Drug Safety / Harm Reduction Info for Las Vegas - Upcoming Sphere Shows
2024.05.16 05:25 Inner_Radish_1214 Drug Safety / Harm Reduction Info for Las Vegas - Upcoming Sphere Shows
LAS VEGAS BABY! Y'all know what that means.
Cocaine and hookers! Jerry's favorite!
But unfortunately it's not 1979 and Boston George isn't flying in the good shit. There could be dangerous FENTANYL contamination in your little baggie of booger sugar!
As someone who has fallen victim to tainted product at a show, I felt a need to put out a little PSA - testing is CHEAP and EASY!
Here is a link for FREE test strips:
https://nvopioidresponse.org/fentanyl-testing-strip-finde There's a bunch of locations on and around the strip! It won't be too hard to hunt some down.
If you are in a hurry, it looks like CVS carries them as well:
https://www.cvs.com/shop/drugcheck-fentanyl-test-strip-10-ct-prodid-181957 If you'd like to be prepared for future events, check out EndOverdose for free Naloxone/Narcan training. You get a couple free test strips AND free Narcan for completing a short, free online training course.
https://endoverdose.net/ Please, PLEASE, **PLEASE** do not put any untested powders up your nostrils (or pills in your bellies!) these next few months. Las Vegas is notorious for contaminated substances. You never know how close you are to an overdose until it happens to you.
Keep an eye on your fellow Deadheads too - if you see anyone drop, get a medic! You might just save someone's life.
Love y'all, have fun, bet it all on 17, and don't do anything I would do!
P.S. - Somewhat related - it's illegal to open a cannabis dispensary within two blocks of the strip. Don't fall victim to the sketchy hemp vendors trying to get you to smoke Bob-knows-what. Pretty easy to Uber to a real shop if you need it.

2024.05.15 00:14 Infamous-Car1226 [Acne] Urgent Help - 23M, My pimples disgust me - they are getting worse even with the most strict diet ive ever tried (FOR 2 MONTHS!!)
So I have had pimples/acne since I was like 15, around 8 years now. I havent ever been diagnosed with acne and fortunately I dont have cystic acne or anything like that.
I want a girl, but I dont want to go on a date because of my pimples.
I am sick of feeling trapped by my skin, its so not fair - I always think positively about my skin that one day I will have perfect korean skin, but as hard as I try... it never comes.
I have tried literally EVERYTHING under the sun, that is natural or an easily accessible topical, and have forever avoided pharmaceutical drugs, however I am so sick of it, I almost dont care for the consequences of them anymore.
I havent tried many prescription topicals, only 1 and it made my skin burn like crazy.
I have combination skin and its sooooo sensitive its no joke.
Anything you can think of when it comes to diet and lifestyle, I have tried.
I currently am living such a strict diet/lifestyle, for 2 months and right now I am having one of the worst breakouts on my neck and jawline I have ever seen,
For the last 1.5 years, I have hardly eaten any dairy, milk, bready products - try avoid gluten.
I work out almost every day, go for a walk every day, I work from home and my business does well so I don't stress about money, I drink 3-4L of water a day. I never ever ever drink anything else other than water, I refuse.
Right now my diet is less than 20 ingredients (and it has been this way for 2 months)
chicken, turkey, rice, potato, capsicum, onion, garlic, grapes, mandarin, egg, egg whites, salt, virgin olive oil (expensive as possible)
I kid you not, this is what I have eaten for 2 months while working out almost every day, walking every day, getting some sun almost every day, drinking 3-4l of water per day.
- btw I tried eliminating eggs, that didnt do anything. so i bought them back because of the good macros
As for my skincare routine, I wash my face morning and night, and moisturize after.
Once a week I do a nose pore strip and a hydrating facial mask - which admittedly irritates my skin a little but never breaks out after, always looks much more hydrated and tight the next day or two - so I keep doing it.
This is getting beyond a joke, I have tried so many different things.
PLEASE send any recommendations
I did check out another thread and it mentioned searching my moisturizer on a comedogenic ingredient finder, which I did for mine and it has Myristyl so I am ordering the highest recommended moisturizer on the forum to try that: La roche posay toleriane double repair uv spf 30
Any help would be so so so appreciated.
I am against the prescription drugs like accutane, roaccutane - idek if thats how you spell them, but still send them in anyway + your experience because im getting to the point i might consider it.
