But I did end up picking a single AAA Bushnell Pro (to my dismay, this light is no longer made) out of everything there.
