My friend got very tilted last night as he was on a loss streak which finally ended once we played together.
Here are my tips:
1# Change Champion
There’s a chance your favourite champ isn’t as viable as they once were.
Other champs have similar playstyles which you could transfer your skills to. Unless you’re going for rank #1 / top 200, this should be the first thing you change.
2# Change Role
If your Mid / Adc / Jungle is so bad, why don’t you put your skills to the test?
Maybe you play too safe as an ADC or too aggressive as a support, there’s nothing wrong with changing roles because to get better at one role you need to know how the others interact with eachother.
3# Review your games
Watch back your replays to see if you can spot mistakes.
Most players will be able to identify mechanical mistakes but macro can be a bit subjective depending on Elo / champion / skill, however, big macro mistakes are usually easy to spot.
4# Are you warding?
well, are you?
*** MY PERSONAL TIPS***
1) Learn to get carried, I see supports splitting to get more gold for themselves, tanks soloing a blue buff and ADCs walking past the halfway point after their turret is down with no wards.
It’s okay to not win games but don’t make yourself lose.
2) the player who knows the matchups best usually wins, even if they are being countered.
Example: just pick rammus vs Yi, well unfortunately if the Yi knows not to attack while your second skill (w) is up, you won’t counter him.
This same idea can be applied to most counter matchups, there’s usually only 1 or 2 situations that the counter hinges on - if you’re clued up you can exploit their lack of knowledge.
3) Flip between hyper safety and extreme aggression.
You need to auto attack your opponent as much as possible, poke whenever you can and dodge. Look up Tethering + league of legends on YouTube to learn more, you’ll become untouchable.
4) You need to know your champions limits on both ends of the spectrum.
Example: Riven lvl 1 beats almost everyone, Riven Lvl 3 (while we all are too) doesn’t beat everyone.
A nasus will always get a sheen on first base so it’s important to note that. Sometimes I “mirror” my opponent’s build to counter them.
5) don’t be afraid, trust your skill.
Flash on their squishies as soon as they are dispositioned late game, their flash is usually worth more than yours.
Use the bushes, enter the flow state and focus. Don’t panic or rush as this disrupts you from getting better; breathe.
1v4? No problem, funnel them into a small area so your team can either follow up, or, drag them away from your team so they can get objectives.
Practice your combos and champions please, I don’t like seeing a “level 6” that doesn’t know which combo does the most damage.
Please guys drop tips below for other ways to end a loss streak / tips in general, I’m open to learn << another top tip.

I love opening my client in order to to just play a game of league of legends, only to get 20 notifications dots about progress bars about games or game modes that I'll never even play. You have a progress bars for your ranked games, one for an event shop which I don't care about at all, one for TFT which I don't play for which I have to claim loot for to get the notification to go away, loot which I never even can use because I don't play that game.
Another progress bar for every single champion now, then of course progress bars for opening chests. And all I think every time that I open client is: I need MORE of those. I just want another bar that progresses with milestones and loot to claim which I never asked for and don't care for and don't want. Another random emote which I will never use, or thing to craft into another thing which I will also never ever use. I need MORE notifications, more random dots for things that don't interest you, which you have to click through multiple menus for them to go away.
But honestly the only thing I want more than that, is more currencies. Split points and champion points and mastery marks and tokens, and blue points and yellow points and skill points and riot marks and crests and capstones and skill milestone points. Don't even care what they mean or do, just have another random counter somewhere in the menus that goes from 10.000 to 11.000 and you are so happy, and you get another notification blip to tell you to click there and to see that your number went up.
Who even cares anymore about playing the game when you could be studying how to best combine your marks and points to get even more other points and currency?

TL DR; Give me reasons why an MBA grad should stay in Accenture S&C with no hikes/promotion and no Good (or average) project in the future
I am a Strategy Analyst (L11), about to complete 1 year in Accenture S&C India. Been engaged in the same project since beginning, have done a couple of BDs and side projects too, in most of the departments in Domain Strategy.
This is my take- almost every client looks at Accenture to give back office (really really backend) work and then it becomes so mundane with almost zero idea about the impact that I start hating every aspect of the work. For an MBA grad I expect to work in some problem solving or data crunching, making recommendations etc kind of work atleast after spending 1 year in the company. The MDs and leadership are just concerned about Charge codes and always answer something like "it's a bad year, don't expect much projects, you should be happy you are in a chargeable project since beginning" I'm not someone who loves doing mediocre work for atleast 6 months+ with no hopes of getting good work in future. That's what troubling me. The only thing which I like about this company is its culture (really good for Indian standards) and the people (super talented folks but really underutilized in terms of the kind of work they do)
I think of leaving this organisation and start applying to other companies/startups where I can have some learning and skill building because that's what gonna help me in the long term. Please suggest me if at all I should stay here anymore and for what (learning and growth pov).