THIS IS BEYOND A JOKE.
Edit: I wanted to add that I wash my pillow cases weekly, my sheets bi-weekly. I never ever touch my face without washing my hands, and I do not subconsciously touch it while working either (this took me months of practice to get right)
Based on some further research since I am only getting the bad stuff on my jawline and neck, it could be due to my skin’s oil glands reacting to hormone fluctuations - with recommendations of oral pills to be taken for this - I did find Spironolactone in another thread, however this blocks testosterone production which I do not want as it is an anti-androgen.

2024.05.14 05:03 notoriousbck Anyone diagnosed with Gastroduodenal or Jejunal Crohn's that did not show up on MRI ?
I posted about this awhile back and did not get much response but I am gaslighting myself and need people who have gone through this or similar to help me be objective.
I will Try to keep this brief but it's a lot.
-long history of stricturing Crohn's of terminal ileum diagnosed in 2006. First resection Sept 2018, Last resection in April 2022. Surgeon told me he found Crohn's high up in small bowel, could not remove safely, hoped new biologic (Stelara) would take care of it.
-6 month delay in starting Stelara due to GI F up (forgot to send preauthorization)
-July 2022 began having severe upper gastric pain (under ribs and belly button) after even the smallest amount of food, followed by severe nausea and often vomiting. Within half hour multiple liquid BM's undigested food and insane amount of fluid. Began to eat less and less, moved to soft diet, and finally to complete liquids in August 2023
-July 2023-Oct 2023- Weight loss of 20 lbs over 3 month period. Many ER visits needed for rehydration and IV anti emetics and pain meds as could not keep down any oral meds. GI did colonoscopy but only found microscopic Crohn's in anastomosis site (he only took 2 biopsies from that area and nowhere else). CT's done in hospital showed thickening of wall of ascending colon, and collapsed bowel, free fluid in peritoneum. GI dismissed as "not reliable". Fecal Cal slightly elevated. Constant low grade anemia. After 4th ER visit in Oct 2023 they did a high res Ultrasound and I was admitted by surgery department. However, as I was urgent but not emergent, there were no beds available. Was given choice of staying in ER and receiving IV steroids, or going home and following up with GI. Chose home and was given Entocort. Entocort slowed down bowel from 30-50 bm's a day to ten. Did not help pain, nausea, vomiting, lack of ability to eat. After several desperate emails where I begged for help, said I wanted to die-GI ordered urgent MRI, would not change meds or give prednisone without "proof".
-November 2023-Began to experience fatigue like never before. Could hardly keep eyes open. This would be followed by severe upper gastric pain, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea that went on for days, followed by constipation for 1-2 days and severe bloating, only on the left side of belly which would be rock hard and hot to the touch. Then the diarrhea cycle woud begin again. Always pure liquid, sometimes black, always tons of mucous.
-Went to Mexico to visit my parents for the holidays where I usually feel better but still could not eat. Injecting myself with IM Gravol (anti emetic) just to keep fluids down. I lived off of chicken broth with rice. Saw GI in private hospital. Ordered full workup. Blood found in stool. 3 D CT ordered (could not find a vein for IV after 5 nurses, two doctors, and a radiologist with a vein finder so only had oral contrast) showed inflammation in small bowel, thickening of the ascending colon wall 11 mm, and inflammation of ileum. He wanted to send me to special IBD hospital in Mexico City for MRI but it would have cost 2500$ so I decided to wait till I got home to Canada where it would be free. Treated me with antibiotics for IBS (only available in Mexico and Germany) Zero improvement. I lived off of electrolyte drinks.
-Jan 29th 2024 returned to hospital because I could not keep any oral meds in (pills would be in toilet) also pain was 9/10, high fever, vomiting. Admitted again, but no beds. Left AMA with another prescription for Entocort.
