Congruence worksheets grade 2

I woke up with a killer headache, called out of work and took 3 200mg ibuprofen. Before 2:30pm today I had taken another 2 or 3. I honestly can’t remember so I’m cutting myself off until tomorrow morning. I’m nauseous and a little dizzy.
I took a warm shower. I tried ice and heat. Caffeine makes me vomit when I don’t have a headache but I did try a few sips of some iced tea that we had on hand when I felt less nauseous. My menstrual cycle is about to start in a few days, but this specific headache feeling doesn’t always happen around my cycle.
What can I try that might make this better? Also, if you have diagnosed migraines, how did you know you had migraines? I had an MRI done once for headaches and they said I was fine.

I know, pretty fucking obvious. But knowing how bad it is and experiencing how bad it is are two completely separate things. I live in Texas, one of the shittier parts, and I personally am fortunate I’ve never been a victim of it. But seeing it happen to other people fucks me up. Some high school kids I used to work with all had the same adopted dad and he just got shot and killed last night. Around Easter a guy I graduated with went missing, his body turned up 2 weeks later. My senior year of high school someone got murdered in the bathroom. My grandma has been robbed. The list goes on and it is fucking terrible.
Leaving my hometown for college brought me out of that environment and I had a hard time adjusting. It seemed like everyone there was as happy as can be and I was in still in constant defense mode all the time. I hated everyone, I hated myself, had horrible grades, was self harming with suicidal ideation. Sorry for the rant but shit it’s a cruel fucking world. Crazy to think it used to be even worse.

I was a math major. And I literally chose it because I HATE taking humanities. And the bottomest-tier humanity to me is History. I am not a good student so if I don’t care, I don’t work. Math and Physics were the only subjects that could make me do work outside of class.
I was in school on a scholarship given to me by my current employer. This scholarship required me to take a history class which I put off until the final semester of my final year. Coincidentally, I also needed one more humanities elective to earn my Mathematics degree. So I took history and I absolutely sucked.
Me just being a lazy student PLUS senioritis PLUS a signed job offer was the worst combination ever. I attended maybe 6 classes and I missed both the midterm and the final. He was a shitty teacher (I had him before) and he doesn’t put ANY grades in until they are due at the end of the semester. So all this time I had no clue what my grade was… but I could assume it was probably a flat F. Especially considering he tried to have 2-3 “talks” with me about my shitty attendance. And I kept skipping anyway.
In the last few weeks I realized that not only would an F mean I lose my job and owe the scholarship back, it also means I don’t graduate. I’m literally doing orientation at my job. One week until grades are due. I called and emailed the professor, went to his office hours, but he left to Africa 🤦🏾‍♀️. So I did the only thing I could think to do.
I sat down and wrote a 700 word essay-apology for my rudeness and tardiness. I implored him to remember the other class I took with him and how this was just an off semester for me. I told him how failing would mean delayed graduation AND loss of job security AND a hundred-thousand in debt. Which would absolutely devastate me and my baby daughter as we’re on our own. I Thanked him for allowing me to take the class. Sent it and crossed my heckin fingers.

Hello! Asking on behalf of my sister, as some brief context, she is a J2 taking BCME, H3 Bio in JC. The UCAS has just opened and I’m helping her with some research but I am not sure about the whole process as I did not apply to the UK.
I have some questions, hope they don’t come off stupid, I would like to ask yall 🥹🥹

1. How does she submit her predicted grades (since she has not done her prelims yet) or does she submit them only in around late september? And does that mean she can only submit the whole application around that period? Do the JC1 grades matter (do they have to be input anywhere or do they only affect the predicted grades she will have to put?)
   
2. For the personal statement (i know of the one PS for all courses - she’s applying for Med for all), what are some ways she can stand out for her PS considering so many exceptional candidates? She has done her fair share of volunteering and work experiences + I think she had a stint with ASTAR for research. Does she require strong leadership skills/talents etc. that schools like NUS now consider (under ABAs) also?
   
3. (just to double confirm 😅) I checked the websites for most schools and interviews will mostly be held from December to Mar? Just to confirm, is this true?

My university is offering two versions of a physics 2 course, one for "engineering" and another for "life sciences." Based on what I've heard from other students, the life sciences version is decently easier and algebra-based compared to the engineering version, which is calculus-based. I know calculus, so I thought taking the engineering version would be fine for me, but I don't really want to challenge myself too hard if it won't provide any real benefit down the line premed-wise. I'm still debating on which version to take. Would med schools look at a good grade in a more challenging physics course more favorably than that in a slightly less challenging one? Any guidance would be really appreciated!

My teacher is also the football assistant coach and basketball head coach so the entire year he prioritized making plays for them instead of teaching us. He gave out a total of 10 packets the entire year and just gave us completion grades for it. We literally took his class right before the exam and he didn’t say a word to us. He sat there and watched us play UNO No Mercy. So me and my friends decided to pick a letter and mark it the entirety of the test unless we for sure knew the answer. I got to choose C 👻 i probably put down at least 30-40 C’s. it honestly makes me mad though because I could tell the questions were actually really easy. But it doesn’t matter cause I don’t know it 😭I drew gojo on the graph frq. I was really hoping for a 2 but I’m def getting a 1 cause I left all the frq’s blank and so did everyone else in my class. 1. When are grades due for the second semester for high schoolers?
2. When are grades due for summer school? Im not under anyone else’s homeschool program, I filled out the affidavit for my own, so I’m solo in this part and I can’t find anything pertaining to these dates on the state’s website. Thank you so much in advance.

so i have 13 exams in the next 2 weeks tommorow i have biology monday chemistry tuesday slovene thursday (a class about learning how food works and what its made of etc which i have failed and i have to fix it 2 in the next week) friday i have tourism next week monday i have the special class tedt again then german then geography then bussines then math How can i pass my grade and also in june i have geography history and this special class about food again im stressed evrryday cant even study because i get headaches and i need to pass my grade somehow

Im realizing that I have a problem with losing myself in my relationships. All throughout my life ive had cycles of making friends and then losing them after a year or so. Ive seen people call this a red flag which might be true , which worries me because I feel like deep down I could be the problem. But I also feel like in this case it’s more of me flocking towards certain (terrible) people.
In 8th-9th my friendgroup was made up of bullies who would gossip about each other all the time. I understand this sounds bad, (and it is) but our grade was made up of 15 kids (it was a small arts school) and we were discouraged from talking to upper classmen (the school wanted to eliminate weird age gap relationships) so mostly I just hung with my grade. The environment was not good for me, i was a really awful person during this grade. During this time i dated for the first time also, which im only saying because the breakup was the catalyst for the friend group falling apart.
So for 2 months I had no friends. And it wasn’t something i was used to having to sit with because I usually move schools every year before those relationships even get time to fully develop.
Then, 4 months later I got into a new relationship. I was still healing from everything in retrospect, but I got in one anyways. My mental health was still recovering from freshman year (it was genuinely traumatic for me) and i still had alot of behaviors to unlearn. But the relationship was something that helped me through it. It wasnt healthy though, and I neglected making friends in school. Then suddenly he blindsided me and we broke up. I suddenly learned i was not a person outside of him during that time so it felt like my world was ending.
I feel like those two situations have taught me alot, but i cant help but feel like a major fuck up. I became obsessed with a man, never went to a schools football game, and never made a proper friendgroup. And so when i look at everyone with their friends whom theyve known since elementary school i just see all my failures reflected back. Everyone says this is supposed to be the best years of your life but so far they’ve just been miserable. So am i fucking up or am i just having my coming of age moment?