BUT
Patrick Mahomes is the ONLY and I mean ONLY good QB in the NFL.
The rest of the QBs suck or are pretty good.
I’m going to go over a lot of the QBs here.
Patrick Mahomes: Good
Joe Burrow: Overrated, injury prone, acts cool as ice with no rings, played horrible in his Super Bowl run, and is a SYSTEM QB.
Josh Allen: Overrated and can’t win the big game. Turnover machine. Very wreckless runner. Might not age well.
Lamar Jackson: Throws the ball into TRIPLE COVERAGE and that’s why he had to run the triple option over and over. Injury prone. Carried by his play caller and system for the routes. MVP padder. Only useful in the regular season. Not useful in the playoffs.
Deshaun Watson: Values getting a massage over football. Hasn’t been good in 3 or so years. Injury prone.
CJ Stroud: He’s good and hope it stays this way. No red flags really.
Anthony Richardson: Dollar Tree Cam Newton. Injury prone. Poor accuracy.
Trevor Lawerence: Absolutely horrible leadership skills. Not inspiring to play for at all. Overrated generational prospect.
Aidan O’Connell: Didn’t complete a pass for 3 quarters straight and somehow beat the Chiefs. Very replaceable.
Justin Herbert: Very shy. Hides from cameras. Doesn’t have a desire to be him or that guy. Very smart and plays the position well but not inspirational really so teammates won’t give it their all for him.
Tua Tagovailoa: Injury prone, system QB, can’t play in the cold, and needs to get the 1 seed in order to have a chance at the Super Bowl.
Jacoby Brissett: Journey man.
Aaron Rodgers: Conference game playoff choke artist. Retirement diva. Doesn’t work middle of field particularly well. Not a likable teammate really. Only lasted 3-4 plays with the Jets.
Russell Wilson: Hasn’t been the same ever since he threw the goal line interception in the Super Bowl. Horrible at working the middle of the field. He’s slower now. Very corny, attention seeking, and fake. Teammates don’t like him.
Will Levis: Puts mayonnaise in his coffee.
Kirk Cousins: He’s liked and gets the job because he’s responsible but can’t get his teams over the hump and chokes on prime time games.
Kyler Murray: Midget. 5’8.5 at best but 5’10 if you include his Afro and shoes. Enjoys video games. Diva. Injury prone. Can’t play in cold weather well. Runs exploitable schemes that get worse as the season goes on.
Bruce Young: Somehow smaller with a very thin frame. Very injury prone.
Caleb Williams: Paints his fingernails but might be pretty good.
Dak Prescott: Probably the most overrated QB in the NFL. Plays well in the regular season. Can’t play in the playoffs.
Jared Goff: He’s solid.
Jordan Love: Pretty good but will struggle due to the division getting harder soon possibly.
Matthew Stafford: Good but past prime. No complaining really.
Sam Darnold: Sees ghosts.
Derek Carr: Injury prone and the white Dak Prescott on a worse roster.
Daniel Jones: Running white boy who trips in the open field when gifted an easy touchdown. Injury prone. Provides no energy to team.
Jalen Hurts: System QB on a stacked roster.

Patrick Mahomes is the ONLY and I mean ONLY good QB in the NFL.
The rest of the QBs suck or are pretty good.
I’m going to go over a lot of the QBs here.
Patrick Mahomes: Good
Joe Burrow: Overrated, injury prone, acts cool as ice with no rings, played horrible in his Super Bowl run, and is a SYSTEM QB.
Josh Allen: Overrated and can’t win the big game. Turnover machine. Very wreckless runner. Might not age well.
Lamar Jackson: Throws the ball into TRIPLE COVERAGE and that’s why he had to run the triple option over and over. Injury prone. Carried by his play caller and system for the routes. MVP padder. Only useful in the regular season. Not useful in the playoffs.
Deshaun Watson: Values getting a massage over football. Hasn’t been good in 3 or so years. Injury prone.
CJ Stroud: He’s good and hope it stays this way. No red flags really.
Anthony Richardson: Dollar Tree Cam Newton. Injury prone. Poor accuracy.
Trevor Lawerence: Absolutely horrible leadership skills. Not inspiring to play for at all. Overrated generational prospect.
Aidan O’Connell: Didn’t complete a pass for 3 quarters straight and somehow beat the Chiefs. Very replaceable.
Justin Herbert: Very shy. Hides from cameras. Doesn’t have a desire to be him or that guy. Very smart and plays the position well but not inspirational really so teammates won’t give it their all for him.
Tua Tagovailoa: Injury prone, system QB, can’t play in the cold, and needs to get the 1 seed in order to have a chance at the Super Bowl.
Jacoby Brissett: Journey man.
Aaron Rodgers: Conference game playoff choke artist. Retirement diva. Doesn’t work middle of field particularly well. Not a likable teammate really. Only lasted 3-4 plays with the Jets.
Russell Wilson: Hasn’t been the same ever since he threw the goal line interception in the Super Bowl. Horrible at working the middle of the field. He’s slower now. Very corny, attention seeking, and fake. Teammates don’t like him.
Will Levis: Puts mayonnaise in his coffee.
Kirk Cousins: He’s liked and gets the job because he’s responsible but can’t get his teams over the hump and chokes on prime time games.
Kyler Murray: Midget. 5’8.5 at best but 5’10 if you include his Afro and shoes. Enjoys video games. Diva. Injury prone. Can’t play in cold weather well. Runs exploitable schemes that get worse as the season goes on.
Bruce Young: Somehow smaller with a very thin frame. Very injury prone.
Caleb Williams: Paints his fingernails but might be pretty good.
Dak Prescott: Probably the most overrated QB in the NFL. Plays well in the regular season. Can’t play in the playoffs.
Jared Goff: He’s solid.
Jordan Love: Pretty good but will struggle due to the division getting harder soon possibly.
Matthew Stafford: Good but past prime. No complaining really.
Sam Darnold: Sees ghosts.
Derek Carr: Injury prone and the white Dak Prescott on a worse roster.