-Feb 12 2024- High fever followed by two days of 40 plus liquid BM's, some of them bloody, all of them black. Husband insisted back to ER where I was admitted immediately. Cortisol levels 11 (close to adrenal failure) very low potassium. Doc said if we'd waited I likely would have died from heart event. Spent 8 + weeks in hospital having every kind of test imaginable. NOTHING showed on MRI, inflammation on CT, lower scope clear, upper endoscopy showed inflammation in esophagus, stomach, and duodenum. Negative for H Pylori, negative for celiac. Started on 150 mg of hydrocortisone for low cortisol to rescue my organs. MRI of brain showed small tumour on pituitary. Endocrinologist did ACTH test and was unhappy, kept me on 40 mg of hydrocortisone IV. PICC line insertion went awry when they Discovered I had complete stenosis of veins and needed port catheter surgically implanted. Was on TPN for 5 weeks. Needed pain meds and anti emetics every 4 hours or severe vomiting and diarrhea would ensue. 30-50 liquid bm's continued (they made me write down everything I ingested and every time I had a BM. They tested me for everything. No blood, NO CDiff, no parasites, no infection. High fever 104.5 plus delirium and CRP shot up to 50. Continued Anemia, blood work all over the place, even with TPN I needed potassium and sodium boluses 3 times a day.
-Requested pill endoscopy, GI said no Crohn's, no need for test. Suggested psych evaluation for a fucking eating disorder. Endocrinologist disagreed, said starvation and whatever disease process was causing symptoms was causing my cortisol issue. Psych diagnosed medical PTSD and generalized anxiety disorder (no shit) but NO eating disorder. Fired GI and hired IBD specialist from another city. Re ran all tests, CT showed huge diverticulum on duodenum otherwise clear. Was going to be moved to a ward from a private room. Had a panic attack because I could not share a bathroom and was not about to use a commode. Asked to be discharged after nearly 9 weeks. They were so overcrowded and basically did not know what else to do to help me, so they let me go even though I was still on TPN and NPO. Got a 5 minute instruction on how to insert a butterfly catheter for pain meds, and let go.
-Present-3 weeks later, still on liquid diet, (Boost drinks, blended oatmeal, yoghurt and soup) still on sub q and IM meds. Finally got new IBD doc to order capsule endoscopy and is treating me for SIBO (never been tested) plus set me up with nutritionist and psychologist for support. MRI repeated- totally clear.
I FEEL CRAZY. This is the sickest I have ever felt. It's been almost a year since I chewed food. The pain under my ribs just to the left of my belly button is now constant, whether I eat or not, pain meds barely take the edge off. Sometimes it's so intense I can hardly breathe. I keep passing out on the toilet. I projectile vomit daily, even using Gravol and Pantoprozole, the bile acid is awful. I've been doing tons of research and have learned that GDC and Jejunal Crohn's are extremely hard to diagnose. I have every single symptom and fit the criteria. Does this sound familiar to anyone????

2024.05.09 03:57 FI_Mihej InterProcessPyObjects: Fast IPC for Sharing and Modifying Objects Across Processes
InterProcessPyObjects Python package
github.com/FI-Mihej/InterProcessPyObjects If you like the project, consider giving it a star on GitHub to show your support and help further development. :)
pypi.org/project/InterProcessPyObjects What My Project Does
InterProcessPyObjects is a part of the Cengal library. If you have any questions or would like to participate in discussions, feel free to join the Cengal Discord. Your support and involvement are greatly appreciated as Cengal evolves.
This high-performance package delivers blazing-fast inter-process communication through shared memory, enabling Python objects to be shared across processes with exceptional efficiency. By minimizing the need for frequent serialization-deserialization, it enhances overall speed and responsiveness. The package offers a comprehensive suite of functionalities designed to support a diverse array of Python types and facilitate asynchronous IPC, optimizing performance for demanding applications.
Target Audience
This project is designed for production environments, offering a stable API suitable for developers looking to implement fast inter-process communication. Whether you're building complex systems or require robust data sharing and modification across processes, InterProcessPyObjects is ready to meet your needs.
Comparison
Comparison with multiprocessing.shared_memory
While both InterProcessPyObjects and multiprocessing.shared_memory facilitate inter-process communication, there are several key differences to note. Unlike multiprocessing.shared_memory, InterProcessPyObjects offers the following enhancements:
- High-Performance Mutable Objects: Both connected processes can modify shared objects at runtime, and these changes are immediately reflected on the other side. This feature not only increases flexibility but also delivers exceptional performance, with the capability to handle up to several million changes per second.
- Synchronization Features: Ensures that operations are thread-safe and data integrity is maintained across processes.
- Message Queue: Integrates a system for queuing messages, making communication between processes more structured and reliable.
- Extended Type Support: Supports a broad range of data types, including custom classes, which goes beyond the basic types typically handled by multiprocessing.shared_memory.
These features make InterProcessPyObjects a more robust option for developers requiring advanced inter-process communication capabilities.
API State
Stable. Guaranteed not to have breaking changes in the future. (see
github.com/FI-Mihej/InterProcessPyObjects?tab=readme-ov-file#api-state for details)
Key Features
- Shared Memory Communication:
- Enables sharing of Python objects directly between processes using shared memory.
- Utilizes a linked list of global messages to inform connected processes about new shared objects.
- Lock-Free Synchronization:
- Uses memory barriers for efficient communication, avoiding slow syscalls.
- Ensures each process can access and modify shared memory without contention.
- Supported Python Types:
- Handles various Python data structures including:
- Basic types: None, bool, 64-bit int, large int (arbitrary precision integers), float, complex, bytes, bytearray, str.
- Standard types: Decimal, slice, datetime, timedelta, timezone, date, time
- Containers: tuple, list, classes inherited from: AbstractSet (frozenset), MutableSet (set), Mapping and MutableMapping (dict).
- Pickable classes instances: custom classes including dataclass
- Allows mutable containers (lists, sets, mappings) to save basic types (None, bool, 64 bit int, float) internally, optimizing memory use and speed.
- NumPy and Torch Support:
- Supports numpy arrays by creating shared bytes objects coupled with independent arrays.
- Supports torch tensors by coupling them with shared numpy arrays.
- Custom Class Support:
- Projects pickable custom classes instances (including dataclasses) onto shared dictionaries in shared memory.
- Modifies the class instance to override attribute access methods, managing data fields within the shared dictionary.
- supports classes with or without __dict__ attr
- supports classes with or without __slots__ attr
- Asyncio Compatibility:
- Provides a wrapper module for async-await functionality, integrating seamlessly with asyncio.
- Ensures asynchronous operations work smoothly with the package's lock-free approach.
Main principles
- only one process has access to the shared memory at the same time
- working cycle:
- work on your tasks
- acquire access to shared memory
- work with shared memory as fast as possible (read and/or update data structures in shared memory)
- release access to shared memory
- continue your work on other tasks
- do not forget to manually destroy your shared objects when they are not needed already
- feel free to not destroy your shared object if you need it for a whole run and/or do not care about the shared memory waste
- data will not be preserved between Creator's sessions. Shared memory will be wiped just before Creator finished its work with a shared memory instance (Consumer's session will be finished already at this point)

An example of non-optimal work with shared data (without using a local variables):
async with ashared_memory_context_manager as shared_memory: # An example of a non-optimal method call (without using a local variable) that changes a property through the method sso.company_info.some_employee.increase_years_of_employment() # 9_418 iterations/seconds
# An example of non-optimal work with object properties (without using local variables) k = sso.company_info.income # 20_445 iterations/seconds sso.company_info.income = 3_000_000.0 # 13_899 iterations/seconds sso.company_info.income *= 1.1 # 17_272 iterations/seconds sso.company_info.income += 500_000.0 # 18_376 iterations/seconds # Example of non-optimal usage of numpy.ndarray without a proper local variable data_dict['key3'] += 10 # 6_319 iterations/seconds
Notify the sender about the completion of work on the shared object
async with ashared_memory_context_manager as shared_memory: sso.some_processing_stage_control = True # 298_968 iterations/seconds ```

multiprocessing.shared_memory.py - simple implementation. This is a simple implementation because it uses a similar approach to the one used in uvloop.*, asyncio.*, multiprocessing.Queue, and multiprocessing.Pipe benchmarking scripts. Similar implementations are expected to be used by the majority of projects.
Todo
- Connect more than two processes
- Use third-party fast hashing implementations instead of or in addition to built in hash() call
- Continuous performance improvements
Conclusion
This Python package provides a robust solution for inter-process communication, supporting a variety of Python data structures, types, and third-party libraries. Its lock-free synchronization and asyncio compatibility make it an ideal choice for high-performance, concurrent execution.
This is a stand-alone package for a specific Cengal module. Package is designed to offer users the ability to install specific Cengal functionality without the burden of the library's full set of dependencies.
The core of this approach lies in our 'cengal-light' package, which houses both Python and compiled Cengal modules. The 'cengal' package itself serves as a lightweight shell, devoid of its own modules, but dependent on 'cengal-light[full]' for a complete Cengal library installation with all required dependencies.
An equivalent import:
python from cengal.hardware.memory.shared_memory import * from cengal.parallel_execution.asyncio.ashared_memory_manager import *
Cengal library can be installed by:
bash pip install cengal

2024.05.04 17:42 dwredbaker Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her.
Matthew 26:1-13~"And it came to pass, when Jesus had finished all these sayings, he said unto his disciples, Ye know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified. Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas.
And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him. But they said, Not on the feast day, lest there be an uproar among the people.
Now when Jesus was in Bethany, in the house of Simon the leper, There came unto him a woman having an alabaster box of very precious ointment, and poured it on his head, as he sat at meat. But when his disciples saw it, they had indignation, saying, To what purpose is this waste? For this ointment might have been sold for much, and given to the poor. When Jesus understood it, he said unto them, Why trouble ye the woman? for she hath wrought a good work upon me. For ye have the poor always with you; but me ye have not always. For in that she hath poured this ointment on my body, she did it for my burial. Verily I say unto you, Wheresoever this gospel shall be preached in the whole world, there shall also this, that this woman hath done, be told for a memorial of her."
We now approach the closing scene of our Lord Jesus Christ's earthly ministry. Hitherto we have read of His sayings and doings — we are now about to read of His sufferings and death. Hitherto we have seen him as the great Prophet — we are now about to see Him as the great High Priest.
It is a portion of Scripture which ought to be read with peculiar reverence and attention. The place whereon we stand is holy ground. Here we see how the Seed of the woman bruised the Serpent's head. Here we see the great sacrifice to which
all the sacrifices of the Old Testament had long pointed. Here we see how the blood was shed which "cleanses from all sin," and the Lamb slain who "takes away the sin of the world." We see in the death of Christ, the great mystery revealed, how God can be just, and yet justify the ungodly. No wonder that all the four Gospels contain a full account of this wonderful event. On other points in our Lord's history, we often find, that when one evangelist speaks, the other three are silent. But when we come to the crucifixion, we find
it minutely described by all four.
In these verses we have now read, let us first observe
how careful our Lord is to recall the attention of His disciples to His own death. He said to them, "You know that after two days is the feast of the passover, and the Son of Man is betrayed to be crucified."
The connection of these words with the preceding chapter is exceedingly striking. Our Lord had just been dwelling on His own second coming in power and glory at the end of the world. He had been describing the last judgment, and all its dreadful accompaniments. He had been speaking of Himself as the Judge, before whose throne all nations would be gathered. And then at once, without pause or interval, He goes on to speak of His crucifixion. While the marvelous predictions of His final glory were yet ringing in the ears of His disciples, He tells them
once and again of His coming sufferings. He reminds them that He must die as a sin-offering before He reigned as a king, that He must make atonement on the cross, before he took the crown.
We can never attach too much importance to the atoning death of Christ. It is the leading fact in the word of God, on which the eyes of our soul ought to be ever fixed. Without the shedding of his blood, there is no remission of sin. It is the cardinal truth on which the whole system of Christianity hinges. Without it the Gospel is an arch without a key-stone, a fair building without a foundation, a solar system without a sun. Let us make much of our Lord's incarnation and example, His miracles and his parables, His works and His words, but above all let us make much of His death. Let us delight in the hope of his second personal coming, but let us not think more even of these blessed truths, than of the atonement on the cross. This, after all, is the master-truth of Scripture, that "Christ died for our sins." To this let us daily return. On this let us daily feed our souls. Some, like the Greeks of old, may sneer at the doctrine, and call it "foolishness." But let us never be ashamed to say with Paul, "Be it far from me to boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ." (
Gal. 6:14.)
Let us observe, in the second place, in these verses,
what honor Christ loves to put on those who honor Him. We are told that when He was "in the house of Simon the leper," a certain woman came, while He sat at table, and poured a box of precious ointment on His head. She did it, no doubt, out of reverence and affection. She had received soul-benefit from Him, and she thought no mark of honor too costly to be bestowed on Him in return. But this deed of hers called forth disapproval from some who saw it. They called it "waste." They said it might have been better to sell the ointment, and give the money to the poor. At once our Lord rebuked these cold-hearted fault-finders. He tells them that the woman has "wrought a good work," and one that he accepts and approves. And he goes on to make a striking prediction,
"Wherever this Good News is preached in the whole world, what this woman has done will also be spoken of as a memorial of her." We see, in this little incident, how perfectly our Lord knew things to come, and how easy it is for him to confer honor. This prophecy of His about this woman is receiving a fulfillment every day before our eyes. Wherever the Gospel of Matthew is read, the deed that she did is known. The deeds and titles of many a king, and emperor, and general, are as completely forgotten, as if written in the sand. But the grateful act of one humble Christian woman is recorded in one hundred and fifty plus different languages, and is known all over the globe. The praise of man is but for a few days. The praise of Christ endures forever.
The pathway to lasting honor, is to honor Christ. Last, but not least, we see in this incident a blessed foretaste of things that will yet take place in the day of judgment. In that great day no honor done to Christ on earth shall be found to have been forgotten. The speeches of parliamentary orators, the exploits of warriors, the works of poets and painters, shall not be mentioned in that day. But the least work that the weakest Christian woman has done for Christ, or His members,
shall be found written in a book of everlasting remembrance. Not a single kind word or deed, not a cup of cold water, or a box of ointment, shall be omitted from the record. Silver and gold she may have had none — rank, power, and influence she may not have possessed — but if she loved Christ, and confessed Christ, and worked for Christ, her memorial shall be found on high.
She shall be commended before assembled worlds in that day. Do we know what it is to work for Christ? If we do, let us take courage, and work on. What greater encouragement can we desire than we see here? We may be laughed at and ridiculed by the world. Our motives may be misunderstood. Our conduct may be misrepresented. Our sacrifices for Christ's sake may be called "waste," — waste of time, waste of money, waste of strength.
Let none of these things move us. The eye of Him who sat in Simon's house in Bethany is upon us. He notes all we do, and is well-pleased. Let us be "steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the Lord's work, because we know that our labor is not in vain in the Lord." (
1 Cor. 15:58.)

2024.04.29 04:02 PupperPawsitive The behavioral advice was necessary but not sufficient. And I’m mad about it. Anyone else relate?
Practice mindfulness. Try yoga. Get regular exercise. Pay attention to nutrition.
Try a planner. Keep things in your field of vision. Alarms, reminders, notes. Bluetooth key finders. Clocks. Schedules. Plan ahead. Body doubling.
Try CBT. Avoid all or nothing thinking, mind-reading, perfectionism, catastrophizing, and “should” statements. Look at the evidence.
Acknowledge your feelings, but manage your emotions. Get comfortable with anxiety, get optimistic about depression.
Deal with your past, with your flaws, with your trauma. Get therapy. Think positive. Love yourself. Love yourself.
Strengthen your internal locus of control.
Add movement. Get a standup desk, get a fidgeter. Take the stairs, take a walk on your lunch break. Walk, run, lift. Eat whole foods. Eat protein. Stay hydrated.
Declutter. Decide what sparks joy.
Use technology. Calendar apps, smart watches, GPS. Text yourself reminders.
Put up whiteboards and corkboards and command centers. Set your bills to autopay.
Try the 7 habits of highly effective people. Be proactive, and begin with the end in mind. Prioritize. Swallow that frog. And girl- wash your face.
Look, these are all fine things. Maybe even necessary things. If you haven’t tried them, you should. I won’t claim they aren’t worthwhile.
But for me— for me— none of them were enough. All of them weren’t enough.
I am 9 months into meds. They’re not perfect, they don’t fix everything, and I’m still working out the best fit. But… things are possible with them that simply were not possible before.
And none of the self-help books ever told me that.
And now that I’m medicated, I’m trying all those things again from scratch.
And I’m angry. All of it just sounds so… hollow. Almost none of it bears what I now know to be an incredibly important fine-print disclaimer:
None of the strategies work very well if your brain soup isn’t seasoned correctly.
Where’s that advice?
I guess I’m looking for my anger to be validated. Is this not infuriating to others?
I have come across plenty of advice reminding me that a pill cannot fix all my problems and that behavioral strategies are critical. I have seen comparatively little advice reminding me that a pill can immediately solve some problems that a decade of behavioral strategies never could.
